This is a non-fiction work. based on an incident I had when attending a family gathering. I found this very amusing and thus, I am sharing it today.

A world where mythology is reality and belief can become truth, the story of how a slave boy and a simple garden snake grow to something “beyond” is told.

As we see from the title, the snake and the mirror are the two most important things in the story. This homeopathic doctor encountered a snake, the snake fell on the doctor. When the snake saw its reflection in the mirror, it was more interesting in that and the doctor’s life was saved.

In the middle of the dark, we can see a small light shining; if we look more closely, we can see a small child there. He has four small horns, red eyes, and white hair. 

The child continues to play with the stroller, the body is surrounded by bandages, but that does not prevent him from playing with the stroller.

 A small flame appears in front of the boy, the boy as someone his age begins to chase her. Arriving at a gate, the flame beckons the boy, the boy approaches the gate and puts strength in it.

But no matter how much force he puts in, he cannot make the gate move. And so I continue the time, the boy every day trying to open the gate, but he always fails. 

More today and different, the boy's eyes that are always lifeless, today are burning intensely, he starts putting strength at the gate, even more strength, even the sound of his bones breaking can be heard, but even so the boy does not give up . 

* Clang! * The gate opens, * Swooish! * The cold wind hits the naked boy, looking at the landscape around him, the boy is surprised; white, nothing but the purest snow slowly falling to the ground.

Stepping on the ground, the boy quickly pulls his foot, not knowing what this can do, he starts to step on the snow slowly, after checking that everything is fine, he continues walking slowly in the snow. 

Observing everything with suspicion, fear and curiosity, the boy continues his journey. As he walked, * pof! * A small red fruit falls on the boy's head. 

Picking up the fruit, the boy looks at it curiously; looking like an apple, only much more red. Looking up, the boy sees nothing but the cloudy sky, putting his attention back on the fruit, the boy doesn't know what to do with it, so he decides to keep carrying it.

Walking, it is not known how long, the boy stops to rest. Sitting on a rock, the boy begins to admire the landscape. 

Instinctively, the boy turns his head to the side, where something black passes close to him, watching, the boy sees a slightly larger than normal snake, black, with violet eyes. 

The snake tries to bite him again, but the boy jumps very high, falling to the ground, the boy releases the fruit he was carrying and takes the snake by the head, which tried to bite him when he was not looking.

The snake realizing this, uses its tail that is glowing purple like a spear towards the boy. The boy casually catches him with nothing, surprising the snake. 

Curiously placing his face next to the snake, the boy starts to squeeze, * crackling *, causing the snake's death. The boy realizing that she is no longer moving, he throws her on the floor and goes to pick up the fruit. 

Picking up the fruit on the floor, the boy starts walking again.

- and a few months passed.

 We can see a young man of at least 14 years in front of a giant bear, he is at least 15 meters, with dark fur with a purple touch on the tip, black eyes and a big scar on the X-shaped belly. 

The bear uses its claw and strikes towards the young man, who swerves to the left, running forward and throwing his knee into the bear's belly, which makes him fly a few meters.

The scene would be very funny to see, a giant bear being sent away with a single casual attack from a small boy. 

The bear is extremely angry and looks at the boy, but does not find him anywhere, making him confused.

The boy appears on top of the bear and kneels over his head. Making his head hit the ground at high speed, causing a hole full of blood. The boy lets out a smile and approaches the bear's heart, using his right hand, he pierces and takes out a purple crystal.

 The crystal shines around the boy and disappears. The boy stands on a tree branch and takes a red fruit and starts to come back.

Arriving in a hole, the boy jumps, in the dark, the boy looks around.

* Sssss * 

The boy looks to the side, where a big black eye appears, along with the hiss of a snake, the boy increases his smile, then the mountain starts to shake, causing several stones to fall, the boy starts to jump on stone and stone.

Upon reaching the ground, the boy looks up, where he sees a giant snake, the snake looks at the boy and releases a purple vapor, which melts everything around him. 

The boy simply inhales the vapor as if it were nothing, the snake gets angry and moves its tail at an incredible speed if we compare its body size. 

