Various summaries of Game of Thrones fanficions that I wrote over the past few months.

Each summary would be 10,000-40,000 words long.

The year is 2025, the world has progressed virtual reality to the point where immersion is nearly 100%. Though it is capped at 98% scientists are confused as how to unlock this remaining 2%. 

Anyhow the company RavenWorld had released a new virtual reality device that allows up to the maximum immersion rate which had taken the world by storm. Following the announcement for the new device a new game was announced to start a month after names Fallen Throne.

The Creators of the game say the goal of the game is for each continent to have a counterpart in the game with the world throne in the game being given to the top guild in the world. Guilds from each continent in game will fight this throne with the winner ruling over the entire world of Fallen throne. Not much else was said regarding the details of the battle for the throne but none the less the gamers of the world were hooked.

With each continent of the world being given a continent in the world including Antarctica, a little more than half of the population  of the world (about 52%) brought this device in anticipation. Most of the percentage being young adults under 30 and kids above the age of 12. The older generation were not too worried about video games since they had either gotten their life to a stable point of simply don't have time for video games. 

Underestimating how popular their game would appear to the world the creators of Fallen Throne had to delay the game 2 extra months in order for everyone who had ordered a vr (virtual reality) device to receive it. 

Fast forward 3 months since the announcement and Kameron could be seen signing for a package at his home. "Thank you for signing and have a great day!" Said the delivery man as he walked back to his delivery truck and drove away. 

Kameron brought his package inside and decided to get set up in his room. Taking the equipment out of the box along with the game he wasn't surprised to find only a headset for the car equipment. As he fumbled around with the instructions he took a few minutes before to read the key directions before the alarm on his phone went off. 

[Game starting in 35 minutes! Get set up quickly!]

Chuckling slightly to himself Kameron threw his phone onto his bed and quickly assembled the vr equipment.  Laying on the bed Kam quickly sent his mom a text saying he was going to play the game for a few hours. Since it was currently 4:27pm for him he gave an estimate of 6 hours before he would log off. 

Kameron was only 16 so he couldn't play all the time. After making sure the text was sent he opened his window slightly so the autumn air could cool his room some while he played the game. After putting on the headset he recalled how to start the game. He has already input the game chip into the headset so he only needed to say the words after turning in the headset. 

With a quick sigh and a check of the time Kameron closed his eyes and uttered a few words. 

"Run Fallen throne"

With the headset providing feedback he was prompted to confirm his choice. 

"User please say start to confirm playing the game Fallen Throne"

Not worrying about the sudden feedback as he had read the instructions before he quickly replied back.

"Start...."

Chen Mo felt that the 1.6GB he was given before was more than enough, especially for mobile games.
There were only two uses for this quota, one of which was downloading public artworks and music.
Of course, entry-level video game designers would tap into that resource, but would only use it as a placeholder. In order to increase the quality of the game, most designers would opt to make their own resources from scratch.
Another was using the engine to generate a framework from rules for the game, taking up system resources.
Games like I Am MT were really simple and would take at most 30MB to generate, so little you could basically neglect it.
Chen Mo didn't worry about this at all while making his previous mobile games.
However, more complicated games such as RTS or MOBA games that had more complicated rulesets would take up much more system resources from the game engine.
Chen Mo would be a little bit apprehensive if he was to make an RTS game using the 1.6GB quota, but he could be more liberal now that he had 5GB to work with.
Moving onto the special equipment.
Chen Mo wouldn't complain about the extra Memory Playback Potions and would be happy to receive more.
As for the Reaction Speed Serums and Hand Speed Boost Potions... They seemed kinda useless, but may as well use them both as their effect lasts forever.
At least it could be useful in games in the future.
Chen Mo didn't feel any different after consuming all of it.
"Alright, that's it for now."
Chen Mo decided to work on a new design document for his next game.

Now that Chen Mo had users and money, Chen Mo wanted to work on his brand.
Just like how he entered the mobile gaming industry with a fury using Plants vs Zombies, Chen Mo wanted to have the same effect with the PC gaming industry with a classic game.
Chen Mo was a tossing between RTS and MOBAs, unable to decide which one he wanted to make.
From a long term perspective, MOBAs would be the best choice. Recreating League of Legends would be more than enough for Chen Mo to do nothing for six to seven years.
Based on his previous world, RTS games would start declining once MOBAs were introduced.
However, Chen Mo still decided to make an RTS game after doing market research, settling on a Blizzard product: Warcraft
First, in terms of difficulty, MOBAs are much more difficult than RTS games as MOBAs need a lot of attention to the numerics side of things to properly balance things. Moreover, one small problem could lead to a huge chain reaction of balance changes, and one bad patch could kill the game.
Although RTS games required balancing as well, it was easier and wasn't as complicated as MOBAs.
Second, from a promotional point of view, players of this world had never seen MOBAs, but were plenty familiar with RTS games. It would probably take long for a MOBA to get off its feet compared to RTS games.
Moreover, Chen Mo wanted to incorporate the World of Azeroth into a game as soon as possible. The sooner the world becomes a game, the more players would recognise the story, making the game spread even faster.
Therefore, Chen Mo decided to make Warcraft first as there wouldn't be any point making an RTS game after making a MOBA.

