Link fell silent. He knew Isendilan!

The journey was long. In order to save her energy for the rest, Felina stopped talking. Link had some free time. "Go on alert," he told Nana who was behind him. "I want to rest."

"Alright." Link nodded and took out a book again. He was halfway done with it. Though there was still a long way to go to grasp the Demon Slayer spell, he had learned much and found it interesting to read.
The two rested in a low cave away from the wind. Link took out the travel blankets that Celine had prepared for him. He gave one to Felina and used one himself.
Felina was clearly exhausted. She wrapped the blanket around herself and fell asleep quickly. Link continued reading while Nana knelt at the entrance. She grasped her short sword and maintained alert.
At midnight, Link was tired too. He ate some dry food and prepared to rest. Just then, Nana moved and whispered, "Master, there are footsteps."
Link heard them too. The footsteps were light and steady. The person was probably a passerby who hadn't noticed them. "We'll see," he whispered.
This was the barren Colorado Mountain Range at midnight. Appearing here at this time was most likely for a reason. They must be cautious.


Link was the top Archmage in the entire server. He had just defeated the strongest boss, the Lord of The Deep, Nozama with his party. However, instead of going back to town, he was transported to a secret location with pixelated CG. 

It sort of felt like a vacuum, and within it came a glorious and commanding voice that calls himself the God of Light. 

"Link, would you be willing to be the saviour who will pull the World of Firuman out from the churning abyss?"

What a huge mission! If it was in the real world, Link would have rejected it immediately. However, he was bent on being the hero in game.

"Bring it on!" Link answered confidently.

"Then, best of luck." 

And so begin Link's journey of magic, friendship, betrayal, love and despair in the ever changing World of Firuman.

Adam was silently watching Kaira as she sat beside him coloring a drawing a she made. Adam was amazed by Kaira's drawing skills, he was good at drawing so he chose that as he wanted to show off to his little sister that how good her brother is, but....
.... Kaira was unexpectedly really good at it.

She drew a girl wearing a frock, standing in the garden with a umbrella and in the background was a very big palace.

He thought that this was an exceptional case, he will show her afterwards.

Adam: "Drawing is so boring, let's do something else."
Kaira: "Wait. Let me finish this drawing it's almost complete."
Adam : "Do this later. Come watch cartoons with me.". Then he grabbed her hand and made her stand up.

As he took her hand, Kaira freezed and was staring at her hand. Adam was confused so he asked "What's wrong?"

Then he followed Kaira's gaze  and realized that he was holding her hand, he then hastily left her hand and started scratching his head in embarrassment.

Adam : "Let's go.". He then thought 'Must she make it so awkward.' Kaira noded and they went to the living room.

Adam: "Let's watch this one, it is my favorite cartoon."
Kaira: "Okay"

Adam intentionally chose the scariest cartoon so that when Kaira will be afraid he will show his elder  brother side.
But to contrast Kaira was laughing through out the time, instead Adam was scared. This incident started to sow a seed of feeling- of- inferiority in Adam's heart. More than inferiority he was upset that his little sister was not like what he had expected. 

He was embarrassed. To drive that off he started to ask questions "Where did Nan find you? What happened to you? How did you come here?"

Hearing these questions Kaira was reminded of that scary night. She became upset.

Nancy was in the next room hearing these questions she rushed out of her room.
"Adam don't you have homework to do? Go do your homework."

With a long face Adam went to his room. Adam never liked studying and he was bad at it.

He opened his books and started his staring competition with them. Kaira was sitting and quietly watching him. 

Suddenly a idea popped in his head. 

He turned towards Kaira and said "See, we have to study so hard, can you even understand what is written?"
Kaira : "It is so easy. See you have to do this, this and this."

Kaira was from a rich family, so, she was home tutored and with that IQ of 220 she was already very ahead of other children of her age. 

Kaira almost completed Adam's homework. 

Soon the night fell. They sat to have dinner. 

Nancy :" Did you both have fun?" 
Kaira: "It was very exciting. I had so much fun with big brother.". 

Adam sitting beside was thinking just the opposite. 
Nancy: "That's nice. It is a relief to hear that." 

They then slept. Kaira and Nancy in one room and Adam in his room.

She held back with the strong  determination in mind, which made him more interested in her.

The situation made her hard, just the urge to seek revenge, made her stand where she was now. 

Her dark and cold side was only to show the world while she still had a  warm and soft heart.

Her only companion for the scary nights was her weird dreams, in which she could see the future of a faceless boy.

"I will make them die million times worse death" Kaira oath everyday before she went to sleep.

With this hatred in her heart she could never love anyone but his brother and mother, it was like this until she met a special man.

