"So, Let's get stronger". Momo said to everyone.
"Yeah!!" Everyone else.

It's been a few days since then and the girls have made teams to hunt down High-Class monsters for gaining power and food. Momo and Nejire made one team with Bulma and Toru making another. Tio being the elder dragon that she is, just went separately to fight against her fellow elder dragons.
Right now, the girls were fighting a Hydra. It was producing poison from it mouth. Momo quickly made two gas masks and threw one to Nejire and put one on herself. 4 heads of the Hydra were focused on Momo and 5 were on Nejire. 
Momo was supporting a massive railgun, a bit of a distance away. Whilst Nejire had a Rasengan in her hand, she was using the Rasengan to injure or take on the Hydra. As Nejire was running towards the Hydra, it got distracted. Momo taking that chance fire a shot, cleanly taking taking off 2 of it heads. 
Nejire immediately fired a Kamehameha wave from the side, taking 2 heads away herself. The Hydra had 5 heads and quickly regenerated the 4 destroyed heads like nothing. The Girls were getting Frustrated.
Momo and Nejire hared a look and Both ran at the Hydra and in the blink of an eye, they were upon it. Momo got below the Hydra and used a sharped edged staff to lop off one head and quick fired the Railgun to lop off another two.
Just then Nejire jumped from above, landing between two heads on the left side and used rasengan on each of them. Effectively taking out the Hydra, once and for all. Both girls had a massive smile on their faces and gave each other a high five. Just from their moving and fighting the surroundings were already devastated. That's just how fast they were moving.

Bulma and Toru were facing a Manticore at the moment. Toru turned invisible right away and slowly sneaked behind it, while Bulma was keeping it occupied with her Light-Saber and Laser gun. The light on both of them was so concentrated that it could easily penetrate a High-Class monster's hide except a Nemean Lion.
The Manticore was firing poison spikes at Bulma while the snake head on its back was vigilantly looking at its surroundings. It was feeling a hidden danger to its life. Bulma was wielding her light-saber to make sure that no spike hit her and keep it distracted.
She didn't have enough control on her strength yet. It was better than before but just not enough, she was leaving small indents in the ground as she was side stepping the attacks. Toru was silently making her way behind the manticore, making sure that no sound or smell was produced from her body.
Just as she got close, the snake head looked her way. She immediately dashed and zoomed in on the snake head. Using a small handgun sized railgun, she destroyed the snake head easily. The Manticore's main, grotesque human like head fired a sonic roar at her point blank. She was disoriented and knocked away.
Bulma used that chance and closed in on the Manticore and lopped off the main head as well. Then she hurriedly went to Toru to check her and see if she has any injuries. Seeing that she was okay, Bulma had a sigh of relief. Toru just had a nose bled from the sonic attack, everything else was fine. The Manticore didn't have enough time to prepare a truly powerful sonic attack.
This showed them their inexperience and weaknesses.

Meanwhile, Tio was duelling another Dragon with a maniacal Grin on her face. The said poor Dragon was whimpering from the beatdown it received from Tio. She was in her Dragon form and she was brawling the dragon like Human. Sometimes, punching or Kicking it.
"Puny Dragon, wanted make me his mate. Hmph, only master can do that". Thinking that, she started on her place again. It looked ridiculous, seeing a massive Dragon squirming around like a worm. She was fully lost in her fantasy.
The Dragon seeing its chance, tried to sneak away. Tried but ultimately failed as she looked at it and stomped it head into the ground. The poor guy was getting bullied. 'If I get stronger, Master will reward me. Haaaa, Haaaa'. This girl or Dragon was hopeless.'
She killed the Dragon and went to hunt for more.

The Parents were also going for the hunts in their couple pairs. Jun and Aiko were currently facing a Gorgon. They were fully equipped for situation like these. They equipped infrared Goggles to protect themselves from the Gaze of the Gorgons.
Aiko used a lightning attack on the Gorgon while Jun went head on like a Knight with a shield and sword. He liked this style better. He had a kite shield and a western sword, that vibrated at high intensities. Effectively increasing its cutting power.
The Gorgon struck at Jun with its tail like a whip. Jun dug his feet into the ground and bought the shield in front of his torso, cancelling the attack. He immediately used the sword and cut off a part of the Gorgon's tail. As the Gorgon was screeching in agony, Aiko fried its head with another Lightning attack.
Both of them gave each other a small smile and continued with their hunt.

Toru's parents were going full Assassin style. They saw a lone Griffin on a mountain side and decided to assassinate the said Griffin. The Griffin was looking majestic as it stood their proudly like a ruler with its head upwards.
Bothe of them turned invisible and started going towards the Griffin. Dad went first and just as he quite close to the Griffin, it looked at him as he wasn't that proficient in the art of assassination. He dashed towards the Griffin and tried to fight against.
Suddenly, as the Dad was fighting him, The Griffin died. Mom came out from below the Griffin. Signifying that she had done something. "What did you do?"
"I just took the chance it was distracted and turned my hand and dagger intangible. Plunging my hand in its chest, I just materialised the Dagger and killed it". She said that in a matter of fact tone. Dad was dumbfounded with her explanation.

Nejire's parents were currently facing a big Python like creature. Her dad was going full Gunslinger style with Railguns designed as revolvers. Her dad had the quirk that allowed him to really accurate with anything that he throws or shoots.
Her Mom had the same quirk as Nejire. So, she was using the same attacks as Nejire but instead of Rasengan, she was using the special beam cannon. She was also quite strong after the power levelling that Vegeta took them on and the small amount of training that they did with the Girls and Vegeta.
The Python came dashing at Dad super fast. He kept his distance and fired a shot at it. The Python immediately constricted the said part of its body to make it muscles tighter and defence higher.
The shot ricocheted off its scales but the beam cannon fired by Mom came from the other side and dug into its other side that was not constricted. Both of them were had a very good synergy between themselves. 
The python was bleeding profusely and rushed at Dad with its eyes red in anger. Not caring about its own well-being. Dad fired a shot right through its eye and turned its brain into mush but the rushing body of the Python did not immediately go on a halt and struck Dad hard on his Torso. Knocking the wind out of his lungs and made him cough blood because of the injury.
Mom immediately rushed to him and supported on a tree and looked at him with concern."Don't worry, I am fine. just a small injury. It will be fine". He said with a smile. "No, we will go back and get you treated. I am not taking any chances". Saying that she supported him and they started making their way back to the base.
(Gaia isn't stupid enough to allow Gods to see everywhere in her domain. The monster Continent cannot be seen by the Gods as it is under the Monster King's and Gaia's protection.)

Dr. Briefs wasn't all that interested in training. He would just sit in the lab in base and do experiments to help with the God's problem to find a countermeasure against this problem. Currently, he was staring intently at his new idea and forming plans on it.
"Dear, you should rest for a while". Mrs Briefs said to her husband in worry of his health. "Don't worry, I am just about to finish. Then I will take a rest". Dr Brief replied without looking at her. Sighing, she just went out of the lab. She knew, He was not going to listen./
Dr Briefs had the quirk to make fast calculations in his mind. His brain worked like a Supercomputer. While Mrs Briefs had the quirk for healing. The group had at least one healer now. She was quite at healing as well. 
Everyone was trying their best to get stronger to stand on a equal footing with Vegeta. So that he can rely on them as well. Everyone was determined.

Follow the story of a 20 years otaku in the world of My Hero Academia. He will be reborn as vegeta and conquer the world of MHA as a Saiyan. The story doesn’t fully follow canon. Massive changes happen from volume 2. Wish-Fulfilment.
The dialogues in the first 20 chapters may not be the best but the dialogues get better from 21st chapter. So bear with me. I was just an amateur but I improved.

