This is a Harry Potter Alternate Universe fanfiction. 

Summary : 18 Harry Potter characters are invited to an island.  Once there, a typhoon traps them there for 5 days and also cuts off all communication devices. One by one, the 18 Harry Potter characters dies. There are no survivors after 5 days on the island. 

You are a detective investigating this case. Find the murderer(s) who is named X. In the end, will you reveal the true face of X?

Two days later
(Fleamont) It has been two days since I got Harry from the ritual. He still hasn't awakened yet and still sleeps. I had to deal with the police and the Minister of Magic. Albus Dumbledore has been trying to get a meeting with me for some time. I need to take him to Gringotts to get a bloodline test done. So that the total assets, including all bloodlines would be tested and he knows all of what he owns. Walking down the hall to his room I hear movement. Rushing to the door I see him looking around and stops to look at me. "Hi there Harry, you're in a safe place now. My name is Fleamont Potter. I'm your Grandfather it is nice to meet you. I know you have a lot of questions for me. I will do my best to answer them." I wait for him to say something to me. The look on his face was shocked like he couldn't believe it. He looks so diffter now there's no scar on the forehead, his eyes are a birth green in color with a gold ring around them, his ears are slightly pointed, and his face has a more regal look.
(Harry) I woke up in an unknown room with no clue how I got here. Looking around the room I see a nice view outside. I hear a noise and look towards the door to see an older man standing in it. He told me his name and who he is. I am shocked at what he said. From what I remember of this world he should be dead. I guess I am in another timeline and I can not rely on my memories. At least I don't have to go back to the Dursley's house. "How can I be sure you are my Grandfather? What happened to me after I was in the ambulance?"
(Fleamont)  "Well, Harry I can prove that to you as I have your father's birth certificate. With my name as the father, you can see if you want. We can go to Gringotts the magic bank and do a blood test there. Would you like to go and find out?" He said yes and I told him to get dressed and meet me downstairs. Ten minutes later he came down the stairs. I call Gobpey to take us to Gringotts. 
Gringotts Bank
(Ironside) I was sitting behind my desk looking at a big pile of paperwork. When I see Lord and Young Lord Potter walk through the door. "What can I do for you Lord Potter? How are you feeling today Young Lord Potter?"
(Fleamont) "We need to do a blood test and the will of his Parents." I watch as Ironside calls another goblin in and tells him what we need done.
(Ironside) After I told Karragg what to do I pulled out a copy of James and Lily Potter's will. "Ok the first order of business is the Will of James and Lily Potter. This Will was lodged with both Gringotts and the Ministry of Magic on the 28th of October 1981. It was sealed by order of the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamot on the morning of the 2st November 1981 and remains sealed and unexecuted to this day. There are currently only two people who can order the Will to be unsealed and read. The Chief Warlock, and the eldest and only remaining member of House Potter. He paused and looked at Lord Potter from across his desk. Lord Potter, do you wish your children Will unsealed and read this now?"
(Fleamont) "Yes, I would like the will to read this will to be read now." I look at Harry to see his reaction to what just was said. The look on his face was full of shock and disbelief.
(Ironside) I picked up an envelope from the desk and broke the seal. A brief pulse of magic was felt by everyone in the room. "Do you wish me to read the Will in its entirety Lord Potter, or would you prefer me to summarise the contents for you? We will, of course, be providing a Certified Copy of the full will to each of the Beneficiaries."
(Fleamont) "A summary will be sufficient for now please."
(Ironside) "Very well Mr. Potter. To summarise:
*Sirius Black is to receive 100,000 galleons and the deeds to the flat he shared with James Potter and Remus Lupin after Hogwarts.
*Remus Lupin is to receive 100,000 galleons and the deeds to a cottage in Sutherland. There is a note to indicate that you should be familiar with the cottage in question.
*Peter Pettigrew is to receive 100,000 galleons and the deeds to a cottage in Wiltshire. Unless he has betrayed them by revealing their location to the Dark Lord known as Voldemort or his Death Eaters." Both Lord Potter and Harry looked startled at that. I continue on with the summarised will.
"*Frank and Alice Longbottom are to receive 100,000 galleons and custody and guardianship of our son, Harry James Potter until such time as he takes his position as Head of House Potter.
*If Frank and Alice Longbottom are unable to take custody of Harry, custody is to be granted to one of the following people in order of preference:
*Amelia Bones, Sirius Black, Minerva McGonagall.
*Remus Lupin is to be kept involved in Harry's life, and should be considered for a position as his tutor when he reaches a suitable age, if he is not otherwise employed.
*A Stipend of 1000 Galleons per year is to be made available to the guardian of our son, Harry James Potter, for his upkeep and maintenance until he takes his position as Head of House Potter.
*Under no circumstances is Harry James Potter to be placed in the care of Vernon and Petunia Dursley, if none of the above people are available, he is to be placed in an orphanage.
*All other possessions, belongings, monies and titles are passed to their son, Harry James Potter who is to take his place as the Head of House Potter no later than his 14th birthday.
*It also states that Peter Pettigrew was the Secret Keeper for the Fidelius Charm on the house in Godric's Hollow that they were living in."
(Harry) I sat there, shocked, his thoughts racing. His parents Will! He hadn't ever given such a thing a thought. Finding out that it had been sealed and their last wishes hadn't been carried out had him reeling.

