
   ○ After Ben and Jin's Unwelcomed Arrival at a village they been searching for sometime, and Ben's transformation. Jin decided to tell Ben some things, While they look for another village. ○


"My head still hurts" Ben said, holding his head

"You will live" Jin said

"So Ben, you still want to know about the strange symbols on bbn your body, and hands and why we use quotes" Jin asked Ben


"Yeah go ahead" Ben answered back


"Ok, I'll start with the Symbols. First off, all forms have some type of symbol on them, but special forms, like you, me and other forms have special symbols which has a meaning or a story behind it. Some Symbols are unknown and later becomes forbidden, depending on the symbol. There is one legendary symbol that became forbidden all throughout the universe, if someone happens to be born with this symbol, was either banned from the village, town or even the Planet. The thing that makes this symbol so legendary and hated is that only one person gets it, and the symbol changes and moves throughout the body.

I heard stories of people killing themselves if they were born with this symbol" Jin explained 

"Wow, that's one crazy symbol" Ben said

"Yeah, but it's rare to fin someone with it now" Jin said


"There's more about this symbol, but let's talk about quotes"  Jin said

"No, I want to know more about the legendary symbol" Ben said


"Well ok, the only thing left bbn to really know about the symbol, is that according to some stories, those who was born with the Symbol, would later in their lifetime, would become the carrier of the universe's worst and dangerously deadly God like creature, legends has it, that the possibility percentage rate of that ever happening is 5 -10% of those born with the symbol. But, they must be ad calm and relaxed as a pile of rocks" Jin explained 


"Ok, but why you must be calm, if the symbol moves to the chest and grows" Ben asked Jin


"Trust me Ben, if that happens, the universe would be done for, that if the person isn't ready and strong enough" Jin said


"Ready for what?" Ben asked 


"Ben, Ben, Ben, you think this creature will automatically let you control it, it's a death machine. It even has a nickname, but I don't remember it. If you think your rampages are crazy, you'll kill yourself if you see what this creature could do. It listens to the nobody" Jin said 

"Call me crazy, but I think I want to meet this legendary creature" Ben said

"Your funeral Ben" Jin said

"So, are you done with symbols Ben" Jin said 


"Yeah, explain why we use quotes" Ben said 


"Gladly, but first, you should know that theres a story behind the quotes, but I won't get to that" Jin said 


"The history of quotes is ancient, it goes back billions of years. The very first person to ever use a quote became extremely famous. I don't remember his name, I don't know if you ever heard, but, quotes were once banned from history because everybody had quotes similar to others and that caused a universal war. It was later unbanned, because demons started to flood planets, towns and villages. The death rate was insane. A few years went by, then I was born, to end the demon rampage.

Basically Ben, we use quotes to fight off evil. There are two types of quotes" Jin explained 


"Really?" Ben said 


"Yeah, there are quotes with names, and quotes without. For example, when you were on a rampage, and I stabbed you through the chest and said, "Destroy all evil, Tensai Heal!", that's a quote with a name. Tensai was an ancient God who died of a fatal disease. He was later called "Tensai, the God of Healing". 

Anyway, the time when the Prison Keeper wanted to fight, and I put my sword To my face and said, "Destroy all evil, Infinite Destruction!", that's a quote without a name" Jin explained 


"Ok, I get it now" Ben said


   ● Suddenly, two Prison Reapers walked passed Jin and Ben ● 


"Hey, you two, why aren't you working and why are you far away from the village" The Reaper said


"That village is done for, just leave us alone" Ben said


"WHAT!!!!, YOU DESTROYED THE VILLAGE!!!!, No matter, I'll end tour life, here and now" The Prison Reaper said, as he dashed  at Ben


  ○ Ben jumped back as he swung his sword, when he did, he chopped the Prison Reaper's head off ○


"I'LL KILL YOU!!!!" The other Prison Reaper said 


  ▪︎ Before the Reaper could reach halfway close to Ben, Jin tripped him, and stabbed his sword through his heart, the Prison Reaper's heart bursted, blood started to squirt out of his chest ▪︎


"They interrupted our talk" Jin said 


"Yeah, so were you done" Ben said


"Well, I was talking about quotes with and without names. I think that was it" Jin said


"Ok" Ben said


   ● Two more Prison Reapers walked by, they saw the two dead bodies. They looked at Ben and Jin, and started to swing their scythes. Ben and Jin dodged and chopped the Reaper's in half ●

"What Is with these Reapers" Ben said

"I don't know" Jin said 


"Well, we did kill two Reapers" Jin said


"Yeah, but still" Ben said

"Anyway, let's continue to look for another village" Jin said


"Ok, let's go" Ben said


"Planet Gordon is a strange planet" Jin said


"Yeah, I'll put it out of it's misery" Ben said, as they continue to look for another village




With things winding down to the Ultimate Fight for Planet Vein, Ben and Jin must now navigate their way through Planet Gordon, to face the upcoming evils and mysteries that await them.

