After Flora logged into the workshop, she dumped the books in a corner and set up the page-turner.
Taking a sip from the Potions Guzzler, she returned to the still running simulation grounds. 
In the morning, she had forgotten to check on the Blade-Rollers. The poor robots were both in bad shape. One showed severe damage through overheating, the other had four ruptured appendages, and both of their sawblades were blunt.
"Mine is the broken one, Milady. I pushed the movement and rammed a few trees. Aitoshuri did several long term tests. I'll transmit her data to you."
A row of stats appeared on Flora's HUD. Running continuously, the sawblades worked up to two minutes on their highest setting before overheating and half an hour in their lowest setting. Not bad, not bad at all. 
"Outstanding job."

Flora returned to her workbench to work on the octopus. Now she had a pretty good picture of the joints and the motors for them. 
She decided to equip two of the tentacles with tools as tips. With a heavy heart, she sacrificed one of her two Doom-Moon multitools and a knife/bender/gripper hybrid for the other arm. 
The octopus should not only help her with crafting but also with fighting. Laser eyes were an absolute classic. She browsed the doom moon laser-turret manuals and the marketplace for ideas and appropriate parts.
Now, she had included all the functions she wanted. 
Next came the fun parts. 
Rationality told Flora to armor the octopus, but thinking about Aitoshuri's needs and real-life octopuses, she had a better idea: Display fabrics!
These fabrics could change their colors to such a degree, that they were used as TV-Screens. The military used them for camouflage and the fashion industry for special effects.
Her drawn picture with notes finished, she started to build the robot.
Mainly, she used the tier-1 materials from Doom Moon. Unfortunately, she couldn't create a whole laser system with them, so she had to substitute with tier-0 materials, that was also the case for the casing with the display-fabric.
With more efficient motors, she solved the worst of her energy problems, but her plans for skin and the laser eyes had thrown her back. She splurged on a high-efficiency mana battery that Aitoshuri could hoard mana while not working and use it for high-load phases.
The octopussy quickly took shape: Eight limbs equally spaced around a roundish head. For the eyes, Flora found some cute heart-shaped laser crystals and immediately bought them.
Comparing her creation to a picture of an actual octopus, she decided to stay more on the cartoonish side of design and forwent the beak and the mouth opening at the bottom. The ability to spew poisonous ink would be awesome, but she had enough on her plate for the first version - maybe in the future.
An easy solution would be using toxic materials for the tentacles. Aitoshuri could hug her opponents to death!
Flora experimented with fusing the toxic waste and the hull material of the Doom Moon and came up with suitable material. It wasn't as strong as the pure material, but she liked the toxic effect.
Suddenly she got another idea. What if she could integrate a kind of inventory space, so Aitoshuri could pick up and store things directly? Flora had disliked stooping down in the sewers and collecting dead creatures like the kingators. 
After a quick research, she found a solution. Unfortunately, robots couldn't have a separate inventory. You either could include ordinary bags, or you could give them an access slot to your own inventory. When Flora thought about it for a bit, she realized that the latter had advantages as well. Flora included the inventory-access under the head.
'We'll see how it works out.'
Finally, she finished the design.

Flora burned to print the robot!  But she refrained from it because it would be a great project to inaugurate her very own printer. 

The next idea came to Flora when she thought about what to do subsequently. Flora whistled. She was on a creative streak! 
In the martial arts classes, the other students had their pets on the walls of the room. She could use the page-turner and let Aitoshuri read.
Envisioning the mountain of books and the page-turner amidst wolves and tigers, she decided to build a library container. She could hide all the bad romance in it, and nobody would see the books! That alone was reason enough!
Another 3x3x3m Container took form. This time, Flora inserted shelves and the page-turner and gave it four extendable legs to save space in the classroom. She connected the page-turner and the container, no need to waste mana and nocks on two devices when one could do the job.
On the outer casing, she air-brushed a shelf with old books and the inside brown and orange grained. She added a light and a long grappler that the AIs could fetch their books themselves from the shelves.

When Flora saw the rating, she reworked the legs. Before, she had rushed that parts of the design too much. After increasing the stability and creating a feature, that it could stay at 0,5m, 1m, 1,5,m and 2m without using energy, she refreshed the description.

