Dare x Reaperela. These are two alter egos with demon powers. An old book I wrote a couple years ago.

A short story I wrote for school a while ago, I just wanted to see how it would do.

(Wrote in phone)

"What is it that you wish to ask me, your majesty?" The woman asked as Sappire came back into the room, right after Ray had disappeared. 
"Where is the commander?" he asked, looking around the room as he felt a faint sense of magic around it. 
"He went off to do what he needs to," She wrote with a smile on her faced. Now that it is just the two of them, she seems to be a lot more relaxed than before. Why could that be? "What do you want from me, your majesty."
"I want to know who you are," he asked, taking the seat beside her that Ray was sitting on before. "The commander seems to have some ideas of who you may be. I do not know how that is possible given that he barely cast a glance at you during the meeting. But I will not ask him about it. So, please tell me, who are you."
"That is not something I can tell you, your majesty." She wrote calmly. 
"Why not? Are you ordered not to?" 
"Not entirely."
"Then?"
"I am protecting one dearest to me." She wrote with a soundless chuckle. "Though she does not care about me as much as I do her."
"Why are you with one so ungrateful then?" 
"She has been through a lot, your highness. I would appreciate if you do not just make judgements without fully grasping the situation." 
Sappire stared at her, gaze intense, "You still care deeply about her." 
"Without her, I wouldn't be alive." 
"If that is the case then wouldn't she be dead without you as well?" He asked, crossing his arms as he leaned back against the chair. 
"Perhaps." She wrote, "But I am doing what I can and protecting the one I can. You know what that is like, don't you, your majesty?" 
"I know what it feels like to wish to protect something that you hold dear. But you need to know that you cant will die either way, so why not just spill your secrets?" 
"I am going to take them to my grave." She smiled, though she does look a little weaker now as c compared to when he saw her as she first entered in. 
"YOu are a stubborn one." He said, slightly amused but more annoyed than that. "You remind me of my daughter's friend." 
"Could her name be Lillian?" She asked, a little too enthusiastically. 
"I remember you showing some interest in her from the day at the meeting." he smiled, "Why is that?" 
"She intrigues me a little bit." She wrote, retaining her composure again. "You can feel it too, right your majesty?"
"I do feel lit. Though she is not the one I wish to talk about at the moment." 
"I can imagine. You wish to know what I was doing today in that place and how I got there right?" She wrote and looked at him like she was talking to a child. 
"Yes. Was anyone with you? Why did the creatures get absorbed into your body? Care to tell me?" 
"I don't know if I should." She wrote with a mischievous twinkle in her eyes. "What will you give me if I tell you about it?" 
"What do you want?" 
"Nothing." She wrote, "You have nothing I want." 
"Then I don't-" 
"I will ask you to promise me something else though, in exchange for a little bit of a future prediction." 
"You can read the future?" he asked, looking at her sceptically. 
She shook her head, laughing a little bit at that preposterous idea, "But I know how it will all end and I do have a little piece of advice for you about this situation. Would you like to hear it?" 
"It would appear that this is all I am getting from you, wouldn't it?" He asked, the corners of his mouth turning up. 
"It would appear so." She wrote smiling. "So, what do you saw." 
"First tell me what I am supposed to promise you. Then I will decide if it is worth it."
"It will be the same thing, more or less." She paused her writing and thought for a while, glassy eyes on him as though she can make his features out clearly. After a second or two of that, she wrote again. "I will need you to promise not to do anything, after the execution, until the time is right."
"Not do anything?"
She nodded, "Do not do anything except observe until it is time." 
"Time for?" 
"You will know when that time comes." She wrote, then placed her hands on her lap again. 
"You do pass for an Oracle with how vague they can be," Sappire said, thinking. "You are still not going to beg for your life?" 
She shook her head sadly, "I will never do that." 
"Does this person mean that much to you then?" 
"Of course. She is my soul." She wrote, beaming. "Do you think you can promise me that, your highness?" 
"I don't know if I want to. Promises are not ones that should be taken lightly." 
"They shouldn't." She shifted in her seat. "But that does not mean that you should never make any promises, don't you think so?" 