As Ben and Jin get closer to facing Gordon, things will change. New information and trials await, both Ben and Jin.

It's late December, I took 2 weeks off to visit Tiere at Jakarta, staying at her apartment. Tiere told me she loves her job and she made a lot of money. I'm so happy that I let her chase her dreams. I use my thumb to wipe her eye –shadow but I didn't make it, for me she's always beautiful, my lips lifted upward I feel warm in my heart as it beats faster cause I realize how much I love her. Somehow it's so calming and my heart is melting. I leaned my head forward again, kiss her lips once and she pouted. "I want to sleeeppppp" she said, tossing her body to the other side. I laid back on the bed, hug her from behind. 

"Good morning, my dear" I whispered. I heard her sniffing smiles. Then my phone ruined my Sunday.

I sit up to catch my phone, my mom's picture popped up. DAMN! SHE IS VIDEO CALLING ME RIGHT NOW? I LIED TO HER! But it's okay, I am 24 years old. BUT NO, JUST PRETEND I'M IN THE HOTEL.

I click the green button soon as my mom's face close up-ly appeared. I was kind of shock, my heart start pumping fast, throbbing behind my ribs, it's going to crack soon.

"Hii.. Mom" my jaw turns rigid. 

"Hey, so, you're at Jakarta?" my mom asked, still smiling.  

I nod my head, "Yes"

"Huh.. it's so hard to ask you to come to Miami, but when it is about Tiere, you arrived soon as she asked" 

I told my mom about Tiere and my mom was so happy about it. I don't know she used to ship me with Tiere since grade –school. I don't understand my mom sometimes. 

"Mom..." I rolled my eyes. 

"So where's she?"

"She is beside me..ups" I covered my mouth, DAMN! MY MOM PURPOSELY SHIFT MY CONCENTRATION.

Her smile disappeared, her face turned scary. THIS IS THE END OF MY LIFE!

"HAA!! YOU!!! Bastard! You slept with TIERE?? YOU DARE LIED TO ME?? YOU WANNA GET MARRIED SOON, HUH?" 

"Momm.. mom... listen" like usually....

Once I've done my confessions towards Tiere, I walked back to my car light –heartedly. I feel happy and relieved at the same time.

It turned her speechless, maybe I sound pathetic but not too pathetic that makes her confused. Ah, not a big deal.

But nah, in the past time, she is kind of retarded. Her family isn't that rich, but her mom's new husband and her dad's new wife are billionaires. But Tiere won't take a cent from them. She is tough. 

Caroline : she is one of the queen bees gang in their school. But she is the most normal among the others, I mean.. she is kinda study a lot rather than hanging out and shopping, even though she does a lot of shopping too. She is from a very rich family, that's why people like to cling into her. Nowadays people.

Calvin : Tiere's ex –boyfriend. Son of a famous cosmetic company. Calvin and Tiere were not in the same school. They met in the pub where Tiere worked at. That time, Calvin has a crush on her, and get to know her better. Tiere doesn't change because of Calvin, so don't get her wrong. She changed because she feel kinda ashamed of her past life during her school time.

Little Celery only remembered after being asked by Zhang Zian that there was a reason she had stopped by. She quickly said, "I don't have class today, but the hamster in our class is going to give birth soon. My classmates told me to ask you if you could come over to help. Do you have the time?"
Little Celery and her friends had been very serious about raising the hamster; they had formed a feeding plan where daily records were taken by the person on duty each day. Through their care, the hamsters grew well, and several female hamsters had gotten pregnant. Now, despite Zhang Zian's long-term guidance, they had no confidence in handling the childbirth process, so they had Little Celery ask Zhang Zian to come and guide them through the process.
Zhang Zian looked at his schedule, and that day he was as free as usual. If he stayed in the store, he would probably be dragged around by the fans and media then forced to answer their questions, so it was better to just head out for a walk.
What was more, the Zhonghua Road Primary School where Little Celery studied was very close to the shop; it was just minutes away.

"Sure." Zhang Zian agreed with what it said. He felt that there was nothing wrong with bringing it along.
Zian bought some steamed buns and soy milk, split them between the staff members, and finished his own portion. He then called Little Celery over and left the shop with her.

