I searched for Emma after school, calling out her name. Why did she run away from me? Did I do something wrong? As an Alpha, I was supposed to be able to control my emotions, but when it came to my mate, I just couldn't.
Rushing down the school hallway, I spotted Ny and Grayson talking. I smiled at them.
Grayson finally met his mate. I'm so happy for him, especially because of what happened with his previous one-
And that's when I was mind linked from him
"Alpha, there's been a huge situation that you're gonna hate."
"What?" I asked, confusedly.
"So, uh, let's just say that my gorgeous, sexy, beautiful, wonderful one and only mate told me about Emma's situation, and I don't... I don't even know where to start," Grayson said sadly.
My forehead creased in confusion. What the hell was he talking about?
"Start talking, now," I demanded.
"So, Emma lived with her mom and dad when she was young. She was closer to her dad, though. Then, he left and went to the army, and on the day that he was supposed to come back, a black car pulled up on their driveway instead, and Emma and her mom found out he had passed away. Her mom was so depressed that she killed herself that same day, leaving Emma alone. She had to stay with her abusive uncle and aunt, and she still is now.
"She's been there for around 5 years, and to be honest, I don't know how she's even alive right now," Grayson said honestly.
I just stood there in shock. I couldn't believe this. This... I...I couldn't believe Emma had to go through that shit.
I felt a blinding pain in my back, causing my knees to buckle. I cried out in pain, knowing it was Emma. My sweet, beautiful Emma. How could someone treat her like this?
"Xander? XANDER!" Grayson panicked.
"We need to find her now," I say angrily.
Grayson brightens. "Oh! Let me lighten the mood first. Ok, so why does a mermaid wear seashells?"
Ny and I just stare at him, waiting for him to give us the answer.
"Because she outgrew her B-shells! Get it? Seashells, like the letter C... no... ok."
He sighs and hangs his head in defeat, causing Ny to chuckle, and instantly, he brightens. He's a lovesick puppy.

I roll my eyes and track down Emma's scent. Hang in there, Emma. I'll be there soon.

Tayler laid the pendant down on her desk. It looked out of place amongst the modern conveniences of her bedroom. It was silver, with four thick, large, open rings along the top, above six small embedded circles. Although ornate and beautiful, when off the chain, the pendant could easily be mistaken in shape for traditional brass knuckles. 
The shiny, almost luminescent metal she had discovered through research was a unique element called tungsten. What truly set the piece apart, however, was the arc of six smaller circles below the rings, which housed colorful living images.

In the first, flowing strands of blue water; the second, a small flame; another, a mountain top; a howling wolf; a puffy white cloud; and the last, what appeared to be two hands that were cradling a bright, glowing object.

Tayler ran her fingers along the outside rings and hovered them above the six circles, remembering the first time she had seen it. She had almost passed it by, almost not found it.
What would her life have been like without it?

A wave of sadness rushed through her.

The thought of her days without the pendant made her ache. It would be like losing her best friend, her confidant, her strength. But that hadn't happened, and wouldn't happen. She had found it and kept it near ever since. It was amazing to her that two years had transpired since that hot July day when her life changed forever.

Waterville, NY: Two Years Earlier

It was a normal Saturday morning at the Price household. Tayler's dad, much to her mother's protest, had gone to his office to finish another project for work. He worked a lot and seemed very busy to Tayler, but she didn't mind as much as her mom. When he went, he would often take her with him, and she would pass the time at his office on assorted projects, like using the photo copier to preserve images of her various body parts, raiding the candy machines, or just stapling assorted papers at random.

That Saturday, however, Tayler was rebuffed on her request to join her dad. When she had asked the fourth time, she had received the "look" that meant it was time to stop asking altogether. So, as he left, she had wandered into the breakfast nook area to find her brother, Bailey, who was six, and her little sister, Aynsley, who had just turned five, both hovering over cereal bowls filled with dark brown balls floating in milk that had turned chocolate.

Bailey had what appeared to be a dangerous amount of the cereal in his mouth, and Aynsley had the same amount of milk and cereal on the table and floor as she did inside the bowl. Both of them were eerily focused on the small television, which was playing a loud cartoon of a yellow sponge that was singing and dancing with a starfish.

"Watcha doin', boy?" Tayler asked Bailey as she assumed the seat next to him.

"E..." Bailey began to speak but milk and cereal spewed from his mouth onto the table. "Eating seerweal," he said, composing himself.

