finally here's the synopsis: 

Pain. So familiar, i lay broken and beaten staring into my brother's eyes for what i can only imagine will be the last time. My life is flashing before my eyes

My name is Zachariah Wayne and this is my story.


This story is a slow burn. i want to take my time to expand and encompass my favorite characters and stories all while trying to keep a very congruent and encompassing story. 

If you are a batman fan then you might really like this. i try to stay true to the batman mythos.

Xander examined the partially destroyed armor that had been recovered from Epoch when he'd first faced the Justice League and pointed out the way they contrasted with similar armor from a villain that made a single appearance by the name of Kang, battling Epoch and seemingly being wiped from history just a few years past. "Look at the quantum variance. Epoch is from so far down the timestream it almost counts as an alternate reality while Kang reads as being from a different branch of creation altogether."

"Different branch of creation?" Dr. Lantall asked with a raised eyebrow.

Xander shrugged. "We are working so far in the dark that we might as well be poetically wrong rather than just plain incorrect."

Lantall snorted trying not to laugh as his belly shook like a bowl full of jelly, a fact Xander knew not to mention as he'd been warned that his fellow scientist hated being reminded that he looked just like Santa Claus in a labcoat.

"The readings are similar to a being from an anti-matter universe which he clearly was not," Xander explained, "and I don't have a clue or even the vaguest hint of how that is possible."

"Fair enough," Lantall said, "but we are supposed to be figuring out how they work, not where they are from."

"Yes, but by identifying that they are from completely different places we know not to assume we can figure out how one works from studying the other, not directly at least anyway," Xander explained.

"Directly?" Lantall asked and then answered his own question, "Of course, by learning more about the physics of time travel, by how each operates we can extrapolate what the function of each system does."

"It's so nice to be working with someone who gets it," Xander said. One of the many things he loved about being Lex Luthor was his improved intellect, but it was a bit of a downer not to have anyone to 'geek' out with. He had a brief hit of melancholy as he realized Willow must have felt like this all the time.

"But what about this subsection right here?" Lantall asked, pointing to a remarkably similar section on both sets of armor that had been more heavily armored than the rest of it.

"I'd noticed that as well," Xander agreed. "I thought it might be a recall beacon of some kind, but it lacks any way to send a signal that I can find. It simply takes in power, a lot of power."

"It generates a field," Lantall thought aloud.

"But what kind of field would two such dissimilar time travelers need, since it is clearly separate from their time travel systems?" Xander asked.

"It reminds me a little of our study of The Flash," Dr. Lantall noted. "The Flash is capable of generating a field that alters friction, so I'm guessing this field serves a similar function."

"Can I see the data on that?" he requested. "I need to lock down some data points so we can narrow the possibilities."

"You can access it from your terminal," Lantall assured him.

"I'd rather not go poking around in the system," Xander said. "The last thing I need is to make anyone paranoid about my reasons for being here."

"I can see your point," Lantall admitted, "I keep forgetting, because you are so different from how you've been painted in the media."

"We've all gotta grow up sometime," Xander replied as Dr. Lantall sent a file to his console.

"So, you consider your past actions to be juvenile," he asked curiously.

"Like a rebellious teen or a child being told he can't have ice cream for dinner and throwing a tantrum," Xander agreed as he examined the data.

Lantall chuckled, genuinely amused. "And yet you seem to act more childish now."

"Trying to be serious and mature all the time is a sure sign you aren't," Xander replied before wincing.

"What?" Dr. Lantall asked, quickly looking over the data Mr. Luthor had been accessing.

"The mathematical formula for the Speed Force just did a number on my brain," Xander explained.

"Mathematical formula?" the doctor asked excitedly, having been one of the scientists working on the formula himself and getting nowhere.

"I actually ran across it when I was a kid," Xander explained, "but I didn't get it until now. I thought it was gibberish, but that's not important, I've figured out another data point for you."

"Yes?" Lantall asked eagerly, reminding himself to stick to the task at hand.

"Yes," Xander agreed, "it's an isolation field."

"But what could they both be…" Dr. Lantall's voice trailed off as he had a eureka moment. "It's a paradox compensator."

Xander stopped rubbing his temples and quickly compared both sets of data on the gear they were scanning. "You're right, that's exactly what it is. The field would degrade quickly, but it would give them a small amount of time to make alterations to the timestream to prevent a paradox from wiping them out."

"More than that," Lantall said, doing some quick calculations, "It would shunt them to a timeline where they could continue existing if they failed."

"If we tried to duplicate it using today's technology it would be the size of a small car," Xander said thoughtfully before falling silent.

"What are you thinking?" Dr. Lantall asked, after a minute had passed and Luthor had reminded deep in thought.

"I'm thinking the Justice League could use it," Xander said. "Superman could probably whip something up of a small enough size to be useful for them if they had to deal with a time travel situation."

"Kryptonian technology is incredibly advanced," Dr. Lantall agreed with a sigh, knowing Superman refused to share any knowledge of it. "He could probably make it the size of a wristwatch."

"A butt plug would be better," Xander disagreed. "If everyone starts wearing some new shiny gizmo, our hypothetical time traveler would know exactly what to aim for to take them out, but if it was an item that wasn't visible…"

"That's… an excellent idea that I seriously doubt they would ever use," Dr. Lantall said honestly.

"Yeah, it may be best to have them start wearing something that it, or any other high-tech item they may need, could be shoved into now so their enemies couldn't tell they'd added to their costume."

"That's not a bad idea," Dr. Lantall said making a note on his computer.

"If you pass it on to The Flash, don't tell him it was from me," Xander said, "the League is still a bit touchy when it comes to me."

"Understandably," he pointed out.

"Very much so," Xander agreed, "but let's get back to why we're here. I think we've picked the low hanging fruit with the paradox compensator, now let's take a crack at their sensory suites. Kang's is toast, but Epoch's is mostly intact."

"Actually, I think we have more of Kang's than you think. While the control circuits may have been concentrated in his helm, the sensors themselves are more likely in the belt, possibly the boots as well, he is a big believer in backup systems."

Xander took a second look. "Good eyes," he said, pleased to be wrong.

Batman debated with himself, he could see the utility in the idea, as anything that destroyed that particular piece of equipment would almost certainly have killed the wearer as well, making it as well protected and hidden as was possible to be. But he was sure Clark would notice him wearing a butt plug and he'd never hear the end of it, besides his plethora of bat gadgets could easily hide any number of additional items and no one would notice unless he deliberately drew attention to it.

"While I wouldn't like to wear one unless it was vitally important, I can see the utility of the idea," Wonder Woman said, before taking a sip of her coffee. "After all, my armor has few places I could hide new additions without it being completely obvious."

Batman nodded, electing not to comment.

"Of course we could convince the League we were serious about the concept… before suggesting they add something to their costume to hold mission critical additions as needed," Wonder Woman considered with a grin.

Batman did not laugh, but he did nod and say thoughtfully, "It would be an excellent psychological tactic to get them to agree."

Wonder Woman's eyes danced as she considered how best to convince the rest of the League she was serious about the matter.

Batman turned to her. "Bat-butt plug," he said solemnly.

Wonder Woman burst out laughing until tears ran from her eyes.

Batman did not laugh, however he did smile, enjoying a small moment of levity.

Xander was just leaving Star Labs when Superman flew down to land in front of him.

"Superman?" Xander asked, wondering what he'd done to merit this visit.

"I've been told to give you this for saving Power Girl," Superman explained, reluctantly handing Xander a pie.

"And this upsets you?" Xander asked, confused.

Superman frowned. "I'm still not convinced you had nothing to do with it."

"Get Wonder Woman to use the Lasso of Truth on me," Xander said, "I'll answer mutually agreed upon questions in advance on this subject."

"You'd really allow that?" Superman asked, surprised.

"Don't expect it to be a regular thing whenever you get paranoid," Xander warned, "but this once, I'll allow it." He cut the pie into quarters. "Want a slice?"

Superman looked torn but nodded. "When should we do this?"

Xander swallowed a bite of pie. "Whenever you feel like. I'm free now."

Superman finished his piece and nodded. "Watchtower, two to transport."

In a flash of light, the two were teleported to the Watchtower.

Xander looked around, seeing that they'd teleported to the monitoring room and that Martian Manhunter was on shift.