Even Otakus that never left their house were not able to stop themselves from going out for a walk. If they didn't, they would have been wasting such good weather.
On the way down to the school, Little Celery told Zhang Zian about the small problems they had encountered while raising the hamsters, and the interesting things that happened in school. Vladimir followed behind them and observed the unfamiliar city.
Binhai City and the capital were two cities with very different styles. Even if the scale and population of both cities were not taken into consideration, the obvious differences could be seen from their rhythm of life. Due to the limited amount of pressure they placed on life, the residents in Binhai were accustomed a slow and leisurely pace of life.
Occasionally, there would be one or two stray cats on the side of the road or on the wall, and after seeing Vladimir, they didn't have any special reaction. Whether they were fighting or eating food from people's hands, they were no different than usual. They seemed to treat Vladimir as any other ordinary cat, which was very different from their behavior when they saw Fina.
Vladimir was walking leisurely. It would sometimes mumble something and sometimes nod, but Zhang Zian did not know what was going on in its head.

Some novels even categorized geniuses in different levels, such as regular geniuses, godly geniuses, lowly geniuses, etc. Geniuses and novels basically walked hand-in-hand, so how could they still end up stirring up hearts?
Let's not forget that Zhang Guorong actually existed. She once lived on the same earth as you now do. She was someone who once sat at the top of the world, earning international acclaim as an actress. Time may have robbed memories of her from the world. She had been too mysterious, too incognito. Hardly anyone spoke of her! Mystery in itself could be tedious if overused. Readers preferred to delve into the contents of their secrets.
In "Perfect Acting --- A Lifetime of Youth," she now had to opportunity to return to international recognition.
A living person would never experience such fame. The living was riddled with flaws. Others might not even see the good in people. As a legend, things are different. This was why there's the saying, "Being famous is not easy."
But dig into the History of China, and you'll find another saying, "The death of a person is profound." Zhang Guorong was untouchable in this state. She had what it took to topple typical, sensationalized news in the same vein as a streamer screwing up during a session or something like that.

