A: First, a short recap. Kazuya was betrayed and stuck inside the replay. He returned to a blank part of his life and met Kurumi a short time after he got back. He of course hasn't even come to terms with his predicament and was still held up over the betrayal he experienced and witnessed multiple times. Being betrayed like that, how could it be easy to simply trust another person you barely even know. His memory dictates that she has been acting suspiciously around him but because of the effects of his recent "betrayal" he did not consider her intentions to be as noble as it would seem. Not to mention the way she made him suffer in his previous life. He merely didn't want Kurumi to bring troubles towards his way again because he already has so much on his plate. Hence, his cold treatment of her. Unlike his expectations, Kurumi still intends to connect with him. Take note, they only met that one time ever since he came back and they still haven't met again. It was only after a little while that he started to accept and gained interest in this new life of his. This was why he accepted the robot girl rather than his initial rejection of her. The "instinct" part in the earlier chapters was just an excuse so that he didn't have to explain anything about why he didn't want to be friends with her.

there was only one game in the store that looked interesting it was called Apocalypse Shelter and had a summary of 'try to take back a world that has fallen into the apocalypse by getting people and making shelters.' The game sounded great like a mix of a God game and a city builder put into one, so I decided to download the game onto my phone and right when I pressed download my phone screen went black with nothing I do making it work. 

After waiting several seconds some words  appear one the screen.

When I saw that it was a terms of agreement. I Johnathon Miller did what any game would do and skipped all of it and agreed to the terms so that I could just get to the game.

with that I pressed next and was taken to a screen that would decide what my apocalypse would be like. It had a wheel on it asking to be spined on the right were a description of what would get to start with a start ment saying that I could add to the list on the next page though it comes with drawbacks.

I wake you in a damp place that looks to be underground with what looks like 9 other people.
Getting up and looking around I see that we are in what looks like a subway station with all the normal ways in distroyed exept for gate A1. Also there is a train that have the roof caved in on it with a bunch of ruble around it though I am not sure if you can still walk to the other side of the train through it.

suddenly memory start coming to me of my family running from creatures that came.from portals that opened all around the place. I was only able to get in here with my sister by luck and both my parents were torn apart by one of the creatures. I remember working with the 9 other people down here to get the supplies from the stores in here and  only found 4 days of supplies. the only up side is that this underground system had a water filter system that collected water from rain and any runoff and filteres out all the impurities. after that we decided to go to sleep.
How did this happen why is it happening.

Yoshino life not suitable called average life like other people have.If other said he born with golden spoon, it only half true. He not so luck born in rich family nor in heir anything that make him crazy rich. But, he had his uncle to support him. As the only family he had , his uncle take care of him. In middle of his family going to hospital to giving birth to Yoshino, his parents caught in car accident and his father death in that accident leaving only his mother survive. 

In the end, his mother manage safely giving birth to Yoshino , but his mother die fighting to giving him birth with the effect of car accident happen to her.But that is only story his uncle told him.


Yoshino's birth contain so many secret .After he reaching his teen age , he still not visit his parents' grave.Not because he disrespect his late parents but he don't even know where his parents' grave is. Even when his curiosity lead him investigate his parents death,but only found nothing . 

Yoshino not talk about this to his uncle . His uncle must have reasons to not tell him everything about his parents . He trust his uncle because he treats him like his own son and take care of him after his birth rather than his real parents that he don't even know their condition.


Yoshino already in his uncle care after his birth. His uncle , Yamino Taki known as most successful novelist , and manga artist in modern history. His novels and mangas sold for million copies. His novels and mangas often not just often but almost all his writing get adapted to anime, tv series , and movie. Renowned as most successful modern storyteller and making him being in top 7 list rich people in Japan country just by selling his story . 


But before he reach that level of success, he only normal person that don't have dream but only his fantasy. But for his new born niece, desperate to support his niece without any financial. He determined to give his niece normal life that normal family had.Yet with only last saving his brother left over , that only can hold for few months.He drop out from middle school and start to find way to making money , so he started to writing novel and submit it to amature novelist contest that be held at that time. Manage to get first place at the contest , get him financial support and a leap to his successful. 


But that is the only written in his biography, no one know the real background of Yamino Taki even Yoshino and Yoshino too sometime doubt he is his real uncle. He so mysterious person, but lets not get depth of it now .Lets save that for later day.


Yoshino trusted his uncle being his guardian. With his uncle money , he lived happily and grew healthy. There is no reason to hate his uncle for hiding something important from him.