"J'onn, please ask Wonder Woman to meet me in conference room four," Superman requested.

"She is currently pursuing Cheetah in Manhattan," Martian Manhunter replied. "I'll relay the message when she returns."

"I don't have anything planned," Xander reminded Superman, "I can hang around until she's ready."

"Thank you, I appreciate it," Superman said.

"Not a problem, I'd really like to get this matter cleared up," Xander assured him as they walked to the conference room.

The conference room was a good sized room dominated by the large table in the center of it and a large wall mounted flat screen that was most likely used for presentations.

"Satellite feed?" Xander asked hopefully.

"World wide," Superman agreed. "There are drinks in the mini fridge and a bathroom through that door over there."

"I'm good for about six hours," Xander said cheerfully. "Be sure to turn on any cameras you have in here, otherwise it'll make it harder for Batman to be sure I didn't creep off and do something and that would make a lot of work for him as he reviewed all the camera footage from all over the station just to be sure."

"You don't mind?" Superman asked even though he'd already planned to do so.

"It's kind of flattering to be considered such a high priority," Xander replied as he set the pie tin down and turned on the monitor, moving through the news until he found the world wide news.

"I'll try to make this quick," Superman promised, as the news showed a live report of Solomon Grundy attacking a lab that made artificial diamonds.

"Six hours," Xander reminded him, taking a seat and putting his feet up, his clothes morphing into Hugh Hefner's staple lounge wear.

Superman's comm beeped and he vanished in a blur of speed. Unsurprising he was on the news a minute later assisting Star Girl in taking down Grundy.

Two hours later…

Not able to find any of his favorite cartoons in the five thousand channels they had available, Xander decided to see what else he could do. "Computer, is a vistor's login available?"

"Visitor login available," the computer agreed aloud.

"New login: Luthor, Alexander," Xander ordered. "Password: Mr. Fantastic."

"Registered," the computer replied.

"…replacing all apes currently in zoos with animatronic duplicates while returning them to their native habitats would help restore their dwindling population and possibly reduce Gorilla Grodd's dislike of humanity. At the very least it would require him to import gorillas when he uses them in his ill-conceived plans, reducing his efficiency."

"…being a form of undead revenant of uncertain background makes finding his fetters, small items of emotional significance to the revenant, nearly impossible. Lacking any permanent way of returning him to the grave, it is suggested that exiling him to another planet or moon is the best way to deal with him at this time. Note: I would suggest against using any planet mankind is likely to colonize in the near future."

"…is currently inactive, however as the United States government has claimed salvage rights on his body, there is every possibility they will stick another brain inside it, probably of a psychotic mass murderer considering the usual level of competence found in government projects. The suggested course of action should he become active is exile to the moon with a satellite receiver, so the lack of human contact will not drive whoever is stuck in there further insane and he can be regularly given replacement chunks of Kryptonite to keep him powered, further reducing the amount in circulation."

Another 2 Hours later

Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman entered the conference room only to find Lex Luthor had seemingly split into five people, each dressed different: American Indian, construction worker, sailor, policeman, and cowboy.

"It's fun to stay at the YMCA!" the five sang along with the music video playing on the monitor.

The three heroes simply stared, as even Batman was unprepared for this eventuality.

Xander quickly pulled himself back together and shut off the monitor. "Let's just pretend that didn't happen," he suggested. "Now, I understand you have some questions for me?"

In the morning

Marcus just woke up, look next to him. There she could see Gine, sleeping peacefully. After looking at her for a moment, he strokes her chick and got up from the bed. He went into the bathroom and did whatever he needed to do. 

Getting out he put a short on and when in the kitchen. Made himself a sandwich and even left one for Gine. He then proceeded to walk toward the lab. Arriving there he immediately when in the backroom. There was a giant fortified looking door. With a though the door split open. immediately he got tackled to the ground by a wolf-like creature, who proceeded to lick his face. 

After a few tries, he manages to calm down the wolf. he created some snacks and give it to him. After he gives him some instructions, he immediately ran off. watching it running away he laughing and went in and peek up a briefcase. He then proceeded to walk out of the lab, outside the camp. looking up in the sky with is advance vision he could see the moon and the sun, He had personally created them and another planet in the distance, that he also create from his power of creation. He created it last month, after having a certain mastery level over his power.

but right now he was more interested in the moon, to get out of this dimension there is only one way and it is on the moon. To get there, you can either teleport or fly there. This time Marcus didn't want to teleport there, he wanted to fly there and flying out of the gravitational pull of this planet, is easier said than done. 

"This will be my first try," Marcus says as he looks at the suitcase that he was holding. the suitcase suddenly started wiggling and move to is arm wrapping itself around him climbing his ar, enveloping his,  turning into a grey Iron Man armor with a green cap.

'wow, I even fill lighter, I don't even fill the gravity' Marcus then do some light stretch. he then checks the function of the armor adjusting it to his need "So guest time to go" Marcus then proceeded to crouch and then jump flying only using his lightning power. Soon arriving at a certain height and he could go up anymore, so he activated his propulsor, at full power. With this boost, he continues to fly up without any problem getting in space. Deactivating his propulsor in the middle fly. He looks down at the planet, During this year he could see that it had changed, it had become even more beautiful. 

turning around he activates them, flying to the moon. There he landed on his base without hesitation, he then walks in.

Gotham city in the docks

A 12 years old kid walks out of an abandoned looking warehouse, he was dressed in casual clothing. He then waits for a while until a black car stops in front of him. He got in and they drove away. In the car Marcus look toward his left were Lucy was drive 

"so how are was everything during those past days"

Lucy smile at Marcus "pretty well I had fallow your order. but sadly I had some problems along the way"

"and you could break your way through"

"I did what I could but I needed your approval for the rest."

"Can you give more information"

"ok... I just send you a file"

"Yeah, I received it, give me a few seconds" Marcus close his eyes skimming through the file. after a few seconds, he opens his eyes and started laughing they are looking for trouble.  In the horizon he could the sun setting " damn, in the dimension, I just woke up and now it's almost night"

"since I got nothing to do tonight and that I am wide awake he will take care of some stuff tonight."

Soon they arrived in front of an apartment. She parked the car and got out of the car.  then they proceed to walk in the apartment. He then when to his room and teleported a box out of his pocket space. Opening it up there was a grey mask that had no emotion. it had extinguished blue design over it. 

Taking it out of the box he places it on his face. This mask was special. he had created it from the strongest metal he could produce after years of testing. It was full of technology and more importantly, it was magic.

When he asked for Tony Stark knowledge, it wasn't limit from the Tony Stark of the main universe but all of them. So in an alternate universe if there's a Tony Stark that learns magic Marcus will also receive his experience.

So yeah Marcus also knows magic. The magic symbol he put in it was for security. It was to protect him from mind related power, Make it impossible for someone to see his face, upgrade all of his senses and most importantly to limit his power.

Looking at himself, Marcu saw that he was still in his casual clothes change and create a blank costume around him "good" Get out of the room he went in the cuisine and got himself some snack. Walking out of the house she could see that Lucy had already started the car Getting in he saw she was still dress in professional clothes Do you want to change before living.

"Oh, Sorry" suddenly Lucy clothes slowly transform into that dark and tight costume around her.


"Great, lets go"

Soon they arrived at their destination. After parking the car in an alleyway They climb to the top of the building with Lucy following behind him. Arriving on top of the building he looks toward the dilapidated building that was across the street. activating his power he analyzed the building 

"So here is the plan, I will go in there and take care of everything and you would take care of the escaping leaders. Also on the signal explode that door"

"Ok" 

Having confirmed the plan with Lucy. He decided to take action. Creating two desert eagles, he jumps off the roof. Using his power he slows down his fall helping him land quietly. He ran toward the door at full speed. the front door was guarded by two people, when they finally saw Marcus running toward them they didn't even have time to react, they each received a bullet in there head. 

Getting next to the door he gives Lucy the signal. In a few seconds Lucy fire a blast that blows up the door creating a smokescreen. Moving in the room he activated his thermal vision. In there he could see more than 20 people and ten of them were looking toward him with their Gun pointed at him ready to fire.

So went he entire the room, he fires at them he ran toward one of the pillars while firing at them and every bullet hit their target. By the time the smoke clear he was already behind one of the pillars.

