*Yawn* I stretched my arms as I woke up. " Joshua's gone already... " I checked the table for a note. "There's some cupcakes on the fridge. Sorry if it's too sweet for your tastes. " Ahh... That Joshua... "It's fine you know. At least you always leave breakfast for me. " I ate the cupcakes in a few minutes. "Now then. What should I do now. " I turned to Joshua's computer. 

     I booted up the computer. "Alright. I should wait for a bit. " The computer finished booting up. I clicked on the browser and entered YeeTube.com in the address bar. The home screen for YeeTube. A lot of videos videos are shown. There's a search bar on top. "Hmm... Paradise Lost. " I want to learn more about this game. The screen showed a lot of results with the most viewed results at the upper portion. "Paradise Lost Opening Cinematic. " I pressed the top video. 




     "The world of Eden. The paradise lost after the original sin. The world of Eden was created by the Supreme Being. Eden is a peaceful world where the people live in harmorny. Through the ages, the people progressed and developed. The First Golden Age of Eden was reached. "

     "Although the world is evolving, the people of the world were consumed by pride, envy,  greed, gluttony, sloth, lust, and wrath. Peace in Eden suddenly ended as wars were waged all over the world. The First Great War. Things took a turn for the worst when the World Enders, malevolent beings of absolute power, arrived on Eden. "

      "The people of Eden were slaughtered. Millions of lives were lost. The people repented for their sins only after losing so much, that's only when people decided to disregard differences and work together. But it wasn't enough. "

     "When hope is almost lost, the Supreme Being released magic on the world, giving the people power to repel the World Enders.  After the great war, the people slowly recovered and the Second Golden Age of Eden was reached and peace remained for a long time. Until now. "

     "The Second Great War is upon us. The people of this world are destroying this paradise once again. It's up to you to stop it... Save the paradise that was once lost.... "




     "T-this is! The history of Eden! " The Second Great War ended more than twenty years ago after the World Enders were repelled. Now, in the Eden has entered its Third Golden Age. The world is united once more. But then again, this alreasy happened two times now. I just hope we won't repeat our past mistakes. 

     The next video automatically played. "Paradise Lost: Iron and Blood Opening Cinematic. " Where did I hear that before? "Twenty two years after the Second Great war. Although it seems that peace is finally upon the world, it is far from the truth. " I heard that voice before. "In Iris Nationale. A country in the west side of Europa. " I know that voice all too well. "W-what?! That voice! How could this be?! "   How could I forget my own voice? How does this video have my voice!? 

     "A country of beauty and grace, sullied by the corrupt nobles. "  "The strong keeps opressing the weak. For years, there was no change. The nobles were successful in maintaining the status quo. " "But now, things will change. The people have suffered enough. " 

     An explosion happened in the middle of a city. The people started a revolution. The noble conference was attacked. A lady is fighting waves of enemies. "Is that me?!" I was shown fighting chimeras. "Why won't you give up!?! " A distorted voice asked. "I've already lost everything. There's nothing more to lose. " 'my' voice said. The video shifted and showed the world the words Paradise Lost: Iron and Blood. 

     I remember now. I saw Iron and Blood before when Joshua showed my my own personal profile. "But how could this be? For something to perfectly capture the the events on Eden... For something to perfectly imitate reality... " They must've used some sort of magic... I watched more videos on the computer...







     "Thanks manager. I'll be heading off now. " I just received my paycheck for the week. "Be careful. I heard that it's getting a lot more dangerous out there. " said the manager. "Yes. I'll be going now then. " I took a slight bow. 

     After heading out the store, I overheard a two people having a conversation. "Oh shit. So it is true! " "I heard the body was brutally mangled. " "Oh. My. God. Look at this! " "Ugh... That's too much. " "It's already the third time this week. I'll show you the other bodies. " "No no no! I won't be able to sleep! "

     Were they talking about dead bodies? "No wonder the manager told me to be cautious. " I went to the shopping district to buy dinner. Near the shopping district, I saw a crowd gathering beside an alleyway. I approached the huge crowd. 

     The people were trying to take a peek at the alleyway. "Settle down people! Settle down! " A policeman was stopping the people from entering the alleyway. "What happened over there? " I wondered. "Oh God... That's fourth time this week! " shouted a woman. "What the hell is going on!?! " a man shouted. Countless chatters can be heard from the crowd. 

     "Things are really getting bad here... " I guess I should go home soon. " I bought pizza from a pizza place in the shopping district. A police mobile passed by. "Another dead body was found!? " "Yes! I overheard some people talking. 

     "Another person was killed?.... " I felt a chill run down my spine. "This is bad... " I muttered. There's no telling where the killer would strike. I don't even know if there's just one killer. *rustle* "Gah! " I was surprised. *rustle rustle* A nearby bush was shaking. 

     I tried to walk away when something came out. "AHHH! " I tried to shield myself. *meow* "Eh? " A cat came out of the bush. " ... " I was speechless. "I got scared to death by a cat... " *meow* I looked around. "*sigh* It's a good thing there's no one else here. " I sighed in relief.

     I was almost near the apartment when I heard someone scream. "AAAAAAAAAHHH! " I heard the voice of a man. "*gulp* What was that?... " I was nervous. I followed the voice. Upon reaching an alleyway, I saw a man's head rolling on the ground. 

     "What the..... " I looked at the alleyway and saw something in the dark. A shadowed figure looms over a headless body. "!!!" I tried to run away but the figure turned towards me. "!!!" Blood red eyes shined through the darkness. I felt the figure stare at me. 

     I froze up. "Grrrrrk... " The figure made a sound. "GRAAAARGH! " The shadowed figure revealed itself. A grotesque humanoid monster with sharp claws. "A monster!?! " I shouted. The monster charged at me. My body moved on its own. The monster charged  at me. "Oh God! I don't wanna die! " I desperately ran for my life. 

     I ran as fast as I could, but the monster was faster. "Shit shit shit! " I was fearing for my life. "GRAAAAARGH! " The monster is now catching up to me. "FUUUUUCK! " I could only scream as the monster's growls grow stronger. 

     "GRAAAAAGH! " The monster slashed at me. *Crack!* The monster easily tore through the brick wall behind me. Fortunately I managed to duck in time. Unfortunately, the monster was still in front of me. "OH SHIT OH FUCK! " The monster unleashed a flurry of slashes. I did my best to dodge every slash from the monster.

     I managed to find an opening. "RUUUUUN! " I ran as fast as I could. "GRAAAAARGH! " The monster continued its chase. "*huff* *huff* *huff* I don't wanna die! " I didn't look back. I just ran forward. The monster's growls grew stronger. I can't run much further. I'm already at my limit. The monster is now behind me. Is this the end?.....