Next up was planning the foundations of the game.
Warcraft technically was a series of games. 'Orcs & Humans', 'Tides of Darkness', 'Beyond the Dark Portal', 'Reign of Chaos', 'The Frozen Throne', were all technically Warcraft, but the differences between them were huge.
Setting aside the story, there was still a substantial difference between games in terms of gameplay.
For example in Warcraft 2, Blizzard had discovered their style, pioneering left click to select, and right click for attack and movement. Moreover, the "Fog of War" concept had also spread to many other RTS games.
In Warcraft 3, the concept of Heroes becomes key in the design of the game, striking a balance between teamwork and individuality, allowing the world of an RTS game to feel much richer.
And when Wrath of the Lich King came along, Warcraft 3 continued to get balance patches, and the story of the game reached its peak, which allowed Warcraft to become a classic game.
Chen Mo felt that he didn't need to go through all the trouble that Blizzard went through, and decided to skip right to Warcraft 3.
In The Frozen Throne, the two most popular heroes, Illidan and Arthas dueled it out for the Frozen Throne, and pushed the story of the world of Azeroth to its limits. There were many players who started playing the game or spent more time looking into the lore because of these two heros.
Chen Mo decided to condense all the main parts of the story from Reign of Chaos, resulting in a combination of both Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne.
The other versions such as Tides of Darkness or Beyond the Dark Portal could be done as DLCs if the players were enthusiastic about getting more.

Chen Mo split the designing process of Warcraft into six different parts, namely rules and specifications, battle mechanics, races and units, story, level and map design, and multiplayer.
As there was so much to do, Chen Mo wasn't in a rush to finish it. After writing down some concepts and key points, Chen Mo went downstairs.
Qian Kun started working yesterday, and sat next to Zheng Hongxi.
Zheng Hongxi and Su Jinyu were playing League Conquest while working hard to finish their research report on RTS games.
"Are the reports done?" asked Chen Mo.
Chen Hongxi saiid, "Almost done."
Su Jinyu said unconfidently, "I'm... done."
Chen Mo nodded, "Alright, you guys can keep it. I won't be looking at it."
Zheng Hongxi and Su Jinyu were visibly confused.
Su Jinyu was dumbfounded, "Manager, if you weren't going to look at it, why make us put so much effort into it?"
Chen Mo replied, "If I didn't ask you to write reports, would you play the game so seriously? Moreover, the reports are probably garbage, and I don't even need to look at it to know that."
Zheng Hongxi and Su Jinyu were both speechless.
"Alright, I've got the plans for the next game, I'll talk more in the meeting room." said Chen Mo.
Chen Mo handed out the design concept to the rest of them around the meeting table.
Zheng Hongxi was shocked, "Wow, you're finally working on Azeroth?"
"RTS! Huh, seems like it's going to be a big project! Are we able to do it...?" said Su Jinyu.
Qian Kun rubbed his chin, "Not a scammy game huh. Disappointing..."
Chen Mo was speechless, Is that the only thing this kid thinks about?

Once there was a game, known through out the world as the number one game. 

It was a vr game. One so real that one would mistake it from the real life. But like all good thing this game too most come to an end.

"I spent 20 years in this game, working so hard and it will all disappeared like that." I said softly as I looked down from my flying castle.

"I don't even know if my body in the real world is alive or not. I really just want to stay here with all of these npc." I said as I looked at the birds and other animals down below.

This game was a special game, while you are in the game and die in the out side world, your soul would stay alive in this game.

Most people took advantage of this and gave them self an undead character. But the game develops saw this coming so they had undead like skeletons zombie lose feels like love.

So while you are in this game you both Physically and Mentally you character.

The game develops also had it so when someone die in this game they would wake up in the out side world. As to who the game develops are no one knows.

People world wide tried for over 10 years just to look for this person but came up with nothing. Not even his or her hair color is known.

"Yo dragon god, I have work tomorrow. So I have to go... You stay on this game all day and all night. You should go to the real world you know." A huge pink demon said as it it walked close to me.

"I haven't been in the real world for over 5 years. My body most be 7 feet underground by now." I said with a forced smile.

"It 2020, the best year of all time. You are missing out on a lot of stuff." He said with a helpless sigh.

"I guess I will find out soon." I said as I looked up at the sky.

"Its around late, I should be going. Remember my name as I real use it in the next big game." He said as he logged off.

"Next big game? Will it be as real as this one. I'm I even alive in the out side world?" I ask as I looked at his name. 

"Blazing_demon…" I said as I went back inside the castle.

"My lord, was the view out side alright." An old man wearing a black suit asked.

This is an npc, npc in this would are so real that one would get the confused with real living being. although they don't have feelings, like most people. they do have other thing humans have, like smell, teste and more.

"Yes, did everyone logoff." I asked as I walked past him.

"Yes, this spell called logoff, i believe everyone have used it." He said as he followed behind me.

"Then let's enjoy the last few minutes of this world in the throne room. I want to see every single last of my creations." I said softly as I flashed leaving that hallway.

"Yes my lord." He said as he too flash disappearing.

With the throne room

There one only one seat within this room. That being the throne. This room had 1 enters and another secret enters which is under the throne.

