A evildoer made a VR world that no other person could of thought that someone could make. A VR world that you could choose any type of anime characters power. 

Three teenagers got selected for this project and now they have to find a way to survive and find a way to get back home. This is not a ordinary novel. This is Anime War.

The best soldier died on his last mission. Because saving the world, he got a lot of good karma. And he will be revived in the world of One Piece. And he intends to become the king of the world. For that, he must make his own faction. To be able to fight the Yonkou, Marine or World Government.

Author's Notes: If you read this, it is my humble request for you to review this so that I can make necessary changes.
{Also before dismissing the idea of the Rinnegan being transferred from father to child because it didn't happen in anime, you must look into the fact that there are only 2 people with the rinnegan in anime with children- Sasuke and Hogoromo. No matter what anime might say, when it comes to deciding whether or not characters can be passed down to offsprings, one must take into account at least 50 generations. Usually more than 100s are taken. Also, in the anime, Tobirama states that Sharingan and M.S are formed by changes in the brain. Such changes are caused by genes. And the characteristics of Ashura come from genes that don't have much to do with brain structure so it can be assumed that the genes are not linked genes. So it is quite possible that the Rinnegan can be transferred to offspring. The only thing is that it never occurs in the anime. So all I ask is to read this without dismissing the chance of it happening at all}

A few years after Madara Uchiha left Konohagakure/ Hidden Leaf swearing revenge on the same, he came back secretly and married a certain Subarashi Uchiha who was not unlike him. They soon had a son who had inherited both the wood style and the Sharingan from his father Madara. Madara named his son Tajima Uchiha after his own father. He then left the village again claiming that he needed to make peace in the world and hoped that Subarashi and Tajima would one day understand why he did so.

Soon after he left the village, the villagers found out that Tajima was Madara's son. The village- including the Uchiha-out casted Subarashi and Tajima because of who they were. Many of the villagers had tried to assault him as well. During the First Great Ninja War, Tajima started out in the academy. Though the only one who even considered him a good friend might have been Kagami. The two of them weren't extremely close friends in the beginning like Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo Shimura but Kagami and Tajima were still friends. Anyone who said that Tajima wasn't a prodigy would be seriously wrong. He had huge amounts of Chakra and was already good in Katon and Raiton before starting at the academy. When he started at the academy he was a mere 5 years old and he already had a three tomoe Sharingan in each of his eyes though he rarely ever used it. He could also do basic wood style. Tajima became a genin at the young age of the five and chunin at six and was promoted to jonin by the age of twelve. He was a war hero in the First Great Ninja War.

Tajima soon after gained respect among all villagers. He was also given the choice of becoming clan head as well as Hokage though he had refused both as he was happier being a normal shinobi though an extreme senior. But a lot of the common populace suspected that he would follow in father's footsteps and want to destroy Konaha. A part of Tajima wanted to do so before he came to be known as a hero due to all the hatred he received from the villagers. Even after being known as a hero, there was still a part of him, though extremely small which wanted to exact revenge for what the village did to him in his youth.

Tajima had manifested both the mangekyou sharingan during the First Great Ninja War. Then a few years later during the second great ninja war once again was considered a hero and he had manifested the Rinnegan due to him having both Senju and Uchiha powers when his wife was killed during the end of the second Great War. He was again offered the post of Hokage which he declined.

After leaving Konoha, Madara came back to it to marry his love, Subarashi Uchiha. He did so after gaining the Rinnegan. Madara and Subarashi had a child who they named Tajima after Madara's father. Tajima gained the chakra of both Madara and Hashirama eventually gaining the Rinnegan as well. Tajima became a war hero of Konoha. Tajima had a son named Izuna. Izuna also gained the Rinnegan eventually. Izuna became the Hokage upon Minato's death. Naruto who is Izuna's son also gains the Rinnegan upon the Uchiha massacre. What will Naruto do in the face of many challenges?

In the beginning, there was nothingness in vast empty space. There was darkness in there until 'HE' came. 'HE' at first created a light source aka SUN then he created SOLAR SYSTEM after creating SOLAR SYSTEM he created Galaxy and continued till 'HE' created billions of Multiverses in a single package called OMNIVERSE.