 She didn't know that the man was a very special piece of her past's jigsaw puzzle.

At this moment, Lu Shu did not know who came over or why the person came to the Peach Blossom Association. However, Lu Shu had a premonition that someone was there to destroy his plans again!
He was not over-imagining things or making things up. However, any person who was almost in despair would think about the worst outcome.
A commotion started outside the Peach Blossom Association. Someone shouted, "This is the conference of the King's Studies, what are you guys doing? Are you guys disrespecting the old King of Gods?"
This was the typical act of King's Studies. Ordinary people would not dare to mess with the King's Studies as after all, the old King of Gods was too powerful.
However, the King's Studies seemed to have faced some troubles this time. A sharp voice sneered, "I have been in the palace for hundreds of years, this is the first time I have met King's Studies scholars who want to frame the wealthy families. Scram! "So what if you are from the wealthy families of the palace?" One of the King's Studies scholars sneered, "You guys must be here to discuss about how to defend against the Wei Wu Army. You probably don't know that the leader of the Wei Wu Army is one of the division leaders of the King's Studies Association!"
When Lu Shu heard this, his face turned black immediately. They had claimed that Lu Shu dirtied the King's Studies reputation initially, but they were now using Lu Shu's name to boast to others. How shameless!
However, this sentence seemed to successfully threaten the other party. Everyone in the palace knew who the wealthy families were afraid of. Therefore, they used Lu Shu's name immediately.

"hey are you messing with my girlfriend", said a big tall looking guy who kind of scares me, but I only showed it on the inside cause I didn't want him to see my fear.

"excuse me but I'm not messing with her at all, if anything she's messing with me", I said with the most sass I could.

 Inside my head of course so I didn't get punched. I got up and said " excuse me but I didn't do anything, so please leave me alone and all will be well, okay...yeah ahh bye", he gave me the scariest look I've ever seen.

"ah Mikaru I think we should go" I said quietly to him, he agreed and as I got up and started leaving to grab a drink from the cafe... that big tall guy tripped me over. There was a big crack when I landed on the ground, I thought it was just my books until I felt pain lots and lots of pain. I was in so much agony and everyone was laughing at me, well everyone except for Mikaru and Usami.

"Usagi are you okay?," Usami asked.

I was trying to answer but all that came out was tears and little screeches of pain. 

Mikaru and Usami ended up calling the ambulance straight after asking me if I was alright and they took me away, but because there was no ambulance close to here I got told we would have to go to the one that's about an hour away. Mikaru and Usami both asked if they could come along,but the ambulance crew told them they were only allowed to come if they were family, which they weren't. I knew that would happen but what happened next was unexpected.

as they were getting ready to leave Mikaru shouted out...

"WHAT IF I WAS HER BOYFRIEND?", everyone stopped with a shocked look. although through all the tears I think my look was greater than everyone else's.

" well if you're her boyfriend I see no reason that you can't go," the ambulance crew said. Mikaru looked so happy until they said something else.

"but first we will need to clarify this with Usagi," he suddenly looked really sad because he thought that I would tell them we aren't actually together.
After some very strong pain killers I said to them....

"Why of course he's my boyfriend we've been together since elementary school," I gave out a short giggle. the ambulance let him come along after that and all Mikaru did was hug me and say thank you.

We must have both fallen asleep on the way to the hospital because we don't remember what happened in the van, except we both now have headaches from all the rocking of the van. as they brought me into the room I had to stay in for a bit before getting x rays done I heard two doctors talking to each other saying.....
"I don't know if Usagi will make it, she doesn't know about her other health problems," I instantly got worried and the heartbeat monitor started pacing more and getting faster with each breath until suddenly I passed out and all I could hear was doctors rushing in and telling me to open my eyes but I couldn't.

"Help me" I tried to say....

A man, the attendant of the printing shop sitting in front of his desk, waiting for some customers to come and decided to make a story about a man with a system because he's bored. (Of course, he's a beginner for story-making.)

'Hmm, systems huh?' *tap * tap. He thought while his fingers continues to tap on the desk while he keeps staring at his monitor.

'Maybe a story about the man who's been killed in acciden – Nah, boring, too common. Then how about the man who's writing a story casually then suddenly died?.... Bullshit, what about the reasons why he died?..... Fuck reasons, the Universe is wide; the Universe doesn't need reasons. But, 'we people do', "hahaha," he laughs, 'I'll stick to it then. Let's be unreasonable.' And he started his typing…..

What he doesn't know, someone above heard his thoughts and his story became….. his.

