Because the zombie hordes were focused on Shen Xi, they had not yet realized Yang Chen's whereabouts at all.

Instantly the spear immediately appeared next to the zombie head. The K1 zombie felt something was about to strike his head, he wanted to see what was trying to attack him, but before that could even move his head, the spear covered in golden fire had pierced his head.

When the spear is in the middle of the zombie's head, the golden flame that coats the spear then explodes and burns the zombie's head.

The spear then continued to glide into the hotel wall.

Zombie K1 level 17 immediately lost its head after being burned by golden flames and only left its large body more than 5 meters high.

After losing its head, the zombie immediately fell to the ground and its body emitted a large white light which entered Yang Chen's body.

Yang Chen felt that with just a little more white light, he could level up.

Yang Chen then ran towards his spear, thrown.

While Yang Chen managed to kill zombies with a sudden attack, Shen Xi fought directly with zombies.

She wielded a black spear coated in lightning and jabbed it towards another level 17 K1 zombie.

But the K1 zombie didn't let his guard down at all. Seeing Shen Xi's spear come to him, he immediately used his weapon to deflect Shen Xi's spear.

The sound of metal clashes due to the collision of Shen Xi's weapons and zombies sounded quite loud.

To make a big fireball like an M1 zombie, it would require a lot of spirit time and energy. So Yang Chen could only make a small fireball the size of a basketball.

After the fireball was formed, Yang Chen immediately threw the fireball at the zombies, he then moved and reshaped the fireball in his hand. He plans to use fireballs to distract zombies.

When the zombie's attention is diverted, he can immediately launch an attack with full force towards the zombie.

After all, Yang Chen's spear was a level 2 item, as long as the zombies did not have any defense equipment, the blood dragon spear would definitely pierce the zombie body.

Yang Chen, who kept throwing fireballs, saw that the zombies had been distracted from him because of the interruption of the fireball.


He then brought out his spear back and issued a golden flame to cover the entire spear.

In just a few moments, the blood dragon spear that had been red turned to gold because it was covered by golden flames.

After the spear was ready, Yang Chen then concentrated all his strength into his grasp. He was ready to throw his spear.

When Yang Chen was ready to throw his spear, there was one ball of fire left that was headed towards the zombies. The zombie looked at the last ball and prepared to slash the fireball with his sword.

Yang Chen who saw that, left no chance. He immediately used his shadow step skills, and instantly he disappeared from his starting position.

And when he appeared again, he was already about 5 meters behind the zombie head.

Being behind the zombie's head, Yang Chen did not remain silent, he immediately threw his spear at the zombie head.

Wussss...

With a speed of several hundred kilometers per hour, the spear directly pierced into the zombie head. The golden flame that enveloped the spear also immediately exploded and burned the zombie's head.

Instantly also the K1 level 17 zombie loses his head and life.

The squad scattered immediately. However, they could only stay inside the area before the house, between the lake and the woods. The area behind the house belonged to the other zombies. 
Lin Qiao exited her space and returned by the way she came. This time, she wasn't on foot, but was driving on the highway. At noontime, she reunited with Lin Kui, Xie Dong, and the others. 
Lin Kui gave Lin Qiao Zhou Chenghao's energy nucleus while Xie Dong gave her the nuclei of all those superpowered people from Hidden Cloud City, including Lan Qijie's.
They were driving three cars that Lu Zhuofeng left behind, including one combat car and two trucks. On the vehicles was the ammunition which belonged to Hidden Cloud City people. Tens of zombies at level three or four were quietly squatting in the cars as well.
Lin Qiao send those zombies into her space, then let out Li Zheng and Lu Tianyi. Added with Xie Dong and herself, the four of them each drove a car back toward All Beings Base.