"Why should I do nothing? This seems more like my people will be in danger. We have yet to find out why we were attacked. Some think it may be from Vetil." 
She shook her head slowly, "Vetil had nothing to do with this." 
"And how do you know that?" He leaned forward to her, hands intertwined in front of him. 
"All will be revealed in due time, your majesty." She chuckled. "I promise this to you." 
"You are dying in a few hours, yet you are entirely too calm about it." He said stroking his chin. "I admire your loyalty. I will have to give you some kind of honour, Myra. If that is your real name." 
"Who knows." She wrote as the crow's feet around her eyes appeared. 
Have they always been there before? SHe looks ... older now as compared to when she came to this room. Or is it just my imagination?
"I may not be able to see, your majesty but I can make out when someone is staring at me." She wrote in front of his face, right in between them. 
"I apologise." He said quickly looking away. "My manners are never this bold. I hope I didn't discomfort you too much."
"I am honoured that the king has taken an interest in me." She wrote and giggled. "I know that you do not have any bad intentions towards me, you are just confused with what is happening around her." 
"It does seem like everyone knows more than I do," he said, sighing. "I want to be more helpful to my people and this is the only way I can be of help now? By not doing anything about it?" 
"That is the best way you can help at the moment." She wrote again, fingers trembling as they seem to get more wrinkles with the passing of time. "After all this is over, you will get a second chance at being a better king. So, please don't blow it." 
"Blow?" 
"Don't mess it up again." She wrote, smiling pleasantly at him as she felt the ground sway under her. 
"Are you alright?" He asked, helping her steady herself.
"Just a little tired." She wrote, leaning against his arm as her face slowly became pale and some dark circles appeared around her eyes. 
"Right, you need to rest up." He said, helping her up from the chair. "I will call the guards to take you to your room." 
The woman, without writing anything, placed her hands on the king as he felt something fill his body up it was only for a second and she collapsed to the floor, breathing heavily. 
"What did you do?" 
"Blessing." She wrote with trembling fingers. "Use it only when absolutely necessary. Shall we get to my room now?" 
"Of course," he said, looking at his hands then walking to the door to call for the guards standing there patiently for his orders. "Please take her to her room as gently as you can." 
"Yes, your majesty." They said quickly, not getting the chance to greet him properly as he seemed to suddenly appear beside them. "Which room would it be?" 
"One of the guest rooms. She needs all the rest she can get before the execution." 
"Yes, your majesty." One said while the other looked into the room. 
"She looks very weak though. Will she be able to walk all the way there?" 
"Do any of you have the ability to teleport?" Sappire asked as they made their way to the woman again. She is still on the floor, holding herself up with her hands on the ground. 
Both looked at each other and the more cheery one said, "I can do that. More or less." 
Without another word, he gently pulled her up from the ground with the other guard who wasn't as gentle as he was. He clapped his hands together and a little white orb came out of his pocket and expanded to the size of the orb. 
"Guest room." He said and an image appeared on the orb of a room in the castle. After a bow to the king, they disappeared into the orb. Sappire stood in the empty room with a sigh and sat down on his chair. No one has been helpful to him so he will need to do some digging himself. 
It will be easier when Sophia comes back with the reports. 
While he was thinking all these things, he felt like he blinked only for a second and it became Four-thirty in the morning already. 
What? He thought, standing up. How did I fall asleep?
Just then the door burst open with a dishevelled Sophia. "I have the report, your majesty." 
"Thank you." He said, taking it from her as she attempted to straighten her dress out and also fix her hair. 
"Why are you still here your majesty?" SHe asked, undoing her hair to try and fix it. "The people are already getting ready for the execution." 
"Right … execution." He said, looking at something in the paper under the statement 'People's thought of the execution'. There seems to be something the people are expecting to happen there and Sappire stroked his chin to think. "What is this about, Sophia?"


