Able is a child born to the scandalous 3rd born son of the King of Noibla, Prince Luther. Being physically weak, Able gets bullied by the other children. And with everyone seemingly abandoning him, he finds solace in the books of the library. After an unnamed wizard offers to mentor Able, he seems to have all the tools he needs for an exciting adventure!

Dr. Mabi sat in his study reviewing some papers. He was getting ready for a lecture at the Sippar Imperial Military Academy. Although his specialty was Elf physiology, Dr. Mabi was renowned and respected in the medical fields in general. 

He would often lecture at academies and universities throughout the Empire. His lecture at this time would be on the subject of common sense medical practices on the planet Thurbor. Thurbor, a planet which served as a military post for the Sippar Empire. Every planet had its ecology and with each planet, newly posted military personnel needed to know who to protect themselves.  

There were always issues with plants and animals and how to interact with them, eat them, and be aware of them, but this wasn't the Dr.'s area. The Dr. was teaching about what to do when getting injured on the planet. There were always training accidents and sometimes there were fights with native inhabitants and enemies. 

The planet was a strategic point in the territories between the first and fourth quadrants of the galaxy. It was always hotly contested and this meant there was never much of a presence on the planet. This changed about ten years ago when the Sippar Empire was able to push the line of demarcation further into the territory of its nemesis the Barkkdian Empire.

Posts and bases were being built all over the planet. Even small towns where military families were able to live began to spring up. Every post needed a place for the soldiers to spend their time and money and shops and entertainment locations were being planned. Unfortunately, the environment was proving to be less than hospitable for the forces on site.

Dr. Mabi was quietly preparing his materials and deciding what he would take with him as he started packing for the trip. He always liked to pack his papers and books first. 

"Boval, come in here," Dr. Mabi yelled. 

After a few moments, Boval walked into the study. He was fifteen-years-old and lived with Dr. Mabi for ten years already! What started as a Dr. patient situation soon became a Mentor disciple situation. During Boval's time with Dr. Mabi, he discovered Boval was gifted in medicine. Gifted was understating his capabilities. From Dr. Mabi's, standpoint, Boval was an unparalleled genius.  

Boval understood nothing was amazing about his level of knowledge and talent regarding medicine. He spent the last few hundred years practicing medicine in Big Ole Wall Town. According to the three-five paths (chapter 69), he was a Master Tradesman. He mastered all the trades including medicine, music, formations, forging, and pills. 

He mastered every field but he was strongest in the formations trade. However, he loved medicine. Of course, the philosophy of the three-five paths is all paths support and develope together to push the adherent of the path to overall greater mastery. They were better overall in one trade because of their mastery of the other paths. 

The three-five paths referred to the Paths of Trade, Knowledge, and the Soul. Each Path had five sub-paths. It was thanks to his mastery of Master River's teachings regarding the three-five paths he had so much accumulated knowledge and wisdom to draw upon now. Therefore, his aptitude wasn't so amazing. It took him thousands of years to acquire his knowledge. Even though he was in a new world, he was equipped to excel in anything he chose. 

Even though he already knew as much as he didn't this didn't mean he already knew everything. His time with Dr. Mabi was extremely beneficial to Boval. The Dr. was as creative a thinker as he was a careful researcher. Boval learned a great deal and was inspired to increase his studies. Of course, Lorne was becoming weary of the life of an academician. He didn't reincarnate into this world just to sit around and read books and give papers. He wanted a life of adventure. 

This trip to the Sippar Imperial Military Academy was a big move. It was his first step in pursuing a life of adventure. He was able to convince Dr. Mabi to help him get into the Academy. Although he would be studying medicine, or teaching it, his main focus for training would be as a starfighter pilot. 

Boval missed the feeling of flying through the skies and among the stars. It was something he was forced to give up when he moved to this new world. In reality, he gave up all of his tremendous powers becoming a mortal. This sacrifice was worth it for Boval. He felt living like a mortal would give the rush of adventure he was looking for. It's hard to feel the thrill of adventure when ninety percent of the things in the universe can't hurt you. Now, everything was dangerous!

His parents and Dr. Mabi thought he was crazy. They all knew he was set to have a safe and prosperous life as an academician. Instead, he was hell-bent on playing with his life. He was able to argue the merits of becoming a fighter pilot. It would give him skills he could use later in his life as a researcher he didn't have now. For example, he could pilot his ship to wherever he wanted to go and he could defend himself as needed. 

Dr. Mabi had friends in the military but ultimately, if he ever found himself alone in a dangerous situation he would more than likely get squished before he even knew what happened. They finally came around to his point of view, it was just the military academy after all. Once he finished there, he could start his real work. Of course, Boval failed to mention he planned on joining the Imperial Army right after graduation. He thought he would leave that surprise for later!

"Boval, have you seen my Binonical Expression in Free Gene Interplay book? I've looked everywhere for it," Dr. Mabi said. 

"I have seen it, sir," he said.

"Really? where," Dr. Mabi asked. 

"Isn't it next to your bookbag over there?" asked Boval. 

Dr. Mabi turned around to a small lounge chair where he placed one of his book bags. Immediately, he saw the book in question. 

"Oh my, is it old age or excitement that's making me so absent-minded?" Dr. Mabi joked.

"It's exciting, you're far too young to go senile," Boval laughed back. 

"Such a smooth-talker, I guess that's how you talked me into signing off on this assinine idea of joining the military academy," he said. 

Boval just smiled quietly, he knew better than to engage in this topic with his teacher. 