An awning of glowing stars had already materialized in the night sky. Occasional waves of laughter from bars and taverns could be heard breaking the silence of the night. It was an unremarkable evening at least for the common man.
Bathed in moonlight, Tracy could have easily passed for a nun going about her business in the alleys and streets of Melekar City save for the big backpack held to her chest.
Occasionally, she would turn back and gaze at the darkness behind. At other times, she would break into a short run as long as the streets were conveniently devoid of pedestrians.
From the moment she left the Red Ghost Castle, Tracy had noticed that she was being tailed by two individuals. They were both garbed in black cloaks melding eerily into the shadows cast by the city's medieval buildings. Her efforts to shake her tail had proven futile. She had tried blending into the crowds in bars, tavern common rooms, and night markets, all to no avail.
Tracy was worried. [ I can't seem to shake these two. Vivian's distraction should have attracted the attention of the Manroes?  I need to settle this quickly.] She thought and took a turn into the next alley. She set the backpack down at an inconspicuous corner and then blended into the darkness awaiting the arrival of her pursuers.
She didn't have to wait long. Only a few minutes had passed when they arrived at the entrance of the alleyway.
"Friends! You've been following me for some time now! What is it that you want from me?" Tracy inquired with forced cheer.
[I should avoid any drawn-out conflicts within the city…  We won't survive if we draw the attention of the top dogs of the families.] Mary thought while weighing her pursuers.
The first, a woman, carried what looked like a black mass of substance that seemed to suck in moonlight making the surrounding night appear darker. She was beautiful and her grey eyes projected a mature charm tainted with a bit of malice. The second was a scrawny thin young man. He was enshrouded by an aura of darkness that seemed to pulsate around him.
"We are members of the Manroe Household." The woman answered in a hypnotic voice. With less caution, Tracy would have been enthralled by that voice. That would be followed by incapacitation without any form of resistance on her part.
Seeing that her charm-spell was fruitless, she advanced and the scrawny man followed while conjuring an orb of light in his hands. "Why did you leave the Rafaela household at this time of the evening?" The woman asked.
"This is no way to treat members of the Dark Church. Your family is allied with us …So why are you tailing me?  The 'Rafaelas' are one of your Eastern ancient families? …I don't believe that any of the other families are keeping tabs on whoever leaves your Black Ghost Castle …Are they?" Mary countered, the anger showing on her face.
"You are in the attire of one from the Church of Darkness, however, in the past, enemies of ours have disguised themselves similarly. We would like to double-check your identity. If everything is legitimate, we'll even compensate you for your time …however, if you are lying… things will get ugly for you…" The woman's tone had changed to an authoritative one. The dark mass she held seemed to grow bigger …soon it engulfed her entire arm.
[Looks like a typical rank-2 dark spell. These must be mid-level  Manroe Household mystics who have been tasked with double-checking the identity of any people leaving the Rafaela Castle… Even so, I can't be careless. They may have communication artifacts linked to someone more dangerous. The strategy should be… "playing the pig, eating the tiger"… That should work.]
Mary raised her arms to indicate she had no objections to having her identity checked. Mystics garnered respect wherever they went. So long as a mystic wasn't an enemy and didn't threaten the interests of a given organization, they wouldn't risk creating a new enemy.
[As long as Hugo is not discovered, there will be no danger to our lives. I have a valid identity as a nun of the Dark Church from Old Man Medici. Surely, the Manroes wouldn't risk antagonizing the Dark Church.] Tracy thought, smiling innocently as a young maiden escaped from home.
She slowly took out her papers and handed them to the approaching woman.
The pair remained vigilant even after receiving the papers. The boy had remained a few paces back and only the glow in his hands indicated his presence.
The woman scrutinized the documents and Tracy alternately to deduce whether they were in order. But after seeing the seal of the Dark Church on the second page, she returned them to her.
"Sorry, Ma'am. A few of our enemies have sneaked into the city recently, we had to make sure you were not one them. With the turmoil on Gaia right, we have to be cautious." The woman said as the dark mass on her hand dissipated. "But why run when you spotted us? All this could have been over and done with earlier!"
"Who wouldn't run after seeing two eerie mystics following them?  Mystics with a dark aura like yours" Tracy replied while fanning herself. She just looked like an innocent nun trying to force a smile on her face.
"Haha…" The woman laughed melting the gloomy mood enveloping the alley. She laughed with a sinister beauty. "The Dark Church lives up to its name. …It has been years since I heard someone call me out as eerie! Okay… we shall take our leave. …By the way, send my greetings to Madam Teresa when you get back. Last time I saw her she was stationed at the Migotir chapter of your Dark Church." The woman added nonchalantly.
[Hehe… Trying to play mind games with me 'your grandma'… Only someone else would fall for such a simple trick… But I'm not so simple… This lady must take me for a buffoon.] Tracy thought amusedly before replying.
"Ma'am! I think you need to see a healer from the Church of Life. Your memory may be jumbled as there's never been a Madam Teresa in the Migotir chapter. Alternatively, you could purchase 'mental reconciliation potions'. …They would sort you out in short order." Tracy replied with a solemn expression on her face, perfectly mimicking a nun giving counsel to a believer.
"Hehehe… girl I'm starting to like you. I might end up a believer of the Darkness if you were my guest at Black Ghost Castle. Won't you come with me and help treat my memory problems." The woman spoke with an amused tone.
"I have to be back in Migotir by tomorrow night. Otherwise, I risk purgatory. So, No thank you. Maybe next time." Tracy smiled declining the invitation politely.
"Okay! Have a safe trip Sister Angelina." The woman said while throwing a black pouch towards Tracy. However, Tracy did not stretch her arms to catch it. It would be foolish to risk her life to receive some simple gift from the Manroe mystics. She couldn't be sure the two mystics wouldn't attack her.
Sister Angelina was Tracy's alias in the Dark Church, and she planned on dropping it for the next few months to take care of little Hugo. Thus, she didn't mind any background checks being conducted.
The lady turned back and nodded to her quiet scrawny companion. Instinctively, Tracy could tell he was the more dangerous of the two. [From his aura, he's probably at the peak of the dark-wizard realm. Maybe a rank-8 dark wizard.] The two turned and started walking away… However, at that moment, a faint sound emerged from the corner of the alley. It sounded like something scratching the surface of a cloth.
It was very faint and could have been ignored on any other day. However, today was different… The two mystics stopped in their tracks…
However, Tracy was reacted faster. She moved at the exact moment the sound was heard by the and conjured a black wand out of thin air.  The wand looked like a dried stick decorated with an assortment of black and white strips. It was slender and arms-length with two black and white snakes curved in coils around it, their heads forming its base. As Tracy advanced towards the two, she chanted… "Nyoka mweusi ... kuua." Two dark shadows shaped like black spiraling snakes coalesced from the wand. As she extended out her hand, the snakes struck out at the heads of the two mystics.
They sunk in  sending the two mystics into a trance. This was the rank-2 spell 'dark-serpent-paralysis', perfect for a surprise attack at night. Its mana signature was very weak and gave the enemy nearly no time to counter it. Tracy was a dual-element mystic who could cast both light and dark spells. However, using a light spell in Melekar, however simple, was as conspicuous as lighting a bonfire. She thus opted for a dark spell.
 She moved under augmentation towards the stunned mystics, so fast that her shawl was blown away. In no time she stood right behind them and conjured a dark dagger in her other hand, which she used to effortlessly slit the throats of the two mystics. All her actions were smooth and measured taking no longer than a few heartbeats.
Even before the bodies dropped to the ground, she had extracted a small black bottle from her storage ring and doused its contents on them. When the substance came into contact with the two bodies, they started to disappear, eventually leaving behind only a pool of dark-red oily liquid. Tracy then conjured purple fire from her wand which wiped away these last traces of the mystics bodies.
She knew that killing the Manroe mystics would be the easy part, escaping from the ensuing pursuit in case their demise was discovered would be more difficult. But she wasn't worried. Her time as an assassin for the Dark Church had led to the perfection of methods of concealing her activities – not crimes.
Tracy took out a blue bottle from which she scattered a black powder around the area. She then retraced her earlier steps and picked up the backpack which was now making some minute movements. She held it to her chest muttering… "Little Hugo! You've caused me plenty of trouble today… please be good. We need to leave without bad guys seeing you."
The backpack seemed to have listened to her and stopped making the minuscule movements.
"Good boy! Little Hugo. Once we leave this accursed place, I 'your great aunt' will show you the wonders of this world. Wait until you see the big animals in the forest … then there are those beautiful flowers in the plains. We will be going on a long journey… No… we are starting an adventure… An adventure marking the genesis of the life of little Hugo." Tracy muttered, her voice rising dramatically at the end.
The backpack no longer made any movements as if it did not want to bother with her.
Tracy didn't mind and started humming a lullaby while gently rocking the backpack in her embrace. She poured some more powder around the area before leaving the alley and disappearing into the night.