I broke a deal with a ROB. Now I have started over and save this world.



I don't own Harry Potter or any of it characters. The MC and few other are mind. I tried and do One Chapter a week more if I have time.

2,009Chapter 1: The Snake
Chapter 1: The Snake

It was a hot day at Privet Drive, Little Whinging. People who didn't need to work were eating ice cream in the shadows of the trees or prepared for visiting the local swimming hall or even one of the lakes nearby.

But one child couldn't enjoy the weather. Fourteen-year-old Harry Potter sat in the garden of the house that was known by the address of "Number four, Privet Drive", the House of the Dursley Family. And he didn't even sit in the sun to tan or anything. He sat in one of the corners that wasn't visible to the neighbours and the street, hiding.

Dudley Dursley, his lovely cousin, was searching for him. And whenever Dudley searched for Harry it meant trouble. Especially since Dudley was big and stupid, a great combination for the bully he was, while Harry was skinny and not exactly a big fighter. At least not in a physical sense. He was quite the duellist, but sadly, he could not show his cousin that part. Not only because his school had forbidden it. But because it involved magic. And if there was anything the Dursleys hated, it was the m-word and anything that seemed even remotely not normal. Like Harry, for example.

Because Harry was a wizard. And not just a normal wizard, but Harry-bloody-Potter, the Boy Who Lived, the wizard that had survived the killing curse while he was still an infant, defeating one of the darkest wizards known to mankind when he couldn't even walk.

So he now went to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry every year, the best - and only - magical school Great Britain had to offer. But still, Dumbledore - the headmaster of said school - insisted on sending him back to that hellhole his relatives called home every single year. And his relatives weren't exactly happy with that, either. He was quite lucky that his godfather - Sirius Black, who was known as a mass murderer even though he had been framed - kept them in check. Before he had broken out of Azkaban, the wizarding prison, Harry had been forced to do all sorts of labour around the household - like cooking, cleaning or gardening - without getting so much as a 'thank you' for his efforts. Especially so since he was still underage and as such wasn't allowed to do magic outside of school. But now, with the threat of a 'crazy mass murderer', they mostly chose to ignore him, pretending that he didn't exist.

Harry liked the calm, but sadly, even though his uncle Vernon and his aunt Petunia ignored him, their son never did the same. Sure, he was frightened as hell if Harry ever drew his wand, but at other times he and his gang did the same as all the years before. A 'nice' little game called 'Harry hunting'.

Hence the reason why he was currently cowering between Petunia's prized magnolia bush and the wall of the house. With the few brain cells his cousin had he might remember how to walk and punch, but he almost never found any hiding places Harry chose as long as they weren't too obvious.

Anyway, since Dudley and his gang normally searched him for a while before they got bored, he had already made himself comfortable here.

Sighing slightly, he looked at the clear, blue sky above and the birds that flew through his field of vision. What he would give to be one of them. He loved flying on his broomstick at Hogwarts, but said broom was currently in his tiny bedroom upstairs, hidden away and unusable since there were too many Muggles - non-magical people - around.

At these times he envied Hedwig a little bit. His snowy owl was currently delivering a letter to Ron, his best and first friend since year one, and he was sure she had fun flying around, hunting and doing whatever she did when she was away. But he was also pretty sure that he wouldn't like whatever answer he got. Just like Hermione's letter last week.