            Drew found himself wishing for more eyes as he continued to look around the interior of Central Administration. There were tens of holograms, each of them depicting famous superheroes and their favourite quotes.
            Crimson Arrow had one dedicated to him too, but before Drew could examine Crimson Arrow's hologram in greater detail, the superhero had ushered him away, preventing him from taking a closer look at the quotes inscribed underneath his heroic hologram.
            "You don't want me to see it?" Drew asked, a small pout on his face.
            "Look, that hologram was done when I was at a more impressionable age," Crimson Arrow replied. "The quotes, especially. I've been trying to get them to take it down, or to at least let me update the choice of quote, but my attempts have all failed for some darn reason."
            "So…it's an embarrassing part of your life?" Drew found himself staring at the hologram of his teacher with greater intensity. "Can I see it?"
            "…At least wait until I'm not in the vicinity. And never bring it up in front of me."
            Drew had a feeling that his teacher had been asked the same question at least a dozen times, so he didn't push it. Following the superhero obediently, the two of them stopped at the counter, where a clerk was busy typing on a Flashpad at a dizzying speed. 
            "A moment," said the clerk, his voice even. 
            After another minute of rapid-fire clacking, the clerk leaned back on his chair. "Sir Crimson Arrow. Thank you for your patience."
            "No matter. You guys do important things too. I'm more than willing to wait," Crimson Arrow replied. "I'm here to register this kid as my new student."
            "New student, eh? It's been a while since you took in someone new," the clerk replied. 
            "Yeah. This kid's real special, though." Crimson Arrow took out a voltdrive. "All his details and particulars are recorded here."
            "Run it through the FireFinder first, sir," said the clerk, gesturing at a metallic box. 
            "Huh? Why this sudden requirement?" Crimson Arrow asked, but he slotted the voltdrive into the metallic box anyway. The metal box lit up with green lights, and a small screen with some numbers on it appeared. Waving the screen away, the clerk plucked out the voltdrive and inserted it in his own Flashpad.
            "Does everyone use a bracelet model here?" Drew asked, having noticed that the clerk's Flashpad was the same as his teacher's. His own Flashpad was a tablet model, and unlike the clerk's, it didn't have a holographic feature. He'd always wanted a better model, but money was hard to come by.
            "Yes," Crimson Arrow replied. "But don't worry about that too much. I have all your essentials already covered. Just focus on the upcoming segment and decide if you actually want to be a superhero or not."
            "I understand."
            "Sir Crimson Arrow, his application has been processed. He just needs to complete the last step," said the clerk.
            "Good. Thanks." Crimson Arrow patted Drew's shoulder and beckoned for him to follow. "Let's go over to the Hall of Heroes."
            "For its grand name," said the clerk, "it's actually just after that particular door. Not impressive at first sight, but once you enter, you'll get to see great things. I hope you have fun, and feel inspired by the deeds of your predecessors."
            "Why are you stealing my lines? And stop giving spoilers, please. That'll take all the fun out of things." Crimson Arrow gripped Drew's shoulders. "Alright, let's go."
            Steering him to the door the clerk had indicated, Crimson Arrow patted the door. "Here it is. The Hall of Heroes. In there, you'll learn about what is expected of a superhero, and your duties. This isn't something you can experience in that Hero Academy, so do enjoy this very unique…experience."
            The door slid open to reveal a long hallway, which was in turn filled with lots of small holograms and plaques. Even from outside, Drew could tell that the Hall of Heroes wasn't any dangerous place, which set his heart at ease. After all, the shows about the Hero Academy always featured things like a trial or an acceptance test, and they didn't look particularly safe to Drew back then.
            "I'll be waiting for you on the other side, kid." With that, the superhero turned and left. 
            After waiting for another three seconds, Drew entered the hallway cautiously, despite his earlier observations. To his relief, nothing actually happened, and his back soon straightened up as he walked down the hallway. 
            "The beginnings of the profession known as 'superheroes' are shady," said a mechanical voice from above, "but what most historians can agree on is that the first true superhero is the Blinding Firmament, the first person to reveal his superpowers. Prior to that, Super Genes were treated as fringe discoveries, unimportant. However, the appearance of the Blinding Firmament, in response to the First Laian Disaster, changed society forever."
            The recording ended there, but a giant blazing arrow had appeared on the first exhibit, which was depicting a woman in a cloak of blinding white. The plaque beneath the hologram read 'The Blinding Firmament'. After fixing her appearance in his mind, Drew continued down the path.
            "The prototypical superheroes could be better described as vigilantes, but the Blinding Firmament was the one who established today's idea of a superhero. Accountability. Responsibility. Selflessness. Dedication. These four tenets inspired, and will continue to inspire, the appearance of many superheroes, who voluntarily submitted to Laia for the sake of the world," continued the voice. 
            A small suitcase fell out of the ceiling, before levitating in front of Drew. "These are rules and regulations for all superheroes. Do peruse them in your free time."
            Holding on to the newspaper, Drew continued down the hallway, where a very familiar monster was displayed. It was a hologram of the shadowy monster that had attacked today. 
            "A spectre," Drew read out loud. The mechanical voice was silent; clearly, it wanted him to read it of his own accord. "The enemies of Laians; they have appeared many times in history. Their goal is unknown, but sufficient proof that…that…"
            Drew felt his heart skip a beat. "Sufficient proof that they have destroyed preceding, equally-advanced civilisations exist. It is theorised that spectres appear when the dominant civilisation reaches a certain level of technological advancement."
            Preceding, equally-advanced civilisations? Drew took a deep breath. That could only mean that other…people lived on Laia before the current world, right? Furthermore, these peoples had technology that could rival that of the current Laia, but if they were all destroyed…
            His heart pounding madly, he continued to read on. "A disturbing find is the records of people with superpowers in preceding eras. Examination of works from the past eras reveal that these people were the main force in combating those spectres."
            Drew looked back up at the shadowy mass and took a deep breath. It wasn't hard to connect the dots, especially after the exhibit had laid it out clearly for him. Those monsters he had encountered earlier had been responsible for the complete annihilation of civilisations very much like Laia in the past.
            "And," Drew muttered, "if that could happen in the past, why can't it happen again in the future?"
            He took a deep breath and tore his eyes away from the exhibit. He didn't like the idea that the world — or rather, his family — had actually been in danger the whole time. Nor did he like the fact that civilisations comparable to his current world had been destroyed by those aberrations. 
            "The brighter ones here would have understood the danger spectres pose to our world," said the mechanical voice. "Spectres are the natural enemy of all Laians. They do not consider us as living things; their own desire is to kill and destroy. Although superheroes do handle other threats, spectre appearances have grown increasingly frequent."
            Under the quiet narration from the ceiling, Drew forged onwards, flanked by the various heroes that had their holograms placed here. As a child of superhero fanatics, he knew most of the newer heroes and their achievements, which was why he didn't pay that much attention to them.
            The only exhibit that still held his interest was the one at the very end.
            A list of mortality rates, a list of just how many superheroes had fallen while fending off the spectre threat.

