   I want to firstly thank God for giving me the talent, strength and determination to write. Appreciation goes out to my biggest supporters; my family, my close friends. 
   It's really happened this time. My debut book has been published! I couldn't be more excited, anxious, or humbled. I hope only to grow from this first experience. 
   This book is written for, but certainly not limited to the audience of, the powerful women. The strong women; the women who fight silently or boldly –the women who don't give up –the women who, even through heartbreak, can mend the souls of other people. 
   You are inspirational. You are significant. You can make it through anything. You are a Queen. Claim your Power.

Some authors in chat talked about a book's worth. 

Most agreed that its value depends on the readers' willingness to pay for a novel. And the most selling here in WN are romance and h e n t a i.

Honestly, it is true in a sense that most authors who don't write these two genres or have the general audience receive lesser income to none. However, there are also other genres that are popular.

What saddening is that a story which has no s** will be buried deep in the list of books.

One time, a person told me that he won't read books without s**. I think you understand what I mean.

Sad... 

Those good literary authors will just choose Amazon. I totally agree with that.

But, is that what really makes a book valuable? So, the authors will just resort to writing stories with s**  since most will welcome it.

I feel sad if it is.

I've been reading and watching epic and classic stories like Mary Poppins, The Twelve Kingdoms, Fushigi Yuugi, The Vision of Escaflowne, Star Wars, Anne of Green Gables, Pride and Prejudice, Little Women, and others. 

These are great books but I'm not sure if the new generation is still reading them.

Hoping they are.

So, what is the worth of a writer? Of a person's storyteller's heart and creativity?

Will it just be buried deep in isolation? Will it just be following the flow of readership and abandon its desire to produce good stories?

I disagree. We still love good stories. There are still more readers who love good reads. In fact, these type of stories are more engaging and imploring. Those epic stories won't be called epic if no one reads them anymore. They are classified as such because their worth is beyond trends.

They simply go against the flow and create a tsunami, leaving people awestruck.

That is the type of book I want to write. I prefer to be remembered as an author who writes good stories without compromising the principles I believe.

Don't get me wrong. There are still good books with a bit of those s** things out there that you can read. But they don't focus on those scenes but on the story itself.

I am a person who never follows trends. And I care less what people call me. I will rather be true to myself than to follow the crowd and lose my self-respect.

In my opinion, the worth of a story is not only on the business side but also on how much heart and effort the author gives to his/her books.

To authors: Let us enjoy writing good stories. Let us be proud of what we write for not everyone can be authors. And not all writers can finish a book. The truth, most books here are unfinished.

To readers: Support good books and give the authors that confidence to continue writing good stories. Without your support, the authors might give up. If no one read good stories, then there's no point on writing one. But I believe most readers still love those type of books.

"A`Yuan, how is it?"
"…"
"This is an inspirational movie. It speaks of a healing story between a man and a dog."
"A homeless guy who is addicted to cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs would be inspirational? And it's with a dog?"
"Yes, it's quite good!"
"Don't take a crooked path. We're dignified people and won't shoot prohibited films that have strong tastes!"
"A`Yuan, you're wrong. This isn't an ordinary dog, and it definitely isn't a prohibited film. What are you thinking?" Fatty Wei rebutted firmly.
"Then what is it?"
"It's a homeless dog who is all skin and bones. It had been lucky to come out from the dog slaughterhouse alive..."
"Inspirational?"
"Quite so!"
"Then why would you think of me?"
"It's because you're a smoking addict, one who has a strong addiction at that. The way you quit for one day and then go back to smoking really gives off a strong feeling of drug addiction. I feel that it wouldn't be bad if you use that for your acting in the movie itself. You'll be able to shine!"

