I questioned everything about myself, who I was. where I came from. never knew until I found them again. things would be different but that  was okay. finding myself was the key to everything. there will be trouble along the way and that's fine. I'll have my family to help and protect me. though its not me that'll need the protection 
It'll be the enemy...

Ryn wants nothing more than to have everything go his way, things change when Aroura shows up and throws him for a loop.

Dani cried from the very fear of being left alone. Logan was reminding Vanessa that not all enemies need to be defeated in the Isekai Game. In fact, many themes require little engagement. Ready to roll out, Vanessa sat firmly on a hamster. Her eyes were dedicated to the radar. Whereas her team was to keep an eyes out for airborne enemies again. 
 
They dead sprinted from bush to bush. No enemy spotted them as they made it to the cliffs. Not even the birds spotted them.

Once at the Cliffs, no tunnels were tracked. But a pack of foxes was smelled. Vanessa kept the hamster calm with the fact they couldn't detect them on the radar. Logan reminded her that hamsters have poor sight and rely on their sense of smell and feel. In response, she led her team up the cliff, keeping them near rocks to avoid most predators.
 
While running towards the top of a cliff, Vanessa detected trampling nearby. Obviously, it was foxes. They seemed to have caught an animal. In a small hole. It was possibly a rabbit or some other critter. But a hunch said otherwise.
 
They ran towards the tremors with what little life they had left. Everybody except the hamster wanted to puke what little air they had. That didn't stop them from getting near the action.
 
A fox threw a hamster in the air. Another fox dug it into the dirt. Its bloody cries meant nothing to the predators. Three others were digging out the tunnel for more. Mimi pointed out a boulder near the hole they could use to dig out the rest of the hamsters. In their weakened state, Vanessa's team did just that.
 
 
On the other side of the boulder, they dug out a tunnel to connect to reach underground. None of the foxes noticed them. Yet, another hamster was heard crunching within the jaws of a fox. Its voiceless cries hasted Vanessa to rush her tea. They could dig faster and their earth magic was practically useless in softening the dirt. On the radar, Vanessa saw another tunnel being dug out their way. The end of the tunnels fell forward onto two digging hamsters.
 
 
'Quick, we need to run away and join the rest of your hamster friends," said Vanessa.
 
 
Behind the digging hamsters was an elderly grey one that rejected, "We can't. There're too many foxes. We have to defeat them".
 
 
Mimi and Logan were quietly making fun of the hamsters for having no abilities to defeat the foxes. Their smiles for crunching hamsters contrasted the point of tears that was on Vanessa's face. She begged for guidance from the elderly hamster, but he had none.
 
 
"Nothing we can do," said Mimi.
 
Logan's fingers were crossed hoping Vanessa could figure out the two sensible things she could do. The first was to obviously shut the old rodent up and escape as soon as possible. Their time was dwindling away by the second. In her moment of desperation, a clarity struck Vanessa that forced her to grab the elder hamster's paw.

"This is cool, kinda," said Mimi ready for Vanessa's next move.
 
"It's laaaame!" yelled Logan in anger.
 
The foxes looked over towards Vanessa's team standing in a line. Her katana was held back. The smirk on her face taunted the foxes more than their hunger. Leaving the three half-chewn hamsters behind, the five foxes charged towards their new prey.
 
 
"Hamster magic!" yelled Vanessa causing her blade to light up, "Gooooo"!
 
She sliced her blade at Logan without hitting him. He sprinted towards the foxes like bait.
 
 
One fox dummied itself to snap at him. The moment its teeth gripped on him, Vanessa tilted her blade with a single hand on the elder hamster.
 
 
A magic shield surrounded Logan, in the form of a sphere, that smashed the fox's teeth. As the fox cried, he kept running into it until another smacked him away with its paw.
 
Logan's path was instructed by an arrow from the isekai system. The foxes evaded him as he was instructed to run off at a high speed.
 
The fox that smacked him was knocked down by a rolling Mimi that remained curving into it. Each hit was sliced a row of blades cutting into the fox. By the time it got away, a portion of its skin was torn off.
 
 
 
One fox sprinted towards Vanessa who was with two hamsters and an elder. The others remained in a pack trying to smack Mimi away.
 