"Fine, fine, whatever. I guess it's time to head out!" Dr. Mabi said with gusto. 

Boval grabbed all of the bags the professor packed and was about to carry them out when he noticed something amusing.

"Dr. Mabi, I'm going to have to change my prognosis of your condition from excitement to senility," Boval laughed.

"What do you mean?" Dr. Mabi was confused.

"I mean, you did a very thorough job packing your books for the trip but I don't even see a bag for your underwear and pajamas. Are you going to wear those clothes for the duration of the trip?" Boval laughed. 

Dr. Mabi looked around and realized he forgot to pack everything other than his books and papers.  

"Torp," he said.

I heard the murmurs and whispers of people. I felt a warm wet towel on my head. I try to open up my eyes. But they kept closing.

When my eyes open I expected to be sleeping in a FILTHY rag. Yet I was on king size brown bed.
With clothes that were not mine. My first thought was not who undress me but did they see huge scars.

" shit! shit! shit! " THEY MUST HAVE SEEN THEM THEY ARE HUGE. What can I do? They will ask questions that I can't answer. What about Em alone for a whole day with Blaine.

" FUCK " and what if the FUCKING BASTARD touch her.
I quickly looked around the room. It was small and clustered.

I kept looking, through the books and the awards until I found what I was looking for a  notebook. I ripped a page as quietly as possible. But as you know when you try to make the least amount of noise possible the page wants to break.

So you have to do it again and it is even louder than before. Yeah, that happened but luckily no one woke up. I wondered who are the ones who helped me. No matter, I would never meet them again. If I am alive when I get back. I wrote a quick thank you note and looked around for a window.
I breathed a sighed of relief only one story. Thank god imagine having to go 3 floors down. My ninja skills are not that amazing.

I opened the window with ease. I jumped out. My legs still wobbly made me fall face down to the cold snow. Touch down !! I thought as I shook the snow of joggers. My stupid self was now soaking wet.

I am amazing, aren't I? Well, aside from that the adventure home was not as exciting. More like dreadful.

I don't know if I was more frightened to see Em or to see Blaine.

~I slammed my fist against the closet door leaving smears of my blood. It was not the first time I was locked in the closet. But it was the first time I wanted to get out. I clenched my fists against the mahogany door but it was useless. I could not help her. I pounded the door one fist after the other. 

Not giving up.

I hit my head on the door and tried to drown out the screams of my baby sister. You would think that her being the actual daughter she would not get hurt. But she is feeling the same pain as I do. I bit my lip and pulled at my chestnut brown hair from their roots until there was a deafening silence. 

I sat there at the door, where light creaked in, rocking back and forth. My knees were against my chest like a shield but it was more than that. It was an act of stupid, feeble-minded me who had no sense of control or even a slight grasp of the situation in front of me.~

The closer we came to the drawbridge, the fewer buildings we saw and the more soldiers appeared. Our traveling is being watched by a multitude of guards. They must think we're up to no good. Fortunately, we're not surrounded by only guards. There are some adventurers that I saw at the guild hall earlier that seem to be returning from their quests. Some were fine while some had cuts and scratches on them. I hope I return like the former and not the latter.
Unfortunately for me, my traveling companion seemed to be incapable of reading the mood of the situation.
"Kenji, Kenji! Isn't this exciting? I've never been outside of the city before! We get to go and kill monsters and be heroes like in those story books! Have you ever been outside of the city before? What's it like? Are there big scary monsters?"
"I've never been outside of the city before either. Would you calm down? We have a long day ahead of us and we need to sustain our energy. I don't know about you, but I've never been in a battle before with monsters."
"Me either but that doesn't mean I'm not excited about it!"
I simply scowled at him and let bygones be bygones. We had finally reached the gate to the drawbridge after some time. As we approached the drawbridge we were stopped by what appeared to be a guard.
"Woah there. Who are you two? I've never seen you around here before."
"Can't you tell by my magnificent robes and my regal features? I am mmph-!"
I quickly covered Tael's mouth before he could spout out more nonsense. I instead elected to speak for the both of us.
"We're adventurers. We're going to be monster slaying."
"Adventurers, eh? If you're really adventurers then you ought to have that one spell cast on you. Show me and I'll let you pass."
Since it was requested, I took my hands off of Tael's mouth so he could speak the command word.
"MMMPH! H-hey don't steal my thunder, man! Now my cool intro is ruined!"
"Shut up and do what he said. Status."
My screen appeared in front of me. After a moment, Tael reluctantly followed suit. The guard proceeded to take a look at the screens and nodded his head a few times.
"Hmm… I see. Well, everyone needs to level up at some point I suppose. Good on you two for taking the initiative."
"I have a few questions if you don't mind me asking."
"I don't have a problem."
"I heard that this drawbridge closes, is this true?"
"Yes. This drawbridge closes at 10 P.M. every night and opens at 5 A.M. the next morning. I don't care if you're the emperor, you're not getting in until 5 A.M."
"Alright. Why is the drawbridge closed at 10 P.M.?"
"Some monsters become more active at night. They try to find a good place to huddle down in and a walled city is like a buffet to them."
"What monsters should we expect?"
"Goblins, slimes, wolves, maybe a zombie. Urik says he saw a skeleton once."
"This might sound naive, but if people get trapped outside, do you send out rescue parties?"
"No. You're on your own the second you step outside these walls."
"I see…"
"Don't tell me you're getting cold feet now, are you?"
"N-no I'm not!"
"You know what? Maybe I should practice my spells some more…"
I saw Tael slowly begin to sidle away as I grabbed his robe forcefully.
"Haha! You kids are a riot. Alright, stay safe out there."
"Yes sir. I plan to return tomorrow."
"Always plan for the dawn! Stay safe on your travels."
"Likewise."
With that, I dragged a reluctant Tael with me outside of the gate and over the drawbridge. We have left the city of Ruks and begun our first adventure.

