One hundred and nineteen days had passed since I had entered this Ruin, two hours less to four months.
Compared to the past one month, three months before that were a breeze. In this past month, all the battles I had fought were on edge, not a single one that gave me an easy victory.
That is worrying me extremely because there might be a chance that Green Kings might appear a few hours later, and I am in no condition to face them.
The diary said the Green Kings appear an exact month before the end of the Cycle. Each Cycle of Ruin is between One hundred and fifty days to one hundred and eighty days, between five to six months to be exact.
In a few hours, when four months will complete, the Green Kings might appear if the Cycle is shorted of five months, and if the Cycle is of longest six months, then there will be a month before they appear.
And if the cycle end is between five to six months, then Green Kings could appear any time in the next month, which is a most frustrating thing.
The diary writer is oddly sure about Green Kings appearing exactly one month before the Cycle ends. How good it would have been measuring the length of the Cycle, but unfortunately, I could not do that.
Even those outside could not predict the date exactly; if not for that, the date of ruin opening would have been moved by a few weeks.
This past week had been a ride to the rollercoaster; I barely had free time as nearly every second I am working on increasing my strength from fighting to consuming 'Green Source' to working in my Inheritance and Tome.
Everything helped me increase my strength, and it would have been even better. If I had created the Dimond Seal with it, I would have had a lot less fear for the Green Kings.
But the creation of the seals slowed down a lot after the creation of the 9th Ruby Seal. I still remember those two sessions about a month ago when I had created eleven and thirteen seals with the help of 'Green Source' obtained from the Silver Ghouls.
After I created the 9th Ruby Seal, my veins would contract whenever I circulated energy with the intent of creating the Seal of Supreme Combat Exercise. This contraction will reduce the power of 'Green Source's' momentum so much that I could only create two seals at each session and three if I pushed really hard and is lucky enough.
This contraction of veins would become greater and greater; it is my luck that the Green Source's power is greater at the very session; otherwise, I would not have been able to create forty-nine seals (Nine Hundred and Forty-Nine) within a month.
I am not ready to face Green Kings, but if they appear, then this level up will surely help me in lessening the gap. 
A few minutes ago, I finished developing the last upgrade of the Prince Stage. After this upgrade, I will be ready for King Stage Inheritance, which unfortunately hadn't finished yet.
I had been working on it the most, but despite that, I was not able to finish it even after four months. It is too complex and made too many elements, and the thing that is taking the most time is the new moves I am creating.
It is easy to upgrade already created moves; one is already familiar with it and knows what their problems are and what one needs with it, but the process became far more difficult when one is developing a move from scratch, and it is of the King Stage.
It will still take me a week or more to make to finished designing it, and even after I finished designing it, it might still take some time before I could reach the King Stage with it.
The King Stage Inheritance Ive created ended up with a very high requirement on Body and Soul's strength and energy purity. Regretfully, I am not ready with any of the requirements.
Even after a month, I was not able to reach the fourth floor of my Refinement Tower, it is much harder than I had expected, but there is good news about, since two days I was able to form cracks floor of 4th floor if everything went as I expected, it won't be long before I reached the 4th floor of my Refining Tower.
The energy was the easiest requirement to fulfill as reaching the fourth floor; I will five times greater purity and storage.
The requirements of Body and Soul, on the other hand, are not easy to satisfy. I had gone a little over the top in the intention of making my Inheritance best in King Stage.
I will need to create a Diamond Seal at the least before I could think about breaking through the King Stage. With the time I have, I could not lessen the requirement either; it will take too much time.
Making such a big change will require me to separate my piece by piece and make changes into nearly every formation; it will take me months to do that.
If I had stayed with the same requirement before entering this Ruin, I would have been more than ready to reach the King Stage a month ago.
Sigh!
I sighed and cleared mind with all the other thought before entering into my Inheritance Space and tapping on the runic humanoid.

As I did, I was thrown out of the Inheritance Space, and my runes begin to light up as their creation and destruction begin, some runes and runic formation got destroyed as other took their place while formation got attached to other formation, making them bigger.