Once one enter they would step on a long red rug that had a golden color at the ends. 

Around the room many had many Statues of character who world together to make this castle.

A total of 53 Statues all where none humans. All have there own Unique touch.

Once you past those staues you would see 6 mains, 3 on each side of the rug. They all were wearing maid uniform but they had there own Unique looks.

"Sigh, this my only life. Once it disappear what would I have, well I will be dead so I guess I will die." I said to my self as I walked past the many states.

"My lord" a man with Blonde hair said as he got off the steps that went up to the throne.

"Michael… you are here." I said with a slight nod.

"My lord you called so I came running." He said Seriously.

"My lord,  I heard you called." A female with Bandages rapped all over her body said.

"Mummy, it nice to see you." I said with a smile as I seat on the throne.

"Lord I don't deserve such praise." She said in her sweat voice that didn't match the way she looked.

Slowly more and more npcs started to arrive
 All of them were not created by my but as I was guild leader, I help the other players create them. So in a way I am there creater.

Each of them had there own Personality, but as they were npc there were still limited by a few things.

One of the is, if you were to ask them to take off all of there clothes, they would look at you in confusion as if they didn't understand a world you say.

Of course you could try and take of there clothes, but you can't really touch them as there hand would go through them.

Although this game is so real one would mistake it for the real world there were a few them that still made it a game.

One, you can't have sex. I believe the game develops had there reason for this, and I could guess what the reason was.

Two, without someone permission you can't touch them. If you do your hand would go straight through them. And you might end up getting kicked out the game for good.

3, no matter how hard you try you can't get turned on. Everyone trie…

4, you can't take off your clothes. You would always have something under.

5, you can't attack a team member, when out fighting a boss. But you could of course attack them when you are not fighting a boss.

And more.

"So this will be the last we meet." I said as I looked at everyone with a sad smile.

"What lord are you too going to use that spell." A hug skeleton with 6 arms asked.

"No, its hard to explain but it looks like I'm going to die." I said as I shook my head.

These npc here were my creations. Forget the real world where everyone would be hiding thing from you
 
Here they are opened as a opened book. I know them all like I know the back of my hand.

To me they were like my children's. Each and everyone of them, from birth to when I and the other members of this guild helped the level up.

I watched them all reach there current level.

"My lord you are a dragon god. Lord what could kill you? Pointed them out i will have them see these 6 arms of mys are not for show." The hug skeleton said with anger as he stood up.

"Death! Show respect to lord." A man with black hair and black suit said as he walked into the throne room

"Lucifer? Why are you here." Michael said as he got up followed by the others.

"Enough, this is the last time I would see you all. So let's enjoy this time in peace." I said softly as I looked at them all.

"Father, I can't just seat and watch you leave." Lucifer said Seriously as he stepped forward.

My lips twisted slightly at how Lucifer called me.

"Lucifer only 1 minute." I said as I opened my screen and went to Lucifer character list.

'Lets change the way he calls me.' I thought as I started deleting a few thing.

Lucifer seemed to freeze for a moment as his eyes went lifeless but after a moment he gained life as he looked at me.

"Lord I really can't just watch." Lucifer said

"Just 10 seconds." I said calmly as I looked at the timer that was counting down.

Everyone went quiet, I sighed is i closed my eyes going through the memories I had of this world.

Soon the timer hit 0… but nothing happened.

"What?." I said in confusion as i opened my eyes.

"Where the screen? Where is the names." I said in confusion as the screen that was gone and the name of an npc thats always above the was gone.

"Nord, is something wrong? Is the time here?" Michael asked.

"I…" I couldn't say anything as I fell into deep thoughts.

'Was it a prank? No, why would they take the screen. I should look around and see if the same thing happened to the other plays.' I thought as I looked back to the npcs.

"All of you go back to your floors. I will be back after a moment." I said calmly as I walked towards the throne doors.

'Can I still use magic.' I thought as I tried. I flashed as I disappeared from that throne room.

Reincarnated in the world of One-piece, Mc has the ability to copy the devil fruit he sees. It doesn't stop there...

Author note: I know I indeed did skip over the Yu han sung part I felt it wasn't important enough to be included I'll refrain from doing that later on in the story just something I never particularly found interesting.

As I'm in the break area with the other contestants I can't help but notice everyone seems to be in a team of 3 which is utterly shocking I mean how could nobody inform me I needed teammates.

I decide to ask the yellow guy now known as Lero-to about it later should i feel like it thus I proceed towards the middle of the room and sit down crossed legged as I decide to try something different with my newly named blood shinsu which isn't all that blood related now that I look at it twist turn and morph into different forms of a sphere.

I decide to try and improve my body with the shinsu which could destroy my future should I fail but as my people always say howl youth.
meaning in your time of youth you should try to experience as many different things as possible before your body decides to give out.

I position my hands in the center of my abdomen I began to reform a sphere of blood shinsu slowly but steadily I stop it at the size of 3 inches and try to pull a steady stream of it towards my body and boy is it a struggle my mind feels like it's about to split in half with all this strength I'm exerting as It approach's my forehead i stop and try to Restabilize my mind.

