In February 2019, BTS attended the 61st Grammy Awards as award presenters. It was their first time attending the event following an appearance by the group at the LA Grammy Museum in 2018.

Prior to BTS, the best-selling were dominated by late 1990s albums, making BTS the only act formed after 2000 to be featured in the top 10 best-selling list. "Boy With Luv" debuted at number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100, the highest in history for a Korean group, and its music video became the most-viewed online video within the first 24 hours as of 2019, accumulating more than 74.6 million views. "Boy With Luv" was certified in multiple countries, including Australia where it was certified Gold for selling 35,000 units, and the US where the RIAA certified it Platinum for selling over one million units. "Boy With Luv" was also certified Silver by the BPI, for selling over 200,000 units, making it BTS' first single to attain this certification in the UK. Map of the Soul: Persona also attained Silver in the UK and Gold in France, selling over 60,000 units and 50,000 units respectively.

Following their two wins at the 26th Billboard
Music Awards in May, including for Top Duo/Group, BTS embarked on their world tour stadium extension, Love Yourself: Speak Yourself, with dates in multiple stadium venues including Wembley Stadium, Stade de France, MetLife Stadium, Rose Bowl, and
Soldier Field. With this they became the first Asian and first non-English speaking artist ever to headline and sell out Wembley Stadium. Their concerts at Rose Bowl had broken the record for highest-grossing single engagement in the venue's Boxscore history, surpassing Taylor Swift's and U2's previous dates there. All dates sold out within two hours, with second dates for all venues added due to the high demand. During the tour, BTS performed on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and kicked off Good Morning America's 'Summer Concert Series' as headliners at Central Park in Manhattan. They also performed on the finale episode of The Voice and one of the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent.

In the lead up to the release of their new mobile game BTS World set for June 2019, BTS released three collaboration singles, "Dream Glow" featuring English singer Charli XCX, "A Brand New Day" with Swedish singer Zara Larsson, and "All Night" featuring American rapper Juice Wrld. The band also released the song "Heartbeat" with a music video from the game's official soundtrack, titled BTS World: Original Soundtrack. The soundtrack was later certified Double Platinum by Gaon on August 8 for surpassing 500,000 copies sold, the first soundtrack album to receive the certification since Gaon implemented it last year. Developed by South Korean company Netmarble, the game was released on June 26 to iOS and Android systems in over 175 countries. BTS released their tenth Japanese single "Lights" on July 3. Pre-orders for the double A-side single surpassed 1 million copies, breaking a 24-year-old record for foreign artists previously held only by Celine Dion with her 1995 single "To Love You More", and marked the first time a Korean artist achieved a million shipment for a single in Japan. "Lights" went on to sell over one million copies and received Million certification by the RIAJ on August 8, the first time a male act achieved this since Masafumi Akikawa's August 2007 single, "A Thousand Winds". It is BTS' first million certification in Japan since their debut. 

Love Yourself: Her and Love Yourself: Tear  both crossed 2 million copies in August, and
Love Yourself: Tear was awarded Double Million certification by Gaon. It is BTS' second album to do so following Love Yourself: Answer's certification in October 2018. All three albums of the Love Yourself series have sold more than 2 million copies each in South Korea. Love Yourself: Tear later attained Silver in the UK, becoming their third album to be attain this certification following Love  Yourself: Answer and Map of the Soul: Persona.

In October, BTS performed at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, becoming the first foreign act to perform a solo concert in Saudi Arabia. For the final stop of their record-breaking Love Yourself: Speak Yourself World Tour, the band held a run of three sold-out nights at Seoul's Olympic Stadium to close this chapter of their story. According to Billboard's year-end Boxscore charts, the group grossed over $196 million and played to more than 1.6 million people across 42 shows in the chart period ranging from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019 and ranked third overall on the year-end Top 40 Tours chart behind Ed Sheeran and Pink. The group outgrossed legacy rock acts like the Rolling Stones, Metallica, and KISS, as well as fellow boy band the Backstreet Boys, making them the top-grossing touring group of 2019. That same month, the group released a remix version of the song "Make It Right" featuring American singer Lauv as the second single from their album Map of the Soul: Persona.

In November, BTS became the first K-pop group to win the Favorite Duo or Group – Pop/Rock at the 2019 American Music Awards and the Favourite Social Artist award  consecutively in 2018 and 2019.