Lillian finally gets the dress of her dreams, a beautiful blue gown. But there is something odd about this dress. The moment she puts it on, she gets teleported to a different world where the leaves are colourful while the flowers are near non-existent. Besides the strange setting of the world, what's even stranger is the fact that she is now the designated 'Fairy Godmother' of this world, specializing in ... Love.

Will this woman, desperate to find love for herself be able to grant the wishes of the people around her? And why are the wishes never specific?

Blueth Mendoza's POV
"Blueth? Why didn't you tell me that you wrote a fanfiction about you and that Rachelle kid?" Ms. Val said as she placed her hands on her hips and looked at book me and book Rachelle who were still talking to each other.
"I have nothing to say because I did not write a fanfiction about me and Rachelle!" I said as I crossed my arms.
"Then what's all this about then?" Ms. Val looked at me with one of her eyebrows raised. You won't break me with that look of yours, Ms. Val. That trick of yours is getting old, I will not admit that I wrote a fanfiction story of me and Rachelle! "Not like this book just magically appeared out of nowhere or something. Plus, if it's the Rachelle kid who wrote it, then I would've known."
"Well, how are we so sure that it wasn't Cathy who wrote this? Huh?"
"Kid, have you seen Cathy hold a pen? She can't even write a single letter without taking a few hours!"
Ms. Val has a point. I can prove that Cathy takes a long time in writing a single letter, why and how? Because I was the one who thought Cathy to write. Well, Cathy asked me for help, she asked for my help because she said that she wants to start writing stories. And boy, was that a long and boring tutor time. Cathy took a long time picking up the pen, and when she started writing, it took her two hours to finish writing a single letter! Two! But I got to admit, Cathy's paws were so cute though.
"Yeah, you have a point. Well, how can I be sure that you weren't the one who wrote this story? You're might suspicious if you ask me. You're the one who kept telling me that I have a crush on Rachelle! What makes me so sure that you didn't write this!?"
Ms. Val kept looking at me with one of her eyebrows raised. "Kid, were you even listening to me while we were proofreading the other book? Love stories haunt me! Why would I write a story genre which makes me sick!?"
"Well, maybe that's just an excuse so we won't get any suspicions when we find pages around the house which has romance as its story genre."
"Why would I waste my time writing someone else's love story? And besides, if I were to write a fanfiction, I would write a fanfiction about me and a huge stack of money."
"So, you didn't write this? The story we are currently in? You didn't write this?"
Ms. Val crossed her arms as she looked at me. "You wrote it didn't you?"
"Yeah, I did." I sighed as I admitted that I wrote it. I was trying my best to not say it okay? Ms. Val is too good at this interrogation stuff!
"Awe, my baby's all growing up. Writing a fan fiction about her and her crush. Why didn't you tell me about this?"
"Because I was scared. I don't know what's happening to me." I looked down as I started clenching my fists.
"What do you mean?"
"I don't know. I'm confused, I don't know what I'm feeling. I'm a girl and Rachelle's a girl. I shouldn't be feeling like this towards her."
"Blueth..."
"I'm scared..."
Ms. Val walked closer and started hugging me. I don't know why but I suddenly burst into tears, hugging Ms. Val as I let my tears flow out.
"Shh... It's okay, let it all out." Ms. Val said as she started rubbing my back, helping me calm myself down. "Oh Blueth, this is all my fault, I'm sorry. If only I didn't push you, if only I stopped teasing you that you like Rachelle, maybe this wouldn't have happened to you. You won't be so confused if only I stopped."
As Ms. Val kept rubbing my back, I finally came back to my senses and I stopped crying. "I'm sorry... I don't know what came over me... I don't know why I cried like that..."
"Blueth, I'm sorry I kept teasing you with Rachelle, I've gone far enough. From here on out, I'll stop saying that you have a crush on her."
"No, it's okay Ms. Val. It's not your fault, it's mine. I could've stopped myself from falling for Rachelle if I was just strong enough, if I wasn't so easy to fall for someone then maybe I won't be having any of these confusions in my head."
I sat down on one of the logs beside us and Ms. Val let out a sigh as she sat down beside me. "So, you wrote a book huh? What's this book all about?"
I hugged my legs and pressed my face on my thighs as I kept trying to calm myself, trying my best not to let tears flow. Ms. Val let's out a sigh as she sees my situation.
"Well, if you don't want to talk about it, I won't force you."
"No, it's okay. I'll tell you what this story is about." I said as I finally had the courage to speak. "Well, it's about my feelings for Rachelle. I decided to write down my feelings in hopes of me getting to know how I really feel for Rachelle. I wrote this story hoping that I'll be able to understand this feeling I have."
"Well? Did you understand it?"
I shook my head as I kept my face pressed against my thighs.
"Oh. By the way, how does this story end?"
I looked up in the sky and Ms. Val looked up as well.
"What are you looking at? What's that? A bird?"
"A dragon." I said as I keep looking up, almost no expression on my face.
"Huh, cool. Wait. What's a dragon have to do with the ending? Will you fight it and vanquish it? Saving Rachelle?" Ms. Val said as she kept looking up.
"No."
"Oh? Then how will it end with a dragon?"
Not long and the dragon began diving towards book me and book Rachelle, right on schedule, like how I wrote it. The dragon dived and reached book me, eating it in the process, leaving book Rachelle alone and crying.
"That's how my book ended."
"You get eaten by a dragon!?" Ms. Val screamed as her face was filled with shock. "Wait a minute." Ms. Val then hit me at the back of my head. "You're not planning on killing yourself are you!? Because if you are, I'll kill you!"
I fell to the ground face first when Ms. Val hit me on the back of the head. "Ow! No, no, no. Book me being eaten by the dragon doesn't mean that I want to kill myself. I just want to kill my feelings for Rachelle. I want to stop being so confused." I said as I sat back on the log, hugging my legs again.
"You really don't want to have feelings for Rachelle?"

Blueth Mendoza, a 16-year-old girl looking for a job as a proofreader to pass the time of her summer vacation, finds not only a job but also finds something else, something magical and weird.

I reached the door to the office. Before opening the door, I breathe deeply and wished Kojima-sensei wasn't inside.
Before I could reach the door, it suddenly opened. I got surprised and looked at the person that opened it. I saw Kirisu-sensei standing in front of me while tapping her feet.
"You finally came. I was getting tired of waiting, come in" she said before turning around the room
I followed her and inside I tried to look around to see if there were other teachers still in the office. I breathe a sigh of relief when I noticed that Kojima-sensei wasn't there.

