a young man of 22years old in earth cross the Pokemon world (anime, games setting ) with 4 wishes. in his travel to became the champion of different regions , he would get involve in a relationship with different females.



note: I'm not an expert with the values in the statistics, status and features in pokemon.  if you love those things . this novel may not be for you.

Joshua scratches his head while writing his game design. He already writes about all of what he knows about pokemon gen 3, but he also forgot so many things. He then remembered that the system gave him an item memory serum thing.

"Right, how could I forgot that!" Joshua opens the system inventory and used the memory serum. As soon as memory serum was used, a window prompt is shown in front of his eyes indicating that he needs to think about a game from his previous world. He thinks about pokemon Fire Red from his previous world. The reason he didn't choose Ruby or Sapphire and skipped two generations is that he want to bring Pokemon IP to this world in chronological order. Also, he didn't know if gamers in this world would also love pokemon, so he needs to test the water. Anyway, he needs to bring the classic Pokemon game first!

Many details about pokemon Fire Red were quickly remembered by him, he even vividly remembers the game trailer and promo poster. He quickly wrote of what all he needs to work on the game and what modern change incorporated into the game. He uses the generation 3 pokemon game as a base. But because of time constraints, he cut the generation 3 and generation 2 pokemon to the original 151 like on generation 1, with mew as an event pokemon. He also slips one easter egg. After the player beats the pokemon champion with only one pokemon in the party, the player can access the Nuzlocke challenge from the options menu.

Joshua also fixes many unreasonable things of generation 1 pokemon like Charizard cannot learn Fly TM, because there is no dual typing in generation 1 game. He also adds a connectivity function between players with wifi built-in wifi integration. He still remembers when he was just a kid, using cable for trading pokemon is a hassle. Even without an internet connection, the player could also use ad hoc wifi to trade and battle. He also adds a wifi lobby area on the third floor of the Pokemon center, so friends could hang out and show off their pokemon. Joshua also adds pokemon following you outside the battle function. This function is added to add the game attractiveness for the player. Lastly, he adds the most radical change, gender locking for each version. It is also to emphasize that this game is better when played with your friends.


For the next 30 days, Joshua worked hard creating his very first game. Although he already remembered vividly the game with the memory serum, he didn't have any drawing and sound editing ability. What holds him back the most is the background sprite and background music. He lamented that he didn't have drawing and sound editing abilities, he was sure he could finish the game in just 5 days.

The day of the submission deadline is nearing, and he finally finished the game just 3 days before the deadline. With 1 day of testing the game and making sure there are no bugs in the game, he successfully brings the Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Water Blue into this world! As for why he didn't choose Leaf Green? Well, he thought that Water Blue sounds better for attracting female gamers.

"Right right, I need to register the pokemon IP. I'll cr blood if someone stole my IP." He searches for a way to register his game IP. Fortunately for him, in this world, everything can be done online. Just pay a little money and you can register your game to World Video Game Association with its Intellectual Property. In this world, Intellectual Property infringement is taken seriously by the authorities, and the violator would end up in jail. Joshua finished his IP registration and nodded. Very nice, great success!

On 29th October, Joshua submitted his finished games to the Crimson Game Studio. He didn't have to be concerned if Crimson Game Studio would steal his game because he already registers the IP and the game. Now he only needs to wait...

5th November, Crimson Game Studio Headquarter

A young man rushes his way to the lift and presses the button to the top floor. He needs to attend a very important annual meeting and Crimson Game Studio 10th anniversary meeting. Stuart is newly appointed mid-level management by the company, and he was eager to prove his capability to the company. Last year after his graduation, he made one successful game for the company and was promoted to D Class game designer by the Association. On the way up, he met senior-level management. This senior is one of few A-Class game designers working for the company.

"Senior Albert, Good morning." Stuart greeted enthusiastically.

"Oh, hello Stuart. How do you do? What about your preparation for the company anniversary?" Albert smiled and greeted back. He is very fond of this junior employee. Smart and resourceful

"It's finished, but I don't know if the leader will be happy with my work," Stuart said while scratching his head in embarrassment. The lift ding-ed and they arrived at the top floor.

