"Sir Sebastian is busy at the moment... I'll let him know about your call, Mr. Santigold." I ended the call and sighed exasperatedly. Stressed, I realized that this is very exhausting just by answering calls from your boss. Now, I understand my secretary's work. I felt like regretting taking this PA position just because I'm bored. "Sir Sebastian, Mr. Santigold—"
"I know." I looked at him, surprised. Did he know? He drew out a grin smile. "I heard your conversation with him."
"Right..." I silently clicked my tongue inside of my mouth, feeling embarrassed a little as I was slightly feeling intimidated with him right now. I shouldn't be intimidated by him because I know I could do more than this by fighting off that kind of vibe of my boss but I couldn't just help myself. For sure, if I would tell Marlou later, he would laugh his ass out because of it. I sighed and looked away as I faced my desktop. "So, shall I book you a flight now, Sir Sebastian?" I looked at him.
"What do you think?" he asked, grinning at me.
I twitched my lips and rolled my eyes as he was giving me a teasing look that made me frown right now. "I shouldn't have asked." I sneered at him, glaring at him.
He huffed with a hint like he was about to guffaw. I just shook my head and continued my work. In this way, I could ignore Sir Sebastian.
Sir Sebastian...
Calling him on that kind of address seemed so foreign to me. I was just used to hearing that he was being called Mr. Huntington, not Sir Sebastian. Even Ms. Perry called him on his surname, not on his first name.
Good thing he didn't pursue the name he wanted me to call him. That Mr. Oh-so Scary CEO... Damn my mouth for kept on blabbering that could affect my job.
Luckily, Sir Sebastian seemed that he didn't mind at all. He was just teasing me yesterday. But he didn't push it. Because if he did, that's going to be embarrassing on my part since if I start calling like that if we were outside the office, I would be labeled that am disrespecting the CEO of Huntington, Inc. and I couldn't just accept that way.
Before I could click the booking of the ticket, I looked at Sir Sebastian who was busy reading piles of paper workloads on his desk. "Um... Sir?"
He looked at me. I pinched myself because I found him strikingly handsome on his glasses. Fuck! This is so fucking unfair! Why is he like that?
He arched his eyebrow like he was saying that I should tell my concerns. "Could this mean I am going with you as well?"
"What do you think?"
I frowned, slitting my eyes at him. He already said that a while ago and again, he would say it this time. "What do you think?" I copied his tone like challenging him again to say those words again. I swear, one more same question like that, I am going nuts.
I caught how he plastered a sly smile before he went back to his stoic, cold attitude. "Ms. Merrywheather, as my personal assistant, you are coming with me on my business and personal affairs. You get me?"
I scrunched my nose and smiled wryly. "I never thought this is what a personal assistant would be like. Can I be just your secretary then? I wasn't prepared for that." I shrugged. Then I leaned in my seat. "I don't think this is what a CEO would do," I said bravely and honestly.
"Uh-huh..." Sir Sebastian leaned on his swivel chair and crossed his arms over his chest. "What do you want to say then?"
"If you want to train me, I shouldn't be trained like this." Way to behead yourself, Cejay. Talkback like that and you will have no job tomorrow.
His eyes instantly bored out that made my hairs on my back stood up. "Cejay." Sudden chills crept out on me the way he called my name. "Why are you so impatient?" His voice was poured with ice cubes that made my whole being frozen.
I was rendered speechless. I pursed my lips into a thin line and met his intense glare. My heart was pounding like I was caught red-handed. I was exploiting series of expletives in my head for I could see Sir Sebastian's sudden volatile and temperamental attitude.
"Answer me. I am asking you!" I flinched a little because of the sudden rise of his tone.
"I-I..." Shit! I don't know what to say. Lord, take me now!
A knock startled me. Ms. Perry came in with a folder in her hands. "A report from the Internal Auditing Department, Mr. Huntington." She placed it on his desk.
I was praying that she wouldn't leave yet but fate doesn't want to listen to me because after Sir Sebastian nodded at her, she was about to turn around and ready herself to leave his office when I pushed my swivel chair which made them look at me.
"Lavatory," I only said then left them.
Crappy shit! I wouldn't want to leave myself alone with him. I would be dead meat! For sure!
I knew that even I return later, Sir Sebastian wouldn't move on to the next topic until I answer his question. What an idiot I am! This was so annoying! I thought I am prepared for his wrath but I was wrong. I should have prepared myself so I wouldn't render speechless like what happened earlier. It was so fucking embarrassing.
I tapped my cheeks, waking up to reality. Be brave, self! Be brave! You need not be intimidated in front of him! We aren't born for that!
I took a deep breath before I decided to leave the lavatory. I even cocked my neck from side to side and even cracked my fingers like I was really taking confidence and courage from it.
