Before the 4AM gossip died down, more gossip-worthy news sprung from among the competitive esports circle. Shen Zeyan, of team IG, was rumored to have not extended his contract upon its expiry and had returned to being a freelancer.
That, along with Liu Zilang's situation, had caused many veteran fans in the FPS circles to smell something fishy going on…

However, what they did not understand was why Se7en's official Weibo account remained stoic as a mountain when winds of change were blowing wildly in the other major teams. It seemed like there was going to be no change in their team lineup.

Liu Zilang had not planned to go when he first received the invite. The convention was to be held at Jianghai's Mercedes-Benz Arena, and its events included multiple live stage performances such as singing and dancing. There were even invited foreign guests.
As a game streamer, there was not much he could do on stage without his computer.
He changed his mind about going because of Zhang Xiaotong.
Not only was the girl a popular game streamer, but she was also a prolific video uploader on Bilibili. She was well-known for her singing and dancing. However, in Liu Zilang's eyes, it was more like screeching and hopping.
She had hesitated when she first received the invite. She had always streamed wearing a mask and was inevitably nervous when she had to be in such a big convention alone.
She had tried to raise the topic to Liu Zilang several times, though the words stopped at the tip of her tongue each time. It was obvious to see that she wanted to go.
Liu Zilang had not noticed it at first and even nearly forgot about the convention.

Misaka Mikoto only stopped being sad after Liu Zilang told her that they would be going out for some fun the next day. She even started humming tunes again in the bath.
This made Liu Zilang think that he had made a very bad decision.

No clouds in the clear blue sky.
The three of them had been awake since very early in the morning to prepare for the convention.
Wang Qianqian was not with them.
As the initiator and one of the organizers of the Four Heavenly Chicken Kings campaign, she was tied up with a lot of behind the scenes work.

The time was only a few minutes past nine in the morning. Throngs of people surrounded the arena as they waited to get in. There were people just about everywhere they looked.
It has to be mentioned that the tickets to the BML were only released on sale about a week prior to the event at eight o'clock at night. Ninety percent of the tickets were sold in ten minutes, and they were totally sold out in two hours.
One could see how popular the event was.
Among the event-goers and fans were streamers like Liu Zilang who streamed the venue while holding a selfie stick.
Liu Zilang and the others blended in with the crowd, not catching anyone's eye.
After collecting their complimentary tickets from the organizer, they headed to the cosplay section.
The viewers in the live-stream channel were very excited when they found out that Zhang Xiaotong and Misaka Mikoto were going to cosplay. Many of them asked what she was going to cosplay as, while others offered suggestions on the bullet screen.
Someone said, "Sora is the best!", another said, "No, Umaru-chan is the best!", someone mentioned a certain, "Izumi Sagiri", and there was someone else saying, "Iri, heheheh".
Liu Zilang was puzzled when he saw the bullet screen. He had never heard of any of them.

While reaching for the reset button on the computer, he hears the computer turn back on by itself. "OK? That's weird" while thinking this to himself a single sentence shows up on the screen.

"Do you want to gain the power to change the world?"

A sarcastic smirk plasters its way onto his face as he looks at the question.

"Change the world? Impossible."

While moving the mouse toward the no button he notices his reflection staring back at him. Short white hair and piercing red eyes, bad memories resurface as voices echo from a distant past.

"What a freak." It's not my fault that I'm different.

"Who would want to be friends with that THING." I'm human too you know.

"Why doesn't he just die?" ... I ponder that same thing every night...

Shaking his head to get rid of the memories that took hold a feeling of reluctance surfaces.

Call it a whim, or even just call it stupidity but Haruhirou decides to answer honestly even if only for his own vanity.

 "You know what, I'll oblige you this once, virus." He moves the mouse to the Yes button and clicks it. For a short moment, nothing happens.

" I don't know what I..." Then there was only white.

Do you want to gain the power to change the world? This seemingly ordinary question changed Haruhirou's life forever.

 I was walking through the streets to clear my head when I heard a car approach me at breakneck speed. 
If I tried to dodge, I would have got away with a few broken bones, but I didn't want to survive.

Everything passed me by and I just stopped.
I only felt the car touch me and throw me away and then everything was black...

 My eyes opened and I gasped greedily.
I sat up and found myself in a dark alley.

I screamed in panic. 
Something red and thick had bound itself around me. It looked like Ken Kaneki's or Liz Kamishiro's claw from Tokyo Ghoul. 
Just with the thought, I first noticed how everything looked here.
It looked like an anime. But it didn't just look like an anime it looked like the anime Tokyo Ghoul. 
All of a sudden I realized what kind of situation I was in. 
I was human and I was about to be eaten by a ghoul. 
"Well what do we have there? A girl! Hmmm ... you look so cute, "I heard the voice that belonged to one of my favorite characters. 
Liz Kamishiro!
I opened my eyes that I had previously closed with fear. I saw her purple hair and looked closely into her ghoul eyes. 
I was trembling with fear. 
While my first death was painless, I was certain that being eaten by a ghoul was far more painful. 
"What's your name little one, huh?" She asked and put me down in front of her. I was confused. 
Why didn't she eat me?
In the series she ate every person she could get her hands on? 
No matter if boy or girl. 
She was called Wolverine for a reason. 
She apparently saw my confusion and said, "I only eat people! You are a one-eyed ghoul! Didn't you even know? " 
I opened my eyes. "I'm a ghoul !?" I said, startled. 
"Yes ... here you can look at your eye," she said with a smile and held out a hand mirror to me. 
I took it and looked at myself in the mirror. I could just suppress a scream like that. I had a ghoul eye. 
I shiver. 
Because I couldn't handle it. 
First I wanted to end my life. 
Then I was drawn into the world of Tokyo Ghoul and now I was a one-eyed ghoul. 
I couldn't handle it. 
I gave Liz back her mirror and let myself slide down the wall. 
"By the way, my name is Liz Kamishiro!" She smiled at me. 
"Tsuki", I could only say. 
"Nice to meet you, Tsuki!", She said with a smile and sat down next to me. 
She sat too close to me, so I slipped away from her a little. 
To her questioning look, I replied: "I don't like being close!" 
She nodded in understanding. 
,, I know maybe who can help you! If you want, we can go there when your eye has calmed down again! ", She said and gave me a friendly look with her violet eyes. 
Suddenly I realize something. 
"May I have your mirror again?" I asked in panic. 
She nodded and gave it to me. 
I immediately looked inside and looked at myself closely. 
My previous straw-blonde hair was suddenly pastel purple and my eyes, my ghoul eye had deactivated, were dark pink