Since the advent of existence itself, the multiverse has been stricken by an inexorable end, a destiny of annihilation. It knows not mercy, nor does it hold compassion for the masses. As a force of nature, of causality, such is expected. 

    However, in the shadowy gaps that divide universes, whispers about a divine game abound. It is said that the Harbinger of the End and its newly-bonded host are playing a game, one in which it raises heroes. Heroes that defend their plane. Heroes that overcome their world’s native threats. Heroes that could, perhaps, hope to stand against a destined ruin, and eke out a victory to save their universe.
    
    A game between Salvation and Extinction. Between a karmic force and its human host. When the game truly concludes, what might just happen?
    
    And what might be its true purpose?


Book 1: The Supers of Laia

      In the world of Laia, Supers — beings capable of manifesting miracles — have been long divided into two camps. Superheroes and supervillains. There, the human host of the Harbinger has his task cut out for him. Raise two fledging superheroes into saviours that could overcome entropy, and this time, he isn't pulling any punches.

      Setting the stage for their growth, Idro attempts to overcome his never-ending defeats...but will everything go as planned?

After the cake fiasco, in which Christa ended up eating most of it much to Bella's surprise, the doorbell rang, "Huh, I wonder who that is?" Said Bella, walking over to the front door and checking the peephole. Once she saw whoever it was, she indicated to Christa to stay quiet and tiptoed away from the door.
The bell sounded several more times, "Bella, I know you're in there." Came a deep voice, "I heard you walk over to the door."
"D@mmit." Whispered Bella, "That doesn't mean I'm gonna let you in." She said, now loud enough for him to hear.
He chuckled loudly, "I can just let myself in by unlocking the door, you gave me the key!" The lock clicked and a young man who looked a couple years older than Bella walked in.
"I really shouldn't have…" pouted Bella. Christa stared at the both of them, slightly confused. She saw a slight resemblance between the two of them, their dark hair, for one thing, contrasted with the same hazel eyes.  
"So, are you guys siblings?" She asked, hoping she'd made the right assumption.
"Yeah," responded Bella, "this is my older brother, Cedrick." The young man, now known to Christa as Cedrick, smiled.
"Ah, it's the mystery girl. What's your name? Bella here has refused to tell me." He ruffled her hair playfully.
"I'm Christa, nice to meet ya." She said as Bella returned to her side, hugging her protectively.
"Nice to meet you too! Umm, Bella, what're you doing?" He asked, looking questionably at his sister who was acting like a shield between him and Christa.
"She's mine, alright? You'd better stay away from her you lady thief!"
"Jeez, it was one time! How are you still stuck on that?" Bella practically stared daggers through him, continuing to hug Christa all the while, "Well anyways, you know why I'm here right?" Bella nodded solemnly, "You haven't been responding to any of their texts or calls, they're starting to get worried about you."
"They only care about the fact that I'm not dating some rich and famous douche that they've chosen for me." Bella responded sourly, "They only 'worry' about me when it affects them."
"Oh, c'mon, that's not true! They only want what's best for you. I think tha-"
"I think that it's a load of bull." Bella cut him off, evidently frustrated.
"Um, who're we talking about?" Asked Christa, who was a bit confused as to what was going on.
"My annoying parents." Bella said, glaring over at Cedrick who was just a messenger in the matter, "They've been calling and texting me non-stop to try and figure out who you were, they don't want to be associated with," she made air quotes, trying to repeat something they had apparently said at some point, " 'someone of that class.' "
"Ah, I see." Responded Christa, slightly hurt by what these parents of hers had said.
"Aw, I don't give a d@mn what they think, of course." Chirped Bella, noticing her change in mood.
"Well, Bella," began Cedrick again, "I've come here to forma-"
"To formally invite me to a dinner with our parents, I figured as much." She cut him off again, "When? Where? Is Christa allowed to join?" She asked lazily while playing with Christa's hair.
"The summer house, Friday at six, and yes she is." Cedrick responded, seemingly used to this type of treatment from her.
"Alright see you then, bye." Bella watched him while he made his hasty, yet uncomfortable, exit.

Christa is just a typical 18 year old drop out. She just got her first job at a popular coffee shop called, ‘I Don’t Give a Frappe’, and is looking to find a good roommate in a nearby apartment. She doesn’t expect any replies anytime soon when she posts a notice on an overlooked bulletin board, but when she gets one within a day, she just can’t believe who it is, or what they seem to want from her.
