Chapter 1

It's one thing to write about waking up somewhere unfamiliar, in a body that doesn't belong to you, it's an entirely different thing to have it actually happen to you. Of course, it couldn't be as simple as being punted into a videogame character, or a D&D PC. No, you write one story about being reincarnated as a fucking horse…

I pray to God ROB that I'm not in a death world like Remnant, Worm, 40k, Berserk, Fallout, or worse, the Monster Reincarnation CYOA world. Seriously, Pornoland is the worst. I do not want to **** my way to victory.

Instead of laying in what appears to be a trash filled alley, I stand up, try to shake the despair off, and only succeed in knocking the garbage loose. "Wait… when I wrote about this I made a joke about bad My Little Pony fics…" I twist my head around to stare at my flank. There it was. A cutie mark. In the shape of a horseshoe. Or… no… God no… please no? But there it was, a stark white Omega branded into my side.

I headbutt the side of the building, causing a worrying amount of damage to the brick work. Worm. Fuck. I kick at the trash on the floor and unearth a newspaper, Brockton Bay Herald, January 11th 2011. I bang my head on the side of the building again, this time shards of stone dig into my forehead.

"Ow!" what the fuck. Did… Do I have a health bar? ...And that's when I notice I have a full on HUD, Three color coded bars at the bottom, minimap in one corner compass along the top, and a fucking quest log in the other corner.

    First order of Business! Leveling up! Don't worry, you're not a **** horse. You gain EXP Fighting things, Exploring things, Building things, Learning things and yes Fucking things. Think of the system as the bastard child of Skyrim, The Gamer, and Fallout, in survival mode, on Hardcore difficulty and Ironman mode enabled. Yes you're fucked. If you're lucky, in the fun way too.​

So lots of ways to earn experience, but I still need to eat and sleep, and if I fuck up and die, which'll be easy, it's game over? What did I do to deserve this?

    Gain enough EXP and you get to level up. Now in most Survival mode Rpgs (and pre-Fallout 3 Bethesda games) you need to take a nap to level up. Naps are boring! And I'm not interested in watching horses take naps. No, I'm here to watch horses take bitches. You want to level up? You're gonna need to cum. Preferably in something pretty. But I'm a Generous Deity(You can call me… B.O.B.A. F.E.T.T. (That's Short for Bastard of an Omniscient Being And a Fucking Evil Timebending Torturer. Yes it's a stretch. I like it, so fuck you, oh wait I already am.), I'll let you blow your load how you like wherever you like.​

    They should be pretty self explanatory, but if you're an idiot unsure open your status menu when I'm done talking and look them up.

    You Gain 10 Hp, 5 Stat points,and 1 perk per level, with Bonuses for how much of a Babe your Cum receptacle of choice is. But B.O.B.A., I hear you whining, that doesn't seem like enough points! And you're right it isn't! Lucky for you I'm a benevolent god, you can gain stats by using said stat. Want to be smarter? Think harder! Faster? Go running! Stronger? Do you even lift, bro?​

    The Level cap is 50 by the way. Survive long enough to reach it? You get to evolve, like a fucking pokemon….Geddit? Fucking Pokemon? … You have no sense of humor. Somehow make it to your FINAL FORM without being turned into glue? The level cap rises to 9999.

    If you want something, you instinctively know how to gain it for yourself. Sort of. (You have a quest log with hints, and quest markers. Actually succeeding… That's up to you.

    Stat and perk gains doubled. Once a month you can reallocate your stats however you please.
    Sloth
    Time doesn't pass while sleeping. Gain the full benefit of sleep with just a blink of your eyes. Want to sleep in? Feel like sleeping for a week? A year? Go ahead and do it!
    Gluttony
    Doubled health regeneration from eating. Your stomach is literally bottomless, and you gain a small amount of stats for each new thing you eat.
    MAGIC
    Yer a wizzard Horsey. Despite lacking hands, and not being in a setting where magic even exists you can still cast spells. Watch out, in a world without magic mana only regenerates naturally with sex.
    Aura
    You Project a single emotion in a 12 foot radius at all times. Defaults to lust, requires concentration to switch to another emotion. Has a minimum power strength. Power strength can be increased over the maximum with the use of mana.
    Addictive
    Your blood,sweat, tears, cum, and pheromones are all addictive aphrodisiacs with a side of caffeine. Look you're a talking horse, you want to get laid you're gonna need all the help you can get.