Lately, the letters of both of his friends seemed to get less and less informative. They just wrote that they were not allowed to tell him anything, but he wondered why they mentioned it at all, then? Making him curious and then not telling him anything... that was downright awful, even if they probably didn't mean it that way.

But he got increasingly wary here, having to live with his awful muggle relatives, completely cut off from the wizarding world except for the few letters from his friends and his copy of the Daily Prophet, which was brought every morning by a grey Ministry owl. But the newspaper these days had no news about anything of interest. Namely, Voldemort.

Despite of the heat, Harry shuddered. Nightmares of the resurrection ritual of the Dark Wizard that had tried to kill him when he was a baby still haunted him. It had taken place only a few months ago, but after that, there was nothing. No sudden deaths, no vanishing Muggles, no terror. And since there had been no witnesses of that ritual other than Harry and Voldemort's followers, no one except for Dumbledore and his friends even believed it. People were quite happy with their peaceful life and didn't want anyone to disturb it.

Though it was strange that nothing had happened yet. Was Voldemort gathering his strength? Was he recruiting? The feeling of not knowing anything was driving him crazy! And the fact that his friends left him out of the loop with whatever they were up to didn't cheer him up at all!

A small rustling sound pulled him out of his musings. Confused, he looked for the source of it - fearing for a second that Dudley had begun poking the bushes - but he let out a relieved sigh as he saw that the noise had been made by a small snake which had just come out of the little hedge that separated the property of the Dursleys from the neighbours.

Wait a second.

A snake? Here, in Little Whinging?

Harry blinked, surprised, at the little animal. It didn't look like your typical garden snake or anything... Though he certainly wasn't an expert on reptiles...

He continued staring at the animal. It had black scales, with a dark brown diamond-pattern that seemed to cover its whole length of about forty inches, and slitted, yellow coloured eyes that were probably normal for a snake.

The animal itself did already seem a bit strange and out of place, but it all started being really weird as the snake began talking.

"So this is Harry Potter..."

Harry stared, baffled, before he remembered that it had to be Parseltongue. Of course, snakes didn't randomly plop out of perfectly muggle hedges and started speaking English! And if he concentrated a bit, he even heard a slight difference.

As he stared, the snake seemed to come to a conclusion and turned back to the hedge, but a hurriedly hissed "Wait!" from Harry stopped it. "How do you know my name?" he asked curiously, since it wasn't exactly common knowledge among snakes.

Said snake only stared at him, before slowly lifting its head to look him in the eye. "You are a speaker?"

"Um... yes?"

"Mother did not tell me that. 'Protect Harry Potter' she said. 'The skinny human with black hair and a scar' she said."

Now Harry was frowning. He didn't know any snakes as the only reptiles he had ever spoken to had been the boa constrictor in the zoo three years ago which didn't know his name, a summoned snake that had been destroyed and the Basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets which he had killed afterwards. So who was 'Mother'?

He asked the little snake, but it just shook its head.

"Mother said I may not tell anyone of her identity. Not even a speaker, I am sorry. But she seemed very worried about you."

He pondered that for a moment. He did not know said mother, so he should probably be suspicious, but that little snake did seem worried about him and he could not detect any dishonesty. He wondered briefly if animals were able to lie at all, but then dismissed it.

It didn't matter, at least he had someone who seemed to worry for him. His friends seemed too busy with not telling him anything and Hedwig might have been worried, but he couldn't understand her.

And Sirius... He didn't want to burden his godfather with even more problems, being on the run probably led to more than enough things he had to consider.

So in the end, he extended his hand to the snake. "Wanna come inside with me? I can't imagine that you like the heat..."

He didn't know why exactly he had offered. Probably because even a snake was better company than no one.

But in the end, this decision would change his life forever, even if he didn't know that yet, as he took the snake and snuck back to his room...

Soo... this is my first multichaptered fanfiction I ever published! Yay!