In December, they attended both the 2019 Melon Music Awards and 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards. The group became the first artist in the history of K-pop to receive all grand prizes from both ceremonies; getting four from each award show. At the end of the year, BTS ranked number fifteen on Billboard's year-end Top Artist Chart and were also the number two act of the year in the Duo/Group ranking, only behind Jonas Brothers. They were named as 2019 Hitmakers Group of the Year by Variety.They were also the most tweeted-about musicians of 2019. On December 31, 2019, BTS performed in New York City's Times Square for ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. At the 34th Golden Disc Awards, BTS became the first artists in history to win grand prizes in both the physical and digital categories in a single year. Map of the Soul:.Persona was named the second best-selling physical album of 2019 in the U.S. by Nielsen Music only behind Taylor Swift's Lover and was ranked sixth overall on the chart of Top 10 Albums (Total Sales) in the U.S. BTS wrapped 2019 as the fourth most successful group on Billboard's Top Billboard 200 Artists - Duo/Group ranking, only behind Queen, Imagine Dragons and The Beatles.

With strong global sales of 2.5 million pure album units, Map of the Soul: Persona was named as the third best-selling album of 2019 by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry, making BTS the first Korean artist to be listed on the Global Top 10 Album Chart for two consecutive years. Map of the Soul: Persona was also the second best-selling global album by a band only behind Arashi's 5x20 All the Best!! 1999-2019. Attributing to the album's critical and commercial success worldwide, the IFPI named BTS as one of the best-selling artists of 2019 for a second consecutive year, making them the first non-English speaking act to achieve this.

Going into the guild attracted nearby adventurers' and guild staffs' attention as it was rare for someone of Asfi's level to come, especially with a random that no one knew. Soon, a guild staff with pink hair and pink eyes came towards Artemis and Asfi, "So Asfi, why'd you come here today? I didn't hear of the Hermes Familia doing any expeditions, so you shouldn't have any magic stones to sell, and as part of the Hermes Familia, I doubt you need information."

"You are correct, Misha. I'm not selling any magic stones, however, the boy next to me is selling them." Asfi replied to Misha.

"Ohoh? The famous Perseus is with a random boy? Is he your boyfriend?" Misha teased.

"No Misha, this boy is a new member of our familia. Artemis, this is Misha. Misha, this is Artemis," Asfi introduced the two of them to each other.

Artemis and Misha introduced each other, and after that, Misha asked Artemis, "So boy, how much magic stones are you selling?"

Pulling out all the magic stones from his inventory, which elicited a cry of shock from Misha, Artemis asked, "So how much would this be?"

Seeing the small but abundant purple crystals, Misha couldn't help to ask, "Asfi. You sure this boy is a new adventurer and this was his first day? You didn't help him or anything?"

"Not at all. I was planning to help him on the first encounter against monsters but he soloed against three goblins. It was interesting, however, I can't tell you anything. Hermes' orders," Asfi replied.

When she heard Asfi's reply, Misha was having an inner monologue, 'This young boy soloed up to floor 4 on his first day? Furthermore, from what I can tell, he killed every monster efficiently and quickly as the amount of magic stones he got was equal to a party of 5, level 1 adventurers.' "Anyway, here's your Valis. For your first day, getting 26,500 Valis is a first-time accomplishment, well done Artemis. Also, since you haven't been assigned one before, I'm going to be your advisor in the future. This means if you need any help, come to Big Sister Misha."

Seeing the pile of Valis, which was more than he got when he busked on his first day of Orario, brought a tear to Artemis' eyes. 'Mother, I'm doing fine in this new world, please be fine by yourself back home. I'm sorry for leaving you but I found a new purpose in my life: adventuring. I can finally do everything I couldn't back at Earth.' Wiping away his tears, Artemis stored the Valis into his inventory and asked Asfi, "So, what restaurant are we going to?"

Not bothering to question his tears, Asfi replied, "Hostess of Fertility. It has the best foods in Orario."

When the two walked in and took a seat at a table, a young lady in a green dress with light gray hair and eyes walked up while introducing herself, "Hello there, I'm Syr Flova, may I ask what your name is?"

Understanding that Syr was not asking for Asfi's name as she is famous, Artemis introduced himself, "Hello there Miss Flova, my name is Artemis Hahn, a new adventurer that came to Orario."

Hearing that Artemis is a new adventurer, Syr asked Artemis, "No need to be so formal with me Artemis, you can just call me by my first name. Anyways, you're an aspiring adventurer right? Have you gone into the dungeon yet?"