"what was that"

"damn, was that batman?" 

"fuck, look behind you, they death"' 

"and he obviously uses guns"

"Fuck, who the hell  are you"

"aha, I am sure as hell, he is not Batman" 

' Shit, I never thought about that, but right in don't have a name let think of o..." Marcus didn't finish his sentence, he moves out of his hiding place and moves to the next pillar. While he was doing so, the pillar he was previously hiding behind was destroyed by a rocket.

" call me... Grey" Marcus moves out of the pillar this time with two swords in each hand cutting every bullet coming his way and jump in the middle of them starting a massacre.

Dinner was over and done with, Fury and Natasha left the house, but it seemed Tony decided to stay. Tony Stark was the son of the man who founded SHIELD after the fall of the Strategic Scientific Reserve. His father's name was Howard Stark, CEO of the corporation now known as the Stark International Corporation.  

Gwen and Jack were sitting in the living room, on the main couch, their shoulders and the sides of their heads resting against one another. Their sights were focused on the television set in front of them. Anyone who looked in on them, could see their thoughts burning out their ears and their eyes.

The world around them was going to change very soon. They were going to be paid to be heroes, but they were essentially working for the government. Were they really ready to commit to them like this?

They had already accepted the invitation, the government already knew what they could do and who they were. Now that they were thinking, if they hadn't accepted this request, what would have happened to them? 

Jack's eye twitched slightly, before his eyes rested on Tony who was walking over and flopping down on the couch face first. "Mid-terms got your knickers in a bunch too?" He asked sarcastically as he yawned slightly.

"Suddenly able to talk now that everyone's gone?" Tony retorted as he rolled over and sat up on the couch, looking over the couple. 

"Seems like it," Gwen dryly replied for him as Jack just went onto glaring at Tony for his response.

"Oof... The last thing I need is a recluse spider staring at him," Tony mockingly shuttered as he hugged himself before snickering. He then looked towards the front door, and made a slight face. "Please don't spit venom in my face." He pleaded as he watched Jack suddenly straighten himself up against the cushion. Letting Gwen's head rest against Jack's shoulder.

 Jack just looked at the man with a not so amused expression on his face before wrapping an arm around Gwen's shoulder. "When are you planning..." His eyes noticed something moving above them and glanced up seeing Peni in her suit, hanging directly above Stark.

"Huh..." Gwen looked up at what he was looking at and snorted quietly before looking over at Tony who was now spacing out into the television. "Potato beware," she clucked tongue on the top of her mouth.

Tony raised a brow and looked over toward the two, then glanced up a moment before Peni dropped down onto his lap. Her feet landing haphazardly, causing her to lose balance and clumsily fall to the ground beside the coffee table.  

Peni laid there for a few seconds before sitting up, clambering to her feet and regaining her balance. The suit withdrew into her skin, revealing her school girl outfit once again. Letting out a huff of annoyance, she turned her head to Tony who was rubbing his legs.

"The hell Peni!?" Tony cursed as he pulled his legs up onto the couch, looking over the girl for a few moments, only for Gwen to place a hand on his shoulder. 

"You deserved it." Gwen said with a tone which was mockingly sympathetic, a grin formed over her lips as she said this. "So when are you going home?" She asked as she finished what Jack was going to ask him. It was clear they were wanting to kick Tony out before her parent returned.

Tony, sensing that he was practically being told to leave without them actually saying it, chuckled. "Ah, so that's how it is." He looked over at Peni who was dusting off her skirt, then to Jack who was  just absently gazing over in his general direction.

"Seems like I'll be leaving," Tony said as he shot up onto his legs, wincing slightly, before brushing the shoe marks on his pants. Making his way towards the front door, he stopped and glanced over at the trio. "I look forward to working with all of you." He made the little finger guns at them before walking towards the subbasement. It was rather apparent he had originally forgotten where he had parked his ironman suit. 

After a few seconds, they heard him leave and all let out sighs of relief. They didn't really want him around in the first place. He was a complete goof, rude and liked to make all their conversations about him.

Peni walked off to the upstairs. 

Gwen and Jack didn't seem at all distressed by this as they could hear exactly she was going. They heard the sound of the bathroom door close, the toilet seat raise as it clapped against the tank.

"So..." Jack looked over at Gwen as she nuzzled the side of her head into his shoulder as she attempted to make herself comfortable on the couch. It appeared as if she was trying to fall asleep.

"You should be awake, when you dad gets home. At least, as long as Peni is here." He said with a light chuckle before pausing. He was able to recall that Morales walked out the front door and Prowler had walked in. 

What was going on here? He slowly stood up and looked down at Gwen who let the right half of her face plant into the couch. Her one eye looked up at him, her mouth partially open as if disappointed that he got up.

"Morales left without his outfit," Jack finally noted aloud before walking up the steps with an absently determined expression. As he got to the top of the steps, he glanced behind him to see Gwen walking up the steps behind him. He hadn't even heard her get up from the couch. 

Gwen lunged up every three steps, catching up to him within seconds. "He left without his suit...?"  She asked as she stood beside him before looking towards her bedroom, raising a brow. "Think he left it behind on purpose?" 

"I wouldn't put it past him, though barely knew him." Jack poked his tongue out slightly to moisten his lower lip before walking towards the room with Gwen in tow. 

As the duo entered the room, his eyes narrowed on the suit which was sticking out from beneath the dresser. He walked over, bent down and pulled it out before unrolling it onto the bed. From what he could tell by just looking at it, the suit appeared to be a few inches too small for both him and an inch bigger than Gwen. 

"Guess you got yourself your spidey suit," Jack stated as he looked over at Gwen with a grin across his lips. "All it needs is a hood and some webs under the arms."

"Webs under the arms?" Gwen understood the hood, recalling the image she saw of an alternate version of herself. 

Jack raised a brow when she asked why webs under the arms. He had an idea, but now that she asked, he felt as if he was forcing it on her. "Like a flight suit. You could climb to the top of a building and glide overhead, like a spooder on the wind."

"Did you just spooder?" Gwen asked as she completely dismissed the rest of what he had said. Personally she thought the idea was cool, but how practical would it be?

Jack stood there for a few moments, looking up the ceiling for a few moments before shrugging. "Probably," he disowned what he had said before with an ambiguous response before picking up the spider suit and holding it up to Gwen. 

Gwen just gave him a blank look before looking down at herself as he pressed it against her. Personally she thought it looked cut for a man, but that was truth, it really was. Though even if it was cut for a man, it was often found that men's clothes felt better on a woman. 

"Wanna try it on?" Jack asked before he heard the front door open and close. He instinctively dropped the suit and kicked it under the bed.

"I'M HOME!" George called out as he hung his police jacket up on a hook before looking around the living room. The place looked rather lived in, and it smelled as if someone had been cooking. "Seems like I don't have to cook tonight," he chuckled as he made his way to the kitchen and looked over at the sink, noting the plates in the drying rack. "There was more than just two people... Did they have gathering?" As he walked out of the kitchen, he heard the toilet flush upstairs.

Raising a brow as no one had responded to him calling out he was home, he walked over towards the stairs and noticed handprints on the ceiling. The ceiling was pretty high, it was at least fifteen to twenty feet high. "What in the world...?"

As he walked up the steps, he listened to the running of the water from the sink in the bathroom. Assuming it was Gwen, he stood there in the center of the hallway, only to blink a few times when he saw as small Japanese-American girl come walking out of the room and pause at the sight of him.

"Um... Hello?" George said as he gave a slight wave, then looked towards the open door of Gwen's room. "What's your name?"

Peni smiled slightly when he asked for her name, "My name is Peni Parker! You must be George, it's a pleasure to meet you."

George blinked a few times when she appeared to know his name, but the last name rang a bell. "Oh... You must be Ben and May's granddaughter. It's a pleasure to finally meet you," he chuckled slightly as he scratched his chin. "So what brought you to our humble abode?"

Peni blinked at the question and shrugged, "My Godfather, and his friends, stopped by to talk with Jack and Gwen about an internship. As far as I know, they accepted," she'd stretch slightly.

George took note of her height, her tone of speech and the fact that she looked younger than his daughter. She had to be either at the last year of Junior High, or a freshman in High School. "So how do you know Jack and Gwen?"

