Shhh....turn off the lights! Are you ready for horror story time?

Alcesto and others arrived at the hellish land of Otrov, with the help of Deces's ability. It was the land of the hellish god, Vergif Otrov. He was one of the 11 generals of Navertozwein. He was the god of poison. The land on which they entered looked was burning. It was not fire, it was some kind of magical acidic substance. The ground was hard, but completely green. Even the air at Otrov's hellish land seemed to be poisonous. Everything was of a colour formed by mixing the darkest chemicals of yellow and green colour. Even the sky was of dark yellow colour. The horizon, where a castle was situated, looked like the venom of the legendary hellish snake, the SARAPAM. The colour of the horizon completely blended with the colour of the castle. The colour of the stones used in building the castle was almost indescribable. It didn't looked like the stones' colour, it looked like the black stones were covered in the chemical colour of dark yellow and dark green mixture. There were around fifty higher demons guarding the castle. It would take atleast fifty A ranked slayer to slay all the higher demons present there.
After objecting the hellish territory of Vergif Otrov, Vanzel ordered Jae-Hyuk,
"Jae-Hyuk! Please use your Earth elemental magic to create a wide pathway from this portal to the castle gate. I am afraid that our armours, however strong the may be, they will melt in this magical acid -"
Before Vanzel could finish his sentence, he was interrupted by Alcesto. Alcesto said,
"Aah! I remembered just now! Some people of our team are able to levitate, so ya needn't make the path wider. I, Schwartz and Deces can use our internal energy to freely levitate in the air. By the way, if Deces can do it, then it means that Vanzel would also be able to do it! Right, Vanzel?"
Vanzel looked deeply in Alcesto's eyes and replied,
"*Sighs* Yeah, I can levitate with the help of my demonic and godly energy, but... The air on this land is poisonous! Can't you see?! Our time limit would be ten seconds maximum! If you wanna go, you are free to go. But remember, before reaching the castle, you'll fall into that poisonous magical acid."
Alcesto and Schwartz paid attention to his words. Jae-Hyuk came forward and asked,
"So... Should I start the work?"
Schwartz interrupted him. Schwartz said,
"Please wait a moment, Jae-Hyuk." He turned to Vanzel and asked,
"Do you think that the demonic army which is guarding the castle, waiting to slaughter us, would be easily defeated? If yes, then please tell me your plan. Because I think that we won't be having an easy time encountering the huge army on the bridge, since they would definitely rush towards us."
"Don't worry, I have a plan." Vanzel said.
"So... What's that plan of yours?" Alcesto asked.
"Let Jae-Hyuk create the pathway. If the acid can melt our armour, then it will melt the ground without any difficulty. As we will keep on walking, Jae-Hyuk will keep on creating a new layer of ground, on every step. I and Alcesto will take the lead, and Jae-Hyuk would be walking in between of us. Since we are clashing with a hellish god of poison, we will be needing Jae-Hyuk with us. Upon reaching the land, I and Alcesto will fly towards the castle, holding Jae-Hyuk. This would not take much time, since we will be on the land. As you all already know that it takes one A rank slayer to slay one higher demon, you all will have no difficulty in defeating them since you all are already SS rank. That's it. Does anyone has any problems with the plan?"
Nobody had any problem with the plan, except one person, he was Jae-Hyuk. Standing between his friend circle, he slowly raised his hand and said,
"Uh, I... Have a little problem."
As everyone looked at him, Vanzel asked,
"May I know what it is?"
"Y-yes. Can I trust you guys completely? Can I trust that I won't fall mid-air and get melted in the magical acid?" Hey, hey, hey, hey! Please tell!"
That's how Jae-Hyuk's personality was. He is usually a carefree and friendly person, but he gets worked up over smallest of the things. He had a traumatic childhood.When he was just a seven years old kid, he lost his parents.
17 YEARS AGO
Jae-Hyuk's mother was a single parent. His father had passed away a few days after his birth, and as a result, he became a primary target of bullying.
"Hey, I heard that your father died after a week of your birth?"
"Hey, there are rumors about you being a cursed demon or something."
"Hey,are you truly cursed?"
"Hey-"
"Stop it! This has nothing to do with Jae-Hyuk! You guys are just preying on the weak!"
"Shit! It's Kyung-Soon! Runaway!"
While the bullies teased him by circulating nasty rumours about Jae-Hyuk being cursed, Kyung Soon always stood for him. She was his class representative, and an apartment neighbour of Jae-Hyuk. She had always been a mature woman, who had great traits of leadership. She cared for every student of her school. But,  she paid extra attention to her neighbour, Jae-Hyuk. It was something that she did on a instinct. However bullied Jae-Hyuk may get, he never felt weak in his heart for even a second. It was because of his mother's love and Kyung-Soon's support.
Then, that dark night arrived. It was a quit night. Much more quiter than other nights. That day, a sudden fire broke in his apartment. It was summer vacation. Kyung-Soon had gone to visit her grandparents. In the fire, everyone at the apartment passed away, except Jae-Hyuk. He was protected by his mother. When his room started burning, his mom protected him by the falling debris. Till the firefighters arrived, it was already very late. His mother had already passed away due to a huge piece of rock falling on her spine. The cause of the fire remained unknown till this date. However, in some reports it was stated that the fire was caused by a boy in his mid twenties, but he was never caught.
After this incident, he became really weak. His heart was broken and his personality changed. He thought that he is really a cursed demon. He started thinking that what happened to his parents was his fault. He was on a path of destruction. His mind was about to break, until he was saved by Kyung-Soon. He was adopted by her mother. He started reforming after listening to the story of a brave hero, Wang Lei, by Kyung-Soon's mouth. His twisted mindset was corrected by Kyung-Soon and soon, he became a very popular student of school. 
PRESENT DAY
While he was losing his mind, Alcesto assured him. Alcesto said, 
"Hey! Do you have any idea what are you saying?! We have put our faith in you and that's why we took you on this deadly journey of ours. If we want to make a huge bond, then we have to trust each other!"
"I know that! I know that... But! I am asking that can I trust y'all ability?! Will y'all both be able to carry me till that creepy lookin' castle!"
"You!-"
Alcesto was interrupted by Kyung-Soon. She came in their between and said to Alcesto,
"Let me handle him."
She moved towards Jae-Hyuk, and held his shoulders with both of her hands. She looked in her eyes and said,
"Jae-Hyuk. Believe in me. If you will believe in me, you will start trusting their abilities because I trust them and their abilities. Their stories are filled with impossibilities, but they made those impossibilities come true. They have the power of making impossible, possible."
After she finished her sentence, Jae-Hyuk came to his senses. He found his previous actions guilty and apologized from them. He said,
"I'm really sorry for showin' y'all such a rude behaviour. To pay for my actions, I will start forming that pathway with my Earth elemental magic!"

This story moves through different time periods and the characters, story setting, and everything else changes from generation to generation. The first generation is just a prologue.

Days passed since the former bandit, Schwartz der Hund, made the drastic decision to leave his bandit group behind and attend Haven Academy. Years of comradery and hard work left behind in the dust of the past. Well, it wasn't like he wasn't used to situations like that. Sometimes it was difficult to find a secure place to live and settle down in the world of Remnant. The more he thought about it, the more he hated that godforsaken bandit camp.

It was filthy.

No matter how much he cleaned up around the place, his comrades would find a way to mess it all up in a matter of seconds. Good riddance. His so-called comrades didn't even give him a pleasant farewell: mainly middle fingers, harsh swears, and lots of trash thrown at him.

Bastards.

Schwartz understood he wasn't well-liked in the camp. That was understandable since he was practically second in command despite having been picked up by the tribe. However, that still was no way to treat someone that decided to risk their life for the better of the tribe.