     "Hmm? What was that feeling?... "






     "Lightning Strike! " A bolt of lightning tore through the monster. "What the!?! " I was surprised. A person slowly approaches me from the shadows. The person is carrying a sword pulsing with lightning. Eventually, a familiar face was revealed.

     "No way... Albert? " I muttered. "Are you okay? " he asked. "Yeah. I'm good. Thanks for saving me. " I replied. "No problem. It's a good thing I was able to make it in time. " he said. I looked at the monster. Its corpse has been ripped to shreds by Albert's attack. "Damn it. So monsters have infested this world too... " he muttered. 

     "... Are you the Albert from Paradise Lost? From Britannia? " I asked him. "Yes. I assume you found out from the game as well? " he asked. "Yeah... " I replied. "Some unknown force transported me to this world. I don't know who did it but I think I know why. " Albert said. "He's just like her... " I muttered. 

     "I assume you're heading home? " he asked. "Yeah. My house is actually not that far from here. " I replied. "That's good. You probably won't encounter another one. " Albert said. "I do hope so. " I muttered. "Things are looking bad right now. I'll be hunting for more monsters. See you around. " Albert then headed towards the suburbs. 

     "Hey! Albert! Thanks again! " I shouted. Albert nodded in the distance before fading into the shadows. "Guess I should go home now... " I muttered. I started walking. After a few minutes, I eventually reached the apartment. 

     "I'm back. " I said upon entering the room. "Oh. What took you so long? " Amelia asked. "Some monster attacked me. " I told her. "Wait a minute. A monster attacked you!? " Amelia stood up from the computer chair and approached me. "Are you alright!? Are you hurt!? " she asked. "I'm good. Albert saved me in time. " I replied. 

     "Thank God... " Amelia sighed in relief. "I thought there weren't any monsters in this world? " she asked. "That's what I thought too. Albert said that the monsters might have something to do with you being transported to this world. " I told her. "The monsters came here because of us!? " Amelia was shocked. 

     "I don't think it's because of that. It might actually be the opposite. Albert said that he had a hunch. " I told her. "I see... I do hope that we were called here to deal with the monsters. I don't want innocent people dying because of me... " Amelia said. "That's what I believe. " I said.

Well... Let's start from the
very beginning 
In the beginning, there were only two overpowered elements light and dark. And out from the light came the first GOD, "The God of Light" and out from the dark also came a God "The God of
Darkness". Right after that, the two overpowered elements disappeared, but before they disappeared they transferred all their energy into the two GODS they have created.
The two GODS then went off to create their own worlds. It took them both 4 hundred years to create two worlds. The GOD of Light created "Haven" and "The Over World", while the GOD of
darkness created "The Nether" and "The End". After that they spend another 4 hundred
year creating "Life". The GOD of Light created humans, millions and millions of
humans for The Over World. He created pigs, cows, sheeps, and many other
animals for the humans to eat, trees for the humans to build houses and 
fire for humans to cook, water for humans to drink and iron and a lot of other stuff for
the humans to use. For Haven, the GOD of light created 501 battle Angles and 16
supreme GODS to protect the humans. The 16 supreme GODS are extremely powerful
and in the 5 among them can single-handedly destroy the other eleven GODS. They are the GOD of Metal, Nature, Water, Fire and Earth. Together with the eleven other GODS, they rule over the world that The GOD of Light has created. 
The GOD of darkness created
millions of strong half man half pig undead warriors and huge flying monsters
that can shoot fireballs, creatures with high defense that is powered with
magic and he created 1 king to rule over all Nether, the king was a mix of a
man and a pig, he wore an extremely heavy golden armor and fights with a war
golden war hammer. Then for The End he created one of the strongest armies in
both of  the GODS creations, he created a
being that if it's full-grown it can reach 3 meters in height and it's covered
in black skins that are 30 times tougher that letter and their bones are 5
times stronger than human's, they weight only about 50kg but are strong enough
to lift 8 times his own weight, they must be extremely light because The GOD of
Darkness gave them one more ability, they can run so fast that the human eyes
can't even catch up. But the most terrifying thing is that The GOD of Darkness
created thousands of them, he called them "The Enders". Then he created a king
to rule all Enders, that king he created is basely a weaker version of himself,
that king he crated rides a black dragon that is at least 30times stronger than
an Ender.
The two original GODS gave
their own creations one last gift, and the gift was "The Immortality Stone"
witch gives them immortality and the only way to get ride is to destroy The
Immortality Stone, but the consequence is that half of all life will be
randomly eliminated from existents, not including the two original GODS. After
that, they watched over their creations curies on how their creations will act,
but after thousands of years they have watched they have become bored of what
they are seeing and they both agreed on to fall asleep for 900 million years,
then they will wake up and see what has changed to their creations. It will be
fine if somehow they all die out because they can always create new ones.
100 million years later…
100 million years after the
two original has fallen asleep, the world has changed way faster then the GODS
has expected and both side the Light and Dark has fought hundreds of battles and
they have figured out why they aren't dying. You may think it a good thing that
they aren't dying but it's not, because they aren't dying their population has
overgrown and they NEED much more territory to expand, and they knew what will
happen if they destroy The Immortality Stone and both sides are willing to
sacrifice to expand for the younger generations. Both sides prepared for this
war for 3000 years and the two sides are both ready to show the other side
their true power.
The Humans, Angels and Gods
got to The Immortality Stone first and with the full power of the five supreme
GODS, they are able to shatter The Immortality Stone. A few seconds after the
elimination have started both sides knew what has happened, just 10 seconds
after The Immortality Stone has been destroyed, the dark side has launched an
attack on the light side.
They first connected the two
worlds using portals then they launched an invasion to the overworld, but the
humans are prepared and not even 5 minutes into the battle thousands and
thousands of soldiers from both sides poured into the battlefield. As the
battle goes on the soldiers from both sides were randomly eliminated from
existents as the battle goes on, 7 out of the 16 supreme GODS has been randomly
eliminated from existents including the GOD of Nature and the GOD of Earth. On
the dark side, the pig king has diapered and very unluckily
Almost all the enders have
been eliminated.
The dark side pushed the light side all the way to the edge of the overworld on to a tall mountain that connects the Haven and the Over World. The human soldiers with the help of the
angels flew to Haven. The soldiers from the dark side circled around the
mountain and the flying monsters and blazes are shooting thousands of fireballs at
the humans and angels. The humans fight back with bows, crossbows and the TNT
cannons. About one and a half hour later the elimination has stopped and the
Angles has transferred all the humans to Haven. The battle seems to stop for a
while, the enders have returned in the shadows, the undead warriors and flying
monsters are back to their camp.
3 days later…
Three days after the war ended, it started again this time the light side got the advantage. The angles dived down from the sky and casted explosion magic spells from the sky then. The
human immediately swarmed the undead warriors' camp. The first camp was quickly
destroyed and then they moved on to the next camp. But the dark side instantly
realized what was going on and called the enders for help. They let half of the
enders and one fourth of their soldiers fight the angles and humans, then they
snuck up the defenseless mountain and went straight into haven.
The king of the End killed the 3 GODS that were defending Haven including 2 of the elven weaker GODS and the GOD of meatal, the battle was so intense that the remaining 5 stronger gods felt the power of the battle all the way in the battlefield at camp. They
immediately rushed to help but all they found was the cold
body of the three GODS. The only stronger GODs left were the GOD of fire and the
GOD of water. They sent out help, calling all the remaining GODS and they
immediately arrived. "The Battle of GODS" has started, the battle was between six GODS
on the light side and the king of the end with his black dragon on the dark side.
The GODS fought hard but the Ender king was just too much for them. They fought for
hours and hours, the powers of both sides where so strong that it sent
shockwaves across the universe. The shockwaves in the universe
bounced back and forward, and they were so powerful that they have awakened the two
original GODS. The GODS came back to look at the situation and what caused
it. They looked at the battle feld of the GODS and decided to watch, but their
bodies are so huge that the Ender king was distracted by it for just a moment.
But that was enough, the remaining six GODS focused all their power to one point then they blasted at the Ender king, the blast hit the Ender king's head clean off, and he never moved
again after that.
The dark side lost and the two original GODS were happy, they were happy because they have never seen a fight this intense before. So they erased everything from existence and created a new one then they recreated all the things they have created 100 million years ago
and went back to sleep, but this time they set their sleeping time to 100 million years.