"Ok time for the next step breath in Breathe out breathe in breathe out Whew"

As I slowly prep my mind for what I can only imagine is pain I couldn't even begin to grasp nor understand it drills into my forehead as the pain sets in I notice it slowly declining.

"I assume this is because of my constantly adapting physique indeed"

As it continues into my mind it travels down the inside of my body before I come into contact with a bone and proceed to try another step of the process that has stepped into an area I didn't account for.

I try coating the bones connected to my shoulders all the way down to my left arm in the blood colored shinsu and as of now it's proceeding smoothly not as expected.


As I try to continue the process somebody stops me and the amount of anegr and frustration I'm Freon as of now couldn't be explained as my body is assaulted from inside   By my now rampaging shinsu I try to reclaim control only for a mew set of pain to assault my mind and not even a minute passes before I fall unconscious.

As I enter the room I take note of everyone present and nod in approval.

Not to long after I decide to brief everyone on why the crown game exactly is.

" the crown game in short is a game where you steal the crown the team that holds this crown last wins the game now that might seems simple but it actually is quit the task for people such as yourselves. 

first is the time limit a game consist of 5 rounds and each round is ten minuets long only 5 teams can participate each round also.

The team that possesses the crown at the end of each round becomes the winning team and can proceed into the next round.

In the next round 4 new teams and the winning team will compete for the crown also to truly win the game is to hold the crown at the end of the 5th round.

Some bonus information is that should you decide you want to end the game early all you need to do is sit on throne and you automatically win however that comes with the added risk of 1 member from the 3 Having to stay on the throne at all times wearing the crown. Should the where of the crown come off the throne or have the Crown stolen they automatically are removed from the test.

Whoever steals the crown and decides to sit on the throne becomes the victor"


As I finish explaining I decide nows the time to take them towards the bonus test area which I also didn't tell them for fun of course but before that I notice someone in the middle of the room not moving and also he seems to be in a daze instead of wasting time I immediately appear next to him and decide to shake his shoulder pulling him out of his stupor and as I see him come to appearing quite frustrated he immediately goes into some form of shock spazzing on the floor and   Clenching his teeth before all his movements stop.

I decide to check his pulse and realize he's still alive.

"That was quite interesting ah now I know why you appear familiar interesting indeed the rest of you wait here while I take this one to the nursery"

Going back to when Kam or rather, Zero , finished his character customization the timer for the game finally reached 0:00:00. (I will say Zero from now on)
 
With some light action music playing in his ear Zero watched as the floor under him disappeared while he entered a free fall from the sky. The world of Fallen Throne came into view as he shot down from the clouds.
 
Vibrant forests with endless green stretched into the horizon showing just how large this world was. The seasons were said to change with the seasons of the actual world so currently it was summer within and outside of the game.
 
Though he had no control over his movements Zero noticed he was falling above a village he assumed to be one of the 20 starting villages for his continent. Not one to care what the developers were thinking when they decided to limit the starter villages to 20 he waited a few moments before he landed in the ground.
 
He heard a lot of chatter when he finally opened his eyes and took in his surroundings. Thousands of people seems to be moving around within this village with most appearing level 0.
 
Zero can tell their level since above their head a player's name and level were displayed. This can't be turned off in any system settings so similarly to other games he assumed there was equipment and skills made to hide information from others.
 
After a few moments of looking around Zero finally received his first notification.
 
[Would you like to take the tutorial? Rewards are still given even if the tutorial is skipped.]
 
[ Accept / Skip]
 
Zero looked over the notification for a second before selecting to skip. He was a fairly experienced gamer so he felt the tutorial was unnecessary. He only wanted to find the village chief and get his beginner quests.

[Beginner cloth armor set]
 
Zero nodded to himself as he navigated the menu while walking towards a question mark highlighted on the minimap displayed in the top left of his eye sight. It didn't move when he put his eyes on it so he didn't need to worry about the map shifting with his eye sight.
 
Moments later he stood outside of a decent wood house. The entrance was extremely wide with many players walking in any out of the door. Zero even took fact that players phased through each other. Probably a mechanic that helps players not get stuck against each other trying to accept quests.
 
Thinking he wanted to get started with the beginner quest Zero made a mental command in his head.
 
"Inventory"
 
With a simple word he was able to open his inventory and view his current armor and weapon.
Though he only had his starter sword equipped along with the beginner armor set within the item boxes to the side.

Taking a few moments to  open the box and equip his armor Zero finally got a few increases on his health stat along with a bit of defense with the armor.
 
Finally closing his inventory he took note of his armor changing to match nearly every beginner in the town. Wasting no more time Zero walked into the village chief's building and accepted a quest to slay 20 boars outside of the village.
 
This is your simple beginner quest to familiarize people with combat before allowing them to freely play the game with no assistance.
 
"Well this game is like most others with the starting aspect, now I need to level up quickly so I can go to the first city at level 10 and get a job at level 15. And I'm pretty sure there will be something special for the first player to arrive at a city so I need to move quickly."
 
This information was obtained over the 2 extra months the company took to had the vr devices delivered to the players. They said it would be the only information they gave about the game currently.
 
With hundreds of people ahead of him, Zero sprinted down the crowded streets and out of the village after following the minimap of the village. He was currently in village 4 so while he was a bit faster in connecting to the game than most people he was a bit slower than some others.
 