Flora beamed to the Riverstones HQ to print it. 
While waiting for the printer to complete its job, Svetlana entered the building.
"Hello, Auntie Flora!" Svetlana greeted her. "Thank you for the funding. We used it to upgrade the printer, among other things."
"No problem, dear. Everything that is mine is Robby's anyway." Flora looked at the printer and felt a pang of conscience. "In a few hours, I'll get my own printer. Of course, I want to update it as well. Should I update yours to 'S' first?"
Svetlana coughed. "The update to S is very hard. Don't underestimate it! And to be honest, we have no funds for it at the moment. Of course, we aspire to have an S-rated printer long-term, so your help will be appreciated."
"Sure, and meanwhile, you can use my printer if you want that extra quality. I'm moving to a new lair, and the printer will be in a separate hall from my living quarters, so you can visit anytime without intruding."
"I never heard from someone who upgraded their printer alone. You can hire other crafters to register their blueprints on your printer. The price for an S-rated blueprint is 1000 VirDos."
Now, it was Flora's time to splutter.  "Just for registering? Not the blueprint itself?"
"Right. You didn't know?" Svetlana scratched her head. "Well, we wouldn't pay you money, but you would get lots of contributions points. I already sent you some for the upgrade to A. 
*Bleep*! I forgot to send you the voucher for hiring squats! I'm sorry Auntie, the last week was at the same time hellish with the new employees and heavenly because of all the excitement about my rising synchronization!
I'm now at 69% and hit a ceiling. Do you have any advice?"
"Have you tried using different bodyparts?"
Svetlana stared at her frowning. "What do you mean by body parts?"
The printing of the Library-Container finished. 
Flora signaled Lana to wait a moment while she logged into the workshop and looked through her cloud-drive. 
'Where is the Stehaufmaennchen?'
After she recovered the file, she ordered the printing.
She joined Lana and watched the candy cane alike structure being built.
"I designed this tumbler for training my sync. When you hit it, it will bounce back." Flora pointed at the colorful stripes. "You can aim at the blue band with knee, yellow with your elbow. On the top are some smaller dots to hit with your finger. Try it first when it is standing still after that when it is swaying. Don't forget to train to aim with your butt and bosom, as well. You never know when you need fine control in these areas!" 
"That's handy! I saw the tumbler at the forum a view hours ago!
It's a new item in the Cetviwos-Shop. Guess they directly used the rights they bought from you."
"Oh, well. I don't expect much sales from such a simple gizmo." She looked at it. "I could add a feature that gives you challenges, lighting up some of the rings and a body part, and you get points for hitting it correctly. And you wouldn't have to announce the moves to the System." Flora grinned. Yes, she was on a creative fire! "Would you be interested in such a device, or is it too much pressure?"
"My old job consisted of disarming bombs. I'll be damned if a *bleep*ing tumbler pressured me!"
"Give me 10 minutes!" 
Flora logged back into the workshop and took a sip from a mana potion.
'Cables, L.E.D.s, sensors, a display, a mana-plate, and a control box, and we are ready to go!'
First, she put an L.E.D behind every stripe and dot of the tumbler.  Then she sculpted a human doll that looked a bit like Svetlana, marked the body-parts, put lights behind them, and put it at the top of the pole. 
At the base, she installed the display and a big 'Start'-Button.
Then she wired everything to the box. 
Flora realized that it was the first time she had to program a control box. Until now, she had cheated with using the AIs to control the devices.
Thankfully, the programming was more like putting phrases together than actually writing the code: 
Define zone_x: Where the color of the pole is the same in the region of L.E.D_x.
Define bodypart_y: To the lit doll body part corresponding body part of the player.
At Button press:
Light up one random L.E.D_x of group tumbler-lights. 
Light up one random L.E.D_y of group doll-lights.
Wait 5 seconds or until Hit in L.E.D zone_y with bodypart_y.
When Hit: Counter +1.
Show counter.
Repeat 10 times.
When Flora checked the time, she realized that she had only needed 6 minutes. So she added a menu-button and up and down arrows for adjusting the time for the hit and the number of rounds.
Flora rechecked everything, shrugged, and ordered to print it two times.
It was a bit rough, but that was normal for a prototype for proof of concept.

Back in the bamboo hut, Flora found Lana training with the original tumbler and explained to her the game.
When the devices finished printing, they occupied different corners of the hut and started playing.
In the first round, Flora got an easy move: The head of the doll lit up and a stripe near the top. She headbutted the tumbler for her first point.
The next round left her slack-jawed: Left knee to the stripe directly beneath the doll. That was at the height of 1,70m!
Flora to Aidan: "Remind me to make two areas that we can match only the upper body limbs to the high zones of the pole. Maybe implement two game variants, one for gymnasts and one for normal people."
<Power-Jump>!
While Flora hit the pole, she missed the right zone by a hairbreadth. Admittingly a very corse hair, more a dreadlock than natural hair.
The next few rounds went uneventful. Only when the pole wanted from Flora to hit one of the small dots with her elbow, she took another note.
Flora to Aidan: "More mid-sized zones would be helpful as well. Maybe we quarter one of the cylindric stripes at hip-height in rectangles."
After Flora completed the game with a score of 9, she watched Lana finishing her round. Her counter showed 12, but Flora didn't know how many times she had failed. She added it to the improvement list.
Lana's movement looked fluent, and she aggressively attacked the tumbler.  The weird jerkiness was gone, but a bit of skittishness remained.
"So, what do you think? Any suggestions?"
"I *bleep*ing adore it and don't want to stop! But two issues caught my eyes: A finger lit up, and it took me a while to identify which finger because the light spread. The other thing is, I haven't even played five minutes and a quarter of its durability is already gone. My strength isn't that high. If someone with a lot of physical power plays this game, the tumbler will be kaput in no time."
"Good points! The solution for the first one is easy, but I don't know about the second one. Maybe higher-tiered materials?"
"You could try to get it approved as a training-dummy. I know that the requirements are ridiculous because people had exploited it for combat, but you can try."
"Oh, tell me how! I love exploitation!"
"First they made training dummies robots with infinite HP and took them questing as tanks. That got fixed quickly. Then a too clever by a half guild constructed the wall of their compound out of mage dummies. The wall was not only indestructible, but it actually shot spells at the attackers."
Flora laughed. "Great! I want that! Any more feedback?"
"Some of the combinations were a bit challenging, but I liked it. The journey is the reward, right? And without pushing the limits, there is no progress."
"Exactly, but I will implement an easy mode for the beginners. Thank you for testing! I'll send you the finished product as a reward."
Flora to Aidan: "I hope you took notes, she did some excellent testing."
"Oh, yes, no probs! Thanks!" Lana fidgeted. "The topic is hot ATM. I would hurry up the publication. And ... I might stay here for a while, you know." 
Flora smiled and nodded. But first, she went in the corner of the hut and filled up the library container. Although Lana was occupied with the game, Flora still shielded the books from her eyes.
'I'm so childish! I'm sure Lana reads tons of shitty romance novels! And since when do I care what other people think of me?'
The admonishment didn't help. Flora tucked the books away on the last shelf. Not that you could hide 124 books in an otherwise mostly empty library, but she tried.
Flora to Aitoshuri: "Enjoy!"
A fanfare of trumpets sounded, which made Flora smile. She recognized the piece: it was from Bach's 'Jauchzet Frohlocket!' (Shout for joy, exult!).
Back in the workshop, Flora enlargened the hands of the doll. Then she inserted an opaque material on the inside and black contours outside between all the zones. That would help color blind people to distinguish the zones better. 
Methodically, Flora worked through her list until only the dummy issue was left. 
That proved to be simpler than Lana depicted it. Flora just had to draw a rune on the base. The rune made the tumbler indestructible while training, but vulnerable while in combat. 
Flora was intrigued by the concept of runes and immediately bought the book '1000 common Runes and Glyphs'.

After printing one for Lana and herself, she published the design and wrote CentralTank a letter. She offered them to feel free to sell it in their shop as well, for a cut, of course.