Okay… Not as broken as MRCYOA but still sex themed, unfortunately. I guess I can live with it. Note to self, do not give Dinah, or Vista piggyback rides, I'd rather not end up in prison, The Birdcage, or a glue factory.

I take a quick glance at skills, there's not much there, to be honest. Sword fighting, stealth, three schools of magic (black, white, pink) and Aura which at level one pushes 1-10 points worth of a single emotion can't be turned off, constantly generates exp if there's anyone in range,and judging from the noise coming through the wall next to me and the little ding as it levels up ( gaining another 6 feet to the radius, and boosting the effect to 2-20… and there they go…

With a sigh I force the slider down to its new minimum of two. The happy couple on the other side of the wall calm down as well.

Okay… Brave New World, Here I come.

Playing go fish, they are with the Loki familia main members along with some stronger adventures since those deemed not strong enough were left on the 39th floor. Besides the main support.

"Monster Rex is ahead. It's Balor." Finn says

Suddenly the entire dungeon rumbles.
"What th-" Finn try's to say but is cut off from the noise of a nuclear explosion as Dust sweeps through the entire dungeon floor.
"Owe my ears." Blake says
"It doesn't burn this time." Ruby says remembering Kyra having to give her a rad away last time when Ruby borrowed a nuka grenade from Kyra's  work bench.
"I think it's because of our blessings making the fallout not effect us. That and your physics endurance is now several times what it used to be." Osaka says
Kyra hearing that walking up wonders if her having tech from fallout and being a god while also having a connection to the fallout universe. Makes her immune to radiation and by default her blessings make people radiation proof.
"What was that?" Finn asks clearing his ears.
"That was a Nuka gernade." Kyra says walking out of hiding her clothes completely burnt.
"So what made you use it?" Blake asks
"Didn't know what I was fighting agains to when in doubt nuke it out." Kyra says 
"When was the last time you used a nuke?" Ruby asks
"Good question it was either Roman's ship or against the death stalker." Kyra says
"Speaking of Roman I wonder what he named his daughter?" Blake says

"I threw it then ran like hell." Kyra says 
"That thing matches the historical record of the attacks from the one eyed black dragon!" Finn shouts looking at the scorch marks and the shadow of the victim burned into the ground or wall.
'A dragon that can breathe nuclear fire. No thanks.' Kyra thinks to herself while the rest of the group goes a bit pale.

I wanna admit now this is my second ever book. At the start, I wasn't that good at keeping track of things like time there are times when I meant to jump months and it seems like its the next day. There are times when I mean to time skip years and it was only months. The first 7 chapters are there and a mess I am sorry about that, its been over a year since I have written them and I still do not know how to fix them.  Im really only keeping this book here because it is A End. It is gonna be my last fanfic when I finish it and I like to read it sometimes to see my own growth as a writer.

With ease, I ripped through the meat my mother brought back with her. It was the leg of a deer… Well, a Radstag deer.  I was currently having an inner conflict with myself. I'm not sure how I should feel. I mean about my current situation. Should I be happy? Should I be upset?

Not even an hour ago I learned many things. One of those things was that I wasn't in the timeline of any of the Fallout series games. I'm not sure when Fallout 1 or 2 took place but the closest timeline I can think of is Fallout 76 the events of that game will occur in around 12 or so years but the problem is I'm on the other side of the continent and I'm not sure how long it would take before I get there. It could take anywhere between a few months to a couple of years. I'm close to New Vegas but the events of that game don't take place for another 2 centuries. I don't even know the lifespan of an average Deathclaw. I did remember hearing something about them never dying of old age. But I'm clueless as to whether or not that means they don't have a natural life expectancy or if they're just being killed off before they can reach it.

'I know that Fallout 1 and 2 take place in Southern California and since they're the first 2 installments of the game I'd assume that they take place not too long after 76. I know in the Fallout timeline the events of 76 came first. Well not counting the start of Fallout 4.'