I took a glance at Ms. Perry who was continuing her work. For someone like her, I wonder what made her continuing her work for more than fifteen years here in Huntington, Inc. What did she see here to make her stay here for years?
Perhaps, loyalty to the company plus a large amount of salary because she stayed there for more than fifteen years. They could have given her a loyalty certificate.
Upon touching the doorknob, I counted up to five before I opened the door. "Is there anything you need, Sir Sebastian? Coffee? Food?" I asked the moment I closed the door.
His eyes that were on the paper were raised to look at me. "You."
"H-Huh?" My eyes widened from his answer. My mouth even dropped. What the fuck...
"You... We're still not done talking," he said solemnly.
I blinked so many times. Then I coughed and smiled wryly at him. Goodness! I really thought that he needs me... "Sir Sebastian, let's forget about my dumbness." Get away from this, Cejay! Hurry! "I know! I'll make you a coffee!"
"No need. I already asked Ms. Perry to make me a new one."
I gulped when I saw the steaming cup of coffee on his desk. "H-How about food? I can order you a clubhouse sandwich." I was about to reach the doorknob but his authoritative voice stopped me.
"Stop right there, Ms. Merrywheather. I did not say that I am hungry so fucking sit down right here and we will talk."
Damn it! I slowly turned around as I was feeling helpless right now. I knew it. I really knew that I couldn't get away from this issue. Damn you, Cejay! Damn you!
"Fine. If you insist," I said and frowned. I walked towards the chair that was right in front of Sir Sebastian's desk and sat there, making myself comfortable. But I don't think I could sit here comfortably.
"Now, answer my question earlier," he ordered.
I gazed at him before I looked away for a moment and calmed myself for a while. I need to think rationally so I could give him a proper answer later.
"Because I want to learn it now. Not like this. I wasn't born to be a personal assistant. I was born to be a leader not be like other people ordering me around." I don't think what I say is a proper answer.
Just by looking at him, he already knew that my answer made him squinted his eyes as he slowly shook his head. "When you started working here at my company, Ms. Merrywheather, what is your job position before you were promoted as marketing head?" he asked. He became more attentive. He even clapped his hands as he placed his elbows on the top of his desk.
"I was one of the marketing associates," I answered. "Then promoted to senior associate, to marketing analyst, marketing coordinator, and finally, marketing head."
"What is the role of marketing associate?"
I furrowed my eyebrows at his next question. Confused, I chose to answer him. "Planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. The marketing head even asked the marketing associates to do some task."
"When you were promoted to marketing head, is it an advantage with you that you started in a low position?"
"Uh... What is this? Am I in a job interview or what?" I asked, acting a suspicious action from him.
"Just answer my question!" His voice raised impatiently.
I raised both of my hands. "Okay, okay. Chill!" But he just shot me a glare. "Yes, it is my advantage since becoming a marketing head and I started from a lower position, I already know the process in the marketing..." I slowly paused when I realized what he wanted to do.
He nodded and plastered a sly smile. "It seems like I don't have to explain things with you about being my personal assistant. You already know it."
That made me speechless again. I really thought he was asking me like I was in a job interview but I was wrong. He was just making me realize that I should be patient and should start from a lower position to understand the process. Just like how I started as a marketing associate before I became a marketing head.
He gave me a lesson about taking everything to climb to the stepping stone.
"I'm confused." I looked at him, perplexed.
"Confused? About what?"
"Does this mean before you became the CEO and President of Huntington Inc., you started to a lower position?"
"What do you think?"
I glared at him which earned him a grin. "You're shitty to talk with."
"Why are you interested to know?"
"Why can't you just answer it?" I asked back, challenging him.
I saw how his eyes flashed in mischief. "Why, yes, I am," he answered after he stayed silent for a long moment that made me so agitated.
"From what position then?"
"Does it matter?"
"Just answer it!" I am starting to get annoyed with this man. He knew when to mock me by doing things like that. Even though I only spent two days working with him, I already by the first day I started working, he would make my life hell.
Sir Sebastian chuckled from my sudden outburst. He knew that I was irritated with him. "Fine, fine. I'll answer it so you would stop. After I answer this, I want you to go back and continue your work."
I nodded. "I will!"
He looked at me for a moment before he took his pen while answering my question, "I was a personal assistant of my father when he was still the CEO and President of Huntington Inc."
My eyes widened. "What?!"
"Now, I answered your question..." he paused. His eyes flew to me and the direction of my desk.
"But..."
He arched his eyebrow. I frowned and stood up. "Fine..." I huffed then returned to my desk.