The leaves crunched underneath John's feet as he walked through the stone forest. His eyes darting through his surroundings. He could feel the hair on the back of his neck begin to rise, a sure sign that he was being watched. However, his stalker had yet to make their presence known. 

Terror began to fill John's mind as he thought about the enemy who was stalking him. Terror at the unknown, terror at the thought of those creepy 8 legs as they left the eye of that skull. The terror was mixed with a sense of excitement, his blood began to pump as he lifted his pistol up, trying to locate the enemy who had determined he was prey. 

John reached into the pouch on his leg, withdrawing the fang of the spider he had slain. Using it as a makeshift dagger, he carried it in his left hand as he proceeded through the forest. In front of him the leaves suddenly moved, the large head of a snake appearing out of the dense leaf cover. Its large eyes glaring at me, blaming me for disturbing its slumber. 

There was no sense of excitement as the blood rushed from my face. Terror filled his heart as the large mouth of the snake darted towards me. He felt a tug on his wrist, pulling him to the side, as a line of blood began to float in the air. The large green and brown snake's head began to slide to the side, leaving behind its body as it quickly began to rot. 

To his side a beautiful woman stood, she had dark black hair, and her eyes seemed to be every shade of green at once. "Beautiful" John couldn't help but mutter as he looked upon her appearance. The woman laughed, and the core of the giant snake slowly floated through the air towards her. She grabbed it in her hand, slowly examining it before tossing it to John. "Garbage"

"I can have this?" John asked the beautiful woman as she began to walk forward, her hips swaying with each step. She looked back and smiled "Knock yourself out, but hurry up, I don't have all day and he won't let me leave until you're safely out of here"

John's pistol greedily absorbed the orb as he ran to catch up to the woman. "Who won't let you leave?" John asked but the woman only laughed in response. Nothing approached us as we continued through the forest. The Stone Forest seemed alien a fossil, except for the rapid sounds of scurrying that were heard occasionally, fleeing away from them. 

"Do I at least get to know this beautiful sister's name?" John asked hopefully, he had truly never met a woman as beautiful as she. The woman looked down at me and thought for a moment, "you may call me Joro". 

John smiled "My name is John Enders, it is nice to meet you Lady Joro! Your Mana armament seems so unique? How did you train so that you were so good at it?" 

Joro looked at John in amusement as he spoke. "How could you not know how to use your own mana armament? Is it not just an extension of your soul? Do you not know how to use yours? Don't you just point and pull the trigger?"

John blushed at the obvious rebuke. "It is more complicated than that. I mean sure I instinctively know what I have to do, that if I line up my shot, and make the correct actions my bullet will hit its target, but its more complicated than that! The monsters are moving! And more importantly I'm scared! So you know how terrifying it is to face something that is so much stronger than you? Knowing that it could kill you at a moments notice"

Joro nodded. Her face grim as memories flowed into her head against her will. Her hands tightened as a tear formed in her eye. "So then you need to get stronger. You need to face your own fear. You need to train. Courage is not something that can be taught, it is something that you must earn with your own blood sweat and tears" she looked at the boy, who looked so similar to the man she loved, say back before things got complicated. "However I can teach you a skill, a skill taught to me by the greatest man I know, a skill that will help you, but solidify the path you will walk" 

A look of determination entered John's eyes as he looked upon the beautiful face of Joro. He nodded "I will take what you can teach me Master Joro, for only if I can become strong can I live. Whatever path that takes is fine with me".

Joro smiled "then you will be my first and only disciple, but once we leave this special dungeon you will likely never see me again. Are you sure that you can take me as a master, knowing this?" 

John once again nodded as he looked up at the face of Joro. He kneeled before her "I John Enders, Son of Lucy Enders and Kyle Anderson, Pledge my loyalty to my Master Joro."

Joro smiled at her disciple, the look on his face truly reminding her of the days long past, when her king had yet to take on the burden of the world. "Then rise John Enders, and accept my gifts." Joro placed her hand on his head, sending in a wave of information. A skill began to be planted in his inner world. A skill that she was intimately familiar with. 

<Silence>
Lowers the resistance against a person as they move, causing them to move quietly and slightly increases speed. 

Ad the sudden information began to penetrate his head, a sharp pain could be felt in his left eye. He could not move as he felt his eye being tore out, only to be replaced by something else. His body began to instinctively fight against the foreign object, but the red mana that surrounded it was to strong, seeming into his skull, taking over the circuits in his brain. He blacked out. 

When he awoke he found himself on a stone platform. The stone forest and master Joro were no where to be seen. A large black portal swirled in front of him, and he knew that this was the exit of the dungeon. He did not know what floor it was on, or how much time had passed, but he was at the end, and he was alive. He did not look back as he stepped through the portal, his inner world reacting as he completed the special Dungeon. 

