"Actually, after Maximus married his wife, every time he woke up in the morning there was a glass of milk on his table with a note from his wife. Maximus was being treated by his wife like a son. Isn't it sweet? It should be coffee, not milk" Maximus's grandma said and laughed. 

Maximus felt embarrassed in front of everyone. 

"You do not have to tell him about it, grandma" Maximus sneered but he only received a sweet smile from his grandma. 

"Then, where is your wife? I would like to meet and greet her" Shawn said and look around looking for his wife. 

"You will not meet her today because she was already out for her job," Maximus said. His mood suddenly changed. He felt like he did not want his friend to meet his wife at all. After all, his wife was Shawn's ex-girlfriend. He thought that it is not the right time to introduce his wife to Shawn. 

"Then, maybe I can meet her at my engagement party, what do you think?" Shawn's announcement made the whole family stunned except Maximus. 

"Are you getting married, too? Why is everyone getting married?" Sarah asked, surprised. 

"Yeah, you are all invited to my Engagement Party" Shawn smiles at them. 

Maximus didn't get excited about the news. He pretended to smile although deep inside, he felt uncomfortable that Shawn was finally back. 

"Come on Luna, hurry up!" Sally said. She was so excited to go to the conference room to see the new doctor. 

She heard from Doctor Reyes that the new doctor would be introduced to all the doctors at the conference room. She wanted to see him. 

"Why are we in a hurry? We are still on the job. It is not the right time for that Sally" Luna laughed because of her friend. 

"Hey! Do not tell me you are not going to support me? I am also a woman Luna. I want to have a man and get married, too" Sally rolled her eyes at her. She pulled her friend, and they ran like a wild boar. 

When they reached the Conference room, they noticed that the meeting was already starting. As they expected, there are also a lot of nurses outside peeking at the windows watching the new doctor as he discussed his objective in front of everyone. People outside the conference cannot hear his voice due to the soundproof of the room. They can only admire his looks outside by watching at the window. 

"He already had lots of fans since he came here last time," Doctor Reyes said to his colleagues while listening to the new doctor. They both smiled at each other. 

Even the old doctors working at the hospital admire the new doctor because of his skills and amazing abilities. He is really the son of the great doctors who are also the owners of Lucas Hospital. His name is Shawn Lucas, the new doctor and the heir of the said hospital. 

"Hey Sally, I think we need to get back to work," Luna said when he saw a familiar figure of a woman standing in front of the main door. 

She already got an idea about who is the new doctor that everyone admired. It is Shawn. Her ex-boyfriend and the new boyfriend of her ex-slash traitor friend. She does not want to make a ruckus, so she decided to ignore both Liza and her ex-boyfriend. If Liza caught them looking at her boyfriend outside, she will definitely not let them go. 

"Why? I have not seen him yet and why do you look so worried" Sally asked after she saw her friend's worried face. 

She sighed and tried to explain what she saw at the main door, but before she spoke her reason to her friend, they already heard a woman's voice not too far. They both turned their heads and saw the woman that they do not want to see for the rest of their lives. She is coming towards them. 

"Oh no, why did you not tell me right away?" Sally is suddenly stiff after seeing the woman who almost caused her to lose her job. 

"I wanted to tell you, but you are too busy admiring the new doctor. Did you know who he is? He is the boyfriend of Liza" Luna explained while looking at the wicked woman who is coming towards them. 

"Y-you mean the new doctor that everyone admired is your ex-boyfriend and the son of the Lucas family, Shawn Lucas!?" Sally asked. She was surprised by what she heard from her friend. 

She remembered before that her friend Luna told her about her past with Liza and his ex-boyfriend. She never thought that she would see her friend's ex-boyfriend at the main hospital. 

Sally suddenly thought of how lucky Luna was. She had an ex-boyfriend who is now a doctor and also the heir of the biggest hospital in the country and a husband who is dominating the whole business world. 

How can I get myself a man like that? She thought. 

"You never learned Luna. You really are a shameless woman. After all these years, you are still after my boyfriend. When will you stop huh?" Liza said raging after seeing Luna and Sally looking at his boyfriend. 

"Do not worry because I am not interested even a little bit in your boyfriend. He is all yours. Stab him inside your lungs" Luna bravely said at Liza's face, then winked. She is not scared of her anymore because they are not even on the same level. She knows that she was at the top of her. 

Liza got angry because of what she heard. She wants to pull Luna's hair and slap her face using both of her hands, but she cannot do it because if she makes a commotion, his boyfriend will surely not be pleased with her action, after all, she should be a good girl in front of him. 

"I will do what you say, but I have something to tell you. You are invited to our engagement party. I wanted to see your face in despair because the man you dream to marry will be finally mine. So, you better attend our engagement party" Liza said while pointing her finger to Luna. She wanted Luna to remember what happened to their past. She wanted to see her face crying because of jealousy but she never expected what Luna said.

Because of an accident, Shawn Lucas forgot the woman who he only loves wholeheartedly, Luna Florence. He decided to marry the woman who’s guilty of losing his memories of Luna, Liza Ferrer. During his engagement party with Liza, Shawn met Luna who sacrifices everything and even begs for his love in the past just to make him remember who she was. In the middle of the doctor's new test with this another new tester, the news of another mission shadow person spread through this small town. "I thought you have a night watch all over town to keep an eye on the shadow person?" say the magic leader once he gets the group of the shadow person, who was odrea to watch the town at night, ever since this mission began. When the mafic leader was having a meeting with the night watch group, the doctor who was the one behind the missing shadow person, was in his room where a lot of yelling took place. 

