Hi my name is Philip Lee, my friends call me cheese steak, (you know like the popular sandwich mainly known in Philadelphia aka the Philly cheese steak), I hate it,  this is a story about my past life and my current life. In my past life I was pretty damn good at programming! 

At a young age around 9, I taught myself all the programming essentials such as D-sharp, Espresso, Cobra, pretty much everything you need to make or break programs and video games.

Now, that definitely helped me in my adult years before my accident. 

 I was a 33 year old man of about average height and average build, I'm not too bad looking I guess, I have short dark hair unkempt mostly, and dark eyes. Yeah pretty average right? But I still managed to find myself a wife, and keep myself employed. I work for a company called MassiveHard. 

In my day to day I would develop programs and write code for existing program aka updates. 

I lead a pretty regular life, I got paid pretty well which supported my passion and habits easily.

In my free time as a side project I made cheat engines for video games.
Now A little info on cheat engines. 

A cheat engine is a program used to attach itself to other programs being used on your PC namely video games. 

While you can attach them to other programs to see stats of said programs they really only shine when used in conjunction with videogames.

For instance, you can attach the cheat engine to say a First person shooter. There you can search values you see on screen like how much ammo you have and you can set it to a really high number making you never run out of ammo. 

The possibilities are only limited to your imagination while they are mostly illegal to use online for multiplayer type videogames, One could use them in a more personal setting whilst playing solo.

let it be known I am a huge nerd, I play video games I read manga and web novels, watch anime and generally just indulge in all that it is.

But my most favorite thing I love to do is to spend time with my wife and our young daughter Sarah.

Sarah was a ballet star! (not really as she was only 7) and three times a week I'd take her to practice and usually a recital somewhere sporadically throughout the month.

But weekends were our time! We'd stay up all hours of the night playing video games and binge watching anime.

Oh boy let me tell you my wife would get so mad at me staying up late with my young daughter who is quickly gaining interest in video games and anime.

but still I snuck our little girl to watch anime and play video games whenever work allowed me, this is saying a bit much but we'd play anything and everything.

From RPGs to FPS, hack and Slash, multiplayer games, platformers to metroidvanias.

as for anime and manga, she was such an action fan she loved her action anime and I was right along with her I enjoyed every moment I could with the loved of my life until that fateful day.

the neighborhood we live in believe it or not still delivers milk to our doors a little company called milk mustache not sure why it's called that but their trucks are even decked out with a little mustache and the head lights look like a set of eyes. 

I laugh every time I see that that rusted off white truck drive down our way too suburban street and the man hurries out, also with a mustache to brings us our milk, oddly enough his off white uniform matches the truck.

 It's small monthly charge but it's kind of cool and pretty convenient.

so what you really need to know right now is I'm dead and yes there's an afterlife no there isn't one God but multiple gods there is no heaven or hell just computers... and people sitting at computer desk in front of these computers.

as I am regaining consciousness I noticed all this and I thought I must be in hell I don't want to be at work forever but that wasn't it.

 I'm helped to my feet by some blank face stranger who then just waves me off and keeps going his direction.

 I notice lines the longest lines you've ever seen multiples hundreds and hundreds of lines full of thousands and thousands of people.

 obviously without seeing the room I'm in is huge not trying to sound like a cliche but it's just a room of white light, cloud floors, and barely visible computer desk.

So I start to head towards one of the entities, people in the lines are looking at me oddly.

I ignore their leers and keep walking then I hear someone shout! 

Now I'm not the type of person who likes fights and I'm definitely not the type of person to initiate one so I take off running I'm running and soon the shouting fades as I come to a door? 

I'm not sure what it was, it had a doorknob made of gold and what looks like.. and this might sound weird.

Big fluffy white cloud trim and a white door as I scan this store I noticed some red the lettering that says employees only!

 yeah go figure I walk in and right before my eyes is the largest desktop PC I've ever seen well in my 33 years of life.

 It's at least three stories stall and just as big as any building I've ever seen outlined in the most brilliant gold edging and a sparkling allot translucent white face and side.

My first thought is, how the hell did they fit this PC through that tiny door!

My second thought was what kind of calculations do you do with a PC this big.

 Jackpot I think to myself a USB slot thinking to myself maybe I'll satiate my curiosity and climb through this bad boy and see what kind of processor it has if any familiar. 