The level-four zombie which sneaked out from All Beings Base to deliver the message was left around Huaxia Base. The poor zombie was still waiting for Lin Qiao to come out of the base.
In All Beings Base, Yuan Tianxing and the others were much relaxed than before, as Wu Chengyue was there, and Xiao Yunlong had arrived with a strong force and weapons. While waiting for Lin Qiao, they were also keeping an eye on the zombie emperor.
They heard from Wu Chengyue that Lin Qiao was going after Lu Zhuofeng. No one could tell for sure when she would be back. Lu Zhuofeng was a level-eight superpowered man. Lin Qiao could be counted as a strong one among all zombie dominators, and was very close to level-eight superpowered humans. However, she was still not at that level yet.
They did feel that Lin Qiao was very powerful now, but still, they didn't think that she was strong enough to kill Lu Zhuofeng. The estimated that she would be able to win a face-to-face battle against him. However, he had wind power and could easily run away. It would be hard for her to hold him in play.
He was not silly, and wouldn't possibly risk his life to fight her. If he couldn't win, he would run.
All Being people believed that Lin Qiao would need to spend some solid efforts to get the drug from him.
Among Wu Chengyue, Yuan Tianxing, Lin Feng, Qiu Lili, and the others, none could think that Lu Zhuofeng was easily killed after he was thrown into Lin Qiao's space. For the exact same reason, Li Zheng and the others felt that Lu Zhuofeng was strangely weak in Lin Qiao's space.
The people in All Beings Base prepared to try and survive for half a month without Lin Qiao. At first, they needed to be ready for the time limit that the zombie emperor gave.
On the third morning, All Beings Base people heard a series of zombie roars coming from a long distance away.
This gave the people a bad feeling.
Soon, Yuan Tianxing and the others received the news, saying that the zombie circle around the base had started shrinking, and was now gathering toward the base. 
"They have received the order from the zombie emperor. We can't control them now," Qiu Lili looked outside the window with a serious face while talking. Those zombies only followed the orders of the highest-leveled zombie.
A zombie emperor was able to control the zombies at or under level-five directly. All zombies at or under level-five would follow its order unconditionally. 
Therefore, the order that Lin Qiao left was erased. Currently, those zombies only listened to the zombie emperor.
"Be ready to fight!" Yuan Tianxing immediately stood up and gave an order.
Du Yuanxing, Lin Hao, Du Yuanxing, and the others instantly turned and left to complete preparations with their people. Meanwhile, Yuan Tianxing and the others went up to the roof to observe the enemies from the high spot.
Hearing that zombies were going to attack the base, the survivors in the base all became nervous. Duan Juan and her people guided them to the underground storage and told them to hide there.
Before long, quick footsteps sounds and waves of zombie roars could be heard.
"Roar!"
"Roar!"
On the roof, the people saw a great group of zombies running at the hotel while baring their teeth and brandishing their claws.
All Beings Base had three lines of defense—the first defense line was a hundred meters away from the base, formed by a large group of superpowered people. If they couldn't stop the enemies, they would move back for fifty meters to the armed soldiers. The last line of defense were those untrained commoners.
About a hundred meters before the first line of defense was where the long-range weapons were located. That meant that once those zombies entered that area, All Beings Base would fire their weapons. 
While Yuan Tianxing, Qiu Lili, and the others were gazing at the zombie crowd seriously, those zombies stopped before those long-range weapons. The zombie circle had shrunk to a much smaller size, meaning that the zombie crowd had grown thicker.
Those zombies surrounded the hotel two-hundred meters away.
Seeing those zombies stop, Yuan Tianxing and the others were surprised.
They were surprised that the zombie emperor really kept his word. He said three days, and he had really given them three days. 
Soon, they saw a few figures flash out of the crowd, leap across the second line of defense, and land on a roof near the hotel.
After them, about ten figures darted out; each taking a spot around the hotel.
"Thirteen level-six zombies, five level-seven, and the zombie emperor… If they all charge at us, we'd fall into a difficult situation," Yuan Tianxing said with a frown.
Those were all the powerful ones among zombies. They couldn't possibly let those people downstairs face them. Fortunately, Xiao Yunlong had brought a large troop and quite some weapons, so that could deal with the zombie crowd.
However, facing those high-leveled zombies, the All Beings Base was clearly outnumbered.
Among them, only Yuan Tianxing, Lin Feng, and Xiao Yunlong were at level-seven. They would be able to fight one zombie dominator each, that too with difficulty. However, if they were all defending against zombie dominators, no one would be left to deal with those zombie kings and queens. Thankfully, Wu Chengyue would be able to fight the zombie emperor.
"Roar!"
The zombie emperor stood on top of the building which was in front of the hotel. That building was taller than the hotel by a few floors. He looked down at Qiu Lili and the others and uttered a roar.
Qiu Lili didn't like the zombie emperor. She snorted and turned her face away, refusing to respond to him.
Beside her, Yun Meng raised her voice coldly and loudly, "We refuse! We are happy here. We have no reason to follow you."
"Roar!"
Mo Yan the zombie emperor frowned. His dark eyes, which were shining with a purple light, showed a trace of impatience. Meanwhile, he responded coldly with a roar.
In broad daylight, the veins on his face looked even more obvious and scary. 