A few minutes after Tracy's shadow disappeared from the alley, a group of hooded figures appeared above the area.
"We are too late!" Hooded figure one remarked.
"I am not sure why you didn't allow me to use the astrology platform? I would have deduced her position easily using the Black Ghost Castle's arrays." Hooded figure number two expressed her confusion about this matter.
The other figures shook their hooded heads showing no intention of providing an answer to hooded figure two.
"Melak and Tony appear to have been killed within seconds. This doesn't seem like the style of the Medici girl. There are remnant dark-mana signatures around the area. The assailant was likely a specialized assassin probably from the Dark church." Hoodie number one observed.
"Even if she escapes we have already placed the curse on the infant. This won't affect the ritual on the next full moon. 'Moloch' can retrieve any sacrifice around the Eastern continent." Hooded figure number three spoke for the first time.
"Yes. I don't believe that she will have escaped from the Eastern Continent by the next full moon." Hooded figure number one added.
"Let us keep the sacrificial ritual as it is. We may be able to raise a new mystic king after the next full moon." Hooded figure number three added.
"Let's leave. We should lay low. But Monte, keep an eye on your boy. Having him join the Sacramento Order could turn out to be a double aged sword for us."
Hooded figure number one nodded before disappearing from the alley. The other two shook their heads before leaving.
The alley returned to silence once again but not for long…
After a few seconds, a figure dressed in a long maroon dress appeared in the alley. Her eyes were so blue that they seemed to illuminate the dark alley. A black shawl adorned her face making most of her facial features a mystery.
The figure looked around and muttered as if to herself… "Tracy has matured. Little Hugo will have a good life. …The Manroes are getting more unruly. I will hunt down a few before leaving." After looking around once more, she also disappeared from the alley.

"Hello" he said nervously as he put the call on speaker phone. 

 "Good evening I'm Dior Snow from Black Heart and I'm glad to inform you that you've been accepted and hired as the main financial accountant of Black Heart Hotel. 

" Breathe breathe, in and out " I was saying as she spoke 

 

You're required to come in on Monday , latest by eight o'clock in the am to discuss your contract ; we'll be expecting you " Dior said cheerily , seemed like she was more excited than he was , but that couldn't be . 

I felt like there was a circus going on in me, I was so happy for him at least if I didn't get the job he could buy us food . 

"Wow thanks I'll be expecting you too, oh my gosh sorry I meant I'll be there" He fumbled causing Dior to laugh . 

She really loved to laugh . 

"Goodbye then" they said together and hung up .and 

"Yayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!! You got the job Jaden . 

 I'm so happy for you " I exclaimed jumping on him causing his last slice of pizza he had already picked up again to fall along with him. To be fair I also fell. 

"Oops" I tried to get out of his reach before he reacted . "Now you'll have to pay for throwing my lovely *pizzby* on the damn floor" 

"Pizzby"?? 

" Yeah pizzby , pizza plus baby makes pizzby " He said like it was the most obvious thing . 

"Dude , you're seriously dumb dumb, that makes no sense bruh" I said adding petrol to the already burning fire . 

"Oh now you're in trouble" He said charging towards me. 

I dashed towards the kitchen so fast that for a moment there I thought I was faster than Sonic , I went around the counter and grabbed a salt container for protection . 

It wasn't really protection material but in my defence it was the only possible weapon apart from a spoon so I had to grab it to protect myself from the ruthless pizza monster . 

He chased me around the counter till I gave up and he had me cornered . 

" I promise to buy a pizza and give you two whole slices , wow twoooo can you believe that " I said trying to negotiate a deal with the pizza monster . 

Why wouldn't he take it , it was a veryyy fair deal. 

"Nopppe" He said popping the p 

"Okay three?" I tried again , "And half"??. 

 "I refuse" He said while trying to laugh menacingly like the devil , He rather sounded like Santa Claus to me. 

"Do you want to know what I would rather do to you " He smirked waiting for my reply . 

Oh this won't be good I thought . 

 "Erh....no thank you I'll pass"I hoped to get out of the situation. 

"I will tickle you!!!!!" He laughed tickling me all over till I fell flat on my ass , I was literally laughing my ass out. 

"Please let me go" I said amidst laughter . "Sowwy" my apology came out muffled by laughter and happy tears . 

"Well I'll stop if you stop screaming like I'm trying to kill you , the neighbours might call the police " He laughed 

"Okay okay I've stopped , now enough". 

 " Oh and pizza is on you anytime I need it " He added . 

"Aw , that's so not fair Jaden" . 

After we had calmed down we sat with our backs to the cabinet , my salt container weapon long abandoned . 

 I slowly placed my head on his shoulder and he placed his head a top mine. 

"I'm seriously scared Jaden , what if I don't get a call from Black Heart . 

 

 I'll have to start from square one , the whole hurdle of searching for work from place to place, from dusk till dawn " 

"I thought all of that was behind me now , I was so sure I will get this job and I'll be letting my mom down . 

She had such high hopes , I'm even sure she has a barbeque planned for when we get the job" I was almost in tears , I had worked so hard for this . 

" I knew staring at that door was a bad idea and now look , it's going to cost me my job " I said tears trickling down my face . 

"Wow easy there Alana , where's all this crap coming from . 

 

 You need to block it's source immediately because I won't have it , and all what you said is false , a fallacy , lies . " He paused to look at me. 

"For starters Alana Walker doesn't get scared . I mean she watched the whole of the conjuring 2 without jumping on me , except the part where the Nun was telling Lorraine her name and haunting her that is. 

 Secondly you're going to get that job whether you like it or yes ;meaning you ain't got a choice , also have you met your mom ? that woman loves you from here to the moon and back . 

 She'll love you even if you were a drug dealer selling drugs to two year olds, not that I'm saying you should become a drug addict " He laughed making me laugh too. 

"Finally , what door are you talking about and who said a door is going to prevent you from getting that job , dude you're dumb dumb that makes no sense bruh" He said using my own words on me and making me smile . 

"Now that's the award winning smile I always want to see " He hugged me . 

"I promise we're going to be office buddies and go to lunch together and maybe I could lower my standards and gossip with you about who has the worst shoes and who is hottest person in the office even though it's so below my manly standards and the hottest person is obviously me " He said proudly 

"You're going to get that call Alana , I promise" He reassured me . 

"And if some spirit causes you not to get the job which I doubt is humanly possible , we can both become criminals and rob Mr Ice of his wealth or on the safer side we can just share my salary " He said laughing. 

I seriously loved my friend .