"Seen them at Midtown High," Pen yawned at the questions before looking towards the bedroom door as Gwen and Jack came casually walking out. 

Jack looked at George and cocked his head to the side. "Welcome Home, George," he said with a small smile across his lips. George didn't want the boy to call him Mister Stacy, so he just called him by his first name as an alternative.

Gwen on the other hand just gave him a slight wave, "Hey dad."

George crossed his arms slightly, "I'm sure you two heard me come in?" He asked rhetorically, he could only seem they had begun getting much closer than before, considering it appeared as if they were hanging in her room. 

Jack shrugged, "We were in the middle of looking over some things... On... Our phones." Jack smiled slightly, though it was clearly not truthful, Gwen's phone had been crushed and he had none.

"Uh...huh..." George could see through it, but he understood teenagers as they were now and only shook his head. "I'd appreciate it if you two at least welcomed be home after a long day," he smirked and shook his head then looked to Peni. "Did your Godfather leave you here?"

Peni shrugged slightly, "I mean I could go home if I wanted, but it doesn't really matter... If he wants me to come home, I'll come in like batman."

George stood there for a few moments with a brow raised slightly, "Like Batman?"

"Like Batman," Peni said with a straight up smile across her petite little lips. 

"Through a window," Jack interjected with a chuckle and shake of his head.

In a reality without Peter Parker, seventeen year old Gwen Stacy attends to Midtown High, a school located in the Queens of New York, with her new neighbor Jack Baker who moved in last summer. 

Jack was born at the end of August in the year 2002. He had a knack for drawing, painting and even photography. However what he was even better at doing was using guns, knives and various other items of the same nature. Despite these hobbies and capabilities, he is socially awkward and often left out. He has a cool and aloof exterior and doesn't let many people in. He doesn't appear to be capable of expressing grand excitement or extreme enthusiasm. 

While he is bullied by Eugene "Flash" Thompson, most of his friends are females. They tend to flock to him, simply to talk because they know he'll listen and if asked, he will give advice. Fans of Harry Potter often call him the Chamber of Secrets and sometimes a mood ring as he can tell how others are feeling.

After Gwen Stacy is bitten by a Radioactive Spider... He begins to notice her sudden change in behavior, and things get a bit weird when her hands get awkwardly stuck to his face.

There he stood, nearly as tall as him but he didn't wear blue and red, only a black suit that anyone could see that it was designed with the intention to send fear into the hearts of the onlookers or at least, it tells a bit about the wearer's mind, he was batman, a super hero with no powers but skilled in martial arts and got lots of gadgets although fans agree that his super powers were his untrusting personality, cunning mind and money…
"Batman!" superman said surprised
"Hm" batman didn't say a word and only squinted his eyes, one could tell he might be suspecting something.
A lot if not most or all fans agree that batman was untrusting and wary of others, add that to his sharp mind he was nicknamed detective by many…
It was something that could be seen as irrelevant, some people's reaction would be something like "You look like you saw a ghost or something" and then they would brush it off but not someone like batman. The current superman being a fan of DC could tell that he might have done something that might spell a bit of trouble, although he couldn't see his expression but he could tell that when he said batman he sounded surprised and almost shocked therefore his expression might have been that of shock or surprise as well, if he were with someone else that might have been normal but if it is batman then that might catch his attention and not in a good way at that, for fans, reading or watching batman is something of great importance in a sense, but actually living in the same world as him and being suspected by him isn't a good thing, not at all, the current superman suddenly felt like he might have just stepped on a landmine.
"Batman what is going on here?" superman asked trying to look more normal or at least he tried to sound like what superman does.
Batman however didn't say a word and kept silent for sometime looking at a superman.
"Batman? Is something wrong?" superman asked trying to sound like superman or at least how what the superman in those comics, cartoons and movie that he saw.
"You are late" batman said 
"I kind of overslept" superman said trying to sound apologetic
"Overslept?" batman said somewhat sounding more serious than usual "Boom tubes appearing around the world, parademons been kidnapping people since yesterday, justice league members been fighting nonstop and you have been ignoring all calls since then as well, Lex Luthor is obviously involved in this, and we got no answer as to is going on! And you know why? It is because the man supposed to have the answers to this is clearly acting like he knows nothing!" batman glared at superman
"Who? You mean me? But I know nothing" superman said calmly trying to sound innocent, after all the current him didn't even know that a world like a DC world is real, or in fact, it might actually be a DC world.
Batman frowned, he clearly didn't like that answer, his hand under his cape moved to his belt pulling a green shining crystal-like object and he quickly moved that object towards superman's face.
"I want answers, speak! What do you know? Who are you?" batman asked
"ARRRGH" the current superman being so close to that green object felt grave pain all over his body, he felt heavy, and weak, he could barely muster any strength and only scream in pain, the current superman finally felt what being near Kryptonite feels like to superman.
Superman continued to feel pain as he fell down.
"Tell me! Who are you?" batman again asked
"You crazy lunatic, stop it, it is me" superman tried to talk his way out of the matter, after all what was he supposed to say? That he is not superman and that he is somebody else possessing his body? Well, something like that would be believable in a world like that of DC, but the current superman didn't think that saying the truth would be the best thing to do, especially not to someone like batman, after all, despite how he conduct himself with strong beliefs, morals and own rules, but it is a gamble to try an think how batman might act, and he wasn't sure of what kind of world he was brought to, it might be one like of those where batman became or will become evil for all he knows.  
"Tell me who you are? What do you know? Answer me!" batman didn't give up
Superman felt annoyed, wasn't it enough that his life was in danger, noises keep bothering him and now the pain from the Kryptonite and batman's ruthless interrogation.
"This is enough!" superman said as he gathered all the power still left in his left arm and suddenly waved his arm, batman was always vigilant so he jumped back in an attempt to dodge after all his opponent was the man of steel or someone who looks like him for all he knew, unfortunately, the wind generated by that arm swing was too much that it sent batman flying in the air but he didn't let go of the small piece of Kryptonite he was holding, superman staggered to stand up a bit, but he was careful as he knew batman might attack even like that, so he looked around and moved to where the battle is, perhaps he can make batman and anyone else suspecting him, believe him and in the meantime perhaps look for a chance to escape.
Superman didn't think of running away immediately because he knew that he would raise more suspiciousness like that, not to mention aside from batman who was watching the world with satellites, there was also the rest of the justice league and they could easily find him if he tries to run away in that weakened state and not able to fly made thinks even harder.
Superman shot a quick glance at batman that was a distance away from him, he was worried what he might throw at him, after all, he was always carrying a piece of Kryptonite with him, who knows what else he could be hiding in that utility belt of his? superman was wary, however, seeing that batman seemed to be looking at him just observing, he decided to carry on with his plan for the time being but that didn't mean he dropped his guard.
Seeing that batman was just observing him, superman tried to defend himself again or at least attempt to convince batman that he is the actual superman
"Batman! I don't know what happened, but I understand your worry, however, now that I'm here, there is nothing to worry about" saying so sounding confident, superman hurried to where the battle with the parademons are, the bat glare put lots of pressure on him…

A young man while online browsing for a movie to watch, read somewhat upsetting comments, unable to leave without saying anything he commented his thoughts unaware of the consequences of such act...
“So? You like superman eh? Let us play a game, shall we?” 
Alas, because of a blunder, a normal young man of modern age finds himself in the world of DC comic as none other but Superman

POV: Ezekiel
  Jumping out of the abandoned building, I landed in a dark and completely empty alley. Deciding to explore the city some more, I turned my heel towards the streets and began my exploration.

Despite my expectations of the city it seemed....interesting.
Even though it was pitch black outside, the locals seemed to be livelier than ever. 

Although not very populated, there was a large number of people roaming the streets. In the dark city of Gotham, it seemed like the people never truly slept.

On the streets a multitude of people were walking. 
There a variety of different stereotypes all around, such as the typical thugs, a few goths, some weirdos dressed in bright neon, and even some kids seem to be running around

Speaking of goths, this reminds me I could still feel the presence of that Batboy flying above the clouds, but it seems he isn't alone this time.

'Looks like he called in his super friends' I though with a sigh

Walking out of the alley I expanded my senses to the surrounding few miles. Searching through the air and ground, I found three of the pajamas heroes flying through the air and one of them running at a high speed. While Batboy seemed to be in his ship with another hero.