He'd show them someday. They'd regret ever treating him like shit.

"Hey, look! It's Mistral!" A high-pitched voice carried throughout the Airship. Dozens of students gathered around the windows, watching as they passed over the mountains into the beautiful city of Mistral. Various buildings covered the summits of the mountains and stretched down to the foothills. Located at the very top of the city was Schwartz's destination, Haven Academy.

"Bruna has some serious connections to get me in this place. I underestimated her." Schwartz thought as he gazed upon the serene landscape. Only a rare few times in his life had he come across such a spectacular sight.

The Airship soon landed in the courtyard of the academy. Most of the students rushed out of the vehicle, wanting to explore the new area. Schwartz, however, didn't seem all too eager. Sure, he was just as interested in exploring the academy as much as anyone else. But, he had to keep his composure and wits about him.

He was in the heart of enemy territory.

One mistake could cost him his life. He collected himself and stepped out onto the courtyard. The place was massive. All the students that managed to crowd an entire Airship now had the space to walk around freely and converse with their potential classmates. While most of them stopped and took the time to have an idle chit-chat, Schwartz slipped his hands into his pockets and continued toward the main building.

The further he traversed through the courtyard, the further his interest in the Academy plummeted. Sure, the place looked grand on the outside. However, the students attending the school didn't quite match up to what the young man imagined. Throughout his time in Mistral, he had heard stories about Haven Academy. About how it was so great and that it gave birth to legendary Huntsmen and Huntresses throughout the history of Remnant. He never believed in half the stories he had heard about the place.

The students certainly didn't help its image. None of them seemed to be much of a threat. Then again, they were just freshmen. Over time, it'd be possible for them to grow in strength and reach his level of skill and ability. But that was the problem. 

Time.

It waited for no one.

As he passed the students, he listed off their flaws. Hardly anyone in the vicinity even bothered to wear any armor. Only clothes they believed to be stylish or fashionable. How stupid were they? What was the point of coming to a school training people to fight monsters if no one was going to take it seriously? Was it ignorance? Arrogance? Either way, Schwartz deemed those people as Grimm food.

"Idiots. All of them. They'd be dead in a week if they were in the tribe. They're all so vulnerable and unprepared. Not even aware of their surroundings..."

Schwartz was violently knocked to the ground once someone ran into him from behind, breaking his concentration. He groaned in pain and opened his eyes to find the culprit. The first thing that caught his attention was a tail, leading up to the person it belonged to.

"A Faunus?" Schwartz sat up then frowned at the blonde-haired idiot that ran into him. 

"Whoa. Not cool dude," A blue-haired student in a red jacket walked up to the two, "You should watch where you're going when you run off like that."

The blonde-haired Monkey Faunus straightened himself up, laughing whole-heartedly before he responded, "My bad. I got a bit too excited. You okay, buddy?"

"I'm fine. Just watch where you're going next time." Schwartz stood up and dusted himself off. And with that, he wandered off, not wanting to stick with the two strangers for too long. "Great, now I'm filthy. Wonder where I can find the nearest shower. I can already tell this is going to be a long and troublesome day."

 Making sure to avoid any further collisions, Schwartz made it to the entrance of the academy. However, he couldn't enter, for a single person stood in front of the doorway. It was Watchet Amin. The young man was covered in dirt, mud, leaves, and god knows what else. Schwartz grimaced at the sight of the student.

Other students walked around Watchet like it was no big deal, merely brushing off the leaves and dirt that got on them. But, it was impossible for Schwartz. The black-haired young man stood utterly still, trying to formulate a plan to get around the filthy student without getting dirty himself.

The first plan was to use his semblance. But, he couldn't afford to reveal his trump card so quickly. Not with so many witnesses in the way.

"What's with this guy?" One of the students muttered. He walked around and stood in front of Watchet. "Guys, this dude's asleep." He waved his hand in front of the student's face.

"No way." More students gathered around the sleeping student, thus further blocking the entrance. A few of them stood around him, taking pictures with their scrolls and laughing. But their fun time came to a close, and they continued with their day.

Unfortunately, Schwartz couldn't quite do that yet. Watchet remained there, undisturbed by everything that went on around him. Left with no other option, Schwartz removed some of the bells from around his waist. He brought them up to the person's ear and shook them.

"Hey! Hey! Buddy! Wake up!" Schwartz demanded.

His plan worked. Watchet woke up, albeit startled. He sharply turned around, throwing off some of the leaves and mud around on the other students that passed by. The young man stared at Schwartz from behind the safety of his shaded glasses. 

"Ah, forgive me. I must've fallen asleep." Watchet sheepishly stated. "Thank you for waking me up. The chimes of your bells were quite soothing." 

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Schwartz placed the bells back on his waist. "Can you move? You're blocking the entrance."

"Am I?" Watchet looked around and noticed the students walking around him. "Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to block the entrance! Or fall asleep for that matter!"

"What kind of person falls asleep standing up? Especially when covered in mud and leaves?" 

"I'm just very exhausted. I traveled very far to get here and haven't had the time to sleep properly."

"Or bathe."

"Yes."

"Well, it was nice meeting you..."

"Amin. Watchet Amin." Watchet introduced himself with a polite bow of his head. 

 "Great...well, see ya..." Schwartz tried to maneuver around Watchet. But, the young man moved in the way.

"Tell me, are you excited as I am to be here finally?" Watchet leaned in exceptionally close with a bright smile, forcing Schwartz to back up awkwardly.

Schwartz stammered and shifted his eyes from left to right, unsure of what the man before him had referred to. "I don't…what?"

"You're now a student of Haven Academy, right? Aren't you excited to be here?"

"Oh…right. Yeah, I am." Schwartz straightened himself after Watchet backed off.

The smile on Watchet's face disappeared almost immediately. "Ah, what a shame. You do not feel the same as I do. Why is that," He placed his arms behind his back then slowly walked in circles around Schwartz, "I for one, am ecstatic about being given the opportunity to become a full-fledged Huntsmen. I am going to train hard and become an unstoppable protector of humanity."

Schwartz just stood there, staring blankly as Watchet continued to ramble on about his dreams and aspirations. Soon enough, the young man's words fell on deaf ears. If this was some torture, it was undoubtedly working. When Watchet circled him again, Schwartz took off through the doors, escaping from the lunatic. Since he was too upset to pay attention to the signs leading him to his destination, he found himself aimlessly wandering the halls. It annoyed him, but he figured that being lost was better than being stuck with Watchet again.

The man's constant praise of Huntsmen irritated him greatly. Schwartz never thought much of Huntsmen. Granted, the ones he had come cross had fallen to the point of becoming thieves, assassins, and whatnot. He didn't blame them, however. Life was harsh. Not everyone got the chance to have a happy ending.

It was no one's fault. That's just how the world worked.

As Schwartz turned the corner, he yet again collided with someone. He remained on his feet. However, the other person wasn't so lucky. She fell backward and landed on her ass, groaning in pain afterward.

"I'm getting tired of this shit…" Schwartz complained to himself, wondering why his luck had been so bad today.

"Hey! Asshole! How about you watch where you're going, huh?!" Rowan stood to her feet, glaring daggers at Schwartz. However, it proved to be ineffective considering their difference in size. "Not only is it rude to not watch where you're going. But, it's even ruder not to offer any assistance to the person you knock over!"

"Right, because calling someone an asshole isn't rude?" Schwartz tilted his head to the side. He lowered his arm down to his leather kidney belt, flicking the bells with a coy smirk. "You trying to tell me that you didn't hear the bells closing in on you from around the corner?"

"I was busy. So, no, I didn't." Rowan crossed her arms underneath her chest. Her glare never subsided.