"There's a reason why anything is happening. We just need to find that reason."

The next morning both Light and Hop stopped by the professors. It was no surprise to see her and Sonia as Sonia had stopped by later yesterday evening. 

"Now that you two have your endorsement you're ready to start your journey?"

Hop was so excited his body shook,

"YES YES YES! Did you fix the dynamax!?"

The professor shook her head with a smile,

"So impatient but yes here you go"

She gave Hop his but then turned to give Light hers. As the bracket snapped on Light felt a rush go through her….. dynamax. 

She had seen it on TV but now she too would be able to do it. It was a dream come true!

"WOOHOO! JUST YOU WAIT IM GOING TO BE DYNAMAXING EVERYWHERE!"

Light laughed as the professor and Sonia looked exasperated. 

"That's not quite how it works. You need to meet certain conditions to dynamax. But for now travel the world see and collect all sorts of Pokémon and enjoy the journey"

Light nodded already excited herself. 

"First we see a mysterious Pokémon and then we get an endorsement and now dynamax I'm stoked!"

Sonia perked,

"That reminds me Leon did tell me you guys met a weird Pokémon in slumbering Weald can you give me more information?"

Hop shook his head

"Yea it was super weird looking I've never seen it before and Light tried to fight it off but nothing worked and then the fog got super thick and the next thing we knew we passed out."

Light clutched the wrist that now has the dynamax watch. That encounter had really affected her but she was sure in a positive way. She was starting a journey because of that Pokémon. 

"Wow aren't you informative"

Hop smiled missing the sarcasm,

"You'll just have to investigate it yourself"

The professor smiled at her and Sonia gave a tired sigh. 

"Anyway we better get going. Light I'll meet you at the station"

And again Hop was gone. He hadn't even really said bye. She looked back at the professor and Sonia and gave a light nod. 

"Thank you"

As she turned though a voice caught her,

"After watching your battle I'm interested to see how far you can go"

The professor was staring at her like an unknown. Eyes analyzing her and dissecting her. The feeling was unwelcome but she politely nodded again as she tried to walk away quickly.

"Gran did you have to scare the girl?"

Sonia sighed as she had watched the exchange. The professor turned walking further into the house. 

"That girl will be something else. I can already see it, what I'm not sure, but I'm excited to know"

Sonia blinked the last time she had heard that her gran had said it about Leon. Sonia looked back at the door did that girl really have that much potential?

"You're too slow light!"

Light raised a brow at Hop. The station was large but it would be her way out of this small town. 

"Common we have to go!"

"Hold on right there mister!"

Light gave her kudos being able to make him jump that high. 

"Mom!!?"

And sure enough there was Hops mom and her mother waiting at the station. 

"I see you were just gonna head off without stopping home first huh?"

"We were lucky professor Magnolia told us you were setting off"

Light look down ashamed. She really should have stopped home. This wasn't going to be just a day trip. This was the start of a life long adventure. Looking up at her mother though she didn't see anger rather fondness. 

"Here you guys are going to need this"

They passed them camping stuff that… yea they would probably need definitely. Hops mother grabbed her son and pulled him in for a last pep talk despite him flailing and light, she just looked at her mother. 

"Never thought I'd see the day"

Light smiled because neither had she. But before she could say anything she was pulled into a tight hug. She loved her mom. Her mom had never pressured her or tried to make her do things she didn't want. Her mother was a silent pillar making sure she was okay. 

"Also since I know you don't like it getting too loud, happy birthday."

Light pulled away and blinked. Oh…. oh!!!!

That's right she was 18 now. She was slightly younger than Hop and had somehow forgotten in the rush that today was her birthday. She looked over at Hop trying to escape his mothers grip. Well… it was best to keep that on the down low she supposed. 

Finally after the tears and screaming mostly on Hops part they looked at their mothers one last time,

"Next time you'll be looking at the next champion!"

Hops mother shook her head,

"Just be careful you two"

Light smiled,

"We'll be fine"

And they would be. If Hop ever got into trouble light would go to his rescue in an instant. 

The train whistle blew loudly through the station,

"Common light! Let's go!"

He grabbed her arm and pulled her away and she only just caught a glimpse of a tear in Hops mothers eyes. 

They would be fine. She was sure of it.

The train was an exciting adventure. Hop and her were able to talk about strange Pokemon that they had come across and she enjoyed the mindless chatter. When the train stopped early that surprised her. Hop had no quells about getting off and walking straight to the station worker.

"What's going on? Why'd we stop?"

The man shrugged,

"A herd of Wooloo are on the track so it will take a few hours to move them"

Damn Wooloo strike again.

"So we have to wait?!"

Hop said disgruntled,

"Well you can take a stroll outside but there's a wild area so i would suggest-"

"WILD AREA!!!"

And off to the races he went. Light nodded a thank you and walked out to see where Hop had gone. It was certainly nice out which was great. And there at an unblocked entrance stood Hop.

"Light… Look, that's motostoke. That's where we will start our first step. And look at all this wild area. There's bound to be amazing pokemon and training."