The boy jumps in the air, and the snake's tail stretches, making a big hole, looking into the snake's eyes, the boy moves his left arm in the form of a punch.

* Swooish *

 The boy's punch causes great pressure in the air, making him go towards the snake, which ends up falling on the ground, the snake starts to rise with the blood running down his face, which has a punch-shaped mark on his left cheek. 

The snake opens its mouth, making a big ball of purple energy appear, the boy noticing, kicks the air, making it quickly reach the ground.

The snake points to the boy and releases the purple ball, the boy raises both hands as a goalkeeper and stops him. 

The boy's body starts to drag backwards, the wind caused by the ball is so big that it makes several trees fly. 

The boy starts to lift the energy ball and, using his right hand, he directs it to another place, causing a big explosion.

The snake prepares another ball, the boy realizing it, quickly kicks the ground and with an extremely fast speed, it arrives on top of the snake's head. 

Turning in the air, he kicks the snake's head with the tip of his left foot, making its head go at an incredible speed to the ground. 

Not giving the snake a chance, he gives a boost and heads towards the ground at high speed.

When it was about to hit the ground, the snake uses its tail and attacks, causing it to fly at high speed carrying several trees. 

Finally, stopping in the middle of a mound of earth dragged by his body, he realizes that the snake's scale is turning purple. 

Then she starts to go towards the boy. The boy gets up and starts to be in a position to fight.

The snake's head meets the boy's left punch, making his arm break, the boy spitting blood, but he still doesn't stop. 

The fruit, on the other hand, begins to shine and the boy's arm turns red, bringing several flames that begin to burn the forest behind. 

The snake's body begins to become more purple, causing the forest to melt. And so the continuous struggle.

Anyone who looks up will see only two large arrows pushing against each other. 

* bang! *

 A great explosion was heard and, with that, two great marks can be seen in the forest, one on fire and the other with a purple gas. 

In the middle of that, we can see a boy with a reddish left arm, he starts to fall slowly on the floor and closes his eyes. 

Thus, ending the fight.

Blood, death and torture. Faced with this environment there is only one living being. Now in this layer that can really be called hell, how will this living being escape?

A slender purple scaled serpentine creature with golden eyes was reflected in the boy's own of the same luster. While swaying it's small head from side to side, the young boy noticed that there were many more stones, similar to the one which the creature emerged from, just behind it. The noise of these 'stones' cracking resonated around the boy, and he quickly noticed that he was actually surrounded. He had walked into a snake nest.
It did not take long before there was a mass of slithering bodies covering his feet. The feeling of the many scales across his ankles and feet started to hurt the boy, and a strange feeling rose up in his stomach. The boy's stomach started to growl and somehow, he knew he was hungry. A strong urge to consume one of the creatures that were in front of him compelled the boy to pick one up.
As he picked up the snake, it began to squirm furiously, wanting to let go and return to the warmth of its siblings. The boy's pupils turned into slits and his golden eyes started to glow. The fist that was was holding the purple snake just below the head squeezed tightly and the snake's movements halted. As soon as that happened, all the other snakes' movements stopped as well.
The boy brought the the dead snake to his mouth and bit of its head. The strength of the boy's jaw, and hardness of his teeth far surpassed that of the newborn snake's scales and bones. The boy swallowed the mass of bones and meat, when some green misty boxes appeared in front of his eyes again.

The boy could read the words, but couldn't put understanding to them quite yet. However, a warm feeling surrounded his body and he felt that it was something that should happen again. So, he reached down toward the group of snakes that were now moving away from him. Since there were no more near him, the boy moved and quickly crushed a snake's head into ground instantly killing it.

The boy frowned because it wasn't exactly the same feeling as before. He quickly remembered that he had put the snake from before in his mouth to induce the pleasant feeling. Just as he was about to put his second kill into his mouth, there was a sharp pain that shot up the boy's leg from his ankle. He looked down and saw another snake had bitten him, and the boxes that appeared in front of him this time were red.