Lin Qiao remembers nothing from the past five years since the post-apocalyptic era began. She wakes up only to find herself having become a newborn, superpowered zombie, in a body that used to belong to an evil and notorious woman!

Having kidnapped a girl and raped her father, the previous host met her demise at the very hands of the conspiracies she courted all her life, leaving Lin Qiao no choice but to deal with the consequences while trying to figure out her own past and the fate of her loved ones. 

As for the little girl’s father, can’t he just have a decent fight? He’s a human being, but why is he biting a zombie? She’s the zombie! She’s the one who’s supposed to bite! 

A creature suddenly jumped out of the hole. Its body was as wide as a tank and as tall as a two-story house. Its intestines were spewing out of its body and it had so many heads on it.


Its eyes then stared at Mark and his group. Mark couldn't help but gulp his saliva. The thing was scary. Not only that, but it also looks strong.


It then roared so loudly that the other zombies stared at it. The other zombies didn't dare flinch whilst looking at the humongous zombie with so many heads.


As Mark observed the humongous zombie and the other zombies, Mark was confused, 'Why are the other zombies treating it like a boss of some sort?'


But before Mark could try to find the answer, the giant zombie then launched itself to them. Mark then shouted loudly, "MOVE!"


Hearing Mark's shout, All of them jumped out of the way. Lance jumped of the way and at the same time shot a head on the zombie. If you count the heads on the giant zombie, it would be a total of a hundred.


Feeling the head get blown off, the giant zombie roared, enraged. It then looked at Lance and aimed a punch at him. Good thing the zombie was slower than expected and Lance could barely, just barely, dodge it.


As the zombie realized that Lance wasn't crushed by its fists, it then tried to locate Lance which was found immediately. It removed its hand from the rubble of the ground. It really crushed the ground with its bare hands.


As Mark looked at it, he tried to find a way to defeat it, but then he saw Lance shot it at the head and it was enraged, maybe, if they could shoot all of the heads of the zombie, it might die.


After speculating a plan, Mark then shouted loudly, "Shoot off all the heads! It can be taunted with a shot, so take turns in shooting! Don't let it come close to you!"


As they heard that, Ariel shot one of the heads off, and, as Mark has expected, it was taunted by Ariel. All of them separated and distanced themselves from each other shooting off the head one by one.


Lance then shouted whilst chuckling, "What's this? A game? HAHAHA!", to be honest, it was like a game, they were taking turns aggroing the giant multi-headed zombie.


As only fifty heads were left, the zombie then roared. As Mark heard that roar, pain came unto his left eye. He couldn't help but kneel down. The group was worried and looked at Mark as they shouted, " MARK! ARE YOU OKAY!?"


Mark's blue eyes slightly turned red as the zombies, as if they were commanded, started to attack each of them.


It was as if the giant zombie tricked them. A dark, sinister laugh could be heard as the zombies isolated each of them. It came from the giant zombie.


Hearing that they were all shocked, 'This zombie has intelligence!?', Lance who was surrounded by a lot of zombies then cursed, "DAMN IT! WE'VE BEEN HAD!"


He then started to shoot the zombies surrounding him with his Skorpion submachine gun. Thea then clicked her tongue as she looked at Mark more worried than before, "Mark!"


Mark who still felt pain, now had struggles in kneeling and was on all fours. His body wouldn't obey him, trickles of blood came out from his eye as all his irises turned red. His sclera formed red lines and his eyes were bloodshot. He felt pain all over his body.


His mind was filled with things that he doesn't know. He couldn't understand anything that was being played and replayed in his mind. His consciousness was then zapped out of his body and he laid flat on the ground.


Ariel, Thea, Silvia, Layla, Liza, Lance, and Gabrielle then finally shouted as they saw the zombies surround Mark whilst he was on the ground that was filled with blood.