I'm just above California and Nevada which are the locations of Fallout 1, 2 and New Vegas. 

'Now that I think about it didn't the NCR start in Nevada?' When did Vault 8 open again? It was actually around this time, wasn't it?.... That's going to be annoying. That'll probably be my first course of action. Go over there and try to stop the NCR from forming. They have some serious tech over there don't they?'

I stopped chewing for a moment as a thought passed through my mind. 

'That's right! They have a G.E.C.K!' If I can get my hands on that then I could probably start my own faction…'

'No…. Actually, I don't think their vault will be opened for a few more years. I probably have more than enough time to make it there, but… I wouldn't even be an adult Deathclaw by then. Would I be strong enough to take it from them? And what about their organization? If I am strong enough by then would I wipe them out? I'm pretty sure that the people who first come out from Vault 8 are good-natured. But somewhere down the line either they or their descendants became corrupted with only a few still having noble intentions. Just taking everything from them and wiping them out would no longer make me Chaotic Neutral. 

No, that would make me evil. If the people coming out were scumbags I would take everything without a second of hesitation. After all, why on earth would I ever allow a powerful enemy to build itself up?

But how would I go about getting the G.E.C.K? Without wiping them out?

'What about trying to build a settlement around there Vault?'

My eyes practically glow at the thought.

With red blood flowing down my chin, A squelching noise rang out as I ripped off a large piece of meat.

'That…. Actually doesn't sound like a bad idea. If I did that, then they wouldn't have a choice but to deal with us when they open that shelter of theirs. And when they do they would only have three options. 1 Submit and Integrate with us peacefully… 2 Fight us.... Then I could take their stuff by force IF I'm strong enough… Or 3. They could lock themselves back up until they run out of resources and then have no choice but to come back out or face starvation.'

'But again it all depends on whether or not I'm strong enough…. Now that I think about it after my ordeal with the rodents, has anything changed on my information page?

After I called out the correct phrase in my head a familiar black screen with green letters appeared in front of me.

After looking into it more closely I found my Sp was still going to be halved for another 4 days. So until then it's probably best we stay here.'

I licked my lips cleaning the blood off of them.

'M-my Mp has gone up?'

'When? I don't remember using mana… It could have been when I was in that dark place. But how did I use it? Well, I can only keep looking.'

'Hmm I have 11 stat points but that's to be expected since I didn't spend any. But Oh? I have a new title.

-Grave runner. Part 1: When Grave Runner is equipped, it will allow the individual to survive a single killing blow no matter how powerful, leaving them at 1 HP.(Does not protect against continuous damage. Can only be used once per hour) 

Part 2: When Hp drops below 20% all skills are boosted by 30%. 

Part 1 must be activated 3 times to evolve. 0/3(Activation only eligible in live combat situations.)

'This... I don't even know where to begin. This is a life-saving skill. Well, the fact that it doesn't protect against continuous damage kind of balances it a bit. There's a lot of continuous damage attacks in the Fallout universe. But it's still valuable. If this skill is activated when my opponent is using a rapid-fire machine gun or throwing acid then I'd be as good as dead. But if someone was using an Rpg? I'd probably survive. Maybe even a mini-nuke. They do have continuous damage but it was radiation damage…. Which I'm immune to. Then there is also the fact that when my Hp drops below 20% all skills increase in strength by 30%. All in all, it's a great skill..'

'Let's see, the location has obviously changed… I haven't gained any new jobs. But it looks like some of my skills have leveled up…. And it also seems I've received a few new ones as well.

'Peirce is pretty self-explanatory. Long Jump I gained that when I used Jump and Sprint together. And then there's...

As I read the word I felt my breath hitch. 

'Soul flames.'

I stopped eating and instinctively reached my hand forward to use the skill, A small reddish-orange spark appeared in my hand. It looked so calm but I also got the feeling that it was about to erupt into an inferno.  The tiny embers danced in my palm while illuminated my face. 

Suddenly the fact that I wasn't alone come back to me. With a simple thought, the flames disappeared.

'Why did I do that? It felt like I spaced out for a second and my body just moved on its own.'