As he stepped out of the village he was greeted with a few notifications.
 
[Player has left Beginner Village 04]
 
[Village Passives Removed]
 
Quickly ignoring the pop ups Zero looked around at the scene in front of him where people were crowding around level 1 boars killing them with simple attacks.
 
While it might seem like they were easily completing their tasks it was anything but that. These boars were level 1 so they were mean't to take 2-3 hits before dying. Yet with hundreds of people around and thousands still pouring out of the village any boar that spawned was instantly slain by players.
 
As to be expected with such an over crowded farming area many people were either trying to create parties with others to get shared quest progression with each successful kill or getting angry at others for not being fast enough to secure the kill.
 
"Hey that was MY kill!"
 
"I killed that boar so it was MINE!"
 
"Forming a party to farm boars! 2 spots open!"
 
"Forming a party to hyper farm boars! Experienced players only!"
 
Zero ignored most of these people as he kept running into the with shouting and explosions filling the surroundings. With most players ignoring the forest just a few hundred yards away Zero quickly jumped through the bushes of the tree line before taking off into the wilderness to start his journey.

With the start of the new quest, Maria was immediately prompted that a new location on her map had opened up.


When she opened her in-game map, a vast area on the map was suddenly unveiled as a quest marker was created over a grayed area. The map area that was unveiled only showed the terrain and certain landmarks such as major cities and places but not specific markers like towns, villages, mines, dungeons, etc.


The quest marker was hovering over a city called Ecsed, the Sanguine City. Since the quest clearly indicated that there was going to be a ball, Maria quickly ordered Ash to bring over her faction's best tailors and weavers to create several dresses for her.


Maria had never been to a social gathering like a ball before. She was also never asked out to her school's prom despite already being a second-year student. All her friends had been asked out before but only she wasn't.


She felt a little excluded but who could blame her. Also, it wasn't like the boys in her school could be blamed especially since 2 certain students had prohibited anyone of the opposite sex that were unrelated from approaching her. As for who these two people were, Maria would never know. 


Anyway, since this was going to be her first-ever social gathering event despite it being inside a game, Maria was greatly looking forward to it so she wanted to do her utmost in preparing for Duchess Bathory's grand ball.


The start of the quest, [The Duchess's Ball], would only begin 1 week from now so there was still plenty of time for her to get ready. One of the things she needed was naturally some pleasant-looking attire so Maria wanted the best tailors and weavers of her faction to create the best looking dresses that they could before the ball started.


Naturally, Maria needed around 2 in-game days to travel to Ecsed so that gave her subordinates just 5 days to complete their tasks. She wanted to pick the best one out of the assortment that her subordinates could provide her so she issued out a faction-wide competition in the form of a quest.


The competition was restricted to those that possessed weaving and tailoring skills but if anyone who wasn't of that class possessed the ability and confidence to enter, they could participate.


However, the consequences of putting out a sub-par dress that didn't match the standards of the competition would be imprisonment and incarceration for an indefinite amount of time.


This dissuaded those that didn't have the confidence and skill from participating so only the best of the best entered the competition.


In the throne room of the Heltania Castle, Maria was sitting dignified on the throne with a wine glass in her hand as she addressed the officials who had gathered in her presence to mesh out the finer details of the competition.


"I'm not that picky so I don't have any preferences. It doesn't have to stand out or anything, it just has to be elegant and pleasing to my eyes!"


Ash bowed and replied, "I'll make sure to issue the notice of the competition details at once but, my Lady, is a dress all you need?"


"Hm? What more is there?"

"Judging from my Lady's age, is this perhaps your first ball?" He carefully asked. Ash didn't want to offend her and make it seem that she was inexperienced but this was a crucial question.


Maria didn't think anything of it and answered honestly, "Yeah, why?"

"!"


"!"

"Oh!"

"This is…!"

Maria was looking at her subordinates who all started creating a slight ruckus from her words. Now, it annoyed her. However, before she could speak up and let out her annoyance, one of her officials quickly stepped forward and said, "Your Majesty, since this is your first time then this is naturally your debut into High Society!"


"Eh?"


"This is a grand, grand, grand occasion! We must do this perfectly! Make sure you put that into the competition details! This is Her Majesty's so it has to be PERFECT!"


Another official stood up and echoed, "Yes, I agree!"


"We must make this perfect! No mistakes! We must not let our Queen get embarrassed at the ball because of subpar preparations!"


"But we only have 5 days!"


"Then we'll make do with 5 days!" Ash said.


"Yes my Lord, naturally, we'll make it work!"


"Other than the dresses, the jewels, her crown, carriage, crown, guards, and her crown!"


"Sir, you've said crown 3 times now."

"I know what I said!"

The throne room fell into a state where all the officials began throwing out suggestions and began discussing what was needed for her first-ever ball. Maria didn't think it was so important that this was her first time, in fact, she felt that it was a hindrance that it was her first time.


She was afraid that she would make a fool out of herself in front of the Duchess who she wanted to rope into her faction. 


Duchess Carmilla Bathory was the only remaining Vampire Duke of Ash's time and was the strongest Vampire Duke of the current age.