The boy's eyes widened with surprise, he didn't like this new feeling. His movements seemed sluggish and his eyesight blurred slightly. The boy gritted his teeth as a new emotion surged into him: Anger. He reached down and grabbed the snake that had bitten him and immediately crushed its head in his hand. After he took both snakes that were in his hands and shoved them into his mouth. To the boys delight, slightly easing his newfound anger, a new string of green misty boxes appeared in front of his eyes.

After the box that stated 'You have leveled up' appeared, power surged through the boy's body. He smiled and looked at the rest of the snakes that were now circling him. To his surprise, the first snake he saw hatch, and coincidentally the only one with golden eyes that matched his, slithered up next to him and hissed at the others of its kind.
The boy felt a connection with this snake in particular, and didn't have the same feeling to eat this one as he had with all the others. The snake seemed to also have this feeling, and it wanted to fight the other snakes with this boy to become stronger.
There seemed to be a standstill between the mass of newborn snakes and the pair of boy and the golden eyed snake. However, that quickly came to an end as soon as one snake got close, the golden eyed snake lashed out and bit into its enemy's head. It was a clean kill, but this just sparked the rage of the others in the surroundings. The sea of tangled bodies started to surround the duo and a battle broke out.
The boy was still poisoned, but with the large mass of snakes, he didn't have to try hard to grab and squeeze the snakes dead. With every snake he killed, there would be a box that would appear stating he received EXP. Every chance he got, the boy would shove what he could of the dead snakes into his mouth to activate the DNA Assimilation skill.
The snakes did bite him and decreased his HP, but every time he gained enough EXP, he would get the level up box and his condition improved significantly. Every bite that he received contained poison and eventually he got a box that said he gained poison resistance which helped alleviate the symptoms the poison of the snakes gave him.
The boy quickly came to realize that he would have to save eating the snakes for later and started to use his entire body to crush, strangle, bite, kick, and punch everything in his way. The golden eyed snake was a great help as it seemed to grow faster as it killed its kin. The slaughter raged on, and soon night fell. With it, rain came and washed away the blood and gore as the boy finally fell back onto his butt having achieved victory. He looked at his snake companion that coiled around his arm and smiled while now focusing his attention on the big blue box that displayed the most information.

A boy named Rain wanders the world to figure out who he is and why he was created. He has the power of the gods, but he doesn't know why. In the mean time, while he tries to found out these mysteries, he might as well make the best of this life. However, this is a rough world to live in, and if he wants to live, he has to fight for it. He will make a stand in this world and prove he deserves to live.

This is my first work, but I have some experience in writing stories as a DM for DnD. If there is any grammatical mistakes or honest criticism, please comment.