Lu Yuan suddenly didn't know how to rebut.
Lu Yuan could see intense confidence and fierceness in Fatty Wei's eyes.
When he saw Lu Yuan, his gaze was filled with enthusiasm.
He looked like a virgin who had just gotten a taste of sweetness, sharpening his tool and raring to do a good job, endlessly without stopping.
Lu Yuan looked at the moon outside and then looked again at the slightly empty office's main hall.
In the past, he should be calling for a celebration without asking anything. However, Lu Yuan suddenly lost interest in doing so.
"You drank?"
"A little."
"Go to sleep. We'll talk tomorrow."
"A`Yuan, I'm very serious. After [Buried] goes on air, we'll prepare for this [Homeless]! We don't need much investment either. It can be contained within 1.3 million, and it's totally within our capabilities. Moreover, we can use this small amount for a great gamble, coming up with a film that is tear-jerking yet inspirational!"
"I'm a little tired..."
"Take a look at the script first before you sleep?"
"Alright, alright!"
Seeing how insistent Fatty Wei was, Lu Yuan was speechless. He switched on the lights in the hall and took the script from him.
In the beginning, he didn't have much interest in this script, but after reading for a while, he suddenly felt that it wasn't bad.
Lu Yuan felt a sense of familiarity toward the male lead's middle school days.
"How is it?"
"Not bad..."
"Our company will go with this for our next movie?"
"Alright."
"You'll be the main lead, so I'll be the director this time around?" Fatty Wei threw a glance at Lu Yuan probingly.
"Sure, no problem!"
"Then I'll buy this script for now?"
"How much is it?"
"$7,000."
"Oh, wait, how much did you say it costs?"
"The asking price is $7,000, but if we were to negotiate a little, we might be able to get it for around $5,000 or so."
"Oh," Lu Yuan felt that this script seemed to be a little cheap.
It was possible to buy a script for $5,000?
"Erm... Can you transfer $7,000 to me?"
"Didn't I just give you your director bonus?"
"I went to pay back the debts I had before... I returned Old Li $20,000... Moreover, this script is so good, and you're our company's president, so..."
"Alright, alright!" Lu Yuan was speechless to see how awkward Fatty Wei was acting, thus he had no choice but to give in to him.
"Alright! That's our boss!" Fatty Wei was overjoyed, his face looking as brilliant as a blooming chrysanthemum as he kissed up to Lu Yuan.
He seemed to be able to see a beautiful life beckoning toward him...

The days passed by very quickly.
In the blink of an eye, late August was here.
Although the weather in August was dry and hot as usual, there was a hint of coolness compared to July.
There would be production crews of all sizes coming to Hengdian every day, and there would be countless actors, actresses, and celebrities visiting. The hotels were all fully packed, having bustling businesses. Lu Yuan felt very envious upon seeing that.
Lu Yuan had also fantasized about opening a hotel that was specially catered for celebrities.
It was a pity that it would only be a dream.
Why?
Of course it was because he was poor!
How was one supposed to open a hotel with just several hundred thousand dollars? Wouldn't that be crap talk?
After all, reality wasn't a dream, and fantasizing a little was enough. One would be a fool if they really put things into action.
There was Fatty Wei to worry about the movie, so Lu Yuan didn't need to put in much effort. During this time, he had been reading all sorts of books regarding performances and would also occasionally watch television to learn from this world's art films.

"What did you call that person?"
"Brother. What about it?"