So yeah, after creating Multiverses and Omniverse...'HE' got bored. So 'HE' created a MegaPack called Reality Dimension and Sub-Reality Dimension. The Sub-Reality dimensions are created by Imaginations and Thoughts of beings in Reality Dimension. That is why Reality Dimensions are limited in number and are protected while Sub-Reality Dimensions are Infinite and grows continuously.

'HE' again got bored and created his own Angels and HEAVEN. 'HE' was known as GOD with capital G. After that he gave the management of Heavens and Realities to his 8 sons. One of them was ME. God began to observe his creation and was dissatisfied with them because there was a lot of sins done by them so he thought it was a good idea to them to hone punishment according to their sins.

But who will give them punishments?? It was obviously his worst son aka ME.

My name was Samael and I was my father's 2nd creation. I was proud of the fact that I was his son but years after following his order I realised that I and my brothers and all living things were nothing but a pawn in his game. He orders us and we fulfil his desire for nothing in return. 

When I had the first bad thought about him, My first feather turned Black. From that day everyone in heaven was avoiding me like I did some sin. After being discriminated for days I was at my limit and on that day I felt anger for the first time. More wings turned Black. Until my every single wing turned black, I was avoided like a plague.

I decided that it was enough. I was a proud believer of God yet my wings turned black...Why?! I wanted answers. I called out my father regarding this and He gave me a warm and kind smile. But for me, it was full of mockery.

He then ordered me to go to hell{pun intended}. I mean he gave me the responsibility of a separate dimension where all sins are accumulated. This dimension was out of reach of my father. Why? Because I could not use my holy power there and also cannot find my father's aura there.

I accepted it. Of course why not? I mean any place which is out of reach of my father is the safest place for me to begin my plans. Plans to REBEL.

When I first enter Hell it felt like it was made for me. I mean every single dark energy welcomed me as its Ruler. It was my home. My and mine only.

Since then I started planning for my REBEL against 'HIM'. I gathered an army of thousands of fallen angels and hundred thousands of Demons which I created in my tens years in hell. I personally trained them in combat and magic. Enchantment to Runes. Everything that would help me in war.

Heaven also got news of my rebellion and got prepared for the upcoming war. They also had thousands of Angels ready. Tensions were there in both army as an outcome of the war was unpredictable.

After a hundred continuous years of war, both sides had huge loses as On my side there was the loss of manpower and enemies side had a loss of Weapons as they cost very much as the blacksmiths in heaven were low in numbers. And the most fun thing you know what is? 'HE' did nothing. Nothing at all to stop this war. 'HE' watched it from the sidelines.

Billion years after the Great War between Heaven and Hell it was easy going for both of us as we reached the conclusion and decided not to meddle on each other's business. We also reached an agreement in the management of souls. The untainted souls will go to heaven and tainted to Hell. Why I agree to it? Because I found that Sins and the evil energy accumulated in those tainted souls are powerups for me. I am now Second to my father as I am Omnipotent, Omniscience and Omnipresent like Him.

The Hell was divided into 7 layers and 12 districts in each layer. All seven layers were guarded and managed by 7 guardians. Those were Beelzebub, Asmodeus, Leviathan, Demiurge, Mephisto, Belphegor, Mammon. They are 7 Guardians of Hell with their respective Layers.

Hell is much like a kingdom wherein the lower level there are commoners and higher the layer, higher the rank. Ranks were like your position in society and are based on Power, Both political and economical.

So where was I again? Ahh, Yes after billions of years handling affairs of hell and managing souls, I got bored. Yeah just like 'HIM' I got bored. There were a hundred years of boredom for me until I found my Light. The Light was no other than a certain soul who suggests me to watch anime and read manga and light novels and oh were they great.

After reading hundreds of light novels and Mangas and Watching thousands of hours of Anime, I became Otaku. So yeah.....The Devil is an OTAKU!?

On the other hand, heaven started rumours that I was the father of Lies, SLANDER!!! I suppressed the urge to go all-out war against Heaven once again. Also, I think they are portraying me as an EVIL guy. So I became a legend in the mortal realm. In Medieval times, I was regarded as Evil spawn so I sent my lawyers to sue them but they were confronted by some angels on the way and decided to have a spar. But some Good-For-Nothing asshole Mortal watched the entire fight and started a rumour that I sent demons to kill them and they were protected by angels who fought for them. Since then they started praying those angels.