Mark then slowly stood up from the ground. Even though it seemed like it was Mark, it wasn't, he wasn't conscious, he wasn't awake, his mind was blank and was in the clear darkness.


All of them looked at Mark with relief and was still worried as they saw blood trickle from his eyes to his cheeks and to the ground. And they were shocked as they saw Mark's irises turned red.


With blood trickling from his eyes, Mark then swiped his right hand which decapitated every zombie that was trying to surround him. All of them who saw this were shocked, even the giant zombie. It then stared at Mark with all its heads with confusion.


The giant zombie then ran up to him and sent out a punch, Thea who saw Mark not moving was really worried as she shouted, "MARK! DODGE!"


Mark didn't dodge, in their eyes, he didn't move, but in fact, he moved, he moved but no one could see it. Before the punch of the giant zombie arrived, all of its heads were squished and smashed into nothing but pure blood.


It then fell lifelessly unto the ground. All of the spectators were shocked, and by spectators, I meant Ariel, Thea, Silvia, Lance, Layla, Liza, and Gabrielle. They couldn't believe their eyes seeing the zombie's head just turned into blood.


They then stared at Mark and saw his blood-red eyes. Mark, in turn, stared at them and as they gazed unto his dazzling red-eyes, they felt infinite darkness. They were frozen stiff when they saw the eyes.


They then sighed as they shot the zombies who were also frozen stiff. They wiped them out one by one and did waste a lot of ammo. After none were left, they slowly walked towards Mark who was still staring at the corpse of the giant zombie.


But before they could go near Mark, the giant zombie's corpse suddenly stood up with a roar. It was headless, but mouths appeared all across its body. Its skin got slowly stripped off and showed its flesh with reddish-brownish-yellowish liquids spurting out. The teeth and mouths that filled it's body slowly moved as it slowly rotted and was filled with blackish spots.


It then roared again as it.....SPOKE!? "Hu....man....kill.....eat!", it then slowly pointed at Mark and said, " You.....not.....human."


It then rushed towards Mark and got ready to attack. Mark then slowly moved forwards and Ariel and Thea then shouted, "MARK!"


The mutant zombie then aimed a punch at Mark, whilst Mark sent a punch to its fist. The fist of the zombie then got ripped off and it roared in pain but in a span of a couple of seconds, it suddenly regrew.


Mark then looked at it with slight intrigue and continued punching it but the limbs keep regrowing.

"This presence?", a white-haired girl inside the forest then felt something ominous but comforting.


The blue-haired girl then bowed to her and said, "He is awakening, master."


The white-haired woman couldn't help but smile. She then slowly said, "Don't call me master, Arizuare, besides you're also his wife."


The blue-haired girl couldn't help but blush, "You're right, but I still can't do that, you are my master, the person who saved me, and I shall forevermore call you master."


The white-haired girl just giggled as she said, "You're so stubborn, maybe that's why he likes you."

All of them who saw Mark punch and destroy the limbs of this mutant zombie were shocked. They couldn't believe their eyes of what's happening, Mark was overpowering a mutant zombie.


But then, they were relieved that Mark could overpower it, or they would've already died by now.


Thea who was really worried then looked at Lance and asked, "What is that thing?", she then looked at Mark and slowly held her trembling hands.


Lance then placed his hands his chin as he said, "As we saw earlier it already died, but then it suddenly evolved, so this must be a mutant zombie, but its power is completely far stronger than a regular mutant zombie, so it should be a mutant boss zombie."


"But then it has extremely fast regeneration, so it should be far stronger than any Mutant Boss Zombies."


Silvia with expressionless eyes looked at Lance as she said, "How do you know all of this? I thought you were stupid."


Lance then frowned as he said, "This is not the time for jokes. But how do I know all this?", he then looked at Silvia with proud eyes, "It's because I saw something you didn't."

Mark then with furious eyes punched the mutant boss zombie strongly. Its torso was completely ripped off but then its ripped off torso suddenly attached back.


Mark then finally got serious, it was shown from his movements. He then stomped on the ground and caused it to crack. He then launched himself up high and threw a kick which ripped the mutant zombie's head off.


He then threw a punch and crushed the mutant zombie's head into nothing but blood. He then twisted and turned a couple of times sending multiple kicks which completely annihilated the mutant zombie.


