For those who have noticed, this fan fiction has become incredibly boring to write and the chapters are becoming worse.

At first I was pretty excited to write a fan fiction for RSSG, but the more I wrote, the less ideas I had and realized that the original work had too much holes for me to handle.

I obviously write fan fictions because I'm lacking as a writer and can't write complete stories well enough in my opinion, but RSSG wasn't a good idea since I basically have to fill the gaps.

The Nasuverse or Fate universe Fan fiction I'm writingcalled " The Other Dimension's Knight " is much better written and I'm having more fun writing it than this one so I won't stop.

But on the other hand this one has gotten bland for me and I'll probably drop it. Funny enough I've stopped reading RSSG aswell. 

On the happy side, I'm planning to write an "Overgeared" fanfiction. For those who don't know the novel, I suggest you to read it, it can be pretty cringy sometime but overall it's way better than most virtual reality novel.

So for the character I'll be writing for the overgeared fanfiction, I'll need a name ( in-game name and real name ).

I can give you guys a little spoiler on his in-game style of fighting:

He'll be using a spear since I've not seen many players using this weapon in the original work. Considering the amount of background put into the game ( which is amazing by the way ) I plan on him not having some sort of inheritance, but by his effort, he will be able to be as strong if not stronger than the top players. Basically he'll be crazy strong and talented, but in exchange won't have a broken class from the beginning. He'll start as a basic spearman. 

Since it's stated in the work that Grid ( the main character ) started later than others, I'll be making him start at the opening of the game and make some events in the beginning. The game is a good balance between quests and other aspects of an RPG but I'll make him follow quests in the beginning to be able to give him some 'weight' in order for him to be able to upgrade his class later. 

For those who knows the novel choose one of the three :

2) Join the Overgeared guild and fight against the Empire

3) Be like Kraugel and go kind of solo

The biggest reason she's female is because of how I grew up. I grew up in a mostly female household. My sisters always had control over the tv and movies and whatnot. So it was constant "girly" movies. Stuff like Mulan, Pocahontas, The Powerpuff Girls, Bratz and even Barbie. I never actually had a favorite Barbie movie, they were all torture. (Princess and the Pop Star. Fight me b****). Normally a young boy would hate this and would rather be watching Transformers or something, but not this guy. I liked these movies growing up. I discovered Final Fantasy around middle school and really enjoyed it. By the time I was in high school and, for some reason, decided to make a fan fiction and I made Ava. I automatically made her female because I grew up with badass female characters; Mulan, Pocahontas, Ripley, Wonder Woman, etc. So I wanted to make a character as awesome as they were. Originally I was going to make her more like one character that I had already come up with in middle school(still doing rewrites on that character to this day .-.). This was like peak emo phase so she was going to be extremely edgy. But then it hit me, none of my favorite characters were necessarily edgy. They had their dark moments, but they also had their charming and whimsical moments. So I strayed from making her too much like Elisa (that's the character). Back to business; after the whole fan fiction fiasco, I finally played a Final Fantasy (I did like Final Fantasy in middle school, but hadn't actually played one until high school). And that game was Final Fantasy 13, one of the worst in the series, but it is a guilty pleasure of mine. I got so into it that I researched as much as I could about 13 and found the whole Nova Chrysalis thingy. In the process I discovered Final Fantasy Type-0, a game out of the Nova Chrysalis mythology. It still hadn't received its western release, but I got my hands on a PSP emulator and downloaded a fan translation version of the game. Over time the FF7 fan fiction became a Type-0 fan fiction. It was then that I had finally named her Ava and in that fan fic she was actually one of the newest members of Class Zero. Throughout most of high school I kept that fan fiction until one day I thought to myself, why don't I make Ava her own thing? I didn't entirely scrap the fan fic however. If I somehow end up making more than one chapter, and if you've played Type-0, you'll notice that I kept a ton of elements from it, some stuff from 13, and some pretty heavy inspirations from Wonder Woman. Since then I've come up with my own things to add to her world expanding it as much as I can, but can't actually write any of it because it sounds better in my mind and when I finally write it I end up thinking "I am an insult to all writers out there". And that is her origin as a character. 

Small little bonus:
Sometime during my senior year I had gotten pretty decent at drawing so I researched all kinds of armor that I could apply to Ava. The female body has always been easier for me to draw so drawing Ava wasn't that much of a big deal (I once tried to draw Spider-Man, but I subconsciously drew a female so I ended up with Gwen Stacy's Ghost Spider instead). After much research on female armor I finally got down to drawing it. And it sucked. Bad. I did keep it though. Mostly because it's the only succesful one I've drawn and still use the armor design to this day. If I ever make it to the point when she gets her armor, describing it will be hell.