A notification popped up, causing john to pause. 

<Congratulations on completing the special dungeon! Your achievements through the dungeon have been recorded and you have been assigned the class <Arcane Marksman>. A cultivation method has been deposited into your inventory. As a special reward you are given the opportunity to spin the wheel of rewards!>

A large spinning wheel appeared in John's inner world. It reminded him of one of those wheels you see at a convention, that stops on a random color and you get the corresponding prize. As the speed began to slow down John could make out the words on some of the stops. The reward appeared to be skills, attribute increases, and elemental affinities. 

What the spinner stopped on was not one of these prizes however. It stopped on the smallest sliver of the wheel, one that could barely be seen. The sliver became larger as the rest of them disappeared.

We made eye contact for a while, then he returned to killing my own people.

He is killing them so fast.

I can't believe that my soldier's enchanted golden weapons can't stop him.

I don't know where this human came from but we need to take him down.

He suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

I was curious about him since he is wearing diamond armor and the last time I saw one is a long time ago so I tried to see his status using the eye of ender.

Eye of Ender is really hard to craft but I decided to use one on him.

I was so surprised to see his status.

This is my first time seeing a human for about 200 years.

I can't believe I see one right now since I thought humans had already forgotten about this dimension.

He is also 528 years old.

He is about two times older than me.

I haven't seen any human that went past 60 aside from the hero from the past and other exceptional humans.

The hero is granted by the goddess a gift to roam this world for a long time so he can save this world while the other humans have other means to prolong their life but this is my first time to see a human that is basically an immortal.

Why would the Goddess of Creation favor this human so much?

The last time a hero popped up is when the world is about to get destroyed.

Is the destruction of this world happening again?

His abilities are also shocking.

He mastered crafting, enchanting, brewing, cartography and redstone.

He is a lot better than the last hero.

I have to assume his diamond armor and diamond weapon are enchanted to the highest enchantments he can put.

He also has inhuman strength and speed.

The last hero only has level 2 on him but this guy has level 5. Which means he is twice stronger than the last hero.

He is also efficient with melee and ranged combat.

I can see him switching weapons from sword to bow to kill my soldiers.

But what really surprised me are his gifts.

The last hero only has 5 gifts given to him by the goddess but this Carolus has 6.

He also can be revived if he is killed.

Not only he can't be aged but he also has two lives on him.

Bloody monster.

He is getting closer to me.

I don't want him anywhere near me.

"My personal guards! Go! Attack him!" I shouted at my guards who are close to me protecting me.

They looked at each other for a while with a confused look.

"But my lord, he is only one human. The soldiers will handle him. No need to send us and leave you unguarded." One of them finally said after a moment.

I was getting pissed off at them since they can't see that my soldiers are not enough to stop that human.

I have around 200 soldiers in this castle but I really don't think they can even scratch him.

"I said GO!" I said to them once again.

They still have hesitation to follow my order but they began moving to attack the human.

I'm standing near the castle keep door.

I'm quite high on the ground and can see every movement of that human.

He already killed around 50 of my soldiers and now is quickly heading toward me.

My 20 personal guards are now closing in on that human.

They still the same size as my regular pigmen soldiers but they are a lot faster and stronger.

They also have the best golden equipment.

That human will die soon enough.

The leader of my personal guards is the one who attacked first.

He swings his giant sword towards the human to cut him in half. The human was struck on top of the head. The human didn't time to react since he is so busy blocking attacks on every side.

I was about to breathe a sigh of relief since I thought the human was dead but he is still unharmed.

He just swings his sword and cuts the leader of my personal guard into two along with his giant sword and golden armor.

The body falls down on the ground and everyone suddenly stopped moving.

The human is so strong to be able to cut an enchanted golden armor and weapon into two.

"What are you doing!? Kill him!" I shouted at every one since all of them are stunned about what happened.

All of my soldiers resumed attacking with my personal guards leading the battle.

The human just cut them into two every single one that approaches him.

Half of my personal guards are now dead.

I ordered my soldiers and my personal guards to distance from the human and just attack him from afar.

Arrows, crossbow bolts, and spears are being shot at the human but he just still fine and slowly walking towards the keep.

But there is something happening to the armor of that human.

It is slowly losing durability and cracks can already be seen.

Good.

We can kill him once his armor breaks.

We still have lots of golden arrows and bolts to fire at him.

He is finally going to die.

But contrary to my belief, his armor suddenly shines for a moment and all the damage we have done is now gone. Like it is a brand new armor.

I can see the human no longer holding a sword and shield but a bow.

He nocks 3 arrows in his bow and fires back at the soldiers on top of the wall.

The arrows suddenly exploded upon hitting my soldiers and all of them are now in pieces.

All of their pieces suddenly flown all over the place and splattered the entire castle.

I quickly turned around and opened the keep door.

I immediately head inside and ordered the soldiers defending the keep to lock all the doors.

I decided to hide in my personal room since the door is made out of iron that I managed to collect from all the fools who stumbled in my territory.

I was planning to report this to the king but I don't want to get out of my room.

No matter how strong he is or what type of weapon he has, he can't break that iron door.

I just have to wait for him to die from my soldiers or wait for him to leave.

I suddenly can hear someone fighting outside and not very long I started to hear screaming.

After a while, the screaming suddenly stops.

I was starting to get worried and ready my golden sword and wore my golden armor.

The iron door suddenly breaks down in front of me and I can see the human holding a really big diamond hammer.

That is impossible.

He just destroyed an iron door with one swing.

I don't know what to do.

I can't die.

We haven't conquered the nether dimension.

Who gave this human the right to take away the pigmen's chance to rule this dimension?

He started to raise his hammer to pound me.

"Wait! Her...!"

******* Carolus' POV *******

"Wait! Her...!" I can hear him saying something but I just pound away.

I don't know why these pigmen started attacking me the moment they saw me but I have the right to defend myself.

I managed to take care of about 100 of them.

There is still about a hundred of them outside.

I wonder why they didn't follow me here?

I thought this guy is their leader? Why didn't they rush here to protect him?

It doesn't matter.

I have to quickly loot the leader's inventory for anything useful and just escape from here.

They managed to lose my armor's durability to a quarter but I managed to repair it using levels.

I managed to use up about 10 levels to repair all of my gear.

I still have 96 levels so I don't have to worry about breaking my armor but I have to get out of here.

I can't keep fighting them since I can't gain anything from them.

I began to crouch to the dead leader and opened up his inventory.

He has a lot of stuff in here.

He has about 15 ender pearls and 2 eye of enders.

I don't know what he did with one of the eye of ender.