There have already been 4 other Vampires that's been promoted to Vampire Duke since Ash was defeated at the hands of his archenemy so 5 vampire dukes existed in this age and that was the largest amount in all of the vampire's known recorded history. 


3 to 4 would be the max for each generation but this time there were 5 because Duchess Carmilla Bathory, despite having lost the power struggle for the Vampire Lord's seat, was able to remain alive because the current Vampire Lord wasn't able to defeat her powerful faction.


Normally, as the only remaining Vampire Duchess in her generation, she should have been wed to the current Vampire Lord the moment she lost the struggle for the seat. However, she didn't like the current Vampire Lord who she deemed as a weakling for winning the struggle using underhanded methods against the strongest Vampire Duke of their time, Ash Garm.


She could have taken the throne after her strongest rival had disappeared but unfortunately, there was a bitch who aided the weakling and prevented her faction from making their move.


Naturally, all of this was unrecorded history so Maria nor Ash could know of what truly happened. However, Maria didn't need to know about her background to develop a sense of admiration for the woman for being such a powerful character. Since they were both female leaders of their faction, Maria also felt a certain sense of camaraderie with her and didn't want to embarrass herself in front of the Duchess. 


Maria needed to leave a long-lasting positive impression of herself to the Duchess so the next time they met, her intentions of roping the Duchess into her faction wouldn't be met with derision but instead deliberation.


Her subordinates were now all gung-ho about the preparations that Maria didn't need to do anything else but wait.


The competition officially started the next day with only 3 days given to the competitors to finish their works. The competition had expanded to not only dresses but also jewelry and other types of clothing and add-ons that could be used.


It was such good content so after Maria released a small promotion video of the competition before she would stream the results on the day the competition ended. However, she didn't think that there would be some other hype due to her competition.

Her viewers and fans thought that she was advertising a competition she was holding for everyone so her email and DMs began flooding with applications and designs. 


This was another amusing development so Maria extended the competition to the real world and even put out a monetary prize and an in-game epic-to-rare ranked random box for the top 3 winners.


Naturally, it was David who had to get busy with the arrangements but since her family's young lady was planning to make things bigger, David immediately hired a team of people that would take care of her streams, video editings, and offline events that she would conduct in the future.


Before it was just him doing everything but it was getting hard for him to do his actual job which was to be her butler so he needed this team to help her out.


The Heltania family's young lady always did things spontaneously so it was a smart move on David's part that he hired a team of professionals to help her. He was a competent butler that possessed many skills but they were half-baked compared to those of a professional.


Naturally, the people he hired were those within the Heltania family's business and social circle so there was no need to worry that they would leak her identity to the public.


It was just a surprise to them that the Heltania family's young lady had turned out to be one of the recent popular streamers of Unitale that were currently on the rise. Many people streamed or made gameplay videos of this VRMMO game but while others succeeded, most of them failed or their popularity would be in the middling class since they couldn't get enough viewers on their videos or streams because there were simply those that were providing better content than them.


However, Maria, or rather, Dire Queen Maria was one of the few content creators of Unitale that succeeded who didn't have any previous background as a streamer or content creator. She just popped out of nowhere when the game was exploding in popularity and just happened to attract many viewers into watching her.


Right now, Maria's popularity on the Unitale streamer ranking had reached within the top 50 and this move of hers pushed her up into the top 20. Most of the top streamers of this game were from large guilds or had previous experience as a streamer and already had a fanbase. 


She was the black sheep that popped out of nowhere and was popular. Naturally, it wasn't just Maria who was fortunate enough to become like this. There were others as well but Maria never really paid attention to them.


In fact, Maria didn't pay attention to anything at all regarding UT outside of the game. This was the first time she was interacting with her community but even that was just by mistake.


The real competition was something that was being held in-game but since she was able to extend it out of the game, all the better since she would be receiving plenty of beautiful clothes that she would be personally judging and wearing later to her debut ball.


The duration of the competition was short, but many entries both in and outside of the game were able to complete their projects on time. As for how Maria would judge the out-of-game entries, it was pretty easy.


Unitale had taken notice of this competition that Maria was holding since it was garnering so much attention and before her competition ended, they somehow developed an in-game program that let people convert model data files into rendered in-game decorations. 


The things created out of the game wouldn't be able to be used as a normal item but they could be used as decorations or costume-type items. Maria had just inadvertently opened up a new market for the game but this was something the developers had already been planning to release, however, just not right now.


They pushed this project forward precisely because Maria was inadvertently advertising the creation of player-made skins and cosmetics. There were already many in-game purchasable and craftable costumes and cosmetics but it was limited and monotone.


For now, tailors and blacksmiths could only make armor and clothing using a preset design that couldn't be changed, however, with the new feature that the Unitale developers put out, the players could make their own costumes and cosmetics at a cost that they could use personally or put on sale.


The players with the ability to create such things could make an income from creating costumes and cosmetics and Unitale would take a small cut from the transactions like they normally do. It was all just pure profit for them and they really had to thank Maria for promoting it.


With the competition coming to a close, it was time for Maria to judge the entries and pick the top 3 who will become the winners.