He kept talking but Light was lost at the sight. The large building in the distance and the large expanse between them. She didn't care so much for the motostoke but the thought she was going to see new pokemon…. Pokemon she had never seen back home, pokemon that she had only seen on TV or in books. It was exciting. This was the start of a new journey. A step into a world completely new to her.

"Oh! Look who I bumped into"

They both turned to see sonia walking toward her.

"Sonia!"

Hop beamed and even Light smiled,

"What are you doing here?"

"Well gran was on my case saying how 'those kids have their lives together what about you?'"

Light actually felt sorry for her,

"Sounds rough"

Sonia sighed,

"It's fine, I decided to research more on that mysterious Pokémon you guys mentioned"

Hop mellowed out,

"Sounds like a lot"

Sonia groaned,

"Like I said it's fine. So you guys are going through the wild area? Well look out for those red pillars of light. There you will be able to dynamax but be careful as the Pokémon there are usual strong"

Dynamax…..

Her eyes brightened,

"WOOHOO! Just watch I'm going to dynamax nonstop!!"

And off he ran,

Sonia smiled, 

"He's just a ball of energy huh?"

Light smiled. He was, and that was what was fun about him. Light hated monotony. She hated going through the motions but Hop usually broke that. Always moving and running and she was always caught up in the storm.

She looked over at Sonia though and frowned,

"Sonia?"

"Hmm?"

She said looking down at her,

"That Pokémon….. where will you start?"

Sonia blinked,

"Hmm? Maybe start with the legends. Look through myths and stuff like that. Now that I think about it I never asked your opinion. What did you see in the forest?"

And she was right. No one had really asked her. Hop told the story and that was it. 

"It was big…"

Sonia watched the girl. She still didn't know what to feel about her as she kept to herself and most times Hop overshadowed her. 

"Red and black. With a large mane like…."

She made inverse triangle in the air. 

"But more than the look… it was a feeling. Power, strength…. age"

Sonia was in awe. This girl had a knack for detail but more than that was the awe in her eyes as she spoke. How had they not noticed how much this had impacted her?

"There was a regalia that demanded respect."

And then she was silent lost in thought. It took her a moment before she shook her head and the sparkle in her eyes disappeared. 

"Sorry that's very subjective"

Sonia shook her head,

"Not at all! Actually it was amazing! Makes me excited to research this."

Sonia looked at the blushing girl with a smile,

"Thanks"

Light nodded 

"Well I guess I'll be off. Good luck with your research"

And off she went. And Sonia was beginning to see the potential the rest of them were. She smiled this would certainly be an interesting year.

Light has always been great with Pokemon and has lived life enjoying the moment. When Hop her dear friend says that his brother the champion is coming back home this starts changing quickly. Light is given the chance to travel around the galar region and fight for a chance as a gym challenger. But worrying about getting stronger is not her only problem…...

Ren was what you called an otaku, watching anime all day, playing video games, and reading manga and web novels.

"Huh what is this?" Ren muttered, in his screen while he was downloading his favorite anime show, a sudden pop up shot out.

"What is this? Some kind of new game? Well whatever, I was bored anyway better try it." Ren clicked yes, and another window popped out, it was a character creation screen. 

So it really was a game, and oh wow this character create screen, has a lot of choices. Let's see what type of character should I make. Oh right should I make it look like Ragna from that fighting game I recently played. That guy look cool, ok let's see here...

Ren used the character customization screen the best he can, and was able to create a character that looked exactly like Ragna. He is a young adult with white spiky hair and heterochromia: his left eye being green and his right being red. His clothing consists of a hybrid of modern, futuristic and old features. He wears a vibrant red sleeved jacket with two long thin tails hanging from the back. Under it is a black shirt with three red belts and also several belts covering his right arm. He wears a pair of black gloves with a red shell on the backs of the hands. 'Yep this was the same look as the Ragna I played, the only difference is the right arm where the fake arm was suppose to be.

After creating his character, Ren clicked the create character button. A noticed popped out, "Have you finalized you character creation?" Ren clicked yes, and went to a stat allocation screen. 

Let's make this character near what I think Ragna's stats will be like. Strength:50 Dexterity:38 Agility:30 Endurance:50 Mana:40

"There we go finished." Upon clicking finish, a load screen came out. 

Overpowered system loading,.....

"Overpowered system? Is that the name of the game?" While Ren was thinking, a sudden white flash came from his computer, on seeing the light Ren started losing consciousness.

A gentle breeze brushed Ren's face, afterwards he felt the pitter patter of rain dripping on his face. 

What the hell, is my roof leaking? Ren slowly opened his eyes. Once he opened his eyes what he saw shocked him, his roof was gone, not just that he's room was gone. 

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Wait where the hell am I? What happened? 

All around him where just an endless ocean of trees, Ren was in a forest but he couldn't remember how he got here.

While Ren was confused and slightly frightened, he heard a robotic voice inside his head. 

'Ding' "Congratulations host for activating the overpowered system! From here on out, show the world what true overpowering force truly is." 

 "The system has acknowledged, Ren player name Ragna as a beginner, The system will now begin distributing Overpowered Beginner's pack." Just as the the robotic message rang out, a window pop up appeared before Ren.

What the hell is this? Okay.... I need to cool down, the last thing I remember was downloading a computer game... Don't tell me, like in those anime and light novels I read, I actually got transported to another world with a system!!! 

"OH YES!!!!" Wow finally something exciting actually happened! I can't believe I got transported to another world, and of all the cheats I could have, I get the system type cheat, and this system is actually literally claiming to be an overpowered system. How awesome! 