I looked around to see if anyone noticed my little spectacle and to my relief, it seemed nobody did. Phew

If it was just me and mother I'd use it, but when others are around?….. No way.

Well, this must be how I improved my Mana stat. I need to use it more if I want it to increase. Not only the reserves but the strength as well. 

Thinking that I was about to finish my meal when I realized something. 

The ghoul who was working in the dirt was looking straight at me in both awe and fear.

'Dammit, he saw!'

Our eyes met and the Awe in his expression was practically overwhelmed by fear. 

Pretending that he saw nothing he forced his attention back onto his dirt. Albeit his movement became much more rigid. He wasn't fooling anybody.

'Well, crap. I'll have to do something about that. I was pretty much done eating anyway.'

Thinking that I formed a Link between me and Mother. I already told her earlier not to reveal the lie that I told to the ghouls. She was still in the middle of ripping the flesh off the rest of her meal but she paused for a moment.

'Bal?'

'Mother I'm done…. I'm going to ahh go and talk with that one over there.'

Raising her head mother looked in the direction I pointed to before going back to her meal. 

'Mmm'

With that out of the way, I didn't waste time anymore and walked over to the Ghoul still fidgeting in the dirt. I think his name was….. Bert?

He didn't seem to notice I was behind him and he kept rigidly moving his garden shovel. 

I formed a Mind Link and watched as he jumped in fright before spinning around.

'Uh, Hey there.'

Lucas is reborn into the Fallout universe as a Deathclaw that shares a heavy resemblance to Molag bal. "Radiation Immunity I can understand but High Magic resistance? What's going on?"

So, I can pick portals, to other worlds and integrate them in the space (mini world) and buy a restricted portal for my peoples; one to take them in the mini world and the other to the dungeon.

In the Middle of the continent, I want the library that is connected to the library of heavens path with the Great Sage as it core, and that he is linked to a multi-function factory in the South, that can produce anything I want with the materials that I collected.

The next day...
Renaldo woke up still feeling a bit tired because of yesterday's events, it was mentally taxing even for a guy like him because duping someone as smart as his grandfather is by no means an easy task, he's really deserving of being a descendant of a Rajah, a really smart man who adapted to a lot of things, it is a bit ironic though how his grandfather is a descendant of one of the most devout believers of islam but he himself as a descendant of that person believes in what then former sees as heresy.
Renaldo snapped out of his monologue as thinking about trivial stuff like these often leads to distraction, he remembers that he need to talk to those gunsmiths so he called his helper to help him take a bath and prepare himself for breakfast.
A few hours later and the breakfast between the family of three is done and they all have to go their own ways.
Renaldo made his way to the supposed meeting place arranged by his grandfather, the place where everything will start, the place that will be the seat of his power. A land pierced by waters, a land that is currently still not developed and is technically at the outskirts of Manila, in the future, this was a place called Navotas, a port city that enjoyed the natural advantage of being near the sea and as such became an urbanized city but at the same time was mired by poverty and dirt. Renaldo will change the courses of time and he will change this city and develop it as his base.
Renaldo's carriage then travelled for a few hours before reaching the supposed place, a clearing inside the forests of Navotas, conveniently a few hours of travel to Ermita where Renaldo's home is and also a few hours of travel to a natural port built by nature where they can build the foundations to make a port city. A very good spot to start his plans.
Renaldo then walked for a few minutes to find a small community of people that are currently waiting in tents because their houses are still being built. Renaldo then walked over to find the main tent, inside the tent, the people all nodded towards Renaldo and led him to a room that is like a storage room, in the area was a large old school vault which is the supposed entrance to Renaldo's factory that his lolo built for him a years prior in preparation for this moment, of course the blueprints used were given by Renaldo using his past life's knowledge about primitive fallout shelters, he based everything on Sonnenberg Tunnel, arguably the largest civilian fallout shelter in his past life that can house 20,000 people inside so this places is MASSIVE, and everything should be fine, Renaldo then went inside the vault to see a budding underground community, He then saw the supposed leader of the gunsmiths waiting for him, he is a man named Armando Lite (fictional character who was the person supposed to have built the Armalite, which is clearly a hoax.)
Renaldo then asked Armando to gather every gunsmiths around him, to meet him at the Meeting Room an hour from now. Renaldo gave them an hour of preparation because he wants them to be ready for what he's going to tell them as it will most definitely be a shock, of course they don't know shit about it so it's up to them if they're going to use their time wisely or not.
Renaldo stayed in the room thinking about which gun to use as a base for his people, an modern gun is out of the question as he still doesn't have the power to protect his creations, releasing everything that he has right out of the bat is out of the question so he thought about a really advance gun that is quite overpowered for this era but will not hurt him much if the enemy gets their hands on it, a gun that is probably used in the second world war will do but it is hard to think about which gun because he needs to think about a lot of factors to choose a gun that is easy to learn and use, and is easy to mass-produce and at the same time it should be cheap, it should also be kind of a great transition from bolt-action to semi-automatic to ease his soldier's transition into more advance modern guns when he's decided to make them. And all of this criteria are checked by a gun, a really good gun and is one of, if not the fastest bolt-action gun made in the later stages of the second world war, it is called the Lee-Enfield Rifle No. 4, it has a 10 round ammo box and it can also use clips so it is one of the best guns back then, it is also easy to use because it is just a bolt-action rifle similar to the Spanish M93 that the filipinos are currently using right now. Renaldo then decided that it will be the main rifle of his army, so he made the blueprints with his memories right away. He also decided to create two types of heavy weaponry, one is the MG42 that is great for defense and is also great as a portable heavy weapon, and the second is the bazooka, a portable anti-tank rocket launcher that can also be used against bunkers that will be prevalent in this era, technically, he can also use it for sieges, it will destroy those fortifications of Intramuros like hot knife through butter and the MG42 will surely harvest lives like the grim reaper on the battlefield but those things are for later, they are not even made yet, he will also use them sparingly right now, and will only use these weapons for a greater plan, for his goal is not just the liberation of this country. No, his goals are far more than that. >:)