"Then, I don't see how any of this is my fault." Schwartz shrugged his shoulders and tried to walk around the young woman. But, the girl moved in her way. "This shit again?!" 

"Apologize," demanded Rowan as she moved her hands to her hips. 

"What?"

"Apologize, you prick! When you knock a young maiden on the floor, you apologize!" The copper-haired girl stomped her foot on the floor. In the eyes of Schwartz, she seemed nothing more than a child throwing a temper tantrum. The girl's short stature and mannerisms didn't help.

"This girl is gonna cause some trouble if I don't get outta here..." Schwartz desperately looked around for any method of escape that he could use.

"Maiden?" Schwartz rubbed the back of his neck, unsure of how to proceed with the situation. Apologizing would've been the easiest choice. However, his pride was at stake. He hadn't done anything wrong. And he sure as hell refused to lower himself to apologizing to some bitch.

"I smell death..." A hoarse voice came from down the hall. Schwartz and Rowan tensed up, instinctively moving their hands to their weapons. Against their better judgment, they peered their heads around the corner, watching a silver-haired beauty clad in black approaching them. 

Several red flags flew up in Schwartz's mind. 

The mysterious woman smelled death on him? Impossible. He made sure to shower several times when he killed Pewter days ago. Or perhaps, the woman smelled death metaphorically. No. How was that even possible?

His mind was in shambles. 

Had his cover been blown in the short amount of time he spent inside the school? What was going to happen to him now that it happened?

"Death?" Rowan tilted her head to the side.

"She must be talking about you," Schwartz nudged Rowan with his elbow.

"Me?! No way!"

The silver-haired woman stopped in front of the two. She brought her hand up to her nose and pinched it closed. "It reeks. The smell of death lingers in this entire school."

"It's a Huntsman Academy. Surely, everyone here has killed at least a few Grimm." Schwartz assumed, trying to stir the conversation in another direction. Perhaps his cover hadn't been blown after all. 

"Hmph, the Grimm are nothing to this Empress of Darkness, Zorina Teufel!" Zorina struck a dramatic pose, further confusing Schwartz and Rowan. Any tension they felt from the mysterious girl had immediately vanished. 

"Empress of Darkness?" Rowan sweatdropped. 

"Yes, mere mortal! I, Zorina Teufel, am the Empress of Darkness! The one that rules over the realms of Darkness!" Zorina continued to boast about her title.

"This girl's either insane or stupid." Both Schwartz and Rowan thought in unison.

"I have decided to grace this school with my supreme presence! Fear not! My powers have been suppressed with my mighty limiter!" Zorina indicated to her eye-patch. "Should this be removed, my power will be unleashed and consume this entire world in darkness!"

"That right?" Schwartz nodded, having lost immediate interest in the girl and her ramblings. At that point, he wanted to run for his life and leave the area. The people he encountered in the school were annoying and troublesome. The last thing he wanted to do was spend any further time with them.

A plan formulated in his mind. He had a slight understanding of Zorina's delusional personality. He wanted to see just how far the girl was willing to go to keep up with her persona. 

The black-haired man smirked as he reached out and grabbed Zorina's eye-patch, snatching it right off her face. Zorina shrieked in concealed her eye in a panic. She staggered back and exclaimed,

"Agh! My eye! My eye! You fool! I can feel it! My power is rising! Overflowing!"

"W-What?! What's going on?!" Rowan panicked.

"Oh man, seems like she's in pain! Don't worry; I'll go get a nurse or something!" Schwartz dropped the eye-patch and took off down the hall, kissing those annoying women goodbye. 

"H-Hey! Get back here! What am I supposed to do with this?!" Rowan indicated to the screaming Zorina. But, her words fell on deaf ears. Schwartz was long gone. He had no intention of going back to them. The people he encountered in Haven so far were nothing but trouble. The trouble that he didn't want to get involved in. Hopefully, he wouldn't have to come across those people ever again.

Deeeeeen! The power in the entire inn died, alarming the Order and the agents. Noah and the rest suddenly lost the light of the lamps… only for them to come back again after a few seconds. The hunters mobilized to look for the source of the problem, but none of the explorers had left. Gianna only turned in the direction Caleb last took.
"He couldn't have escaped, did he?" The maiden hummed as she fought the urge to look for him. The anti-magic collar was top-grade. It would take a level nine demon to break it. That was why she didn't care much if Caleb was alone. However, the sudden power loss was suspicious.
"Sorga..." Noah called out. "Bring him to me."
A black shadow then moved along the walls as if a huge dog had run past a source of light. Noah was already connected to the hellhounds, but since their magic wasn't directly flowing in his body, he didn't recover his blue flame heart. However, he could still close his eyes and trade his vision for Sorga's. The hellhound was better at sneaking around, but he still failed to find Caleb within the inn.
As if suddenly picking up a trail, Sorga stopped by the vending machine. Noah could see that it had been moved slightly and had no more power. Then…  
Sorga slapped the poor vending machine with his massive paw, destroying the machine and spilling the contents in the hallway. Before Noah could reprimand him, Sorga slapped the broken machine open… finding the anti-magic collar hidden in the shoot.
"...Master..." Sorga felt uncomfortable, but he still spoke so, "Dylan's magic could aid him to turn into an electric charge. However, his body would get tattered badly if he tried to diffuse his entire body and move in an electric circuit. He must have escaped through the outlet."
"Why didn't you tell me that first?" Noah huffed, his voice attracting the attention of the people around him. However, he didn't care… as Caleb had indeed escaped all of a sudden. "Can you track him? He shouldn't get far if his body couldn't handle the transport."
"His scent would be disguised thoroughly by the burning. I don't think I could—"
Noah interrupted him. "Just look for some burnt hotdog smell or something. A general direction is good enough."
Sorga's sense of smell had been enhanced by the magic he was digesting that came from Noah. He quickly locked onto a burning smell, but it suddenly vanished in midair. Sorga still went to reach the place, arriving just outside the inn. The back alley didn't seem to be suspicious, but Sorga felt strange. He could sense the traces of another hellhound from another bloodline.
"Master, he's been taken by Vocalia… I'm pretty sure this scent belonged to one of Clypeus's daughters."
Next to him then descended a winged demon, and Sorga was automatically frightened after sensing that it was a level ten. Seeing that it was Mephisto, Noah hushed Sorga, but he watched the negotiator wear a serious face. He then spoke: "Noah, get ready to leave now."
Whoooosh! A loud piercing sound echoed all over, and Noah asked Sorga to look around for it. Before he could tell what it was, a bright blue light seemed to have volleyed from somewhere… and was headed directly towards them. However, a purple dome suddenly pulsed through the entire hotel. It was able to materialize properly, catching the blue light that exploded upon contact.
Kaboom! A loud explosion echoed, and Noah twitched in his seat. He had no idea what was happening around him, but all he knew was that someone tried to attack them. Blue light… could be from the legion of Lust, right?
Moreover, Mephisto also laughed out in a hostile tone. "They thought they could launch a night assault against the demons of the shadows? Noah..." He banished the scary look on his face before speaking towards Noah again. "Quick, jump into the water now. We'll handle the rest. If they blocked the entrance, it could be worse."
"But isn't it less safe for us to go now?" Noah spoke, but he forgot that Sorga wouldn't say anything for him. Moreover, the hellhound actually phased back into the shadows to fetch his master. Noah only clicked his tongue as he disengaged from Sorga's vision. When he opened his eyes, everyone else was looking around for the source of the explosion. He then barked, "We're under attack."
"By who?" Gianna was trying to communicate with her sister, but the comms seemed to be jammed. She then gave up and turned to Noah who was telling everyone to follow him to the sea. "We're leaving under these circumstances? Wouldn't it be dangerous? Also, Dylan Wahlberg is—"
"Caleb escaped."
Noah only went past her, and so she had no choice but to follow him as well. When they walked into the open, they saw the purple dome lighting up as it was being bombarded by dozens of blue bombs volleying from a higher place. As they saw it, they went running towards the parking lot where Alessa and the rest should be.
When they got there, they saw a strange formation. Schwartz—or who seemed to be Schwartz, judging from his clothes—was in the middle of five robed figures. The level ten professor had his eyes glowing purple as if he was filled with electricity. His hands were pushing to the side as if he was holding against something. The five robed figures were channeling the same purple electricity in a circle, their palms shooting the current to another's.
"They're powering the barrier?" Noah asked Alessa who was giving orders to other hunters before he approached her. He watched her glance at the sloth demons before turning to Noah. She spoke with a serious tone: "Vocalia seemed to have asked for help from other covens. They could meld stories into some truth. You have to go now. This standstill might stay for hours. It's dangerous, but if we don't get anything done..."
"They will find out how to stop us permanently." Noah sighed. "Caleb escaped, and he knew the plan that we stole from Vocalia. He had also heard how the other companies are distributed and how we're supposed to reach the bottom. Are you sure you will be able to hold up without us?"
"Don't underestimate the Order. We might be always outshined by SCC, but it doesn't mean that we're pushovers. Go on. Professor said that some hellhounds were already halfway in opening the entrance. Be quick." She flapped her coat and had the scimitars appear on her hanging belts. "We'll protect you till you get to the edge—"
Kaboom! Another resounding explosion shook the air and caused a shockwave that hit Noah and the rest. Lucky for them, Sorga took on his biggest form and used his body to catch the slap of the gust. He growled in pain, but there was no injury. Noah then ran up to him and got on Sorga's back… only to see the situation ahead.