 
 
Kiki was well-timed to run into to crowd of foxes. She smashed a few noses and tore a few paws. More importantly, she allowed Mimi to regain control of her path to steer back into the predators.
 
 
When the single fox got near the fox, Vanessa smacked her blade towards a hamster. A sphere appeared around it as it ran into the fox.
 
The fox easily dodged the hamster but was met with a direct hit from Logan in his little sphere bubble.
 
As Logan smashed into its side, Vanessa launched another hamster to hit the fox's face. The fox jumped and cried into the air. Blood splashed across the spheres.
 
 
The foxes ran away defeated. The one that got close to Vanessa was severely wounded but still managed to escape. Everybody regrouped next to Vanessa, leaning over their knees.
 
 
"Damn, Vanessa. How- you gonna- kill foxes with hamsters?" asked Mimi panting in her speech.
 
 
Vanessa briefly explained it was from using the elder hamster's magic with her young body. Sure it was limited and her magic power was low. However, with good planning, she could lead everybody to victory.
 
Despite their victory, they still needed to unite the hamsters. It was only then the elder hamster would be strong enough to bestow Vanessa the hamster power she came for. Simple enough, she guarded the hamsters to dig out a full tunnel while her team guards them. It was only afterward they would leave to link up with Dani.

Just a place where I can freely write and publish drafts for future events of my story. 
It's mostly for fun and includes spoilers.

The Isekai Game is a vigorous sport where players battle in a variety of themes each month. From magic, alchemy, melee combat, gun slinging, themes, players are forced to fight each other and monsters alike. 



Vanessa finally has her shot at playing and making it to the pro leagues to live a life of wealth, fame, and adventure. But when her small guild of misfits is threatened by an in-game assassin and her "ghost" warns her of a traitor, she feels at the end of her ropes. 



Will her new Isekai family stay together and make it to the pro leagues. Or will this traitor succeed at tearing them apart along with the harsh nature of the game?

Notes:
I know my first 2 chapters are confusing. I literally give the first 65 chapters free. My story has a "Do now, explain later" rhythm to it. The characters you read on in the first two chapters get fleshed out in the next two chapters. 
So give it a chance. 


Also, this is not your typical trash Isekai. There is no boy getting hit by a truck. No heavy romance. No high dive online nonsense. No harem. No sex jokes thrown every chapter nor bouncing tits. No truck-kun. No getting trapped in the game. No matrix or any other corny stuff. My concept is not original. But I literally cannot think of 1 story out there that has it.

