I will not fall for you all at once. No, I will fall for you gradually—falling for the little things. Like the way you laugh mid kiss sometimes, and look at me like you can't believe what is happening. Or the way you reach over in your still sleep-fogged state and pull me close to you as if you cannot keep me close enough. Or simply the way you look at me when we laugh; laughing with you is my favorite. It's like looking directly into your core and seeing how truly vulnerable you can be; laughing with me yet hoping I won't break your heart. But what you don't know is that I could never break your heart, because it is the most beautiful thing about you.
I remember the day you asked me my top pet peeves before listing yours. You said these were your only deal breakers. They were off the wall and nothing close to what I expected, but they were yours—they were part of you—they made you who you are. Opening up to reveal your vulnerabilities says a lot about you. I always saw the fierce uniqueness burning brightly in you, but your list illuminated that even more. I was hooked.
What I so badly wanted you to see is that I am the girl who will be there for you when you need reminding how amazing you are, because life has you convinced otherwise. The girl who will cherish any time spent with you, simply because it is a chance to be near you. I'm the girl who will make you homemade chicken noodle soup from scratch when you're not feeling well. I'm the girl who will believe you when you say you want to "take things slow" to give us the chance at having something real. But I'm also the girl who will stand up for herself instead of being walked on.
I guess no answer is answer enough. I'm not important enough to warrant a simple, quick text saying you're not up for hanging out? I'm not important enough to stick around and wonder where this is going, because the answer is clearly a resounding "nowhere." It echoes off the walls built by the silence you have placed between us so many weeks ago now. I'm done waiting for a response, convincing myself that somewhere—even in the far back of your mind—is a thought of me that will ring through as if someone tapped a fingernail on a crystal glass. A clear sound to ripple to the front of your consciousness and remind you I'm standing by… but I'll stand by no more.
I deserve to be happy… but so do you. Waiting around for something to never happen only promotes the stagnation of life, progression—it halts the future and what it has in store. What so many others our age forget to remember is this: love isn't simply choosing to spend your life with someone. It is waking up every day and making the daily choice to spend the rest of your life with them. Love isn't passive, it's an action—a daily choice. It's perpetual.
But the most important kind of love is the kind we most often neglect: self love. I gave that up in my desperate search for love from you, and I lost sight of who I am and what makes me happy. So instead of sitting around waiting for a text from you that will probably never come, I'm choosing myself every day. To wake up and remind myself that I am strong, and worthy of being loved the way I wanted to love you. Someday, I will get that kind of love from another person, someone capable of allowing me to love them.
And so since I know you will never read this letter, I hope someone—somewhere is able to learn from my misgivings and at the very least, love themselves again. I hope it as much for a stranger as I wish it for you. But I also hope that you remember being forgotten, like me, by so many potential lovers before me. Please love yourself again.
Dear reader: you're beautiful, amazing, and worthy of so much love. Please don't ever forget that… but if you do, I hope you also remember to love yourself first. Because nothing will make you happier than doing what is best for yourself. Be happy. Be free. Be loved.

What Are the Effects of Hate Crimes?
People victimized by violent hate crimes are more likely to experience more psychological distress than victims of other violent crimes.ii Specifically, victims of crimes that are bias-motivated are more likely to experience post-traumatic stress, safety concerns, depression, anxiety and anger than victims of crimes that are not motivated by bias.iii,iv,v

What Leads to Hate Crimes?
Hate crimes are an extreme form of prejudice, made more likely in the context of social and political change. Public and political discourse may devalue members of unfamiliar groups,ix and offenders may feel that their livelihood or way of life is threatened by demographic changes.x Offenders may not be motivated by hate, but rather by fear, ignorance or anger. These can lead to dehumanization of unfamiliar groups and to targeted aggression.xi,xii
How Prevalent Are Hate Crimes?
The FBI reported 7,145 hate crimes in 2017;xiii however, the majority of hate crimes are never reported, so these data underestimate the true pervasiveness.xiv
Reported hate crimes in 2017 were motivated by hostility based on race/ethnicity (58.1 percent), religion (22.0 percent), sexual orientation (15.9 percent), gender identity (.6 percent) and disability (1.6 percent). Hate crimes targeted Jewish, African-American and LGBT communities at high rates.

The American Psychological Association Condemns All Hate Crimes
APA supports the efforts of researchers, law enforcement, clinicians, teachers and policy-makers to reduce the prevalence of hate crimes and to alleviate their effects upon victims.xix We can address hate crimes through the following prevention and intervention policies and programs:
Support implementation of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act and full funding for the Department of Justice's  Civil Rights Division, Office for Victims of Crime and Community Relations Service.

She suddenly feels her chin being lifted, her eyes meet the hazels of Demian. She forgets to breathe and falls from her pose onto the floor. She doesn't have time to regain her senses before two strong arms lift her off the floor.

She is about to question him on his weird behaviour when her mouth is suddenly covered by his in a kiss.

Is it possible to hate the person you love.