(ᵔᴥᵔ) 'Hehehehe. That's right, fuck reasons… Hehehehe'. An unknown man above grin and made some preparation…. 'Nah. what preparation?' *snap.

For a very long time. 1 second specifically.

Can you explain what's happening, please!?" the attendant replied in fear and cautiously while trying not to panic but failed because the man with him might be the reason why he is here and there's something he wants from him, and for the sake of that (4th)something, his life is in the man's hand now. And he think billions of reasons why this is happening. 

He continues but only in thoughts, 'And somehow, my mind is free?  I mean, my mind feels like floating, (the 5th) something like…. mortals body limit is not applicable now?  Doesn't have a sense of time…. too.' He suddenly stop talking in his mind and realized something to the 6th power. 

"Hey, bro, this isn't funny, fucking all senses are in loss? What in the fucking universe is this? I can't feel my body, even the smell, sight, and hear. Anything. Yeah, I'm fucking pretty crystal clear sure for the 7th time of something in this darkness, that I'm not in my shop now! There's no sound of vehicles, voices of people chatting outside, and… this isn't the feeling of something you heard a sound or a voice..… So this is, in, my, mind?" he keeps blubbering and slightly shouting like some mad scientist until he remembered he's not alone anymore. "So? Care to explain what you know, mister?" He asked. trying to be brave but he is nervous, he feels rage, but fear too, and the crazy thing is, he wants to know what is this shit. After all, he's a bit nerd but not to the point of being neet.

 "What do you mean, sir?" attendant replied while trying to be the Doctor Strange next door, thinking all the possibilities.

"Yes, I thought that but who in the fucking galactic federation doesn't want an explanation.for.what. in.the.black.hole.is.happening.here? Of course, if you count that this blubbering of mine is for me while the question is for you. Please, answer me... " he tried to glare at the man but failed to do so because somehow, he doubts what he is now. And the feeling of fear lessens because of the voice somehow friendly, yeah somehow he felt that, but not letting his guard down fully.

"Ehhhh. but you seem having fun back there, no?" man tilted his head.

'Back there?' he noted.
"Yes I have but it's different for me, in this situation. If you know what I mean." 'why do I feel some shenanigans will happen?'

"Wait, killed? You killed me? Ho-how? No, no, I mean WHY? Why the fuck is that? I thought-" rage builds up. The man interrupts too.

Chapter 28

The Ball

Lily's POV

Harry and Ron were still dateless. I'd seen who asked Hermione. We were all sitting in the great hall for a study hall.

"This is mad. At this rate we'll be the only one's without dates."

"Ron don't talk." I hissed.

He chuckled and then my dad slapped him over the head. I'd tried to tell him.

"Well us and Neville." Ron said.

"Yeah but he can take himself." Harry said.

I smirked.

"It might interest you to know that Neville's already got someone." Hermione said.

"Oh, now I'm really depressed. Hey Lily, would you go with me?"

"She's going with Malfoy." Hermione said.

I nodded. A piece of paper hit Ron on the head. He opened it and then looked at his brother.

"Who're you taking?"

Fred looked around and then threw the paper at Angelina.

"Angelina! Do you want to go to the ball with me?"

She smiled and nodded. Fred winked at Ron and I kept myself from laughing. My father was coming back towards us. I was done trying to warn him. Harry wasn't.

"Hermione, you're a girl."

I rolled my eyes and shook my head.

"Oh, well spotted."

"Come with one of us?"

Dad hit Ron over the head and then he hit Harry. I shook my head again.

"Come on, it's one thing for a bloke to show up alone, but for a girl it's just sad."

My eyes slowly widened.

"I won't be going alone because believe it or not someone's asked me!" she hissed.

She stood up and handed her book to my dad. When she came back she glared at Ron.

"And I said yes!"

She took her books and left without another word. I shook my head and went back to my book. The boys kept talking I saw my dad come back. I smirked and he set down his book. He pulled his sleeves back a bit and then slammed his hands on the back of their heads. I smiled and handed him my finished work as he passed. He nodded in approval. Before I left, I smacked the boys over the head.

Harry's POV

I knew Ron deserved the hit, but not me. When we were done I went to the owlery. I bumped into Cho and I knew it was my chance!

Draco's POV

I was present when Weasley 'asked' Fleur Delacour to the ball. It was highly amusing. The ball was tomorrow evening and I couldn't remember being so nervous. Mainly because my girlfriend was so beautiful. And also because her father would kill me if I messed up. Blaise found me when I was getting ready.

"You know you're going with the prettiest girl in the castle, right?"

"Yeah."

"And the girl with the scariest and probably deadliest father."

"Yeah, thanks for that."

He laughed and I scowled at him.