When the students heard that they were about to save the hamsters, their eyes widened and their hearts raced. They listened carefully. 
Zhang Zian took the opportunity to explain the science behind it first.　　
Hibernation was a basic instinct to many animals. From small rodents, to reptiles, to bears, they all chose to hibernate to withstand the harsh weather when food became scarce. During hibernation, the animals had lower body temperature and slower metabolisms. They could spend the entire winter without eating, drinking or moving.
Before entering hibernation, animals made preparations to fatten themselves up, so that they had enough fat to consume and to keep them warm. They chose a safe, quiet, and warm nest to hide out. By the time they came out, spring already arrived.　　
Shi Shi liked to put a sweater on the Labrador she owned with Liu Sanlang. Zhang Zian had explained "surface area to volume ratio" to her. Smaller animals had higher surface area to volume ratios, so they were more likely to lose heat. Therefore, medium to large-sized dogs didn't need extra clothing in winter, only small dogs needed the extra help. Hamsters, since they were very small, were sensitive to temperature changes.　 
Hamsters' hibernation were rushed, as they didn't know enough to prepare for it. They entered hibernation as soon as their environment became too harsh. This type of hibernation was dangerous because there was a chance they'd never wake up. To scientists, calling the hamsters' behavior "hibernation" was an insult to the other animals, so they called it "pseudo-hibernation." 　　 
Zhang Zian had only been there for a few minutes, but he had already spotted a few problems. They didn't use pure wood chips, the cages were in the north instead of the south, the humidity in the room was a little high, etc. All were reasons that could've forced the hamsters into hibernation, but the main reason was the temperature.　　 
"I'll help you move the cages so that they're in the south. There are two things that caused the pseudo-hibernation. One is the low temperature, the other is the short daylight hours. I'll need you to split up and prepare some stuff, but let's revive them first. Do you have a kettle? To boil some water. Do you have syringes?" Zhang asked.　 
"There's a kettle in the classroom. I'll go get it." A little boy volunteered.
Wang Yaning frowned and said, "The syringes are in the biology classroom and the school clinic, but they're both closed right now. Should we buy some?"　　
"I'll go. I know a convenience store nearby that sells toy syringes," another boy said. After getting Zhang Zian's approval, he ran outside, then ran back and asked, "How many should I buy?"  
"Just one. The cheapest one will do." Zhang Zian put up one finger.　　 
"Okay." The boy ran out again.　　
"Does anyone have candy?" Zhang Zian asked.　　
"I do," another girl spoke in a shy voice.　　
"We'll need to supplement sugar to the hamsters. Do you mind if we use your candy? A small piece will do." Zhang Zian said gently.　
"Okay." The girl took some candy out of her pocket and put it on the desk.　
Zhang Zian nodded at her, then spoke to everyone, "Stretch out your hands, and rub them like this, until your palms are hot."　　 
He rubbed his palms quickly to demonstrate. They followed his example and rubbed their palms until they became red and hot.　
"Okay. Now, everybody grab a hamster. If you think that it's getting cold, rub your hands again, and blow on it with your mouths." As Zhang Zian spoke, he picked up a hamster from the cage.　　 
The three girls each chose a hamster, put them in warm palms, and brought them near their mouths to breathe warm air on them.　　 
This was the simplest and safest way to warm the hamsters up. Using hot water or heated blankets could backfire since the temperature was harder to control. However, Zhang Zian had only heard of this method, but he wasn't sure if it would work.　　 
The heat emitted from their palms traveled to the hamsters, and the hot air from their mouths was like a warm wind.　　 
"I'm back!" The boy that went to fetch the kettle returned first, with a silver stainless steel kettle in his hand. "Is this okay?"　
"Yes." Zhang Zian looked at the kettle doubtfully. "Is that an electric kettle? Where's the dock with the cord? Do you plan to boil the water with fire?"　　 
The girls couldn't stop chuckling. 　　 
The boy paused, then looked at the kettle in his hand, and felt massively embarrassed. He stuttered, "I...I'll head back to get it..."　　 
"Wait!" Zhang Zian stopped him. "Put the kettle down, then go get the dock."
The boy dashed out as soon as he put the kettle down, running faster than last time.　 
After a while, the second boy came back with a toy syringe. Zhang Zian gave him a hamster, and asked him to do what the girls were doing to heat up the hamster.　　 
A few minutes later, the first boy came back again. He brought the dock for the kettle.　 
"Fill the kettle halfway, and boil the water. Be careful not to burn yourselves," Zhang Zian commanded.　　 
It only took a couple of minutes for the water to boil.　　 
Zhang Zian gave his hamster to the boy who brought the kettle. He poured half the hot water into a small glass, then took a tiny piece of candy and put it into the hot water. The candy dissolved and disappeared quickly.　　 
He shook the glass to mix the sugar well. After the water cooled down to an appropriate temperature, he drew enough water to fill the toy syringe, opened the mouth of the hamster in the boy's hands, and injected the warm sugar water into its mouth.　　 
He repeated the process with the other hamsters.　　 
He put the syringe down. He had done everything he could, and now all he could do was wait.　　 
Little Celery nervously looked at the Winter White hamster in her hands. If looks had heat, hers could melt ice. 　　
Suddenly, she felt a twitch in her palms, as if something had scratched her.　　 
The hamster wiggled its body and opened its eyes.