"So it all came to this. You and me, finally standing face-to-face." A wide, menacing grin spread on Satan's face as he looked down at the approaching witch. "Tell me, Montana Mills... how was your descent to Hell?"

"Worth the wait." Montana lifted his left arm and curled his fingers, blue flames blazing to turn it into a four-fingered claw. "Since you're looking forward to meeting me, I take it as you getting ready to fall by my hands."

Satan only got up from the throne and dropped the goblet at the side as his humongous bat-like wings slowly spread behind him, casting a shadow that ate up the entire width of the chamber. He raised both hands as if downplaying the witch's words. "You really think you can kill me now?"

Montana crouched down and summoned the blue flames to embrace his body as a silhouette of a hellhound emerged around him. "I do."

Boom! He dashed towards the demon prince at the speed of sound and swung down his claw. Satan only laughed out as he summoned bones to cover his arms and block the attack.

A loud sound and a brutal shockwave followed and rippled through the air as Montana's claw struck against Satan's arm. With their eyes getting at the same level, Satan returned the glare that Montana gave him.

However, Montana grinned as well as his dark eyes lit up brightly in blue fire.

"Do you really think I can't take your place as a demon prince?"

Alvin came back home but his heart. He felt his heart was lost there. He had never felt so agitated when he was wanted by so many girls.
The girls of the wolf, human, dragon, and demon had been lurking around him but he had never felt the same for anything.

King Khalil had been back home. The first thing he did was to reside in his room. He was lying in his bed staring at the ceiling. The marbled room furnished with curtains and roses.

Nature makes fool of a man then it also gives man the authority to come and enjoy the food of his existence.
The existence or what either you demanded or not you will be controlled by it or control it. Funny? Huh?

Alvin was lying in a garden by his head resting in a girl's lap. He was lost in sound sleep or imagination, it was hard to tell. He considered himself in the best soothing place as he had been missing this warmth for a year. 
The world was not merciless. He had gained the sight of love.
It was the day of his birthday and he was enjoying the company of the destined lover. He was still lost in his own imagination when the girl woke him up by pulling aside the snake.
The girl was in a black dress, as usual, covering her face with a  veil. Alvin saw her eyes and was stunned. He stood up at once.
Her eyes were carrying the pain. The red eyes! Alvin looked aside. He was turning around but the girl stopped him like he was also under spells.
Snakes! Snakes had invaded the ground with red spells. The spells like bright purple and red aura were rising from them. He then noticed the scenes closely. It was not only the snakes. The girl was commanding them. Like she could understand them.
The snakes formed a queue and went in the form of whirls. They stuck against him. She then cast spells and snakes crawled towards him.
Help! He woke up from his dream. He was covered in sweats. He was gasping to calm himself down. The first time he felt that the quiet atmosphere of the room was killing him. He got up from his bed and went to the window wall. His eyes were bursting with a black aura.
 He then looked at the sky like he was telling his emotions to the sky. He still had not accepted the emotions that had sprung from seeing the girl and he already started having bad dreams.
A night of melancholy was there but his heart might have already missed a beat in a dream or in the yearning of a girl! Who knew?

"But you said I am your ray." Alvin pouted a little. 
"You are not a ray for me but my life."  Queen Tina embraced her son till she was summoned by King Khalil.
Those were the memories that were lingering in the mind of Alvin. He was lost in a soothing pat He did not know that the tears were falling down his cheeks. But he had no control of them. 
He was both in pleasure and pain. The pleasure and pain were so captivating to him that he could be lost in those dreams of her mother forever! His mother always brought him to the peak of the mountain to celebrate his birthday.
It was the birthday of Alvin ...But in the past few years, that charm of life was missing. how could she forget that it was the day he was born.
 Can fortune and misfortune reside in the same body? Have you seen that? He was sleeping in his room when a letter encoded in an arrow struck his window.
Alvin was still lost in the dreams of his fated lover when he woke up.
Encountering that something might be happening he opened the windows.
Instead of a letter, it was a bird. A red-eyed bird holding a gift.
The gift was wrapped in a small little box with red blood on its corner.
"Welcome to the doomed land! You think I can not trace a vampire. Will you come to join the show? The battle that happened 500 years ago will happen again!" 
Alvin was bewildered. He knew that it was not easy to hide his own identity. 
Even though his love life has not started, how come the shadow realm would see.
He was sure it was a dark realm. Over the past few years, the Dark realm had grown hidden branches within the cities.
Every black.market waa aware of its wrongdoings.
He was still looking at the box. The box had nothing more but wait. He stopped! His eyes turned around more as he looked staggered on the box.
It was hair...With its smell, he can witness that the girl was the one whom he met in the evening.
He closed the window and looked at the time.
If it is a shadow realm...the only thing they are good at are the insects. He suddenly rose from his seat and punched in the wall.
"Darn it! I would have seen those tricks. Why did I not put forward the scheming  of  Shadow moron?" He was still looking at the box. With his anger in his eyes, he cracked the box into a smaller one. 
"If something happens to the vampire goddess. I will tear you to pieces shadow moron." He growled and then he jumped from the window.
It was a full moon and he had forgotten the fact! The hidden and scary fact!