Ok then, let's double check my status... I see so I became Ragna the blo*dedge, my favorite character, in the recent fighting game I played. The skill Invincible barrier seems to be a passive given by the system, the Intermediate sword skill is also a passive, and I actually feel I can do the moves Ragna used in the game. 

The Experience points and level are things I already know of, but what is this Overpowered Points? Let's see if I can ask the system.

'Hey system can you tell me about what this Overpowered Points is suppose to be?'

"Answering the host's question, Overpowerd points are used to gain power ups." 

'What kind of power ups?'

"The Overpowered System provides power ups of every kind the host can think of. All the games, anime, and books the host has watched and read can be reference for abilities that can be power ups." 

'Really!? That's awesome, can you show me a list of the abilities that cost 100 Overpowered Points below.'

Another pop up window appeared.

Shadow Clone x1 (Nar*to tree) (70 points)

Beginner Magic (Ragnarok Tree) (100 points)

'That's it!? System can you show me how much it cost to get a sharingan from Nar*to or the Emperor's eye from Kur*ko'

Sharingan (Nar*to tree) (5,200,000 Points)

Emperor's eye (Kur*ko no Basket tree) (800,000 Points)

What's with that difference? Well I get it the Sharingan can copy skills and moves, while the Emperor's eye can see the subtle details of the body or like the anime said, predict the future. 

'So system how do I actually get Overpowered points?'

"To acquire Overpowered Points, host must show others that he's overpowered."

'That's simple enough to understand, so how do I get experience? Do I kill things or something like that?'

"Correct killing can give the host experience, but there are other ways to gain experience, but host's level is still too low to use the other ways."

'I see... I kinda get it now, so let's test my abilities.

After looking around the forest Ragna found a bunch of wolves, and rabbits. With the Intermediate sword skills (Bl*zblue skill tree), Ragna was able to easily kill them all. It was the first time he had killed a living thing, but for some reason it didn't really affect him.

After Leveling up Ragna felt his strength rising a little. Being a gaming addict, the sound of leveling up felt nice to Ragna's ear. 

"Ok I'll level up to 10, before trying to find a town."

Aaron sighed, rolled his eyes and did his best not to appear as if anything was wrong.
'Myra Myra! Why would you bring this up now? We are after all in the middle of a business deal with an auction hall representative.'

Unable to just ignore her excited face Aaron did his best to appear impressed and just mumbled something about adding security in case they end up falling from the sky. He could already see the destruction caused by a 'test' island falling from a height of hundreds of meters and crashing onto the ground, leaving nothing but rocks and a huge crater.

'Yes, I will definitely have to make sure to add multiple security measures to prevent that from happening.'

Aaron did not worry about Myra being unable to make them fly … for some time at least. It was about what would happen when they came back down that sent shivers along his spine.
Right at this time Myra got some thoughts transmitted from Rae.

'Mommy, are dragons evil?' Myra was a bit surprised why her daughter would bring up dragons, but she quickly answered the girl from what she could vaguely remember. There were several books about dragon stories and some of the kids she was playing with probably brought it up.

'Don't worry darling, most dragons are rather peaceful. They are simply too big though, that's why many humans are afraid of them, but there's no need to fear them, they are fun to take on an adventure. Their constitution makes them strong enough to traverse even across the stars easily and they make awesome mounts. Even your Brightpaws would be jealous!'

The communication soon ended and Myra focused on the conversation again. They were discussing details about a branch for the auction hall and what it would require to start.

"I think we should …" Myra suddenly stopped in the middle of her sentence.

'Rae?' She waited for an answer, but didn't feel anything. Frowning, she sent out yet another call. 

'Rae please answer me, are you alright?' Still nothing.

Aaron noticed that something was wrong, but he had no idea what was wrong.

"Myra are you alright? You look troubled?"

"I lost contact with Rae." She said with a voice that was bouncing somewhere between confusion and worry. "I don't think she is in danger though, it's just as if she's too far away for me to contact her this way."

Aaron turned to the manager and quickly told him that they would have to leave right away.

"The auction will take place in a few days, if you cannot make it, you are welcome to stop by any time after that to collect your profits." Manager Roris did not know what was wrong, but from the few sentences that were said it seemed like it was something important.

Myra and Aaron quickly left heading back towards the inn at their fastest speed. This time Myra pulled out all the stops. She dragged Aaron along at a speed that was way faster than what he would have achieved on its own.

'She's not holding back at all, the only thing that limits her from going even faster is me. Once again it feels as if I am just baggage.' Aaron could only sigh and do his best to get stronger.

Once they returned they already noticed the huge uproar. Their guards were flying around like hornets that were defending their nest.

"Queen Myra! King Aaron! It's good that you are back. Big trouble. A dragon kidnapped the princess!" Thur was in a tizzy still confused what had happened just a few minutes ago.

"Explain what is going on! Give us some details." Aaron commanded in his usual cold voice. The only thing holding him back from shouting at their guards was that Myra seemed to still think that Rae was alright.

Thur kneeled down, frightened by Aaron's more than unhappy mood.

"My King, there was a huge dragon in the sky, it's shadow alone covering the whole village and the lake. It seemed to have stopped above the Princess and then conversed with her in some way, before the Princess was flying up to it and they both disappeared as fast as lightning."

He waves his hands as if to explain how huge of a dragon it was and how fast it was gone but his hands simply couldn't properly express what he wanted to tell them and he quickly gave up with his motions.