"Y—Ying Jie, maybe you want to watch romance instead? I—I don't mind," Yang Menghuo said. He looked jittery, which sparked Shi Ying's roguish nature to tease Meng Bao.
Shi Ying had a smug expression on her face and teased, "My Meng Bao is scared of watching horror movies? Awww, cute strawberry bao, it's okay, the ghost won't pop out of the screen and bites you~."
"W—Who is scared? I am not scared!" Yang Menghuo reacted rather strongly. He puffed up his chest and snatched the movie ticket from Shi Ying. "We can do a marathon watch of horror movies if you want. I am not scared at all!"
Shi Ying laughed and patted Menghuo's arm. 
"That's my Meng Bao! He is a brave man ready to protect me! Ahahah!" 
Yang Menghuo didn't want to be called a scaredy cat by Shi Ying because it reminded him of every moment when Batman-Jie called him a coward because he got scared of many things when he was a child.
Yang Menghuo walked towards the counter with Shi Ying because they wanted to ask about their theatre number.
The workers behind the counter stared at their boss nervously. They didn't know what to do next, but they got the order from their manager, Uncle Fu, to pretend that Shi Ying and their boss, Yang Menghuo, had just won a lottery and was allowed to use the velvet theatre all for themselves and pretend that they didn't know who Yang Menghuo was.
Thus, in front of their boss, one worker announced nervously, "C—Congratulations, Boss—I mean, customer number 100! You've won the golden ticket to enjoy your favourite movie in our best room, the velvet theatre! All snack and beverages are completely free, and you can use the velvet theatre as a couple!"
"Congratulations!"
Other people who were inside the cinema clapped to congratulate Shi Ying and Yang Menghuo. 
Shi Ying was exhilarated, "Meng Bao! We are winning a lottery! This is our lucky day! Damn, I didn't know I can be this lucky!" 
Yang Menghuo didn't react much to this because he was the one who ordered everything, but he smiled and acted surprised to cater to Shi Ying's excitement. The staff escorted Shi Ying and Yang Menghuo to the velvet theatre. The huge theatre room was empty with one long sofa reserved for Shi Ying and Yang Menghuo, complete with all kinds of snack and beverages. 
"Guest, if you want us to make any snack or beverage for you, just order it from the phone on the table. This is your reward. May I know what movie you want to watch?"
Yang Menghuo thought this was a chance to request another movie than horror, "Romance—"
"The same movie from our ticket! The new Conjuring!" 
"Okay, please have fun," the staff glanced at her boss, thinking that her boss wanted to do some unscrupulous thing because it was a horror movie. So maybe, this woman would be scared and kept on hugging Boss Yang and something R-Rated would happen in this huge velvet theatre. But when she saw Boss Yang's face paled after Shi Ying requested a horror movie, the staff started to doubt her own prediction. 
'There is no way the overbearing Boss Yang is scared of a horror movie, right?' the staff asked herself.

Shi Ying and Yang Menghuo sat on the long sofa. At first, they were at an obvious distance, "We are not in public, Ying Jie. My rental boyfriend service is only available when we are in public." Menghuo said.
"Tch, fine then. I am in a great mood because we won this lottery anyway. Let's just enjoy the movie."
The movie started, and Shi Ying picked a pack of melon seeds on the table. Meanwhile, Yang Menghuo crossed his arm. He didn't want to be called a scaredy cat by Ying Jie, so he had to act cool. His pride as a man was at stake right now. He couldn't afford to lose his dignity!
"You are not scared, right?" Shi Ying asked. She patted the sofa beside her, "You can just sit with me here, you know. I will pat you if you are scared."
"No! Why would I be scared of a movie!" Menghuo answered.
Shi Ying shrugged and continue eating the melon seeds, "Ah, this place has melon seeds, my favourite!"
Yang Menghuo glanced at Ying Jie eating melon seeds, and he took note in his head.
The movie started, and the bloody death scene, alongside the ghost nun and sound that made their heart, jumped terribly, filled the theatre.

"Haha! Look at that woman, she so stupid! Now she is dead, ah!" 
"WAAAAA!" 
An hour had passed, and Shi Ying laughed while eating a bag of popcorn. She glanced at the handsome man who said that he was brave enough to watch a horror movie, but now he sat really close to Shi Ying with his hand covered his eyes whenever the ghost appeared.
Shi Ying wanted to laugh at Meng Bao, but Meng Bao was genuinely terrified. Seeing Meng Bao trying his hard to look brave even though he was definitely about to piss himself. 
"You can hold me if you are scared, you know," Shi Ying suggested.
"N—No, I can watch this. I am a brave man—AAAAA!" Menghuo covered his eyes again when the devil nun killed another person.
Shi Ying sighed. This guy was an obvious scaredy cat but still acted with his pride. He reminded Shi Ying so much of MengMeng. That little girl often said that she was a brave hero that would protect her Batman-Jie, but MengMeng was the one who got scared of everything.
Shi Ying slid her hand behind Menghuo's head and gently pushed Menghuo's head to her shoulder. Yang Menghuo held his breath when his head rested on Ying Jie's shoulder. He glanced at Ying Jie, and the latter just said, "No need to be scared. Ying Jie is here with you."

'No need to be scared. Batman-Jie is here with you.'
For an unknown reason, Yang Menghuo saw the image of Batman-Jie on Ying Jie. Although he knew Ying Jie was not his childhood sweetheart, this safe feeling was actually pretty much the same. 
Yang Menghuo rested his head on Shi Ying's shoulder comfortably. Somehow, the scary horror movie didn't seem to be so scary now.

"W-water! Water is rushing this way!"
"B-behind too! We're trapped!"
The Inquisitor youth with the book sighed. Those fools had triggered some sort of a trap and now they had to pay the price.
"Hey, Tina, break a wall or something."
"Hey, since when you're my boss?"
"Just do it." He sighed. "Do you want us to drown?"
With a shrug, the nun slammed her mace onto the nearby wall. It left a dent on the wall, but it didn't create the hole that she wanted.
"Hmm, that's tougher than I thought."
"Then smash it again."
She did once, twice, thrice more, yet the dent barely went any further.
"I think it's being reinforced by the Dungeon Core," the nun gave her assessment. "That heretic knows we would try something like this to escape her trap."
The young man sighed again. "Fine. A barrier it is."
He then opened his book before he began his chant. A barrier manifested out of thin air, surrounding them both.
The soldiers around them, naturally, took notice of the fact.
"A-a barrier! Oh, thank the Saint! Everyone! Get inside!"
One of the soldiers, the platoon's lieutenant in fact, ran towards it, only to crash into the hard forcefield.
"I'm sorry," the youth spoke with a cold look. "But we have no intention of bringing any of you along. This barrier is only designed for two people, you see."
"W-what?!"
"It's your own fault, you see. You and your men fell into the trap. So now, you would have to pay the price."
*CRASH*
"Aahhhhh!"
"H-help! Help! I-I can't swim!"
One by one, the water swept the soldiers away, right towards the barrier. Like a stack of fishes, they crashed into the hardened light, banging their bodies at high speed. Some snapped their necks entirely, some broke their arms or legs, and some painfully choked on the water until they lost consciousness.
The blue-haired youth didn't flinch in the slightest when some soldiers banged on the barrier, begging to be let in. Why would he? They would enter Valhalla once they perished.
And just like that, the entire platoon was wiped by the flood, leaving the two Inquisitors on their own.
The assault wasn't over, however, as the water soon electrified. Thankfully, the barrier held firm nonetheless.
Faye continued hitting the wall, ceiling, and floor, trying to find a weak spot she could make a hole with.
"Ah, this seems to be the spot!"
She then proceeded to smash said spot, located on the ceiling, over and over and over again, all the while the youth maintained the barrier. The electricity didn't seem to bother him in the slightest. Compared to Majorka from before, it was clear as day how much stronger his barrier was.
Eventually, the ceiling crumbled, running down rubble on top of their barrier, which it easily deflected. The two quickly jumped upwards through the hole.
It opened into some sort of a chamber. There was nothing inside except the scent of mold and decay—a scent that permeated through the entire dungeon.
The water quickly filled the chamber. As the only exit was a passage going downwards, they decided to try the ceiling once again.
"Can you make another hole up there?" The youth spoke to the nun.
"Hmm, let's just hope we don't end up burying ourselves in dirt."
She began swinging her mace upwards, sending shockwaves that hit the ceiling wall almost as hard as if she landed the hit on melee.
"Looks pretty sturdy. I don't know about this," the nun spoke in a casual, almost playful tone.
"Just keep looking," the youth replied, his tone one of annoyance instead.
Dirt and rocks began to leak from the ceiling, showing that above them were not another room, but instead part of the soil in-between the dungeon, yet to be developed.
"Uhh, don't think we can go up, chief."
"Continue. I've read the map and there should not be that much soil above us. My barrier can take it. And all the dirt and rocks can help plugging this water as well."
"Alright then. Whatever you say." The nun smirked.
She resumed hitting the ceiling, until eventually, it gave through, letting an avalanche of soil into the room. The barrier held, just like the youth said, and the two began their dig upwards, into the next room above them.
Right into where Hugo was.