During this time, Wang Jinxue had given Lu Yuan a very short call. After Lu Yuan had replied to her question, Wang Jinxue hung up immediately.
Lu Yuan found this perplexing, but when he tried to call back, Wang Jinxue's phone was switched off.
In the next ten or more days, Wang Jinxue didn't call Lu Yuan any more. It was as if she had disappeared.
Women were really a bunch of mysterious animals.
Lu Yuan couldn't understand and shook his head, not thinking too much into it.
Of course, he wasn't willing to admit that his emotional intelligence was very low.
No matter how high a person's emotional intelligence was, there would still be times in which they would be stumped, wouldn't they?
It was very normal for one to be stumped.
Moreover, he wasn't someone who studied psychology.
Another thing worth mentioning in August was that Lu Yuan had become famous.
Although it wasn't something as exaggerated as having become famous overnight, various news about him had taken up the headlines on many major websites for two days...
That video of his interview, especially, had taken the second spot on Yousou Video Site for a total of four days!
The video in the first place had an overwhelming amount of views that was close to three times as much...
What was it?
The video in the first place was naturally [Subway Station]'s trailer...
After all, the popularity of Director Zhang Tong, as well as some of the involved celebrities, wasn't to be underestimated. There was no problem for them to crush a video on Lu Yuan's interview. Even though Lu Yuan's video had been overtaken by a huge degree, he still managed to attract some attention.
After all, he was the singer in the trailer. Moreover, he had shown his face for several tens of seconds...
As Lu Yuan had gotten famous, the netizens slowly started to know about the movie [Buried] in August.
People knew that this movie had a small capital. The total investment in it was only one million...
However, its reputation as a movie with only one actor was extremely huge!
Many people had great anticipation, wondering how the movie was produced when there was only one actor.
Although [Buried]'s popularity as a new film was ranked 49th on the Tomato Site of the Movie Portal Web and couldn't be compared to [Capital City] that was played by Shen Lianjie, they at least managed to get into the top 50.
Given the small investment of one million, a new producer, and an actor who had lost his popularity, it was quite an amazing feat to be able to get into the top 50.
Reality was still reality after all. There couldn't possibly be such an amazing operation all of a sudden.
Many things required some settling down. They would require accumulation and fermentation.
To Lu Yuan, what he needed to do now was to have a good sleep. After he woke up, he would take a shower, do his hair, and then attend [Buried]'s premiere. He would then just wait for the results of the box office result.
As for the rest...
There was nothing much to worry about.
Even if it didn't do well, he was still very calm...
Anyway, he had savings of several hundred thousand dollars in his pocket. In the worst-case scenario, he could just go back home and open a shop...

30 August. Sunny.
"The movie will be premiering tomorrow. Brother Sheng, are you nervous?"
"What do you think?"
"Not nervous at all."
"Of course. Oh right, has the sample film been sent to Taiwan's Golden Horse Awards?"
"Little Wang has sent it over."
"Oh, that's good then."
"Oh right, I heard that [Buried] has been sent over as well."
"Fatty Wei's movie?"
"That's right!"
"There's no need to tell me about the matters of a clown like him. It'd just be a laughing stock."
"Brother Sheng, Fatty Wei is proclaiming that he wants to compete against you. You plan on..."
"What plan? If an ant were to challenge an elephant, would the elephant possibly care about the ant? What rights does Fatty Wei have to compete with me? It's a movie that only one cinema is willing to accept. If I were to care about him, then wouldn't he reap off some popularity from me?"
"That's true. Let's just ignore him and leave him be! Brother Sheng is really farsighted!"
"It's good that you understand. In the future, don't use such rubbish information to disgust me. You only need to report to me after the box office results are out. Understand?"
"I understand."
"You can go now."
"Alright!"

"Old Wang, your judgment isn't good."
"Old Liu, it's your judgment that's bad."
"You dare put up a movie that is based on such a small capital?"
"Haha, it doesn't necessarily mean that a small capital can't warrant a good film."
"You're too idealistic. Wake up. You aren't young anymore. It's better to put up more shows for [Capital City]. After all, your cinema chain can only be considered a second-rated one..."
"No need. How can I change something that has already been decided..."
"It's up to you then. Don't come and complain to me after you suffer great losses. Tianqin won't be so foolish. You're a company that sells clothes but yet imitate others to start up a cinema chain. You won't be able to succeed."
"Haha, everyone has their own aspirations."
"Haha, alright then."


In that year, with a script finished in five hours, Lu Yuan who was dying for money successfully got a large investment of one million Yuan from a rich and beautiful girl.
At first, he just planned to spend eight hundred thousand Yuan on shooting and take the remaining two hundred thousand Yuan home before the movie's release, marrying a wife and running a small business. He swore he would never come to Hengdian again.
However…
The box office got an extraordinary success…



A younger Eric was in a van, he was not alone. Around Eric were many other children of similar ages, all the children wore sad looks on their face as they thought of their futures. Men in suits had arrived in their small town capturing all of them and even taking out some of their parents. 