"Yes, Syr, I just came from the guild after selling some magic stones." Artemis replied. However, something about Syr didn't leave a good impression on Artemis. As someone who had constant attempts of manipulation in his past life due to hiss fame, he could understand that Syr was purposefully trying to leave a good impression on him for a purpose. Whether this was intentional or unintentional, Artemis couldn't tell. 

"So what will you be having Art-" Before Syr could ask Artemis what he would want for dinner, a loud voice mocked him, "A new adventurer just thinks that it's so easy to get some magic stones from the dungeon and sell them? I bet he got carried by Perseus, haha! Newbies shouldn't even enter the dungeon!"

After the mocking words, everyone turned to see a werewolf with light grey hair, amber eyes drinking a beverage. Bete Loga, a famous level 5 adventurer in the Loki Familia that excelled in speed. Yet nobody was surprised to see Bete, as he had a reputation for demoralizing new adventurers. However, what did surprise everyone inside the restaurant was when Asfi stood up for Artemis saying, "Bete. Shut your mouth. I don't want to have someone in my familia be ruined by your vicious words."

"Asfi, if my words can stop a boy from adventuring then he should never adventure. He should stay home with his mother and be raised by her for all of eternity, haha!" Clearly, Bete was drunk. Everyone could see that because of his rosy cheeks and slurred pattern of speaking but Artemis didn't notice it, he was fuming from Bete's words as it struck a chord with Artemis. Indeed, he had been raised by his mother and stayed at home for eternity but those days were no more. Finding a new purpose other than just having fun in a new world and beating up Apollo, Artemis declared his aspirations.

"Bete, give me two months and I'll have my name famous in Orario. Give me two years and I'll make you grovel underneath my boots." The restaurant turned cold at Artemis' declaration. Everyone knew that even the current record holder, Ais Wallenstein, took a year to become level two and then another two years to become level 5. Even Ais couldn't say she would always beat Bete in a duel.

"Haha! Did everyone hear that? A newbie just said that he was going to beat me up! This has to be the best joke of this year, if not decade! Alright, brat, if you can become famous in Orario within two months, I'll acknowledge you. However, don't think I'll take those words of beating me lightly. If you can't even become famous, I'll break your legs." Although Bete wasn't being serious as he didn't think Artemis could even reach level 2 in a year, someone else was serious.

"I accept your conditions." Instantly, dead silence but while the restaurant was quiet, a sound was made inside Artemis' head.

At the booksore

There's a line inside is growing longer and longer.

"I want a copy of Naruto."
"Give me three copies please."
"Hey, give me ten copies as well."

"Sorry sir, the book is out of stock." The clerk looks at the long line and bows apology.

"Then  hurry up make a call to the company. I can wait."
"Yes, I don't leave if I can't buy even 1 copy."

One after another refuse to leave. They stand in line and wait in order.

The nearby people watch long line with the queston mark on their head. When they go and ask them, they dumfound.

"What? Everyone is here to buy the new manga? Such a long line? What kind of manga is this?" The byslander shocked.

"I heard that this manga name is Naruto. The story is very interesting. It's talking about the ninja and they said the fighting scene is amusing. This is the first time I ever see such a book. I going to wait to buy one as well." He said and stand at the back of the line.

"Well, I'm have nothing to do anyway. I'm going to wait for awhile too." He shakes his head and go stand in the line too.

Some people buy the book because they're curious about the new type manga, some think the story is interesting and some want to buy the manga to make the reference. Anyway, the book is selling like the hot cake. Surprisily, there's a line in every bookstores. It causes such a huge commotion in intenet and the book is selling even more and more.

At the Shonen Publishing

"Chief Editor, they're out of stock!"
"How many bookstores already?"
"All of them, sir."
"How many books have we sell so far?"

"We already print 1 millon books as the order but now they all sold out. Now we receive the call all over the places for an additional copy. We have not expected the sales to be this crazy. It's simple frightening."

"Ok print more copy. Call all staff to work overtime. Tell them that I'll give bonus later. And you make a call to the delivery company. Tell them to send the book to the places as fast as possible."
"Yes sir."

At the conference room of Shonen Weekly

All executive bureaus and the director didn't go back home today. They stay in the room and watch the big screen speechless. That's right, they feel speechless. How can they not when they saw the number of selling book. 

They sell more than 2 millon copies in one day. This is the breaking record. 
They work more than 10 years in the company. The best they can sell is not even reach 100 000 books in a year. But this new manga is selling more than 2 million books already and this is only the First day.

"Am I dream? If it is a dream, I don't want to wake up anymore."