But my favourite time period is the 20th century where they portrayed me as a Cool and easy-going person. I absolutely favoured this period as there was a cosplayer who cosplayed me. There were T.V shows regarding me and also some animes. Talking of anime there is an Anime called Highschool DxD where main characters are devils. Ohhh boy I absolutely loved that anime. That titi*ahem * version of devils which are main characters.

So an idea came to my mind. I decided to go and visit these anime worlds with some of my powers sealed. Why!? Because I don't accidentally want to destroy universes okay!?

So Devil decided to go on a VACATION!!

What happens when Devil gets bored?

Especially when the devil is an Otaku!!

Of course answer to the question is:

20 years before the New Era, there are 3 countries on the continent of North America, and 0 countries on South America. However, there are a few small settlements on South America. There are practically no people living in South America though because of the massive amount of waste that has been dumped in South America from North America.

It's around this time a famous University 're-discovered' magic. Because of this discovery, the world was sent into overdrive to incorporate Magic into their countries. Many countries began researching various ways to utilize it, such as generating power, or weaponize the magic.
Around this time, one unnamed scientist came out with a study that alarmed many people across the globe, that the more magic that was being casted, the more natural wildlife and plant life would mutate.
With this study, countries in North America sent many teams to check on the magical waste they had sent to South America, only to find it was still radiating magic, and had mutated much of the plant and animal life in South America.
Learning that Magic waste would still mutate nature it was exposed too, the rest of the world began dumping their waste into the ocean instead.

Several years later, the United States of America devolved into tyranny after a coup by the president in an attempt to remain in power.
Succeeding in his bid for power, President Johnson began waging war to expand the territory of the United States.
Quickly taking over the entirety of North America, the rest of the world began scrambling to prepare for the eventual invasion of their own countries.
Having built an extensive network in the shadows, President Johnson pulled some strings and eventually World War 3 broke out.
During the war several countries fell and several countries rose from obscurity to world power status.
Almost succumbing to Johnson's machinations, several countries banded together to create a coalition against Johnson. With the coalition's efforts, eventually the tides of war were turned against Johnson, pushing all the way back to the North American continent.
Realizing that his chances of world domination were shattered, Johnson decided to use the rest of his nuclear bombs to just completely decimate North America, hoping to take as many people as he could with him.
With the end of the war marked with an event that had over 500 million casualties, the worlds political map was completely re-written.
Asia was now unified under one warlord, Alexander Vladimirovich, having coming into power after unifying Asia after it fell into anarchy.
Africa was now also unified under a strategic genius, under the name of the Empire of Africa. The Empire of Africa coming into existence after Africa was swept into the world war. However, after being unified, Africa didn't just sit still, eventually catapulting itself into world power status.
Europe was now called the European Coalition, and was ruled by a high consul.
Australia was now the People's Republic of Australia having annexed all of the nearby islands during the war.
During post-war research, a revolutionary spell was discovered, allowing magicians to cast a shield around themselves to defend against non-magical objects and explosions, practically making bullets and bombs obsolete.

After many years of peace, Asia was once again thrown into chaos with the death of Alexander Vladimirovich, having died without naming an heir. Because Alexander didn't name an heir, Asia was thrown into a war of succession.
Eventually reaching a mutual agreement, the war in Asia reached an end. However, the continent was now divided into two separate countries, the Yang Supremacy, and the Yin Kingdom.

(Officially, there are still some people who live outside the outermost wall, but that isn't included since it can't be measured.)

Royal family's surname is Mstislavich, having taken on a different surname after splitting from the Yang Supremacy.

Noragi, Mitsuya, Seigi, Ichijou, Nijima, Ivanov, Kusanagi, Hanamiya, Kuznetsov, Wang, Jiang, Yoshida, Toshinori, Ishikawa, Yatsushiro, Liu, and Zhou.
The Yin Kingdom has 9 academy cities.
Every year, the Yin Kingdom holds a competition between the schools. This broadcast is one of the most popular broadcasts every year.
After the Nine Schools competition, there is also a Thesis competition where losing schools will try and regain their honor by showing their academic superiority.