Knowing they were looking for me, I decided to play with them a little. 

Concentrating on the Batboy in his ship, I project a force spirit of myself just for the hell of it. 
With the spirit set up, I began to further explore the city and its people. 

Finding myself interested with the people, I followed the largest crowd.
 
POV: Batman
"Such a lovely night, isn't it Bruce? Perfect night to admire the stars" Diana spoke as she leaned her head onto the back of my seat.

" It'll be better once we catch this guy" I grumbled as I continued to check the scanners for any trace of the unknown assailant.

Sitting back with a sigh, Diana continued to look out the glass at the midnight sky. The full moon together with a cloudless night made the stars shine especially bright.

As they continue to fly in silence, Diana grew bored and tried to strike up another conversation.

"Say Bruce I know this great Restaur—-"

Whoosh

With a sudden jerk the Batwing was turned to the side as a figure appeared in front of them. 

In the night sky, a dark shadow stood out as the lights shined from the jet.

Floating silently in the sky was the same masked figure Batman had encountered before.

 "That's him" I growled to Wonder Women as the jet regained stability.

Acting quick before the man had time to escape or disappear again, Diana open the cockpit and jumped out. She quickly flew in front of the robed figure and stopped a few meters before him. 

" Hello, I am Diana of Themyscira and I mean you no harm. We simply wish to talk" Wonder Woman spoke aloud to the figure with her hands raised.

Seeing that the figure made no move to respond, Diana continued.

" We are with The Justice League and we simply wish to—"
We a jolt the robed figure sudden dashed towards Wonder Woman.

Startled, Diana instinctively reached for her lasso to subdue the man. But just before she could even act, the man shoot past. Seeing that the man was heading towards the jet, Wonder Women quickly followed to stop him if he intended to harm Batman.

Already prepared the moment he saw the man, Batman took evasive maneuvers. Quickly heading downwards, the jet began a noise dive at a steep angle. 

Checking the reflective glass, Batman could still see the man chasing after him with Wonder Woman close behind.

With no options left as the man was almost on top of the jet, Batman activated the weapons system's and locked onto the figure. 

Quickly a high powered stun cannon revealed itself from the back of the jet.

Behind the man, Wonder Woman knew she wouldn't be able to reach the jet in time it would take the figure to attack. He was just simply too fast to reach in time. She could only hope Batman had a plan.

With the man almost seconds away from reaching the jet, Batman launched the cannon.

Booomm!

The cannon shot our a blue beam and traveled straight towards the figure. With almost no room to dodge, Batman knew he had him.

Then the unthinkable happened, the man had completely dodge the beam.

Almost instantaneously, he had shifted his body parallel to the beam with practically only centimeters separating the two apart.

Shocked, Diana could barely react in time to bring up her bracelets to deflect the cannon. The blue beam seemed to be stronger than Diana anticipated and she was shot out of the sky.

"WONDER WOMAN!" Yelled Batman as he watched his teammate begin to rapidly fall to earth.

Seeing that Diana wasn't unconscious only disoriented, Batman knew he needed to either catch her or slow her descent before she hits the ground.

Completely forgetting about the unknown figure, Batman quickly raced after Wonder Woman.

Racing through the air at high speeds, Batman tried to catch Wonder Woman but the ground was already rapidly approaching and the jet wasn't capable of catching her....With the ground quickly approaching, Batman went to the comms and yelled in desperation

" HELP. NOW"

With only hope that either Flash or Superman made it in time, Batman in finally act of despair jumped out the jet and fell towards her. 
Cutting through the air, Batman quickly slammed into Wonder Woman and tried to slow their descent. With the ground seconds away and Wonder Woman still disoriented, Batman wrapped his arms around Wonder Woman while closing his eyes for the inevitable impact .

But the impact never came.

Gasping in surprise that they weren't crushed into the pavement, Batman opening his eyes to see that that he and Wonder Woman were suspended in midair, a few feet of space separating them and ground.

Looking around to see how they were suspended, Batman saw that the figure, Ezekiel floating behind them with his hand outstretched.

Shocked, Batman barely noticed being gently lowered to the ground while still holding onto Wonder Woman.

"Ughh... What hit me?" Diana groaned as she brought her hand towards her head.

Momentarily distracted Batman glanced down at Wonder Woman in his arms and sighed in relief that she was okay.

After making sure Wonder Woman was okay, Batman turned to glare at the man but found he was already gone.
 
'Huh... so that's what that feels like' Batman thought mentally as the figure completely vanished from his sights.

Standing up slowly Batman helped Wonder Woman back to her feet.

"By Hera that stung. Where did the man go?" Asked Wonder Woman as she regained her footing. 

Before he could respond, a swoosh of air and feet coming to a halt drew their attention.

"Are you guys alright?!" Flash exclaimed as he appeared in a blur of red.

"We are fine Friend Flash. But the man, Ezekiel has escaped." Wonder Woman explained while finally get back to her feet.

 "We had him, he was right in front of us. He's mocking us now!" Batman growled as he turned his back to remotely land the Batwing to ground.

Diana only rolled her eyes at Batman's grumpiness and turned towards the sky, she saw the rest of the League descending towards them.

"Are you guys Ok? We heard the distress call" Hawk Women asked as she landed with a flap of her large wings.

" We are fine, but the man has escaped us" replied Wonder Women.
 
Quickly looking around and scanning the area, Superman extended all of his senses and X-ray vision.

With a sigh he turned back,"He isn't here anymore, I can't find him" he spoke aloud to his teammates.

"If he's gone now we're not gonna find him if he doesn't want to be found. This guy's probably highly trained, but he's gonna lay low if were all looking for him"Green Lantern added while crossing his arms.

Nodding in agreement, everyone made an unanimous decision, except Batman, to call off the search for now.

"Well this been fun guys, but I got 6 pepperoni pizza's calling my name. Check you later!" Flash quipped as he sped away in a 'flash'.

" Lois is probably wonder where I am."Superman spoke as he was already flying towards the clouds.

Hawk Women and Green Lantern merely nodded their heads while pressing on their comms for J'onn to teleport them to the Watch Tower.

Once everyone dispersed only Wonder Woman and Batman were left alone together.

" Well.. since were free, why don't we get something to..."

" I'm not done investigating this guy Diana. I'll find him." Batman spoke as he turned dramatically with his dark cape billowing behind.

With a leap Batman jumped into his jet while only casting Diana a single quick glance.

' I'll get this guy Diana. I make sure you never get hurt again .' Thought Batman with a  fierce determination as he flew away.

Diana turned her head towards the Batwing and watched as it rapidly moved away.

Look down at her feet, Diana finally exclaimed a single word in frustration.

"IDIOT!"

POV. Ezekiel
Following the crowd, I soon found myself at what seems to be a band playing at a rave of sorts.

Slipping through the crowds, I found myself going closer to the band that was playing on the stage at the moment.

The music was loud and the whole floor was vibrating, but overall the song had nice lyrics.

' Clair would have liked this' I thought while trying to drift away with the song. 

For awhile it seemed peaceful, even with the tens of people around me and the incredibly loud music.

Just as I was about to walk away, I felt someone fall into my back and grab me for support.

Surprised I looked down to see a beautiful girl with maroon hair and wide sea green eyes stare back at me in shock.

"Oops"

The bat-mobile was nearing Wayne Manor from an area covered in trees so Alejandro could not see the Manor. He attempted to read batman's mind but all he got was static and batman responded

Batman: I had training from john johnzz so I can circumvent your attempt to read my mind. Try it again and I will gas you to sleep. 

Batman does not like anyone going into his head but his response alone baffled Alejandro. He did not dare to try to read batman mind again but looked ahead and saw that he was going to go into a waterfall and freaked out for a short amount of time. Screams were coming from the bat-mobile until the car jumped into the waterfall and a tunnel within filled with lights and tech and a huge cave. Although Alejandro has gamer mind which helps keep him calm under duress it didn't kick in that second until he went through the waterfall there seemed to be a gap in time where it kicks in too late. The bat car approached the middle of the bat cave and parked the car and the bat-mobile opened and batman came out and Alejandro was frozen in place for a second. 