Cejay Merryweather has resigned to be the marketing head of Huntington Inc. because of an incident that happened causing havoc in the internal auditing department. Layla wiped the sweat off her forehead with the back of her hand and quickly returned to the cake she was working on. She didn't have long before the icing set so she had to work fast to attach the fondant butterflies.

Baking was useful. It kept her mind off everything that was bothering her. 

Her 18th birthday had recently passed and she had just finished college so she knew what was coming. It was only a matter of time before her parents announced her marriage.

It was going to be an arranged marriage of course.

Her family were filthy rich and part of high society so naturally she had to be matched with someone from a similar family to keep in that same niche. No one from her family had ever married someone without a title to inherit.

Her own parents had married under the same conditions and it had blatantly never been a happy marriage for either of them. They didn't even try to pretend anymore.

Layla sighed and refocused her attention on the cake she had spent two hours on already. The fondant was sticking to her fingers and her patience was nearly gone. She shook her hand in annoyance and the fondant butterfly broke in half. To add to the insult, it fell on top of the cake and she couldn't get it off without ruining the icing.

"Why is nothing going right for me?" she complained aloud.

It was fortunate the kitchen was empty at this time of day. There no one to witness her mess of a cake. She was sure most of the staff hated her or had been told to make her feel uncomfortable. Her parents hated her baking in the kitchen which was one of the reasons why she did it.

One of the maids appeared in the doorway and cleared her throat primly.

"Miss Layla, the Lady is waiting for you in the drawing room," she said formally. "She said it didn't matter what you're doing, just go."

That certainly sounded like her mother. Lady Huntington was in the possession of terrible manners despite the fact her title suggested the opposite. Lord Huntington wasn't much better either. He just didn't speak.

The drawing room was a dark and gloomy room that smelled a little of mould and had a wall of grim looking family portraits. Layla hated the depressing room and avoided it where possible. It didn't help that it was the room she always got told off in. This visit probably wasn't going to be anything different.

Her mother was sitting primly in one of the armchairs in her Chanel suit, looking she owned the world rather than a mansion filled with dark corners and rising damp. Her father was in another armchair looking like he was about to fall asleep.

The ominous feeling she was experiencing in her stomach was likely to be coming from the sight of an envelope on the low table opposite her mother.

Lady Huntington looked her up and down with a disdainful eye. Clearly the flour streaked apron, scruffy skirt and shirt combination weren't doing it for her.