Doubtful though as I'm climbing through I hear an announcement I think a females voice it sounds off though like two choices at once.

GOD engine commencing download, downloading to USB 3000 slot I chuckled to myself and I keep climbing all of a sudden I feel this terrible jolt throughout my whole body as if I was getting struck by lightning for an extended amount of time.

 I'm ejected forcefully from the USB slot through the door feeling it easily splintering and then also disintegrating on my back causing a pain I've never felt before, before crashing into a few people that were standing in line. While this softened my landing, it definitely pissed them off.

So I run like hell (heaven?) to the front where there is a man in business casual sitting at a PC desk. 

Out of breath and halfway screaming help me there's people chasing me and I was just electrocuted I don't know what's going on here but I need to see your manager! 

The guy laughs and says with that type of humor you'll do great in this world he literally stands up and punches me in the face never been punched before so I'm obviously knocked completely out.

Most of the time you become a hero after you die, you acquire some sort of cheat ability how typical huh well I stumbled upon a cheat engine!

They fought each other for 3 hours and Xiao Fan and his friends actually won all games.

They started chatting and the other section started congratulating them for the good match.

They started to go home and walked to different directions.

Xiao Fan arrived to his house when a sudden thought came to his mind "System: Congratulations you have improved your body status."

Xiao Fan was surprised and easily forgets it after all walking for 10km per day can give you a normal jogging exercise.

He started doing his assignment and projects inside his room and he even ate some food while browsing his PC again.

The PC was actually ok even though there is a problem yesterday, so there is no surprise why he can still use it.

While browsing his facebook and scrolling down to his newsfeed he actually saw a friend request and a message request from someone named Unknown Dummy.

Just seeing the name can already makes you guess that this is a dummy account.

He accepted the request and replied to the "Hello" message of the other party.

He replied "Hi?" which is a question while saying hi to someone.

The other party replied fast with "How are you doing? can we be friends? this is our first time talking to each other i hope i didn't scare you at all."

He replied after seeing the message with "No need to worry, well was actually interested to know you since you are using a dummy account and even talked to me who has low friends in this website."

The reply came and said "Can i stay anonymous for now? Hehe, i am planning to stay mysterious because you said you are interested to me." There is a winking emoji on the end of the message.

Xiao Fan was speechless because he didn't even know the gender of the other party and this reply seems to be a flirt to him who was always watching manga and playing online games.

You can actually see this kind of messages in game after all most boys inside the game are always trying to chat with a female player every day.

Xiao Fan replied "Alright, it was time for bed i will sleep now bye we can continue tomorrow if ever."

He turned off the PC and started sleeping.

Early in the morning he ate and go to school and returned into the house after the class.

He also finished his assignments and other things before browsing his facebook to check something.

He saw that there is actually a unread reply from the Unknown Dummy yesterday.

When he opened it he saw something creepy there is a picture of an anime girl drawing along with some works saying "Hi, I love you"

The anime girl posed as a school girl using a hand sign for peace and she placed it near her right eye looking to be cute because her body was bent to the left side for a little bit.

While having her left hand on her legs.

There is also another message stating "Goodnight dream about me well."

This two message was actually sent from 2 different day the other was sent yesterday night and the other one was sent this morning.

Xiao Fan didn't have a phone since he has the PC which can give him unlimited chances to use emulator to play a cellphone game while maintaining his life in PC games.

He replied to the Unknown Dummy "Wtf dude stop doing this things it gaves me goosebumps right now after seeing this things."

After messaging he closed his facebook and started playing Dragon Nest.

Dragon Nest is a famous MMORPG which has the same status like Ran Online and other more MMORPG theme out there.

He played this game as an assassin class who uses poison as the element of his skills.

There are actually two elements that you can choose after your job change and that was actually a fire and poison type element.

But he prefer poison since it was much more beautiful in combo and much more painful and even good enough for the assassin class.

After grind for a long time, he opened his facebook again before planning to sleep but when he opened the facebook he saw something that can make his eye ball pop out right now.

So.. From reading the comments section there were some questions I will answer. Sorry that I just noticed it, but I forgot to check comments on old chapters. This will be a short  Q&A chapter.

Q : when will you open your discord server?
A : idk lol its not complete yet and I don't feel like there will be many people there since I am practically a small writer. But I can try to finish it and I will let you all know.