After Flora Fluss burns down the kitchen, her son insists she is too old to live alone. She's got two choices. Either move into a retirement home or spend the rest of her life within a virtual reality game governed by society's most advanced artificial intelligence. When you've worked a lifetime as an engineer for home appliances, naturally, you go with the option that has more toasters. 
Soon, Flora finds out that the virtual world is more familiar than she thought. Though, it takes her a while to get used to the idea that tanks don't hold water or oil but the aggro of mobs.

She didn't text me back so I started to head towards forever 21.w hen I arrive I couldn't see them. They already know I'm pissed off.......then I spotted Diamond and I snuck behind her and scared her. She scream so loud that you could probably hear it from my house. She also hit her head on the metal part were you hang the clothes.......it was worth it. I was laughing so hard that I started to cry. "Ha ha very funny."Diamond said.
"It......is funny......and it was...worth it."I said trying to catch my breath.

We practically argue about the fact they left me and I scared Diamond. They said that they didn't know that I wasn't coming in till the turned around and saw that I ran into a cute guy so they just left me. We went to my house in my room to watch a romantic movie. After the movie was over they went home and I change into my pajamas. I laid down in my bed and went to sleep but not to long when I went to sleep it felt like someone was watching me.

I got up and no one was there so now I had trouble sleeping. When I checked the time it was 3:30 in the morning and I had school in the today so I finally went to sleep after when I get something to drink.

When I woke up I was late for school so I rush and got in the shower. I got out and toss on some clothes and I get in my car and drive to my school. When I arrive at school the bell just rang and I see Hailey and Diamond waiting for me. "What are you wearing?!?"Diamond said. I looked down at what I was wearing. I had a tank-top on with sweats. "Looks like someone needs a make-over."Hailey said . I nod my head as I looked up an down at my self.

Diamond and me went to he bathroom while Hailey go to her car and get clothes from her car. When she arrived in the bathroom she gives me a red mini skirt with a half mini shirt and red vans. We all have the same home room so to rushed over and we came in just on time. Not to long into our session I hear the door open and look up to see Ethan who I bumped into with his friend from yesterday. I tried to look down before he saw me but it was to late( he probably seen me because I look like a fucking target, thanks a lot Hailey.)

We were looking into each other eyes for at least a minute then Mr. Wright (the teacher) cleared his throat and said " You guys are late,please introduce yourself." "I'm Ethan Young. This is my sister and brother;Abby and Jared."Ethan said.the rest of there name was Michael, Christopher, Harry,and,Barry(Harry and Barry are twins). Those were he guys and the girls are Bella, Madison, Lilly, and Lena. After that Mr. Wright said that they could sit we're ever they wanted to sit.

Hailey and Diamond were sitting in front of me and then Ethan sat on one side of me while his brother and sister sat on the other side(so basically everybody was in a row which was weird if you think about it.)*whisper* " Is it okay if we could share the text book."Ethan ask. I nod my head and open my text book to the page we were on. I could feel him breathing on my neck which made my heart beat more. Then when we were looking at the board the book fell . I had went down to get it but I didn't know that Ethan tried to get the book in till I felt his hand on mine. That when spark went trough my body when I touch him but how come I didn't feel it yesterday. I move my hand away and looked at him little bit confused. Then he picked up the book and we didn't say anything I didn't know what to say.

The class was over me and my best friends split up. we only have each other in physics and at lunch but for Ethan I have him in 5 of my classes and for the rest of the other 1 besides his brother and sister 3. I really didn't get to know his brother or sister or even Ethan for that matter. It was now lunch time and I went to sit by my best friends and than Abby came over and ask " hi could I sit over here." "Yeah we don't mind Abby ."I said."hey since I'm new and everything I was wondering if you guys would like to come over my house and have a sleep over so we could get to know each other." "Yes we would love to."Diamond said." Okay great it will be this Friday."(we shared our number with Abby so we could stay in touch) After lunch we had went to our last period of the day .

I had this class only with Ethan and I didn't know what to say to him after what happened earlier today. He sit in front of me and I could smell forest of him. I couldn't help it, I started to daydream and that's when Ms. Gilbert ask me "what page is one of Shakespeare quote." "Huh....page-" Ethan pass me a note when the teacher wasn't looking and it said 'page 120' "were waiting Ms. Turner." Ms. Gilbert said."sorry I was thinking....page 120." I said. "Correct. Now everyone turn to 120."Ms. Gilbert said. Save by Ethan so, I wrote on the paper thanks I owe you one and give it to him.

In that, all commented against Isla Turner and were curious about Aria. It had uploaded in the morning and was on social media for a long time. A rival actress's Fanclub shared on their page to look down on Isla Turner which made the video go viral.

Aria cried invisible tears checking them. While exiting the lecture block, she saw the crowd at the gate to know about the school goddess. "Holyness! They aren't here for me. Please say no."

Eva took a selfie pouting near Aria's cheek, "School Goddess! Don't forget us after getting famous. I can sell this picture when you get super famous." She grinned.

Noah and Rian stood in front of her and started cheering loudly, "We will be your die-hard fans. Aria... Aria... Aria... Aria..."

Aria's face was dark as coal. She was thinking what to do, Alan's sports car pulled in between crowds. Their car was outside the campus which wasn't allowed inside. Alan's car had permission.

Eva spotted the car first and ran away saying loudly enough to be heard by Aria and Alan who was alighting. "Prince is stealing our Goddess."

Aria face palmed herself. 

Noah and Rian looked at each other understanding tactfully, "We will not steal you from President Morgan. Bye." Both left leaving her to stand alone when Alan almost reached her. 

Many students greeted Alan as 'Senior' on their way out. Aria didn't know what to say other than looking at him.

Alan saw her blankly looking at him, "What's wrong?"

Aria pointed at the gate, "They possibly can't be here for me. The car is outside to pick me. I can't go out."

"Don't you like the attention of so many people?... Fans." 

She promptly shook her head, "That's too troublesome... Wait, I call the PR department to remove the video and related post."

Alan's lips twitched. "Do you know how to depend on anybody?" He couldn't understand why she couldn't ask him when he was standing right in front of her.

Aria stopped in tracks. "Huh?"

Alan led her towards his car. "I already asked to remove it. About these people, they won't be present on Monday. Don't worry."