After lecturing me for more than 30 minutes someone opened the door. I got scared stiff thinking it was Kojima-sensei but when I saw two people wearing our school uniform enter, I managed to relax.
"You can go, but remember you're already on my list. Don't repeat." Kirisu-sensei exclaimed while looking at me with a grim expression
"Yes sensei!" I answered loudly and quickly turned around to leave the room
Walking towards the door, I saw the people walking towards Kirisu-sensei. They are the Fairy Ogata Rizu and the slender long-haired beauty Furuhashi Fumino. Before I got out of the door, I heard Kirisu-sensei saying something.
"I heard from the principal about you two. I am here to guide you to the correct path that you should take" she said excitedly
I had an inkling of what she was talking about but I ignored it for now. I am in more trouble than I need to be no need to trouble myself with other people's problems. Besides they got until their 3rd year to fix it anyway.
Before I went back to the classroom, I walked around to familiarize myself with the school. I saw people walking around, mostly higher years maybe for their clubs? I should try to see if there's a club that's interesting enough that I could join.

After getting tired of walking around I went back to the classroom to get my bag. I saw very few people walking around in the first year's corridor. I passed by the classroom of 1-B and saw something interesting.
Two people writing on the chalkboard, it feels like they were talking using the board. Some might look at it weird but to me, it just feels natural. It felt like I just saw a scene that I already have seen somewhere.
The words on the board are mostly just common things. Like asking about the weather, what they've done earlier in the class, and other small talks that other people would have said out loud. But me knowing who was writing just watched them silently.

(3rd person pov)
Earlier, inside the classroom of 1-B Tadano Hitohito, an average boy with average looks and average intellect dreaming of an average life whose only skill was reading the atmosphere was sleeping in his desk.
'Did I fall asleep?' he ponders
"Why did I come forward without saying anything? Why did I run away when I finally saw him again?" said a female in a very small voice
'Wait, I hear someone' shocked Tadano jolted awake and shouted "Crap, it's already time to go home"
"Meow" came from the person beside Tadano.
Tadano quickly turned around to see who was the person talking. He saw someone talking to a cat figurine. When he saw her, he instantly noticed who it was. She was the one with the title of the Goddess Komi Shouko!
"I totally didn't hear anything" trying feigned ignorance by Tadano
"Oh, ahmm ah" Komi, shocked that the person beside her got up. tried to say something but ended up stumbling her words. The two of them made eye contact and her nervousness reached its peak.
Komi quickly tried to run out of the room without care about what she bumped into.
"Wait" Tadano quickly realizing what is happening tried to defuse the awkward atmosphere.
"Hey, Komi-san" quickly added by Tadano
Komi stopped by the door to hear what the boy behind her would say
"Are you bad at speaking with others?" question by Tadano
Komi hearing his question flinched.
'Why the fuck did I even say that' seeing Komi's reaction Tadano thought of the worst outcome
'How can that even be possible. She's one of the school's idol. This is bad, my bad'
"W-wait forget it I-uhh haha" Tadano nervously tried to deflect his own question and nervously trying to change the topic
Komi suddenly turns around and looks at Tadano. Seeing Komi's sudden movements Tadano turned stiff and shook thinking that Komi would be offended.
But to his surprise, Komi just looked at him and nod her head a little.
"Ha" Komi was trying to say something but her anxiety kicked in hard she stumbles her words every time she tried to say something scaring Tadano
Getting frightened Tadano mustered his courage to ask another question
"K-komi-san, A-are you really bad at speaking with others?"
Komi calmed a little when she heard him speak, nodded her head again in his question
Tadano relaxed when he saw her nodding again and said
"Uh, what were you trying to say again earlier"
Komi just shook from her spot not knowing how to respond to his question
'Ok forget it. Can we possibly communicate somehow?' pondering about a solution Tadano saw the chalkboard with plenty of writing. He got an idea on how to talk to Komi-san
"Ah, how about you write what you want to say on the chalkboard or something. Like what you did on the self-introduction"
Komi hearing his suggestion became excited. She quickly went to the chalkboard and wrote something
'Komeow-san' thought Tadano when he saw Komi writing on the board. He saw imaginary Cat ears above her head
When Komi finished writing Tadano read the words.
[How can you tell that I have trouble speaking with others?] was what Komi wrote
"Eh, well I just draw to the conclusion from how you react to things I guess? And uh, is there anyone else besides me that knows about this?"
[None.] Komi quickly wrote
"Oh, I see, then" Tadano tried to think of something to say
'I ran out of things to say already. I can't stand the awkwardness'
Trying to run away Tadano said
"Oh, the classes already ended right? I'll be going first okay?"
(Tadano used RUN)
Komi quickly wrote on the board and pulled Tadano's clothes
Tadano thinking that his springtime might have come blushed and then turned around. Only to see Komi-san trying to say something while stuttering scaring him again.
(But it failed)
"Wawawawaiwawawawaiwawawawawawaiwawawawwawawawa" Komi tried to say wait while stuttering and shaking on nervousness
'is there something else that she wants to say to me?' Tadano thought
[I couldn't eat my lunch] Komi wrote
"! Uh, so are you hungry?" Tadano on his wits end trying to get out of the awkward situation
Komi quickly wrote something again
[But I actually want to chat]
[I get so nervous when I'm in front of people and my face tenses up because I get scared]
'I see' Tadano thinking about their first interaction
Komi continued writing
[When I get close to people, they get nervous too and run away from me, some even faint, and some even kneeled and begged for my forgiveness]
[Do people hate me?]
[Wait, no, of course, they do. How can they like someone they can't speak with?]