Q2 : what games do you play?
A2 : I am pretty sure I've already told you that some time ago, but I will do it again.. I am a veteran in call of duty games, but I don't play them anymore.

HUNIEPOP - I enjoy puzzle games and this is rewarding, don't judge me I have fiance already and we play this together xd once you switch to hard mode it's impossible to pass. 
MAJIKOI - Really enjoyable visual novel, I have finished this game like 7 times already and it's still fun. It has many many sequels and all of them were just as enjoyable. 
And some more visual novels that are great but I don't feel like writing an essay. 

Oh and after like 8 years i finally checked out Minecraft and it isn't so bad. The last time I've played it there wasn't even a hunger bar so they advanced it pretty well. I even saw a turtle. 

Q3 : What music do you listen to? 
A3 : Anything that has a rhythm and I enjoy it. From anime openings to death metal. Pop rock metal techno dubstep eurobeat literally everything. I will create a YouTube music playlist for you guys later. But it will take quite a some time to make since there are too many songs. You can check it out later once I make it. 

Q4 : What are your favorite streamers and YouTubers? 
A4 :  streamers like on twitch? If that's the case, then I enjoy 4 people on twitch. 
Kimchi and Tofu - reaction channel. Cute couple reacting to anime and stuff. 
Vaxei - one of the best OSU players.
Yassuo - Best Yassuo world although he is mentally challenged (joke). (No I am not a yasuo main.)
Pinoy - fun fatty reacting and playing games I like. Persona, danganronpa, resident evil etc.

Q5 : What is the best anime in your opinion and tell me your 5 most favorite anime. 
A5 : Steins gate. Probably the best anime ever made. It's great, there are many references to other anime and stuff. And when you realize that they made an anime out of basically only an internet joke called John Titor its really amazing.
The depth of the show is insane. Characters are unique. I love science. Voice actors on Okabe and Kurisu are perfect. Literally a perfect anime.

A6 : like idk what's up with you guys. At first I am gay then I am a furry.. Like idk man. I am definitely not furry.

A7 : If I ever reach 2k subbs I might consider doing it, since then, maybe some kind of bored soul that likes to waste his money will appear. I am still a small writer though.

As for osu, I am stuck at 102.000 rank since I wasn't able to play it lately. (mass releases "Cough") if you want to find me the name is Gro Gat  and I have a raccoon profile pic. I am not that bad at the game but I am nothing special.

The entire video game industry was dumbfounded at Minecraft's miraculous number of sales.
It might be the cheapest VR game ever and didn't have the best profit model, but its increase in sales was horrifying.
So far in China, there were over 1.3 billion mobile users, five hundred million PC users, and a measly one hundred million VR users.
There are one hundred and fifty six million private car owners in China. People that could afford to buy cars should be way higher when taking the purchase restriction policies into account.
In theory, anyone who would afford a car could afford a VR gaming pod as well. But as VR gaming pods are purely for entertainment, there were naturally fewer players who would go out of their way to buy a gaming pod, resulting in the number of around one hundred million gaming pods.
But this was still a huge market.
VR gaming pods are even more common in advanced countries in the west, and the market looked really optimistic too.
So far Minecraft sold three million copies and it shouldn't be a problem to break a hundred million in a few more months. That would mean that one in ten VR gaming pods have Minecraft installed.
This also suggested that the game was about to be the 'most installed VR game'.
After Minecraft's miraculous growth, the gaming industry started looking deeper into its success. There was even expert analysis from the Game Committee, going through Minecraft's unique points.
"Minecraft is an incredibly unique VR game. It's ability to allow players to realise their imagination and creativity is its biggest differentiating factor.
"There are many games on the market that take inspiration from fun activities in real life and built their entire world around those features.
"In these types of games, the players will follow the easy to understand rules to work towards a goal and from that get a sense of satisfaction. This was the core of many of these games.
"But these games are relatively shallow as the players can only do so much within the restrictions of the game. They can't freely make changes and have limited scalability.
"But adding anymore to these games would actually do the opposite and shave off the original point of the game. It may even cause a loss of direction.
"But nothing of sorts happened in Minecraft.
"The game is incredibly rich. Players could play survival, play with others as a team, they could build, or even create various interesting things using redstone.
"Everybody would have their own way of playing the game and they would be able to search for the way of playing the game that would best fulfil them.
"It's hard to say what the core enjoyment of Minecraft is. I could only tell you that it gives you a fun space, all you had to do was to insert whatever you want to experience into that space and enjoy that experience.
As Minecraft continued to gain popularity, it became the most topical VR game, completely overshadowing Thousand Hells.