As Mark landed to the ground, he looked at the group with shining eyes as he fell down to the ground. All of the then shouted as they saw this, "MARK!"


Running up to him first, Thea and Ariel held him by the head as Mark's eyes slowly opened. "Mark! Are you alright!?", they said clearly worried.


Mark then who felt that the pain finally subsided and said, " What happened?", all of them were confused, "You don't remember?"


Mark shook his head and all of them looked at each other with serious eyes. They then thought of one thing, "What the heck happened then?"

As the morning rises, the world is starting to crumble as some man-eating man rose from the shadows.

Humanity started to come to extinction and death is everywhere. The apocalypse has come, death is inevitable. All you could do now is to fight for your life, you must plunder and kill to survive.

Am I the only one awake? Whenever I time travel, I always woke up. Maybe it's because of my artifact that prevents me from seeing illusions, poisons, sleeping gas and other debuffs. My artifact, ring of immunity, can protect me from all debuffs. By the way, it is a mythical rank artifact which can only be found in mythical zombies which is rare in the apocalypse if no one has reached immortal warrior class.

What will I do since no one is awake except me? I read a theory from a local zombie hunter that zombies in the first phase of the apocalypse are all in deep sleep so maybe I can get some zombie core and kill all zombies surrounding my mansion while I'm at it.

Since zombies are asleep, they are just standing waiting for me to grab their core.

John went outside his house, spotting lots of zombies outside. He then use an offensive artifact that killed all of the zombies. He then use the artifact of never ending fire to burn the zombies' bodies, leaving only their cores. After collecting all of the cores, he then use an artifact that condenses and refines zombie cores making it a purer version of the previous zombie core improving it to another class. He made a list of all zombie cores he looted.

49X B class zombie core
13X A class zombie core

That's all I can find since zombies above A class will only evolve at the second phase. It's already lucky to find A class zombies but if they had fought me, I would have died since I'm only at F class warrior rank.I will return to the mansion before it gets too dark.

After returning to the mansion, John divide all of the cores equally for his teammates so that they can consume them after they wake up. He then uses his share of the zombie cores so that he can evolve to E class warrior rank. After five minutes of absorbing the viral energy of the E class zombie core, he broke through E class warrior rank.

Finally, I broke through E class warrior rank! Harry and the other will be surprised about my drastic improvement. I can now use time stop and time rewind. I can also absorb the D class zombie core but that will limit my foundation so I might atleast build a solid foundation.

Building one's foundation is different from evolving. Building a solid foundation is better than improving your rank since if you have a better foundation, you can defeat warriors one rank higher than your current rank. Since improving one's foundation requires time, resources and talent, some warriors prefer improving their rank because it is faster than building a solid foundation. You can refer building a solid foundation as improving the quality of your viral energy while evolving as improving the quantity of your viral energy.

Foundation is ranked by tiers. The higher your tier is the more quality you have in your viral energy. It is ranked by tier 1 up to tier 8. In my last life, I have reached tier 7 but I cannot reach tier 8 since I need a certain artifact to use.

I will now improve my foundation. I need to guide my viral energy into a certain spot on my body so that I can make a new pattern. You can recognise a person if they are a warrior if you see a pattern on their body. After guiding my viral energy for an hour, I broke through from tier one to tier three! Now I can improve my rank.

After using all of my D class zombie cores, I broke through E class warrior rank and now a D class warrior. After breaking through, I realized that all of my teammates are all awake now and so are the zombies. My teammates are all finding me so I will leave my room to meet them. Wait till they see my rank! They will all be jealous!

A virus broke out leads to people becoming infected. The infected turn into a mindless zombie that infects others by biting them. Some people resisted the virus while some others evolved and obtain powerful abilities. John, the protagonist of the novel, obtained an ability to manipulate time itself and can go back to the time before the virus outbreak but it can only be used when the host died. With this ability, he gathered strong artifacts, reliable allies, and knowledge so he can keep improving himself whenever he returns to the past. The group of strange zombies walked to the front of the horde. The zombie in the suit did not like a zombie at all.
Its flesh was not rotted like the other zombies. It was normal flesh and it had an extremely pale white skin.
If not for [Basic Detection] told him this zombie was a Zombie Lord. He might think he was a living human.
And with the Zombie Lord appearance, everything became clear. The zombie horde moved based on the Zombie Lord's will. This pale white zombie must be the one who controlled the zombie horde from the back.