"Oh! Thank you..." She sat in the shotgun seat and continued after he sat down, "The car must be outside, I will take it. You don't have to drop me." She thought it would be troublesome for him to drop her and goto his villa.

"Oh!" Was his reply and drove her to the Morgan mansion.

After contemplating, she spoke cautiously, "I didn't know somebody would post video and cause so much trouble. I'm sorry."

Alan glanced at her and asked, "Why is that actress behind you?"

Aria pursed her lips to control her smile, "She loves you. She doesn't like you helping me out. She doesn't like whenever there is any post in the school forum about You shipping to... Me. She warned me to stay away from you numerous times."

Alan furrowed his brows. "You are basically in problem because of me and being bad-mouthed because of me and Rian."

Aria who was refreshing the social media pages saw all deleted posts as she responded to him, "People will talk however you are. Be rich or poor. Be arrogant or humble, they will talk about you. We can't escape from their mouths. We can't sit and please each and everyone."

She locked her mobile and slid in her pockets before looking at Alan who was speechlessly looking at her in the traffic red signal. "What's wrong?"

Alan faced the road, "Can't you be like a little girl of your age? I sometimes feel like I'm talking with an elderly lady."

Aria chuckled hearing him. "Of course! I'm a little girl of my age if you see me with my friends or aunty and uncle. You don't talk with anyone and I have never seen you being casual or friendly. We hardly know about each other so if I start joking around, you will throw me under the bus or... throw me down the bridge." She pointed the nearest bus and the dam which was present after the junction.

Alan cleared his throat awkwardly knowing about his image in her mind, "Don't worry! I will not throw you anywhere." He said as he drove away from the junction.

"So you are asking me to be troublesome, naughty, annoying. You always got angry in the beginning whenever I spoke. Can you really handle me like that?"

"Try me."

Aria nodded in amusement, "Then don't blame me later."

Alan lightly chuckled, "Sure!"

Their way of talking from formal to informal was greatly improved on their way to the Morgan mansion.

Alan left for his villa after Aria alighted. The latter chased around both Noah and Rian for leaving her awkward every time around Alan then the trio sat and completed all the weekend homework.

The next day was Alan's first date with the first girl or could be said as 'the first date with Aria'.

Amelia informed her during breakfast to be ready by half-past ten and Alan was picking her. Aria nodded and time passed with them till ten before going to change.

When she came down, Amelia hit her own forehead looking at Aria wearing denim shorts and a T-shirt. "Arrie! Aren't you comfortable with dresses? Why do you always wear shorts and a T-shirt to look simple?"

Aria looked at herself, "I'm not going on date. Should third-wheel look pretty too? Aunty, are you saying I'm not looking good?"

Rowan pursed his lips waiting to hear Amelia. The latter was very composed, "You are Young Miss Cooper. Our darling. You look great in every dress but put some changes Sweetheart. Go and wear some pretty dress. Quick!"

Aria looked at Rowan for help who shook his head stating he couldn't help. Aria turned around and went to her room.

She returned soon and twirled standing in front of Amelia and Rowan when Alan was leaning on the door frame looking at her from the time she descended the stairs.

"You jerk! How dare you? Just because you are my guardian and I have nobody to ask, did you think, you can take advantage of me? I thought you stand on high morals..."

Rian turned Aria towards him not quietly understanding what was going on. Amelia and Rowan were in the same state.

"Arrie! What happened? Did brother do something? Why are you angered so much?" He sounded very concerned.

Alan leaned on his room door frame thinking what would be her answer.

It vexed her more and wrung her hand to punch but Alan held her hand twirled her before pressing her back on him.

"Young Miss Cooper! Mind your hand." He said loudly and whispered, "If you wanted more, you should have asked me."

Sprawled across 3 seats with his head resting on top of  his bag, was a sleeping Seamus. He was brought out of his dreams, due to the bus driver's shaking. " Hey, Kid wake up!, last stop, Leeds"

Seamus jumped up straight with a fright and started patting himself down and touching his face, only to notice, the bus driver was giving him a puzzled stare " bad dream.....Thank you for waking me " 

"Aye" The driver shook his head and walked off the bus, followed by a fumbling half-asleep Seamus. 

{Gate 3 - For the 13:10 from Leeds to Scotland….. For the 13:10 , Leeds to Scotland,  proceed to Gate 3  }

After getting his bearings and finding the taxi rink at the station, he could only see one taxi waiting. " Where you heading lad?"  The driver looked back using his rear-view mirror,  seeing a young  man climb into the back, with a rucksack. 

Seamus started rummaging through his bag, past endless amounts of papers and some notebooks. " ah!" He pulled out a printed PDF page with the venue details. " Can you get me to L52 1DG, St Bernard Street" 

" Sure thing... You're here for the festival too? " 

" Uh ...Yeah, I'm performing as a supporting act, How did you know?" Seamus replied as he was organising his backpack. 

" I've taken quite a few people there today ... performer you say, any tunes I've heard before?...you got a little Scottish twang in your voice, you from Scotland? My miss's is Scottish" 

'Damm, a talker ' Seamus slumped back into the seat and conversed with the driver along the way to the venue.

" Ah, lad there's a massive traffic jam,tch.. this must be one hell of a festival " 

Seamus looked out the window, to see convoy of cars wrapping around a corner, that was hidden by bushes and set of chain linked fences. 'Is this a prison' 

"Yeh…. I think so" Seamus could his heart beat pumping a bit faster 'My first performance in this world… I've got to make this good' 

An orchestra of car horns accompanied Seamus and the driver, as the taxi nugged along for the next 20 minutes. Seamus could only watch the rate climb up to nearly  £20, he could hear his wallet screaming. 

" Sorry Kid, I'm gonna have to drop you off here, I've got bookings to hit .... " 

'Thank god' The taxi driver dropped Seamus off, outside the chain linked fences. Strapping his rucksack over his shoulders, he watched the driver struggled to leave the convoy, as multiple RV looking buses were going the opposite way.

'I need to get one of those'  Seamus started walking down the pathway, past rows of disused industrial site buildings, some had parts of the roof missing or were tagged with graffiti, ' Is this were I die... damm, all this for 15mins' he gingerly kept following the traffic jam around the windy road, whilst avoiding meeting the weird stares directed at him, from the people inside their cars.