"Layla, can't you dress yourself properly at this age?" her mother sighed. "I didn't buy you a wardrobe of designer dresses for you to wear that kind of thing every day and why are you always in the kitchen? You're going to get fat making so many cakes."

Layla shrugged, knowing full well it would annoy her mother which it did.

"Don't shrug like that, it's uncouth," her mother cried out. "No one is going to marry you when they find out what you're really like."

There it was. The mention of marriage.

Should she risk saying something?

"Mum, I don't want to get married this young. I've only just finished my International Baccalaureate," she protested.

Her mother waved higher education away with a flick of her hand. 

"Please, who is going to care what grades you've got when you're the lady of the house."

It was a very convenient thing for her to say considering she knew her mother had poor school grades and had never gone to university.

"I do," Layla retorted.

Her father chose that moment to stir from his stupor and found the energy to speak.

"I don't like your attitude, young lady. Sit down," he ordered.

He was actually scary whenever she crossed him so she followed the order. Whatever they were going to say had to be important as both parents were both present in the same room for once. 

It was probably something to do with her arranged marriage.

She wasn't dumb; she was now an adult, finished school and there was a suspicious envelope in front of mother. They were hardly going to discuss her going to university.

"It's been hard to get you a match. There's not very many families left that your relations haven't already married into…" her mother trailed off.

It wouldn't be a lie to say that there weren't many noble families in the UK that they weren't related to. Whilst it was legal to marry cousins, Layla knew she really didn't want marry any of her cousins, distant or otherwise.

"There was an Earl, but you're too related and even I'm not happy with your marrying distant family," Lady Huntington continued. "It was a hard search…"

Her mother certainly knew how to build tension. Layla's breathing was becoming shorter and harder to control. She couldn't let them see how scared she was.

She didn't want to get married yet and if she did, she wanted the person to be her choice.

"So,after much networking, I managed to find someone that's actually decent looking," her mother said triumphantly. "You'll thank me later. So many Lords are butt ugly in reality."

"Edith, that's not polite," her father warned.

If the situation wasn't so serious, she would have loved seeing her mother get told off. Instead she was sat there with her hands underneath her legs so they couldn't see them shaking.

"Anyway," her mother said like nothing had happened. "His family have agreed to pair you two off and they've been looking at properties you two can live in."

"...I see," Layla said. "It's all been planned without asking me…"

"Why would we ask your opinion?" her mother snorted with a large amount of scorn. "You have terrible taste. Did you even brush your hair this morning?"

Layla touched her messy brown hair self consciously. Her mother always said things like this and chipped away at her self confidence.

"You will meet him at a ball next week, have a few meetings and then marry," her father said. "All meetings will be chaperoned so you'd better behave yourself."

That sounded like hell. It was lucky she had no intention of going otherwise she would be feeling a lot of hopelessness right now.

Her parents had conveniently forgotten that they didn't have any legal rights over her anymore and she didn't have to live with them.

She had been waiting for the sign to leave and now it had come.

Her mother finally picked up the ubiquitous envelope.

"There's a photo of him inside and some basic information for you to look at before you meet him. You have a fitting for your ballgown tomorrow. You have to look half decent when you go. There's going to be other noble families there."

That translated as 'you must look good so I have bragging power over the other mothers there'. She knew her mother well enough now to guess the meaning behind statements like that.

"His name is-"

"I'll look it later," Layla said forcefully to stop her mother. "It's a lot to take in at once."

Naturally she had no such intentions, she just needed to avoid ever knowing about the person she was supposed to marry.

"If you say so," her mother said doubtfully and rearranged her pretentious string of pearls. "You can't avoid it forever. Just accept it. I had to and so did your father."

That night Layla took out her suitcase from under her bed. She had been planning for this for a while so there wasn't much left to pack.

All she added were her daily toiletries, her laptop and her bank book. When she had turned 18 last month, she had inherited a sizeable amount of money held in trust for her from her grandparents and now she was going to put it to use.