The zombie raised both hands and praised himself in front of his enemy.
Somehow, Tang Shaoyang found similarities between him and the zombie lord's action.

Before Tang Shaoyang could reach the zombie lord, four Zombie Warriors of Crusher type walked forward and blocked Tang Shaoyang. At the same time, six Zombie Warriors of Crawler type circled Tang Shaoyang.
In an instant, Tang Shaoyang was surrounded by ten Zombie Warriors. Even so, Tang Shaoyang was not flustered in the slightest. He returned the smirk with his trademark grin.

"Huhu… Do you think this Great Dark Lord only has ten guards? Stupid humans!" The zombie lord giggled out as he motioned his right hand forward.

Three figures flashed out the horde. The three figures were Zombie Warrior of Crawler Type. The difference from the earlier six crawlers was their weapon. The three crawlers were holding six swords in each of their hands.
Lu An's path to reach was blocked and he was in danger. All three Zombie Warriors brandished their swords toward Lu An. But again, Lu An was not alone.
One figure flashed to his left and two figures flashed to his right. Zhang Mengyao appeared on Lu An's left. Wei Xi and Zhao Zhong on his right.
Clank! Clank! Clank!
With a shield in her right hand, Zhang Mengyao blocked all six swords. Wei Xi and Zhao Zhong faced the other zombie warrior while Lu An faced the one in front of him.
Like that, two groups were tied up in a battle.
"Huhu… While you guys are entangled by my warriors, I will slaughter your people!" Just as Dark Lord was about to order the horde to attack Tang Shaoyang's people, a figure appeared in front of him.
Tang Shaoyang and his battle-ax had arrived. The zombie lord was surprised for a moment, but then he sneered at Tang Shaoyang.
"Stupid Human! You are underestimating this Dark Lord!"

Eight tentacles made of flesh burst out from the zombie lord's back. The tentacles rushed toward Tang Shaoyang.
Despite the surprise of the disgusting tentacles, Tang Shaoyang was still grinning at the zombie lord. [Spirit Integration] was activated, his skin already turned greeny, meaning he had integrated with Karan.
Before the flesh tentacles reached him, Tang Shaoyang opened his mouth wide.

Tang Shaoyang slashed his battle-ax downward to the zombie lord's falling body.

The battle-ax cut through the body and split the body into two parts. As if he was not satisfied with this, he swung the battle-ax at the body again.
He cut the body into pieces, venting out all his fury to it. In this battle, he lost more than two hundred people.
The zombie lord died with his body turned into minced meat by Tang Shaoyang. As if he was not satisfied with this, he raised his head to the remaining horde.
The Zombie Lord died, the zombies went wild.
Tang Shaoyang pounced toward the horde.

because according to Jimboy's the Hunter has a level of intelligence with it

There was obviously someone commanding the KFCs to attack the base.
Also, this confirmed Ming Shu's hypothesis that the KFCs reproduced really quickly.
In such a short time, the numbers of KFCs had reached more than ten thousand.
Their combat abilities were also better than the zombies'. It was understandable that the base could not handle the attack.

The little zombie tilted his head and thought for a while. "Oh, you mean the ugly things that can fly?"
"Can fly?" Huang Zheng frowned. He didn't hear this mentioned yesterday.
"They have wings on them. They looked really ugly so we took them down." The little zombie flapped his hand twice. He said with disdain, "Not tasty."
Everyone: "…" So you took them down because you wanted to eat them?
As normal humans, they couldn't understand what a zombie was thinking. So sorry about it.
KFCs evolving into concubine birds. This made Su Tai and his gang a little nervous.
After all, monsters that could fly were harder to deal with than monsters on the ground.
Ming Shu, on the other hand, didn't really care. If they came, just fight. What was there to be afraid of?