“Eric I’m scared…” a young girl tugged at his sleeves. “Hey don’t be, look at me were going to be okay” Eric put up a false smile to comfort the young girl, “what about mom and dad, where are they Eric…” the tears began to form in her eyes. 

Eric moved his hands up to her face cleaning her tears. “Esther… remember its me and you always okay, and as long as I am here nothing will happen.” Eric put up a comforting smile and pulled her closer to his chest, his face became solemn when she could no longer see his expression. 

Looking around at the friends all around he knew that their peaceful lives were over. 

The van came to a stop, and every child became alert and the fear even more evident with they all wondering the same thing, where are we. The vans opened and men in suit surrounded them with guns as they led the children out of the van. 

Eric followed in to keeping his sister close at his side. The place they were in was filled with trees and the other vans which opened to let out more children, Eric and the older kids knew that they were somewhere far from civilization and their last hopes of freedom were dashed. 

They were marched into some sort of facility, looking around Eric could not see any of his parents or other adults and thought to himself they might have been sent to another place or were probably somewhere in the same facility. 

Looking up at the facility, Eric could not help but wonder how long would he be here and what was in store for them. The children entered the facility in an orderly file, before them Eric could see that there were men and women in white, they began separating the children by their genders seeing this, Esther became scared holding onto Eric even tighter. 

The people in white came and grabbed Esther who screamed in protest. Eric rushed towards her but was held back by the men in white, “let go. I. said. Let. Go!” Eric roared releasing his claws and his eyes began to glow he flipped the men holding him and began rushing towards the ones holding his sister. More men in white came over with batons trying to take him down but Eric was an animal relying solely on his instincts he took many of them down but just as he was about to get to his sister, he heard a thud followed by a throbbing pain in the back of his head his vision began to darken and the last thing he heard was his sister screaming out his name. 

“Esther!” Eric woke up with a jolt screaming for his sister, he looked around to see he was surrounded by children all in white who had stepped back probably scared by his outburst. He tried to get too his feet but he felt he was restrained, looking down he realized he was in white like the rest but unlike the rest he was in restraints his arms and feet were cuffed. 

As he was staring at his restraints, a figure crushed into him nearly sending him down, after a closer look the figure it was none other than his sister. “Esther, oh my God are you okay? Did they do anything to you?” “its good to see your up”, a voice interrupted the siblings moment. Eric moved in front of his sister, “its okay brother he is a good guy” Esther tugged at his clothes. 

Seeing Eric calm down the boy continued, “you are Eric I presume, I am David and I am just like you.” With his words his eyes gave of a faint blue glow, a silver liquid flowed from his hand before solidifying into a staff. Seeing this Eric’s earlier suspicion that all the kids here might be like he and his sister was proven, “where are we?” Eric asked David his wariness against him gone now he knew they were all of the same kind. 

“The same facility”, “what do these guys truly want from us.” Eric’s anger and frustration could be heard as he spoke “to experiment on us probably, your earlier outburst was inspirational, dumb… but inspirational nonetheless.” Eric’s expression changed unhappy about being called dumb by some kid he just met but just as he was about to argue the only door in this place was opened and men with guns came into the place. 

The men moved away making way for another man who were a white lab coat with a pair of glasses atop the bridge of his nose, the top of his nose facing his demeanor all the children knew he was in charge. The man began walking straight through the children accompanied by the guards he soon arrived before Eric and came to a stop looking down into his eyes, Eric stared back at him the man held his gaze for a few moments before breaking into a smile. 

“well, hello there..”

lets get one thing straight I'm no hero nor villain, I do what I want, when I want.

Eric Lycan is a 29 year old man who was born with extraordinary abilities. These abilities caused him to have a horrible childhood with so many people after him key amongst them was the government. After years of running Eric is tired of it all and decides it is time he stops running, it is time he fights back after all he has nothing left to loose.