 Kipo and Sarah were heading to the snake village and finish their mission to help the hamsters village.
Kipo : so I have asked you this question before.....but I want to see if the answer have changed....what's the plan ?
Sarah : I didn't change the plan yet.....first...we need to do some scouting....but this time I will do it alone....
Kipo : yeah yeah....I know.
After a while of walking they found the snake village, every snake was asleep, because it was daytime, but that does not mean that they can't wake up.
Sarah has already climbed the same tree Kipo fell off of. 
Kipo : I don't like this tree.
Sarah : I don't think the tree was the problem fatty...
Kipo : I'm not fat.....right ?
Kipo then checked her belly but it was flat.
Kipo in her mind : meh....I'm not fat.
Sarah started looking for any snake that might be awake, but she saw no one, she climbed down the tree and started to look with Kipo in the houses of the village through the windows, they saw many snakes, different sizes and heights, when Sarah saw them she realized that they can't win a fight against these creatures.
Sarah whispered : we have to leave....before we wake one of them up.....if one is up...all are up....let's go.
After they left the village and got far away from it, Kipo was confused of what's the matter.
Kipo : so what's next.....how will we take them out ?
Sarah : we won't.
Kipo : what ?....why ?
Sarah : you don't know much about biology.....do you ?
Kipo : I'm an astronomy scientist....of course I don't know anything about biology.
Sarah : snakes contain venom....this venom can do many different things to it's victim....some hurt...some immobilize....some make you bleed.....and some kills....one drop of a giant snake's venom is enough to kill you at least in like 2 minutes.....there is no way any of us will survive a fight with them.
Kipo : but how do we help the hamsters ?.....we have to.
Sarah : we need to find another way that doesn't involve violence.....unfortunately.
Kipo : we could get Zet.....if violence is still an option.
Sarah : if we do this fight even with Zet.....he might be the only survivor in it.....and that's a maybe.
Kipo : do we head to back to the hamster village now ?
Sarah : I think I have a plan....but we need Zet for it to work.....let's go to his tree house.
After a long walk, the night is almost sitting and it started raining, they have finally reached Zet's house, when they arrived Sarah climbed up to the door and broke it open, she knows that he's not in it.
Kipo : that was very unnecessary of you.
Sarah : sure....we can wait outside if you want.
Kipo : fine....
Sarah : we'll wait for him....he should be back soon.
The girls waited in the tree house for almost 10 minutes, then they heard Zet coming back.
When Zet came in he was surprised to see his door open, he summoned lightning in his hands before going to see who broke his door, he then climbed up and aimed immediately at the first thing he spotted.
Kipo : don't shoot !!
Sarah : oh hey Zet.....thought you'd never come back.
when Zet saw who broke in his house he turned off his lightning hands.
Zet : oh....it's you two....you couldn't more rude than this you know....oh...and hey Kipo.
Sarah : glad to see you too.....you know I broke into my house too.
Kipo : hi Zet.
Zet : what do you want ?
Sarah : long story....we need your help...and no...we're not going to kill or hurt anyone....this time.
Zet : fill me in.
Sarah : so recently we visited a village.....it was the hamsters village....they're dying slowly almost every night.....they're getting hunted by the snakes....they will eventually all die unless they get help.
Zet : and YOU want to help them?....I'm truly shocked...
Sarah : not me precisely....but yes...I do.
Zet : so what's the plan ?
Kipo : well....we tried to fight the snakes at first.....but luckily we realized we can't kill one of them without dying first.
Zet : you just found out?.....the snake that was chasing me was a blind snake.....but also a dumb one....it couldn't speak like the rest....but because it can't see it could hear and smell better than the rest of it's kind.....that one was average height and size to them....no one can miss with these guys and survive....I was lucky to find water on my way.
Kipo : wow....the mutation event did a real number on them.
Sarah : we need to go back to the hamsters village and see how they're holding up.
Zet : let's go then.
A while has passed when they were walking, and suddenly Zet asked Kipo in private.
Zet : hey does she know about what I told you ?
Kipo : no....I did not tell her anything.....yet.
By the time Zet and Kipo finished their private conversation, they have already arrived to their destination, the hamsters village.
Sarah : we're here.
Kipo was glad to see the population of this village didn't decrease as much as she thought.
Kipo : hi everyone !
The hamsters looked at her for a short while without saying any word.
Kipo : right...depression.
Zet : anybody cares to explain what's up with them ?
Kipo : they're usually depressed because of the snake attacks.
Sarah : and we're about to change this.
Sarah then headed to a high place, high enough to be able to gather all the hamsters in one place.
Sarah : alright everyone.....who's of you sick of the snakes attacks almost every night ? 
Many hamsters lift their hands up, while many others just left, they did not want to change anything and accept their fate by ending up eaten by a snake.
Sarah : we can change all of this.
The village chief : we won't fight them.
Sarah : why the hell does everyone find violence the first solution to everything....
Zet : what do you mean ?.....you did that too !
Sarah : shut up.....anyway....we have a plan to make you all safe from the snakes once and for all.
Some of the hamsters that left came back, they wanted to hear this plan before judging.
Sarah : but we need your help with this....if this plan works...none of you will ever be eaten by a snake again.
The villager chief : we're listening.
Sarah : we can change this whole village's location to somewhere else where they won't find you....and we will make decoys in these houses....so they won't suspect anything.....when they find out that you all left it will be too late for them...you would already be gone.
The village chief : but what about when they come at night ?
Sarah : this is why we have this guy.....everyone....meet Zet....he can control lightning and stuff...
Zet : hi everyone.....
Sarah then whispered to Zet.
Sarah : show them....
Zet : oh yeah.....this will hurt.
He then showed off his powers to the hamsters, they were impressed, more of those who left started to come back, this plan was destined to succeed.