Tayler had been the first in the house to really understand all the intricacies of "Bailey speak," as she called it. Her mom and dad had a hard time understanding completely, so she was often delegated to interpret. Really, it was simply the process of eliminating most vowels commonly used and adding drawn out Ws to practically every word.

"You're making a mess, is what you're doing," said Tayler, prodding him. "And you're going to get in big trouble."

"Am not," he replied shortly, attention quickly returning to the sponge on the TV, who was now cooking hamburgers on a grill.

Tayler turned to look at Aynsley, who was struggling mightily with the spoon-to-bowl-to-mouth concept. Aynsley looked nothing like Tayler or Bailey. She had long, dark brown hair, tiny features, eyes so dark brown they were practically black, and a very cute button nose. She was the youngest, she was a girl, and she reaped all the rewards and benefits generally bestowed upon any "baby girl" in family hierarchy.

"Here you go, little A," Tayler said, grabbing her spoon, scooping a modest portion of cereal, and feeding it into her mouth. 
Aynsley responded to this turn of feeding events by simply opening her mouth when the spoon neared and closing down once the food was inside. Tayler leaned her head on one hand and continued to feed her little sister with the other, realizing that her one act of kindness had now committed her to serving the whole bowl, spoon by spoon, to her little sister.

The sponge on TV was now being entertained by an octopus playing a clarinet, and Tayler herself had fallen into a deep cartoon daze when her mother's voice broke the trance.

"Okay, kids! Let's get going," she said.      
             
Tayler's mom, Stacey, was standing at the door to the breakfast nook. She was a small lady, with medium-length blonde hair, hazel eyes, and small features that resembled all the children gathered at the kitchen table. Tayler was biased and thought that her mom was the prettiest woman in the world, as most kids do.

"Where are we gowiing?" Bailey asked, pushing his cereal bowl away.

"Just a little drive, kiddo. Tayler, help me get the kids' shoes on."

Tayler let a slight groan escape her as she left her chair and headed toward the back door, where the shoes had last been dislodged and no doubt kicked in different remote locations.

Bailey and Aynsley were beside themselves with the thought of a car ride, albeit without any clue as to where and why they were going.

"Where are we driving to?" she asked over her shoulder. Tayler had long passed the blind trust phase of her life where any trip with her mom and dad outside the house was met with only excitement and no questions. Her spirit had eventually been broken by a "car ride" that traumatically ended with a dentist drilling her teeth.

"I saw in the paper that there are quite a few garage sales on Paddock Street," said her mom. "I just thought that we might go over, park, squeeze the kids in the wagon, and then hit a few."

"What's a gawage sawel?" Bailey asked.

"Ga...r...age sa...l...e," Tayler corrected Bailey. "It's when people put junk out on their front lawn and sell it."

"Oh," responded Bailey, obviously not understanding anything she had just described.

"People will put toys out, Bailey. Toys," Tayler said, strongly emphasizing the hot-button word.

Bailey and Aynsley did not need to hear anymore. They both simultaneously let out screams of joy, embraced each other, separated, and sprinted for the front door.

"Thanks a lot."

Tayler turned to see her mother standing over her with what looked like a cross between a smile and a frown. 
"You better hope someone has old toys out, or we're in trouble," she said, the smile eclipsing the frown altogether.

"Well, at least they're heading for the door."

After the usual shoe battles, last-minute bathroom emergencies, and a front lawn wrestling match, they were in the mini-van and on their way.

Tayler had brought along her purse; at last count, it housed thirty-one dollars and sixty-five cents. She knew the total precisely, due to the fact that the stash was counted nearly every day.

"Can I buy some things, Mom?" she asked from the back seat of the van, over the veritable din of Bailey and Aynsley screaming the alphabet song, something along the lines of, A-B-C-D-E-X-GEEEE-H-I-J-J-LMMMNNOPEEE-Q-R-X-T-UVEEEE-DOUBLE UUUU-X-Y and ZEEE. Bailey had recently taken it upon himself to tutor his younger sister regarding the matter.

"Sure. Did you bring your purse?" Her mom seemed either oblivious to the noise or immune.

"Yup," Tayler answered.

So there it was, the parental Go Sign, the Green Light...Spend away! She settled back in her seat, the horrible alphabet noise not bothering her so much anymore.

They pulled into a parking spot at the corner of Paddock St. and Holcomb Avenue. Tayler knew this because one of her friends from school lived a couple houses down from where they were unloading the kids out of the van and into the wagon.

"Tayler, you can run ahead a little, but just a house or so," her mom said sternly. "I might need your help with the kids. Understand?"