Jin and his two beast companions have successfully entered the dark cave. What met them was extreme darkness. Jin went to Jumbo and took out from one of the bags a fire rod. An item invented by the Crafts Association.
"KSHA"
Jin lightened the fire rod, which brightened the area around them.
Jumbo and Blizzard looked around, the cave was really wide and high.
"Let's continue."
"Yes, master." Jumbo and Blizzard said in unison.
"So, master, had actually set up a poisonous trap before my arrival?" Blizzard asked Jumbo. He wanted to know how he had lost to Jin.
"Yes," Jumbo replied.
"WHOA." Blizzard Let out a surprised gasp. According to Jumbo, their master would always set up a poisonous trap around them when they are eating or taking a break in the wilderness, that trap causes paralyze. It was called the poisonous field. What was amazing was that the poison was odorless and colorless making it extremely lethal.
"That explains why I wasn't able to detect it." Blizzard thought quietly.
"Blizzard, how did you figure it out that I used a mind-controlling technique?" Jin asked with interest. Mind-controlling techniques were extremely rare.
"Well, when I was young, an elderly wolf who lived for too long told me about the mind-controlling techniques.
When I smelled the wolf you had poisoned, I immediately realized what kind of technique it is after sensing the changes in his mind."
"I see," Jin said with a smile.
"HEHE! I wanted to obtain the mind-controlling technique to trade it for a valuable treasure." Blizzard said with a smile.
"BANG" "BANG"
Suddenly…
Fierce fighting sounds came from afar. Three people were engaging in a battle against a huge snake. People would occasionally visit the dark caves to gather valuable plants. The cold and dark environment of the cave was really suitable for the growth of some plants.
"Oh!" Blizzard said as he got to see the look of the three people. Astonishingly, the three people looked young around fifteen or sixteen years old. They wore special medals that lightened the area around them.
"Their background must be extraordinary if they wield such a power in this young age," Jumbo commented.
"Yeah, but looks like they will lose to that high-ranked commander beast," Blizzard replied with a carefree expression.
"Argh." One of the three people was sent flying by the snake's powerful tail.
"Big brother!" The other two immediately retreated to their big brother.
"I am fine." replied the young boy who was clad in a black robe.
"Big brother, what are we going to do? This snake is extremely powerful." A young girl clad in a yellow robe said.
"Yes, how are we going to escape?" A young boy clad in a blue robe said nervously.
"You go and escape, I will stall some time for you." replied the boy in black.
"What!?" replied the young girl.
"There is no time, go, go now!" yelled the boy in black.
Seeing their elder brother like this, the other two teenagers could only nod and run.
"KEKE, Do you think leaving is that easy?" The huge snake laughed with a smirk.
"WHOOSH"
With a quick move, the huge snake arrived before the two teenagers.
"You are not going to touch them."
The boy in black roared as he dashed towards the huge snake. With a sword covered in fire, he attacked the huge snake with a stab.
"Take this." Screamed the boy in black with a fierce face.
"Humf! A wimp like you Dares to obstacle me?" The huge snake snorted in disdain. With a quick move from its huge tail, the boy in black was sent flying again.
"Wow, this snake has some abilities." Blizzard praised from the side.
"Yeah, with this kind of scales, no wonder the burning sword didn't do anything to it." Commented Jumbo from the side.
"KEKE! Human, I will eat you first before eating the other two." The huge snake said as it moved slowly towards the boy in black.
"NOO" The young girl screamed as she saw the upcoming sad fate of her big brother.
"AH!" The boy in black let out a small scream. No one would want to be eaten by a huge snake.
"SHOO"
An arrow with an amazing speed went towards the head of the huge snake.
"Eh!" The Huge snake turned its head to the right where the arrow is coming.
"TSK, another wimp is here." The huge snake said with a displeased face. It didn't like to be interrupted when it eats.
"Crack"
"HEHE, my scales are pretty unbreakable." The huge snake laughed. it didn't need to make a move to stop the coming arrow as its scales were enough to do the job.
"FSH"
The red smoke entered the huge snake's head.
"Oh!? A poisonous smoke." The huge snake was stunned for a moment.
Suddenly…
"BWAHAHA, are you for real!? Using poisons against a snake?" The huge snake burst into laughter like a maniac. Snakes were famous for their immunity to poisons.
Suddenly…
"Eh!? W…What is happening to me?" The huge snake said with a shocked face. The power that he had been proud of was gone. It now couldn't even raise its own tail.
"W…What did you do to me?" The huge snake roared in anger as it looked at Jin.
"HEHE, I feel you, Bro! But seriously, did I look like that?" Blizzard said as he looked at Jumbo.
"Well, you guess!" Jumbo replied with a smirk.
"Ouch! That was extremely embarrassing." Blizzard said as he covered his face with his paw.
"Young man, aren't you going to escape?" Jin ignored the roars of the huge snake and shouted at the boy in black.
"A…Ah! Yes." The boy who had a stunned expression a moment ago replied with excitement. He thought earlier that he will leave this world for good, but fortunately, he was saved. With a quick run, he arrived before his teammates.
"Big brother, are you okay?" The two teenagers asked with worried faces.
"I'm fine." replied the boy in black with a smile.
 
..
"AHHH! Human, you are so dead."
The huge snake said as it began to make loud hissing sounds.
"What is it doing?" Jumbo asked quietly.
"he is calling for help," Jin replied.
Suddenly…
"Who dares to cause troubles in my own territory!?" With a roar, a big shadow appeared behind the huge snake.