"Don't worry, be confident of yourself. Work hard and strive to become an A-Class game designer. I have high hope on you." Albert patted his shoulder and get out of the lift. Stuart was stunned by the concern his senior gave and was excited. He followed Albert from behind to the meeting room.

Many mid-level and senior-level employees already arrived at the meeting room. When the CEO of Crimson Company arrived, all of the employees shut their mouths.

"All the personnel are here? Alright. Let us start the annual meeting..."

Each division reported about their achievement and finally at the end of the meeting.

"... Sir Alfred, how about main competition selection?" The CEO asked Alfred.

"I already completed the task, leader," Alfred said.

"Good, what about the amateur competition?" The CEO then asked Stuart.

"Completed, leader!" Stuart said with confidence.

"Very good. Let us conclude our annual meeting right now. You two, stay." The CEO nodded and conclude the meeting. All the employees are left, leaving the CEO and two guys. Stuart and Albert were nervous when they approach the CEO. Because the CEO is one of very few S Class game designers in the continent! To become an S Class game designer, one needs to create an acclaimed game, and his achievement in the game industry needs to be recognized by the World Video Game Association. This man in front of them is the youngest S Class in the Asia continent. At his age of 36, he was promoted to S Class game designer from creating 'Doomdsday', a highly acclaimed game by the critics 2 years ago.

"Reporting to the leader, I have selected 20 games for the competition. All the games are above the industry standards. Especially this game, 'The Hunt', a very unique premise of island zombie survival RPG." Albert shows the reports to the CEO. The CEO received the report and read it briefly. He then nodded and looked at Stuart.

"What about you?" The CEO asked Stuart.

"Reporting to the leader, I have selected about 100 submitted games for the competition. All selected games are made with great quality. But, there is this one game that is very different from the rest. How do I say it..." Stuart scratches his head, unsure of what he should say.

"Talk," The CEO said 

"Umm leader, it's like this... Although the game is very fresh and interesting, I didn't know how to evaluate it because there is no premise in the industry like this game before. Essentially, it's an RPG but with a catching mechanism and also... He submits 2 games..." Stuart said with difficulty.

"2 games? It is already stated that each contestant cannot submit 2 different games. Why did he submit 2 games? Choose 1 the better one." The CEO frowned.

"Leader, the 2 games is essentially is just 1 game. Leader, here is the report." Stuart gave his report of the Pokemon Fire Red and Water Blue to the CEO. The CEO received the report suspiciously and read it carefully. After finished reading the report, he knows what Stuart means by 2 games is just essentially 1 game. Joshua already stated in his submission that this novelty is called Two Flavored Games. The so-called Two Flavored games is just a gimmick of one game made into two variant. Interesting...

Although interesting, is this gameplay good though? Catching and collecting pets? It's known by all industry insiders in this world that, a good RPG needs customization elements and equipment to make your main character stronger. Catching and collecting pets RPG? There is no premise in this world before. The CEO then said.

"Alright, it's not a problem. It's approved, but just one booth for both games. And double the game demo cartridge on this booth so the attendee could try both." Stuart nodded. Although he already plays it and finds the game fun, he not optimistic about this game. But what he didn't know was that the fun in the Pokemon game is not just catching and collecting pokemon, but also trading and battling another trainer. It's double the fun than play it alone!

Joshua sat in front of his computer playing an RPG game. He already plays all the famous PC games on his laptop. All the popular game he played is just so so! He also found out that this world also lacked esports games. What the hell, aren't they bored playing repetitive MMORPG? Maybe, he could bring the toxicity of competitive esports to this world.

Ring... Ring...

"Hello?" Joshua answered the call.

"Hello, us this Mr. Joshua? Congratulations, your game is selected to compete in the amateur competition. Please come to our headquarters in Star City by 29th November to prepare your booth."

"Really? Alright, thank you!" Joshua was excited.

"Could you send us material for the poster? We will hang the poster above your booth."

"Poster material? Ok, no problem! I'll send it to you as soon as possible!"

Joshua excitedly opens the free vector editor software and creates the propaganda poster. He needs to create a poster that could attract all the mainstream Crimson Go users, young to old, male and female alike!

"Darling, wake up! Someone sends us an envelope full of razor to our game studio again!"

"Huh? Huh! Where is my fantasy world?!"