Sarah : ok....Kipo....go get wood from the forest....get a group with you...gather as much sticks as you can find.

Sarah : and Zet....I need you to keep an eye on the snakes at all time....keep them away from here as much you can....if you're part fails....the whole plan fails.
Zet : no pressure huh ? 
Sarah : relax....we both know you got this....

The village chief : and what's our part ? 
Sarah : work on transferring all your stuff outside of the village....and I will go and find a new place for you to live in.
The chief nodded in agreement.

Sarah nodded with a faint smile on her face.
Sarah then left the village to look for the villager's new home. 
Hours have passed, the night has started to set, Sarah found 3 different places, she can't make the choice herself, it's all up to the chief to decide, it's time for her to get back.
when Sarah came back she saw progress being made, they are desperate to live a happy normal life.
Kipo and Zet had already came back after hard long day of work.
Sarah : Zet....report.
Zet : they don't show any action all day....only night....
Sarah : good news.....you'll have time to rest in the day.
Zet : heading to do my job. 
Sarah : and what about you Kipo ? 
Kipo leaded Sarah into one of the houses where she put all the sticks she gathered, it was a massive pile of sticks .
Kipo : is this enough ? 
When Sarah saw the pile she was surprised.
Sarah : more than enough....good job.....you can go get some rest now.
Kipo : you're not coming ?
Sarah : I'll be late....I need to speak with the chief.
Kipo : ok....see you later.
Sarah then went to speak with chief, he was in a private meeting with a group of villagers, she heard them talking about her and her group, she decided to hide in a place where they won't see her and started to listen. 
Villager : we have to do this....it will be way better than her plan.
Villager : but they're trying to help us.
Village chief : they're humans....we can't trust them....we have to do it....
Villager : it's simple....we capture them when they are defenseless....we deliver them to him and we will be rewarded with a wish....as he usually does....and he will get rid of all the snakes....he doesn't like them anyway.
Village chief : we will capture them tomorrow at dawn....be ready for them....we know where they live.

Sarah then ran and searched for a 2 rocks and a stick, she then climbed a big tree as fast as she could and started to set the stick on fire, she then howled as loudly. 
Zet heard it, he looked up at the sky.
Sarah then set the stick on fire and threw it up in the sky.
Zet saw it and ran back to her as fast he could.
Zet has arrived.
Zet : what's the emergency ?
Sarah : no time to explain now....we need to get to Kipo.
Zet and Sarah then ran back to Kipo, she already finished packing the tent.
Sarah : Kipo....when you went to get the sticks....did you pass by Zet's house ? 
Kipo : yes....multiple times....there were many broken trees in that area.....is there anything wrong ?
Zet : I live next to the lumber cats....
Sarah : oh no....the tree house is compromised....we need to get all the stuff you need in that house and leave...now.

They ran to Zet's tree house, there was no one there, they had to hurry, when they arrived they were about to get in, but Zet stopped them outside.

After Zet finished packing they all headed in the opposite direction of the hamsters village.
They have been walking all night, they were all tired, they needed to sleep, when they walked far enough from the hamsters village, they found a spot to set the camp in, it was in the forest, where the trees will give them cover to protect them from their enemies.
Everyone was tired, but Zet was angry, he waited for the girls to sleep then he flew back to hamsters village, when he arrived he sneaked into the house where Kipo stashed all the sticks, he grabbed a big amount and sat them all on fire and threw them at the villager's houses burning many houses they were sleeping in, he then flew back to the camp, he found Sarah waiting for him.
She was worried about him.
Sarah : where were you ? 
Zet : they took my home away.....so I took theirs.
Sarah : so much for laying low....
Zet did not respond, he was very mad, he can kill the whole village in a matter of minutes, but his conscious will always prevent him from killing.