She consulted her list again before zipping up her suitcase and hauled it off her bed. She picked up the envelope containing the details of her match and hurled it out the window.

It was time to leave this mansion.

There was a whole world waiting out there for her and maybe she would find someone she truly loved by herself.

Destiny is a strange thing.

Layla fled from her noble family at 18 to avoid an arranged marriage and have her own life.

Who knew the person she eventually falls for is the same person she was supposed to marry all those years ago?

Li Du was not just trying to create the chance for them to be alone; he went out of his way to entertain the other treasure hunters.
He and Hans gathered everyone, saying that they wanted to delegate jobs for each of them to prepare dinner. Their real motive was to remind everyone of one thing: "All of you can feel free to show your things to these three appraisers. If they offer to bring your items with them to help you find buyers, please do not reject them and hand your items to them!"
Feeling unsure, Turis asked, "Boss Li, isn't that risky? Without any security deposit, how can we pass our things to them? That can't be the case."
"Don't worry, everyone," Li Du said. "I've planned this out and would never allow anyone to lose money over this. Do you trust me?"
While the treasure hunters had initially shaken their heads against the suggestion, all of them eventually gave their agreement.
Lastly, Li Du said, "Remember what I've said to you guys: don't let the California chaps and the appraisers know of this—this is our own matter."
"Of course!"
"Everyone help yourselves. There's plenty of beer and steak. Come on buddies, let's get drunk!"
Hearing this, everyone cheered instantly, "Drunk, drunk, drunk! Let's get drunk!"
At the other side, the five of them started chatting. People like Ma Cheng and Frank were adept at social interaction. Furthermore, they had common topics to talk about, all having come from California. 
"Frank, my friend, it seems like our trades are similar. Both require us to keep gaining knowledge and expanding our horizons."
"Right, we always attend events at museums. During our free time, we also like to hole up in the library or watch documentaries covering various industries."
"Speaking of museums, you guys live in L.A.? Then you should be near The Getty Villa? Have you been there?"
"Of course, we visit it frequently. I like the colonnade and the Herb Garden there very much."
"Ha! We may have bumped into each other there before. They hired Du and me as maintenance consultants—Du's in charge of Ancient Greek Civilization while I'm in charge of Etruscan Civilization."
Hearing that, York exclaimed, "That's amazing! How have we never bumped into each other? What a shame!"
Ma Cheng patted his shoulder warmly. "Let me know beforehand when you next visit. I can help you save on the entrance tickets and parking fees."
"That's great," Frank smiled. "Parking there is tough, d*mmit, and the parking fee is 15 dollars!"
"Fifteen dollars?" Ma Cheng said in surprise. "Has it been a while since you last visited? It's now twenty dollars."
"Oh, d*mn!" Frank's eyes seemed to be less guarded.
After speaking about The Getty Villa, they also spoke about the Santa Monica Museum of Art and Long Beach's Museum of Latin American Art.
"If you always need to visit the library for reference books, then I recommend the Huntington Library in Pasadena," Du Dayuan said.
"It's not easy to enter that library, buddy, not easy," York said, shaking his head.
The trio laughed in unison; Du Dayuan said with a smile, "It would be easy if you were acquainted with Mr. Ding. His brother-in-law works in the library management."
Ding Xiaofeng gave a reserved smile before whipping out his mobile phone to show them a few photos—they were of his family and work. He pointed to a middle-aged white man in one of the photos and said, "This is my younger sister's husband. He is personally in charge of the rare books collection at the Huntington Library!"
York's eyes lit up. "The rare books collection? Is that the rare books collection with the Gutenberg Bible? Oh my god, that's really something."
Ding Xiaofeng nodded. "Look, I've conducted research there before."
He swiped the screen again and a new photo appeared—it was of him and his brother-in-law pouring over a huge thick book on the table.
"That's great," York said excitedly. "I've always wanted to go there. There's an extensive medieval Europe collection there."
"And a lovely garden with more than 1,200 types of flora in the rose garden," Ding Xiaofeng added.
"Right."
The two parties got along very well. Ding Xiaofeng made a phone call and then told the two of them, "Let me have your phone numbers. I'll give you a token gift."
Frank and York became guarded once again. But, since it was just their phone numbers and not anything private, they provided them to him.
Ding Xiaofeng then said a few more sentences before he hung up. In no time, the SMS alert sounded on their phones. Both of them retrieved the message to see a QR code.
"This is..." York started in surprise while reading the information from the QR code. "'Los Angeles' Huntington Library awaits your arrival. This QR code entitles you to a complimentary entry to the library during each weekend in October. You can also visit the library's rare books collection…'"
Ding Xiaofeng smiled. "I just called my brother-in-law to get you guys two monthly VIP tickets."
The expression on Frank's face was one of rare sincerity. "Thank you."
Du Dayuan had been periodically glancing at his watch and upon noticing this, York asked, "Du, are you in a hurry?"
Du Dayuan gave him a woeful smile. "We came to the party tonight, but we brought with us some items that should not be seen here. I would like to deposit them in the bank, but the bank's about to close soon."
"What items?" Frank asked.
Du Dayuan did not want to elaborate, but Ma Cheng said, "There's nothing we cannot disclose to our friends. It's actually some artwork made of rubies. It will be in the Phoenix autumn auction."
Frank noticed the small briefcase secured to Du Dayuan's wrist, and said in realization, "Oh, are they in here?"
Du Dayuan nodded nervously and whispered, "Hush buddy, there's too many people here. Some of them don't look that trustworthy."
"Of course," Frank said. "Although I'm friends with them, as your friend I have to warn you to be wary of these people."
"Maybe it's not so nice to say this," York added, "but as a friend, I've got to tell you that that fellow countryman of yours is not just some kind-hearted good guy."
Du Dayuan said, "Then I better put them in the bank. There's a Chase Bank here in Flagstaff, right? Our company's in partnership with them and can deposit auction items with them at no charge."
After spending all this time in Flagstaff, Frank and York were familiar with the city.
"Yes," York volunteered, "let me bring you there. In fact, we also have items with the bank. However, it's not a Chase Bank but First Financial Bank."
With an eager smile, Du Dayuan said, "That's great, thank you both."
York said, "We should be the ones thanking you instead. You've given us two valuable VIP tickets to the library."
　　
"Friends should help each other out, right?" Ding Xiaofeng smiled. "Come, let's go deposit our items first and then come back."