My name is Lance and today I'm doing regular Saturday morning routine watching Utube. A video peaked my interest "Pokemon vs Yugioh  which is best video game" and what a crazy guy he actually said Yugioh. I jumped on comments saying he doesn't know what he is talking about. I laughed out loud saying " This guy is a maniac how can he compare those video games; card game anime but in no way video games". That just makes me want to play some Pokemon, so I went to my search engine to do download a Pokemon emulator that has all hand held Pokemon games and hacks available. While waiting a chat box opened up on my screen saying "This is Vince I just watched your comment on Utube about my thoughts on the games and you must definitely have a pu*** to think Pokemon is better".
I thought "How the heck he found, I hate hackers" bit I didn't want to give in so the stubbornness in me wouldn't back off.
Lance: Vince I don't care how you hacked me but you must be a lunatic to think these bland and boring Yugioh video games could compare to Pokemon video games that has so much depth and character.
Vince: What how could you think that finding out the right combination of cards, the excitement of building a deck and drawing  the perfect card at the right time. Pokemon has none of that just catching Pokemon that will not use then the headache you will get for training them no excitement equals boring game.
Lance: Hahaha you really believe that, I feel sorry for you. Yugioh is for people with no life when I pick up a game I want to have fun not go to work and that what those card games are,  no matter the deck combination you pick it still based on luck.
Vince: I will prove to you that the popularity for Yuuuuuuu.....
Lance stood up and looked around frightened because his house was shaking and before he could stand up and move from his position all the elections in the room exploded and because he was so close to the computer he was hit by the exploding computer on his back and electrocuted at the same time.

Lance is a strong Pokemon lover he met a Pokemon hater who loves Yugioh named Vince on the internet. On the day they met and had a war of words and in the middle of the fight something happened that changed the direction of there lives forever.

Author's Notes:
I had always wanted to write a pokemon story from a villain's POV and I had this idea a long time ago, even long before I wrote The Sun of Sunyshore, but I put it on hold because back then I was unable to come up with the vital pieces of it that makes this story believable. Villain teams are a crucial aspect of the pokemon lore no matter which version of the game you play, and I don't particularly fancy stories that basically shows the mc giving a good ass-whooping to every villain team they see simply because they are the bad guys. People turn to crime for a variety of reasons. Some of them are understandable, some of them are not. I just want to explore that possibility a little more in this story in a universe where pokemon are real.

Due to the nature of the plot of this story, which obviously is Team Rocket, I would like to warn that you might be uncomfortable with certain elements that are explored in here. The premise of this story is definitely a lot darker than what I usually write.
You have been warned.
This story was heavily inspired by a fanmade pokemon game that was a rework of the Firered edition, 'Firered Rocket edition' by colonelsalt (correct me if I am wrong). I am a big fan of playing fanmade roms, hack or not, because I am able to enjoy the pokemon experience that is different from the official games and there is literally a whole new world for me to discover out there. There are some of these games that are extremely good, like Pokemon Florasky, Pokemon Light Platinum, Pokemon Glazed, etc etc. For those who are new to the idea of fanmade games, I heavily recommend Florasky for those who wants to try these games out. It is easy to understand and play for a beginner, but at the same time not losing the challenge and the magical experience that made pokemon, pokemon.
I don't know how many of you had played the game, but Firered Rocket edition is the best Team Rocket game I had ever played because it really allows you to steal pokemon like a true Rocket and advance through the ranks of the organisation. The plot of the game is extremely well crafted and is not just a pure 'steal pokemon simply because I can' kind of game. Sadly, the game was never completed as far as I am aware, but in honour of the creator of Firered Rocket edition, certain elements of this story was inspired by the game which he had created.
And if somehow, by sheer luck, if colonelsalt reads this, whoever you are, I just want you to know that I am a big fan of your game. Even if you never got around to completing it, I would like to thank you for creating such a wonderful game that centres around Team Rocket. This story is dedicated to you because it was your game that inspired me to write this story. Hopefully, this story can live up to the success of what your game had achieved.
To everyone who read till this point, I hope you will enjoy this story.

- As this is Pokemon it's quite easy to power scale as there are levels in the games, my idea is to        divide sections of the levels into different trainer levels, this may be edited in the future but for        now the trainer levels will be as such. (I was inspired by the idea of a different Pokemon Novel I        read, I forget the name but full props to the author.)