Komi wrote a lot more about her experiences with others and how she can't talk with them.
Komi continued to write quickly as she was getting anxious by the second. Until the chalk broke finally, she wrote.
[Will I stay like this for the rest of my life? What should I do]?
*Hic*
[I wanted to ask them to eat lunch with me]
*Hic* *Hic*
Tadano organized is thoughts and came to a conclusion
'Just trying to ask a few people to eat lunch with her makes her worry that much. Komi-san is not the school Madonna, nor a cool, silent type beauty. This girl is just a normal girl'
"Here you can use this" Tadano gave his napkin to Komi-san hearing her hiccups, he thought she was crying
Then Komi wrote
[No, it's just hiccups]
Tadano got embarrassed from assuming something
After cleaning the board.
"Has it stopped, your hiccups I mean" Still embarrassed Tadano asked
[Yes, I'm sorry]
Komi continued writing her thoughts
[I can't greet people]
[Anyone can do it easily but not me]
[I'm sorry]
[Because of me people view you as someone unpleasant Tadano-kun]
Tadano became happy for some reason when he saw Komi-san writing his name.
"Eh? I don't remember you doing anything bad to me"
Komi remembered all the things that other people did to Tadano when he tried to talk to her.
[Anyway]
'I was ignored' thought Tadano while feeling dejected
[I still think I need to apologize to you.]
[I'm sorry]
[I'm also sorry for taking your time for these mundane topics]
[Please forget everything you saw and heard here today]
After writing the last sentence. Komi proceeded to clean the chalkboard. Afterward, Komi wrote something before leaving
[Goodbye]
As Komi turned around she heard the sound of someone writing on the chalkboard
{The weather's nice today, huh} Tadano wrote
Komi wrote something else on the board
[Yes]
"Uhm, hey, say something else," Tadano said trying to come up with a topic that they could talk about.
They continued their conversation thru the chalkboard while trying to come up with different topics. Both of them had awkward times trying to think of a topic
When the board was almost full of their small talks. Tadano wrote
{Komi-san what's your dream}
[Having a hundred friends. I already have one so only 99 more]
Tadano tried to contain himself from laughing due to Komi-san's cuteness
[Please don't laugh]
After breathing deeply Tadano wrote
{Okay, then I'll be your second friend, I'll also help you get 98 more}
Komi was surprised at what Tadano wrote turned stiff.
Realizing what he wrote Tadano panicked and quickly tried to erase it
"W-w-woah forgive me for being pretentious! I mean claiming to be your friend? Pssh! get real me." Tadano instantly said trying to defuse the awkward situation
Then Komi wrote something
[Thank you please take care of me.]
Seeing what Komi-san wrote it was Tadano's turn to be stunned. The only reply he could muster was
"Eh?"
When Tadano turned around, he saw Komi looking at the window by their classroom door. He saw a boy with black shoulder-length hair staring at the both of them. He smiled and waved at both of them.
When Komi saw the boy by the window waving, she blushed so hard and got embarrassed and quickly ran away from the room.
Seeing Komi's reaction Tadano tried to stop her
"Wait, Komi-san"
Tadano wants to ask her about the boy but he realizes that both Komi and the boy by the window were gone.

I was shocked when he saw Komi looking his way. Trying to defuse this embarrassing situation. I smiled and waved at both of them. But I was stunned to see Komi's reaction when she saw me waving. She quickly turned red and ran away from the room so fast I couldn't even get a word out.
When I saw that she was gone, I also quietly sneak away so Tadano wouldn't ask me questions.
I got back to my classroom and went to my desk. When I got there, I saw a cube-like object on top of my desk. Getting curious I picked up the cube. When I lifted it suddenly glows so brightly that I felt I was being blinded. When the light faded, thinking it was some kind of prank I tried to find anyone near the room but I didn't see anybody.
Getting confused, I just shrugged it off thinking it was a prank from someone and promising to find the person tomorrow. When I lifted my bag, a strange screen appeared in front of me.

Trying to improve my writing, this story would follow different setups from slice of life to action and many more feel free to comment on what needs to be improved and the like thanks!

Jack looked around at his surroundings. He was in some kind of forest.

There were bushes and trees scattered everywhere. A small patch of sunlight gaze down on jack.

"What the hell happened?" Jack thought. 

As jack thought to himself, a ding sound played. Jack looked in the direction of the singing noise, only to see some kind of game screen in front of him.

"Congrats for being chosen as a guardian!" The message wrote.

"Guardian? The hell is that supposed to mean" jack thought.

"It means that you sucked so much in life, that god felt pity and reincarnated you again!" The system wrote.

"My feelings have now been broken" jack said.

"As a guardian, you will be tasked to protect a certain place or object from anyone else wishing to use that said object or place for malicious or dangerous acts" the system wrote.

"The place you will be protecting is this forest. If at any point that the forests well being is in critical danger, and you do not help, you will be killed on the spot" the system wrote.