'Who puts a festival in an area like this!' After 20 minutes of walking, Seamus finally came around the corner and was greeted by the site of black massive stand with the words 'WEMX' plastered on the side in purple, and a large row people lined up next to black gates getting their tickets checked.

Seamus walked around the rows of people, to the area where the RV's where leaving and parked. He walked to a black t-shirt man with an organizer tag plastered on his shirt.  " Hey, my name is Seamus Meonch, I am a support act, under the name Moench" He pulled out the paper prints showing his performer details. 

The man stepped away with the paper from Seamus whilst talking into a walkie-talkie before returning " That's all good, just walk past those barriers, turn left and you'll come up to the performer area, there's other guys already in there… we are bit understaffed, so I can't take you there myself" 

Seamus followed the organizers instructions ' Where is everyone' as he walked he was unable to find any other 'Organizers' around this area, only a few security guards walking around. As he turned left and walked past black curtains, he came into a medium sized room that had a few artists walking around. It was filled with speakers boxers, audio equipment and all sorts,  with stairs that signaled to staging area. 

The other artists didn't pay any attention when he walked in, Seamus could only find a speaker box to sit on, after reading the set timings that was next to the stairs. He pulled out his laptop wanting to recheck his music list for his set. 

As he let out a yawn before starting, his eyes caught a group of three guys dressed in leather studied outfits practicing away in a corner, with black and white face paint. His eyes opened wide and his jaw extended to the floor. ' Is that KISS?' 

His puzzled face didn't change as he kept looking at the group and booting up his laptop ' Do I know any KISS songs?' Seamus started trying to hum a tune and pulled out a notebook from his rucksack and started a writing score.

More and more People had begun lining up to queue at the festival entry gates, the grass had become mud under the feet of the crowds, but smiles could be clearly seen on their faces as they chatted and waited to get their tickets checked.  

Near the entrance was a group of four casually dressed waiting like the rest. 

Group member 1:  "Hey doesn't this place look understaffed compared to InTWO festival last year?" 

Group member 2: " Yeah but who cares! TenCairo are playing!"

Group member 3: " Sorry to kill you man, but TenCairo have pulled out! Checked their BlueBird" 

Group member 2, quickly pulled out his phone and scrolled to the TenCairo, BlueBird page  and read aloud to his friends  ' To all our fans, due to a dispute with the WEMX Festival organizers, we have had to cancel our act, we want to apologise to all our TEN's who travelled to LEEDS! We will look to make it up to all of you  '

Group member 2 looked at his friends with a look of disbelif  " What the fuck is shit! Na i'm going home!"

Seamus dies standing, Seamus wakes up standing. 

Now living an alternative life with a unique system, and missing some of the comforts and stars of his old world.

Inspired by what I've read, so expect some similarities with other stories

Harry's POV 

Harry used the last week and a half to the best he could.
His magical control got to the middle of fifth year, yet his transfigurations is stuck on switching charm, as he still hasn't managed to understand how two objects can switch places, he knew it wasn't really transfiguration as switched objects could stay unchanged indefinitely but even though he had some idea  he couldn't entirely figure out how can two objects change their place, which is why he decided his next master degree would be in Quantum mechanics.
His magical power is stuck at the peak of the liquid-like state and he was hoping that soon it would change to the third state.
Another thing that stoped growing is his physical ability, right not as according to his blacksmithing teacher he has the strength and speed of a 15 years old goblin warrior apprentice, but as it hasn't changed for a few months, he started thinking about other ways to grow his physical power, one of which is that he started eating as much as he can from the basilisk's meat as it's supposed to strengthen his muscles, and as he was sure that part of the reason his magic grew so much is that his body grew as much as it did and that part of the reason his magic was stick is his age and his body. After all, even if he looked like the tallest 14 years old, he hasn't had his 13 birthday yet.
His rune studies are also stuck, as even though he learned all the runes Hogwarts's library had to offer and understood basic rune scams, his problem was that he hasn't became good enough in writing them.
His blacksmithing is progressing good enough that at the start of third year he would get to start learning the magical prospect of it.
Another thing that progressed well is his potions, with his understanding of the way and number of times you mix the potion and it's relation to magical control and intent, he managed to do the last potion in the class perfectly without mixing the ingredients once.
And finally, his programming.
While he still has a long way before creating a real AI, he created his own book scanning, uploading and organizing by subject program he was planing to use to create his own virtual magical luxury, with all the books he could find, now he just needed to create a device that can hold all of them, which is why while learning Quantum mechanics he was also going to learn Electrical Engineering.
He knew it meant to push back even farther his medicine degree, but he felt this was what he needed.
His work on the blood curse hasn't improved by much as while he managed create the spell that let you see a hologram of the DNA of the person who got hit by it, he still hasn't managed to create a way to translate the double helix, but he felt he was close, he was only missing something.
His agreement with Daphne was to go to her house in August 1st where he would show the results of the year, so he had more than a month to figure it out.
The one thing that really depressed him was Snape's denial at allowing him to take all the electives when they had a talk about next year, in the end of which he could only choose three, and as he could see the professor denying him the option to take divination, he had to explain to the man he already learned arithmancy by himself and had no need for the class, which led to a conversation on why did he want it before, and even though he managed to get the teacher to let him go, he was sure the teacher didn't believe him.
As Harry went on the train with Luna, he felt this year was good, and could only hope next year would be even better.