I hope you liked the beginning, even though Tom wasn't seen anywhere. You'll probably have to wait a bit longer for him to show up, but don't worry, I didn't write TMRxHP in the summary for nothing. (Yes people who didn't read the summary, this story WILL contain Slash, as in male x male content. If you dislike that, please stop reading this story now)

Edit, concerning the 'I can't imagine you like the heat'-sentence:
After a few reviews from different people, claiming that snakes like the heat which makes Harry's reasoning confusing.
To clear it up: Yes, snakes do like the heat, but too much heat isn't good for them either. And a hot summer day in Great Britain might actually be too hot for a snake to feel comfortable. (Harry's room isn't the coolest anyway, so the snake will still have warmth).
And people who may or may not know more about snakes than I do (I did use Google since I don't own a snake myself) and still don't think it's enough: Harry has no idea about reptiles and their like or dislike for certain temperatures. And the snake told him it would protect him. So it shouldn't be all too strange if it does follow him, even though it might not have been the heat at all. I hope that was enough to clear up that it was not a mistake due to me being too lazy to research or anything, though it might seem so at first. ;)

The next day I woke up, I was getting ready when mum screamed:
Mum: Toni!!! Your first day of school is today!! Toni:Ik mum I m leaving... I said that and I left, this time with my phone I put the ubication on it and I walked to school. I get my schedule and I went to my classes. It was a shit... My friends weren't there, I didn't have a lot but the 3 I had were the bests. I had homework to do and projects, it was half of trimester, and the teacher put me in pairs with a guy that didn't came, she didn't tell me the name. 

At the afternoon I did my homework and I read one of my favorite books Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone. Since dinner... I didn't feel like eating so I took a shower and brushed my tooths and then I feel asleep, yep basically a normal day but I hated. I hated to be at school doing work and just that the only thing that I liked was that I could see my friends, but now... I like and I liked to be alone, but not all the time. And the fact that I could talk with anybody about how I felt...
I soon fell asleep. The next day went as slow as the other but my partner was there. When the teacher told me it was Chase I wanted to runaway, why? Idk but I wanted. 
Chase: so you are my partner? 
Toni: That's what happen when u miss school you go with the new kid?
Chase: I don't think that's the reason 
Toni: OK? 
Chase:  so what book you would like to do the project of? 

Toni: idk do you like Harry Potter? 

Chase: Mhm
Toni: Do you want to do it about Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone? 
Chase: Yeah...

This chapter is just a little summary of information that you might have forgotten after 100 chapters.
This current Volume will focus on the tri-wizard cup, Character development, Lucien's progress as a young sorcerer, and it will be completing the merger of Lucien and the tri-core soul wand(finally).

Lucien Bennett Dubois, During the first volume as a very young wizard, he met Garrick Ollivander. Ollivander told him a story about his greatest creation. The Tri-Core Soul wand. This wand fuses with the soul of the wizard and grows with the wizard.   The main core is what keeps the wand stable. and it also the abilities of the main core that the wizard gains after fusing with their wand.

Lucien later discovers that, the tri-core wand is cable of eating other wands to aid in the complete merger of wand and wizard. During the event that wizard meets the requirements to complete merger with his/her wand. The main core will become the physique of said wizard.

Phoenix feather- Phoenix Physique
Veela hair- Veela Physique
Basilisk Fang/horn- Basilisk Physique

The wizard will gain the physique that belongs to the beast in their wand.  Rick the phoenix gave a feather to Voldemort and harry potter. Voldemort and Harry potter will gain the identical physique of Rick the Phoenix. not Donny, the pure-blood overlord king phoenix. But, Rick, the ordinary phoenix.

Can Rick, the ordinary Phoenix Physique become Donny, The pure-blood overlord King Physique? Yes, just not from the beginning, it will be a processes



Back to Lucien, Our MC. Lucien was gifted two wands. They were made in a way that Ollivander felt, they would never find another than Lucien (Plot armor right?). 

wand 1:  Elder wood, Thestrial tail hair,  Basilisk Horn, (Main core) Phoenix Feather.
Wand 2: Pear wood, Horned Serpent's Horn, Spine of the white river monster, (Main core) Veela Hair


The phoenix feather came from an ordinary phoenix. However during Ollivander's story. He tell's Lucien, that his wife is a Veela. She dies and Ollivander uses her hair, to make the main core of the second wand.

During his fusion with these wands, he gains abilities from both the Veela and the Phoenix. 
As far as he could tell, Veela pheromones(charm) and Phoenix regeneration. Yes, these abilities can evolve as the wand and the wizard grows.

