Voldemort and his followers were having their usual daily meeting when Voldemort demanded silence and said that he has an announcement. Everyone froze he seemed so serious then Voldemort finally spoke up " Although I'm immortal we never know what might happen and I certainly don't want all the hard work to go so I decided on an heir." 

Everyone was shocked and excited shocked because who thought that the dark lord will even consider dying and excited cause it can be any of them.

Voldemort took a breath and said " I want a young one, a strong one, a dangerous one, and that one is..."

Everyone was waiting with a burning passion but Voldemort stopped and said " Tomorrow we meet and discuss it"

Everyone was furious but no one dared to show it they all bowed their head and silently left the room.

All the deatheaters decided to meet up alone and discuss who it could be.

"It's definitely not you Bellatrix he said  a young one and you're not suitable too." Said Lucius.

Bellatrix got mad and said " AND IT'S NOT YOU EITHER YOU OLD MAN."

"Well it's neither of us who is young here that is strong and favoured by the Dark Lord?"

" I say Theodore nott he is young and strong but I don't know about his connection with the Dark Lord." Said Narcissa although she wasn't a death eater she still participated in meetings.

"It can be or Blaise Zabini he is strong, young, and has a good connection with the dark lord I think he can be."

"Or Draco Malfoy he has the strongest connection with the dark lord and has the other characteristics as well." Said Peter Pettigrew.

Lucius smirked "It can be but we shouldn't get our hopes up let's wait and see what will happen tomorrow."

And so they did and the meeting finally came.

Voldemort entered and addressed them "My loyal servants today is the day I announce my heir all of you better have a good reaction or else you will be severely punished." Narcissa noticed Draco's absence but gave it no thought.

" My heir shall be...Draco Malfoy." Said Voldemort as Draco entered the room. Draco looked murderous he was certainly not the innocent boy he once was.

It wasn't really a shock since Voldemort said the characteristics of his heir yesterday but it still felt weird for them that one day he might control them they had already been mad that he didn't choose an older one.

These were all their inner thoughts no one dared and showed any emotions since they know the consequences very well.

Lyra once thought monsters only appeared at night.Not anymore.

It was a typical weekend, her cousin and Lyra are having a small picnic,just to get away from the vast and busy city. They spread out the mat and brought some homemade cookies in a basket.Lyra's cousin is just one year younger than her, however , they are still best friends nonetheless.they should be happy, yet there's a sense of tension in the air. Lyra tensed ,a sense of foreboding washed over her.

The bushes rustled, a hooded shadow appeared, knife gleaming with blood.

"Watch Out!" But it's too late ,her cousin crumpled, and she fell to the floor ,Lyra screamed and fled...

Steve's POV

So peggy just broke up with me cause she thinks that I am so busy in my work and I am not paying her much attention and right now I am in a bar highly drunk and starting at a girl but seriously the girl i am staring at is just gorgeous with brown curly hairs and chocolate brown eyes and rose pink lips she was not like other girls everyother girl there was wearing too much makeup and short shinning dresses while she was just in blue denim shorts and a dark blue stripped top with denim blue jacket. 

She was also not flirting with any guy there like the other girls there who were just winking and saying smutty things at them. 

Hermione's POV

I was a muggle bar after my brakeup with ron. 

(Flashback) 
I was an auror in the ministry Today I was coming back early to our apartment which ron and I shared we thought that we should shift to New York to get away from all the work but not every time whatever you want you doesn't get it we needed money so I accepted the offer to be an auror and because of the floo facility we were able to travrel England to America in just a matter of seconds. When I opened the door there was ron and lavender snogging in front of me.

Ronald Weasly. I yelled. Oh, hermione yo - you came early today. Ron shuttered after seeing the anger in my eyes. Yes and what is this. I yelled again. I-I can explain. Ron said. Enough, you know we aren't ment for each other and now get out of my apartment. I yelled at the last part. Oka-Okay Ron said. 

After ron left with that whore slut. I was jumping from happiness because I knew from the starting that something was not going good that are relationship is not as it should be and today I thought that i would tell him to breakup I said a lot of things to him when I first saw him snogging another girl because cheating is not good he should have told me earlier olny that he likes her not me then It would be fine.. 

Now I was exhausted from all the work at ministry and yelling so I thought to go at any muggle bar. 
(End of flashback)

I felt a pair of eyes watching me continuously I moved to the direction and found a very handsome man with brown hair and beautiful green eyes. I stared into those beautiful eyes i can tell that those eyes were hiding many secrets but he was really upset because of something. I don't know what happened to me at that moment but I gave him a quick smile and made my way towards his table. 