I made my way to the center of the dungeon, following the route on the map I was given. As expected, I didn't encounter anything. The route was already stripped clean of all it's dangers.
I entered a large, pitch-black room. Using flame magic, I fired a flare to the ceiling of the room, revealing a bunch of tall statues of what looked like knights. They were around 10 meters tall, give or take.
And then, I felt it. The thumping motion coming from under my feet.
Hmm? This trembling… an earthquake?!
No. It's more like a thumping. From down below. Something's coming!
Believing it to be a monster, I jumped backwards to the corner of the room, readying my wand for the creature that might pop out.
The middle floor burst open before something jumped from the hole, revealing the identity of the culprit to be…
A nun?
"Oh? What's this? Hey, Asan. We got a kid over here!"
Another person jumped out from the hole. This time, instead of being a silver-haired nun in her late teens, it was a blue-haired young man around sixteen or so, wearing a formal black priest robe.
"Hey, kid." He called on me. "You're an adventurer? Where's your party?"
Kid? Hey, I'm not that much younger than you, you know!
Before I could answer his question, however, two more figures burst forth from the hole, followed by a water spout that splashed water all over the room. I dodged it in time but the two certainly didn't.
Ignoring the fact that the nun's white outfit had just turned translucent from the wetness (revealing the fact that she wore matching teal bra and panties that day), my attention immediately turned towards the next two figures who just made their dramatic entrance.
Mages? A man and a woman? And they're twins!
"Adventurer." The young man spoke with a noticeably  bossy tone. "Aid us. Those two are zombified mages, vile creations of the necromancer."
"Wait, zombies?" I replied. "They don't look like one though."
With a sigh, he replied, "Just shut up and do your job."
Ah, of course. Too high and mighty to explain anything to this humble adventurer, huh? If I had to guess from their outfit and attitude, they must be the inquisitors that started this whole thing.
The zombies made their first move. The male conjured a rain of spears made out of water while the woman fired blasts of water at high speed akin to water cannons.
...Yeah, I'm not participating in this.
I slowly walked backwards, trying to not attract the attention of the two zombies.
"Tch, running away, are we?" The youth said after he erected his barrier. "Can't be helped, I suppose. You're just some kid adventurer after all. Go. We'll handle this."
Normally, I would take offense on this, but I knew better than to get angry. It's better this way. They might think I'm siding with Flameu if I were older. "If you're not with us, then you're against us." I just had a hunch they were that kind of people.
Before I could make my way out of the room, however, the passage behind me suddenly closed itself, with a stone slab sliding down from the ceiling.
...Oh crap.
I turned my sight across the room. Sure enough, that passage was closed as well.
I was trapped.
"This shall be your tomb, inquisitors."
The flare I had fired was snuffed out as pitch-black shadows quickly covered the ceiling, seemingly seeping out from the corners of the room.
That voice! It's Felicia's voice!
The shadows now dripped down from the ceiling, in quite the disgusting manner, if I might add. The nun activated her light spell, only to find that the light could pierce the shadows that swirled around their barrier.
And then, I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Stay here. I'll take care of them."
I jumped, turning around as fast as I could.
It was Felicia.
"I'll show you how a necromancer fights," she said with a confident smirk on her face.
Beside her was her knight. I had no idea how they suddenly appeared out of thin air, but they did.
"Come, Lord Berault. Let us put an end to these two."
The knight moved first, dashing forward with his blade readied towards the barrier. His mistress on the other hand started chanting.
Light burst forth from the barrier, halting Berault in his steps. The shadows surrounding the two inquisitors were dispelled by the searing light.
"I see." The youth spoke coldly. "You intend to finish us now, while we're at our weakest point."
"Ha, the venomous snake is out from her nest, I see." The nun sneered towards Felicia. "And that knight over there is that Berault guy. What about that boy though? Why haven't you killed him yet?"
"I remember him," her partner answered her question. "Charles Pendleton. The famous Divine Tempest. He helped her for a short while. And now, he had shown himself to be her ally once again."
"W-wait, don't get the—"
"That's right." Felicia interrupted. "He's a friend of mine."
"Damn it, why do you have to say that?!"
"It's the truth, no?" She smirked at me.
...I see it now. She's trying to make me fight for her, by making the inquisitors think I'm on her side.
That's a bad guy move, right there.
"Don't listen to her!" I yelled. "I'm just here to speak with her, not to fight with you or any of the other inquisitors!"
...Yeah, they're not going to buy that, are they?
The battle resumed, four against two. Felicia manipulated shadows to attack them while the two mages utilized water instead. The nun fought against Berault, her mace clashing with his blade. His swordplay was faster but the nun had more strength with her every blow. Not to mention that she would weave quick holy magic every now and then into her melee-oriented fighting style.
This is… this is amazing!
I couldn't help but be impressed. Never before I saw the utilization of holy magic in such a manner. She did acrobatics as well, firing spells right in mid-air. I was so slack-jawed I barely noticed her flashing her panties every time she did.
The other guy was no slouch either. Instead of a staff, he was using a book as a tool for his magic focus. I didn't even know that was a possibility.
"Holy Barrage!"
A swarm of bolts of light came out from the book, disrupting the casting of both zombified mages and Felicia. It was similar to the spell Renee once casted, only that the bolts chased after their targets much better. All three had to spend a lot of time getting out of the way before they were safe from the Master-level spell.
Oh, and he was also capable of Dual Casting, allowing him to both keep up his barrier while at the same time attacking with offensive spells. 
Judging by those two facts, the 16-year old boy was already a better cleric than Mother could ever be. Sorry, Mom, but that's just the fact.
I guess he's what you would call a prodigy of holy magic.
"Diona! Come out and freeze them in place!"
A woman dressed in what you would call a gothic lolita fashion manifested out of thin air from a cloud of darkness. She promptly let out a scream that filled the entire room. My hands instinctively went to my ears to cover them, only to find that I could no longer move an inch.
A-a paralysis scream?!
It had no effect on the two inquisitors however.
"Ha! A cheap trick like that wouldn't work on us!" The nun bragged with a grin as she was in the middle of her fight with Berault. "We are the chosen of the Saint! Curses won't affect us!"
A-a curse! Damn it! I don't have any spells that can dispel curses!
Knowing that her scream wouldn't work, the summoned woman (Diona was her name, I assume) switched into melee, aiding Berault against the nun. 
To my relief, my paralysis didn't last long. I could move my body once more after waiting for a minute or so.
That relief soon disappeared, however, when the stone slab blocking the other entrance was sliced into two.
"Hey, evil witch! Your opponent is me!"
A young man, around seventeen or so, came charging into the room. With a sword in his hand, he jumped straight towards Felicia. She managed to dodge by submerging herself into a puddle of shadow, thankfully for her.
"Soldiers! Charge! Protect the inquisitors and capture the necromancer!"
It wasn't just him who had come. A swarm of soldiers marched in with their swords and spears drawn.
Seeing this, the twin mages attempted to attack the soldiers, only to be blocked by a barrier generated by a redheaded girl leading the charge. Another inquisitor, if I had to guess.
The tables had turned. Now Felicia's the one being cornered.
I'd feel bad for her, but I was still irked by her trying to drag me into her mess, while refusing to talk to me like a decent person.
I sighed. She's not winning me to her side at this rate.
"Hold! Don't anyone move an inch!"
I suddenly felt cold steel in my neck, along with two soft mounds touching the back of my head. I tried to move my hands and feet, only to find that they were bound by a bunch of shadowy tendrils. Didn't even notice they were there until now.
It was Felicia and her boobs. And she had decided to make me her hostage.
I was too distracted to notice her presence behind me before it's too late.
"Or I would kill this little boy!" She pressed the knife a little deeper.
I sighed again. "I'm disappointed in you, Felicia. I thought you're a better person than this."
"Hmph, you know nothing about me!" She fired back. "You don't know the things I've done to get this far! I do not wish to harm a good kid like you, but if it's the only way i can achieve my goal, then so be it!"
And then, she whispered, "Play along. I'm clearing your name right now."
"...Ah, I get it," I whispered back. 
I put on my best acting muscles and followed suit.
"H-help! I don't wanna die!" I yelled. I even used a stealth water spell to pretend I was crying.
("You know, this is pretty embarrassing.")
("It's your own fault, coming here in the first place. What do you want, really?")
("Nothing special. Just a nice chat with you, maybe over a cup of tea and all that.")
("Hmph, maybe after I dispose of these people.")
("Should've planned this better. Now you have to fight two groups at once.")
("I can't help it. I thought they wouldn't be crazy enough to dig through the soil. And yet they did.")
"You cowardly witch! Unhand him at once!" The blonde man pointed his sword at him.
"Don't be tricked, Peter. He's an associate of hers," the book-wielding youth spoke. "Just cut her along with him."
"N-no, please! I-I'm innocent!"
Damn it, that kid is merciless!
("Wet your pants.")
("What?!")
("I'll push my knife right up to your jugular. Then you'll show them that you're just a scared little kid that has nothing to do with me, the scary necromancer.")
Before I could consent, she performed the move, pushing in the blade of her knife close enough that I started to bleed, but not deep enough that it became a fatal wound.
"Do you think I'm bluffing? I'll slit the throat of this boy and the guilt will lie under your feet!"
"H-help! P-please help!"
Using my water magic once more, I, with great shame I had to add, did as she instructed me to.
I was just glad that I was skilled enough to do something like this with my magic, instead of, you know, actually doing it for real. I could certainly do it, with me having not emptied my tank for the last few hours, but I'd be damned if I had to do it.
"Aww, look at that! The scared little kid is having an accident! Where's that courage of yours when you slayed that dragon, huh?!"
Wow, that grin of hers looks almost authentic. She's really great at playing the villain. Or maybe she is a villain all along.
Isn't it a bit too much though? It's like she enjoys seeing me humiliating myself like this…
"I-I'm sorry! Please don't kill me!"
"...Fine. Peter, if you could, try not to hit the kid."
Wait, "try"? That means he's going to—
The blond swordsman dashed forward with his blade drawn. Felicia countered by conjuring what could only be described as the dark version of the Barrier spell those inquisitors were using. I used the opportunity to release myself from Felicia's embrace.
His blade crashed down into her shadow barrier. However, the swordsman (Peter, I assume) continued pushing through, his blade pulsating with what looked to be holy energy. It began corroding away at the barrier.
It was enough time, however, for Felicia to use her trump card.
"O great power of the dark! Come forth from the abyss and honor the pact I have made as your master! Necrosummon!"
What appeared afterward was beyond my expectation. And anybody else's expectation in that room.
A massive dragon, made out of bones, had manifested itself right in the front of our very eyes.
"Behold! My ultimate creation!" 
I looked at her as she proclaimed those words.
That grin was fit for the Devil himself.