Severus POV

Severus was in the middle of the sixth teachers's conference of the month and his only relief is that he only had one more to go.
The first conference was when the Weasley girl was taken to chamber of secrets, in which they knew the school was about to get closed, and were making sarcastic jokes in Lockhart's expense.
The second one was a few moments after the girl returned safely, in which Albus told a version of what happened and after the conference was done Severus and Minerva were told what really happened, and what was to be done with the treasure of the best ingredients ever.
Severus was extremely disgusted with the idea that the Potters would take the basilisk's corpse without asking the one who really defeated the snake, but there was nothing to be done as he wasn't parselmouth, but he never expected that a few days after his forth argument with Minerva, two days before the school's year ended, that he would walk to his class and find two things on his table, 3 litter of blood with a note that said basilisk's blood and the other was a box filled with 3 Kg of basilisk's meat.
His plan was to consume 1.5 of the meat to strengthen his body, and hopefully his magic, and use the rest to cure people with dark curses on them while half the blood was going to be researched and the other half is going to be used to create of one of the hardest potions to ever exist- the Felix Felicis.
He didn't know who gifted it to him, though he had the thought it is the one who actually defeated the basilisk, but he wasn't going to ignore this wonderful gift, especially after checking the gifts with every detection charm he knew, potion, poison and spells and founding it clean.
The excitement at being able to create this potion is why he was so annoyed at Albus for canceling the tests, as while it was happy news for 5/7 of the student population, it became a bureaucratic nightmare for the professors who had to figure out where every student is, studying wise, and which of the petrified and non petrified students need extra studying with only their yearly assignments.
Which is why, they were in another conference, after the children went home, discussing the second years.
"...she got petrified, she should get extra summer studies like the rest of those poor students." Minerva was sticking her foot on the subject and Severus had enough of that.
"Minerva," He said calmly "while you are right about miss Granger getting patrefied, we all know the set trident already knows the books of the second year good enough to tell the page in which she took the answer to the question the professor asks."
"You can say almost the same about miss Clearwater but we give her the option!" Minerva said with a huff that would look weird on the hard Professor to any student that sees it.
"Miss Clearwater is in her sixth year," Filius said "and being able to get back to where she was studying wise is crucial for her grades next year while miss Granger has three more years until her first life changing test." 
"Fine." The transfigurations Professor said.
"Now we need to talk about the time turner." Minerva said, focusing all the head houses attentions.
"I think this year it would be miss Granger." Pomona said "Non of the Ravenclaws that were nominated asked to be in all the classes,  not one in my house were nominated, and Severus took his wonderful student, mr. Peverel, our of the question." 
"Oh, don't you remember, Pomona?" Severus said with his iconic smirk "The girl lost the chance at this privilege by stealing ingredients from me and brewing a dangerous potion in a toilet!"
A laughing could be heard from the half goblin.
"I guess Severus got what he wanted in the end."
"I still think one mistake shouldn't cost her the chance to get the time turner, you should be more forgiving after all she is the most brilliant student we had in this generation." Minerva said with a frown
"You are partially right," Severus said "a mistake can be forgiven, but she didn't just didn't do homework, or took one or two ingridiants, you know what, if she would have made a beauty potion in her room, I would let it slide. No, she made and consumed a potion that is illegal without approval from the ministry, during which, she put sleeping potion inside students's cakes and locked them in a closet, all of that to investigate mr. Malfoy because he is Slytherin! And except the lame apology Dumbledore forced them to do, she and her friends didn't seem sorry at all, in fact, they tried to hit the student who told on them and when they failed they blamed him. Does that sound like someone who is mature enough to hold a device that can erase her from the universe?"
You could see the deputy headmistress trying to bury herself in her chair.
"As for being 'the smartest student in her generation', it is simply not true."
"Then who?" She said with curiosity.
"I can think of a few," It was actually Filius who answered her "the Weasley twins for example, who even though don't make any effort in class, has invented some amazing things in their pranks, or maybe miss Lovegood, who seem to have the ability to understand and perform any assignment in a creative way." Minerva had a thoughtful look on her face "but if I had to rate the number one student in brilliance, it would have to be mr. Peverel, who I believe, if he wasn't as weak magically as he is, would have managed to suppress Albus."
"I have to agree with the last one," Pomona said "While he might not have the plenty of magical energy, he isn't only smart, he is a hard worker, if he didn't have only one friend and wear green, I would assume he is from my house." She paused for a second before asking a question "what were his choices for electives?"
"Everything, but I denied it based on the stupidity of the matter." Severus said and snorted in laughter before explaining the reason for this unusual laughter from him when he saw the eyes of his colleagues filled with confusion. "He grew up in the muggle world, so when I asked why would he need muggle studies, instead of talking about easy grade or coming out with an excuse like being fascinated with how our world see the muggle world, he told me that after two years in the magical world seeing how idiotic wizards and witches can be about the muggle world that it would be a class he would take so every few days he would have a good laugh." A snort came out of the other three professors.
"In the end he choose divination, care, and runes. I tried to convince him to take arithmancy, as not only it is an important subject, based in his mind and former muggle education it would be much easier subject to him then most students, but he told me he has no wish to sit in a class that he can learn in his free time as a second year."
The shocked looks were mimicking how Severus felt when he heard it.
"You can't be saying..."
"Yes, he learned third year's arithmancy this year as a way to pass time."
"So he has to go to that class!" Minerva exclaimed
"And do what? Be bored in it? No, my deal with him is better, every year he would take a test about the subject in the level year above him take and only if he doesn't get O in it he would change elective."
A few moments of silence were over when Filius said "So no one get time turner next year."
The conference was over in that note and everyone left except for Severus who couldn't help but smirk when he thought 'I wonder what their reactions would have been if they knew he finished forth year too.'

Yeri frowned, annoyed of the constant sound of her phone ringing, she lazily answered the call but didn't said any word.

"wake-up sleepy head, I'm at the cafe." a male voice spoke.


"already?" she mumbled.

"Evil woman, I thought you want to collect rare items with the game? hurry-up, the level Boss will appear soon." 

"alright, I got it..." Yeri said and ended the call, she only had a few hours of sleep after her Mom took her out for shopping and dinner yesterday. 

She staggered towards her bathroom, carelessly kicking some of the things she bought yesterday that's still scattered on the floor.

After an hour, Yeri stepped out of her dorm wearing a plain white, long sleeve crop top, paired with a high-waist black leggings, while her hair is tied in a messy bun.


It was monday morning and the school is packed with students roaming around the campus, as she passed by, most of the students gazed at her with admiration or envy, while others secretly took a picture of her and immediately posted it in their school's online forum. 

Yeri greeted some of the students she's acquainted with, her no make-up look and black round sunglasses gave her the image of an innocent and aloof beauty.

"YZ! you evil woman! do you know what time is it now?! hurry-up and open the game! the level Boss will appear in 10 minutes!" Levi said, hastily glancing on his wrist watch.