The receptionist knocked on the door and announced their arrival to the woman sitting in the chair looking at some papers. She signalled them to come in. Smiling the receptionist ushered the ladies in and left them to their own fates.
So-ah: (not looking up) you have brought back up?!
Ye-Jin: (casually sitting on a nearby couch in the huge room) I wasn't going to face the lioness alone.
So-ah: (tsk-ing) I thought you were my brave little sister.
Ye-Jin: (pointing for Aera to sit) not when I am guilty.
So-ah: (chuckling and walking towards them) you are still hung upon it? 
Ye-Jin: (hanging her head) I am sorry big sis, I broke my promise that night. It won't happen again.
So-ah: (patting her head) it's alright Jin, I forgave you long back.
Ye-Jin: (quickly hugging her sister) I missed you big sis.
So-ah: (chuckling) I too missed you little sis. 
They exchanged several pleasantries with each other and by that time Aera was too confused to even form words about the situation she had gotten herself into. 
She had followed Ye-Jin to dish out some juicy stuff but now she was here in front of the one and only Park So-ah. 
The person who didn't know about the youngest female president of the Park Group was definitely living under some rock because So-ah had grown to be an inspirational figure to many young women and girls of their generation. She was the perfect combination of beauty, wit, cruelty and ruthlessness. 
Being the gossip monger she was, Aera recognised So-ah at first glance but looking at Ye-Jin's close relationship with the top tier noble woman her nerves short circuited and her brain was being sluggish at putting the pieces together and Ye-Jin wasn't helping her either this time. 
She was scared to death and in anxiety she was digging her nails in her palms when the conversation of the powerful women took a sharp right angled turn.
So-ah: Sooru told me about the baby- Sarangh. How is she now?
Ye-Jin: didn't Shin-Jay tell you? Ray helped with her adoption.
So-ah: that reminds me- when were you going to tell me that you were dating someone?
Ye-Jin: (surprised) w-who m-me?!
So-ah: don't lie to me. I know you are dating Ray these days. 
They heard a faint cough coming from the other end of the couch where a red faced Aera was trying to hide her emotions.

His father wanted him to take up his position and be the next patriarch of the family.

His family wanted him to be a responsible young man who'd lead the family to greater heights.

Some envious people wanted him to fail and become the scum of the earth.

His mother wanted him to be a filial son who would let her heart and mind rest at peace.

Burdened by all of it he ran away from 'home' in pursuit of 'something'

Then he found her and

She wanted him to be just him and love her with all his heart.