"Argh, how did my life end up like this?!"

There was once a boy who's well-loved and popular with his peers. His smile could melt an adult's heart and his easygoing and sweet nature attracted a lot of girls who became his admirers.

Little did he know that such a blessed life wouldn't last forever.

And he does. He saves her, throwing her into the side of the river. But then his legs, rarely ever used, suddenly cramp. He can do nothing as he is swallowed by the waves.

"Aah, it would be nice if I could be reincarnated into a fantasy world, like in those stories... I can do it all over, and do it better this time around..."

His wish is granted. When he wakes up, he's no longer his old, adult self. He's a baby, living in an entirely new world.

This story would have both happiness and hardships, heartwarming and sad moments, as well as romance that doesn't just end in a kiss. This is a harem story that will end up in a genuine polygamous relationship. It's also an adventure story, though it would stay as a slice-of-life for a good while as MC grows up.

The sudden appearance of the four magic boars is certainly something new that we had never encountered before. These rank 1 magic boars are not that hard to fight, we can dodge the earth spikes, and their charge attack easily with our agility as advanced zombies, but we usually hunt them one by one as a team and never encounter 4 magic boars working together.
The Zombie Crew are all rank 2 monsters, so we should be able to deal with the rank 1 magic beasts easily, but I'm afraid if they're working together, added with the rank 2 rhino. It will be quite troublesome and we can't do our kill as cleanly as the other ones we've done, but the most important thing for us right now is to abide master's order which is to stay alive, kill all the enemies here, and level up.
The beaten-up rhino backed off from where he was and retreated to where the magic boars came from. And following the retreat, the 4 magic boars blocked the way to where the rhino is going so it can flee after receiving many wounds after the fight with us. It received quite a severe wound from all the beating we've done to it, but it's still not fatal because the intended last hit from Ben never reached it, making it still able to live despite the injuries it suffered.
We shared what we thought to each other and decided to just deal with all of them because six of us rank 2 monsters should be able to deal with four rank 1 magic beast and a severely wounded rank 2 magic beast.
The fight this time was quite straightforward, there is no ambushing or excessive planning, we just go ahead and confront the magic boar head-on..or that was what I thought how the fight should go
With four of the magic boars working together, there are so many more earth spikes coming out of the ground trying to pierce our body with its sharp point. And I don't know if this is intentional or not, but it seems that their attacks are coordinated and not just randomly placed. The placement of the earth spikes is thought out and the magic boars did not just popping out earth spikes here and there, but it seems like the earth spikes are purposedly limiting our range of movements and setting up something to come and hit us. I shared my thoughts with the other and after (sort of) discussing what we should do, we decided to split the boars from each other and deal with them separately. I'm glad that we agreed on separating the boars from each other because for some reason I felt something is wrong when fighting against the group together.
We decided to fake a retreat to get the boars to chase us and we will go into separate directions in teams of 2 thus dividing the group of boars.
We started running away, but not too fast so the boar will be able to chase us. I grouped up with Ben and we waited for a boar to go after us, but the boar never chased me and Ben, in fact, they didn't chase us at all!
It is very confusing to me, we never had a magic beast just let us go after we attacked them. Is it normal? I think we need to ask master later about this situation, for now, me and the group should go back on hunting magic beasts to accomplish master's order to level up.
We got back on traveling the forest in search of magic beasts particularly rank 2 magic beast because we just failed in killing one and Ben is already at level 9 and maybe killing another rank 2 magic beast will give him the needed experience to reach level 10 and rank up.
After searching for some time, we finally met another rank 2 magic beast, this time it's a rank 2 magic bear! According to what master had said in our early times going hunting, a rank 2 magic bear has a strong physique and capable of conjuring earth magic.
We proceed as usual in fighting the magic bear, but we have to be more careful of its earth construct that is more advanced than earth spikes and earth walls such as conjuring an earth box to trap us and limit our movements, making us have to split up and be ready at any time if Edgar warns us about mana gathering near our feet. But with the six of us working together, we are still capable of dealing with the bear.
Continuing our exp funneling plan, we left the weakened bear for Ben to finish. As ben swung his halberd and strike the bear from behind before jumping up to the bear's head, suddenly another warning from Edgar told us to dodge. Ben in the middle of the jump, uses his halberd to propel him by pushing the halberd onto the ground making himself shift into another direction to dodge.
As we are wondering what kind of attack that makes Edgar told us all to dodge, it came again. Earth spikes sprout out from the ground, once again keeping us away from the magic bear.
And as I guess, not long after that, 4 magic boars appeared again from the forest, protecting the magic bear to retreat and once again making us fail our hunt.
Those magic boars are so damn annoying! What problem do they have with us? We attempted to rush in and quickly deal with the boars before they regrouped and start conjuring their annoying earth spikes.
Unfortunately, they realized what we are going to do and fled without giving it a second thought by running away and conjured earth walls to hinder our movements.
Unless we are stupid, we realize that these boars definitely are doing this on purpose. The Zombie Crew had another strategy meeting and we decided not to be played in the boars' palm.
What we are trying to do is, remember that Husk is now a zombie thief? And he didn't only get the silent steps skill but also a skill called ' Create Trap' which enables him to make traps using magic. Although its level is not that high due to it is not Husk's style to use traps, but he still uses it sometimes just to see what it is capable of. And in this situation, it seems to be fitting to put that skill into use.
The low level version of create trap can make simple traps such as pitfall with earth magic and small explosion with fire magic when the trap is triggered, the higher the level of the skill the more complex the traps that we're able to create.
Husk's create trap skill is now level 2, even though he still can't make a box trap such as the one the magic bear had made earlier, we can still make earth spikes or walls when triggered. To effectively use the trap, we went back to another strategy meeting.
Thinking about how to trap the boars is quite tricky because in the first place they don't chase after us so baiting them to run after us is impossible unless we kill all the boars in the forest making us the magic boars' mortal enemy, but that option is not available right now and it is not experience effective for us to do that so we refrained from doing that.
So the problem with using the trap is to make them walk onto the trap to trigger them. Because of the low level of the skill, the available traps to make by using the skill, only have the activation sequence by directly walking onto them, giving us a few options on how to use it.
And of course, we can't only depend on the trap to deal with the boars. We only need to use the trap to create an opening for us to go inside their formation and break their harmonized earth spikes conjuring so the rest of us won't get our movements hindered and able to attack them.
With the trap problem is still not solved, we decided to hunt rank 1 monsters while we're thinking about a solution so we don't waste our time idling around, because we still had Edgar who is under-leveled, we can give the rank 1 monsters experience to him since giving it to either me, Zayn, or Mark doesn't give much difference at this point.
While fighting a rank 1 magic dear, I almost got my body-slammed by its antlers because I was spacing out thinking about how to use the traps. I need to be careful and remind myself, even though it is only a rank 1 magic beast, it still chases me and can hurt me.
Wait... Chase me?
The magic beast chases us and the magic boars protect the magic beast...
Hmmm...
HMMM...

