As Wolf was enjoying a new world of flavors and putting salt on food, the situation outside was rapidly changing about which Wolf was totally unaware.
At this moment, a man rushed into the cave Wolf was resting at and with panic made his report:
"Not good, leader Wolf, a few people are outside the tribe screaming for you to come out."
Wolf immediately stood up hearing that.

Wolf ordered all the gathered men to get up while also bringing along with them a bow. This was the only bow that Wolf had. The salt team only had a single bow and arrow while the rest were armed with clubs and other blunt weapons.
During their fight, the only one who wielded the bow had escaped from the team of six. Wolf was still salty about letting the most important person escape his grasp but he wasn't expecting the salt team to not care about themselves and instead create an opening for the bow wielder to escape and report back.
Wolf was only able to make one bow from what crude information he had received from the salt team who themselves were not that knowledgeable on how it was made. The people who made bow were back in the tribe.
He only had one deer carcass the one he was given by Edward so he was limited in his attempt to try.
Although Wolf had somewhat recreated the Bow and arrow but it was not perfect and nothing compared to Edward's model.
Along with his inferior bow and his lack of good strategy unlike Edward, to trap and kill deers which led him to not being able to make any more bows.
Since the Flying Eagle tribe compensated a deer to Wolf, he took a lot of effort to recreate the bow and arrow as he remembered. He only got to make one bow. Wolf was not smart and so even when he practiced, he was not good at shooting. Yet Wolf had realized the benefits of bow and arrow and that's why he captured the people from the Flying Eagle tribe.
Dozens of people holding stone spears and big sticks stood up and rushed out with Wolf.
A few people of the Cloud tribe were seeing this all and one of those people was Leopard, Wolf's competitor for the Leader position. Leopard with his thick eyebrows and a big figure was also among the crowd. His tanned body was visible amongst the crowd as he silently observed the situation.
He silently followed behind Wolf.
The huge group rushed out of the tribe and what greeted them was the sight of only 5 people standing opposite to them. Four of them were holding bows and arrows and were watching them coldly while the last one was the one who barely escaped and he was holding a broken bow which must've broken during his escape.
When Wolf saw then, he suddenly laughed,
"Hahahahahaha, its brother Roc who came. Are you here to offer me your bows and arrows?"
"What do you mean by giving you these bows? You captured our people of the Flying Eagle tribe and also seized our things. What is the meaning of this?"
Roc was angry and thought,
'How dare he stand against us? My sister is not with him anymore so I don't have to hold back anymore. Is Wolf blind or just jealous of our success? Does he really think I don't know that the whole tribe doesn't follow him right now and is divided between Wolf and Leopard?'
Wolf was very proud; he would not believe that the Flying Eagle tribe was not willing to exchange the captive he had. Wolf also knew that there was a lot of salt according to what the captive had told him so they would care for not the salt but the people which he could use to exchange to learn how to make Bows.
Behind Wolf, Leopard was calmly observing the situation along with his several buddies around him who remained silent.
"What? Isn't it to send bows and arrows?"
Wolf also felt strange that it was totally out of line with his own vision.
Wolf had thought that even if they did not tell him how to make a bow, at least they would gift him a few bows. Wolf could understand by himself on how to make one so he was not worried about that. He had already made a very bad prototype so all he needed was the real deal to test out.
"Listen well! Whatever we had in past is over Wolf. You captured 5 of our people and stole 6 pots of salt. Return this all to us or I will go back to Light leader and things would get ugly with more people. This is only a matter of time. We both can go our separate ways and avoid bloodshed….."