Following the events of Nightmare, Nichole has finally joined Wolf in space to become a hunter like him. Not only must she navigate her new life in an unfamiliar environment, learn an entirely new language, and train her body and mind, but she's also trying to navigate her relationship with this alien that has ruled her life. However, they're soon attacked by a pack of criminals and all of that gets put on hold while Nichole fights for not only her life, but Wolf's life as well.

I'll be honest, I wasn't thinking of rewriting after some thoughts, but the fanfiction Steel Waste written by the user 'Niggross' inspired me to rewrite, and not to mention he gave new ideas on how to actually write the story!
So I would like to think 'Niggross' for inspiring me to rewrite my fallout fanfiction and showing me a few new ways I can write!
Also, please let me know when and where our MC should be reincarnated, I will be going with a combination of Fallout 3 and Fallout new vegas' leveling system and our MC will be born in a vault! Most likely one that doesn't exist right now and not located in any of the known areas of the games like Fallout 4's Commonwealth, Fallout 3's Capital Wasteland, or Fallout New Vegas. To be honest I recommend you guys check out HOI4 Old World Blues, a mod for Hearts of Iron 4 which I am also thankful for helping inspire me to rewrite as well! I will use many some of the factions from that mod!

(Before you being reading please read the following warning: Although I have been writing for a little over a year, I have a track record of writing plot holes or do not even notice plot holes until I am informed or I go back and see them myself)

What happens when a Nerd awakens after falling asleep and mysteriously dying to find that he has somehow reincarnated into the Fallout Universe and to top it all off reincarnated into Vault 22 as some kind of monster?

The middle-aged woman hurriedly said: "Don't be angry. No matter how angry you get, it's no use. You only have this one daughter, so what can you do? Most importantly, we should think of a way to separate our daughter with that handicapped person, and try our best not to hurt our daughter's feelings".
"I UNDERSTAND!"
The middle-aged man was then silent with a frown on his face as he smoked.

The smoke from the cigarette emanated around the room, and the room remained silent for a while. The only sound was the "Tick, Tock" from the mechanical clock.