Batman walked up to a gigantic computer and turned it on showing a name and a picture Jason Blood, Zatanna, John Constantine, and DR. Fate as well as many other mystical members of the justice league with powers and abilities listed. Batman looked at Alejandro as he attempted to get out of bat-car awkwardly.  

Batman: "I know you have psychic powers however I checked your background and everything about you is normal and your DNA checks out as human. I could feel you attempting to read my mind before we got here. The reason I got you is that there is a prophecy from both of our young and older League members whose powers are magical calming that a powerful being will come into existence which might be the doom or salvation of us all. So I investigated and studies births and past and current events and did not find anything until a few days ago." 

Batman clicked the computer and it showed Jaime turning into blue beetle the first time and the fights he got into. Then showing that after Jaime having better control of himself after the next day. Batman then proceeds to show  M'gann M'orzz picture and powers and abilities listed. 

Batman: "Recently M'gann bioship communicated to M'gann that another bio-ship was close by but was cloaked but she couldn't sense anyone. I investigated the surrounding area with my satellite and saw an almost undetectable ripple so I studied M'gann ship and found out that the only way something like that occurs is if the ship is in camouflaged mode. Your mistake was that you flew over happy harbor when you left El Paso. I do not know how you were in two places at once so I have spoken to J'onn J'onzz and he spoke to mars the real martian officer was late by a week."

Batman Investigation skills were no joke he even manages to figure out that Alejandro was somehow even though the Martians did not know his true identity. Batman began asking me if Alejandro wanted to work and train under him so he can keep a close eye on him through the young justice group and make sure that he did not became the destruction of the world. Batman said it was mandatory. 

Alejandro: "So you want me to go to some fancy school and work under your "apprenticeship" as a cover and join a group called Young Justice who will babysit me or test my character? Okay, then let's be honest I...."

Alejandro explained his powers were psychic and he felt the call to go to mars to help and then he explained almost everything to batman except for the system and Alejandro expect batman to be just as honest. Batman did not like exposing his identity to Alejandro but since Alejandro put it down as a condition to work with the league and young justice. Batman knew it was a risk he had to take. After their agreement Batman inputted a code name and authorization for Alejandro into the system then he escorted Alejandro to a zeta beam. On the opposite end of the zeta beam in Happy Harbor a mechanical voice verifying the designation of two people coming through.

02-Batman
B-34 Psi

A group of youths standing at the end of the zeta beam awaiting batman arrival and the team consists of BeastBoy, Kid Flash, Robin, Miss Martin, Zatanna, Raven, Aqualad, and Superboy. Batman and Alejandro (code name: Psi) entered into the hollowed-out mountain and addressed the team. Alejandro feeling shy put his hoodie over his face because he did not want to show his expression of excitement meeting all of his heroes in one day. He was afraid he would get so excited and faint if he met the rest of the Justice League. 

Miss Martin: "Welcome to our team I would like to extend thanks for helping my people on my home planet."

Superboy: "angry stare..."

Kid Flash: "Hey nice to meet you"

BeastBoy: "Thank you for saving my sister's home-planet my name is Garfield"

Raven: "waves but has an intense stare as if she trying to figure him out"

Robin: "welcome to the team."

Aqualad: "Guys we are overwhelming him lets give him some space so he can get comfortable"

Zatanna: " It is him! I can feel his power with my magic."

Everyone looks at Zatanna knowing she was referring to the prophecy but the whole time Alejandro was dealing with another problem entirely. 

[Host has learned and mastered Hydrokinesis, Electrokinesis, Underwater breathing, Accelerated Metabolism/Superhuman Speed/Reflexes/Stamina/Molecular acceleration/agility/ Animal Morphing now merging with current shape-shifting powers/ Magic (cannot be used due to flaw in magic host must create a better power if not then with each and every magical used a price must be paid), Empathy/Emphatic Absorption/Emphatic inducement/Emphatic healing, Astral projection, Solar Energy Absorption/ Super Senses, Super strength, Infrared vision, Telescopic vision, Microscopic vision.] 

Alejandro was shocked but didn't understand why he did not obtain the physiology of a Kryptonian, homo-magi, or martian he just learned their powers and reconditioned it to work for him in his enhanced human body which he was fine with. His only problem was magic and it price factor so he knew he couldn't use magic he was planning to create better physiology and stack it with his enhanced human physiology according to the system instruction. He had no idea how he was going to do it but he was determined to find out. Although everyone was realizing that Raven and Zatanna were flocking to him as if they were drawn to him but wary of his energy. He also had to ponder on the fact that the team is different than the show, and comics so not everything is in line 100% according to his comic or television knowledge so he had to keep learning. 

Robin and Superboy escorted Alejandro to his room so he could get some breathing room. They informed him that he was going to have to get up tomorrow since he starts his new day in school and then later he will come back and begin training.

A hard-working family man in his 30s stuck in an endless repetition of living in a mundane world. The only joy that made him happy is his wife, kids, and DC comics. Unfortunately, He was murdered because someone who was wearing a MAGA hat saw him and his family speaking in sign language and mistaken their method of communication for gang signs. 

Because of that, he called his friends as he tailed the deaf family before they could even get home and confronted them with his buddies screaming "stupid wetbacks how dare you! you guys come here to my country America and steal our jobs! MS13 does not belong here!" BANG BANG BANG BANG! 

The Man dying and his the rest of his family dead, while attempting to defend them and fight back their only crime, was being deaf and mixed with Mexican, Puerto Rican, and El Salvadorian.  In his dying breath as he held his family one last time thinking GOD I wish I had superpowers so nobody family could go through what we went through.  GASP fade to black.  

A mysterious being spoke "I heard your prayers yet I cannot send you back to your world I will reincarnate you to DC Universe" A voice thundered from the being and a flash of light surrounded the man's soul before it faded to nothingness.

Hearing that Sofia planned to kill Harvey, Bruce suddenly stood up and Catwoman with an insane speed grabbing her neck.
"How did you learn that ?" he asked with a dark tone. "And why does she want to kill him? The Joker killed The Roman, not Harvey"

That sudden behaviour catch off everyone guard. It wasn't in Bruce habits to lose control over himself. But this time, it was understandable because he blame himself for what happened to what happened in the interrogation Room. Because he was one of the first who thought that Harvey was indeed Holiday, now he blame himself for not having trust his friend. But it was already to late now to repair his mistakes.
But for Catwoman who was used to see a kind and always smiling Bruce when she wear the identity of Selina Kyle, surprise wasn't enough to describe how she was feeling right now. But Catwoman was Catwoman after all.
"Wow, Mister Bruce Wayne. I never knew you had that attrait in bullying women. It doesn't mean that I don't like that part of you though" she said with playful manners. Unfortunately Bruce wasn't going to play this time around. He gripped her neck with more force nearly suffocating her on the spot.
"No playing today, Catwoman. Answer.To.My. Questions!" seeing him that serious with that ruthless tone, Catwoman suddenly found a likeness with Batman in him. "No, it's just that he's too angry. He can't be him" she dispelled that thought quickly and managed to say with the few breath left in her "Release....me..first"

It was at this moment that Bruce noticed what he did and released her promptly and apology "Sorry, I losed control. It won't happen again" "Humpf, You better!" Catwoman massage her neck and snorted back as reply. But she didn't follow any further.

"So, two hours ago, I was watching Falcone's House for personal matters. While doing so, I caught a conversation between The Pingouin and Sofia. Sofia made a deal with him. He could take back the power of the underground, in exchange he had to kill Harvey Dent because According to her and her wierd understanding of the situation. If Harvey didn't want to caught her father that much, he would have never been killed, her sister would still be alive blablabla. You get the point" explained Catwoman like it was something trivial.
At this point, Bruce face was so dark that Catwoman who was facing get really scared. And immediately left after saying bye to everyone.
"Uncle Bruce, what we gonna do? Break in Sofia and Pingouin Mansion?" asked Mallory clearly eager to fight rather than staying here and keep concocting plans. But contrary to her expectations this wasn't part of Bruce plan "No. We're going to Arkham Asylum. We will protect Harvey and at the same time we will go toto confirm that there is just one Holiday. I have to finish that long Halloween without having to wait for Halloween to come and confirm that the second Holidays truly exist" said Bruce in a bad mood. 