"Doctor, you were the one behind all the missing shadow people?! We treat you like family and the one that heals all, who is in pain!" say the shadow person who was fighting or trying to fight the doctor but the chain that the shadow person was china up in, sent a shock to the shadow person that ended up weakening his ability to control his power or turn into his shadow person's form. The shadow person falls onto his bed in pain from being shocked by the chain and also by the doctor taking a lot of blood out of his body in the middle of the fight. The doctor sewed up the wound that he got the blood from, after putting the shadow person back to bed to rest for a while. "You will know why I'm during this like the other will, once my test doesn't end in failing again like the other in the past. Now I need to go to another tester, to get his blood to see if the DNA to see if my test will work out this time.`` The shadow person did fall back to sleep and once the doctor got the dna, of his other tester, who had been in the land for a long time who didn't die or was killed by the doctor yet. 
"Are you going to do it again, doctor after it failed before in the past? I did tell you that you can't make it happen with two non human male but it looks like you will not ever listen to me now" say the shadow person, who was the only rare shadow person that was living within serter, from the other shadow person for years. The doctor was not easily angry by anyone but this shadow person, and was the only one who could anger him with just one sentance if he wanted to. The doctor for years ever since he took him as a tester, wanted to kill him off but if he did do it, he will be the only one he will find. "You are lucky, that I can't killed you or my test will never be at this point" the doctor who was mad with be more mad, when the shadow person say his last sentences for the day, "if you will to killed me, you will be one dead due to my kind being know to not being killed off easy. We can't eat or drink everyday like you guys have to and we are around longer than your guys or humans' ' The doctor was ever more angry by the fact that he will live to tell others about what he did or the lab. 
When the doctor gets to the great hall to have a meeting with the mafia leader, he gets the news that the shadow person, who he got the other day, was starting to turn into this thing like the past shadow person did. The doctor's assistant was at the lab about to eat his dinner, that the doctor only fed him beside the morning feast when he heard the first screen that he knew too well. He rushed to the tester room and got the shot that the doctor made, to keep the tester's claim down. He was going to enter the room but closed the door, as soon the tester's glass of water was thrown at the door though his head. Within the room, that rare shadow person was held in but the rare shadow person once he heard the screen of the new tester. "The same thing is going to happen again and I'm going to enjoy the show this time around, I get a feeling that something different is going to happen." The rare shadow person knows what kind of test he is doing and for the first time in his life, enjoys life and others around him but he will not tell the doctor at all. He is having fun messing with him, knowing that his test will never work.

Once she got permission, Viona immediately went inside the emergency stairs and slowly closed the door again, then walked slowly towards the stairs where Doctor Louisa was.
Viona sat next to Doctor Louisa while leaning against the wall facing Doctor Louisa. 
"Why are you crying, Doctor? Why do you have to cry in a place like this?" Viona asked quietly.
"I'm just lamenting my fate, Doc," Doctor Louisa answered with a sigh.
"What fate is there to cry about right now? Isn't your career brilliant in this hospital?" Viona asked in confusion. 
"Am I wrong to love a man so deeply?" Doctor Louisa asked, glaring at Viona.
Viona smiled at her. Her guess was correct that Doctor Louisa was having a problem in her love life. 
"Love is never wrong, but many people act in the name of love for their selfish actions," Viona answered quietly. 
"What do you mean, Doc?" Asked Doctor Louisa, confused. .
"Genuine love, of course, is different from forced love, especially if that person uses the word love for mere pleasure. Being selfish is not love," Viona answered with a smile.
Doctor Louisa was silent when she heard Viona's words. She seemed to be digesting them word for word. Suddenly her two eyes burst into tears again that Viona was shocked because she didn't think Doctor Louisa would cry again. 
"Sorry if what I said offended you, Doc," Said Viona apologetically.
"Looks like I'm the only one who loves him with all my heart, but he doesn't. He just uses me to satisfy his lust," replied Doctor Louisa in a barely audible voice. 
"What do you mean, Doc?" Viona asked in shock. 
"It's nothing, Doc, thank you for your input before," Doctor Louisa replied, changing the subject.
"Then if you'll excuse me, Doctor, I have to go back to work," Doctor Louisa said goodbye.
Viona nodded slowly in response to her words. She let the young doctor go. Viona was still thinking about Doctor Louisa's last words that tickled her heart. 
"I hope you are well, Doctor," Viona said, sincerely praying for Doctor Louisa. She tried to get rid of the bad feelings in her heart. 
After Doctor Louisa left, Viona then got out of the emergency stairs. She continued to go to the Ob-Gyn Division where Nurse Tina was. It had been a long time since Viona had dine out with Nurse Tina after she married Fernando. In the past, every time she returned home from work, almost every time she got a chance, she would always hang out with Nurse Tina.
Viona then walked to Doctor Lila's office where Nurse Tina was. Her smile grew when she saw Nurse Tina was busy. Viona then chose to leave because she didn't want to disturb the activities of Nurse Tina and Doctor Lila. She decided to leave after hearing another nurse said that the Ob-Gyn Division would do an overtime today due to the large number of patients who came.