Lily's POV

My dress was a brilliant emerald green. It spread out around me and hugged my body almost like a mermaid. It was strapless and I took a deep breath. I barely recognized myself. I had on a silver crystal choker with a green stone at the base of my throat. I wore teardrop earrings and my hair was braided on the sides, whereas the rest hung down. I'd put silver flower clip into my hair to hold the two braids together in the back. I nodded in approval before leaving the common room. I was one of the last to come out. My father found me on the way to the Great Hall. His eyes were wide. I smiled and looked down at myself.

"Is that my daughter?"

"I think I look pretty good."

"Lily… you look beautiful. It seems only yesterday you were rolling around on the floor in the living room laughing at the birds I made. Now look at you. Fourteen years later. You'll never know how proud I am of you."

I smiled at him.

"Lily, there you are! I-"

Draco stopped when he saw me. His eyes were practically popping out of his head.

"Beautiful…" he managed.

I laughed a bit and dad rolled his eyes.

"I know I'm understood when I tell you that if you disrespect or mistreat Lily in any way tonight, you will never be allowed to speak to her again. Among other things."

I sighed but smiled a bit. Overprotective.

"Of course, sir." Draco said.

"Good."

Dad turned to me and smiled a bit.

"Have fun tonight."

I hugged him before leaving with Draco.

"Do you have any idea how gorgeous you are?"

I smiled and took his hand.

"Only because I have you."

He chuckled and squeezed my hand.

"Whose Potter taking?"

"He asked Cho, but I guess someone already asked her. He's taking Pavarti and Ron is taking Padama."

"I heard Weasley's robes are ancient."

"Hey, be nice."

He rolled his eyes and I smirked. He stopped before we got to the great hall. I gave him a confused look and he conjured a rose. I smiled and laughed lightly.

"For you, my lady."

"Why thank you, good sir."

He fixed it onto my hair and kissed my cheek.

"Shall we?"

He offered me his arm and I took it. When I saw who asked Cho, I scowled.

"Damn pretty boys." I grumbled.

"What?"

"No, nothing."

We walked in and I smiled at Ron. He smiled at me but glared at Draco. I sighed and shook my head. When the champions came in I smiled. Hermione was with Viktor Krum.

"Is that Hermione Granger? With Viktor Krum?"

I looked at Padama and Ron.

"No. No absolutely not." Ron said.

"She looks… pretty." Draco said.

I smiled and held onto his arm.

"Yes she does."

"But she'll never be you. Blaise told me I was taking the prettiest girl in the castle. Then he told me I was taking the girl with the scariest and deadliest dad."

I laughed and we moved so we could see the champions dance. Harry was a little awkward but he did well. McGonagall was dancing with Dumbledore. After a while, everyone was off the floor. A song started to play and Draco stood up. He smiled and held out his hand. I took it and he pulled me out onto the floor. He put his arm around my waist and held me close. I smiled and took his other hand. He gracefully glided around the room with me. My dad was smiling at me. People were talking about us. Some of them good, some of them not so much. Most of the bad was coming from jealous Slytherin girls. Pansy's face was priceless! Draco lifted me up and swung me around before setting me back down. At the end of the song, he swung me out before taking me back and dipping me towards the floor. The entire hall clapped and I kissed Draco's cheek. He put his hand on my back and led me back to the table.

"Have you been practicing?" I asked.

He took my hand.

"I'll never tell."

I laughed and shook my head.

Draco's POV

About an hour later, Lily and I took a walk. I took my robes and put them over her shoulders so she wouldn't get cold.

"Thanks."

I smiled and we walked around the courtyard talking.

"Hey, look."

One of the carriages was rocking. I slowly smiled in amusement.

"Oh! Here comes dad." She said.

"This will be fun to watch."

Snape came running and threw open the carriage door.

"That's ten points from Hufflepuff and from Ravenclaw."

Lily giggled and Snape kept going. It was fun to see who he caught. Lily and I were trying our best not to laugh.

"I see you two."

We froze and then Lily walked out.

"Sorry daddy. It's really funny watching you bust people."

He smirked.

"Count yourself lucky I'm not busting you."

"I would never think of doing anything like that with your daughter, sir."

His eyes narrowed a bit.

"Good. Lily you were exquisite this night. Your mother would be very proud."

Lily smiled and hugged her father.

"Thank you, daddy. That means a lot to me."

He hugged her with a small smile.

"And you, Mr. Malfoy."

I looked at him.

"Thank you for treating my daughter like a lady."

Lily smiled at me.

"Of course, sir."

"Run along now. I still have things to do here."

He suddenly took off running and busted yet another couple. Lily and I laughed before I led her back inside.