"It was as fast as lightning, there was no chance even to follow it with our eyes, let alone catch it. I've immediately sent out a messenger to find you as well as scouting the area with all the guards we have here, but so far we couldn't even find a trace of that huge beast!"

"Oh…" Myra seemed to realize something that she had said not too long ago.

"Oh?" Aaron looked at Myra questioningly. "Did you forget about something important?"

"Rae asked me about dragons not too long ago." - "She did? What a coincidence. What did you tell her?"

Aaron had a scolding look this time. It was one thing if Myra made things explode and ruined buildings, but causing danger for their daughter, well he was not very happy about it.

"I told her they are very peaceful creatures and make good mounts." Myra sheepishly said stepping from one foot to the other.

"What else did you tell her? I doubt Rae would just leave with a dragon even if they are nice right?"

"I might have told her something like that they are fun to take on an adventure."

Aaron sighed again. "Now Rae is sitting on a dragon and going on an adventure and she is out of range for you to contact her. How far away would that actually be?" He was nearly afraid to ask, but he couldn't avoid it.

"Probably at least no longer on Gaia. Don't worry though, I'm sure the dragon will bring her back soon. I hope it will at least. Let's think of a way to track them."

"Yes, please do that. I would not be very happy if that dragon turns out to be the evil one among a lot of friendly dragon siblings." Once again Aaron ended up with his face in his palms, not believing what happened to his normal life.

'It's my fault too! I should have put more importance on telling Rae not to just leave with strangers, including strange dragons!'

Aaron started to run circles in the area while Myra did her best to create a formation to track their lost kid. Her usually happy or relaxed face looked as worried as Aaron's.

"I think this should work. It might be a little bit uncomfortable though following them. I'm not used to taking along someone else with me."

Aaron just shrugged and stepped next to her without even thinking about it. "Doesn't matter, I've had worse. I'd rather be there when we find her rather than having to wait her and going mad worrying."

"Alright. I'm sorry." Myra did not know what to say, but Aaron's hand on her shoulder gave her a little bit of comfort. "Don't worry, we have to tell her not to just leave without letting us know first, I'm sure she's fine."

Using her spirit form to travel through the stars was easy enough for Myra, but taking along not just her own body, but also Aaron's was harder than she had expected. Myra resisted the pain and exhaustion that her spirit suffered and quickly followed the trail that was left by Rae's pendant.

If it were not for the fact that the pendant included a part of her soul, tracking them would be next to impossible even for her, but as she just had to find the 'other' part of her soul, she still managed to do it.

Aaron meanwhile had no idea how far they were flying or travelling. He had never been in space, had never even heard stories what it was like, but he would not have expected it to be this … empty?

Compared to flying through the sky it was very different and with the slight feeling of dizziness that did not want to go away the journey was indeed rather uncomfortable.

'Have we spent too much time on the kingdom instead of teaching Rae?'

Many questions plagued Aaron and Myra would have probably asked herself similar questions if it did not take all of her concentration just to follow the trail.

In another part of the universe a dragon was gliding through the void between the stars. The dragon was several thousand years old, yet in the eyes of its kind it was still young.

On its back was an even younger human child, a girl not much older than five. Many would expect the child to be scared, but she was rather impressed by the strange looks that she experienced.

Travelling between the stars was unlike anything her books had told her about.

"Big dragon where are we?" the childlike voice asked, for the first time realizing that there was no easy way back to the inn. Everything was a little odd, even her body felt strangely squished, her voice was more like a thought and felt strangely out of place as well.

'We are in a place between the stars that is called Virgo on my home planet and we are heading for a galaxy that they named Milky Way.' a strange voice was drifting into her mind. It was definitely not a normal voice and was more alike to something like telepathy, like Myra would use to talk to her from a distance.

Rae didn't know what a galaxy was, but if it was called Milky Way, the place was perhaps home to shepherds?

When the dragon asked her to exchange stories she readily agreed and when the dragon invited her to its home, she expected it to be close by. Who would have known that it was in some strange … what was it really? Special dimension? Some strange place home to shepherds.

"We have to be back before dinner." Rae mumbled before closing her eyes on the dragon's back.

This travel really made her dizzy. 'Brightpaws doesn't have to get jealous, I don't get sick when travelling on phantom cats.' She thought to herself before falling into an uncomfortable sleep.

She did not notice that their speed decreased soon, nor did she notice that the huge dragon soon concealed itself in some way that she had never seen before. It even got smaller before landing on a small ocean covered planet, right in the middle of some mountainous jungle.

On a world where science and technology are but a vague concept heard in stories, powerful magic is not something only to be found in fiction, but a part of one's daily life.

Follow the awakening of a child born among the stars on her journey to explore the universe, as she carves her own path among the myths and legends and creates miracles never seen before.

While many crave for power, training themselves to gain strength and influence, a girl standing at the very pinnacle finds herself with totally different challenges than those around her.

Some say that with great power comes great responsibility. This story however, is not about responsibility. Add great power on top of a kind, but naïve young child and you get a very different outcome.

With great power comes great collateral damage! Now who is going to clean up the mess?

Celestial Child is a mix of a mostly western high fantasy setting with Xianxia elements. It includes an overly strong main character, a good deal of romance as well as a bit of comedy.

If you like strong main characters and enjoy story writing that has a more relaxed approach, without the protagonist constantly being forced by outside events to heedlessly rush from A to B to C, then this might be for you. While situations and characters will often be a little exaggerated, because I do quite like the occasional face slapping moments, I try to keep it limited to a somewhat believable level, when it comes to character motivations.