"Can you pinch me? Is there any error in number? I am going crazy."

"Aww, it hurt. Has ha ha...I'm hurt. It's not dream."

"Calm down everyone. This is only the first day. If we surprise everyday, i'm afraid you will have heartattack sooner or later.

Everyone silently stare to the director await his order. They know they can success if they listen to him. He is the main brain of the company.

"Ok now listen up. This is the crucial situation. If we make any mistake, we'll doom together."

Everyone in the room can't help guld together. They make a serious face and listen carefully.

"First, we must not leak any information of the author. If other companies know about the person who write the book, they will use any mean necessary to take him away for sure.

Second, we have to make sure that he stays by our side. I want to increase his manga royalty and I want him to work full time in our company. If he wants, I even give him a share of our company. What do you think?"

"I understand that we have keep a secret about him but why do we have to invte him and even give him a share? We already make a contact."

"You are too naive. Do you think someone who can even write this new manga not able to make another one? And who do you think he sell his new work to? If by any chance, he decides sell it to another company, what do you think will happen?" Director Zang smirks and look at him like an idiot.

"Ahh!! I'm sorry sir. I'm not thinking far enough." He bows his head and the sweat drop on his forehead.

"I agree with your suggestion."

One after another all agree to his idea. Because they can imagine the situation is very dangerous as he say. 

If the situation develops as they think, the company will have a strong rival and they can't guaranty if they can win in the end. All they have in mind is "This person can change the world. He is too terrifying."

And back to our MC, he stays in his room and now he feels so excited while await his reward.

The trend of e commerce business is now very popular with start ups. But it is not a long term business strategy. Because you have no branding for your customers to trust and buy from you over and over again. It is also very competitive to list your products on these platforms as you are forever competing with others on the same platform on pricing and also you are forever finding new customers.
Customers can compare prices and buy from the lowest listed prices. Besides pricing the delivery time and service are also important for you to be on top of your other competitors.
So how can you be on top of your other competitors? Firstly you have to create a brand as a distributor for the product that you have chosen to market. This is the most important step. Create a company logo that is best suited to represent the product that you will be selling. Give some thought cause this logo will be used for your marketing phase. Try to stick with the same logo and do not make changes to it. Your company logo need to be attractive and distinct so that it will remain on your customers mind making your service uniquely different from your other competitors.

Next is the product you have chosen to market. It must be good quality and reasonably priced. To convince customers that you are selling goods which is of good quality. You need to give at least 1 week guarantee for any manufacturing defects. Provide free exchange for genuine claims. In this way you will get customers to trust you. You need to setup a social media platform where customers can get in touch with you so that you can reply immediately for any questions on how to use the product or other queries.  You can make use of Facebook or other platforms to create a new official page solely for this purpose. Your page will have your logo and list your  products or servives. Describe the benefits and how to use in a concise and easy to understand language. Post morning greetings daily on your page. Let customers feel that you're not only interested to just make a fast deal. Instead you have to think differently and tell yourself that you have to provide the best products or services above the rest of your competitors. You have to prove that you're the fastest in terms of delivery or services you offer. Once you have put in your best efforts slowly and making sales you will start to get positive feedback comments from your customers. Use these testimonials and publish on your page. This is a good marketing tool to get new customers to trust your brand and service. Get as many followers to like and join your group. Once your followers grow it will be tandom with your business growth. Customers will keep on retuning back to you for more orders. If you received new customers orders due to recommendation from your regular customers. Be grateful and at least give your regulars a small gift as a token of appreciation.  You will get more leads from at active 'word of the mouth' person.
So how do I retain my customers?
Create a campaign specially for  a closed group of your regular customers. Spread the special promo campaign only for your regular customers. Make them feel special I am very sure they will come back for more of your products.

 Next chapter I will discuss how you can create an atmosphere where customers will think about your brand. I will disclose how to do it. Although my business is small customers think that I have a big company. You need to be consistently be pro active for the first few months  for outdoor marketing. Do not be to reliant on internet marketing for sales. It's time to wake up from your comfort zone and get back to basics of marketing your brand and products.

Because of Jillyanna's appointment with Atty. Lewis, Savannah cleared Travis' schedule so that she can accompany his wife.
Since she was five years old, it was her first time to set foot in the company that her father founded.