"No prob," Tayler called back, already walking toward the first yard, which appeared to have the entire contents of their house spread across the lawn. She looked up and down the street to see that at least twenty houses had front lawns in a similar condition.

Thirty one dollars was not going to be nearly enough. She might burn through that cash by the second house !

This STORY you are about to read (Six Circles - Journey To Erwen) is about a small town and an even smaller family that lives there and a magical pendant. This small story lives within a large SERIES (The Erwen Chronicles) that is about the end of humanity and what comes after that. 

We could go straight to the exciting apocalypse part, but that’s not much of a story, is it? 

If you do continue, please understand that this tale can only be told as it happened, or will happen. That being the case, it cannot exclude the following elements : magic, artificial intelligence, the 1980s, talking animals, video games, alternate universes, heroes, the 1990s, oppressive governments, awful villains, sports, middle school awkwardness, zombies (well, vampire zombies actually), philosophy, terrorists, the future, first kisses, murder, adventure, and ice cream.

In the year 2086 an uncurbable laboratory created Ebola Virus (stolen from the Texas Biomedical Institute by right-wing extremists) is weaponized and unleashed upon the world's largest cities in a strategic attack. 

Within six months of the attack, humanity lies on the brink of extinction. 

In an effort to salvage the last remnants of the species, a United Nations effort to advance and finalize the science of Whole Brain Emulation (WBE) is initiated. The technology scans the physical structure of the brain and copies it to digital form. 

Just over a year after the attack, the virus has killed off 90% of the entire world population. The Cenozoic Era of the species ends and the Singularity Age begins as the remaining humans merge with their technology and are uploaded using the WBE technology to a cloud storage system called ERWEN.

While the ambassadors were busy sightseeing and being shocked, Sapphire was smirking back on his throne..

Sapphire used a general welcome business reception from back home, every thing was designed according to his plans, the hotel, the carts, and the brochure, he didn't care if mankind got a map, that would have happened eventually, at least now they can focus on the tour...

?? : "A TOWNNNN?!"

One of the ambassadors shouted, he was seeing everything from an opened window..

? : "look at all these Demons"


Demons don't have a specific form, some look like regular people and some look like beasts, and to see all these different sizes and shapes together was a sight to behold...

Jeanne: " Alright here is our first stop"

The cart pulls over.

Jeanne: "it's almost time for lunch, I don't know if you ate breakfast yet but you shouldn't skip a meal..."

They are in front a restaurant.

Jeanne: "Let get in every one"

(This place is nice)

They all thought, this was a regular looking restaurant...

It's a little underwhelming with everything they saw already, but considering that they are in the Demon Continent this restaurant is quite acceptable...

Jeanne: "Allow me to introduce for you your chef for the day... Come out here Ban"

Ban: " A pleasure to meet your acquaintance, my name is Ban and I'll be your Chef for the day."

(A HUMANOID WOLF?!!)

Ban was a Demon who looked alot like a skinny wolf, in the Demon Realm that is not unusual, but for mank they only saw this type at war.

Ban: " tell me if you have any special requests, and I'll make them for you"

(requests, do Demon kind know how cook?)

Angel: "25 Chicken mushroom Skewers with extra herb extract please"

(ARE YOU EATING FOR A VILLAGE)

Ban: "as you wish, but can i also offer some sauces with that"

Angel: "what is sauce? Is it any good"

Ban: "it's a new product and is very tasty"

Angel: " then I'll take 50 of that as well"

(DON'T THEY FEED YOU, ALSO THIS OBVIOUSLY A CONDEMENT, DON'T ORDER MORE THAN THE ACTUAL MEAL)

Ban: " coming right up"

10 minutes later the food was ready.

Angel: "this is really good *munch* *munch*"

(THIS IS SOO GOOOD)

This time they all thought the same.

?? : "Excuse me, but what are these sauce made of?"

Ben: " this is ketchup, its made from sweet tomatoes extract.

And thus is mayo

The yellow is mustard

This is called hot sauce

And this is garlic sauce"

These are things that Sapphire came up with, when he wanted to copy his food back home.

? : "this is great"

?? : "do you think we can export it?"

? : "how do they make it so yellow"

Angel: " 25 extra skewers please"

(YOU FINISHED ALREADY?!!!)

After they all finished this happy meal, they headed back to the carts.

[ Jeanne: "our next location is the zoo"]

Lucy: "Zoo?"

[Jeanne:"Yes you get it when we get there" 

After a  20 minute ride they reached the location.

Lucy: "SOOOO WIDE?!"