A stone floor with tiles that lined up in a neat square like graph paper. Some stones were cracked or chipped, but it still was enough to tell that it was not a simple stone tower.
On that floor, Schwartz was crawling around. With a speechless face, Yuri was looking at that crown prince prowling on the floor and straining his eyes.
「Your Highness Crown Prince Schwarz. Have you found it?」
When asked, Schwartz replied without turning around.
「…Wait a while.」
 
Receiving a reply in a displeased tone, Yuri closed her mouth and let her gaze wander around the area. Perhaps built this way on purpose, but the castle had no structure higher than the lady's mansion. Yet it was hard to find and had no possible way to attack it except for the sky.
However, Ditzen while hiding, kept restlessly surveying the courtyard and the castle, where Aifa was supposed to be.
「The sounds coming from the castle became fainter... Aifa might have gotten caught...」
「Angry voices from soldiers still can be heard, so isn't it okay?」
「T-That's right… Well, anyway, we still have time to search for the elf, so we have to get down there faster…」
When Ditzen, mumbling, looked at Schwartz's back, coincidentally right at that moment, he discovered something and spoke.
「Found it…」
「You did?!」
Reacting to Schwarz's words, Ditzen immediately rushed over. Yuri also peeked with interest from behind Schwarz.
The floor where Schwarz was touching it had a faintly visible crest carved on it. Schwartz put his right hand on the stone with the emblem.
And whispered something almost indistinct.
Immediately afterward, the gaps between the orderly tiles of the rooftop glowed bluish-white, and then some of them slowly descended downward.
With a heavy rumbling sound, stones were going down one after another, and before long a spiral staircase was formed.
「…Amazing. As expected from Blau Empire.」
Without going into specifics, Ditzen gave ambiguous praise to which Schwarz shook his head after getting back to his feet.
「This tower was built by the first emperor. Currently lost magic techniques were used here. I have no clue what the gimmick behind it is.」
After saying this much Schwarz quickly went down the stairs.
「Eh? Is that okay? M-Maybe it's a trap?…」
As Ditzen was seized with fear, Yuri looked at the staircase amusedly and followed after Schwartz.
「...Well, it, it will be okay, right? Probably…」
Watching the two go down first, Ditzen muttered that with a dry laugh and proceeded down the stairs.
The stairs didn't seem to be that long, and soon dim light could be seen as he descended while putting his hand against the wall. Although the figure of Schwartz, who was in the lead, was not visible anymore, Yuri and Ditzen descended the stairs without any rush.
「Looks like we are almost there.」
「...Why is it so quiet?」
「Yes, the aura of tranquility can be felt.」
「It's not what I meant...」
「Ah, we arrived. The door is open.」
Yuri said quietly and peeked through the gap. Behind the door, Schwarz's back could be seen, and opposite him stood three female soldiers with their swords drawn. Lightly equipped they had only breastplates and arm guards.
「So it was a trap after all!」
When Ditzen uttered that line, the female soldiers turned their heads with stern expressions.
「Friends of his, huh?」
「Don't move from that spot.」
Out of the three, two calmly started to walk towards Yuri's group.
「L-Let's force our way through here.」
 
Saying that, Ditzen chanted inaudibly.
But nothing happened.
「I, I can't use my techniques...?!」
「Oh my, you are right.」
Yuri bemusedly agreed with those words. Soon, a blade of the sword was held to her neck.
「Sealing technique that prevents the use of magic is applied to this place. To reach this building you need a magician, but once you get inside they will be powerless.」
While one soldier put her sword to Yuri's neck, another pointed her sword at Ditzen's face.
「I don't know why you know about this entrance. But there is that much ruckus outside. I won't let you get away.」
「Since techniques can't be used I won't be able to escape even if I tried…」
Saying that while dripping with a cold sweat, Ditzen raised both hands, immediately showing his will to surrender.
Then, Schwarz, who stood with his back turned to Dizen, spoke.
「Who do you think you are pointing your sword at? I'm the Crown Prince.」
Soldiers glared sharply at Schwartz after that announcement.
「Absurd. You are the Crown Prince? As if it's possible for us, the elite guard, not to know. What are you trying to do by posing as the royal? You couldn't be thinking about a revolution with yourself as the frontman?」
As the soldiers oozing with anger ridiculed him, Schwartz boldly laughed and took one step forward.
「If you think that is a lie then call my mother, Her Majesty Empress Merleira.」
That line caused the faces of the soldiers to stiffen slightly. They couldn't help but to exchange glances and then the soldier that stood in front of Schwartz said.
「…You do understand what will happen if you claim to be an empress' child and that turns out to be a lie?」
「Enough of that, hurry up and call her.」
When Schwarz repeated his request in a deep voice, the soldier, perplexed, furrowed her eyebrows, creating a deep wrinkle in between.
As the soldier stood there without moving or changing her expression, a voice came from behind her.
「...Schwarz-sama?」
Then, hearing that voice, everyone looked behind the soldier.
There stood an elven woman that looked young enough to be called a girl. The elf with short golden hair wore a blue dress close to a one piece by design. Just like any other elf, she had a slender figure and a beautiful face, but different from other elves, her eyes were bright green. Seeing that elf, Schwarz narrowed his eyes.
「Fiatora. As expected, you didn't change at all.」
When Schwarz said that, the elf woman called Fiatora raised her eyebrows and replied.
「...Schwarz-sama has changed a lot. What happened in the few years we didn't meet?」
Asked Fiatora with an expression that had a mix of surprise and bewilderment on it. To which Schwarz groaned with a sour face.
「...It's a long story. I will see my mother first.」
As he replied so, lowering the tone, Fiatora lightly nods with a troubled look and then shifted her gaze to Yuri and Ditzen.
  
「However, those people…?」
As the conversation switched to her, Yuri donned a soft smile and replied.
「We came to see you, Fiatora-sama.」
「…M-Me?」
Shaken, Fiatora replied with a question to which Yuri deeply nodded.
「Yes. We came on behalf of Aifa-sama.」
When Yuri answered, Fiatora blinked in surprise.
「From Aifa...? He knew that I was here?」
While Fiatora stood in confusion, Ditzen showed his face from behind Yuri.
「Ehmm... For starters, can you make them put their swords away? I can't stand how scary it is...」
Uttered Ditzen while glancing at the blade of the sword that still was pointed at him.

An angel made a mistake, resulting in Shiihara Daiki’s death. In order to hide the mistake, he was then sent to a different world. The angel will grant him one wish as payment for keeping it a secret. Daiki asked for a Heavenly Castle floating in the sky without hesitation.

Suddenly a floating castle appeared in the new world, which causes confusion amongst the people. They attempt to contact Daiki in various ways. A country tries to steal it by force, while another seeks to befriend him. What in the world will Daiki do?

The spaceship lands on the runway of London airport, almost broken. And its smoke is spreading and polluting the air. Millions of people assemble there, waiting for the princess of the heroes. The fighters get out of the ship with their leader who is breathing finally the air of her planet. The public, once they see her, starts screaming, greeting and cheering her after they heard about her trip outside the Earth to discover the untold truth.
Abruptly, Black sees the Queen running toward her between the public and her guards and she hugs her strongly. The daughter gets surprised of her reaction while the aliens get sure that their leader is truly the princess of Earth. The latter mumbles:
Mina: I missed you mum. Sorry I disobeyed you. But it deserved that and even needed.
Suddenly, without further ado, Masha slaps her daughter while her team and the public and even the guards get shocked. And everyone stops making noise while she screams:
The Queen: I knew you'll try! What if you died and failed there?! What if one of these raffish aliens cheated you?! Or maybe they have spies to destroy the Earth!
Mina: They are not raffish, mum!
The Queen: Yes they are! They are aliens!! Don't you see?!
Mina: Being aliens doesn't mean being dirties like Cyrone!
The Queen: So... I have a final decision. As a punishment for your audacious behavior, and for disobeying my orders, I'll imprison you in the dark cells under the castle! And I'll execute your team!! The humans and the aliens!!
When the aliens hear that, they look at Mina while Panthera asks her, afraid and worried:
Panthera: Mina, what's going on?
Giant George: I didn't run away from the Universal Jail to die!
Frank: I didn't participate in this damn mission to be executed. I have a fiancee people!
Steve: I knew we'll fail!
Mina: Please guys! I didn't expect that! Mum! What are you saying? I promised them!
The Queen: It doesn't matter! You will be the cause of your team's death! Besides, aliens in our planet is a very risky thing!!
Mina: But Cyrone will come!! And if we didn't take care of that, it will be the end of Earth!
The Queen: I'll make a deal with him.
Mina: But my father tired to make a deal and Cyrone killed him! On my birthday!
The Queen: I'll be careful! And now because you are in my planet, you'll be my prisoner forever to not lose you again! And to not let you commit other dangerous galaxy problems next time!
The princess looks at the aliens. She finds them angry, disappointed and sad. And suddenly, Panthera and Stewart turn into two horses and Fifter and George get on them and they run away, while the guards hurry up, obliged, to catch the princess and her human team. They take them away while Black is screaming hardly, asking her mother to listen to her and to have mercy. But Masha's heart never trembles...