- Everyone that has played Pokemon knows about the species stat totals, as such when it came to      legendary Pokemon, I divided their ranks based on their stat totals, for example, the Hoenn              weather trio has a stat total of 680, thus they are classified as Rank 1 Legendary Pokemon and          the Legendary Birds of Kanto have a stat total of 580 so they are classified as Rank 3 Legendaries,    stat totals of 600 are classified as Rank 2 Legendary Pokemon. (This is something I've seen in            many Pokemon novels I've read so I'm just following their example.)

 - When I thought about whether to have this story take place in the games or the anime, I                   eventually decided on the anime as it is easier to write about various characters as they have             more personality in the anime compared to the AI in games.

An eccentric young man was sent off to the Pokemon World to live the way he wants.

The whole apartment was dark, the only light in the entire place was the light that came off my Nintendo Switch.

The soft LED screen light illuminated my face and it's features.

My dark wavy hair, My soft green eyes and my ghostly pale skin.

It was clear what I was. 

I was a Gamer.

And not just any Gamer.

A shut in Pokemon Gamer.

I spent most of my time playing Pokemon, now more than ever because of the new realise of Pokemon Sword and Shield.

If your wondering what I do with the rest of my time, it's play other games.

I'm what the Gamer community as well as the Urban Dictionary calls a 'Filthy Casual'.

I play games like Pokemon Go and Idle games where you just sit there and collect coins, personally, I find the term insulting, but I also find it an accurate description of my self.

I am filthy, I don't have good hygiene in certain areas and I have problems with hoarding.

And I'm a casual Gamer, I play casual games.

But if you insult my Pokemon games, you better believe I get real serious, real quick.

Anyway, as the red light from the screen disappears it shows a giant Pokemon by the name of Eevee.

This Giant Pokemon is a Dynamax Pokemon, Dynamaxing po, em on is a new mechanic in the new games and it's pretty cool, personally I preferred Mega Evolution, but beggers can't be choosers.

I was fresh out of Potswick, new starter and everything, and as my first official Poke-Den encounter in the wild area, I get an Eevee.

Best day Ever.

Eevee was my favourite Pokemon, especially it's evolution Leafyon.

I loved the whole Eevee line, but Leafyon always held a special place in my heart.

I immediately started to Dynamax my own Pokemon, Sobble.

Sobble was the water starter to the new game, and he was, in my objective and bias opinion, the best.

After an easy Battle, I caught the Eevee and checked its stats.

High speed, above-average Special Defence and a Physical Attack stat that left Sobble crying in the dust.

It was a pretty good catch, if I could train it right it could become the strongest member of my team, Leafyon may not be the strongest to begin with, but as my own personal and wildly shared motto.

There is no useless Pokemon, only useless Trainers.

So as I began to train, I heard my phone begin to ring.

I reluctantly paused the game and picked it up.

It was my younger sister, Adison.

My sister was one of the most important people in my life, she had supported my decision to move out of home, and defended me when my Parents started to yell at me for being an idot about the whole situation.

Their thinking didn't come without it's merits though, I was clumsy and forgetful and with Social Anxiety and Depression medication that I had to take regularly, I was bound to forget to take them and end up in a bad situation.

I answered the phone, hoping that it wasn't so thing important that she needed me for.

"Hello?"

"Klaus, It's me, Addison, listen... I'm in a bit of trouble as I need some money for bail"

I blinked a few times and I began to think.

I needed the money for rent and I had no extra cash laying around, I had been hired by a supermarket down the road and I had only been payed enough for rent.

"Um... This is a bad situation for both of us, I only have enough money for rent and it's due tomorrow, I really can't help you, I'm sorry"

I heard her sigh front another end of the phone.

"You really don't have enough?"

"Nope"

"Can you ask mom and dad for the money for me, just don't tell them what its for?"

I raised my eyebrow a bit 'Ok this sounds suspicious'

"Why can't I tell them, are you on your last strike?"

There was silence for a while.

"... Yes"

I sighed.

My sister was a delinquent, she gets arrested every other month for something new and her rap sheet is a mile long, filled with petty crimes like underaged drinking, and running from the cops.