"Do you understand?" Jack was very confused on what happened just now.

"Can we backpedal for just one quick second and tell me why the hell all this is happening?" Jack said.

"Jack Evanguard, killed during a bar fight because you looked at another guys woman. You died at the age of 22, you never got to lose your virginity, and you were abandoned by your parents at both birth and at the age of 18."

Jake looked at all the information and was shocked to his very core. This were all the major parts in his life that he remembered, except for being died part

"How do you, how do you know all this?" Jack asked in extreme confusion

"Didn't I tell you already? You were chosen by god because your life sucked to much for even him to not be able to suck it up" The system wrote.

"Wow, never thought I would even get god to feel pity about me..." jack said in a defeated tone.

"You haven't lost all hope yet however! You still can live all your life goals and dreams here on this magical world of fantasy and dreams!"

"Now that you said it like that, it just pushes me to go back home even more." Jack said.

"What?" The system wrote in confusion.

"Everyone reads about getting transported to another magical world and they think it would be a great idea. However, it's just even more terrifying then the real world! No one wants to get transported for the main reason that they couldn't handle it. Everyone thinks they can handle all the big scary things that happen in anime, but they just straight up cant. No matter what. Fear is what motivates all of use to stay away from any thing that has the iq and power of a god. It's just human nature at it's finest." Jack said.

The system was confused by this. Everyone of it's chosen participants have willingly done all that it has said and have never asked to return back to their rock they called home, but now it has someone that wishes to return right away? The system couldn't help but feel confused about why god decided to pick this human.

"Unfortunately, I can not let you leave this realm any time soon. Maybe in the near future when you have grown incredibly strong that that could happen, but right now, you are very weak." The system wrote.

"Will I get to go back to my realm if I get strong enough?" Jack said.

"Maybe, but it's to soon to tell." The system wrote. "Do you wish to return to the place you called home?"

"No, not really" jack said.

"Then why do you wish to know how to leave this world?" The system wrote confusingly.

"Because I want to make sure I can get another do over if this life fails as well." The system was in absolute shock. 

It had never met anyone that would use it to find another way to do over there already two life's.

"Anyway, how do I get stronger in this fantasy world? Is it just like any normal RPG where you just have level up? Or is there a different type of leveling for this?" Jacks words woke up the system from its dazed phase and said

"The way to get stronger is to do various actions like in real life. To get stronger you have to do exercise, to get smarter you have to read different books or come up with theories for life. To get stronger in the type of defense, you need to constantly hurt your self."

"So it's just like real life, but why more grinding." Jack said.

"Incorrect, humans gather levels of strength, intelligence, and defense slowly through out their lives. You however, just need to do one act and it is multiple by millions at a time."

"So I'm a god." 

"Incorrect again, you are a guardian. You must be strong to fight your opponents and you must get stronger then even the gods that wander these vast realms."

"Speaking of opponent's, one enemy is approaching the forest with malicious thoughts. Seeing as you have just gotten started, I will give you a quest for defeating this enemy."

As the system said that, another ding noise could be heard.

•Objective: SLAY THEM ALL!
Enemy's alive: 1
Enemy's slayed: 0
If failure to complete this quest, the host will be punished to how much damage the enemy inflictes on the forest.

REWARD: potion of true potential •

"What is a potion of true potential?" Jack blurted our loud.

"You will get so see once you have finished the quest" The system wrote.

"Welp, guess that mean I should get to work." Jack thought. He got up, stretched, and began his first quest of being a guardian.