In 1993, Lucien began to notice that his Veela Pheromones could get wildly out of control and has gotten him self in the habit of suppressing them.  However he can not control his power according to knowledge on Veela Males, until he is 16. So its a nuclear bomb, not a bow and arrow.

Ollivander, and books on magical creatures also inform Lucien to stay away from Veela woman, Ass he give the impression of a pure blood male Veela. Although Female Veelas tempt human man, they strive for purity and their lust becomes uncontrollable around the very rare Pure-blood male Veela.

so now, Lucien has been suppressing his abilities for years and his abilities are related to Ollivander's wife. 

The Veelas of harry potter derive from the mythical creature Vilas. This Volume will get dark and twisted as Lucien takes on the tri-wizard tournament, His uncontrollable mysterious abilities, while oddly boding with...Snape? with a sprinkle of voodoo. no one is safe this year.

Harry whined, "Would you please stop me calling that?"
Dobby wore a million-watt smile. "Great and Lovely Master Harry Potter sir, I think you must have had some of Professor Greasy Bat's alcohol. But then again you keep asking me to stop. Were you dropped pretty hard when you were just born?"
Harry groaned and banged his head against the desk. Dobby burst into laughter and Harry could not help but smile at the antics of the house-elf. This little skit has been happening on repeat for the past few days, but Harry would not have it any other way. I owe the little guy far more than this, I can take a little ribbing. 
"And Hedwig?"
Dobby shivered, "Her Owlness commands the roost and would not be referred to with anything else. She was in the roost waiting till breakfast to give you the letter, Dobby went and took the letter. Her Owlness made Dobby regret his audacity."
Harry's eyebrow twitched with mirth. I have such strange people and creatures around me. He opened the contents of the letter, and when he saw some of the numbers, his eyebrows shot up in surprise.