Now, with Barbo and Mina's shop under Ned's House, they were given a leeway to gather necessary materials needed to craft his first gun made from his own layout, in a world where magic fuels it instead of technology.
Ned wanted to craft the revolver himself. But since time was a constraint, he's got the least of a choice but to let the two blacksmiths assist him. Even though temporary, they might prove themselves useful to Ned.
Plus, he got the discounted price. Pretty sure anyone would be happy being discounted.
After taking his time to search for weapons available in the shop, Ned decided to purchase a short-sword. He was fond of short-sword due to their flexibility of use. It wasn't heavy like claymores nor too short like daggers.
Barbo insisted that Ned take the Grade C dagger for free. But since Ned took too much of their time and resources, and he wasn't someone to save any debts, Ned made sure to pay back the 11, 000 gold coins for the sword.
Barbo named the sword: Krisalix. Which he based on the main ingredient the sword was made: a thick and bluish scale that produces a sound when wind passes through. Krisalix was a magical beast of Grade C in rank and was hunted down by a team of Hunters far north of the Bogblot region. Although the beast was highly aligned to the Wind element, once crafted, it lost most of its potential and was replaced by the blacksmith's skills. Now, with Barbo's experience, he crafted a short-sword once mana injected could make any metal cower from the sight of its edge.
The Krisalix sword was thin, with the length almost the same as Ned's forearm, and the edges in bluish color along with the hilt made of light metal wrapped with leather to increase friction.
After learning that Barbo was a Hollow, Ned wondered how would a blacksmith create magical items without having to inject his own mana. But since Ned was new to the vastness of Earflgard, he chooses to empty his cup and decides to fill it slowly with knowledge the world has to offer.
Ned was even surprised that he felt a bit threatened even though Barbo was a Hollow. Luckily for Ned, he wasn't underestimating his opponents regardless of whom they were.
To properly gauge the strength of Krisalix, Ned used the skill Inspect which gave him a satisfactory result.
The Krisalix was a Grade C magical item, made of the scales of the beast it was slain, and produces a rhythm of sound once mana is injected in the sword; giving it more sharpness and sturdiness.
"Regardless of the result of the Exam." Ned tapped the hilt of Krisalix as he stood before Barbo and Mina inside their shop. "I will make sure to pay you back."
After leaving the shop, Ned stroll around the Market Ventura. But without gold coins to spend on, he decided to went back to the Forgotten Pint instead.
Teklavit wasn't there, so Ned helped the twins before going up back to his room.
The sun was setting the moment he went to his room. Ned threw his body over the bed and rested but not to the point that he would sleep. He was waiting for the sun to fully hid itself.
30 minutes have passed and Ned was sweating half naked with only his undergarment as he pushes himself against the floor.
"789." Ned's sweat dripping from his chin as he counted the times he was pushing up and down.
He needed to make sure he was in the right mood and right physique. No room for errors once he set out his plans.
Another hour passed, the sun was nearly out the horizon. Still, Ned was doing his daily routine. This time he was setting himself with his mana orbiting over his palm.
Just like Teklavit, and the twins, Ned let the orb of energy hover around his hands to know if how long he will last. It has been an hour, and he doesn't felt any fatigue even though his mana was constantly, yet slowly, reducing.
20 minutes have passed, Ned took the shower. The Krisalix and the broken Butterfly were set on the bed. Ned stood and look at the two swords while he crossed his arm. Besides the pair of swords was the Kurashinpi.
Before Ned set out his plan, he checked his body's status.
A series of chiming echoed in his head with a burst of light appeared in his display.
[Mana Points: 4, 678 / 6,000]
[Energy: 76% / 100%]
[At Rank 2, Overclock lasts 30 seconds. During this time, adrenaline is being pumped out of your body. Boosting your strength, speed, senses by 30.]
Also, during Overclock. Ned's spells were boosted on both conjuring time, and strength and the speed the spell travels from Ned to the target.
[Egnious Rank 2. Produces a globe of magical energy that lets the host inject more mana depending on the use. The more mana injected, the more it became powerful. The greater the recoil.]
[Fireball Rank 2. Produces a ball of fire that explodes upon contact with the desired target. Blast radius, strength, and conjuring speed depends on the rank.]
[Windball Rank 1. Produces a ball of wind that explodes and pierces the target upon contact. Blast radius, strength, and conjuring speed depends on the rank.]
[Windlance Rank 1. Shoots a spear made of wind that pierces target upon contact. Speed depends on the rank.]
He has a spell called Firelance but was too early for Ned to gauge its proper strength since Windlance was far better in terms of travel speed, conjuring speed, and effectiveness as it could pierce its target much better.
[Defender from the Mark of the Knight, Rank 2. This skill able the host to negate some of the damage taken from both physical and magical attacks.]
The negation of the skill Defender, as what Ned has felt so far, was from the strength of an attack coming from Grade E and later ranks of Grade D. Although, he doesn't want to stay slacking just because he could negate damages. He might not know some items makes certain user stronger even though they were weaker.
[Mark of the Knight also made Ned impervious to death at the cost of a massive amount of mana. Mana taken from the host is 10, 000 points and was reusable upon use is one year.]
[Inspect and Detect.]
[At Rank 2, Inspect spell able to read items raging from Grade E and D. The result will depend on the rarity.]
[With Inspect skill. The host injects his mana into the item he desired to read. Making the system do the rest of the reading. Depending on the host's database, there will be an incomplete list of items in the result.]
[Detect, Rank 2. Enable the host to expand his mana around his surrounding to detect lifeforms. The range and perception of the skill depending on the rank. Currently, it has a range of 20 meters.]
[Ned?]
What is it? Ned thought upon ICE's surprising voice.
[With the Prime Evolution evolved to Rank 1. The new value needed to rank it further increases as well. Do want me to show it?]
"Not that I have another choice." Ned fingered his wet hair and sat beside the mask Kurashinpi and the two swords. "Show it."
Ned frowned.
[Prime Evolution Rank 1.]