The return was disorientating, the sudden movement, the complete shift was quite strange to me and the townsfolk who had never encountered such sophisticated magic, we would have never traveled by portal before. So that caused quite a few of us to bend over and throw up the heap of scraps they were given for food.
After a few seconds of pain my head began to clear. I looked around, at our so called "new home", from this point of view it wasn't a whole lot to look at. we were on top on a hill, looking over an encampment. The army that was stationed there seemed haphazard and disorganized, nothing like the ordered lines and camps of the Empire when they performed their yearly tour around the border, showing us border folk the true power of the Empire. 
They were very impressive it must be said. Earth Mages, Summoners and all manners of powers help set up an incredibly defense position in less than a few hours. It was a great holiday for us. We got to come out as a town and watch the true might of the Empire be the height of efficiency, of course they would tear down all the encampment they would make, just so it couldn't be used against our town or the Empire itself, their more destructive mages at work being just as inspirational in their power and force.
Looking down at this camp, filled with women and children, who looked far worse for wear. Barely outfitted troops walked around like kings. It looked a horrid place. The man that had brought us to the awakening podium breathing in a breath of fresh air, like it was a great drug, he seemed to relax, with that relaxation came a true sense of his power. He had been tightly coiled before in the Empire lands. Now though he let loose, revealing his full power of a high tier being.
"Welcome to Camp Hrack, one of many camps that belong to the great Warlords, rejoice, we are free"
With that inspirational message he flew off towards the largest tent in the Camp, a very fancy affair, a complete mishmash to the surrounding image.
"Come now, you are part of the Hordes now, newly awakened combatants follow me to be tested, the others follow Captain Nery over there who will bring you to your new homes"
With a sense of numbness we began to follow his orders, we fell into a haphazard line following him away from the main group. I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to see those folks for a long time, for some that gave me immeasurable joy, for others great sadness.
Walking down the hill, we started to make our way towards the center of the camp, slowly getting closer to the giant tent looking down on the rest of the camp, even from its position in the bottom of the valley.
This wasn't a place of great prosperity, I could make out that much already, the equipment was outdated and rusty.
That soon became clear that was just for the fringe fighters, the gear grew better quite dramatically as we began to get closer to the tent, I hadn't seen such equipment on even the Empires High Warriors akin to the ones we were seeing just outside the Main tent. The whole thing was quite intimidating and hammered home the fact that escape by this point was certainly impossible. The silence of our death march was broken by our leader.
"You will now be tested and placed into the groups that best match your abilities, Good luck"
He went into the tent, it took a few minutes for him to come back out, leaving us to chat among ourselves. I was in no mood for talking, unfortunately I wasn't given a choice.
"How strong are you Byren, if we can get into the same troop then it will be far easier to plan our revenge."
His confident look spoke volumes that he didn't really think that we were in the same magic class.
"I am pretty sure I have potential for Tier 6"
I decided to be honest as for the moment he was probably one of my only reliable allies. His look made me feel a little self conscious. He didn't believe me.
"Okay, that would be great, I think I have similar potential from my visions, so if we can get into the primary encampments then that would be for the best"
I could only agree, but we were broken from any more talk, by two people emerging from the tent along with our original guide. They were wearing fancy robes, with a weird looking symbol on their chests.
"Primes, these are the new recruits from a small little village on the borders of the Empire."
These new guys didn't think much of us that much was obvious, the look of disdain on their face spoke volumes about their temperament. I wouldn't say any of them are even Heri material, never mind Huti. I don't think any of them have potential. For anything further."
The guide just nodded along as the two assholes began to look around us from all angles. It was quite annoying, I felt like a cattle ready for the sale. It was disconcerting. These people were obviously important. The guard was agreeing with everything they said about the low quality of their new stock.
 "Okay begin the testing, I want to see what these lowlanders are all about"
Rolling out another enchanted Vald stone, this was something I had always dreamed about, gaining glory in a single step from my immense potential. I just didn't think it would be under these circumstances.
We slowly began to line up, Ben was the most motivated for whatever reason, he pushed himself in the front of the line, I was more than happy with my place around the middle.
The crystal slowly began to rise in colour, as little particles in magic demonstrated him power potential. Of course you could go past your potential, it was just incredibly difficult, and generally never more than a tier or 2.The light reached a crescendo as a purple glow appeared around him. He had the potential for Tier 6, that had been proven. I was worried what I was going to get.

Dreams of grandeur and a lost life often get covered in mud. It takes some odd circumstances to clear it all up.