The concubine birds attacked the city.
Numerous monsters came and flew above the city. The glaring sun was blocked and An City was engulfed in darkness.
Luckily, there were not many humans in An City and they were all hiding in their houses now. Hence, An City appeared really peaceful.
However they fly above them, the zombies below just continued what they were doing.
I will not concern myself with you.
The person outside was depressed.
A pale, properly dressed zombie paced back and forth outside. He occasionally looked up at the troop above An City.
There were already no zombies outside An City anymore and the city gate was open wide. It seemed to be inviting him to go in.
His plan was to start fighting the minute he arrived, but…
Who could he fight with?
The air?
"Let's go." The zombie couldn't bear it any longer. He needed to go in and take a look.
The zombie brought his KFC army into An City. The road leading to the city gate was really quiet too. There was no sign of humans or zombies. It was like a ghost town.
He followed the scouting team in the sky and arrived at the central square. 
The central square was densely populated with zombies. The zombie heaved a sigh of relief. This is how it should look like!!
The zombie coughed and prepared to say something. However, he heard a loud blast from the central square and then loud music was played.
The zombie looked at the central square. He only realized now that the zombies were surrounding a screen and the sound came from that screen.
The screen was playing the movie Meteor Apocalypse.
What the fuck?
A bunch of zombies watching a zombie movie?
"Listen to me." The zombie sat on a KFC and stood on high ground. He had a loudspeaker in his hand. "You have been surrounded. Please surrender or I will not hold back."
After he finished, the KFC below him roared two times. The KFCs and the zombies had the same language system so it was acting as a translator.
The zombie troop that was looking at the movie turned back simultaneously and glanced at him.
Three seconds later, they went back to watching the movie.
"…"
This bunch of zombies!!
"Hey."
The zombie looked up. There was someone on the second floor of the central square building. The person was smiling as she looked at him. "Why are you shouting at my zombies? You are interrupting their movie time."
"Xia Wei, come down!" the zombie immediately shouted angrily.
"Why must I come down just because you tell me to?" Ming Shu smiled. "Who do you think you are? Why don't you come up?"
Fine!!
The zombie asked the KFCs to pile themselves up. He kicked the window beside him and jumped up to the second floor. 
When he reached the second floor, his mouth corners twitched. Why was he listening to her?
F**k, so what if you are the zombie king!!
Since he already came up, he couldn't jump down again. He walked over to Ming Shu unwillingly through the corridor. 
However, halfway there, he realized that there was a wall in front of him. Ming Shu was on the other side of the wall.
The zombie: "…"
So why did he jump up from there? Couldn't he just take the stairs?!
The zombies smashed the wall and went over. Ming Shu was sitting in front of a table. The atmosphere was really carefree.
As compared to the last time they met, this zombie had evolved quite a lot.
The zombie spoke first. "Xia Wei, stop playing. I came here to catch you. You are surrounded!"
Ming Shu placed her chin on her hand. "Why are you looking for me?"
Everyone is looking for me. I can't be eaten.
And you came empty-handed. You don't know your manners?
"Experiment!" The zombie's eyes shimmered with excitement. "You are a zombie king, you are the most special subject out of all the experiments. With you around, my research can reach a higher level and I will be able to create better warriors."
The zombie got more excited as he spoke.
"Sure."
The zombie: "…"
What did she say?
"I have not said my conditions." The zombie stared at her with his strange eyes. There was not much black on his eyeballs.
"Didn't I agree already? Why are you so unreasonable?"
"…" She agreed a bit fast. It made the zombie feel odd. His smile became hideous. "I want to dissect you. I want to experiment with you. Hahaha. I will definitely become a great person. I can change the world."
Ming Shu smiled gently. "You are not human."
The zombie choked. Why did he feel like she was scolding him?
"Then I will become the greatest zombie!!"
Ming Shu nodded in agreement. "Firstly, you must be alive."
The zombie frowned. "I will definitely be alive."
"That might not be true." Ming Shu tilted her head. "What do you all say?"
The zombie followed Ming Shu's gaze. The zombies hiding in the shadows started appearing one by one. All of them carried weapons.
He was surrounded.
But so what?
The zombie sneered. "You think that they are my match?"
Ming Shu pulled up her mouth corners until she smiled. "Have you forgotten that the number of zombies is much greater than the number of your KFCs?"
KFCs?
What the hell is this? Who said that my warriors are called this?!
"There are a lot of zombies but they are all over the country. Can you call all of them over in such a short time?"
Ming Shu smiled. "That's why I did it half a month ago."