Arkham Asylum

Until recently, Arkham Asylum was one of the oldest building in the city.The building was build by Amadeus Arkham who give the name of the asylum. Ironically he build that hospital to treat criminals with instability minds like the Joker or the Scarecrow, but he too finish inside as a patient. Most of the famous criminals Batman fought against the past four Years weren't incarcerated in Blackgate but instead in Arkham Asylum because of their insanity. They were legend saying that once inside this asylum, even if at first you weren't crazy, after a certain time inside you will definitely be. And the Amadeus and his family were a proof of that legend. That, Made the place more creepy and scary than it was already. Even with when they rebuild the building one years ago.

In the level -2 were the more crazy people were incarcerated down the Hall was situated four cells. In front of one of them, was a nurse Caught in a discussion with his patient.
"Well mister Joker, we will see each other tomorrow I guess" said the nurse with a smile.
"So soon? But the night just begun to show himself, miss Quinzel why  not be a little crazy just this night and spend it with me?" asked Joker Laughing. By what a Blushing Harleen Quinzel replied chuckling "Oh mister Joker you really know oh say funny joke. You that I can do that. Beside, I'm hear so nothing will go crazy and you know that"  she was then prepared to leave, but as she did, heard the Joker said "One day, Harleen. You, me in the Diving in the madness. I know it, and it will be fun Ha Ha Ha ha!" Taking that as a proposition, Harleen blush even more and hast her step to the exit while still hearing the laugh of the Joker.


When no soul soul was spotted in the In the hallways two shadows suddenly appeared were Harleen Quinzel was previously standing like they came out of the shadow. The largest of them wore a black long cloak recalling the wings of a bat if spread, attached to a mask recovering most of his face. There were the symbol of a bat on his chest and except for his yellow belt filled with many pocket all his fine suit was in most part grey or black. The second one was much more smaller was in complete dark brown outfit. He wore a hood large enough to cast a shadow on his whole face making it more difficult to discern his face. And to unsure that no one could recognise him, he painted his face in black. Making his Glowing purple eyes more clear. In his back, there was two Blowpipe in an alloy of vibranium and Adamantium like his boots and his gauntlets. his pretty was ple to free for movements. 

That sudden apparition transformed the laughter of the Joker into chuckled.
"If it isn't a funny story! After my beloved leave, my nemesis came to me. He hehe.. HAHAHA HA HAHAHA!!!! And like he wanted to piss me off, he's with his what ? Your daughter? Your son? Did you have a child with That cat? Hahaha!!! A cat and bat can have baby? Haha...! No....this is not funny" finish to say Joker with a disgusting face. "Joker" replied plainly Batman as a greeting.

After that, Batman turn his head to another cell and walk to it, causing the Joker to be displeased. "What, that's all? Joker? That's it? Waiiiit Batman were do you think your going? Stay playing with me!!" seeing no reaction from Batman, Joker continue his act with tears coming out "You are heartless! Monster! Not playing or talking with your pal when seeing him?! And they call you a hero??.... Wait. That's funny hahahaha a hero being scold for not having manners by a Villain, hahaha HA HA HA HA!!!! Always so fun when your around Batty hahahahahaha!!! Hey batty say something! Nothing? Hahaha!! Batty? Already gone?" "Just not interested in you tonight Joker" 

Hearing that, the Joker start frowning until he noticed that the person who was with Batman didn't leave so he start to smile again thinking that he found his new target. But before he could say anything, the Hooded person spoke first "Don't waste your saliva Joker, I'm not playing with you. Though it would have been a different matter if you were out. It would have been a pleasure to put you in cells myself"

Hearing the voice, the Joker's smile get bigger and bigger. "You...You were there.....Riiiiight?? When I start to comprehend that being a crazy maniac person was rather a pleasant thing, you were there am I right? The little girl who keep doing mistake after mistake it WAS YOU RIGHT??! HEHEHE!! HE HA HA HA! HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! THAT'S TOO FUNNY DON'T YOU THINK??!"

Listening him, she couldn't help but asked with a displeased tone "What's so funny?"
Making his smile grow even bigger than earlier "But you darling!! YOU HAHAHA!!! Batman seeing that he can't handle the situation, didn't ask the help of someone like that new superhero hummm.... What his name again? Blur? Speed? Fast? Ah, yeah... Flash ! So yeah he didn't ask help from a super hero like the Flash who could probably put us all in jail in less than five minute but instead called you the clumsy one?! Don't you remember that thanks to you I became who I was today?"

Mallory knew that the Joker just wanted to anger her so she would do something stupid like opening his door kick his ass. Even if she was really eager to, but she restrain herself and replied with a mocking tone "A guy put In jail for his crime?"

That reply made the Joker surprise "What? How dare you? I'm not a guy put in jail darling, I'm a distinguish criminal judge with a mental disorder. That's better" "Oh yeah? In what part do you see that it's better? Clearly that worst" said Mallory with incredulity.

The smile of the Joker then start to look more sinister "He He He. Darling, Darling, Darling. You don't know? Apart from the kind service we received, that's because it much more easier to escape of course"

Not to far from the Joker room, inside another, were standing two men.
"Harvey, how are you?" greet Batman in his way. "Batman! I'm good. That asylum gave me all the time I had to think a little alone without distinctions around" said Harvey Dent with a faint smile on his perfect handsome face, but nonetheless surprise by the surprise incoming entrance from Batman because he continued asking "What are doing here by the way? Did you already catch the second Holiday? No that can't be, not so fast at least. We're not even at Halloween yet"
This time, it was the Batman turn to be surprised "You knew there was two Holiday?!" "Of course I knew. Why someone accused of being one wouldn't? Every single crazy villains in freedom in this city knows. So why the first crazy villain concern is that matter won't?" said Harvey full of his self. 

Causing Batman to said "Harvey I'm sorry, I should have..." "What Batman? It's not your fault that I was put there. It's their fault! They are guilty. I don't even know what you are apologising for. Let's come back to those two Holiday would you? The reason I knew that there was two people was pretty simple in fact. The second Holiday am de a mistake, he accused me to be Holiday"

For Harvey, that simple fact face obvious, but batman, when he heard that, he was just absolutely clueless of how that would pin point the fact that there was two Holiday. 'Yeah there's no sense in what he said. Alberto Falcone was the murderer of all those victims, he confess that himself when he was caught. But before he hide it very vell. He even went as far as to kill his brother and his aunt to protect his secret, so why it should be surprising for him to cover his track by accusing Harvey as the murderer?' thought Batman as he couldn't figure it out. Everything was perfectly logic for him.
"You don't think in a proper way Batman. Your thinking in a logical manner, not like serial killer" said Harvey interrupting his thoughts. "Let start little. Why do you think Alberto killed his aunt when she learn that it was him?" "Because he didn't want anybody to know his secret" Replied Batman instantly.
"Good. Next one is what time of people will do that?" "The carful type. The one who doesn't want to leave a single clue of how to find him" said Batman as he beginning to understand Harvey  Encouraged him to continue "That's why it would be weird to leave so much clue in one place, your place to accused you. He didn't even have the weapons and the coats in his own house! It was too obvious when putting like that that you weren't the serial killer because even during the murderers he was carful to never leave anything behind" when he concluded that, he also put another apologic face once again for moment.

"Let say that your half right, now why would someone like that would put his villains suff in the same roof of were his living with his wife? Because it just not the same person" finish Harvey. "But why would the second Holiday wants to do that? So we could catch the first one more easily? They are in a competing against each other?" asked Batman but Harvey Shook his head "You're wrong. Everyone was wrong. Those so-called clue were in fact a riddle"
Hearing that, Batman frown "A riddle? And what is it say?" "That, I don't Batty. You're the PE here not me" replied Harvey with a smile. Something caught the attention of Batman when listen to him, but before he could say anything, he suddenly heard the sound of a big explosion coming from upstairs. 'Crap I forgot the killers'
He then get out of the room to went upstairs and because he didn't have the time to lock it he cried to Harvey "Don't get out of your room Harvey, some people want to kill you!" But batman didn't the next sentence of Harvey "Don't worry Batty, nothing can stop the justice I am in cells. Because when they do, all it left is Anarchy!"