The ambiance of the restaurant they chose was really good, Rachel and Catherine got a private table for two and they requested for a candle-light arrangement which the restaurant agreed to provide with. 
Rachel was really excited and she clicked a selfie with Catherine, where one could see the ambience and the candle-light arranged on the table, she sent this picture to Daniel, Jimmy and her grandpa.
She and Catherine first had some casual conversation and ordered some food and wine.
"Auntie, can you now tell my mom and dad's love story?" Rachel excitedly asked as this was the something she had been waiting for to know almost all her life.
"Absolutely, so first tell me how much do you know?" Catherine questioned her to get an idea from where to start.
"Okay, so mom and dad met somewhere, they fell in love, dad pursued her and then they got married."
Catherine was shocked knowing it, "That's it?"
"Yeah I only got to know this much." Rachel embarrassingly answered.
"Rachel that is such a generic story, haha who told you this story?" Catherine smiled seeing Rachel's innocence.
"Grandpa just mentioned it here and there, I knew one thing that they had a love marriage and they chose each other." Rachel's eyes shined when she said it was a love marriage.
"So you too want to have a love marriage just like your parents?" Catherine interpreted this seeing the spark in her eyes.
"Yes and that's why…" Rachel was about to say 'I ran away when grandpa fixed the alliance' then she remembered she is Daniel's mother and she controlled herself.
"That's why you didn't like the grandpas arranging your marriage with Danny?" Catherine asked as she understood what must have happened.
"I am really sorry auntie." Rachel felt guilty.
"Hey Rachel, please don't apologize, auntie is sorry, we planned something without even asking for your choices and your opinions, it must have been so important for you to have a love story like your parents, please don't feel bad and next time if there is anything that grandpa suggests and you don't like it, don't hesitate to say no and you can come to me, I'll support you in every decision of yours, even if it is rejecting my son, I'll be with you. You can consider me as your mother. Okay?" Catherine explained her thoughts to Rachel holding her hand, these were the words she wished she told her earlier.
"Thank you so much auntie and to be honest I like Daniel." Rachel confessed to Catherine.
Catherine was surprised by Rachel's sudden confession. She already had an idea but she never thought Rachel would so frankly share something so important with her. 
"I know it might be shocking for you but I wanted to let you know this, you are the first person I am telling this to, can you please not tell Daniel?" Rachel blurted out the truth in the spur of the moment, although she didn't regret it, she still did not want Daniel to find out about it either, especially from his mother.
"Of course sweetheart, your secret is safe with me, I am so happy you like my Danny." Catherine couldn't hide the happiness and she grinned from ear to ear. She was very happy that Rachel really likes Daniel and was even more happy to know she was the first one Rachel shared this news with. Catherine decided to not tell this to anyone and she wanted to be the only special person who knew Rachel's secret officially.
"Thank you auntie, I am really trusting you with it."
"I promise sweetie I'll not break your trust and also you have my blessing." Catherine winked at her.
Rachel blushed and smiled at her.
"Okay now coming to your parents' love story, let me start from the beginning so that you can get the context, okay?"
"Damn okay." Rachel excitedly replied.
Then Catherine started narrating the past to her.
"So, me, William and Harry were childhood best friends."
"Umm sorry to interrupt but who is Harry?" Rachel got confused as she never heard of Harry.
"Harry is my husband, Daniel and Jimmy's dad, Harry Morris."
"Oh, I am so sorry" Rachel was embarrassed, she knew him as Mr. Morris and didn't know the name.
"Chill sweetie, it is an honest mistake."
Catherine didn't mind such silly stuff.
"We three used to spend a lot of time together, our fathers were very close friends too as you can already witness two of your grandpas still hanging out together."
Rachel nodded.
"I used to have a crush on Harry since we were kids but he was always indifferent towards me and treated me just like his other friends and I always used to confide my feelings to your father, when we were in our teens there was a girl who was into Harry, I misunderstood that Harry too was into her and was kinda heartbroken, at that time, your dad then told me that Harry always liked me and he acted indifferent because he was not sure how to confess his feelings as he is a very shy guy, then based on your dad's motivation, I went and proposed Harry which he gladly accepted and we started dating, since then I always felt grateful for your father and always tried to set him up with different girls as a thank you for what he did for me but he never liked any of them and kept on rejecting all my friends." 
Rachel laughed at this, "Why did he reject them all?"
"Because he used to find them very annoying, they were all into your father and used to make moves on him and I guess he never liked it."
"Wow he was popular with girls it seems."
"Yes, very popular, so many women used to hit on him."
Rachel laughed, "Then what happened?" she curiously asked, wanting to know how her mother stood out among those women.
"Then career and studies became more important, Harry and Will wanted to pursue business management as they were very clear they wanted to take their father's businesses forward, I wanted to study architecture, I got admission in one of the best architect colleges but I had to leave London for it as it was in Dublin city. Harry and William got into the same business school in London so they were together and I got separated from them."
"Oh that's sad" Rachel pouted.
"No, not exactly as I met your mother in this architecture college, she was my batchmate there."
"Oh right, you mentioned it earlier."
"Yes, me and Liz had so many things in common that we were able to hit it off immediately and became very close friends, during our holidays I used to come to London to meet Harry and Will whereas Liz used to stay in the same city and do internships, your mother was an orphan and she had no family but luckily she was interested in studying and seeing her talent the orphanage people enrolled her in school, then later with her hard work she cracked exams and got admission in Dublin with a scholarship so she always knew the value of money and used to spend all her extra time in earning extra money so that she can pay back the orphanage so that they could educate other children and also it helped her in gaining more knowledge. She used to pay for her own expenses too."
"Wow she was so inspirational." Rachel felt pained that her mother struggled so much in life but was also impressed how her mom was independent and was leading her life her way. She already knew her mother was an orphan as she never had maternal grandparents and her grandpa was the only family she had.
"She is the best woman I ever met, I agree, she was very inspirational." Catherine got emotional remembering her friend.
"Don't be sad auntie, we should remember them happily and not get sad." Rachel tried to console her.
"You are right" Catherine composed herself and then continued, "One year passed quickly, now at that time it was compulsory for us to do internships during our long break and similarly Harry and Will too were supposed to intern somewhere, they two decided to intern in their father's company but in my case my father was not into architecture so I couldn't intern at my father's company so Will offered me an internship in one of their architect departments, so unlike now where your company has a different firm for architecture, it was not the case at that time, there was only one main office, where on one floor there was an architect department and in another floor real estate and business management on another floor and son, later your father expanded the business and that's how your company became what it is now."
"Oh" Rachel was surprised as she was not aware of it.
"Yeah, so Will offered me an internship in his company, but I didn't join as I had some issues."