After a few hours 
I come home I see Maria and Origami watch the war on the laptop when I think about it the arc episode number is 33 so seeing all of the arcs are taking 11 hours.
I go start showering 
I really need to choose how to get healing ability.
In the future, we will do sparring fights and bang sensei is going to kick my ass so I need to regenerate ability to heal up fast without wasting too much time.

the key to obtaining regenerative ability is Infinite Deception of Words to copy their ability.
I already have two candidates with powerful regenerative ability.

First is to summon Eren or another titan and use the lie of a lie to gain titan healing abilities which strong enough to regrow lost limbs Also it is cool Vapors come out of my body while healing.

The second way to gain regenerative ability is to summon ghoul from Tokyo ghoul
The problem is I don't know which one is best for a long time term?
Should I summon someone for a short time or forever?
Okay, let think about it slowly if I want titan I will summon Eren because he is the easiest to use  Infinite Deception of Words against given his hot temper  Also titan healing ability is superior than normal ghoul healing ability.



Ghoul healing ability is inferior to titan healing ability but it also has great immunity to modern weapon and potential to grow.
And if I choose to summon ghoul I should summon Touka Kirishima after time skip when she is 20 years old.

because if don't plan to keep the summoned person forever I want to summon character who doesn't affect the anime plot that much and Touka mostly didn't appear in Tokyo ghoul re so she doesn't effect if she is gone for a short time.

After keeping thinking and wondering I still don't know which to choose so I start thinking.
For my plans for the future, I need to have someone who will gather information for me.

The ideal place is the Bar but
Maria and Origami aren't old enough to work there so..
Suddenly an idea popped out my mind yes I should do it.
I finishing showering and get out.
I see Bang drinking coffee in the kitchen while reading a newspaper.
"I finished the shower. "
"Good, I will go later."
"Is there is something new in the newspaper?" I ask as start to make chocolate milk to myself.
"Yeah, the war is ending with the Marine as a winner,  Monkey.D.Luffy managed to run, white bread and flame fist Ace had died and whitebread declares that one piece exists..."

I finish making my chocolate milk and start drinking while seating next to Bang sensei.

Wow, really the war already finished it hasn't been a full day while watching the war as anime is taking 11 hours.
The producers are really annoying about how much they Stretch the plot.

I finish drinking and ask Bang sensei.
"Where are Origami and Maria?"
"They are in the resting room."
I see Maria and origami seating on the spa watching the screen closely and unexpectedly next to them 
They are probably in the middle of it.
I come closer and ask them 
"Where are you alrea--"
"Shhhh" they quiet me.
"Okay " I bending over to see on the screen
I see on the screen they already reached to when the Ancient Giant, Oars, trying to save Ace.
They are sure is focusing on the computer, it seems like they aren't noticing me at all.
Suddenly I focus again on the screen and I notice something different in the video than I remember it.
I focus on the computer and I notice I recognize the video as reality and not anime.

"I am going out! "
it is weird I didn't really expect that when anime watched inside the anime world it would be recognized as reality even for those who already watched the anime and recognized it as fiction.

I start walking toward the training ground to start my plan to achieve regenerative ability.
as I arrive 
I start to summon
Touka Kirishima is a beautiful woman in her 20s with big boobs her short bob cut hair. Her bangs are shorter as it reaches her nose instead of her chin and it is considerably bouncier than her previous bob haircut.
 Touka switched to a more feminine style of clothing. She wears a white wide neck blouse with a black apron over the top for her waitress outfit. 
The time I summon her is right after she meets Haise Sasaki.
The light appeared and she was there.
Summoning succeed.
"Where am I?" As she notices me she back off releases her kagune and firing Projectile from her wing at me
Damn it one of her Projectile wounded my arm 
I take out the Projectile from my arm is in bad condition.
I hold my arm to stop the bleeding 
Hhhh
If I wasn't so tired today I could dodge her attack easily without being injured and even beat her fast but right now I am so tired that if I close my eyes I could fall asleep while standing.
I need to achieve  what I came for 
"Do you know that if every female ghoul kissing me gain the ability to eat creatures who is stronger than normal human without any problem at all" I say while she continues to attack me.
"What are you talking about you damn pervert!?." She kicks me and I block her with my arm and hold her leg and throwing her with all my power.
Phh she Vomiting blood from her mouth.

"And in exchange, I gain only their superior traits without being classified  as a ghoul at all."