Naturally, Maria released another video that stated the competition was only meant to be for the in-game NPCs of her faction but she was delighted that many people in her community had reached out to her and made the competition grow as big as it was.


Maria streamed the competition's judging and her viewership peaked at an all-time highest for the year. Her castle's vast halls were decorated with mannequins that had full sets of beautiful clothing on them.


The stream started with an overview of all the outfits she would be judging and her chat was moving at an incredible speed she couldn't keep up with. The camera panned in to show Maria sitting on her throne and she stood up since it was her cue.


"Welcome everyone. As you all know, today I will be judging the outfits of all the participants that made it to the preliminary inspection done by my faction's officials!"


Maria began walking through the throne hall on top of the royal red-colored carpet and continued her intro. 


"Out of the thousands of entries, we were able to narrow it down to just the top 50 from both the NPC entries and the real-life entries! Since it was my team of people that decided which were the top 50 entries, I thought it would be nice if I let you guys, my audience, decide which will belong to the top 3!"

The chat was moving too fast so Maria only bothered answering the questions she by chance happened to read. 


"The reason why I hosted this competition isn't because of a sponsor or anything. I received a quest called [The Duchess's Ball] and to be frank, it is my first social gathering event. Both in-game and IRL!"


Maria walked to the end of the hall where the last set of clothing was displayed and turned to the camera before saying, "What you will be voting for is not only the top 3 winners but also the clothes that I will be wearing to this ball! In other words, you, the audience, get to dress me up for my debut ball!"


Her words caused her fans to grow excited as they began spamming the chat. It was moving way too fast that Maria just decided not to look at it. She only bothered responding to the donation messages that popped out and remained on the top half of her stream's chat window but even these were moving a bit too fast that she couldn't answer every one that had a question on it.


"We'll be going through each and every one of the outfits first with the real-life entries taking priority. Everyone was even kind enough to provide an explanation video of the outfits they made so I'll be playing those videos as we go along!


As for the in-game outfits designed by my faction's people, the designers themselves will take turns explaining the motive behind their design!


After all the designs have been displayed, my mods will then release a form that everyone can fill. You may pick only 3 of your favorites and you may only fill in this form once, okay?"


Maria then pulled out her scythe-form Calamity and turned to the camera. 


"If I find out that there are people who are cheating the system and submitting more than one form...you'll know what'll happen, right?" She raised her scythe to the camera and said with a scary face and tone.


"But I know all of you are honest people so I don't have to worry!"


Maria lowered her scythe and giggled. She was dragging things out a little but this only hyped up the audience even more. With her viewer count still climbing and her chat window moving at the speed of light, Maria finally decided to deliver the final nail, "Now that the explanations are out of the way, let the judging begin!"

"Join your team? Hm." Although Erik was prepared to fight when he got there, he had to admit that joining a team wasn't a bad idea. Especially since two of the three regulars remaining would be powerful allies. But, there was one problem he needed to address.
  Turning towards the yellow-eyed girl, he said, "You, I'm still curious as to why they have you on their team. You don't seem like you're strong enough to be here at all." 
 The yellow-eyed girl didn't seem to take offense to Erik's words as she just smiled and responded calmly, "I know I'm weak, you don't need to tell me. The reason I'm on their team is not because of my strength, but my intelligence. My teammates are strong enough. So, as my teammate asked before, would you like to join our team?"
  'She seems nervous but she's trying to put up a front. Though they might be good at strategizing, these "intelligent" types are usually selfish and disloyal. Hm, I'll watch her and see what happens...', Erik thought to himself. Giving it a bit more thought for a few seconds, Erik finally came to a fair conclusion.
  Stabbing his sword into the ground, Erik looked at them intently and said,  "Alright, this is what will happen. The three of you will fight against me so I can gauge how strong you are. We have about 3-4 minutes left so that should be enough."
"Hahahahaha!"
  The girl that had asked him to join the team first laughed heartily at Erik's comment. It seemed like what she just heard him say was an absolute joke.
"You really think we're that weak huh? Fine, I'll handle you myself!"
WHOOSH!
  The girl instantly boosted forward and attacked Erik with a punch without warning.
BOOM!
'Her physical strength is tremendous! But...'
  Erik blocked the attack with both hands crossed and as if she took that as a challenge, the girl continued hitting his guard with a barrage of powerful punches. Although her hits were heavy, Erik could tell that she wasn't using her full power. 
'Underestimating me will be her downfall.'
 Erik concentrated his senses on the girl and accelerated his perception, causing him to see her moving in slow motion. As she was about to land another punch, Erik dodged to the side and with one swift motion, landed a roundhouse kick to her head.
'Niko Style: Ironbreaker'
  He had already tensed his muscles in his feet since the battle started as he was looking to land a decisive blow at any moment. But unfortunately, the girl only got pushed back a bit. Erik raised his eyebrows in surprise when he noticed that she didn't get knocked out immediately.
'I noticed that most regulars I fought before had high attack power but low durability. This one seems to be an exception.'
  Wiping the blood off of her mouth, the girl smirked and stared at Erik with a challenging look in her eyes.
"Not bad, kid. What's your name?"
"Call me Erik."
  Pumping her fists together, the girl responded, "Such a boring name for such an interesting kid. My name is Androssi Jahad. I'm a princess of Jahad!"
 Erik was immediately interested when he heard her call herself a princess of jahad. He remembered that the girl who called herself Yuri was also a princess of Jahad.
"You know that tall girl Yuri? Is she your sister?"
 Androssi's face twitched as her expression changed into one of annoyance.
"Y-yes, I know her..."
  Although it seemed that Androssi wasn't on the best terms with Yuri, it didn't seem like they were enemies. Erik was glad to meet another princess of Jahad so soon. 'I've only seen two so far and they're both beautiful. I wonder how many there are...', Erik thought.
"Well, Erik, let's cut the pleasantries for now and continue figh-"
WHOOSH!
 "EVERYBODY FREEZE! TIME IS UP! THOSE WHO SURVIVED PASSED THE TEST! THE ONES WHO PASSED WILL BE SENT TO THE NEXT WAITING SPOT!"
  Androssi clicked her tongue and outstretched her hands to call back something looking like a hairpin that was floating behind Erik. He raised his eyebrow and thought, 'So while she was talking she sent a weapon to strike me from behind huh? Not bad...'
  Erik picked up his sword and looked back at the yellow-eyed girl who he was still wary of.
"And you, what's your name?"
"Michelle Light."