They reached a large fenced area that is separated from each other.

This was a Zoo/natural preserve.

[Jeanne: "after the kingdom started, there was a lot of problems with housing because most areas were populated by monsters, most harmful monsters were eradicated but some rare, unharmfull species was relocated here.

The ambassadors were a little shakeen, if their are monsters here then they might be in danger.

Lets go to our first location...

Lucy: "SOOOOO CUUUUTEEE"

It was a big farm surrounded by glass walls, and in it were small mice...

And it had a banner that says <In honor of Mousy>

The ambassadors were confused about it, although they saw the farm as impressive, they didn't understand why the Demon King would preserve mice.

Jeanne: "Our next location is the plant girl preserve."

(PLANT GIRLS, ISN'T THAT AN EXTINCT SPECIES?!!)

??? : "THOSE ARE ACTUAL PLANT GIRLS!!!"

some of these elves lived for thousands of years, and of course some of them heard of this rare species of kind monsters.

In an open field as far as the eye can see plant girls in all directions and in the middle sat a plant queen happily watching over her children.

There were some demons walking around and taking some leaves for medicine, but it appears that the plant girls are willingly giving it.

Many people here are experts and know that this medicine is expensive...

(DAMN THIS IS A GOOD SYSTEM, IF WE HAD THAT BACK HOME THEN THE PLANT GIRLS WOULDN'T HAVE PERISHED FROM OUR CONTINENT)

Due to plant girls being a kind monster,  only illegal poachers hunted them for money, add to that their hard to come by living conditions.

No one before considerd raising the plant girls in a farm.


Ruby: "I'm surprised you decided to move the survivors of the species from the Dungeon, I did not think you felt bad about"

Ruby who was watching with Sapphire asked.

Sapphire: " I didn't think I felt bad about it either, but for some reason everyone while a  different voices yells in my head

Jeanne: "our next location is the wolf's den"

Surrounding them now was a pack of silver giant wolfs...

They were reluctant to get neer them at first, but with Jeanne's guaranty the ambassadors gave it a shot.


Lucy: "who is a good wolf, who's a good wolf"

Lucy was petting one of the wolf fiercely, the wolf looked like it wanted to escape"

Jeanne: " these wolfs were tamed and are now peaceful, as long as no one harms them or feed them unchecked food they'll stay tame"

Angel: " *munch* *munch* is that so..

Want a skewer with some hot sauce"

Jeanne: "PLEASE DON'T GIVE IT ANYTHING SPICY"

Caroline took about five minutes to fire all five of her arrows, which made her the third last one of the contenders to finish the first round of her tests.

"Ms. Caroline Baker, the points." the girl in a grey blue hood announced with a wide smile, when the last arrow from Caroline landed bounced off the wooden target, just a few hairs' width away from the center: "Now, everyone, take your time with your bows, but don't take too long."

When the first round of tests was done, Marco led the rest of the contenders to another training ground - there were only five contenders left, because all the other five contenders either landed only one arrow or did not land any arrows at all - the points they lost already disqualified them, thus it would be pointless for them to continue.

The next round was hosted by someone who looked quite a bit like Marco, but was more muscular than Marco and was wearing a sleeveless leather vest, revealing his tanned and scarred arms.

"The next round is not about battle skills. But about field processing and butchering skills." Marco told the rest of the five contenders: "And the judge to hold this round of test, would be my brother Paulo. Paulo, take it away."

"Alright, folks. " Paulo walked to the five remaining contenders: "Our club is a hunters' club, which means our passion is not simply about hunting down game and bringing them to the rangers at our academy student hunting ground. It's also about actually hunting in the actual fields, and even in special magical realms. In our academy hunting ground, you can just kill your game and bring it to the rangers, the rangers will handle some of the most important tasks for you, just to make your lives easier while you hunt. These tasks include basic field processing, butchering of your prey for long term storage, and your knowledge and experience in safety precautions when dealing with dangerous game. So for this test, each of you would be assigned a simulated game and a set of tools, you are also given a scenario. You are to field process or butcher your game accordingly, keep the scenario you're assigned in mind. For example, if you're assigned a wild boar and your scenario requires you to preserve the bristles, then think about making sure the bristles are intact when you process them. In this round, you are allowed to use your powers but there's a catch, the more power you use, the harsher we will judge you. And you are guaranteed five points if you do not use any power at all. Now, behold your test subjects."

When Paulo finished his last sentence, members of the club pushed out five wooden boxes onto the training ground. Each wooden box had a number on it.

"Now, come over here and draw your number." Paulo took out a cloth pouch and said.