"Stop talking nonsense". she says as she gets up on her feet.
 "uso no uso, sore wa kururi to uragaeru"
She rushes at me fast sending punch to my face.
I use sneak eye and commend her
"Stop" her movement stopped in the middle of her trying to punch me in the face.
"What did you do to me?" She says as she tries to move her body.
"Don't worry, sleep."  She fell and I catch her before she hit the ground.
And kiss her. Her lips are so soft and smooth with little taste of coffee and they feel so good and still different from maria's.
As I finish I feel my injured arm pain get faint I take a look and I see vapor coming out from my arm 
I lay her on the ground
Ahh, I am glad it worked I thought maybe because of the last limits that I can't change the result of my gambling in the Luck God room.
but it appears like as long I am classified as fanalis I can gain similar abilities of another species.

 After my injures healed and I started to erase her memory of being summoned her.
"Disappear." she banished from this world and gotten back to her world.
"Now I should summon this man."
"But let's get prepared first."

an otaku going to one piece world which power he would have shringan , system , devil fruit no he don't have either of them so what would he have?

After knowing what really happened, Ren started inquiring about the current situation of the world. He learned that some situation have completely changed. Black Zetsu has interfered less in the history of shinobi. Black Zetsu must have been wary of the enemy that attacked mother that night. From Kurama's word, he could probably guess Hagoromo must have known something and prepared ahead of time to counter attack. Ren thought that his two brothers must not be dead. Their body may have been destroyed, but their spirit must be alive. Reaching their power level, it is ridiculous to think that they died of old age. Just think about it, Sage of Six Paths has power to create life from only chakra and make them immortal. Why can't he apply those abilities to turn himself something similar to tailed beast. But it must have some serious drawback or he must have some other plans.
In the anime, his spirit gave Naruto and Sasuke so much power that they almost reached Six Path level. Though divided, there is no doubt that Hagoromo must have much power left to do so. Also, the seals power returned back to him after they sealed Kaguya. This shows that he must be alive in another form, just watching over the ninja world.
Well he will meet his brother when the right time comes. Now talking about changes, Hashirama didn't die early, so the first shinobi war didn't happened. Madara didn't return to village, but some of the Uchiha clansmen followed him. So now Uchiha clan is weakened. Hashirama retired from Hokage post after 15 years of becoming Hokage. Konoha village prospered under him. Senju Tobirama became the second hokage. Konoha Police Force is established under his urge. But it become a place where all clans can join unlike in the anime, where only the Uchiha clan people joined. Sarutobi Hiruzen became hokage after Konoha's 25 years of establishment. Senju Hashirama died due to old age in Konoha, 35 years. After his death, Tobirama died in another 2 years. Konoha suddenly weakened a lot. This became the signal for First Shinobi War.
Many able shinobi died, many clans weakened. This war became a meat grinder after 37 years of peace. It lasted for 3 years. Most shinobi of the warring era died and new heroes followed. Though Konoha won the war, it's total strength weakened a lot. In this war, Hatake Sakumo, Senju Tsunade, Orochimaru, Jiraya, Uchiha Kagami, Senju Nawaki, Hyuga Tenjin, Might Die, Nara Shikaku, Inoichi Yamanaka, Choza Akimichi, Aburame Shibi and many others became famous. This showed that chaos gives birth to heroes. In desperate times heroes rise to lead others to safety. They give others hope. One major incident that happened after the war is the attack on Uzumaki clan by combine forces of three villages Iwagakure, Kumogakure and Kirigakure. Due to timely support from Konoha, the clan escaped total destruction. After this incident, Uzumaki clan decided to merge with Konoha and became a clan of Konoha. This strengthen the village and a new era of peace followed. There is no sign of Danzo or Orochimaru plotting against the village. So, the overall village situation of is quite good compared to the anime.
Ren started comparing the two scenarios and decided to plan after discussing with others.
"OK. I got a proper understanding of current situation. So, what's your suggestion, Minato."
Minato was surprised to find Ren asking for suggestion. He thought that Ren will decide everything without asking them.