The second morning, #003 city was filled with a deathly, cold air as usual. And the usual heart-chilling monster roar carried from the city from time to time. If we say Jiang-Nan city is a technologically advanced city teeming with life, then this city that used to be the greatest city of China a few decades ago is now a playground for the monsters. Here, you could see the stains of blood and corpses anywhere and everywhere.
This is the monster den!
In that 18 story apartment that was filled with dust, Luo Feng, in his battle uniform, held his binoculars as he looked down in one hand and ate a skewer of meat on another hand, taking a bite and chewing twice before he swallowed.
Chew, swallow.
In the aged room, it was clearly quiet: there was only the sound of Luo Feng's chewing.
"Gulp gulp~~" Luo Feng took out his water sack and drank a bit. After a moment, he took another drink.
Luo Feng didn't bring too much food and water to the wilderness, so he has to conserve a bit every day.
"All seven of them together again!" Luo Feng looked through his binoculars and clearly saw that the seven of them left the six story apartment building together under the morning mist. Luo Feng frowned as he angrily threw his binoculars on top of the bed on the side.
Luo Feng massaged his temples and spent the whole day stooping; his eyes were extremely tired.
"All seven of them together every day. They don't give me even the slightest chance" frowned Luo Feng, "At this rate, I'll have to keep waiting until that young master finishes his training plan. When that happens, I would've wasted all my time waiting! What should I do?" Luo Feng quickly started thinking, since he hasn't even had a single chance to take action.
Is he just going to wait like this?
"There are no chances"
Luo Feng's eyes flashed and he clenched his teeth, "Since there aren't any chances, then I can make them!"
"Aren't they always together? I'll force them to separate!" Luo Feng lightly tightened the cap on the water sack.
......
Around three hours later, the seven members of the thunderbolt squad carefully treaded forward in the old den of the monsters. Sometimes they move forward, sometimes they walk around, and finally they arrived at the six story residential apartment from before.
"Time to act!"
Luo Feng, who was fully equipped, slightly smiled as he left his room and ran down the stairs like a swift monkey. Even Luo Feng can't be too cocky after leaving this 18 story residential building, so he carefully moved forward while searching the area.
Avoiding monsters is hard, but finding them is easy!
15 minutes later, Luo Feng arrived at a dog-type monster horde that had around two to three thousand monsters. This dog-type monster horde was staying in a gigantic factory that manufactured home appliances. Usually, no human fighter would even try to challenge such a horde, since the threat of two to three thousand monsters is too great.
"Roar~~"
The roars of the large monsters echoed around the factory and the smell of urine emanated around the area.
"Heh, what a strong monster horde" Luo Feng looked through the cap of the wall, "Let's begin!".
Soon after--
"Roar~"
"Roar Roar Roar~~"
The monsters in the factory howled madly. The death of a few dozen monsters caused this huge monster horde to become enraged, because they have never suffered such shame before. Even the leader of the monster horde and two high leveled commander level lion mastiffs started howling. The entire monster horde crazily chased after.
"They sure run fast!"
The hexagonal shield on Luo Feng's back was under effects of the powerful force of his spiritual force; in an instant, Luo Feng became a flying hurricane.
RUMBLE~~
Some tiger mastiffs were mixed into the lion mastiff horde. The tiger mastiffs ran just as quickly as the lion mastiffs as they chased after Luo Feng. The ones in the front of the horde were sprinting at a rate of 70 to 80 m/s! Under such astonishing speed, it would take only 30 seconds for them to cover the 4 miles between the factory and the six story residential building!
Just 30 seconds!
And Luo Feng ran towards the six story residential building like lightning.