We once stole a police car an crashed it into a park pond.

She wasn't hurt, but mom and dads wallets were, and she also served a minimum twelve days in jail for that.

"Im sorry Addison, You know mum and dad aren't talking to me right now, and if they were they'd only assume I had spent my money of games and say no, I can't help you, you'll need to ask them your self"

There was slights again.

She really must have not wanted to ask them.

"What did you do this time?" I asked.

"I... I... I stole a police car again"

"God Damn It Addison! Why?!"

"They were asking for it, they tried to arrest me and my friends again and when they lost me I went back and stole their car... Again"

It was my turn to be slight this time.

After a lengthy conversation, I managed to convince her to ask dad for the money, but not mom, Mom was way to hyper about this stuff and Addison would be kicked out of the house if she got arrested again, but Dad was cool, he didn't sweat h small stuff, and when it came to big things like this, he was always ready to help.

After hanging up I went back to my game, but when I checked the battery and saw it was low, I decided to put it down for the night.

After putting the Switch on charge and getting a glass of water, I slumped onto my bed.

But after an hour of nothing, I couldn't get to sleep.

I stood up and went over to my desk in the corner of my room, and powers up my computer.

After a while of surfing message boards and being an asshole to some people in America, I found my self in a very empty part of the Internet.

In particular, I found my self on an Online Quiz.

So far no one had taken it, making think it was new, but it wasn't, it was old, really old.

Like five years old.

After looking through the Quiz's questions, and seeing how ridiculous they were, I realised why nobody had taken the Quiz.

The Super Ultra Mega World Changer Test

After the siblings had made themselves at home, Mew took out a few of the games he had kept inside the Garden. As he had enough human races (or humaoid races in his case) in his little world, Mew didn't show the siblings his home, not yet at least. Maybe if they became something like friends, he would show them around or if they were interesting enough. As of now, he didn't feel inclined to show them around, yet.
Once Shiro and Sora saw the game consoles, they immediately grabbed them, started up the device and started playing. As Mew was interested in one of the games that had a pokemon on the front, Mew had put those games in the console first.
Mew watched over Sora's shoulder as he became familiar with the mechanics and the system content almost immediately. After only a few hours of playing, Sora had already beaten the champion, who looked a lot like someone Mew had met before. Even Wallace was shown, as one of the gym leaders and not as champion. The game Sora was playing was Pokemon: Om*ga R*by. It was amazing how fast Sora played through it. At times, his eyes were almost sparkling when he faced a strong opponent.
[Are you having fun?]
"Of course I am! This game is really interesting, even more so when it appears to feature living beings."
Sora said, glancing at Mew. He had even caught a Mew in game, though it was through cheats to complete the Pokedex. He was a bit dissapointed though that he didn't get something when he finished it, only a 'Well done'.
"Nii. I finished it."
Shiro showed the ending scenario of another Pokemon game, one called Pokemon Sw*rd.
"I didn't expect anything less from you, little sis!"
Sora rubbed Shiro's head, the latter humming in pleasure at the nice feeling of having her head stroked.
"So, which game can we play next?"
Mew waved his little paw, revealing in the hundreds of different games, ranging from RPG's, Adventure games and Action games to Otome games.
At this point, their eyes were sparkling. They looked at the consoles they had managed to take with them to this world with a smile. It was clear they were happy they had more ways to pass the time, besides their own consoles.
"Little sis, how about we do a marathon of games after we help Steph a bit? Being king sounds pretty interesting."
Shiro gave a thumbs up, totally agreeing with Sora.
"Let's do it, Nii."
"Alright, time to crash a coronation."
Sora stacked away the giant pillar of games and consoles in a corner, treating them with the utmost care. Shiro stood to the side, waiting for Sora to finish. Together they left to attend the coronation, Steph and Mew following closely behind. Mew glanced at Steph, a small frown on his face.
'I totally forgot she was still in the room...'
Mew though as he glanced at Steph who was still walking in a curtain.

Meet Mew. A small furry little creature that loves to play. It plays pranks on the people he meets, helps whenever he feels like it and naps if he's tired.
But hold on, after having played so much, how come he doesn't know where he is?

Follow Mew as he goes to play in not only the Pokémonverse, but also other anime/multi verses.