"I guess so. It was announced that the new President will come today and Atty. Lewis even meet with her personally." responded one of the employees.
"Would it fine? Won't the directors disapprove of her? After all, she never once visited this place in these past years."
"Who knows?" shrugged one of the employees. "As long as I get my pay, I don't care who's going to own the President's seat."
"You are right."
Jillyanna walked with Travis beside her while Savannah and Hawk were following behind them.
"It's a rather big company." Travis murmured next to her ears which made Jillyanna smile proudly.
Atty. Lewis led them to the top floor where the board of directors were waiting for them. "Please come in." Atty. Lewis opened the office door and gestured them to get inside.
"Good morning." Jillyanna greeted them politely since they could be considered her seniors.
"Good morning Madam President." they greeted her back which put her in an awkward position. She didn't want to become their president at all.
"I..uh..regarding the presidential matter. I am here to clarify this." Jillyanna took a seat and faced them bravely. "I will be selling my share to my husband and let him manage the company."
For a moment, the room sank into a deafening silence before a middle aged woman asked her a question.
"Darling dear, why are you selling away your father's company? Isn't it to harsh to your late father?" the woman asked politely but her words were indeed something that Jillyanna had been thinking for a long time.
"I am not being harsh in selling the company. In fact, I am being extra careful. If you have heard of me before, I am a child with CHD. Any moment, I'd be gone and I want someone who will manage the company for me. Currently, I am five months old pregnant and in the future, my child would also inherit this company. So, why not have my husband take care of this business matter for me? I don't want to stress myself and I don't want the company to suffer either. So selling my shares to him would be the best choice."
Someone raised his hand and asked Jillyanna the same question that Travis asked her. "Why don't you just transfer the share to your husband's name?"
"I need money to give to the orphanage where my parents grew up."

Everyone gave him a round of applause and Travis made a deep bow in front of them. "This company is very important to Jillyanna and I am thankful that you keep the company intact all these years. I'd like to thank Atty. Lewis for finding my wife and for letting her know of her father's information. I will do my best in managing this company and not let down everyone."
"We trust your words Mr. Madrigal. How else can you build your own J Entertainment and manage a big Venus Plaza if not with your intelligence? We know that you will help us do better." Atty. Lewis spoke with utmost respect for the younger man.
Everyone felt the same towards him. He's young yet he was able to build her own J Entertainment, manage the Venus Plaza and the hacienda that his mother left. He was really remarkable so they didn't question Jillyanna's decision anymore.
After that meeting, Travis and Jillyanna went inside Anton's office to sign the sell of share of agreement with Atty. Lewis supervising them.
Savannah was asked by Vice-President Linda to stay behind so that they can discuss their welcoming party for the new president. Savannah must be there since she knew all the upcoming schedule of Travis.
"When will you visit the orphanage?" Atty. Lewis asked them after signing the contract.
"We'll visit them this afternoon so that we can send the money over as well." Jillyanna answered him.
"I see. That's good to know. But don't tire yourself so much. Dr. Sweden told me that you need to be in good condition for the operation in the future." Atty. Lewis stated.
"Thank you Atty. I will always take care of myself. Plus my husband always take care of me so I don't really have a problem." Jillyanna didn't forget in brown nosing her husband who was sitting beside her.
Travis could only chuckle at her statement and smile at Atty. Lewis.

His lips pulled up into a devilish smile making her heart faltered in its beat.
"Why don't you return with me my sweet wife?" his voice was husky as he beckoned her to come closer.

"I'm not your wife sweetheart. You've mistaken me for someone else." Jilyanna played along but her eyes were scanning her surroundings for possible escape.

"You're not? Then give me back my sperm."

Jilyanna choked at his words. She did promise him to be his wife, but she didn't want to get married at all. However, she did steal his sperm and it's over a month old.

Liu Xiaolan and Mu Yuchen walked past the city's streets, slowly trailing towards Liujia's Wood Workshop.

A few minutes later, all the chestnuts were divided into the buckets and the only thing left to do was to push the stall outside the shop and wait for customers to come.

Liu Jiahao noticed their movement and said, "You're ready to set up your little shop, girl Liu? Do you need some help?"

"It's fine, Uncle Liu." She said while following after Mu Yuchen. "We're alright, hopefully we can start selling soon."

Shopkeeper Liu agreed with her and wished her good luck. After all, their stall doing well is also a good thing for himself. Otherwise, if it turns out that Liu Xiaolan and Mu Yuchen's stall can't bring any customers, wouldn't he need to think of another way to bring new people to his wood workshop?