No 100% chance to meet over the top arrogant noblemen in every restaurant, who try to beat you up just because they get no seat, sorry!

Currently paused indefinitely until I figure out what to do with the story and if I even want to continue, sorry.

I walk through my dreams like I've lived a whole life there, most times they are about a recent book I read. That is one of the things I do a lot and I'm not just saying that I really do read almost all day long. If I'm not reading I am probably watching some movie or anime series, yes you can probably guess I haven't done much with my life. let's start where it all began.

Back in middle school I loved to read books so much so that when I was grounded they took away my books instead of saying I couldn't go out with friends or no tv/games. yes I was a pretty strange kid compared to some being a 12 year old in America at the time(2012 No less). when I was grounded my next best thing was video games because they told stories as well at the time my video game collection was pretty sparce using an old dell business computer that ran windows xp (let's just say I got really good at minesweeper). even before I found books video games were still present. I still remember my mom gifting me an original Xbox she won in a contest it came with one game and it was a racing game not a lot of story just races.

After a while of getting in trouble I got grounded while i was grounded so I lost games as well suffice to say my box of legos was not very entertaining for a 12 year old mainly because I didn't like to make things up myself it felt so tedious that I had to work so hard to make up shapes and other things people already. i also didn't have many friends so instead I slept, and I slept hard. I don't remember much of my dreams then but I do remember one that was about magic and there was a really dark forest that went on forever in a sea of trees, other than that though I don't remember.
A couple of months later I was officially free and it felt like freedom I got to read again, it was so much fun, I would imagine it being like a drowning mans next breath of air. I didn't goto sleep that night instead I stayed up reading, when morning came I was tired but the book just got to THAT PART that is just so interesting and catching you can't stop, i read through that day as well. after dinner I got so tired I slept couldn't keep reading.
the next morning felt so sluggish like the morning after you get drunk but not enough for a hangover. well after a week of being late for school because I was busy reading parents up an sold all my books. ALL of them like really I was almost done reading them! I never read another book until after basic training 4 or 5 years later.
things changed after I lost my collection I switched to video games and because they didn't want me up all night reading whenever Christmas came around it was games instead of books. birthday? video game. my dad was an avid gamer always tried to keep his pc updated and sent old games I could run on my pc to me. me and my dad were always great at games but I could never compete with him, and it totally didn't have to do with me playing the games for the stories instead of for the high scores(of you can't tell this sentence is sarcasm read this again).

flash forward to the start of high school I was big on video games by then my computer had upgraded to a brand new one from my birthday me and my dad built it together good memories there. I remember when i tried to play morrowwind on it. that was when I realised I didn't like challenging games i liked to play and get the story, maybe different endings (those were my favorite).

at the start of high school I didn't really have a lot of friends because I didn't have many in middle school. my dad recommended me to join the ROTC there, he said he did and he had fun when he was in high school. So I did and the first year was fun and it started with ROTC especially when I started competing. I had so much fun I spent 14 hours of day at school I woke up at 5 to get to practice went to school than got home around 7 after the other practice you can imagine I didn't have a lot of time for video games especially because all that practice was physally demanding. 

1 year later 2 year in high school this I would consider the real start of high school for you actually have to do something to pass your classes I met a girl in my math class (insert joke about about girls causing problems in highschool here [ps: this is the joke I'm not sexist]). We started talking about a lot of things our school football team things like that, than we got to books she loved to read book I got to see her library once well less of a library and more of a whole wall of books and all books I wanted to read. her name was Alex I had the biggest crush on her at one point than found out she was lesbian so we kinda grew apart shallow I know but it's high school things like this happen. anyways after seeing those books some of them I used to read myself I started to want to read again, but I had no books i was still forbidden to read so I put my frustration put on video games during this time I was playing a lot of modern warfare 2 I loved the story and the way it flowed but it was really the first game I really played on steam I have logged over 500 hours  on that game alone I got every achievement for single player even the ones for veteran difficulties and also got most for the multiplayer which at this point I had everything unlocked and was max level I loved the multi player.

at this point I was starting to show up late sometimes to practice because I wasn't sleeping early enough. I went one more year like that and over summer I played so many video  games I swear I dreamt about sheaperd in mw2 around this time skyrim came out and I played the heck out of it  (I didn't get as many hours of playtime because 3rd year of high school is the hardest around 200hours). 3rd year rolls around I've dropped out of all practices because it was all boring again nothing new same old stuff. I was still busy keeping my grades up especially that foreign language credit that is needed to graduate.

4th year felt like being a freshman again except youre the one who makes fun of the freshmen.

nothing important happened then so I graduated and I wanted adventure something new so I went and joined the US Airforce. If I knew what I knew about it than I would have waited unroll now to join. long story short my addiction to video games got the better of me some nights during training and I ended up sleeping in, combined with my selective forgetfulness  (I kid you not I forgot my boots one time). luckily I wasn't in that long so I got an entry level discharge (look it up if you don't know) after I got back I found books to read online and read I did but because I didn't have school and at the time no work to deal with

this is about the time where I realised something special about my dreams.

at one point in high school I played a game where you create your own games and other people play them but this wasn't like legos using only blocks this was a program and once they started to abandon the Lego building style I started to learn it you could import meshes from other programs like blender so I started learning how to use it during this time I started dreaming up wire frames i wanted to tell a story using this game a story without words. I spent a long time on this and I can say to this day that I am self taught at how to use blender and that I ended up really famous on that game for my builds

that was the first clue because I was spending so long learning how to use blender I started dreaming up wire frames or if I was having a really hard time with a specific thing I would dream how it looked and be able to re create it the next day.