When Batman finally arrived upstairs what he saw, caused him to frown. One man in an space like outfit with a gun freeze in hands, another one with with a Flamethrower and mechanical Wings on his back and an other with a bare naked body and scars all over holind a knife were causing hell in the place. Some were frozen on the spot or if they escaped with a member dead frozen for life. Others were simply screaming burned waiting in their long agony to die or were already reduced to ashes. In a sense, the third one, was more gentle than them, because he just keep grabbing the first one he caught and cut his neck so he die with almost no pain.
But be it criminals or doctors, no one was spared.
Until Batman introduced himself in this butchery by throwing a Batarang to Mr.Freeze's Helmet. The projectile didn't reached his target because Mr.Freeze stopped it with his freezing gun, but serve his purpose as all the villains were now concentrate on the arrival of the newcomer.

Before even having the chance to 'greet' him properly, The Cape Crusader tossed smoke capsules on the floor. Making it impossible for them to pointing out his location. But it only distract them a few moments. 'Batman was right in front of them, so why bothering looking for his exact position?' was what Mr. Freeze and Firefly were thinking. They briefly took a glance at each other and fired with all their powers. The extreme heat and cold when they collud with each and other, create an explosion who spread through the hallway opposing them.
Following after a long silence in the whole hallway. Due to the explosion, a smoke more thick was create preventing the three men to see what was inside.
"Did you killed him?" asked Victor Zsasz with doubt and disbelief. But like he jinxed them or just to replied to his question, the sound of a grappling gun was suddenly heard and the next moment, the arm Firelfy was holding his flamethrower gun was tied up.
Reacting quickly, Mr. Freeze wanted to fire at source of the rope and start shooting without thinking, but before the freeze beam could reach his true target, it found itself in front of a Firefly who was being drag to the owner of the grappling gun.

Seeing the the freezing beam incoming, Firfly started to panick and shot back a giant burst of flame. Realising what happened, Zsasz shout "No! Don't!!" but it was already to late. They were to close and when the cold and heat touched the explosion resulting blast them all without them being able to do anything.
They were so closed, that when the smoke finally disappeared,  Batman found the three of them were already knockout with serious injuries. 

"Next time, choose a better teammate. You two are clearly not compatibles. And Zsasz... well he would certainly have be a better opponent alone. It wasn't really that hard.." but Batman didn't have the time to finish that another big sound was heard, but this time from downstairs. 'Oh no, Mallory!'
In less than a minute, he was already downstairs but the chaos was already there. Or more precisely have been. All the patients Escaped from their room, but no one of them succeed in escaping from the hallway. Because they were all laying in the ground like dead corpses. And Above the heap of those was sitting a Mallory breathless trying to rest.
When Batman saw that he could only asked as he walk to her "You... What happened there?!"
Mallory raised her head when she heard the voice of Batman, but immediately lowered it after when she understood the question "Sorry Batman, I couldn't detained them all. Some escaped. I was caught off guard" said Mallory with an remorseful face. Misunderstanding the meaning of her saying, Batman started to get angry. 

"What did you this time?" "Me? Nothing I swear! It was them! The people Joker was colluding with before he was brought there. They invade the place by breaking the wall down the Hall near Joker room. To preventing me to prevent them to do it, they start to open all the rooms of the floor to keep me busy. Some of the inmates escaped along the way, but at least I managed to get Mad Hatter" Highlighting her remarks, she pointed a little man in green with a big hat sleeping soundlessly against a wall.
"Joker escaped?" asked Batman as a confirmation and Mallory nodded. But the next instant, Batman rushed at a room...Who was empty. He then get out and start asking "Where is Harv..." but he didn't have to finish that Mallory shooked her head and said "Gone. Along with the Joker"

Because he got lucky, Diggle Troswer was reincarnated in the DC world and in no more than the famous and infamous city: Gotham. The most corrupt city in the USA. 

"While I was a complete idiot before and a big jerk, this time I will make it right!"

Since that moment award, Diggle Troswer started his path to become one the best super Hero of DC universe as he will encounter Superman, Batman, Flash, Red Tornado and other super hero who'll become his mentor and ally in the path of Justice.

"Do you think he was telling the truth about figuring out our identities?" Batgirl asked Batman with 10 minutes left until the deal between Two-Face and Penguin will go down.

"Let's worry about that later, we have to concentrate on stopping this meeting right now." Batman said that but at the back of his mind Raxdos's words worried him.

An unpredictable variable appeared that knows his identity, and can always use that fact against him.

"Right... lets do that. But are you sure we don't need any backup?" 

"Cassandra, Dick and Tim are busy with another mission leaving us the only ones available. I agree that we would need more people, but we don't have any manpower available." Bruce said while checking the intercom on his wrist.

"Then... why not ask for assistance from the Justice League? I mean-" Bruce gave Barbara a look that made her shut up before she could continue.

"Oh right, Gotham is your city, I forgot." She said sarcastically and rolled her eyes.

"Quiet! I see Two-face going inside." Batman whispered and they proceeded by entering the casino through the air vents. 

After five minutes of crawling through the vents they arrived above the room where Two-Face was talking to Penguin, from what they are hearing the deal isn't going so great.

"The guns are worth 150,000 at their maximum price, don't try bullshitting me little man." Two-Face spoke with his notorious croaked voice.

"The fuck did you just call me? At least my face doesn't look like half a ballsack!" Retaliated Penguin.

*Slam*

"Say that again, I dare you!" Two Face got out a revolver and aimed it at the short man's head, causing everyone present to also take out a weapon.

"That's our cue." Batman said and he kicked open the air vent, followed by a few smoke grenades.

"It's Batman!" 

"Kill him!" 

Penguin and Two face didn't remain inside the room however and left, leaving their henchmen to deal with the duo.

It didn't take long for Batman and Batgirl to knock out the henchmen, but for some reason the crime lords didn't leave from the door.

"It was too easy... why didn't we just do this from the beginning?" Penguin said through maniacal laughs.

"For once I agree with you." Replied Two-Face while he was lighting a cigarette.

Batman and Batgirl didn't understand what they meant until they tried kicking the door open, and it didn't budge one bit.

"That won't work Batman, unless you're name is also Superman. Let's get straight to the point however- in less than 30 seconds the room is going to fill with Scarecrow's latest gas. 

Even if you have a gas mask it won't help one bit- the new formula has a touch of corrosive just from yours truly. Enjoy your last moments, Batman." Penguin explained through hysterical laughter, his words making Barbara pretty panicked.

*Pshh*

The sound of gas entering the room came from the air vents, cutting off one of their only escapes. 

Batman and Batgirl put on their gas masks but cracks soon started to appear, along with rashes slowly forming on their limbs as the gas are through their suits.

"Are you enjoying yourself Batgirl? Your face tells me everything!" 

Batgirl wished that at least in the last moments of her life she wouldn't have to listen to that annoying voice, helplessly looking at Batman who was slamming his body against the door.

"I told you Batman,it's use-... who the fuck are you?" 

*Thump*

*Bang*

*Smack*

*Thump*

The Penguin and Two-Face could no longer be seen through the small glass window of the door. 

*CREAK*

The solid steel door was ripped from its hinges, but it wasn't Superman or Supergirl standing in the doorway.

"You helped me in the alleyway so I help you here." 

Standing in the doorway with the door above his head was none other than Raxdos, in his suit and sunglasses.

Batman and Batgirl rushed out the door not before also dragging out all the other henchmen with them and once outside Raxdos places the door back in place and takes off his glasses. 

This is so he could use the heat beam in his left eye to weld the door back so the gas wouldn't escape the room.

*Heat vision?* The two thought, reminding them of another alien they knew.

"You're lucky my hearing is quite sensitive, and I could hear this ugly things voice all the way from the casino."Raxdos lifted and unconscious Penguin from the floor.

"Do keep what you've witnessed to yourselves, and I will keep your identities a secret. Please don't take it as a threat, I'm on vacation you see and I want to enjoy myself without any trouble." 

He said it with a smile and handed Two-Face and Penguin over to them, the two villains looking like they both got run over by a truck.

A few minutes after he left Batman and Batgirl were in an awkward silence, still in disbelief at what happened.

"You know what, Kara was right." Barbara broke the silence.

"Right about what?" Asked Bruce.

"His eyes are actually so pretty... they look like a ruby and an emerald." She said remembering the short glimpse she got.