In one of the suite rooms on the sixth floor of the six story residential apartment, the seven members of thunderbolt squad were resting. Actually, when the entire monster horde was howling as they chased after Luo Feng, the seven members of the thunderbolt squad weren't alerted at all.... because what kind of place in the city doesn't have a monster howling in a four mile radius?
But after around 10 seconds.
"Seems like a battle has occurred to our east" laughed the one eyed middle aged man.
"Who cares, there's always a fight going on between fighters and monster hordes here in #003 city. This time, a fighter probably enraged some monster horde" the tiger fang captain, Pan Ya, was completely calm. Since he has dozens of years of experience as a fighter, he has seen this type of scenario way too many times.
But in the time that these words were passed around.
"The monster horde seems to be really close to us now!"
"Even the building is shaking a bit"
Within an instant, the seven members of the thunderbolt squad rushed towards the northern window and looked down, and saw that there were large amounts of mastiff monsters near the entrance to the staircase of the six story residential apartment. Some of the lion mastiff monsters were even charging into the staircase. In just these few seconds, the entire residential apartment started shaking, like an earthquake was occurring. The roars of many monsters also echoed around.
"BOOM!" The door to the room where the seven members of the thunderbolt squad were in was blasted open.
The lion mastiffs with their SUV sized bodies charged in the room one by one. Not only was the door directly smashed into smithereens, but even the walls were startling to crumble. The over a thousand monsters were continuously smashing the residential building up. It seemed like the building could fall down at any moment.
And outside of the residential building were around one to two thousand more lion mastiff monsters. These lion mastiff monsters can't even enter the building, so they just surrounded the residential apartment completely. If you can imagine a scene where one to two thousand SUVs are surrounding a building, then you can imagine how scary it'll be for so many monsters to surround a residential apartment.
"WHAT'S GOING ON!!!" the mixed youth immediately started screaming as his face turned pale.
Anyone would panic after witnessing the apartment building that has shook so much that it's on the verge of collapse, the large amounts of monsters pouring into the room, and the densely packed horde of monsters surrounding the residential apartment building below.
"Protect the young master! Tiger fang squad, protect the rear!" roared the old veteran named Liu.
"DADADADA~~~"
Dong Zi's machine gun was crazily roaring and the bullet shells crazily flew around. The powerful bullets shot into the bodies of the lion mastiff monsters one by one. The monsters were charging so quickly that even when they were hit by the bullets, they would continue charging forwards. The bald brute, the one eyed man, and the tiger fang captain Pan Ya relied on their cold weapons to smash the monsters to the side one by one.
"PENG!" "PENG!" "PENG!"
The old veteran named Liu and the white brute already brought the mixed youth along with them as they directly jumped out the window.
"Let's go!" The tiger fang captain roared and was the first to follow as he jumped from the window.
"Dong Zi, hurry!" roared the one eyed man.
When comparing physical fitness, gunners are the weakest. The gunner, Dong Zi, also clenched his teeth as he jumped out the window. Finally, the one eyed middle aged man and the bald brute also jumped out the window. Even if a beginner level warlord fighter is carrying several hundred kg of things on him, they wouldn't suffer any injury from jumping from a height of six stories.
However, the thing awaiting them below isn't a flat ground, but over a thousand monsters!

The walls of the second floor of the residential apartment were already smashed into pieces. And Luo Feng was hiding in the corner of a room on the second floor!
When Luo Feng rushed into this room, he used his spiritual force to control the concrete walls, the stone tables, etc. to completely seal the bathroom he is in, and he even broke the ceiling. After the concrete fell down, the room was completely ruined, so even after the monsters charged in, they wouldn't be able to find Luo Feng.
After that, the monster horde spotted the thunderbolt squad on the sixth floor and directed all their attention onto them.
Standing beside the bathroom's window, Luo Feng stared outside and his ears were listening closely.
"They're fighting!" Luo Feng heard a few faint roars from the sixth floor.
After that, three shadows quickly fell from above.
"They jumped" Luo Feng's eyes flashed and two black throwing knives immediately hovered beside him.



Year 2056, in a city in the Yuan Jiang Su Jin area. On top of a ruined, shattered six story residential apartment sits a teenager wearing a combat vest, militaristic trousers, and alloyed battle boots. On his back is a hexagonal shield and equipped is a blood-shadow battle knife. He sits there silently on the edge of the roof. At this time, the sparkling sky was shining and there was a refreshing breath within the air that blew towards him. However, there was only silence within the ruined, deserted city, with an occasional howl that makes your heart skip a beat.     

Chase Milton was your average college student. He worries about grades and how he can make his deadlines with the least work possible. He was also a huge post-apocalyptic nerd. He played the fallout franchise to completion from Fallout 2 to Fallout 4. He knew a good bit about most of them, but Fallout New Vegas was his favorite because it was more western themed than the others.