[Currently have 69 / 2, 000 Cores devoured.]
[At Rank 1, all of the host attack spells were amplified by 10%. It also gives the host to conjure Wind spells.]
"2, 000," Ned murmured to himself while rubbing the end of his chin. "Now that is something I don't need. But..."
Ned sighed and at one point, between the organizing of his stuff, he remembered something.
"The Plain." Ned stood and walked back and forth the room with his feet marching in unison. "What was that?"
Ned remembered how the time inside the Plain was a constraint to the point that Ned felt the difference once he was out of it. But he doesn't have the slightest idea how he could enter into it since that was the first time that happened to him. Yet, there's nothing he can do at the moment.
With his stuff ready, Ned put on the Silk Road and injected his mana into it, changing its appearance.
Ned was clad in a black robe with the edges shredded to look like ribbons. These ribbons fluttered as soon as he walks, giving an effect as though Ned was swimming under the water.
He then put on the mask, giving him an additional dramatic effect as though he was a spawn of hell.
"I needed chains for the effect to look like one*." Ned's voice was muffled under the mask.
The half-broken mana started to repair itself the moment Ned injected mana into it. He slung the broken Butterfly on his left waist using the straps from his newly gotten sword. While he put the Krisalix to his inventory along with the pouch slouched with gold coins.
He then bends over to test his newly transformed Silk Road in terms of flexibility.
Satisfied, Ned walked over the window.
After unlocking the hinges, Ned passed through the window.
He smiled under the mask, as the night sky was more than enough to let his plan be in action.
"To the underground then."


"I was supposed to be sent to earth. But I ended up in a completely different world. A world where magic exists. And here I thought I`m a Hollow—born without magic. That was until my system activated and guided me to embrace my past, deal with my present, and prepare for my future."

"With the memory of my past, information from the earth, and a bizarre world I`m in, my implanted A.I. will do everything to ensure my survival and venture the unknown. But first, I must deal with my past to move on, leave the island, and explore the world and become a Legend!"

"But how can I, if my Master is all weak and alone?"

"May the Maker have mercy upon my enemy, Because I won`t" - Ned, Becoming Legend.

She started to laugh at him and Yuuki just kept silence after all she is a patient from mental hospital. It's better if he didn't provoke her, even if he is quite powerful he didn't want to fight with a patient from mental hospital. 







"Yuuki!" Then Lisa coming to them, she is stunned looking Yuuki is being attacked by someone.







"Head-nun, what are you doing?" Cecil also come and notices the one who attacked Yuuki is the head nun.  





Hearing the head nun, Yuuki cannot help to turn around his head to see this woman. He saw a woman with beautiful red hair like the one he met yesterday.







"Rebecca?" He cannot help to call her, after all who is expecting the head nun is Rebecca the one she asked yesterday.







"Hey? You know my little sister?" The head nun look at him strangely.







"You're not her?" After all, her face is the same. Yuuki cannot help to look her up and down. Beautiful face check, red hair check, then when it's breasts part he cannot help to nodded believing she is not Rebecca Scarlet. After all, her breasts is just too flat. He nodded as even if the face is the same their body is not.







"My name is Levy Scarlet. I'm the older sister of a Rebecca and the head nun of this church." He wrinkled his eyebrow and doubting her. After all, is there any head nun who is attacking someone like this?







"Yuuki, she is really the head nun." Lisa told Yuuki.







"Yeah, we wanted to introduce you when you going out from the library." Cecil also told him.







"Hoo, you're Yuuki that Lisa and Cecil have been talking about?" She looks at him very curious about this boy. When she going home both Cecil and Lisa told her that there is a boy who will also live here. They told her that the boy is in the library, when she saw him she is nodded. After all, such a handsome boy she can understand both Cecil and Lisa is very excited about him. She is waiting until he finished reading the book.







After he finished reading she started to test him, she attacked him with his needle but she is stunned looking that his body can make the course of her needle change. But then she moves very fast behind him and use her needle prick his neck. She tried to threatened him but she didn't expect for him to fight her back. She cannot help to laugh at his action this boy is too interesting.







"Head nun! Don't bully Yuuki!" Lisa tried to protect him.







"Yes, don't bully him!" Cecil also protect him. 







Yuuki didn't know whether he should be happy being cared or sad that a girls is protected him. He let out a sigh, it's hard to live as a handsome man.







"I've left you for a while, but you already defended him from me." Levy cannot help to feel gloomy. After all, she is already took care of them ever since they're child and now they are protecting a guy who knows coming from where. She cannot help to look at him with very resentful gaze. Yuuki sweatdrops he didn't know why Levy look at him with very resentful gaze.







'Did I do something wrong?' He look puzzled at her.







"Hmph, if you want take both Lisa and Cecil you must pass my test first!!!" Levy suddenly said something incredible. Hearing her request Yuuki sweatdrops but he didn't back down after all, he wanted to take both Lisa and Cecil.







"Please, tell mother in law." He is cannot help to get into the role play, both Lisa and Cecil become red hearing him and Levy still look very resentful but there is a trace of approval on her eyes.







"Hmm, you're middle level 1?" When she look at him, she is quite surprised seeing he is middle level 1.







"Yes, I just raised my level today." He nodded at her.







"Didn't you both of you said he is just awoken his soul shape yesterday?" Levy look both Lisa and Cecil, then they started telling her about Yuuki saved Lisa from Giant Tusk Boar. When Levy heard the story she cannot help nodded. This Yuuki is more and more pleasing to her eyes, she forgetting about the matter from before. But then she remembered again the matter. Today, she should play the role of strict mother in law. She won't give both Lisa and Cecil so easy to him.







"I'll give you both Lisa and Cecil if you can fulfill one of three of my requests!" She looks at him.







"Please, tell me. I'll do anything to get your approval." Hearing him, she cannot help to nodded.







"First, become lower level 2 in 1 month!" She told him his first request.







"Hey!" Both Lisa and Cecil is stunned hearing Levy's request to level up to level 2. Usually, people would need few years to level up to level 2. Now, he asked him to level up in 1 month. Both of them cannot help to be angry at Levy. But Levy has different idea, he wanted Yuuki to level up to lower level 2 in as soon as possible.







"I promised!" Yuuki nodded at her, he is thinking to level up to lower level 2 in 1 month is not a problem. After all, he can level up in one day and 1 month is very plenty of time.







"Hey!" Both of Cecil and Lisa stunned hearing him agree with Levy's request. They just shook their head.







"Second in 6 months, I wanted you to hunt Jaws!" After all, they lived in the near the sea. She wanted him to hunt the most iconic monster around Aria Town.







"Hey? Is it shark?" Hearing the names of Jaws, he cannot help to exclaim.







"Yes, it's. Do you know what kind of monster is it?" Levy look at him. Hearing Jaws, Yuuki cannot help thinking the movie in his previous world.







"Yes, I've always wanted to try shark fin!" Hearing him, they're all sweatdrop at him. 







'You wanted to eat it?' They just amazed at him.







"Then my last request." She look at him seriously.







"Please do tell." He wanted to know her last request.







"Enter The Conqueror school next year." She wanted him to enter The Conqueror, so he can get a bright future for him.







"Yes, I'll do it." He just needs to fulfill one of those three requests. Then after that, that talk both Lisa and Cecil reprimanded him for being reckless but he told them that he wanted to get the approval of mother in law to take both of you to marriage. Hearing marriage both of them become red. They wanted to spend a night with Yuuki but Levy pulled him away from those both girls.







"You'll sleep with me!" He cannot help to sweatdrop at her.

Have been sick for a long time.

Finally, it's time for me to died.

Then suddenly, I heard a voice.

"What do wish for your next life?" 

It's voice make me very calm and as if telling to tell the truth.

Take a deep breath, finally I said what I want.

"Let me lose my virginity!"