Humans were humans, not fork cranes. Black Mamba realized his mistake. He'd rushed to move without much thought. 

"Why's this so weak? They don't even know how to set up a pillar."

"Oh, tabiki[1]. What can they do with their hamster brains? They don't know anything despite the teachings of Turki[2] that lasted over 1,000 years." 

"Those golden hamsters only know how to dig holes. Everything they made is poorly constructed." 

The three agents raised their chins at the same time and clicked their tongues. It was an act of contempt. The agents strongly sympathized with his weak excuse. He had once heard that the ethnic tension between Turkey and Syria was beyond Korea and Japan's, and that seemed to be right.

When the agent, who had a rifle slung over his shoulder, spoke as though it was nothing, the other agent, who was holding onto the mine detector, also shrugged it off. 

Even the agents couldn't escape the Turks' arrogance. Turkish men with their resolute machismo tendencies didn't like acknowledging other people's talents.

It didn't take 20 minutes for him to mark the mines. Black Mamba checked once more with his resonance waves and raised the wireless radio. 

"Mohammad, send them group by group, in intervals of 10 seconds."

"I understand, sir."

100 men and women carrying wrapped luggage rushed out of their hiding place and crossed the hills. Black Mamba's eyes grew alert. There were approximately 900 meters of exposed distance to get to the barbed-wire fences. He had already cleaned out 300 meters on both sides and tapped over 1,000 meters, but it was still not time to relax. He raised his dimensional sight to its utmost. 

"If you insist on visiting Allah, I have no choice but to send you off."

The second group also disappeared along with another MIT agent. By the time the third group arrived, nine MIT agents in farmer attire had appeared. 

"Sin Bay[4]. I'm Ocak Bir."

A sturdy man, who looked like he was in his early 40s, requested a handshake. Ocak was January in Turkish. Bir referred to the number one. That meant 12 groups were dispatched to assist him, and that guy was the one in charge. The Turks' class consciousness was no exception to the intelligence agency. Aside from assigning a temporary code name, the MIT also assigned a temporary number for every operation. The nickname "Alarek On" referred to the youngest of an operative team. 

"Ange de la Mort."

"Ha, you're more like the angel of salvation rather than the angel of death. It's astounding how you're helping that many people to escape. Refugees to be transferred into limousines, ha, it's unbelievable." 

"Limousines?"

"There's no need to head directly to Camuzkışlası. Limousines await you once you cross the DMZ. We're moving according to orders, but greeting hamsters at the border with limousines? Hahaha!" 

Bir laughed as though he couldn't believe his own words.

Black Mamba didn't like how Bir looked down on the Syrians by calling them hamsters, but he understood the animosity between the two countries. It wasn't much different from how the Koreans referred to the Japanese as Jjokbari. For someone who's on the receiving end of help, he didn't want to cause problems, either. 

"Are you Japanese?"

"Non, Coréen," Black Mamba replied instinctively and flinched.

He answered that he was Korean after he was assumed to be Japanese. He must have relaxed too much nearing the end of a complicated problem. However, Ocak Bir was also strange. Informants usually didn't ask others for their personal information. 

"Nice to meet you. Turkey and Korea are brother nations. My father participated in the Korean War. I'm Havuç from the MIT's operations department. It means carrot in Turkish." 

"Kuk, call me Dong-bang-bull-pae."

Black Mamba silently laughed at Havuç, whose face flushed like the color of carrots. Havuç's code name suited him. As he was talking to Havuç, the last group, who were the Kurd tribe, escaped with the agents' help. 

Havuç's eyes followed the stream of people who avoided the sticks with red ropes. He had already received the report that the Ange de la Mort had marked all the mines, ensuring a safe passage. He was surprised that the man could sense that many mines. 

What an amazing guy.

There were several people with unique abilities among the operative agents. Some operatives could smell things several times better than others, and like a seal, some could even stay underwater for more than 10 minutes. It seemed like the Ange de la Mort was an operative with unique abilities too.

Intense explosions were continuously heard from the north.

The brief explosions were from tanks. That meant the battle had progressed. 

"Won't there be any problems?"