He was walking to class reading up on some of his assignments for his communications class when he heard a shout. Turning around he sees a truck on a collision course with a female student. He didn't think twice when he tackled her away. He heard a boom and then blacked out.He was happy with what he did saving someone who could have died. Until the darkness came over him. He screamed but he couldn't make a sound. He awoke in a pitch black space with no light to see anything around him. He went through the five stages of grief in all of three minutes and began shouting for something to help him?

He sat in the void for who knows how long with so he went into a deep contemplation about his situation. He lost all sense of time when he was in the void so he got to think about what he did in his life. Which was really depressing because he was so normal that the way he saved the girl was his only outstanding memory. When he got out of this state he saw what he never wanted to see in his short life. Checkered suit, golden gun, and the world's worst shit-eating grin.

"Heya, kid" says the suit.

"NO, I will not have any of this hallucination bullshit," Yelled Chase.

" Well looks like you've had a-" He began.

"What the hell did I say you Elvis rip-off" snarked Chase. 

"Hey look, babe, I'm not him I just represent your desires." Said the man

"I AM NOT ATTRACTED TO BENNY," screamed Chase.

"Not like that you oaf," said Benny.

There was a awkward silence between the two until a cough came from Benny, "Alright kid, you are dead."

"What?!?"

"Exactly what I said kid, so Let's keep this smooth like little babies and get you headed to where you wanna be," declared Benny.

"I don't get to choose," asked Chase. 

"Of course you do, but like I said I embody your desire." Deadpanned Benny.

"Ok let's fucking go then you checkered bastard."

"You forgetting something, kid?" He interrupted.

"You get 3 wishes like the normal trope, but there are limits," informed Benny, "no systems for fucks sake, no wishing for super powers, and no infinite points."

"That's standard, I guess..."

"Now tell me what you wish for o' great Chase, what kind of name is Chase anyway?"

"Better that you Benny boy. Anyway, I want to have the building system from Fallout 4."

"You planning on setting roots down are ya? Well that's gonna easy I guess."

"My next wish is to be able to use VATS." 

"Good choice baby, most people wouldn't think of that, but there's a limit. Your AP will regenerate slower than it does in game to make you less prone to abuse it. Say you have 100 Action Points it will regenerate 1 point every 5 minutes and it can be upgraded by perks or your Perception score."

"Fair, my next and final one..." Chase trailed off.

Chase thought that VATS was technically a super power but it was in the game so he went for it. He was thinking that the no superpowers thing was a crock of shit because they want a show in his next life. He wanted to ask for something like a pip boy but he could get the pimp boy from Mick and Ralph's. Maybe memorization of all the crafting recipes? No, he could buy some from gunrunners and the NCR, not that he likes them.

No he would need a pip boy early, not neglecting his early plans because he has to carry around a knapsack of goodies, no that's asking for a raider to kill you. His perks are another glaring problem. Will he be the Courier, or will he be a new chess piece on the board of the Mojave? 

"How do I sent into New Vegas?"

"You are the Courier, duh," responded the checker suited douche bag.

"You gonna shoot me?"

"Nope you will wake up at Doc's like normal even the whole character customization bit will be there too." He said.

"Well, that answers that" Chase murmured.

The Courier, the most badass badass the Mojave has seen since Joshua Graham. 'So I get the pip boy, no problems there but what do I wish for?' Chase thought.

"Will the SPECIAL scores affect what perks I get?" Chase asked

"Did you seriously just ask that?" Asked Benny in disbelief.

"Well yeah?"

"Pal are you sure you have played a Fallout game before?" Asked Benny with a tired face.

"Y-yeah..." 

"My guy don't ask stupid questions like that again."

"Noted..." He said.

As he paces back in forth in his mind, an epiphany hits him in the head like a bullet and he says, "Can I have the time set to the same as Fallout 4?"

"I know where you are going with this and it might end up biting you in the ass you know?"

"I know, but think about it The Sole Survivor and the Courier, what a fucking combo!"

"Well kid here we go then, have fun and most importantly don't be lame, stay Gold, Pony boy."

Then darkness.