My responsibilities lie in maintenance, security and other financial matters pertaining your family wealth, from your family vault, investments to your individual trust vault. Since the death of your father, myself and several other goblins and wizards have managed your wealth. Harry's eyes grew comically large. Circe's wrinkly nose! That is lot of money. Good thing I do not have to much work there, although I think I will have to start learning about both wizarding and muggle finance. Still a little bit of a daze, he composed a quick response thanking EverSharpe, asking for a list with a detailed description for all line items, and asking for monthly statements. He inserted the letter in an envelope put and tucked away the letter into his robes and had Dobby pop him over to the statue of Barnabus. As he opened the door to the Room of Requirement, he found The Hat waiting for at the center of the room.
"Ah Mr. Potter, let us start our session today."
Much like the first session, The Hat had him navigate his mind with his magic. When he repeated the process today, he could discern out details in his memory he could not recall in the first session and he felt that he delved deeper into his memories. As the session ended, Harry's mind went back to the phenomenon with his wand yesterday.
"Hat, I have something I need your opinion on. Can you look at the memory and give me your opinion?"
"Put me on, and I will try my level best."
Harry strode to the pedestal where The Hat was situated and put him on. Harry though back to the memories of his wand and his training session. Several minutes went by and it seemed like The Hat was replaying his memories to carefully analyze what happened. The Hat gave a grunt as Harry placed him back on the pedestal
"I could be wrong, but I think the cause of that phenomenon was because you were perfectly compatible with your wand thus your magic perfectly resonated with your wand."
Harry was puzzled by The Hats answer. "I thought that wands were perfectly matched when they chose you?"
The Hat chuckled, "Not necessarily. You see wands choose a wizard. Not the wizard. If a wand chooses its master, then the chances are that the master could have merely met the bare minimum threshold for acceptance. You and your holly and phoenix wand were such pair."
Harry directed his gaze towards his wand. "Are you saying that the wand chose me because it had no other choice?"
The Hat tilted his tip slightly, "It is a possibility though I doubt so with your wand. Wands can be temperamental nature. However, a holly and phoenix feather wand are usually amongst the hardest wands to match as they usually have stringent requirements for their masters. Holly and phoenix feather wands resonate well with those who are on a spiritual quest, some wandmaker circles call your wand combination a Hero's Wand. My theory as to why it did not perfectly resonate with you would have to do with the presence of the horcrux in you. Although, I am not even too sure of that. You may have to talk to a wandmaker to get a more accurate deduction."
"So, a better match leads to better casting?"
"Given all else equal between two wizards or witches, the witch or wizard with the better matched wand tends to produce better results."
Harry rubbed his chin. "So, what else do you think matters in spell casting?"
The Hat chuckled. "I know that you have some questions about your magic based off yesterday's results. But for the sake of your sanity, let us postpone this lesson for a later day. You just came back in time and despite the nature of what we are about to face, we have some time before we can delve much deeper into magic."
The Hat paused for a bit, as if in deep thought. "I do have an exercise you can do in the meantime. Cast every spell that is taught here in Hogwarts and try to cast at least nonverbally. Push the envelope where you feel comfortable and try to accomplish a few of the spells without your wand. Start with year one spells and move forward from there."
The Hat tilted slightly to the right and chuckled. "Now then, I think it is about time you headed back to the dorms. Until next time Mr. Potter."
Harry nodded and Dobby popped him back to his bed. He spent the next several minutes meditating. He opened his eyes when he heard someone getting up. To no surprise, it was Neville.
"Morning Neville."
Neville sat up in his four-poster bed, bleary eyed. "Blimey, why the hell are you up so bloody early?"
Harry let out an impish smile. "Come now Neville old chap, early wizard gets the snitch and all that. Or at least that's what Mr. Weasley told me once."
Neville grumbled, "The only thing you are getting is my pillow on your face."
"I will have you know that I have excellent reflexes."
"And I have thrown fully grown mandrakes."
"How does that even ap- "
Dean snarled, "Would you two shut up and let me sleep? You ladies can talk somewhere else."
Harry gasped, "Dean! If Hermione heard you, she would skin you alive. Degrading females and all that."
Neville added, "Or turn him into a pig. Can she turn him into a pig?"
Harry shrugged, "Seems like some advanced stuff. She probably will figure it out within a day. Or turn his ears in to rabbit ears."
"Or turn his hair into worms."
"Or make him- "
A pillow approached Harry's face at a rapid pace. With his quick reflexes, Harry ducked under the incoming barrage and reached out for his own ammunition. Only to be hit in the face by another pillow. One quick look at the smug Longbottom confirmed who the second attacker was. Oh, this means war boys.
Before Harry could pull out his wand, the door to the dorm opened and Percy Weasley stood at the entrance with a pillow stuck onto his face. Harry looked around quizzically while the other two hooligans looked like they bit a lemon. How did on earth did that pillow hit him?
Percy threw the pillow away and threw a disapproving gaze at the trio. "That would be 5 points from Gryffindor. Now get ready for breakfast if you have time to goof around like imbeciles." He inclined his nose up slightly and turned around with a sniff and walk away with what Harry would recall as the most pompous walk he as ever seen.
Dean blinked twice and tilted his head slightly. "You reckon he is a poofter?"
Harry and Neville looked at each other and shrugged. Harry replied, "I saw him awfully cozy with a Ravenclaw prefect a few days ago, so maybe not. Let's not talk about this while his brother is asleep in the same dorm as us."
Neville and Dean gave him a nod. Harry sighed, "Well gentleman it has been fun, I am going to go down to the common room." With a wave, he turned around and went down to the common room. Fifteen minutes later Harry, Hermione and Neville went down to the Great Hall for breakfast.