If I can make my one happy and satisfied customer, and if my honest efforts would build a good name for me in the online market, that's already achievement for me. Besides, I do need the exercise. My tummy has become fat due to my lack of physical activity. :)
As I have said, I've learned so many valuable lessons in online selling like, in order to have potential customers, you must take many pictures of the product you are selling. The customers always want to know the condition and the quality of a product and you must be honest and give that vital information to them.
It might be cliche, but this old saying stands true and is one of the proven keys to business success - Honesty is the best policy.
Integrity, eagerness, enthusiasm in business, industriousness, giving discounts and freebies, giving more value to the customer's money, selling good quality stuff, always being kind, courteous, and respectful whenever communicating with them, I did all of this and more in my online selling. After three months, I've sold all the stuff I posted in the free social media platforms and earned a few thousand pesos.

Now, I don't want to make the same mistake I did back when I was in highschool. So I set aside 10% of everything I've earned as savings and put it in a coinbank.
I would love to open a savings account in a bank but, my money is really not that big so, a coinbank would suffice.
Saving, I've learned in the hardest way, is one of the most important principle to busines success. It is so easy to say, but so hard to do because it is so easily forgotten. I must save money, even if it's just a small amount. I must never be reckless and think that "Ah, if I spend all my money, it's okay! I have a business now! I'll earn it all back again!" No! That's not true! I can never be sure if I'll always have my business and earn money. Calamity may strike (it already did, actually) again and all of it will be gone. And If I have no savings, what then? I'll be back to zero.
I must save the money I've worked hard for. Save! Save! Save! I told myself repeatedly, for it's very tempting to buy new, unnecessary stuff again. I need to be frugal and do proper financial management.
So, three long months have passed. I practically sold everything I owned, and earned some good amount of cash. But now I face a new dilemna - I have no more stuff to sell.
I can't use the money I've earned to buy new products because, I live in the province. The selection of saleable products here are very limited. That's not all, the capital, the shipping cost, and all the labor I need to put into it is way too high.
It's just not worth the effort.
In short, I've reached a dead end.
I'm mentally paralyzed. I have no idea what to do. Yeah, sure, I have some money now, but I can't recklessly invest it. I must calculate the risk. The lower the risk, the higher the chance of success.

It's a total lost cause. Who would buy an antique water pump anyway? It's outdated! It's obsolete! Nobody uses this thing anymore! Everything's automatic now!

Out of frustration and silly curiousity, I tried to operate the water pump if it's still working...

Finally the next day Richard heard the total sale of his book in kitchen.
"Hello. oh Austin , you got result. What!!. How much!!. Okay. thank you Austin . yes I will tell Ric." said Hanna excitedly cutting of the call.
"Whats the matter honey." asked David curious.
"We got the first day sale result!! " said still excited Hanna.
"How much. Looking at you it must be a lot." said Ricahrd sitting up straight and bracing for impact.

"What!! 1.5 million USD" exclaimed David.

"According to our estimate about 2.5 million copy of the book will be sold with in this month " Austin. After such stunning performance by his customer he got a promotion, so he can now sit in the meeting room.
"In average 100,000 copies are being ordered for this and the next week in all shops both in east coast and west coast." editor 2
"If they are ordering so much than increase printing by more 10,000." replied Harmen.
"After seeing the sales record I hereby propose we should start shelving abroad." Austin.
"Does anyone have any objection" Harmen.
"I think we should wait for a while. We should consider selling international after we gain maximum profit from domestic sale." replied Mike. 
He is a editor who came same time as Austin but as he a have good backing and unearthed quite a few medium popular books, he got promotion faster. But seeing Austin getting a good author made him jealous.  
"If we do that we will miss this good opportunity. now media is hyping this book. so we can easily start our international sales without much promotional cost. so now is the best time." argued Austin.
"Austin is correct. Now is the good time than any other time. So, I approve the proposal of starting the initial stage of international sales." replied Harmen supporting Austin after hearing the argument and counter argument of Austin and Mike.
"By the way Austin Didn't Richard have written any stories lately or will write any?"
"As far as I know he is still writing short stories for NY times which will be compiled in a month or two into a book called <My ocean stories 2>. Beside that he said he made a outline for a sequel of this book, which he will start writing after his rehears for his stage drama."
"What!! he is writing a sequel than get his priority with us as soon as possible when his new shot stories compilation book is done. When you will get the compilation get it printed as so soon as possible. Also if his asking rage is 10% and 20% then sing the contract very quickly."
"Don't worry sir. I will look into it."
"So, are there anything else."

"I will take that as a no. So the meting is adjourned"