Steve's POV

She saw me staring at her and surprisingly she stared back and gave me a soft smile. Such a beautiful smile that would make any guy's heart melt. 
The my breath caught in my throat as I saw her moving towards my table. 

Hello, She said her voice such an angelic voice she has. 

Hi, I replied 

You seemed to be so extremely exhausted and upset you can share in with me whatever it is. Oh and i am hermione granger. She said

Hermione such a beautiful name. I thought. 

Uh, Nice to meet you hermione and I am steve - Steve Rogers. It's just my girlfriend broke up with me. I said with a sad frown on my face. Then we talked a lot. 

Don't worry it's fine you will find a better girl for yourself that will never break your heart like she did. Hermione said giving him another of her heart melting smile. 

I'll try my best to find one. I said smiling 

Oh i should go now it's 8pm we were talking from 2 hours... Bye it was nice meeting you. She said

It was nice meeting you too bye. I said with a charming smile on my face.

I seriously apologize for the wait I gave you all! I'm really sorry!

unfortunately, the wait you all 2700 confirmed readers made is all for naught... I will drop this fanfiction.

you might think: And here is another dropped fanfiction, or I even forgot about the existence of this thing.

anyway, I have two big reasons for this decision.

first and foremost, this fanfiction is BAD and ATROCIOUS.

jesus christ, i tried to read this, and I felt like i was going blind from how crappy this thing is! no wonder it had such a low rating!

second, i began a PROPER and WELL WRITTEN Fanfiction, still on Against the Gods.

However, the fanfiction's background could be said to be my best job. This is seriously the best thing I ever wrote in my career in this failure of a novel application.

there are already 8 chapters there, and DO NOT WORRY, there will be some more chapters 100% confirmed.

as for why I am not currently continuing it, it is because my PC is currently busted and i need to get a better one, which will range for 1 to 2 weeks.

anyway, the fanfiction's name is Eschatology: Technological Singularity.

Once again, I am sorry for the wait and hope that these 8 chapters of that fanfiction will help you all to forgive me...

If you don't want to read the rest, I'll just summarize it: I'm sorry, I have no idea what to do with my current stories because I've forgotten a lot of what I've written. You can pick them up if you so desire, otherwise, it'd be best to remove them from your library since I don't know when I'd update them again. I'm sorry, and thank you…

I remember this particular story glitched, so I had to publish a new chapter on another 'story' which essentially has everything copied over. So if you ever wanted to see the second half of the previous chapter, it should be on that other one... I'm not sure, memory bad, sorry.

I'm sorry for the 2-3 months of silence despite saying that I'll update it semi-frequently (or something of the sort). 

I feel like shit and I still do, I'm someone who always tried to keep to their words, but all I've been doing is disappointing my readers as well as those close to me.

The least I can do is give a proper response about what's going to happen and why I 'disappeared':

Major depressive order.

Or depression as most would call it.

As for the causes… well… It's a bit personal so I'll just stop there, it wasn't caused by fanfiction or this community in general if that's what you were wondering. 

Concerning the… future of my stories… Well, I don't know. 

I honestly don't know. 

I don't remember a lot of what I've written, I've been too deep into despair (and still am) to remember anything of what I did during my short fanfiction-writing career. If any of my kind readers want to try writing, you can pick up any of my stories and revise/overhaul them as you deem fit. I probably won't be updating them for a good while since I don't remember much—if at all.

I genuinely want to get back, but I know that my mediocre writing skills had downgraded considerably, it won't be on the same level as it used to be, at least for a good few weeks—assuming I start soon.

I'm sorry for coming back out of nowhere to deliver bad news, but the bad news is better than no news right…?

I'll start writing fanfiction again, I don't know when, or what it'll even be on, probably not too different from what I've always been writing.

I've been out of the loop for too long to know what the general audience wants on WN, but it seems like there haven't been too many changes (other than the U.I. overhaul…). 

It seems like there's a lot of good fanfiction too, many of which surpasses the quality of one's I've written back then…

It's a bit sad that some of the authors I've followed had disappeared as well… Maybe I'm a part of the old era of fanfiction writers here? Or maybe it's the fate of fanfiction authors to come and go?

Just me rambling, sorry. 

For those who had put my stories in their libraries for so long…

Thank you, I mean it, from the very bottom of my heart—thank you. 

But—as much as I'd hate to say it, please remove this story from your library. 

I don't know when I'll update them again because my writing capabilities are subpar to what they once were (to be fair, they were never thaaaat good compared to the new fanfiction authors here) and my memory concerning their future chapters had been lost… 

One day you'll see them updated again, but that day is not today or this month. I'm still suffering from depression after all… But I'm getting professional help!