now after my attempt at trying to get a stable job i went back to reading. It started out with books i had already read then spread and spread till I found whole websites filled with books to read some exciting some not and they all had one HUGE thing in common they were all fiction and that's what I like. the wilder the better.

one day I met a girl and we planned on getting married and we had a kid a beautiful daughter we named Angela love her so much. I don't know what happened after we came out of the hospital after she gave birth she said she was through with me and left. that hurt a lot so I went back to reading and read I did the stories around this time were mainly reincarnation stories in another world I swear I had a dream at one point i was reincarnated into alegasea  (if you don't know you haven't lived).

this is where I realised my dreams make for the best stories and I tried to write a story about a specific dream once or twice. It never turned out well. Now I'm in college for networking taking a Cisco class (super boring) so my dreams are extra vivid further making me want to write those stories out but they never seem to tell the story how I want then to but right now this one is working does this count as 4th wall break? (lol couldn't resist the humor there [and don't say it was bad because you thought it was funny at some point deep deeeep down you just don't know it])

a story about a man and his dreams that might mean he is insane or might just love books too much. don't listen to the voices in your head about this one because the pink platypusbear that sleeps like a bat doesn't like your drugs.

September 1st

This could seem like any other day on planet Earth, at first glance nothing very significant was happening...

It was a good day, without any major weather phenomenon that would register in the history books.
The world was at peace, without any monster or evil emperor trying to destroy or take over the world.

It seemed like an ordinary day...

However, in a remote mountain area that day was about to happen something of great importance… something that would completely change the entire history of this universe ... and also of the other 12 later.

An event that changed the lives of millions of people and marked an after and before in the history of manga and anime worldwide...

"You know, you're very strange, but it doesn't matter, follow me" Said a somewhat muscular little boy, who had a rather characteristic hairstyle dark hair and a monkey tail... dragging a giant fish in his back.

"By the way…
What's your name?" Asked the young and pretty girl with blue hair as she watched as that strange boy who seconds ago destroyed his car and survived several shots.

"My name is Son Goku, but I like to be called Goku.

And what's your name?" Goku asked cheerfully, since he was the first human apart from his grandfather he had seen ... and he was delighted to make a friend.

"Well ... I ... my name is ..." Said that girl, doubting whether to tell her real name or not

"Come on, tell me your name" Said Goku, who was eager to know her name

Bulma! "She exclaimed without much hope

"HAHAHA Bulma" Goku laughed ... since the name was very funny for him.

"See, that's why I didn't want to tell you my name (Bulma means panties in Japanese)" Bulma yelled angrily, but she wasn't too surprised ... since it had happened to her on other occasions

"It's a very strange name ...

A lot of Broly's with little to do in the center of the universe observed the titanic's green and gold Omega Dragon Balls, which shone intermittently together

In a huge burst of light a humanoid dragon with the size of several galaxies with a spectacular and intimidating appearance prostrated himself before Broly.

He was Acnologia, the Eternal Dragon that granted wishes to Broly exclusively, which looked at his creator with great respect and asked.

"What is your wish this time Master Broly?" Asked Acnologia with respect as he usually did.
Broly looked at his huge dragon and quite calmly, as if this was an administrative process said 

"Make it possible for me to reach the place I want to get reach.
And you know what I mean"

Acnology nodded and said "Understood ...
I will do everything I can to make it possible "

Then the eyes of Acnología shone with a red color ... the desire was being fulfilled.
"Great, I may not need your help, but...

You never know what can go wrong in this case" Said Broly  as he crossed his arms with a smile on his face.

Let's start ... "Broly said as he extended his hand, as if he was holding something between his fingers

In the Formless Realm something appeared out of nowhere, as if it had been assimilated and had returned to its original position
It was ... a card.

"Appear ... Magnetic Force" Broly screamed as if he were Yu-Gi-Oh!

Between the fingers of Broly a card manifested, in which a person appeared flying in the image and whose text in Japanese letters said:

'This card allows the user to be instantly transported to another player in the game, providing that they have previously met them'

This was the card that Broly bought with the few points he had before being reincarnated in the Dragon Ball world.

The only skill he bought that hadn't used yet

A one-time ability that allows you to travel to the position of someone you have met previously

"Hahahaha I'm sure many didn't remember that I still had this ace up my sleeve" Said Broly, breaking the fourth wall to speak to his readers.

Broly at first seemed to bought this one-time card as a last resort to escape from the planet Vegeta in his early life.

In the event that he became the Broly of the TOEI Animation films, it was likely that the planet Vegeta could explode on his first day of life, so unless he got a ship in record time he could be roaming the space or maybe die in the explosion, so he would need this card to reach the planet Earth, using Goku as a reference, which could have been trashing his napping time and creating a possible trauma.

If he was the Broly of Akira Toriyama's recent film... and for some strange case he didn't succeed in his three year plan (he achieved it) this letter could be his last life insurance too.

However, that wasn't the real reason why he had bought that card.

Broly was an optimistic person, so he wouldn't spend so many points in and only a one-time skill for a not very likely situation… with which he could have used to bought other useful things 

In the likely event that he wasn't going to use it for those two purposes ... that expensive purchase wouldn't help him at all... and that wasn't something he would do...