Chen Mo was laying down on the sofa testing how Minecraft ran on tablets.
It was alright, but obviously not comparable to VR.
During the development process, Chen Mo worked on the PC version, then ported that onto VR. Mobile Minecraft was just something that happened along the way.
But the problem was that compared to VR, the PC and mobile version of Minecraft wasn't a complete game as VR Minecraft had been modified by CHen Mo, whereas Minecraft on PC and mobile were the same quality as the original Minecraft.
This meant that PC and mobile versions of Minecraft didn't have online Multiplayer or 'Chen Mo's World', and its graphics weren't as polished either.
PC was relatively better, but the controls for the mobile version caused quite a bit of problems as the virtual joystick wasn't the best solution. Clicking to place and holding to dig wasn't the most intuitive thing either.
Moreover, the mobile version couldn't support large buildings because of the hardware restrictions of mobile. If the players couldn't build huge buildings, the most the players could do was to build a little wooden shack in singleplayer or hang around in survival mode, dramatically affecting the entertainment value of the game.
It was natural to release a PC and mobile version from how popular VR Minecraft was, nor was Chen Mo going to pass up this opportunity. However, Chen Mo still needed to do some polishing.
While he was in the middle of his train of thought, a pair walked into the experience store.
They looked like father and daughter. The dad looked quite young in his forties, and the daughter looked around twelve years old.
The daughter was holding her father's hand, "Papa, is this where Minecraft was made?"
She had a really soft and cute voice, as if from an anime.
The father bent over slightly and patted her on the head, "Yep, you'll be able to play Minecraft soon."
Chen Mo was surprised as he'd never seen a child in his experience store before.
Experience stores have the same rules as internet cafes, where children are banned from using the facilities.
Although minors could spend a short amount of time trying out mobile games under adult supervision, it was rare to see someone who would bring their children to an experience store to try out mobile games?
The pair walked to the front desk.
"Hi, can I try out Minecraft here?" asked the father.
Su Jinyu was no longer working at the front desk, and in her place was another girl who recently graduated.
She said embarrassingly, "Sorry, because Minecraft is just a VR game and we only have computers and mobile phones in the experience store thus far, there is no way to try out the game."
The father was shocked, "Huh? How come we can't try out your game in your experience store?"
The front desk lady replied, "I'm really sorry, as Minecraft is our first VR game and we can't fit any VR gaming pods in the experience store. I'm really sorry."
The dad seemed a bit disappointed, nodding, "Alright, thanks."
The daughter pouted, "Papa?" 
The father held her hand to the door and squatted down, "I'm sorry Nini, they don't have Minecraft at the experience store. Let's figure something else out alright?"
The girl's eyes were getting a bit red as if she was about to cry, but she still nodded, "Alright, let's do then papa."
The father pinched Nini's cheek lightly, heartbroken before standing up and leaving.
"Wait," Chen Mo stood up, "Are you guys here to play Minecraft?"
The dad was shocked, "Yes, and you are?"
Chen Mo stuck his hand out, "I'm Chen Mo, I'm the designer of Minecraft."
The dad shook Chen Mo's hand, exclaiming, "You're Minecraft's designer? Great to meet you."
Chen Mo looked at Nini, "You want to play Minecraft?"


Chen Mo liked calling himself a video game designer, despite being a mere video game producer.
After dying one day from work-related stress, he transmigrated into a parallel world as himself, right after he graduated. He was now in the body of his younger self, who also aspired to be a video game designer.