Theodora sighed.  "I just got a bit of a shock, that's all...  Ian proposed to me."

The car skidded to a halt.  "WHAT?!" shrieked Mrs. Huntington.

Theodora sighed.  She knew why this had upset her mother so much, and she knew why the proposal had upset her so much when it had happened.  Theodora's mother had been born in Beijing, and she married Theodora's father when she was only fifteen years old.  She became a mother to Theodora's brother at only seventeen years old, and a few years later, she had Theodora, whose birth name was Jia.  But Mrs. Huntington and her ex got into arguments often, and he started to abuse her.  Soon, the woman decided that she'd had enough, so she packed up all her things and moved to England.  There was a fierce custody battle after that.

"You can keep the girl," Theodora's father had said, "I have no use for her.  But do not take my boy."

Theodora had not seen her older brother Liang since, and she missed him terribly.  When their parents' arguing scared her, he would always make her laugh by sticking straws up his nose or spewing milk out of his ears, but that did not matter anymore; that was in the past.  Theodora now lived a comfortable life and she attended London's most prestigious school, and her mother had remarried to a very wealthy man, Arthur Huntington III, after finishing her degree.

"Theodora, I sincerely hope you did not say yes," said Mrs. Huntington coldly, snapping Theodora back into reality.  Theodora sighed, shaking her head.

"No.  We have broken up now."