Rachel, CEO of a big conglomerate woke up after being in a coma for 3 months. She ran away from her home and running away didn't do her any good and she ended up getting entangled with a few dangerous people, she thought her life would end but surprisingly she was alive and was being cared by a handsome doctor, Daniel.

Unbeknownst to her there are some hidden enemies she needs to deal with and she can only with the support of her gang of friends and the doctor she developed a crush on.

Once the rapid pounding of their hearts calmed down, Daniel pecked her lips lightly and again confessed, “I love you Rachel”
Rachel smiled back at him, “I love you too”
“Should we continue our drive or return back home?” Daniel asked.
“Let’s continue”
“You sure? Are you not tired?” Daniel was still concerned about her.
“You think only a kiss can tire me?” Rachel replied boldly, she too was not sure where this boldness came from but she suddenly felt courageous.
Daniel was surprised by her words but he was not the one to back down, “Well should we find out what can tire you?” Daniel leaned forward and whispered in her ears, his eyes looked hungry for more.
The bold Rachel of earlier disappeared and she became shy and shrank back

The scratching the cold feeling I would randomly get in my parents room. I believed it was haunted. It sucked caused I had to sleep in there alone. Cause my parents always went to bed late. I then started to notice S would hurt L. A couple weeks into it I started to ask for help. Then S suddenly bullied him more so thats why L Was barely home. I was always with L no matter what through the thick and thin. I was a gifted child I learned more and more about this demon that followed me I than tried to ask but then I see this women she didnt say a word and this was in my dream. She just stares at my while I stared at a faceless black hole and black hair lady. She grabbed my hand and all of a sudden the warmth that she gave me but something was also off I would be energized in my dreams but more tired when I woke up. I probably know why now hahahha b it still she seemed so nice to me. I told her about S she then stood up and disappeared. This female demon will help me for my wish. To get S killed. A couple days later I begged saying nevermind im sorry I kept saying that. Then she stopped appearing in my dream and the mask came back. The evil spirit driving me insane maybe our family. L told me about how happy he is trying to be I look up to him cause hes very intelligent. Not just that but inspirational too. Then it happened S moved out all of the things stopped appearing. Life was good and simple. L has a brother he loved dearly to the point of no return type shit. Lets call him LC my other brother I cherished too. We had a good time, no worries, no problems, then LC leaves the house to go to the marines. S was in the marines and it changed him for the better. S is a good man. 4 years later and LC came back. He was happy but drank a lot. I didnt notice it but strange things happened to him. He was hearing things just like me when I was down. I didnt notice till it was too late. To this day I still regret everything that ever happened between us. (P.S I LOVE YOU LC)