Losing one's sense of self was much more devastating for gods than mortals, as not knowing one's purpose was the same as not existing at all and having no way to connect to their energy source.
Then there was the fact that, without any Faith or Belief to rely upon, gods would gradually lose both their powers and the ability to sustain their existence.
Fifteen thousand years was the average amount of time a god could be cut off from their Belief and barely survive. 
Even so, there had been a little more than a dozen times in the past where a god had died serving their punishment in the Abyss and it was seen as a real risk for every god to suffer should they be thrown in the Abyss.
As such, cases of punishment did not happen very often.
By the time he was released, Lucifer had grown to the age of 'ten' and (after recovery) was granted his new responsibilities as a secondary god for Earth 669.
Right before the passing of his father, Lucifer had undergone the Inheritance ritual. 
By ingesting the Essence of God into a body that shared the same bloodline as God, the role could be transferred. 
If, say, Lilith or Phalaliah had tried, their very existence would have been obliterated from the sheer power of the Essence of God. Even humans, the self-styled 'Children of God', wouldn't even last a microsecond.
...Even Lucia, God's current Soulmate, would not be able to survive.
Only a child born from God's loins and sharing of His godly DNA could withstand the Inheritance ritual. 
Lucifer was the fifty-ninth generation of a line of ancestors who had inherited the role of God on Earth 669. 
Originally, his younger brother had been meant for the Inheritance. 
Both Lucifer and Elohim had sighed in relief when the infant Jesus had been born. 
Based on past experience for Lucifer's bloodline, it had been decided that a former half-mortal would inherit God's role.
Trying to force a secondary god to take on the aspects of the ruling god had caused many problems, based on the second-generation God's journal, and was the reason the rule had been made. 
Even so, with Jesus murdered before he reached the age of majority and no child born from any other unions between God and Her, Lucifer was the last option.
This was the reason for his dual godly aspects. 
Lucifer had been born as a god of violent and brutal punishment.
He oversaw the reaping of the souls of the dead and judged their lives based on their sins, before handing off their punishments and rewards to his subordinates. 
The demons and devils fell under his original jurisdiction and it was only after Jesus' death that some angels lost so much of their faith in humanity they had 'fallen' to work at Lucifer's side.
Since he judged the sins of mortals, their sins were woven into the fabric of his being—that he might better be able to understand the crime mortals were committing.
Expect for lust, that is. 
After swearing off that particular sin, Lucifer could only look toward his subordinates to accurately judge humanity when it was required. Which, in fact, was very often.
Now though...things were different.
With Lucifer having inherited the role of God, the never-before-felt lust had ravaged his system as soon as he'd laid eyes on Lucia inside that disgusting dungeon cell. 
To be truthfully honest, Lucifer had feared his carnal urges would overcome his willpower and he'd turn into as much of a beast as his father had once done to Mary.
Thank Creation that Lucifer had managed to fend off those overwhelming desires and bring Lucia back to Earth 669 safely and with her actual chastity intact.
...Though, she was innocent enough to believe otherwise, which was both adorable and exhausting.
As for his right side, that 'warm gentleness' belonged to the 'Loving and Merciful Lord'.
It was the aspect of God that was the exact opposite of Lucifer's original authority and it was this clashing of aspects that made the turning of a fully divine child into God such a danger and something Lucifer's family had done their best to avoid all these millions of years.
So, the long and the short of it was that after Elohim's death twenty years ago, Lucifer had taken over. As the ruling god of Earth 669, he had full authority over all things in this world—except for Her. 
At some point in Her next ten reincarnations, Lucifer would create a son with Her and ensure his divine bloodline continued.
Based on signs written down in his family's journals, his son would most likely be in charge of a New Cycle, meaning his son would become the fifteenth Creator for this world.
Essentially, all the angels, demons, fallen angels, immortals, and other such mystic and magical creatures that had been created by Lucifer's great-grandfather would all be disassembled, along with the rest of Earth 669. The scattered and crumbled pieces would then be used to create a new world cycle, resetting Earth 669's history and current biological and environmental balance.
In the New Cycle, humans might not even come back. Or, perhaps they would be called something else or look very different. This all depended on the Creator's imagination and desires. 
Either or, from records of the bloodline's past, roughly every four generations a Creator was born, and after the Inheritance ritual was performed, the newly crowned God created His world anew.
The thought was both worrisome and exciting to Lucifer. 
Knowing his son would be in charge of creating the next Cycle was intriguing...but mostly Lucifer was impatient to even begin the process of creating said son first!
A long, heavy groan slipped past his lips as he laid his large head awkwardly on top of the table's cool surface. His grand horns pressed uncomfortably against the table, but he barely took any notice.
"...How do mortals deal with this?"
His bitterly muttered reply was answered by a sneer. "Aaawww, look, lookie! Our little Young Master's finally grown into puberty! His balls just dropped, guys! We gotta capture this moment fooorever!"
Jerking his head back quickly, completely taken by surprise, Lucifer glared death at the intruder on the private jet. "...Asmodeus," he hissed darkly, while the crimson color of his left eye darkened nearly to burgundy. "You piece of shit asshole!"

Tossed aside three days before her wedding day, our female lead fights to get back her place as queen, but to no avail.