Mrs. Huntington smiled sadly.  "You did the right thing, my angel.  You did not make my same mistakes.  You are a smart girl, Theodora, very smart, and so I knew you would not.  Never lose that brain of yours..."  She had a far-off, dreamy look on her face.

"But I can still go to the party tonight, right?" said Theodora anxiously.

"Okay, Mum."

Giving her mother an affectionate kiss on the cheek, she climbed out of the car and looked up at the mansion where she, her mother, and her stepfather lived.

Observing the house's polished stone exterior and slanted roof, with sprawling gardens behind it, she realized just how lucky she was to have been safe in England for the last few years, and she vowed right then and there that she would never take the safety for granted.  She would never be like her mother had been as a teen.

She would never throw away her new beginning.

Miss Theodora leads a perfect life.  She’s the golden child who everyone expects to do great things: graduate, go to a university, maybe even start her own company.  But her controlling boyfriend, Ian, has other plans for her, to quit school and become his wife. A Journalist named Thomas carrying his bag gets inside a padded cell room with adjacent glass walls of a prisoner they called Ironman. But his real name is Jonah de Ligt, he's called the Ironman because his body is half-machine, half-flesh. He's dutch, he's wearing sweatpants, no shirt, big spider tattoo on his chest, buff guy, and he's sitting down reading the book 'Gayfellas by Ramdev GC'.
"Who's there?" he asked.
"My name is Thomas from the times, I'm here to interview you for the magazine," Thomas replied.
Jonah puts down his book and looks at Thomas.
"Ok," he said.
Thomas sits down on the chair adjacent to the wall. Jonah takes a chair and approaches. He sits down across Thomas. Thomas looking nervous as he could see how huge Jonah was. He could probably break the glass and slit his throat in seconds.
"So?" Jonah asked.
Thomas gets into composure as he opens his bag and gets his pen and notebook.
"So Mr. de Ligt," he said. "Jonah please," Jonah overlaps.
Thomas nods. "Ok, Jonah."
BANG! Jonah punches the glass and it holds. Thomas flinched as Jonah laughed out loud.
"Hahahaha I'm sorry, I just wanted to see the look on your face... It was priceless, fucking muc- fucking mucus went out of his nose," Jonah said.
Jonah dries out the tears from his eyes as he finishes laughing. Thomas wipes his nose as he smiled and giggled. In his state, almost peed his pants.
"Guards I want that footage!" Jonah shouted. "You peed your pants didn't you?"
Thomas moves back a bit, grinding his chair. He sits properly and looked at his notes.
"Alright, Jonah back to business," Thomas said. "I'm scraping off some bullshit questions and get on point."
Jonah looking serious, sitting properly.
"Is it true that you co-founded Genesis?" Thomas asked.
"Yeah," Jonah replied.
"Does every leader of Genesis have Spider tattoo like the one in your chest?" Thomas asked.
Jonah stays silent.
"Alright, why Genesis?" Thomas asked.
"Why not?" he replied.
"Well is it because you enjoy anarchy?" Thomas asked.
"No," - Jonah reclined. "It was because we simply couldn't let the government have their ways, those greedy politicians. I hate 'em."
"Why?" Thomas asked.
"Have you heard about the disappearance of Junior Huntington?" Jonah asked.
"I don't think I have," Thomas replied.
"Junior was a writer back in college at NYU," Jonah said as we dive into his story in view.
He was writing his first novel all excited. Suddenly he hears rumblings outside but as he was about to close his window he saw a police officer across the building, beating someone into a pulp as blood splashes through his face and the glass window. He closes his window doors as the officer hears it and sees Junior looking at him. He stares at Junior, Junior hides, and peeks. The officer thinking junior was having the wrong idea he waves his hands trying to say no. He opens the window waving his arms around. Junior makes a run for it as the Officer sees he's not there anymore. Junior is already on the ground as the officer sees him. The offer runs down, he was I think going to explain it all to him but Junior mistook it. He runs to the streets full of traffic trying to find a cab as the lights are still red...