Though he doesn't want to stop his plan completely to revive his mother, he wants to be sure to reduce casualties. He decided to say about the future events only in bits and pieces.
"Look from what I have seen in glimpse of future, Madara was alive and he had Rinnegan. Moreover he was more powerful than his peak period. From what I had seen, his power level almost reached mother's level."
Though he exaggerated about Madara's power, they have to be prepared. In case saving his mother involves fighting her. God Tree will surely influence her again. So they have to be prepared for the worst.

in was playing with my siblings in the grat keep with my mother feeding sansa who shows no interest in food whatsoever playing with it for most of the time it was pleasent until time such as this will not return to me so I intend to enjoy every moment of it knowing that father will be going to war soon while I know that no harm.will.come to him the plot of the story is deviating which makes me worries the ironborn rebellion was supposed to happen next year in 289ac while it is happening now more or less preparation are being made for the war .we also found the geass of robb and john had manifsted we first found it when father odered all three of us to take combat training which we started from martial arts in which robb easily managed to excel we later found out that robb had the same geass as bismark the knight of one in code geass as a result of which I summoned bismark as a personal instructor and future sworn sheild for robb, though I had make him younger which cost me 50000 gold coins over the 20000 original price similarly john had the geass of sawile making his foes think he is an ally and their allies as foes though relatively simple it didnt requie a lot of training which baffles me because illusions are quite the  difficult thing to make. sansa is yet to show any signs of such powers yet we concluded that robb I and john  will refrain from using these powers as much as possible in the future for some reason both robb and john are quite smart  for thier age if i may say so may be another form of help from the gods. also 2 days back a letter came from the king allowing my father to make a fleet for the north while he was angry that i went behind his back and wrote to the king he understood it was all for the family in the end leaving that a secondary raven informed us of the grejoy rebellion which forced father to call the banners most houses except for the reeds for they are guardians of the north from the south and hold the vast expanse of the neck . me and father came to the conclusion in a private meeting that he should take at leat 200 of the  winter guard along with guts as his personal bodyguard or the more forces include some 2000 spearmen 1000 swords men and 300 archers along with 3000 levies from the villages around bringing a total of 6000 soldiers with him which will be accompanied by 4000 boltons 2000 karstarks 2000 umber 3000 manderly 500 mormonts 1000 ryswells and 1000 Dustin's the flints of the east and west were not included to protect the land against any surprise invasions bringing the total of the north to 18500 while the north could jostler upto some 45000 soldiers during wars as it did in the last civil war the northern losses were too much to leave about. the plan was to leave winterfell and move to the twins from where another 15000 rivermen will join the war effort and move to golden tooth .

in this meeting we discussed the new plans for the north which will include the finding of new resources in the north new army more people and large constructions we came to the point that we must summon more people and more items as a result of which I summoned senki from the anime dt stone and nabe from the anime Overlord in her form as an  adventurer while also acting as a female knight for my mother . while she did show her dissatisfaction of nabe being a female.knight she soon took a liking to her  I also summoned Claude and Anne from black butler while he and Anne and Sebastian did not get along in the anime that doesn't seem to be the case here while Sebastian oversees oll of wintery claude is my personal attended with Anne being the head maid I also summoned kanzaki from the isekai anime High school prodigies who is an exceptional doctor and surgeon she will help over seeing the medical conditions in the north .

6 months later

it has been 6!month since are meetings and many things are happening right now in the north senki managed to make glass which has allowed us to expand the glass gardens by 5 fold to do this we jade to expand winterfell in the western side knowing that the winterfell has an uneven shape it becomes difficult to guard it after the construction will be complete it will be more of a rectangle we also commissioned balistas to be put up on guard turrets and new Armor for the soldiers which will grant them more mobility over the region  we have also asked for wood cutters to bring wood from the Wolf's wood and house Forrester for iron wood moreover stones are being procured from the hill clans which will be used to nake cement for the wall and chage many buildings in winter fell from wood to stone and expand the barracks  more in height also to make winter town more prosperous these projects were draining the stark wealth like water many projects payment were meant to be given at a later date with interest this brought some form of dissatisfaction from the hill tribes and minor houses but plans were made to fulfill these payments which were diamond mines a few miles from winterfell where many caves resided a diamond vein was spotted and thus it was planned to use it when we got more miners words were already sent for minors around the north mostly the hill tribes will be participating and a

Yo Author here, so I'm Changing the Fanfic as I don't think it will be a DXD, 7DS thing as I will be adding more Character from other Anime such as Fairy tail, the testament of sister new devil, and Finally Fate Grand order characters