"ok, ok but I'm hungry, why don't you buy me breakfast first while I set-up my laptop?" Yeri asked, looking all cute and seated herself across Levi.


"huh? what happened to your allowance? did your Father finally disowned you?" Levi chuckled.


Yeri raised one eyebrow. "FB (Levi's petname, meaning fresh boy) will you stop being a miser? just look at this face, even if it's not my Father who would have the heart to disown this beauty?!" Yeri sarcastically retorted. 


"I was wondering what's exploding at the online forum, turns out it's you!" Levi said while reading the messages on his laptop. "Ms. head-turner? guy-magnet? Queen bee? Goddess, pfft- Angel? if they only know!" 


"FB do you want a divorce? let's see how you'll win the level boss without my support!" Yeri threatened Levi, since they're a couple at the popular online game called 'Overlord'.

"you- evil!" Levi hissed.

"Go get my breakfast now while this Goddess is still nice?"  


"fine! just don't touch my laptop!" Levi spoke, slowly standing up.  


Yeri stuck her tongue out and smiled deviously, opening her laptop.

When Wang Xiaodong finished the last step, he opened the data package and looked at Lu Zhou, "The iterative calculation program is completed. The coordinates for the far and close side of the moon, the speed, and the direction of Chang'e 3 are calculated. I'll send it to your email?" 
Lu Zhou, who was writing, did not even lift his head, "Just send it to my QQ."
Wang Xiaodong, "Okay, what's next?"
"… The satellite orbit around the moon and the satellite landing trajectory geometry data and parameters are all here. You'll have to do the plotting," replied Lu Zhou. He threw the fully written A4 at Wang Xiaodong's desk and began his next calculation.

"Geniuses, time to eat!"
Wang Xiaodong got up and took his plate. With a smile on his face, he said, "Thank you."
Naturally, Lin Yuxiang smiled back. She then walked next to Lu Zhou and said, "This one's yours."
Lu Zhou did not raise his head as he replied, "Put it aside. I'll eat it after I finish calculating this."
"Okay!"
It was nine o'clock at night when Lin Yuxiang yawned and went back to the dorm. Wang Xiaodong went back at around ten o'clock. As he was the main force for tomorrow, he had to get a good night's rest. 
At this point, other than Lu Zhou, there were only a few people left in the computer room. 
The genius mathematics student Luo Rundong was also there with Liu Rui. 
There was also a third-year genius statistics student next to Liu Rui. 
Their team configuration was special. The captain was responsible for programming and part of the modeling but did not do calculations. Most of the modeling was done by Liu Rui who then directed another person to do the thesis. 
The third-year genius statistics student asked, "Is that guy in your dorm?"
Liu Rui nodded, "Yeah."
The genius statistics student said casually, "That guy is insane. I briefly looked at him when I went to the bathroom. He chose question A. They'll have a lot fewer competitors than us."
Liu Rui asked curiously, "Then why didn't we choose question A?"
Liu Rui has been solving question B for a while now and he did not feel like it was easy at all.

At three o'clock in the morning, only five people were left in the computer room. 
At four o'clock in the morning, Lu Zhou was the only person still sitting in front of a computer. 
By the time the sun started to shine through the window, Lu Zhou finally finished writing the last line of calculations. 
When Wang Xiaodong opened the computer room door and walked in, he asked, "Finished?"
"Finished…" said Lu Zhou. He sighed in relief before saying, "The basic modeling is completed. The rest is programming, plotting, and sensitivity analysis by observing changes in the simulation. When you're done, I'll start writing the thesis."
Wang Xiaodong nodded his head and said, "I got this. Go and rest."
"Okay."
Lu Zhou pinched his eyebrows, shook his head, and stood up before he walked out of the computer room. 
Compared to his all-nighters during the summer, this was nothing. 
Lu Zhou could not remember how he got back to the dorms. He just remembered that he opened the door and without even taking his clothes off, he went to sleep. 
When he woke up, it was already dusk. 
Lu Zhou sat up in bed and rubbed his messy hair as he took out his phone from his pocket to take a look at the time.
He recalled that he got back to the dorm around six in the morning.
"I slept for twelve hours…"
The next time he could sleep would be after the competition. 
Lu Zhou went to the bathroom and cleaned himself up before heading toward the computer room. 
When he arrived at the computer room, Wang Xiaodong was already writing the last line of the program.
Lin Yuxiang was away but she had brought food. The food was still hot. She probably left recently.
Lu Zhou opened the plastic bag and was about to grab a pair of chopsticks when he saw a piece of paper in the bag. 
He slowly unfolded the paper. 
[Try your best ~ ^.^ ~]
Lu Zhou: "…"
Lu Zhou crunched the paper and threw it in the rubbish bin before opening the disposable chopsticks to begin eating. 
When he finished eating his dinner, he went to the bathroom and along the way, he threw the takeaway box away. 
When he came back, Wang Xiaodong pushed his glasses. He stood up and started talking, "I've already finished writing the program. The code I've used for the three questions have been sent to your QQ. I'll come back at three in the morning. You'll have to do the thesis."
"Ok, set an alarm. Don't forget."
"I know," said Wang Xiaodong as he nodded his head and left. 
Lu Zhou was the last relay runner. He sat in front of the computer and stretched.
It was seven o'clock at night and they still had 37 hours till the thesis submission time. 
Within the next 37 hours, he had to summarize all of the calculation processes, modeling ideas, procedures, and answers to the three questions, all into a 20-30 page thesis. 
No matter how exquisite the model or how ingenious the program, the judges would only judge by the thesis presentation. If the thesis could not be understood by the judges, then there was no hope for the prize. 
Therefore, this last step could not be done sloppily!
Lu Zhou went into his working mode and he had completely forgotten about the time. His attention was entirely concentrated on the computer screen and his typing and thinking were operating at the speed of light. 
The abstract and keywords had to be written in one page according to format requirements. Lu Zhou edited his abstract and even then, he barely made the cut. 
No one knew his model thought process better than him. Therefore, this stage was easy to do. 
The next was the cumbersome process of proof and reasoning. This was the main part of the entire thesis. Although it did not take up too much space, it was the most time-consuming part to complete. 
The main reason was that not only did it involve mathematical modeling ideas, it also involved programming. 
Lu Zhou was comfortable with mathematics but he needed to communicate with the coder for the program part. 
Time slowly past by and the sun fell down and rose again. Once again, it shined across the horizon.
When the night was over, Lu Zhou had finished the last part of the question answering section. 
He stretched and started at the thesis with his sleepy eyes before yawning as he started to talk to himself. 
"… Next up is the reference and appendix. Finally, it's almost done."
Lu Zhou placed his hands on the keyboard and he copied the title of the cited documents.