Riku woke up to his alarm, groaning a bit as he turned it off. He sat up in his bed and stretched, yawning. He went through his everyday routine as he got ready for school; he ate breakfast, brushed his teeth, fixed his hair, applying deodorant, and changing into his school uniform. He then left and headed to school. Riku was your average, everyday, introverted loner; pale, skinny, and bags under his eyes. He had messy dark brown hair and deep green eyes. Riku lived in a studio apartment that had an otakuish vibe to it. He had a couple posters, a PC, and a small bookshelf with some manga in it, but nothing too crazy to signify his love for anime and video games. 
Nothing too interesting happened at school; just another boring day of learning before he returned home and took his shoes off, setting them aside on the floor by the door neatly. He then did a few chores; laundry, vacuuming, etc. Afterwards, he walked into the bathroom and took a shower. He changed into a white t-shirt and basketball shorts after he finished drying off and whatnot, which is what he usually wore at home. After he finished getting dressed, he made dinner in his small kitchen. The meal was small; a homemade cheeseburger with a side of vegetables and rice so he wasn't too unhealthy, and bottled tea to drink.
After that, he walked over to his "bedroom area" to play video games and watch anime. Several hours passed and he soon turned off his PC as he saw how late it was getting. Afterward, he plopped down onto his bed, grabbing his phone and just messing around on it for a few minutes before setting it aside on his bedside drawer. He sighed softly, staring at the ceiling. Suddenly, he let out a heavily annoyed groan and began rolling around repeatedly on his bed until his blanket wrapped around him like a burrito. "Every day is the same here... It's so boring and uneventful. Nothing interesting ever happens. I'm so tired of having to go through the same shit every single damn day..."
He unwrapped himself and stood up, going to turn off the lights in his studio apartment. "It's just...so boring and troublesome..." He then flipped the light switches on the wall by the door, turning off the lights, and walked back to his bed, covering himself with his sheets and blankets and going to sleep.
The next morning, Riku woke up the same way as before. However, he was wearing a white sleeveless shirt now and his body was more muscular. Riku blinked a few times and rubbed his eyes, looking around the room "...Huh..?" He sat in bed, confused as he looked around, his vision slowly clearing. He realized he was in a room that looked nothing like his. Sure, the setup was the same, but there were a few weapons on the walls and the posters were holographic. His bed looked completely different, not to mention it was floating and the outline of the bed was metallic instead of just wooden, having a light blue glow under it. He assumed the light blue glow was from the power source of whatever was making the bed float. Lastly, all of his technology looked much more advanced, including the entire room itself, though it had a sort of cabin-like vibe to it. There were goggles on the bedside drawer where his phone should've been as well, and he looked outside the window of the room to see he was in the middle of a thick forest. He pinched himself, rubbing his eyes and blinking a few times to see if this was reality. "Well...if I'm not dreaming...then where the hell am I?!"

Nate drop out of school because of bullying but he did not care for he had his MMORPG games, other things to keep him occupied. 
All he does is play games and read light novel and anime and just like anyother regular night or is it.
You see Nate is at the last stage to fight the last BOSS and he is soloing like always he has the BOSS at 1%  health and struggling and trying to get that last damn hit down.
The only sound you hear in his room is the keys on the keyboard and the mouse tapping really fast and just as he is about to finish of the BOSS everything goes black and sink into nothing but that is just the beginning.

Probably because I drank too much coffee again . . . I really needed to limit my caffeine intake.


Still, I wouldn't feel this way if I had something I want to do-- apart from playing games, that is. Naturally, I didn't like my chores. What I needed was a hobby of sorts . . .


Staring at the computer screen showing the menu of 'Hollow Soldier', I grabbed the flesh of my chest and felt the rushed heartbeat underneath.


I hated this feeling.


I got a temporary breakaway from my emotions when my phone beeped on my bed softly.


With a kick of my foot, I masterfully made my chair swivel around before I jumped towards my bed.


Feeling slightly good about myself while wondering if I can pull it off again, I grabbed my phone and checked who messaged me on Hermes: my idiot friend Steven.


Steven: yo


Me: sup?


Steven: were planning to roam about. wanna come?


I grabbed my school bag next to me and searched for my purse. Good thing I have some money.


Me: whos coming?

All of our attires were your typical teen clothing. It looked average but it had that certain coolness about it.


Steven and Page were my best friends. Eena as . . . well, I guess I liked her. As for Jhan, she was Eena's chill friend.


"Hey, sh*thead," Steven greeted me, opening the glass doors of the store.


Yep, greetings worked this way for us. I don't know why but I guess it feels nice to call someone a sh*thead without worrying about the consequences.


"Sh*theads," I smiled at the two of them, "So? Where we going?"


They all shuffled as they picked a spot for their seats.


"For starters . . . snack here."