Caroline took the first draw because Paulo handed her the pouch first, and she took out a round marble with number "3" on it.

The box with number 3 on it contained a simulated body of a wolf. To say it was a dummy would be a gross understatement, because it not only looked very livelike, when Caroline touched and felt its texture, it was almost just like the body of a real wolf. 

The box also contained several knives, a pair of gloves, a pouch of salt, a box of ginger and garlic, a metal tube and a rubber tube and a metal clamp. There was a small piece of paper with texts on it describing her scenario: "You are in a wild hunt and you are at least two days of traveling away from the nearest human town. This is the body of a Swamp Serpentine Wolf - a kind of poisonous wolves with poison glands in their throats and tails. You are tasked with delivering at least one of these poison glands to the town. Its teeth, fur and spine are also worth quite a bit on the market. Preserve as much as you can."

"You'll have twenty minutes to do as much as possible." Paulo said, "Starting right now."

Caroline thought for a short minute then looked at each of the other contenders - it looked like each of the remaining five contenders got a different simulated game and a different set of tools, which made sense because this way they would not be able to copy each other's actions so easily.

Caroline first ran her hands through the simulated wolf body, especially its throat and its long and extendable tail - she could feel that there were indeed two glands underneath. Then, she looked over at the tools she was given and chose a knife with a long straight blade and the smallest knife with a curved edge.

First is the glad in the throat, Caroline used the knife with a long straight edge to create a thin long opening on the wolf's neck, then pulled the opening apart using her hand in gloves.

The internal parts of the wolf's body were not as well simulated - they showed a rubbery texture, and there was some red thick liquid to simulate blood but not enough to cloud the visibility. This was quite friendly to the contenders, since per Caroline's experience blood was one of the biggest source of imprecise cuts for newbie hunters. And even for relatively experienced hunters, blood still made it hard for them to process unfamiliar game.

After pulling the shallow parts of the opening apart, Caroline continued to cut deeper using both knives: the straight long knife for creating new openings, and the small curved knife for separating tissues and to widen openings.

It wasn't hard before Caroline found the poison gland - it was thin, long and had a dark green color. And since the gland looked quite fragile, Caroline decided to carve the whole surrounding area out instead of separating the gland with a time limit.

The whole process took a bit over twelve minutes, which was more than half the time limit. But now that she was more familiar with the rough structure of the simulated wolf body, she was able to do it much faster when it came to the gland in the wolf's tail. By the time she was done with the tail, she still had about half a minute to double check.

"Times up, stop what you're doing." Paulo was already checking up on all the contenders while they were trying to process the simulated game, and on the twenty minute mark, he walked to the front and announced.

"Number One and Number Four, your processing technique needs improvement, you damaged the parts of value beyond salvaging. So I regret to inform you, you're out." Paulo sighed and looked at a young man wearing a thin leather armor and a young woman in civilian style clothes: "Better luck next time."

"Thank you for the opportunity." the young man stood up and stepped to the side, while the young woman just threw down her tools and stormed out of the training ground.

"Number Two, you did mostly the right thing. But you forgot that you're processing a snake with corrosive and evaporable poison. Your choice of not using face protection and gloves could be lethal. Unless you are immune to poison, you would have only five points this round."

The contender with the number 2 box was the oldest looking contender of the five, with a beard and a red tattoo on his cheek, he sighed and shook his head: "Thank you for the opportunity. I got only eight points last round, can I stay and watch even when I'm disqualified?"

"Of course." Paulo smiled then turned to Caroline: "Number Three, you did the right thing mostly. Can you tell me why you chose to carve the entire part out?"

"I figured I only had twenty minutes, and I don't have time to perform high precision surgery." Caroline answered: "And since I have one day of traveling, I thought leaving it in the tissue could help preserve it for longer."

"You are on the right track. But the best practice is to use salt." Paulo nodded: "Swamp Serpentine Wolf's poison gland could best be preserved in salt - it will dry the gland up but still preserve its poison in best condition. Storing it in its own flesh is feasible, but it will still lose its potency with time. You have eight points. Good job.

"And Number Five. Nice job on the Crier Spider. It's the hardest of all five, and you did everything correctly. Ten points for you."

"Thank you!" this was a particularly young boy, who had quite noticeable calluses on his fingers: "Thank you very much! I was so nervous, I thought I did something wrong for a moment..."

"Don't relax just yet! There's a final round!" Marco stepped in and cut the young boy off: "Ms. Baker, Mr. Srivanti, please follow me."