Winky wasn't like Dobby. She didn't want to be free, she wanted to serve a family. However, house-elves that have been dismissed from service rarely find another family to serve, being disgraced. She would be more than happy to work for the Potter family, and would probably be even more dutyful than Dobby to make up for her previous mishap.
Concerning the manor, Harry didn't want to rebuild it as it was before.
This place was going to be his HQ for the war against Voldemort. There was no doubt that at some point, the enemy would discover that he is staying at this place. At that time, they would come under heavy attack, and he sincerly doubted that he and his summoned ladies alone could handle it. There would be their allies as well. This place had to be a stronghold for both them and their allies. It should also be able to handle a few refugees.
But he was also worried about spies and traitors, and aside from being a stronghold, the place was also going to be his home. Because of that, he didn't want them in the same building. He wanted a building to house guests, separated from the main house where he would live. To that end, he would have to slightly change the position of the wardstone in the property. That was going to take some work without disabling the wards.
The group would have to consult proper architects very soon. Non-magical ones, because witches and wizards relied more on wards and enchantments for defense, than clever construction. His family wardstone and his 3 Casters would be more than enough to take care of the magical protections. Furthermore, there was much less risks of enemy wizards finding the plans of the property.
With the hearing taken care without any complications, they could put any kind of political training aside. Harry's magical education was still lacking, and he would have to focus on that until September 1st. 
His morning schedule had little changes. He would spend 1 and half hour learning from Scathach, 1 and half hours studying the 5th year program, 30min casting spells from the previous 4 years, and 30min of spar. In the afternoon, he would spend 2 hours on breathing and meditation. Since it was still supposed to be a holiday, he would have the rest of the afternoon free. In the evening, he would spend 1 and half hour working on occlumency. It would start after his visit to Sirius.
That same morning, while they were talking, a notable part of Magical Britain population received the Special Edition from the Quibbler. And after reading it, they started to spread the word to their friends and aquitances.
The main article was a faithfull summary of the trial, with a small reminder at the end that the transcripts were available for perusal at the ministry. Following that article, was an interview of Caitlyn, in her role as advocate for Harry. In it, she sharply criticised the minister and his undersecretary, and their attack on Harry through the Daily Prophet. She further critisised said newspaper for being as corrupt and incompetent as the current ministry.
She explained how the ministry office seemed intent on intruding in DMLE affairs, hindering or downright blocking proper investigations. She gave as exemple the attack at the end of the Qidditch World Cup, the disappearance of Crouch Senior during the irregular Tri-wizard Tournament, and the tragic ending of said tournament. She hinted that he was responsible for the loss of a key witness at that time.
She presented Fudge as the one being an unbalanced attention seeker more interested in his own fame and comfort than properly taking care of magical Britian. She reminded them that he was the one who, during the earlier half of his term as minister, gave himself an Order of Merlin 1st Class, when he did nothing exceptional to receive it. All the critical problems of the afterwar had already been taken care of at that point. 
Meanwhile, noone of the Potter were given an award for the Defeat of the Dark Lord in October 1981. She also expressed her concern for his association with people whose action in the previous war was suspect, and who was dismissed from Hogwart's Board of Governors. Namely, Lucius Malfoy. The suspicion of bribery was heavily hinted as well, with a passing comment about the DMLE having their budget cut.
When Fudge was made aware of the articles at noon, he felt like he had been sucker punched and kicked in the balls. Dolores Umbridge looked like she was going to have a stroke, before shrieking in outrage. Madam Bones got a vindictive smile on her face. The common witches and wizards of magical Britain were forced to rethink their opinion on Harry Potter, and the current minister's office.
Harry's letter and the Qibbler arrived at Grimmauld Place at the same time. Sirius was estatic with the news, followed by Fred and George, then Ginny. They had a little celebration, and Tonks and Remus got swept in by the happy mood. 
In the evening, there was another Order meeting. All the ministry workers in the Order were pleased, especially the aurors. The movements of the dark side in the ministry was restrained, and Dumbldore recovered some support. They didn't get the  upper hand on the opposition, but they were more evenly matched.
The rest of the discussion was about who would retrieve Harry at Kingcross Station. 
Remus was an obvious choice. Dumbledore wanted an auror or 2 with them, but they would all be more busy during the day for the time being. He was thankful that Moody was retired, and was chosen alongside Mudungus Fletcher. Since they were certain Harry would have his people as well, they didn't select more. A big group would be to noticable, and they wouldn't have the cover of the night.

The dementor attack during the summer after his 4th year was the last straw for Harry Potter. He changed in more than one way, and will no longer let anyone dictate his life.