As the last member of his own sect, Jin must continue his ancestors' legacy. He will hunt down the thirty-three demons who wreaked havoc throughout the entire world, and he will punish who had betrayed humanity.

Armed with poisons and his exceptional archery abilities, strong determination, and loyal beasts, Jin will embark on a long journey to achieve what seems to be impossible to the others.

Swoosh... Swoosh... Two figures were currently moving through a wooded area, traveling at a blinding speed.
One predator, the other prey!
"Get back here." A voice yelled out through the trees.
A young boy with fiery orange hair was presently, chasing a creature three times his size. They were moving through an enormous woodland. This forest was dozens of miles long, with an even greater distance in width. It was surrounded by mountains on one side. In addition on the other side, there was a humongous river tens of miles across. While its' depth was unmeasurable.
Fwoosh... The fleeing creature was a serpentine type of beast, it was as thick as a man and twice as long. It slithered through the grass at top speed, advancing almost silently.
Its green skin, was blended perfectly with its' surroundings, making it almost invisible amongst the grass. The creature was fleeing for its life!
Swoosh.. The youth was in hot pursuit, moving faster than the eye could follow.
"Hey comeback lunch, I just wanna eat you." The child was yelling while following the serpent, passing through the brush quick as a breeze. 
Wow this dragon snake is fast, He mused to himself. It's almost twice as fast as the thunder hare. I caught for breakfast earlier today. Clearly remembering how fast the hare was and how it tried to electrocute him, while he gave chase. Luckily his body easily shrugged off, those lightning bolts, it was discharging at him. 
However, this snake was different. It was 100 times the size of that tiny rodent, and its attack power was more than double.
In spite of that, right now it didn't attack. Being that it was one of the fastest creatures in this forest, it would normally rely on its speed to ambush or flee. Today it was flee! It knew, the boy trailing it was far more than it could deal with. Upon first encountering the child, It used its' acid ability to try and kill him, but the acid just rolled off his skin like water. 
When Its' first attack failed. It then tried to bite him, only to have its foot long fangs shatter on the boys body. Once the snake bit down it knew it was in trouble. If his body is that tough than he must be strong, It thought to itself while frantically trying to escape. Still the kid was gaining, moving even faster than the snake.
The kid suddenly leapt into to the air....BOOM... He landed in front of the snake, creating a small crater under his feet. 
"Why did you try to kill me?" He teased the serpent. It seemed to be stunned for a moment at the fact that the boy was able to move in front of it by jumping. 
''Not so fast.'' The boy shouted, grabbing the tip of its' tail with both hands. The snake had tried to bolt in the opposite direction.  
''Hold it I said.'' The boy yelled, as the massive snake squirmed in his arms, not able to budge the boy at all. Suddenly he hoisted and slammed the snake down. 'BOOM' a huge wind gust whipped up, from the impact of the snake hitting the ground.... Then BANG, He swung the snake to the side. This time striking a tree thick enough that it would take three men holding hands to encircle it...SNAP. The tree broke in half! 
''Still alive!'' The youth pronounced, as He looked at the snake he was holding. Although He slammed the snake with only 15 percent of his strength, he intended to kill it. Even more to his disbelief, it didn't even seem injured. 
"Okay, he laughed. "This one will kill you." Then...Whoomph.. He once again lifted the snake and slammed it. This time using 50 percent of his might. BANG.... The snake hit the ground. Hard! Carving a ten foot chasm in the ground beneath it. The kid quickly hopped down, into the hole he had just created. He looked at the serpent. He was confused that although the creature truly seemed hurt this time, it still was breathing. 
"Wow, you are one of the tougher creatures. Ok well, let us see if you can take this." He sneered getting ready to deliver a powerful blow with his fist. As He was about to throw a mightiful punch. Suddenly he heard, ''Wait, wait wait please, don't kill me."  He clearly heard these words ring out in his mind. The voice was very clear yet whispery. It sounded almost like a woman, except it didn't sound human.