I only know two uses for the eye of ender.

To find an end gate portal. You just have to throw it in the air since it will follow the direction on a nearby end gate portal.

The other use is to fill all of the end portal blocks to open the gateway to the end dimension.

But he just pointed the eye of ender at me and it suddenly breaks.

I should try it in the future to see what happens.

He also has blaze rods in his inventory.

Hallelujah!

I finally have blaze rods to craft a brewing stand.

I wonder where did he find the blazes?

Damn.

I should have kept him alive to asked him questions.

I was so heated up with the battle and adrenaline is fueling my body.

I wasn't thinking straight and just keep on swinging like a madman.

Maybe I could ask the people outside where to find blazes?

I looted everything in his inventory and started to look around the castle keep for other things that can be taken.

I feel like playing an RPG game.

After defeating the boss, I'm now looking around for my loots and rewards.

I opened every chest in the keep and loot any items that seem useful.

I also found an ender chest in one of the rooms.

I don't know what to do with this.

I tried opening it and I can see only letters containing orders and reports.

I picked one of the letters to see what it is.

The content is about how many wither skeleton warriors passed the territory and how many loots they managed to contain.

I read every single letter inside the ender chest.

I learned that the big pigman I just killed is the lord of this castle and he ordered by the king to defend the border.

I was shocked to know that my portal is in the middle of a turf war between the pigmen and the wither skeleton.

Great.

Not only I spawn in this world in the middle of the Forest of Monsters but my nether portal is also in the middle of two monsters fighting each other.

I wonder how to use this ender chest?

It is probably connected to other ender chests that are around the pigmen territory since they used it as a means to communicate with each other.

I should take this ender chest with me to test it out.

I have two diamond pickaxe in my inventory and one of them has a silk touch enchantment.

I started hitting the ender chest with the pickaxe to collect it.

It took a while to break the ender chest but it is finally in my inventory.

I can just craft another ender chest to see if they connect to each other.

After collecting my loot, I started walking towards the castle keep door.

It is broken down since I hit it hard with my big hammer.

I ready my sword to fight my way out but I was surprised at what I'm seeing.

All of the pigmen suddenly thrown their weapons on the ground.

They are probably surrendering.

Thank god.

The battle is finally over.

A man was suddenly transported to a different world.

An unbelievable and very weird world.

Now, he must do everything he can in order to survive and find his way home.

"You're weak". That was the first words I heard as I approached the knights guild. Skye was looking at me from across the courtyard. "Any of the new recruits here could defeat you on a purely physical level" she continued without remorse "you have a 2 in strength, a 3 in dexterity and a 1 in constitution. If any of the knights here thad those stats at level 1 they would be too ashamed to even show their faces." She nodded before turning and walking towards a decent building that looked like a small scale castle. "Even so my father has seen some potential in you, and would like to meet you personally. Follow me"

The castle only looked small, it was actually much larger than our Undying Legions building. The entire area was surrounded by large stone walls, and the courtyard was filled with knights training in different areas. The layout was organized in a militaristic fashion, and added to the feel of discipline that radiated the place. The entire area made me think this is what medieval ara must have been like. 

Outside of the castle a couple of guards in full plate mail stood guard. One carrying a large pike and the other had a broadsword and shield. They gave me an odd look, but nodded respectfully to Skye as we entered the castle. 

Two large hallways went off to the right and left right after we entered, but we continued straight into what appeared to be a great hall. At the far end of the hall stood an empty throne. Before the throne was a long table, and at the head of the table sat a man. The man looked familiar, he was neither tall nor short, and was rather thin, his brown hair was receded considerably. Leaning against the table next to him was a gnarled staff, with a large round gem fastens on the end of it. The man radiated dignity and knowledge as he watched us approach. 

Skye was the first to speak, stopping a few feet in front of the man, putting her right fist over her heart as she performed a small bow to the man. "Father I have brought the esper Dark as you have commanded." 

The man made a gesture with him hand, after words Skye rose from her bow taking a couple steps back. "You may leave us Skye, I am in no danger from this boy." 

Skye looked as if she wanted to object, but turned and left after a moment of thought. Leaving me alone with this strange and powerful man. After the door leading to the room had closed behind her the man's voice echoed through the empty room. 

"Vampiric esper lvl 1, John Enders, formally 2nd lieutenant of the army. A medic before your promotion, with a record of 231 lives saved. 44 lives taken, all as a side effect of your aura."

The man looked at the astonishment on my face and laughed. "Don't be surprised boy, the goddess has a church down here, and sends files on every person that she sends over. Your Legion commander has the information as well as the sect master. And any other interested patt can easily gain access to it. We do not normally disclose this information, as a person's past does not necessarily make who they will be in the future. Even people with as bloody of a past as yours. You obviously feel guilty of the unintentional deaths you have caused, or you would not have strove so hard to save as many lives as you did. 231 lives is no small number, I believe this as well as your natural gift is why she sent you over, and to a sect that could actually be of use to you. Of all the sects and factions in this world, we are only 1 of four that have a vampiric division. Ours is the most.. easy going.. of them all. But they all have several things in common. The first being is other than those espers who awaken vampiric essence they are all female, and the second is the need for demonic beast blood. The similarities end there."

"My daughter told you when you first arrived at the guild that you are weak. She is not wrong. Physically you are much weaker than the knights, and even the others in the vampiric legion. This is not something unique to you, it is true for all espers. To awaken our gifts we either need a high enough mind stat and lucky chance encounters, or to be a lost one as yourself that has awakened it naturally."

"You will find that the vast majority of Espers are either locals who awakened after the first major change at lvl 10, or lost ones who did the same. Every year hundreds of you brats are sent over here, distributed at certain times at certain locations. If we are lucky perhaps 2 or 3 of you will be espers. Half will die before they get to the sect. And another half will die before they can amount to anything."

"The point I am making is that you will be physically weaker than most of the espers you encounter in the future, as they have a solid foundation built before their mind attribute begins its explosive growth. You however will have mediocre growth in physical abilities and massive growth in your mental attribute. Let's compare you to Lily for example. At level one you have 2 strength, 3 dexterity, 1 constitution, and a massive 9 points in mind. Lily is going through the same cultivation as you, minus the bonus point to mind for being an esper. Her stats are 2 strength 3 dex 7 constitution and 2 mind. An attack that would lay you flat, breaking your bones may just give her a scratch. This holds true to all people, you will always be physically weaker then the people who have physical major and minors."

"They will be faster, stronger and more durable than you. To top it off your first ability to awaken is melee in nature. Bloodlust is amazing, it gives a 50% increase to your physical stats, while draining your essence, which in turn is countered by your vampiric aura. But at your level the increase is negligible. It increases your strength to 3 and your dexterity to 4., these numbers are decent, but still much lower than your peers who are strictly physical." 