A/N: Crown Game Explanation: The Crown Game is a Bonus Test that takes place on the Second Floor. With special rules, losing in this test carries no disadvantages in the following tests, unless one is injured during the battle. However, winning the game will give an automatic pass to the next Floor. The Crown Game is played in a large arena with a large throne in the middle on the Second Floor. The teams participating in the game start in the individual rooms and move to the center room to fight over the crown. 
 The goal of the Crown Game is to both steal and maintain possession of the crown.
 Stealing the crown means wearing the crown and sitting on the throne. Possessing the crown means the person must maintain physical contact with both the crown and the throne.
  In addition, the team member who actually steals the crown and sits on the throne cannot leave the throne for the rest of the duration of the game. If at any point that team member loses possession of the crown or comes off the throne before the game ends, that team loses the game. 
  The game lasts for 5 rounds and each round lasts either 10 minutes or until someone steals the crown. The team in possession of the crown at the end of the 5th round is the winner. 
  In each round up to 5 teams can participate. The right to participate is determined by pushing a buzzer. The teams that push the buzzer first, get to participate in the round. If there is a tie at button pushing, the teams that participated in more rounds in the past gets to participate again. Teams that have possession of the crown automatically get to participate.
  At any time during one of the rounds teams can forfeit the game by going back into their rooms.

[About 30 minutes later]
  "So what you're saying is a team can't consist of 4 people for this test, so I'll have to choose teammates from the people who will fail the first few rounds of the crown game? That's a huge disadvantage."
  Erik was extremely annoyed at his current situation as he stood facing a tall yellow-haired man named Lero-Ro. Looking nonchalant, the man responded, "This is just part of your 'luck'. If you don't do this, you can't participate in the crown game nor the coming tests. Think about your answer carefully."
  Erik rubbed his head in frustration as he heard the situation he was in. Initially, when he got to the waiting area and noticed that everyone else was in teams of 3, a bad feeling started came over him. Now that he was told that he had to leave the team he was in, Erik confirmed exactly what he thought. Furthermore, all of this hassle was caused by an irresponsible test administrator, the same one in charge of his last test.
  "Tch! I'll choose two teammates from the ones who fail then. I can't afford to fail here just because of this setback."
 Lero-ro seemed to be happy that Erik chose this route and sent him into a room by himself where he can watch the game. Whenever a team gets disqualified, he would be able to pick whoever he wants from it. 
  It was disadvantageous because his teammates would already be tired or injured and the longer the rounds go on, the higher the chance that a team who participated early would steal the crown.
  But, it did have its advantages. Even if another team takes the crown, they would also be injured/tired from all the fighting. Meaning that if Erik plays it smart enough, he could just let them fight it out among themselves and come in to sweep the rewards at the end. 
  It was a good plan but Erik was sure that almost every team thought about that exact strategy. The real difference was Erik actually had the capabilities to fight the strongest regulars in the test, something most of the other teams lacked.
"NOW! THE CROWN GAME BEGINS! I WILL COUNT TO FIVE, SO THE TEAMS THAT WANT TO PARTICIPATE MUST PRESS THE BUZZER DURING THE COUNT! ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE!"
BUZZ! BUZZ!
 Erik watched carefully as two teams stepped out in the open. Just from first glance though, he could tell which ones would win.

Game of Thrones is roughly based on the storylines of A Song of Ice and Fire,[3][4] set in the fictional Seven Kingdoms of Westeros and the continent of Essos. The series chronicles the violent dynastic struggles among the realm's noble families for the Iron Throne, while other families fight for independence from it. It opens with additional threats in the icy North and Essos in the east.[5]

Showrunner David Benioff jokingly suggested "The Sopranos in Middle-earth" as Game of Thrones' tagline, referring to its intrigue-filled plot and dark tone in a fantasy setting of magic and dragons.[6] In a 2012 study, out of 40 recent television drama shows, Game of Thrones ranked second in deaths per episode, averaging 14 deaths.[7]