For the final step, Lu Zhou copied Wang Xiaodong's code into the appendix.
Wang Xiaodong stood behind Lu Zhou. As he pushed his glasses, he looked at the texts on the screen and asked, "Finished?"
"Yeah, all finished. Help me check for errors. If there are no errors, convert it to PDF format," said Lu Zhou while standing up from his chair. He shook his groggy brain and said, "I'm going to sleep. I'll delegate the md5 hash check and uploading work to you." 
"Go rest," said Wang Xiaodong. He paused for a second before saying with a concerned voice, "Be careful on the road. Don't trip."
"Ok," said Lu Zhou as he nodded his head before he walked out of the computer room. 


After suffering from a heat stroke while working under the scorching heat of summer, Lu Zhou, a hardworking but poor university student, somehow becomes the owner of an advanced technological system. With the cheat given by the system, his university life changes overnight. 
  
A Master's degree? Easy. 
  
PhD? Not a problem.   
  
From a nobody, he quickly becomes a huge celebrity in the world of science. With the missions given by the system, he is on his way to winning a Nobel Prize.

Some people did not treasure their lives. The day's meeting was regarding the new companies they might take under their wing, and some of their representatives decided to ingratiate themselves with Kyro before the meeting even started. However, when one man left almost in tears, the others finally realized that this was a minefield they should approach with care. 

The meeting then passed in relative calm. 

When Kyro returned to his office, it was past one o'clock. Opening his email, he found that there was a message from the detective. 

[Why would you have me investigate some missing girl in another continent? My connections are great, but they're on this side of the Atlantic.] 

'Missing girl?' That part startled him. Why was she missing? It brought her no advantages, did it? 

He quickly clicked on the attachment and opened the pdf file. The first page had a dossier style introduction. On the left there was a photo of the girl, while on the right there was some basic information about her.

Below were a number of her social media accounts, but he passed them by for the moment and looked at the 'Background' section. 

[Iris was born in Kendal in 1994. Her parents were both British and happily married for three years. When Iris was four, her parents were in a car accident. Her mother died on the spot, while her father was brought to the hospital, but his life could not be saved. Two days later, he died as well. 

After that, Iris went to live with her mother's older sister Madeline Nicholls, who is a graphic designer. She didn't earn much from that, so they were part of the lower middle class. 

There are few records of Iris' life after that. She has never attended any competitions or won any prizes. Her school life lacked any achievements. 

Once she finished high school, she took  a year off before starting her studies. There's no data regarding what she did during that time. When she applied for college, it was for one place and a degree in Economics. Her marks during exams were average, neither too good nor on the verge of failing. 

This year, on May 29th, she disappeared without a trace. She came to class, stayed for half a lecture, then was gone before anyone could notice. No one has seen her since then. The strange thing here, her aunt has not reported this to the police as a missing person's case.] 

Kyro leaned back in his chair, trying to make sense of what he'd read. This did seem like a perfect profile for someone nefarious, and that last comment about the aunt was highly suspicious. Yet this life could also be true. The girl did act like she had nowhere else to be besides his place. 

'I really need some damn answers,' he thought while massaging his temples.

When Iris woke up, it was already past midday. For a moment, she lay without moving, hoping to fall asleep again. In her subconsciousness, she knew that something bad would happen once she opened her eyes. 

Her stomach growled soon, though, and she forced herself to get up. Blinking, she noticed that she was covered by a blanket. 'That wasn't there yesterday,' she noted, puzzling over the matter. 'Kyro must have put it on me!' 

And then the dam was broken. The memories from yesterday came crashing in, and she dug herself under the blanket to hide her face. "I'm an idiot, I'm such an idiot!" she whispered, almost in tears. 

Instead of acting like a person, she had been stuttering and not saying anything, avoiding him. In his own apartment. She was a stranger, more or less, yet acting like it was fine for her to stay here without any explanation. When he wanted to talk, she even fell asleep! 

'He must think I'm a fool and a joke by now.' 

But it was too damn embarrassing! First, he mentioned seeing what happened in the warehouse. Then, he asked about how Lucifer got injured, and his voice when she said that it was to protect her… It was full of so much incredulity, she wanted to die from shame… 

'Argh… He'll probably want to talk to me when he wakes up again, and this time I won't be able to avoid it…' 

She stayed hidden for a bit longer, debating whether she was more hungry or more afraid of meeting Kyro. The latter was an incredibly scary proposition, but she was starving. 

Without making a sound, she crawled off the sofa and went toward the kitchen. On her way, she noticed that the bedroom's door was open, and light was coming in there from the open curtains. She sneaked closer to get a better look, and her face brightened up with a wide smile. 

'He's not home!' 

This was the best news there could be. Even if it was delaying the inevitable, she did not mind. Anything that allowed her to stay around here for a bit longer was a welcome turn of events. 

Freely then, she went into the kitchen to raid the refrigerator, but there was nothing there besides a pack of blueberries, five eggs, and an old tomato. 'This… I know my refrigerator was lean when I lived alone, but this… There's nothing to eat here!' 

She wanted to give Kyro a good talking regarding the state of food in his apartment, but he wasn't around. Thus, she was forced to just scramble the eggs with salt and pepper and keep quiet. At least there were blueberries for a desert. 

When finishing the last berry, she couldn't help but lament to Lucifer, who had come over to check on her, "I've turned into a human, so why is my diet still the same as when I was a fox?"

Iris didn’t think much of her life until one day she found herself in the body of a baby fox. Before she could wrap her head around it, she was bullied by a kid and saved by a handsome stranger. It was almost like a fairy tale ending, just why is she still a fox?! Is there like a certain duration or will she need to stay like this forever? No way!