"Your only advantage lies in your mind stat. It will always be higher or at the same level in rare cases than your peers. This will give you the ability to read their actions. If you were any other kind of esper your mind stat would be used as a weapon, you will be able to unleash devastating elemental attacks that would make you an asset to any battle field. "

"I have several solutions that I plan on putting into place during your training, they will cover these problems and more. Commander Lotus has already given the ok, from dawn until the evening you will to report here every day to undergo training. In the evening you will return to the undying legion to feed and rest, you will not cultivate as I have other plans for your accumulated battle experience. This is going to be your life for the foreseeable future. We start tomorrow. You're dismissed."

A soldier dies in combat trying to save a comrade. He wakes up in a new world, but hes not alone. He is joined by several others who had experienced a similar situation. They are called lost ones. The new world is overwhelmed with monsters, but humanity has developed abilities to help. some have enhanced speed or strength. Some have regeneration abilities that are out of this world, and others, like our main character, are what are called espers. They have a connection with an element, and their abilities develop around them. Our soldier has a rare off shoot of the death element called vampirism. No, he is not an evil son of the knight who preys on humanity. This is his story. This story contains violence throughout, some sexuality, and strong language. The voice of Elizabeth affected the demon.

Ender started to spasm again, but more violently.

"You are still trying to fight me? How foolish!

I am the veritable demon; the only one.

You are but a useless part of me!"

Elizabeth saw how part of the humanoid face turned back to the features of an Enderman before the body fell on his knees.

"Shut up. I don't understand what you are, but you won't take my body over.

It is my own!"

The other Ender frowned as he saw more of his body returning to that of an Enderman.

"Che. Unfortunately, my time is up. You may have won this fight, but the war is far from over.

This was but a sliver of my power. It was only the beginning.

With time I will grow stronger before I will be permanently in control.

Start counting Ender. Your time is almost up.

One day I will take over and then this body will be mine."

With that, the Enderman took his body back before falling to the ground.

Ender started breathing very deeply after the whole talk.

Unfortunately, the problems didn't disappear as his eyes widened when he felt a rise in demonic energy.

Ender quickly turned to Elizabeth.

His body felt weak so he could only shout.

"Elizabeth, run! The Amber can't hold him anymore. His power is rising."

Everyone who had time saw how the other Amber broke before darkness came out.

Ender took the opportunity and let the darkness pass through his body to feel the familiar energy of his captain only to frown in disappointment.

'Weak. He is in the 'attack mode'.

Exchanging power for brain.

If he had his old power, he would go into 'Assault Mode' and murder everyone.

I don't know if I should feel happy or sad that Merlin took his power away,' thought Ender.

People like Guila a Jericho who drank demon blood felt pain as the demon blood reacted with Meliodas' power.

Ender shrugged, not even slightly affected. The pain was because of the hierarchy of demon and Meliodas, despite being labeled a traitor was still a demon prince as well as an original demon.

"Ender what the hell is happening with Meliodas. This feeling it…" asked Ban.

Ender nodded.

"It is the exact feeling like mine and the red demon's, isn't it? This happens if you try to think that someone like Meliodas can be put into something like that filthy thing."

Ban frowned. "Yeah, and what happened to you?

Where the hell were you?"

Ender shrugged.

"Have you seen a powerful person with black hair and black eyes? He was the reason I couldn't do much.

Goddesses and Demons were always fighting.

In war, people tend to develop many things to damage the other one.

One such thing was the Goddess Amber. It had the ability to seal low-level demons."

The confused looks on Ban's face made Ender continue.

"But I am not a normal demon. Well, you have to fight him now so you should concentrate.

I am useless now. I can't move my body well.

Prepare for a raging beast."

With his last strength, Ender teleported to Elizabeth.

"Hey, everything is all right. I am sorry that you had to see me like that."

Elizabeth hugged Ender, who returned it.

"Please don't do this to you anymore. I don't know how, but I felt your fear.

What happened to Meliodas?"

Ender turned when suddenly Meliodas appeared before them and looked at both of them.

Ender had confidence that Meliodas wouldn't attack them. He was like a mindless beast, but even beast had instincts and would never harm one of their kind.

Meliodas sniffed them and seeing no harm flew away fighting Helbram.

Getting a helping hand from Elizabeth, Ender observed the fight.

To say it disappointed the Enderman would be an understatement.

Enders was furious.

A demon getting defeated by a reanimated Elf, pathetic. Ender shook his head, trying to contain his darker side that came out of him.

Meliodas was defeated and Helbram looked around, probably looking for the key.

Seeing the fake green blade holder, Helbram took it, thinking he fulfilled part of his mission.

Fortunately, he was prevented from taking Meliodas by Diana who gained her sacred treasure. With her familiar weapon, she drove them away.

After that, the Sins reunited.

In the woods, Ban screamed at King to shut his mouth that Meliodas is no such thing as the red demon.

"Would you say something like that to me too, Ban?" Both turned around and saw Ender sitting on a tree branch.

"I mean he and I are from the same race so I repeat: Would you say to me that I am not something like that demon you saw in the Forest years ago?"

"You and he are not the same," answered Ban.

"Why not? The red demon and I are from the demon clan.

The difference is our appearance and power level.

The demon clan fought against the other races 3000 years ago. I fought against the other races."

"But did you kill?" The question came from King.

"Did you slaughter the other races? I don't believe you did, Ender."

Ender smiled at that statement before looking into the sky.

"I was always a pacifist and never wanted to kill."

Then his face turned sad.

"But even I fell under the aspect of time.

There were only two days where I broke that promise and I still hate myself for that.

The first was when I indirectly killed an excellent friend of the Goddess Clan.

The other day was when the demon clan was sealed away by the other races.

I had to watch how the love of my life was taken away from me.

I… lost it that day.

I broke my promise and slaughtered many people to free my love only to fail.

I will never forgive myself for what I have done."

Before both of them could say something, Ender smiled at them.

"I just have to ask you to let Meliodas handle his past and if he wants to tell you the truth, then please wait for it and don't pressure him."

With that, Ender teleported away.

Liones Kingdom

"So you have the key? Unfortunately, you didn't take Meliodas with you but the key is enough," Hendrickson said to Helbram.

Ender sat in a dark corner observing their interaction as he played with the real blade he found inside his body.

"Behold. With this, I will open the portal and free the demon clan."

The portal appeared and a few red demons tried to move out, but it closed as soon as it opened.