"No, there won't. We have stronger tank power. The M48A3 Patton and M60 Patton will overwhelm Syria's tanks. We're a tier above them when it comes to both weapons and technology." 

Tutututu— 

A Heliborne Battalion flew in from the east. They were the reinforcements from Tell Rifaat. 

"The battle's intensifying."

"No problem. Attack helicopters will be coming in from Hatay. Assad will surely pay the price for provoking Hatay."

"I thought it was originally Syria's territory."

"Less than 10 percent of the Syrians live in Hatay. They are mostly the Turks. I heard there are mostly Koreans in the far east region of Manchuria. I don't understand why Korea's staking a claim over that territory." 

"Hah!"

Black Mamba was rendered speechless. Havuç spoke factually, as though his concept of territories were like tables having four legs. 

"The self-propelled artillery shootings will start soon. This place isn't safe. We need to leave this place as soon as possible," Havuç urged. 

"Bakri, what are you doing? You need to leave quickly," Black Mamba spoke to Bakri's group, who were still moving slowly. 

Jamal approached and whispered into Black Mamba's ear.

"Master, Bakri and his family have been guarding your wealth." 

"Aha!"

Black Mamba exclaimed even if he was late to the game. He was so busy that he had entirely forgotten about the papers, videotape, the bunch of dollars, and gold. It was careless of him since there were over 4,000,000 dollars and 400 kilograms of gold. Bakri and Jamal must have struggled while trying to carry all of that. 

He took off his backpack and threw it at Jamal. 400 kilograms worth of gold was approximately 21,000 cubic centimeters. It was 27.5 centimeters in length, width, and height. His backpack was more than enough to fit that capacity, but the weight was impossible for ordinary people to bear. 

"Jamal, you can do whatever you need to do with the money."

What does he mean?

Black Mamba had meant for Jamal to use it on the Orthodox Christians and the Kurd tribe, but his reply was unusual. However, he should be able to use it wisely since he's friends with Bakri.

The heavy backpack was reassuring. The gains he obtained from this Syria trip couldn't measure up to what he had obtained in the Sahel. He was definitely compensated for his labor.

Black Mamba's eyes started watering. It had been complicated and challenging, but it was rewarding. The warmheartedness of 100s of people rushed toward him. He felt as though something in the corner of his mind broke. The pressure, which seemed to hound the corner of his mind at all times, disappeared.  

Whoosh— 

Resonance waves swept past his entire body. He shivered. His body felt infinitely lighter. Something had changed. 

"Habibi! Let's go together."

Wael hopped forward but nearly tripped over a rock.

"Oh, you'll fall, habiba." 

Black Mamba teleported and picked the child up.

"Look, this child is everyone's hope. All humans need to be responsible for at least one life, and that is your own. You cannot take care of yourself when freedom is taken away from you. I give all of you your freedom. Now, you all must live to help this child and the next generation learn to take responsibility for their own lives." 

Without leaving a single person behind, his baritone voice reached everyone who had crossed the line.

"Huriyah![7]" Bakri shouted at the top of his lungs. 

"Huriyah!"

All at once, the screams of 540 people echoed across the border. The morning sun rose. Like a waterfall, the bright sunlight poured over the backs of the people who were dressed in worn clothes. Those who had never been deprived of their freedom didn't know how precious that was. 

Unlike most countries' military culture, the Korean military suppressed the freedom of their soldiers. Those who didn't suffer in the army would never understand why soldiers risked their lives to sleep outside the military for at least one night.

Her father was executed because she had fallen in love with a heathen, and she was supposed to die by stones. Although she was unconscious during the rescue, she found love thanks to Sir Ddu-bai-buru-pa's grace. Was there a greater blessing than this?

Black Mamba waved his hand. His role was now over. The rest was up to Bonipas and the French officials. 

"Arak lahiqaan'[12]. Barakallahu Feek Ddu-bai-buru-pa![13]" the Orthodox Christians and the Kurd tribe shouted at the top of their lungs.

Bassel rushed forward and rubbed her cheeks on Black Mamba's cheeks. 

"Thank you for giving me a new life. I'll wait for the day to serve you."

As if she didn't want to lose, Aishe popped out from behind and whispered into Black Mamba's ear.

"I won't be greedy, but please let me be near your side."