He left his home, unwillingly, to a realm of cultivation, Xianshu, mythical manuals and Dao. And now he’s here due to a failed attempt at going home, a place bears a lot of resemblance but not the same.

“At least it’s close enough here. I’ll get there on my next jump.” Jianmen Yu said to himself, “But while I’m prepping, let me do my old job here for a bit.”

And there we have it, “Xianshi Inn”, run by a cultivator, who’s not of this world. Don’t mess with it or its employees, the owner will kick your ass, no matter who you are, no matter WHAT you are.

So I have no friends , no one to talk about and to have boy's talk . I know that I should be sad that my childhood was stolen from me as I never got to do the things a normal kid would do but that's okay . My parents love me and they come to meet me in the weekends , I have siblings but they don't know about me as they would all go crazy as their big brother is a freaking assassin . Well , I reached school and as I enter my maths class everyone stares at me , dude I am not a freaking alien stop staring . My professor also my uncle clears his throat as he says ' Mr. orlando you're late ....again ' oh I forgot to say my name is evan orlando to everyone nobody knows that its fake and ny real name is Chris hehe ..  only the elders of my family know and ofc the pack important members . I say ' I'm sorry sir , but I will try to be on time ' , my uncle says ' well , you always say that now go and take a seat ' . I go and sit at the last desk . I am a nobody at school and I'm a orphan to everyone as my real identity is a secret . Many packs have been trying to lure me out to join thier packs but I always refuse ,  fuckers trying to take me from my pack . I may be a assassin that doesn't mean I don't have family now let's go back to ma story . As soon as the class ends , I go out to the cafeteria and see the alpha's son - trevon with his friends and the cheerleaders and then the worst thing happens . My wolf says ' he is mate ' ' wtf you talking about luka ?' ' not kidding , he's our mate ' well then let's go . As soon as I take a step , the school's slut  amina comes running and gives a kiss to him . Well , that didn't go well , my wolf whimpers and my wolf covers our scent . ' why ' I ask him ' because we are a  assassin and we don't need mates ' ' aren't you sad ?' ' I'm sad but it's good to let some people go ' ' you genius dude ' ' shut up chris ' ' okay luka ' . I then realised that my wolf had been knowing this from the start and that's why. He hadn't talk to me when he first saw the soon - to - be alpha . My wolf had already hide my scent before I entered the cafeteria and so he could smell me . But oh boy I was wrong . As soon as thier little makeout session finish , he lets out a low growl and says ' my mate's here ' well I better act normal . Everyone stops as if time has only stopped and I also stop like everyone cause dude you gotta do some acting broo!! some gasped some had wide eyes and some girls just squealed hard as if thier his mate .

I sit at the local RMV to get my license and I wait in the long line.  My eyes come to rest on the guy and he frowns.  I grab my license from the pickup area desk and run out of the building while almost knocking down a guy in. a black suit and red and white tie. 

"Watch it !" he grabs my arm and pulls me back 

I try and push him off but his guard guys pull me close and I give up.
"Watch where your going, okay ma'am?" he asks and he tells his guards to let me go
I shrug them off hard and make a run for it and I hear him call out my name and all of a sudden as I reach for my car door handle a pair of arms encircled my waist and a hand went over my mouth and I tried to kick but was slammed onto the ground. 
I open my eyes and survey my surroundings and at first I can't seem to remember where I was before this but then I do. I got kidnapped!
I try to get up but something heavy pulls my arms down and my legs too. I look down and realize I am shackled with chains to a cement brick wall and the chains are made if silver and copper. 
"Well well she's awake boys and girls" a voice calls from what I assume to be the hallway. A man that looks to be in his fifties with black hair and brown eyes comes in to the cell now that his light moves around I can see where I am but not know the location. He grabs my face in one hand and slides his finger in my mouth and I bite him. Hah serves him right! What kind of man puts his rotten dirty finger in a woman's mouth?!
He smiles at me and whistles and another guy comes in but he's younger than this man he's about maybe 25 or so. The new one sits down in front of me and smiles.
The older man frowns "Now kill her or I will kill her" and she just stares as the older man leaves the cell and the younger one leans down and his teeth touch my throat and I feel something sharp touch me briefly and then  I feel a fast wind hit me in my back and the bars break open and a large wolf barges in with its teeth bared and the man steps back and puts his hands up. The large wolf  lunges and the man falls to the floor with a hard thud and his head is out into the wolf's mouth and the wolf bites it off. I look away from the ugly sight and try to work at the bindings on ny arms by moving my fingers around behind my back.  I feel a soft bristle of string and when I pull on it the ropes come free and I untie my legs and am all free.The wolf locks eyes with me and is about to lunge at me when I make a run for it out the door and into a weird hallway lit by only small ceiling lights that go down far. I manage to run very far and a light comes unto view and I open the largemain doors and the moon is up in the sky and its a lunar eclipse. I keep running until I get to a little river with a waterfall and I rest for the night.