We roamed all around town and had fun. I didn't get the chance to get closer with Eena since Page was the only one close enough to her for meaningful conversations. Not like I was trying to get closer anyway.


Now it's 5 PM, and after spending my last bits of money on a monstrous cup of ice cream, we all separated ways to go home.


That was an extremely nice break from my dull life, and now I was back to normal.


I wish I had proper hobbies. I just play games because I have nothing better to do. It's not like I'm striving to be the one at the top or anything. I just play for fun and . . . when I get bored of a game, I stop playing.


As my mind flipped through all possible ways to keep myself from boredom, I remembered a certain thing Page had been recommending all this time.


Watch anime.


I have tried watching anime mind you, but I wasn't really drawn to it. I mean, they're literal drawings, and the characters couldn't get any more cringe.


However, Page said that what I watched was mainstream anime, which is made to suit the taste of the lite anime lovers and the majority, really. True anime lovers, according to him, don't spout anime recommendations unless there's another anime lover nearby.


After arguing about how he's recommending to me anime while I'm not an anime fan earlier, I finally said yes for the first time.


And so, I zapped through the house into my room, and then I opened Hermes on my PC. And there it was, a drive link. In it was 24 episodes of an anime titled: Unemployed Reincarnation.


Feeling curious about what the anime has to offer, along with whether I would be entertained enough or whatnot, I clicked on the first episode.


. . .


"That. Was. Insane."


First of all, I can't stress enough how body-mangling cliffhangers were. But aside from that . . . the story is insanely beautiful. It's basically some garbage shut-in who had the life of a true introvert, who got reincarnated into another world. There, he swears to live life to the fullest.


I snatched my phone from my pocket and hurriedly went to chat with Page on Hermes. I've watched non-stop and it is nearing 2 AM, but surprisingly, Page was still online.


Me: WT* IS UP WITH THE CLIFFHANGER


It took a while for Page to see my message, but as soon as he saw it, he replied.


Page: lmao the 2nd season will come


Me: WHEN


Page: years


I could quite literally feel the energy in me being replaced by disappointment, and as a reflex, I let out a sorta trembling sigh.


Page: but there's a novel for it


Me: really?


Page: yes and its finished


Me: send


Page sent me another drive link containing more than 20 epub files.


After asking Page about where the anime ends in the novel, he told me to reread it from the start, as there were some deviations the anime made from the novel.


I didn't want waste time doing that though, so I searched for the part myself.


However, as I tried reading, I found myself hooked. I couldn't help but read the parts that the anime also covered. My tie to the world of light novels--as the book calls itself--and anime has been properly forged.


I had come to love these kinds of things.


After rereading all the parts the anime covered, I felt sleepiness finally catch up to me. It was 4 AM and I still haven't slept.


"I should sleep," I muttered to no one as I laid on my bed, stretching.


I'll read this tomorrow . . . no, later.


As I closed my eyes, my wishful mind began thinking about how Unemployed Reincarnation's main character's past life was cruel but . . . his new life was full of adventures.'


This time, I'd live for real,' huh?


Am I living for real?


For now, all I can do is finish the series. Then what? Ask for further recommendations? I'll admit, that doesn't sound too bad-- but I wish I had something better . . . I want something that I genuinely want . . .


. . . but I don't really know what I want.


Or actually, I want to get reincarnated too.


I felt the edges of my lips curl up a bit.


As if.


And soon, my thoughts drifted away as I fell asleep.

Phoenix... is a simple minded kid, loved games, loved anime, and loved food just like everyone else but what made him unique from others is that he's a Securitron!?

Phoenix was sitting on his chair staring at the screen of his phone like a mindless zombie. Scrolling through YouTube, Phoenix saw loads of YouTube videos but what caught his attention was a video celebrating Fallout: New Vegas's ten year anniversary.

"Jeez it's been that long?" 

Phoenix turns off his phone and goes to his PC he searches Nexus Mods in Google, he clicks on Fallout: New Vegas mods and just went through random mods but what he found was a cute mod of a claptrap companion mod.

"Interesting... yup totally getting it!"

[A/N if you want to know what the mod looks like, here's a picture, he's not that small but bigger.]

He opens up Fallout Mod Manager, after adding the mod Phoenix tries to open New Vegas. After a while nothing happens Phoenix just thought it was a error. After a while Phoenix feels terrible and thinks it's just a fever and just tries to sleep it off.