Seeing Elena sleeping on a regular basis made Brian breathe a sigh of relief. Previously, Brian's body was tense because he was worried about Elena's situation. And finally he can be relieved to see Elena sleeping soundly with her innocent face.
Brian sat on the edge of the bed and his eyes were still on Elena's beautiful face. Brian's hand reached out and rubbed Elena's cheek. And slowly Elena's eyes opened and stared at Brian.
"Did I wake you up?" Asked Brian who was still rubbing Elena's left cheek.
Elena just smiled at Brian.
"How are you? I heard from Bik Yanti, your allergies have recurred?" Brian asked with worried eyes.
"I've been taking allergy pills. So, it's much better."
Brian's hand that was rubbing Elena's cheek now turned to reach and hold her hand.
"Sorry. I didn't know you were allergic to pollen." Brian said guiltily.
"If I had known, I wouldn't have sent you flowers."
Elena saw Brian's apologetic and sad look. It made Elena unable to get angry or annoyed at the man because she had made her allergies recur. Besides, Brian wasn't wrong because he didn't know anything.
"Never mind, I understand that you have absolutely no idea about my allergies. Actually there are some flowers that I can still accept and don't trigger my allergies. But baby breath flowers are one of the flowers that trigger my allergies."
"Is it true?" Brian asked, curious about the information Elena had given him.
"Yes."
"Then what flower do you like?" Brian asked enthusiastically. Next time he won't be mistaken, if he wants to send Elena flowers.
"I love carnations." Elena replied.
"I'll remember it." Brian said with a big smile. The man noted the carnation flower as Elena's favorite flower, and it will be her favorite flower too.
Suddenly Elena remembered the little note on the flower.
"But Brian, in what order are you sending me flowers?" Elena asked
"I just wanted to surprise you, and fredy said women always love to get unexpected flower deliveries." Obviously Brian expressed his original intention in sending Elena flowers.
"Oh, so that flower bouquet from Fredy's suggestion. Wait." Elena glared at Brian. Then handed the note taken on the nightstand to Brian. 
"Don't tell me it was Fredy who wrote the note." Elena investigated, glaring at Brian.
Brian opened the note and read it. A line of shameless twilight rags. And Elena guessed correctly, that some of these ragged batik sentences were written and made by Fredy.
Shit. Brian gets caught. Brian can't lie to Elena. Moreover, the words on the note were so embarrassing. Brian couldn't possibly admit that it was his writing because the sentence was really embarrassing for him. But if she says it's Fredy, how will Elena react if she finds out it's not Brian's original writing? The only way is to blame Fredy who is presumptuous for writing the note without Brian's knowledge.
"What the hell. This line is so embarrassing." Embarrassed Brian.
"Fredy must have written this on purpose without my knowledge. That man. You'll see I'll scold him." Brian blames all the blame on Fred. And said that Fred wrote the note on his own initiative. Even though Brian actually asked Fred to do it, because he didn't know what to write. But why is the sentence that his friend wrote, it's so embarrassing.
Elena already guessed it. How could a guy like Brian write something romantic and a little embarrassing like that. Of course it must be Fredy.
"You must be amused by this sentence, right?"
"No, actually I'm a little touched. But I feel this writing is not you who wrote it. Because you could not possibly write something poetic and romantic like this." Said Elena.
Hearing Elena's answer, made Brian confused whether he should be sorry or grateful.
Regret not knowing that Elena could be a little touched by a few lines of ruffled change. Or be grateful that Elena knows how personal Brian is.
"Hactiii ..." Suddenly Elena sneezed. Brian frantically walked over and asked, "Are you really all right? Shall we just go to the hospital?"
"No need, I'm fine. I don't need to go to the hospital. I just need enough rest, and I can feel good.

But all changed because of one unexpected incident. Elena wants to conceive the baby by asking for expensive fees. Make Brian and Elise make a written agreement for an agreement with Elena.

On the other hand, Tiara Jackson, Brian's ex-fiance, still expects the man to be her. She was determined to get rid of Elise and the baby in various ways to get Brian.

What was the reason Elise asked Elena to have Brian's child? Why did Elena agree to the crazy agreement? How would Diego react if he knew everything? What would Tiara do to get rid of Elise and her baby? Can the baby be born into the world safely? How does this end when love shakes things up?