"It seems like you don't have all items to fully open the seal," explained Ender drawing everyone's attention to him but nobody saw Ender in the dark corner because of his black body.

"Show yourself!" shouted Hendrickson.

"I am right next to you," said Ender as he teleported right before Hendrickson.

"You have quite the nerves to give that human a second Amber thinking it could contain me.

I won't question where the hell you got such a thing, but you have my attention now.

First, I wanted to tell you what you need but now I will see how you will fail," said Ender while thinking that he will know it anyway due to Fraudrin meaning Ender was only her to provoke Hendrickson and have some fun.

Hendrickson smirked.

"You are not a true demon. I have read about the war 3000 years ago and you don't fit the demons one bit.

It would be a shame for the actual demons to see you. I bet many demons hated and still hate you."

Ender kept silent for a while. He didn't care what a lowly human said to him.

"I hope you can say the same things once the demons are out.

I will see you again soon enough, Hendrickson."

Ender slowly went back into the dark corner as his body disappeared in the darkness.

With those last words, Ender was gone.

Dying is one thing but being reborn as an Enderman in the Demon Realm? Watch as Ender tries to survive the horror of living as a demon. Maybe being a coward has its perks.

Year 3300

Humanity longed for the immortality that was spoken in myth and stories. Kingdom and dynasty had fallen to search for immortal medicine in vain. That was the eternal truth for than 4000 years of human recorded history. 

Now? It was proven wrong!

With the first contact of alien civilization during the golden age of space exploration, human discovered ruins of alien civilization named as Enders. This alien civilization existed long before Earth and its Solar system. Maybe even before the big bang,

Not much was known about this civilization except for its technology and plant-like lifeform that still thrives in the zero existence of their previous masters.

When human came into contact with the first ruins, located at a planet designated name ER-001, heavy casualties was inflicted upon humanity golden space exploration fleet. Cruisers, frigates and even battleships could not last 1 wave of attack from the orbital defensive system.

None of us had known that the system was still active. When the lasers started to aim at the fleet, the ships could not even retreat before being blasted off in terms of seconds. The defensive system accumulated power so fast that we could not even set up energy shield.

After 50 years of long range mass bombing of the orbital system, we finally won. The satellites crashed onto the surface of ER-001 and our ships landed officially onto the planet surface. When the spaceship chamber opened, we were amazed by the sight of the ruins.

Thousands and perhaps millions of plants were thriving. The air they produced were similar to the atmosphere of Earth and this proved to be a great colony site for humanity to expand. 

Of course, the greatness of ER-001 was not the atmosphere. When the scientists approached the technology interfaces on the planet, they were surprised that the technology is still working. The scientists frantically race to gather knowledge and information from the ruins.

 What we discovered there, changed what humanity into immortality.

The existence of technology to record our brainwaves and souls into mere tiny piece of disc that was later on called as "stack". The name was due to the fact that we can store it in stacks that saves a lot of space.

With the advancement of technology of stacks, human was no longer bound by the physical limitation of bodies. Cloning and gene editing technology advanced so fast that no one bothered to ask if it was worth it.

This created the situation where rich individual could live forever and the poor could only live as livestock and only be released when needed or bought by the rich...

Achieving immortality, humanity wanes in front of immense desire to live forever. We exist as "stack" as physical body no longer limits our existence.

One of the oldest immortals in existence created a brand new immersive game that sets a race for freedom as anything you do will implicate your real stack outside on reality.

This mean you can even earn enough money in the game to be set free in reality!

Of course, you will need a lot of luck to get through the vicious cycle of killing and dying!

LUO YAN excitedly looked at the white box with two overlapping 'M' at the top. It was the logo of Moonlight Media. Inside was the VR helmet personally made by the game company for Arcadia. He opened the box and saw a helmet the size and shape of an ordinary motorcycle helmet. It was white with a silvery metallic sheen. The overlapping 'M' was engraved on its left side. 
 He already read the manual online on how to use and maintain it. When playing the game, one only needed to wear it and turned on the power button located behind the helmet. According to the manual, once it was on, the player would feel a soft tingling on their forehead. That would be the device trying to mesh with the player's brainwaves. The player needed to be relaxed so they could be completely immersed with the game.
 The helmet didn't need to be attached to a power source because it could be charged beforehand.
 Luo Yan couldn't really wait to play. He wondered if the game experience would be as life like as he read online. Many of the forum posts he read on Arcadia's official website said that playing the game felt so real that it's like they were transported to another world. He hoped that those posts weren't just lipservice. Another reason why he was so excited was because today was the released of the new update. According to the official website's announcement page, a new race was added on the random selection of the game.
 When he played Arcadia back then, there were only four races that a player could choose from. Humans, beastkins, elves, and gnomes. But when the game transitioned to VR, a lot of other races were added. The only problem was that the players wouldn't be able to choose those races freely. For the first time player, there were only five choices - the four basic races and a random selection.
 Picking the random selection could be either good or bad for the player. It was bad in a way that one might end up playing with a race they didn't want. While good because choosing the random selection was the only way that one could have the chance to play the other races besides the four mentioned. Some of those races he read were dragons, phoenixes, sirens, and some other mythical race as well. 
 Luo Yan already decided that he would pick the random selection. Maybe he would end up with a cool race.
 He was about to put on the helmet when he heard knocking on his door. He temporarily put down the helmet on his study table then walked towards the door. He opened it and saw Luo Jin. 
 "Are you going to play the game now?" he asked. Luo Yan nodded. "Then let's meet up inside the game immediately once we entered."
 "Wait- Ah Jin," Luo Yan called when Lou Jin was about to leave. "Did you read the game manual?"
 Luo Jin frowned and then snorted. "Of course I did."
 [You definitely didn't, you tsundere.] "Then you know that we couldn't immediately meet up? A new player will be placed on the origin village of the race they've chosen. Then they have to finish a couple of task and reach level 10 before they could travel to the first town - Olkdale. So we wouldn't be able to meet until we both reached level 10 and entered Olkdale."
 Luo Jin furrowed his brows. "Then we should just choose the same race of whatever."
 "We can't because I'm going to choose the random selection. So I have no idea what race I would end up with."
 Luo Jin's brows furrowed even further. "Why would you do that?"
 "Because that way, there's a chance that I would end up with a pretty unique race."
 "What races are there exactly?"
 "Well, the basic ones are humans, beastkins, elves, and gnomes. Then there are others that could only be picked when a player chose the random selection."
 The more Luo Jin heard, the more he became annoyed. Did a game really need to be so complicated? "Why do you know so much about this game anyway?"
 Luo Yan smiled sweetly at his brother. "Because unlike Ah Jin, I read the manual."
 Luo Jin pursed his lips. "Fine. I'll read the manual. You better wait for me at that first town or something. And if the quest turned out to be hard for you, just log out."
 How could a beginner's quest be hard for him? But Lou Yan only smiled and said, "Okay, Ah Jin."
 "And we both must log out before dinner time," Luo Jin added.
 "Yes, yes," Luo Yan said helplessly. There were only three hours left before dinner. But he was confident that he could still do a lot during those three hours. 
 Once Luo Jin left, Luo Yan closed the door of his room. He walked towards the VR helmet and picked it up. He sat on his bed and searched for a comfortable position. Once he did, he put the helmet on and turned on the power. 
 He immediately felt the soft tingling on his forehead. Then everything turned black. Soon, words appeared in front of him.
 'Welcome to Arcadia'.
 Luo Yan unknowingly smiled. [Yes, I am back.]