The cold rain poured down, everyone walked into the castle, everyone felt a sense of relief.
The scent of food floated out from the Great Hall; it made all the young wizards feel happy.
Evan sniffed and rubbed his belly.
It was a pity that he couldn't see the sorting ceremony or eat last year.
As he was about to enter the Great Hall, Professor McGonagall's voice suddenly sounded out.
"Mason, Potter, and Granger, I want to see you three!"
They turned their heads in surprise, they saw Professor McGonagall come over with a stern look, Evan tried to think if he had done anything.
"You don't have to be so sad; I just want to talk to you in my office." She turned her head, "Weasley, Creevey, you may go to the party first."
Ron and Colin stared at Professor McGonagall as she led Evan, Harry, and Hermione away.
They walked to her office; it was a small room with a welcoming fire in the fireplace.
The three of them were astonished to see that Madam Pomfrey was there waiting for them.
"Professor Lupin sent an owl, saying you passed out on the train, Potter." Professor McGonagall looked worried, "As for you, Mason, Lupin said that you used the Patronus Charm, which is incredible considering your age but the strain on your body must be immense."
"No, Professor...."
Before they could finish their words, they were interrupted by Madam Pomfrey.
"You two!" said Madam Pomfrey in an enlightened voice, "I thought...... You're not going to do anything dangerous like you did with the basilisk."
"Dementors at Hogwarts," said Professor McGonagall.
They exchanged an inconspicuous wink and Madam Pomfrey exhaled a deep breath of cold air with an unfavourable giggle.
"Setting Dementors around the school." muttered Madam Pomfrey while examining Evan and Harry, "He won't be the last one to collapse. You are all clammy. They surely are terrible creatures, the effect they have on people who are already delicate…."
"I'm not delicate!" said Harry angrily
"Of course, you're not." said Madam Pomfrey absentmindedly, "You look good, what do you need, bed rest or...."
"I think we are fine; I think I have a lot of happy things to remember. The spell wasn't as hard as I thought it would be," said Evan hastily.
Since taking the potion, his mana has clearly increased by a good margin. The use of the Patronus charm is too much for a regular young wizard's body. Evan was curious as to why he had started to form the guardian even though he couldn't remember anything happy in his mind.
"I don't need anything!" nodded Harry, "Professor Lupin gave me some chocolate and I feel much better now!"
"So, we have a Professor who knows his remedies," whispered Madam Pomfrey.
After Evan and Harry repeatedly insisted, they were all right, they went out with Madam Pomfrey. Professor McGonagall had something to say to Hermione.
"What does Professor McGonagall have to talk to Hermione about?" asked Harry curiously.
"It should be about some of her classes time conflicting so perhaps Professor McGonagall is persuading her to give up a few classes." Said, Evan, even though he knew Professor McGonagall is giving Hermione a time turner.
He used one at the end of last year but the time turner he used was made by Rowena Ravenclaw herself, it was powerful enough to bring him back a thousand years.
Unfortunately, when he came back Ravenclaw didn't just say Merry Christmas take your stuff.
Evan thought there might be something else in the secret room he got the time turner but the basilisk was going to many different places he couldn't be sure of its exact location. And he didn't have a clue where to find the secret treasures.
As Evan was in thought frowning, Hermione came out looking very happy, behind her was Professor McGonagall, she walked down the stairs to the Great hall with them.
In the great hall was a sea of black hats, each table was filled with student, thousands of candle lights shone on their faces, the candles were suspended in mid-air above the table. Professor Flitwick was walking out of the Great Hall with an old hat and a three-legged stool.
"Oh, my God!" said Evan as he slapped his forehead, "I missed it two years in a row, how."
"Yes, you are very unlucky!" said Colin while looking at Evan sympathetically.
By the time Evan sat down he noticed there were a few new faces at Gryffindor's table which should be the new first years.
He doesn't know them but they seem to know him.
They turned around and looked at Evan and Harry, he told them a summary of what had happened on the train.
The people where all very interested in the matter, whether it was Harry who had fainted or Evan's use of Magic to defeat the Dementors.
Perhaps after the story of "Me and the Basilisk at Hogwarts," will be "Me and the Dementors at Hogwarts," as long as it's in Lockhart's style it will be very popular.
After a while a warm sound of applause filled the great hall, he saw Hagrid's flushed face, he stood in the teacher's seat with his smile hidden by his messy black beard.
Dumbledore had just finished introducing the two new professors, Lupin was as expected a professor of defence against the dark arts and Hagrid was the professor of the care of magical creatures.
Hagrid didn't have to say much since most of the students were already familiar with him.
As for Professor Lupin, the students who had experienced the Dementors attack on the train applauded even though he was dressed very shabbily, everyone was delighted to finally have a proper Professor for defence against the dark arts.
Even Malfoy, Goyle and Crabbe applauded but they soon stopped.
Evan saw Snape staring at Professor Lupin.
The expression on Snape's face seemed a little irritated, the look on his face would make any person shudder.
Next Dumbledore announced that the Ministry of Magic has stationed Dementors on the school grounds and everybody should stay clear of the dementors since they would take any action of not cooperation as provocation and attack.
When Dumbledore finished, the atmosphere turned heavy.