 Since Yoshino young age , he been called as talented student by teacher . Surprise with his high IQ level , he can even start do high level pre calculus in his elementary school . His teacher told his uncle about his high IQ and with this his future will be bright and his teacher offer to his uncle ,Yoshino should start attending high level education rather than stuck with low level like primary school if you can just skip it. But his uncle rejected this offer making his teacher shock about his decision but after hearing his reason.

Saying this, Shuvam's dad stormed out of the room, leaving behind Shuvam in red misty eyes.

Hearing what his dad said, Shuvam crashed into his bed and started sobbing."sob..sob…why…why…did this happen? Why can't they…sob..sob..understand?"

His phone vibrated. He knew that he had received a message. He wiped his ' About to flow out ' tears from his misty eyes and checked his message.

The message came from some unknown source. There was no name or number of the sender, just the message. You will be emailed a link to download a software which will be helping you in your life to achieve your goals for free. Install the software and your life shall change. '

' Huh ? I didn't participate in any lucky draw. How did I win? They even know my name and contact. ', he thought.

' Maybe I participated in something and forgot, I guess. Let's check what this is. It would be really good if it could really help me achieve my goals. Haha What am I thinking? A software making me a game designer. ', he thought.

He was smiling and hadn't realized that streams of tears were flowing from both his eyes. He realized he was crying and quickly wiped those tears. He got up from his bed and sat on the chair nearby and opened his laptop which was placed on the desk in front of him.

It was an old low spec laptop but it was enough for him to play some games and use older versions of unity to try game developing. This laptop was gifted to him by his cousin who was in U.S. It was old, bulky and even occasionally leaked electricity from its metal casing. But for Shuvam, this laptop was his life.

He had connected a keyboard and a mouse onto the computer because few of the inbuilt keyboard keys were not working and he didn't like using the touchpad. He input the password of the laptop and took out his cellphone simultaneously. He didn't have an internet connection at home so he had to use data plans along with the hotspot option of his mobile to be able to use internet on his laptop.

He used NRs  20 to get a data plan which allowed him to used unlimited data for a hour. He checked his gmail and quickly found the link to download the software. He clicked on the link and a setup file of 600 megabytes started downloading. The average download speed in his current network was about 500-600 kbps. It took about 30 minutes to download the software. He had been watching videos on YouTube which had considerably slowed the download speed which resulted in taking longer time to download.  (1$ = about NRs 105)

After the setup file finished download, he opened the file and his whole screen was engulfed in darkness. Suddenly, a timer was shown on the screen with the same black screen in the background. The timer showed 25 days remaining. Shuvam thought he had seen it wrong due to his still somewhat musty eyes. He rubbed his eyes and looked again and was shocked to see that it really did show 25 days remaining. He removed his laptop battery and placed it again and opened his laptop again in hopes of terminating the setup process. 

The laptop opened again but it directly took him to the timer screen. He repeated the process for a few times and suspected that the screen didn't go away but the timer was moving even after his laptop was shut down. It was already late at night (11pm) so he shut the computer down and went to sleep. He wanted to know for sure if the installation process would carry on or not.

Next day, he woke up at 8 Am. He brushed his teeth, had his breakfast. His dad was on his morning walk and his mom and brother had already went to school. His brother was a student and his mom was a teacher at the same school. He opened the laptop and found out that his suspicion was correct. Even though the laptop was turned off, the installation process was going on.

He decided to wait for the installation to finish and shut the computer down. He went ahead and read novels on qidian till 12:00 and went to sleep at 12:30 because his mom  and brother would be home at 1:00 .

The next few weeks went by in similar manner. It was finally time when the installation would be finished. He was really looking forward to it. He wanted to know what this mysterious software was and the fact that if it could really help him achieve his goals or not. He opened the laptop, the timer showed that there were 4 minutes remaining till the completion of the installation of the software.

After the installation completed, the laptop restarted. He put in the password of the laptop and was eager to see what was installed. He saw that all the  software shortcuts on the desktop were the already installed ones. There was no new software installed. He opened the program files and searched for any new folders. One should know that Shuvam really loved computers and computer games. So he pretty much knew  the names of all the folder in program files. He didn't find any new folder and was disappointed in his heart.

' Maybe I expected too much from my life ', he thought and laughed at himself and his pitiful state.

Suddenly, a robotic thingy appeared on his screen. It had a rectangular body and stringy hands and legs. " Hi Shuvam.", it said. Shuvam was scared. This thing, a thing on his computer that seemed like it was walking in the background of his computer screen was talking to him. 

"Hi", he said stiffly.