The boy froze, taken aback a second. ''Wait did you talk.'' The boy said, looking at the snake lying on the ground ahead of him. The creature was unresponsive, obviously hurt. Only seconds of silence passed before Oren said wickedly, ''Oh, so you won't answer. Then you can die now.''  As he was getting ready to strike the dragon serpent on the head. He heard the voice shriek. ''Please don't, I will tell you anything.'' Oren smirked in his head he was saying, 'I knew it.'
 ''Then tell me, why did you try to kill me.'' The boy insisted. 
The snake straightened itself out. Its' wounds were healing at a remarkable pace. 
Submitting It said, ''Master forgive me, but you are the only living thing for miles. I have not eaten in days. This part of the Dark Forest used to be my territory and food was plentiful. Yet now all the creatures avoid this area, so I have nothing to hunt. Recklessly out of hunger, I unwittingly attacked you. Please forgive me.'' 
The boy thought, hearing the voice in his head was kind of strange. However, during his time in the forest he had seen many kinds of creatures, and even some people use all kinds of special abilities. So He didn't think too much of it. He just sighed. ''There hasn't been a lot of food around here lately.'' 
The serpent hurriedly spoke. ''Yes Master, We believe, it is because you are residing in this area of the forest.''  ''What do you mean. You had better speak." The boy interrupted, obviously bothered by something. 
''Well master, you seem to be a very young human. About 8 or 10 years of age we have all witnessed you staying this forest for a while now. The creatures are fleeing from you. We've seen your strength while hunting. So normally we try to avoid your living area, but today my hunger has gotten the better of me. I've made a grievous error, please forgive me.'' The serpent explained still apologetic.  
"So what you are saying is that. I am the reason the animals are hiding so far away, causing this area to become scarce with food?" The boy asked, while looking at the serpent.
"Yes'' The snake answered. 
"Ok than, we need to go somewhere else." The kid spoke softly, but firmly as he stared at the snake in front of him. The snake looked puzzled. ''Umm.. we'' It muttered.
''Yes, WE!'' The child assertedly repeated. ''You know where the animals went don't you?" The snake didn't speak. It just stared back at him Its' big green eyes seemingly bewildered. "Do you know where the animals are, or not!?" The boy shouted. The snake came back to Its' senses. Unwilling to anger the child. Immediately It voiced, "Yes master." 
"Then it is settled, you will take me where I can find some food." He spoke looking at the serpent. His voice back to a regular tone. 
It quickly it responded. "Yes master."
 "Don't call me master," The boy snapped. "My name is Oren." He said his name with swollen pride in his voice. "What is yours." He asked the Serpent 
The snakes voice sounded confused. "Me I..wel..well..I..don..I don't have a name. We beasts recognize each other by aura."
"So you don't have a name to be called." 
"I guess not." It answered. Sensing Orens' attitude, It couldn't help but think to itself. This human is really odd. 
''Well how about I give you one, ok?'' Oren asked. '' But the snake didnt say a thing it just nodded. 
''How about....'' Oren spoke as he thought for a minute. ''Ummm are you a boy or a girl'' He asked the snake. 
The snake Coiled a bit, and replied ''I am a female Dragon Serpent" 
"Ok then how about Emera because your skin is green like an emerald stone.'' Oren said, but the serpent again, just nodded in reply. 
''Ok then it is settled, your new name is Emera.'' Oren said with a hint of a smile on his face.
''Alright then get some rest. Tonight when the moon rises, we will go to another area.'' He sat down still looking at the Serpent. Although the snake was reluctant, She new that the boy in front her could kill her at any moment, she still said ''Ok''.

The Dragons who were using the humans and beasts for war threw the world into chaos. Then eventually the Fire Dragons stepped in to fight against the other Dragons. The war caused humans to face near extinction. 
Until one day the war just ended. The Dragons then went into seclusion. Leaving the human race decimated surviving only in 'hidden' cities around the world. Centuries Later The Black Dragon returned to full power. Vowing to eliminate the human race once and for all. Planning to usher in an new era of darkness. During this time two people happened upon a young boy. They witnessed him display strength that could rival monsters. After a few events they agreed to take the boy with them. Unbeknownst to them they may have stumbled upon the one person, who could bring Humanity towards a new dawn. An age where the terror of the Black Dragon is no more.