A guard throws Mina inside a cell under the castle and gets out. It's worse than the cell in the Universal Jail; dark and narrow, there is little sunshine getting through the little window with the old bars. The guard closes the door behind him aggressively, disregarding the screams and warnings of the princess about Cyrone.
The latter "sticks herself" by the door, screaming and looking through the tiny window. Then she stops yelling and breathes slowly and hopelessly. She sits in front of the door and starts crying...
Abruptly, she remembers something and so she gets up rapidly and comes back screaming this time:
Mina: Philip!! Philip!! I know you hear me!! Or at least one of agents!! Please for who heard me, call Schwartz!! Call him to rescue me before the death of my team and the coming of Cyrone!! Hurry up!! Philip!!
After that, she stops sadly and starts crying again:
Mina: Please... come... my team will die and we'll die soon also...
Brusquely, she hears punching sound very away from her then someone's opening her cell's door. She gets away to see who'll open the door to discover finally that the rescuer is Ilay. She gets very happy and hugs warmly her cousin who says:
Ilay: What a mess you did, sis!
Mina: How did you know I'm here?
Ilay: Is there any human now who doesn't know about you and the mission? When I heard that you're close to Earth and you'll come soon, I tried to arrive at London airport in the perfect time. But the forest was too away and the streets were too crowded. And when I got in, I saw the guards taking you and your team away. That moment, I got sure that my aunt ordered that and so no need to interfere in that time.
Mina: I think I underestimated myself and lost my prestige.
Ilay: What?! Are you kidding me?! Girl, you are the first human who gets out of Earth after a half century and comes back alive! My aunt never appreciates that because she cares about your and my safety.
Mina: Your safety?
Ilay, Yeah, my safety. Don't you know that she sent 100 guards with me to the camp? Just to protect me? You won't realize how much I got shy when my men saw the guards.
Mina: You didn't tell me that when we eat pies together?
Ilay: Anyway, guess who came with me.
Mina: Don't tell me the Colonel?!
Ilay: No, relax; it's Schwartz and Middy.
Suddenly both of them appear and get in the cell. Robin Schwartz is wheat-skinned, hairy with a hairy beard and almost white haired and bearded. Tiny- eyed, muscular despite his old age. The second one, Carl Middy, is white haired, big black eyed and curly faced. He's a bit shorter than Schwartz. Ilay continues, explaining:
Ilay: When you were screaming and calling Philip, the latter heard you. And so he called Schwartz as you asked while Robin also called Middy.
Mina: Thanks guys... In fact I don't know how I would do you this favour.
Schwartz: Don't worry; you'll do the favour and you'll know exactly when and where and how.
Middy: You are the Fighters, and we are the Fighters' friends; and friends help each other.
Mina: Ok but, how will you help me?
Middy: Oh don't worry darling. Cyrone is in his way and we knew that thanks to satellites. He'll destroy us after one hour. (He looks at his watch) Oh sorry, a half hour. So, we prepared everything.
Schwartz: I brought the planes. Middy brought the weapons. Ilay brought his men. And now you have to rescue your team which is now too close to die and our old Ralph will be the first executed Fighter in the history.
Middy: I haven't seen the aliens. Where are they?
Ilay: They got afraid and ran away when they heard my aunt's decision.
Middy: Damn, I really wanted to meet them.
Everyone stops chatting then while Black looks at them, completely surprised by the three men's conversation, then she yells:
Mina: I don't believe I'm talking to three crazy old men like you!
Schwartz: If you're not our friend, we would kill you once you swore at us for the first time.
Mina: My team will be executed and you just mention that carelessly!

In the near future, humans discover that the Earth is NOT the only inhabited planet. And that happens by a visit from the space, the UPO (the United Planets Organization), to add the Earth to the organization. Each planet is inhabited by people who look at humans but they have a supernatural power different than others. and they choose James Black to be the King of the Earth to represent his planet. Problems of misunderstanding happen which lead the Earth to a serious and long-term danger. Soon, someone will face these troubles. Who is this person?

"You're still awake," Alvin commented as he entered their bedroom. 
Jena was sitting in the middle of their huge bed with a thoughtful expression on her face. When her husband joined her, she moved to her side and waited for Alvin to settle in before she let herself be pulled by her husband against his body.
"Today's been scary," she whispered as she placed her cheek against Alvin's chest, feeling his steady heartbeat as she did. "I'm so glad Sammy's doing fine now," she continued with a sigh. 
After his shots, the doctor just had Sammy finish the IV drip he was given before he was allowed to go home. Their little boy was now sleeping peacefully in his own room.
"I'm glad that he's okay too," Alvin murmured as he reached out for the lamp and killed the switch. 
The room grew dark in an instant, but the light from the window made them able to see a little bit. Sighing heavily, the young president pulled his wife closer to him, hugging her, burying his nose on top of her head, inhaling her scent.
He felt his wife snuggle closer to him as she wrapped her arms around his abdomen and he couldn't help but smile fondly. The two of them were exhausted with the day's ordeal – Jena much more so since she had already been sleepless watching over Sammy the night before. 
"Let's go to sleep," Alvin whispered as he leaned over and planted as kiss on his wife's lips.
Jena, however had other ideas. The raven haired beauty opened her mouth and stuck out her tongue, surprising her husband.
But it was a pleasant and welcome surprise. 
Enchanted, Alvin dipped his head for a longer kiss, prying his wife's mouth open further with his tongue. 
"Hmmmmph," she whimpered as he pulled at her husband's shoulder towards her, wanting him to get closer.
"Jena," Alvin whispered as he hungrily shifted from his wife's bruised lips to her jaw, down to her neck. 
Jena continued on with her sultry whimpers and the newly wed groom found himself hard, his angry shaft straining his briefs. 
"Jena, can we?" he asked, his soft eyes pleading as he searched his wife's face.
Jena, like him, looked deliciously aroused and Alvin's heart beat faster in elation upon seeing her nod shyly. Wasting no time, the excited groom shifted on the bed so that she would be lying beneath him. Having done so, he leaned over once more to claim his wife's parted lips as his hands roamed on the surface of her skin, enticing her into a wanton awakening.
"Al…vin…" Jena's breathless whisper echoed in his ear as he trailed his tongue her jaw to her sensitive earlobe, and then back to her neck, kissing her birthmark which had always intrigued him.

"I never had sex with anyone before or after Sammy's father. I'm just saying that you're so big so please be gentle with me."
The sudden confession embarrassed the hell out of her who covered her face in her hands. Alvin, however, was ecstatic from the information that he couldn't help but smile. Since the day he saw her again, even though he never really focused on it, there had been thoughts wondering if she ever went out with anyone or made love with anyone during the years they were apart. He'd been insanely jealous and bothered with it. Now, now that she told him this, it felt like a balm was placed in his heart, banishing those dark thoughts away.
There had been no one else but him! Alvin was at the top of the world. Mine. Mine alone.
"I'll be gentle," he whispered as he removed her hands from her face and sealed their lips with a scorching kiss. 
He would make love with her slowly. He would show her how precious she was to him, how much he adored and treasured her with every touch, with every word of love spoken to her ears. He was glad that finally, Jena was his, and that this night was just one of the many nights they would share for the rest of their lives. 
After eight years of dreaming of her, Alvin was now able to hold her for real. He would make absolutely, positively sure it would be like this forever.