They say that every story has a format; a beginning, a middle and an end with a life lesson that everyone can and must benefit from. Easier said than done right? Well what people don't fully realize is how unique a story can be if done right. Such is the case of a pack of seven canines (lupines to be precise) of unusual backgrounds to come into a world not like their own, and in turn help create something of their own: a bridge of understanding.

As it all goes, it begins on sunny midsummer day in June. Upon a little clearing in a forested part of Montana we find little and humble wolf sanctuary named 'Haus der Wölfe' (German for House if Wolves). Owned by a lovely couple who had much interest in preserving the species, this sanctuary was just staring out with three wolves: Meika, a beautiful female Artic wolf; Achak, a gray wolf; and Elda, a large Canadian Timber wolf. With the husband and wife duo was their 'kid' Duke, a wolf-dog they took in after a family couldn't handle his wolf side much longer. Where he lost a home he gained a new one, a better one. Though it was first rough trying to get acquainted with his lupine brethren, they in time all warmed up to him. He may have enjoyed running with them and learning to hunt with them, he still had his inner dog and loved to cuddle with his adoptive furless parents and looked forward to them visiting his pen. During the times before and after he arrived at the sanctuary, he acquired an approximate amount of logic and knowledge from his owners by listening and watching all that he could. 

Upon a particular day of play, they caught ear of a truck coming up near the main gate. They all came up near the visiting area to see what the commotion was. The previous three had seen this truck before. It was green with words spelled out 'DNR' and it was backing up towards the gate. The back of the vehicle opened out came three new wolves one at a time: an Eastern wolf, a red wolf and an Arabian wolf that seemed like a dwarf to the other two. While the Eastern wolf was eager and hopped off, the other two were unsure of their new home. After some coaxing, the two eventually got off. Soon the three newcomers were greeted by Duke who took it upon himself to be the mediator for today. "Hiya fellas. Welcome to Casa de Lupine or simply just home. I'm Duke and who are you fellas?"

The first to step forward was the Eastern wolf who spoke with confidence and a slight southern accent. "Howdy and salutations my hombre. The name's Colt, I came here from ol' Mississippi from another preserve." The next was the red wolf. He too had a slight southern drawl. "The name's Radolf, just came here from a nature preserve along the two Carolinas." And then finally at last, there was the Arabian wolf. "Hhhi, I'm Boris. I'm not from any reserve or preservation. I'm actually...well was formerly a pet."
"Get out of here! You were some humans' pet?" Colt exclaimed. "Shoot! I bet you never had taste, if not a mere nibble of the slice of life we wolves have." 

"Probably for good reason." said Radolf. "What happened, did you get flirty with neighbors' dog or something?"

"No! No! Nothing like that honest!" Borris panicked, his ears folded back and his tail between his legs. "I guess...they just didn't want me."

"It's nothing to judge you on Borris." said Duke. "I was fine at my  previous home until they decided to send me here. I believe they said something about me being too big, but anyways let's get you guys introduced to the other two here."

"And who they be exactly?" asked Colt, his tail wagging in hopeful happiness.

"You'll see. Follow me gentlemen." As the owners opened up the gate to the main part of the sanctuary, the wolves led by Duke explored the vast spacious acres of forest with pines erect like solitary guardians. They all took in the smell of fresh pine sap leaking from bits and parts of the trees. After a bit of trotting, they finally came across his three other friends. "Achak, Meika, Elda meet Colt, Borris and Radolf." The wolves all exchanged greetings with each other as normal wolves do, as Colt was trying to make moves on Meika. "Well hello beautiful. What brings a pretty little snow angel like you a nice outfit like this?" he said flirting with her.  "Just well and fine thank you."  she replied, accepting his flirting with ease. Unnerved, she turned to the small Arabian wolf. "So who brought the coyote in here?"

"Actually ma'am, I am a wolf; an Arabian wolf actually." Borris said nervously. He had his head lowered in a show of submission hoping that the three wolves would be friendly with him. Her eyes softened as she greeted him. "I do apologize Borris. I've just never seen a wolf so little." said Meika.