As soon as Luo Yan graduated, he immediately got an offer from a prestigious gaming company. He thought all his hard work finally paid off. And he would finally reach the pinnacle of life. But then, on his first day of work, a potted plant fell on his head and he died. 

Surprisingly, when he thought he would cross the Yellow River, he suddenly woke up and found himself in the body of a 17 year old boy. This body had the same name as him but completely different background. Because the original was the second young master of the Luo family - one of the most powerful family in S City. 

Luo Yan almost cried. God probably took pity on him and decided to give him a loving family with a wealthy background. He didn't have to work hard anymore. Studying like his life depended on it and pretending to be a holy father just to cater to people. 

So Luo Yan decided to be a salted fish and just shamelessly sell meng.

After a creak, the door of the virtual cabin opened, and Roland, who was in comfortable pajamas, lurched out. He patted his face and realized that he was wide awake. He didn't feel like he had gamed for a whole night.
It did make sense on second thought. His body had been resting for the last eight hours, and only his consciousness was in the game. So, his body in reality shouldn't be tired.
He observed his silver virtual cabin, which was in the shape of an egg. Honestly speaking, he found it quite shabby. It was essentially an egg-shaped bed, with a few LED indicators and two magnet-like items near the pillow. Nothing else was worth mentioning. 
There were no nutrition fluids or neural connections as described in the science fiction novels. Yet, this cabin had successfully put him in a virtual world.
Also, time flowed at a different speed in the game. One hour in reality equaled three hours in the game.
The game was only available from 22:00 to 06:00 the next day. The eight hours in reality were a day in the game, which was why the game was frozen in the morning of the second day. The time was up in reality.
It was a Saturday and he didn't need to go to work. Roland worked out on a treadmill for half an hour, then he took a shower and had some bread and water as breakfast. After that, he turned on the computer and opened the game's forum.
As expected, the forum was exploding.
In only an hour, more than a hundred thousand new topics had been added, and the number was still growing. Roland read some of the topics. Some of the netizens were impressed that the game was as immersive as it was claimed to be, and some found it hard to believe that Penguin Corporation, which was infamous for plagiarism, had developed such unbelievable technology. 
Roland had the same doubt. However, the fact remained undeniable: this was the first immersive game in the whole world. So, instead of questioning the source of Penguin Corporation's technology, he browsed on, only to laugh so hard that he was almost in tears.
Many people were praising the game for a lot of aspects. Some believed that the NPCs were vivid, some complimented the beautiful environment, and some thought highly of the setting. However, one particular thread was stuck on the top, and it received as many likes as dislikes.
According to this thread, players could hit on the NPCs in the game. The creator of this thread was a rarely seen Bard, a variant of Warlock with high charisma and built-in Language Proficiency, allowing him to understand what the NPCs said.
Roland found it unfair when he read this part… Why did the Warlocks only need to read the name of a spell to cast it, when Mages had to connect the magic nodes? That was definitely occupational discrimination.
However, as he read on patiently, he was soon amused.
Taking advantage of his high charisma and Language Proficiency, this player hit on several young women when he joined the game. Then, he discovered, to his surprise, that he could have sex with the female NPCs in the game, which was certainly real and exhilarating.
What happened next made Roland laugh. The two of them were caught by the woman's husband, and the husband surrounded the player with a dozen helpers.
While the Bard was a complex class with high combat abilities, he was now naked, unarmed, and his level was low. He was no match for the dozen brawny men. After he was defeated, he was pressed to the ground and h circumcised by the husband with a knife.
"The blood was all over the ground! It was not very painful, but can you imagine the mental trauma when someone cuts your penis bit by bit with a sharp blade? I think I've been traumatized."
All the replies in the thread were emojis of laughter.
There are truly all kinds of players… Roland held his belly and laughed hard. Finally, he closed the thread and entered the feedback section.
Naturally, there were not as many posts in the feedback section. Roland read some of them and realized that most of the suggestions did not make any sense. If the game was revised according to their wishes, it would be ruined. For example, someone proposed that the languages of all races in the game should be changed to Chinese so that the players could understand NPCs more easily.
He pictured the blond sorcerers chanting in Chinese and immediately found it unfitting.
Roland read on and found some topics related to his own experience. A player had suggested that the difficulty for Mages to cast a spell be lowered. All the other classes were capable of fighting, but not Mages.
Warriors had high strength, Rogues were fast and could launch remote attacks, Warlocks were natural-born sorcerers, and Priests did not need to fight under the protection of Warriors. All they had to do was cast Healing. The poor Mages, in comparison, were bad at melee battles and could not cast a spell. Their heads might even explode when they tried a spell beyond their level.
The player was the chief of a guild. He wrote in his thread, "The level-two spells, in particular, will result in head explosion whenever they fail. All the Mages in my guild have head explosion experiences, some more than once. The girls are now almost traumatized. More importantly, no Mages have successfully cast a spell yet. If you don't believe it, you can check the Spellcaster section. Please, game designers, give us some hope."
Roland felt a lot better knowing that his head was not the only one that had exploded. He left the feedback section for the Spellcaster section. As he expected, the Mage players were wailing there.
They were complaining about how miserable and wretched they were when the magic recoiled. Head explosion was actually a neat way to die. The more appalling deaths included eyeballs popping and bleeding out. Although the pain in-game had been reduced to one-tenth, it was still not a pleasant feeling. 
Roland read the section for a long time. Then he discovered, to his surprise, that no Mages claimed that they had successfully cast a spell. Many Warlocks, on the other hand, were gloating and encouraging the Mages to delete their characters and become Warlocks.
I can't allow this… Roland found a portable disk and connected it to the virtual cabin. He picked some segments of his experiments and posted them with the four profiles of spells in a thread titled "Roland's Experience on Inferior Fireball."