"You look like crap."
"Good. Because I feel like one too," Jena retorted as she let her sister enter the penthouse apartment Alvin had bought when he returned to Korea. 
They didn't bother buying a new house since Alvin was an only child and his parents wanted him to inherit the house. It's been two months since the wedding, and Jena had just adjusted to being fulltime homemaker when she suddenly got sick. 
"Sammy's still at school?" her sister asked as she followed her to the kitchen and sat on one of the chairs there. 
"Yeah," Jena answered. "Alvin's parents will pick him up after class. Sammy will spend the weekend with them."
"I know. Your husband told me over the phone," her sister stated. 
Yesterday, Alvin had given her a call asking if she could come to their house to watch over Jena while he was away. Her brother-in-law sounded really anxious and worried that she didn't think twice and said okay.
"How long will your husband be gone?" her sister asked and Jena sighed as she took out food from the refrigerator. 
She was forever hungry and this was her sixth snack during the day. She made two sandwiches from last night's beef roast and gave one to her older sister. 
"Three days," she answered as she munched on her food.
Alvin left on a business trip to Japan reluctantly since he didn't want to leave his sick wife at home. But Jena had insisted that he did since the president had already spent a number of days at home to nurse her.
"How long have you been sick?" she asked again as she scrutinized Jena's face, noting the dark circles under her eyes. 
"Two weeks? Ten days? I don't know what I ate but I feel dizzy sometimes and sometimes I have a fever," Jena answered as she thought, and frowned upon realizing she had finished her sandwich already.
"Are you going to eat that Big Sis?" she asked her sister as she eyed her sandwich and the other chuckled, finally understanding Jena's malady. 
She wasn't sick. Not at all.
"Have you been to the doctor?" the older sister asked lightly and Jena shook her head. "Well, you should go and give your doctor a visit so he can give you prenatal vitamins."
Prenatal what?
"What?" Jena's expression was so comical that her sister laughed. 
"I'm saying you might be pregnant so you better visit your doctor."
"Preg…nant…" Jena whispered in wonder having realized the possibility just now.

"Does that mean that we're limited to just one element and if we're lucky enough, we can get two? Is that correct?" I asked apprehensively. 

 

"Yes, smart guy! Where the god's name did you get your powers, and you don't seem to know that fundamental understanding?" 

 

"...." 

 

I swear, the more we get to know her, the more Arabella starts talking like Roe. She's like the female version of him, while Roe is silently staring at me, grinning. 

 

"What?" asked Roe while shrugging his shoulders. 

 

"Don't mind me... It's nothing." 

 

"Are you all always like this?" 

 

"Just them. They all are always like that." Pomell responded to Oliver, who seems to be curious about us. 

 

Right. It's our first day and we just met, but it felt like we had been friends for years. I heaved and looked at them. 

 

"For us staff-bearers, we can use the magic under Magical Energy Manipulation, Enchantment Magic or Nature Magic as we directly connect with the mana work that surrounds us," Pomell added, looking at Oliver as he nods. It seems he's asking for an agreement. 

 

"Tell it to Sprigg," I muttered. 

 

"We, the so-called archaic Wand-bearers, have three main branches for the Conjuration Magic: Creation, Summoning and Teleportation Magic. The problem is that no one can touch the other branch unless you have the special skill of Cedany, but it's proven to be extremely dangerous and very erratic." 

 

"Oh! Grimoire-bearers can also use Illusionary Magic or Transmutation Magic, which can alter physical and psychological traits. For instance, I specialize in Beastification, a spell that can let me change my physical body to any identified beast. Do you want to see my spell?" Roe happily offered. 

 

"—No!!!" 

 

We shouted together, making the other people stare at us, and then we smiled. 

 

"Ahem. I find myself a great magic caster in my field as a grimoire-bearer with Illusive Shapeshifting, I can also change the way you look at me but not altering my physical body." Muriel spoke, breaking our laughter as she took her old grimoire with purple crystal on its lock. 

 

"Ohhhh! Interesting. Can I see your spells?" said Roe. 

 

"I—" 

 

"Save it for later, Roe. It's almost time. The instructor will start the assessment any minute now," Arabella interrupted and said to Gloriana, "How about you?" she added. 

 

"I trained in illusionist magic, physical deception, by the way, but it's a secret, though," Gloriana responded. 

 

"That's all right. It's just to let us know more. After all, we're going to be comrades." Pomell told her. 

 

"Oh ... Crystal orbs are mostly used by mystical knights. They're often called the mystical energy manipulation bandit, but they can only power up themselves or a nearby human. I happen to learn some self-enhancement because I have a special ability that my family calls stealing. I can only do it if my weapon is the longsword." 

 

"Hey, it's really intriguing. Pomell just shouted like this though, Howww?!" 

 

"I sincerely apologise if you saw such an unsightly appearance of me. Let's go on!" 

 

After that, they all burst into laughter again and waited for Thea to answer. 

 

"Uh... Uhm." 

 

"Please allow me. As a fellow gemstone bearer," Donald stood up and asked Thea for permission, patiently waiting for her to get the nod. "The last two are like life and death, the Gemstone-bearers use protection magic that can heal practically with anything that has life, and the Death Sphere-bearers were using necromancy in the different directions and can induce curse and death" 

 

"I've never heard anyone in this Kingdom who has used death spheres before, although I've heard stories perhaps from the Crusader's Hunt. They can summon undead and be really scary and dangerous and truly horrible!" cried Roe, who seems to scare us with the Death Sphere-bearers. 

 

"Right!" 

 

Then a young man came up to us, holding parchment and asking every freshman to follow him. If I'm not mistaken, he's one of the clerics who healed Cedany, but he seems to have misplaced his crystal orb, though. 

 

"It's fine to fear the notorious death sphere-bearers, they only practice that kind of magic since they don't get to choose their affinities. Also, let's all prepare, the instructor is coming to get us now." 

 

"Ced, you called our instructor grandfather, he's related to you?" asked Roe, who smiled with a cheerful smile. 

 

Cedany smiled and continued going until we reached the fourth wall and, unexpectedly, noticed the two areas light up flickering torches with fire magic on the sides. It's like being in the village again, but the floor is hard and not watery. 

 

"I believe you are all full and ready to fight. Come up now, young warrior Leofrick!" 

 

The instructor is calling everyone from the Knights Division young warriors and us, young wizards. When we arrived at the raised platform near the bannisters, we waved to our new friends' goodbye as they walked towards the other raised platform. As we proceed on the next assessment, the instructor chooses another knight apprentice that we had some freedom to continue talking about the magical affinities they were discussing. Honestly, Sprigg told me to just make them continue to gather more information. 

 

While they're having a discussion about magical affinities, I've gazed around my vision to look for the other freshmen who've already done the assessment, and I feel bad that no one has ever beaten the instructor since they're all doing great with every match. 

 

As he climbed onto the elevated platform, Leofrick lowered his head slightly and took his sword. It is a type of single-edged sword, with the tapered blade being much narrower and thinner at the peak than at the middle, often with a protruding spikelet on the smooth side of the end. The pommel style portrays a beast with a lot of conical teeth and two long front teeth which seem to be solid jaws, shielding the crystalline purple light. 