"Uhh, um!"

Black Mamba didn't know where to turn when other Arab ladies rushed forward to show their affections. The locals rushed toward him to rub their cheeks and grab his hand, creating general disorder. When the chaos didn't end, Bakri and Ibrahim stepped forward to manage the crowd. 

"Amazing. A savior from the East, hm?" Havuç smiled widely.

"Ha, my face is burning. Regardless, they're honest people."

Black Mamba rubbed his face with his hand. He was unsure if they were naive or desperate. Compared to the Koreans, their customs were too different.

After pondering, he went inside and counted the Goblins. Then he counted the Goblins in the corner. There were exactly a hundred gamers. 
All the gamers went offline in the Dungeon. He felt that it was a good habit.
He turned around and noticed Brainiac, who looked puzzled.
"Lord Sherlock, I…" Brainiac had just spoken when Sherlock raised his hand and interrupted him.
"I know what you're going to ask. Don't ask. Young lads have to contemplate, then it will be meaningful. If you've never encountered setbacks, what's the use of society?"

1: Purchased new servers that increased the gamers count to 2,000. The maximum capacity is 2,100.
2: Improved the Reputation System.
Reputation Points: Reputation Points will be used as a special currency.
The activities of the gamers, such as the Daily Construction Missions and Daily Materials Gathering Missions, will garner Reputation Points.
The Reputation Points can be used to increase the gamer's Reputation Level, which will no longer be automatically upgraded. Once the required Reputation Level is attained, the Reputation Points can be used to change to a new Race and Profession for the missions. Reputation Points can also be used to learn special skills and for future functionalities.
Creating new characters after death will no longer have the full Reputation penalty. The deduction of the Reputation Points will vary according to the gamers' race. The Reputation Level will not be downgraded. 
3: Added new Races.
Gnome: As the Dungeon's main force, their numbers are only second to Goblins. As the most common creature of the Underworld, the Gnome's strength, agility, and intelligence are superior to a Goblin. The Gnome has a Mana affinity, and their body is able to feel Mana.
Added special Gnome mission, The Way of the Gnome.
Houndhead Man (To be added): A low intelligence creature who lives in caves and whose combat power is inferior to a Gnome. Because of their ties to the Dragon family, they have great Mana affinity, but due to their low intelligence, none of the Houndhead Men are able to use Mana. Lord Sherlock is attempting to interact with these creatures to see if they can be integrated into Eternal Kingdom.

4: Punishment System in development.
To protect order in Eternal Kingdom, the Punishment System will be used to deal with obnoxious gamers who are disrupting the proper gaming culture. It is currently in development.

The swollen-faced Hamster grabbed some black powder and tossed it into the fire stove. The flames grew in height, and the entire room lit up.
The room started quaking, and the ceiling had a large open mouth. 
"Ke—Pui!"
Water saliva dripped down and flooded the three Hamsters and the towering flames.
The ceiling opened its mouth and spouted vulgarities. "(Censored), all of you! Setting my hotel on fire? You (censored). I've informed the police! You'll be in jail for the rest of your lives!"
The three Hamsters looked at the ceiling that had gone back to normal. Then, they looked at the extinguished fire stove.
"Boom!"
The flames grew in height again, and they had a blue human silhouette. The silhouette turned her head to look around before speaking intermittently in a gentle female voice. "What has happened? Why is… so bad? Can hear… why are… in this state?"
"Lady!"
"We hear you!"
"We found Lord Sherlock!"
The three Hamsters said together. The swollen-faced Hamster grabbed some powder and thought for a while. Then, he threw the whole bag into the stove.
"Boom—!
Blue flames towered over them. The human figure became clear, and the intermittent voice became a loud holler.
"What? Sherlock? You've found him? Where is he?"
"Lady!"
"You're too loud!"
"He's at Winterfell. More or less."
"Find him! Convey my message to him. Once I'm done over here, I'll look for you."
The blue flames extinguished on her last word.
The three Hamsters looked at each other and spoke simultaneously.
"What message? Did Lady convey any message?"
"Can't remember."
"Is it mealtime?"
"Pom—!"
A strong armored arm bashed through the room door. The scent of scattered wood shavings pervaded the air. The arm started searching around for the door handle.
"You're under arrest! You arsonists! Open the door!" the voice outside shouted.