Love and hate, love, hate, hate, love. When it comes to feelings, they are both strong emotions that stand against each other. Love-hate relationships are also complicated because you either love them at times or you hate them, either way, you still love each other but hate each other at the same time. Oxymoronic are two polar opposite emotions that are used in the same sense. So confusing yet so sane. I mean what really are feelings? Are they thoughts that are kept inside of you only to be acted upon or be kept there just pondering? It's pretty amazing how feelings control our lives in a way. Just like how you feel an emotion such as love towards someone and you decide to confess to them from then on it impacts your life. Right? I love someone they love me back, we get into a relationship, it's just so fascinating how there are over 7 billion people in this world yet our feelings gravitate to this one person out of a possible 7 billion chance. Love? Is there really a specific time where you can feel it, where you just know you are in love or falling in love, does your mind make you believe you are in love, or do u just want to feel love so you force it. Then there's fate, I'm not really sure if I believe in fate or luck or maybe that it's just what happens, happens as there is nothing we can do about it as it's just the anomaly. Anomaly? I mean what really is normal?

There's a clear line between love and hate, but although clear, the line is very thin. It's easy to go from loving someone to hating them, and vice versa. Before you make any actions, especially when you feel hate towards a person, you have to make sure you absolutely hate them, to the point you won't regret whatever it is that you do to them
This is something I don't understand, but don't mention unless the topic is brought up, why some, not all, but some female leads end up with the guy who originally hated them, till they found out the truth.
First of all, in real life, any rational person would go with the second male lead, or villain who loves them dearly, and is also almost, if not the same level rich as the male lead is. in real life, faced with the choice of a handsome rich guy who treats you terribly, and a handsome rich guy who treats you gently
Unless you're into a sort of love leaning more on the sadist side, most once again, rational people would choose the second type of man. Being a sadist or a masochist isn't wrong, and different people have different ways of showing their love
Some people's way of showing their love in today's society can be considered wrong, but no one is in the right position to judge that exactly, considering the fact that we all die one day, whether somebody loved correctly or wrongly, it doesn't really matter once we close our eyes in eternal sleep.
Hate, just like love is a strong emotion, all emotions can be strong enough when pushed to a certain point. People say "Money is the root of all evil", but the correct saying should be "Greed is the root of evil".Even then, it's not necessarily the root of all evil, instead, it's the root of many evils.
For me, in stories where the male lead hated the female lead to the bone and tried many ways to kill her, but then later repents and they live happily ever after never made any sense. Firstly, with the male leads power he should have been able to determine the truth of the matter before having hurt the female lead and leading to her rebirth.
If I plan to hate someone, I would make sure to hate them all the way through, although I'm also glad when the male and female leads get their happy ending, it's because I don't want to think so much while I'm reading it, since I know I'd end up mad, sad, and confused as to why she didn't just find a better guy after her rebirth.
Another thing that makes me not so mad when I read endings like these, is because; one, the villainess of the female leads last and current life got their retribution, two, love is a wonder that can't be described, and three, the amount of suffering she experienced in her previous life is the amount of happiness she's receiving now.
one thing that I've always found a bit odd is people treating hate as some sort of extremely bad emotion when they treat love,more specifically the extreme,ugly side of love as something normal,an example is how with too much hate harboring in you,you could be put in a mental hospital or something similar,and yet love,which has an actual sickness;lovesick, isn't seen as that extreme or important.
people have to remember that in most cases,hates is born from love just like darkness is born from light.sometimes people do extreme things to "show" their love,and comfort themselves by saying "it was all for love" even though they know whatever they did was wrong,if it wasn't wrong,they wouldn't need to mentally excuse themselves with the reason of it all being for love.
I don't like hiding how other people should feel their emotions,because from my perspective,u might understand the pain someone else is feeling because you've been in a similar situation as them,but you can't use yourself as a base to judge what the other person is feeling,simply based on the fact that you're not them,so although you might have been in a similar situation to them, it doesn't mean you felt the exact same way they did in the situation.
Many ugly things,especially in novels can be covered up with the reason being "they were done unde love", in cases like this,everyone usually eventually forgives that person for their actions because it was done under love,and yet when the same actions are done under hate, suddenly the other person becomes the object of public condemnation, such situations really get me thinking "won't everything I do be logical as long as it was under love,even if I hate someone, as long as I act as though I love them,won't my actions to justified as those of a lovesick fool" 
I also contradict myself quite a lot,because I very much believe in the statement "all is fair in love and war" but for war,I automatically translate it to hate, although I never say "all is fair in love and hate", I view hating someone should be similar to war,because whether mentally or physically, you are at "war" with that person
Of course there are different levels in love and hate,they can't exactly be classified in specific levels due to everyone one being different from each other. I'm not quite sure how to put it into words,but I guess you could say the classification can be put into " a bit, okay, quite a lot, plenty, and massively" my not quite sure how to explain what I mean by that
its kinda like in love,there's "a crush, admirer, longing,  love, deep love, till death do is part, and even in death I won't let you go". And in hate there's "dislike, ignoring, can't stand to be in the same place together, enemies meet on a narrow road, hate, deep hate, even if it costs me my life I'll taking you with me, and if I must,I'll use my after life to end you as well" in real life, the last two for both love and hate are usually very very very rare.

Rather than all the questions we have, Ie decided to turn this into a lyric book, before I write any song lyrics in the book, I want everyone who comes across this book to know that i am not the creator/owner of any of these songs, the artist of the song,and genre of the song along with itś title will be put before the lyrics to the song.