 

"Sense magic. Body enhancement: Sensation boost!" 

 

Leofrick raised his sword with one hand without further warning, then rushed to him and shouted his spell. This period the mana surrounding him is squeezed into an invisible shield after he invokes his enchantments. 

 

"Sixth sense." 

 

Like all the others, like a boy who is trying to hit an adult with a stick, the instructor was able to avoid the swing of the sword from Leofrick .. While it's admirable, he can make a stupendous battle, he is far from the instructor's level. 

 

"This fight looks like he's playing with him." 

 

After seeing the person who made a comment on the match, I looked at my left side and I saw Alvin seriously observing the match. It honestly looks like they are only playing. By the looks of it, the instructor is provoking him by simply dodging all the attacks. 

 

"Body enhancement: Strength—" 

 

Leofrick was not able to finish his spell while he's trying to swing his sword upward as the instructor hurriedly put a sword on his neck. 

 

"He's reckless." 

 

"Cut him some slack. He did great." 

 

I reproached Alvin quickly for his fight and saw three monsters fighting the other instructor when I looked on the other stage. I poked Roe to confirm that what I saw is true and made them watch the other raised platform where Oliver and his team is fighting. I have heard the instructor called another magic knight and defeated all of them. The only one's left are Roe, Alvin, Pomell, and me since Thea is getting a different kind of assessment according to Alvin's words. 

 

"that one is a manticore, a man-eating chimeric beast," replied Pomell. 

 

"T-That's Gloriana's ... f-favourite illusionary b-beast." 

 

"Really~?" 

 

Roe and Arabella asked Thea with great enthusiasm about the beast and what else she could bring to life. It is called the Physical Hallucination Magic, and it can create illusions that are so realistic and powerful that they can cause incisions, blemishes and burns to appear on the target and affect the surroundings as if it were real. But she can only perform the beasts for an hour and it's risky because she would sometimes be close to the opponent. 

 

"You shouldn't speak valuable information on her behalf, Thea, that could kill her!" 

 

"It's just us, Bella. Don't worry. and it's really a spectacular spell, too." 

 

"Not that I condemned her to reveal all that secret in one go, but it's her sister's magic and strategy. No wonder she doesn't want to uncover such an important secret." 

 

I totally agree with Arabella not to reveal that kind of important knowledge all at once since this is her strategy that she's using all of her life. It's better to keep it for future battles. 

 

"Come, young wizard, Rowan!" 

 

"That's Roe sir! Coming!" 

 

He screamed energetically and marched swiftly to the elevated platform when he retrieved his grimoire from the back of his dark silk suit. I can see that Roe was howling with laughter and appeared to be relaxed as he was walking. He really likes to fight, huh. When he reached the centre, he opened his grimoire, and it floated just above his right hand, and both of them bowed slightly. 

 

"Transmutation magic: Beastification!" 

 

I really can't criticize him for his enthusiasm. 

 

After he screamed, he began to transform just like the monster from Gloriana's magic beast. He's really impressed with it, I think. Its face, however, is not that of a wild beast but of a man where the grimoire is located at the centre of his forehead, and it has three rows of teeth set in its upper jaw and three in the lower; these are exceedingly sharp and larger than the fangs of a cannoyt. Its ears also resemble a man's, except that they are larger and shaggy; its eyes are blue-grey and they too are like a man's, but its feet and claws, you must know, are those of huge drakes. To the end of its tail is attached the sting of a long and sharp black bone.

Anna wandered far out of the window of her mind now that she could not be separated from the events she had tonight, It's scary that's all he feels Anna doesn't understand why this is happening to her as if she was going to enter a black hole and then drown it.

Tonight no stars adorn the sky,dark everything was dark as her heart was now scared as if those people continued to follow him.. Those tears really can't be held back if you remember something painful, another tear fell down her cheek.

"Anna .." said Gibran to see the girl was staring blankly at the car window.

Gibran called her once again. "Anna, are you all right?"

Anna was a little stunned and then shook her head, she heard Gibran's words but his brain was just now digesting what Gibran meant.

"We have arrived!"

"What? Already home, I'm sorry I was a little daydreaming. "Anna was dumbfounded.

"I understand, now you just come in it's too late "

Anna unbuckled her seat belt. "Thank you for saving me and also taking me home, won't you come in yet? "

"No, I'll just go home. " Gibran stroked Anna's cheek for a moment then said, "I will always take care of you!" 

What did Gibran do to her, why did he stroke Anna's cheek like this and then say a sentence like that, Anna felt her face suddenly heated up her heart slowly beat twice as fast as when she was with Alvin but of course this was different.

Anna smiled faintly and then got out of the car and waved her hand to let Gibran go. She entered the house to meet her mother who was in the living room.

Her mother turned around when she heard the sound of her daughter footsteps at that time, Seeing Anna's condition, of course, her mother was shocked and immediately ran over to Anna.
Her mother stared at Anna, Anna's messy hair, the side of her bleeding lips, her torn shirt at the top and dirty it made her mother confused and worried. She grabbed her daughter expressionless face and stared at him blankly.

"What happened to you dear? "Said her mother quietly." What happened to you, Anna? "She said again, shouting a little while holding Anna's shoulder.

A single tear fell from Anna's eyes, her jaw suddenly hardened, she was unable to answer the questions from her mother to describe the incident that was so bitter for her, torture and almost harassment did he have to remember the pieces of the incident to tell her mother.

Her mother hugged Anna tightly, she felt her body trembling.

"Dear Anna,  why? "Her mother stroked Anna's hair. The crying could not be stopped Anna was just too afraid to remember it.

"Mom.. "whispered Anna hoarsely." Mom I'm afraid! "
Her mother stopped her hug and led Anna to the sofa to sit down so she could be more calm. "Come on, honey, you have to calm down!"

Anna can only cry now and make her mother even more worried.
"What happened to you? Tell me Anna, what happened? Why is it like this? "Asked her mother trying to calm down as she rubbed Anna's cheek, eliminating her tears.
"Don't keep crying like this! "She added.

Anna sighed and then exhaled softly. "I was going to be raped" she whispered hoarsely.

Her mother's eyes suddenly rounded. "What? You will be raped"
Anna nodded slowly and did not look at her mother.

"Who? Who is the person who will do that to you? "Asked his mother half screaming.

"I don't know them, but they're like thugs"

"Oh my God..what is this ?? You are okay? did they do it? "

Anna shook her head, "No, suddenly someone saved me!"
Her mother breathed a sigh of relief after finding out that Anna was safe.

"Thank God .. who saved you ?"

"He's my friend" replied Anna briefly.
"Friends? Who? Mom should be grateful. Then why the side of your lips hurt?"

"They slapped me hard "

"How dare they make my daughter like this! We have to go to the police." Growled her mother.

"I don't want to talk about it again. " 

Her mother cornered Anna. "What did mom say, if you wanted to go home with mom this afternoon, it might not have happened. " She hugged Anna for a moment. "Now you rest dear!"

Anna was about to stand up and walk to her room but her mother immediately held her arm, Anna turned to stare at her mother in surprise.

"What is wrong?"

"There's something I want to ask! "Her mother took something in her shirt pocket and then showed something to Anna.
"Is this yours? "Asked his mother casually.
Anna smiled a happy smile and then took the item.
"Yes, this is mine." Anna continued to stare at the necklace Alvin chose for her, then Anna 
"Where did you find this? I'm looking for it "
"Bathroom!"

"Thank you for finding it! "Said Anna. It seems that now she doesn't remember the bitter incident, She is happy that this necklace is back and she also hopes that this necklace can return Alvin to her.

"Yes, now clean yourself and rest. Forget that bad incident. "