(Little known fact: Coyotes stand at 21-24 inches tall at the shoulder, while wolves grow to 26-32 inches tall. Arabian wolves stand on average 25–26 inches (64–66 cm) at shoulder height. Talk about being an in-between)

"Neither have I." said Achak who padded on over with Elda. He had a bit of a scar along his cheek. "You could have been easily mistaken for one."

"It's not a big deal really." said Borris, still acting a bit shy. "I guess I'm not all that accustomed to the outdoor life just as much."

"You'll get pretty use to it." said Elda towering over Borris like he was a young cub. "The three of us were relocated from our homes here. Weren't too sure what to make of it at first, but we got comfortable once we got settled in. This place is kind of the same as any other forest. Just with some slight differences."

"What kind of differences?"

"Like wired fencing for one thing." Radolf spoke out. "To try to keep any unwanted humans from hunting us or taking us, well so said the human that I was left with."

"So far we haven't had any trouble like that here." said Achak. "Just peaceful living hunting for prey, simple life for us wolves. The humans that look after us aren't so bad either."

"Humans? Here?" asked Borris, nervous just from his past experience with humans. 

"Don't worry Borris." Meika reassured him. "There are only two here but so far they've been the best as far as we're concerned."

"If you say so darlin'." said Colt. "So what exactly we got here in terms of food?"

"Well we got the occasional moose we often track down." said Duke. "Several various small critters too but mostly deer. In fact, it's almost about time for a hunt. You three game?"

"Sure." barked Colt enthusiastically.

"As long as we're all pitching in." replied Radolf.

"Borris how about you?" Duke asked Borris who picked his tail up a bit. "Well...I suppose I can give it a go."

"Don't worry little buddy." said Elda as he nudged the little wolf. "It'll be fun I promise. We'll think of something for you to do."

Hesitant for a moment, Borris reluctantly agreed and all seven took off on the hunt for food as one pack.

Six wolves of various breeds were on their way to Europe from North America for a showcase for wolf preservation but something happened and the six canine compatriots find themselves somewhere in the African savanna. Will they be able to make their way back or is it more likely their stuck for good? Only with working with each other will they be able to make it through. 

This would take place in the middle of Lion King 2 and of course all rights and content pertaining to this belong to respected owners.

Corbin dies gets some wishes and is sent off to the world of teen wolf where he is an orphan and now he is in bed asleep getting ready for school tomorrow.

Meanwhile, at Scott Mccall's house, Scott is fixing his lacrosse stick and followed by doing some shirtless chin-ups before going to bed. That was until he heard a noise outside his house so he decided to go and investigate the noise with his baseball bat only for Stiles to hang from the roof scaring Scott, being scared, Scott almost swings the bat at Stiles although he is quick to stop himself from doing so. Stiles than goes on about how he overheard one of his dad's phonecalls saying that there was a dead body found in the woods followed by telling Scott about how they have only found half of the body and that he and Scott should go look for the other half, knowing Scott couldn't convince Stiles otherwise he hopped in the jeep and drove off to the Beacon Hills Preserve where half the body was found.
Once they make it to the Preserve Scott mentions that the person who killed the victim could still be out there and saying that this was a very dumb idea, especially since Scott was asthmatic and wouldn't be able to run away, some time into their search Stiles start running soon to be caught by his dad although covers for Scott, feeling that being in the woods at night with a murderer on the loose was better than getting lectured by his friend's dad Scott wanders off into the woods again, until out of nowhere deers start trampling him making him drop his inhaler.
Trying to find his inhaler Scott trips over something when he checks to see what it was he was terrified to see that it was the other half of the body, Scott decides to run away as fast as he possibly can when he suddenly hears growling, when he turns around he sees the alpha and tries to run away unfortunately not getting very far and gets bitten on the side of his torso, he then manages to somehow get away from the wolf running onto the road where he almost gets hit by the oncoming car which didn't even stop to see if he was ok.

As Corbin wakes up he still has an hour and a half before school so he decides to test out his new shapeshifter powers, when he shapeshifts and looks in the mirror he is welcomed by the most beautiful silver eyes you could imagine and some very sharp looking teeth and claws.
An hour and a half later and Corbin walks into the school grounds.......... TO BE CONTINUED

The novel is about a character named Raven who tries out a game that his friend Jacob recommends that is a fantasy game about many different animes combined like sword art online and my hero academia and I might sneak a few others in here and there, Raven also gets trapped in the game with his friend Jacob and other friends he makes along the way so follow Ravens insane adventure to find a way out of Crimson Memories.