I ran up the pavement that led to my front door, yanked it open, and ran up to my room. I heard Evly walk through the door behind me. I heard her tell my mom that it was just teenage drama and stress. I supposed that my mother had nodded understandingly. She understood how a growing girl needed her space from adults. I heard Evly climbing up the stairs. She opened my door. 
"It'll all be okay." She said. That was Evly, she was a calm, collected individual. More importantly, she was my best friend. 
"I'm glad to see that you're back to you." I said, referring to the day's events.
"Me too." Evly took my hand and led me over to my giant, comfy bean bag. Pushing me in, Evly said "We are going to write everything down, and then will figure out what to do with it after; whether we'll burn it or maybe hide it."  
I took a deep breath. It sounded reasonable. Evly and I both wrote things down to clear our heads, and never before had my head felt this unclear. "Okay."
Evly plopped herself down at my desk and took out a brand new notebook from my drawer. She chuckled, "I knew I could always count on you to have an extra notebook." 
"Always." I said in a mock serious tone. Evly laughed. I would have too, if not for realising that there was Earth again. 
"My Bestie, the stationary hoarder." Evly proclaimed. I wasn't feeling nearly as cheerful as she was, but I didn't want to bring her down, so I said "You know me, I love a good notebook."
Evly must have heard the strain in my voice, because she tensed up a bit. "Okay, let's get down to business."
"Ok, so what do we know?" Evly asked, uncorking the bottle of ink that was sitting on my desk.
I quickly spotted a loophole in her question. "I know that my name is Rain Evergreen, and I just learnt that I am a fey."
Evly dutifully dipped the quill into the ink bottle and started writing, reading aloud as she wrote. "Number one, our names are Everlast Moonrise and Rain Evergreen. it has come to our attention that we are fey." She paused for a moment ,turning to me and shrugging before adding "And that being a fey is illegal." 
I gave a satisfied "humph". 
"Okay, let's get serious." Said Evly.
"Fine. We know that we are fey."
"Already wrote that one down."
"A fey is what the Return of Righteousness called elemental fairies."
"Do we know what the Return of Righteousness is?"
"No."
"Do we know what an elemental fairy is?"
"No."
"Okay then," She said, turning the page. She wrote more and read the words out loud as she wrote. "Things we need to find out:" Was the title, underneath it she made a point and wrote beside it "What is the Return of Righteousness?" She added another point underneath and wrote beside it "What are elemental fairies?"
It really did help to clear my mind. "You were right, Ev. This is a good idea."
Evly turned around and shared a small smile with me. 
I tried to think of what to write down next, and a mountain of information tumbled into my mind. I took a deep breath and started slowly going through it, reciting as I went.
"Turn to page one." I instructed her, then started. "Nature can talk. The trees, flowers, rocks, water- it is all... conscious? I'm not sure if that is even the right word to describe it." 
"They all have souls." Evly cut in. 
I marveled at how she found the right way to explain it, feeling a pang of jealousy for not coming up with it myself. 
"Yes," I said, pausing for a moment. "I'll rephrase that." I said, getting a better feel for how to put what I knew into words. "The world is a giant work of... art. It is mind boggling how everything fits together perfectly, as if it was made as a masterpiece that was carefully thought out by the most talented artist. I suppose that is really the case. God created our world, and he is the master artist of all time. Our world is a perfect balance of visual art, music, sensory, each sense of our five senses is captivated, intrigued. . And everything fits together perfectly. The story of the world is being told by earth, water, air, fire, and according to fairies- magic. We perceive the story using our senses- sound, touch, sight, scent, taste."  
Then I paused, going over what I said in my head, making sure that I got it right. I felt proud of how I managed to articulate it so well, and in such an eloquent way. At least, I thought it to be eloquent.  
"Nicely said."
"Thank you, I'm blushing." Evly snorted at that. 
I continued on. "The oeuvre of god can't be said to be a story, a song, a painting; it uses all of our senses at once. It can only be described as… Whatever the word for art that engages all of your senses "
"That seems right! I think we figured out what magic is! Or, you did, at least." Evly said excitedly. "Magic is the 'oeuvre' of god, as you put it."
"But the oeuvre of god is the universe, magic is just a part of it."
"You're right,"
"I guess that magic is the word for the song- for want of a better word; of the universe."
"That feels right, but we can't be sure."
"Who could we ask?"
"Who can we trust that might know?"
"I can't think of anyone."
Know my head was a mess once again. It was too much for me! I couldn't! I stood up and walked over to my desk. I grabbed the notebook off of it and walked back to my beanbag. Plopping down, I opened up the notebook and wrote down a list of the things that were jumbling my brain up.

2. Return Of Righteousness
3. Fey/ Elemental fairy
Evly came and peered over my shoulder. Turning the page, I wrote what I knew:
The world is a giant work of... art. It is mind boggling how everything fits together perfectly, as if it was made as a masterpiece that was carefully thought out by the most talented artist. I suppose that is really the case. God created our world, and he is the master artist of all time. Our world is a perfect balance of visual art, music, sensory; each one of our five senses is captivated, intrigued. And everything fits together perfectly. The story of the world is being told by earth, water, air, fire, (and according to fairies- magic, however I do not think that to be the case) . We perceive the story using our senses- sound, touch, sight, scent, taste. And magic is what binds it all together. 
 I wrote the last sentence after a moment's consideration, after realising that it really was what I was referring to when I said magic. 
"Rain, Evly, lunch time" A voice said from behind my door, interrupting my thoughts. It took a second for the voice to register in my head. It was Moon speaking- my little brother. A light knock was heard before the squeaking of a turning handle. My door opened, and standing there was Moon. His big blue eyes were looking at me. It was as if that little boy already knew where I would be sitting. 
Moon had light skin and big rosy red cheeks. Despite his youth, his features always conveyed a message that he was in deep thought, which he was. 
The little boy walked over to me, took my hand and tried pulling me up. I stood up and hugged him tight to me. 
"You are the Best hugger ever, Moon!" I said to him, watching a smile spread across his features, which still had their babyish charm.
"How about me?" Asked Evly, pouting.
Moon ran over to her and hugged her too. "Mom said to call you both down for lunch." He said in his little child voice.
"We'll be down in a minute, you go ahead." I told him. 
The little boy walked out, closing the door behind him. Evly grabbed the notebook and stuffed it in the back of my closet, who's door was still open- never having been closed after getting dressed that morning. 
Heading down the stairs, I asked Evly where she hid my notebook. 
"Behind the ball gown." She answered, referring to the ball gown I wore to my father's event. 
"That was a fun event." Evly said, reading my thoughts. 
"Yah, it was." I answered, thinking back to it. It had been a ceremony and party honoring my father's work as head of the Protection Services. He was the best Head P.S. officer the world has ever seen, they had said. I remembered the sense of pride I had felt that day.
Evly went to go sit down in the dining room, and I followed behind her. We sat down in our spots, a bowl of pasta salad in front of each of us. We ate lunch, talking and enjoying a break from the currently harsh reality.

Rain is a young fairy, who loves nature and magic. That's her reality. Until it turns out it isn't. Not only does her world get caught up in a storm, but a dangerous one.
