8 What they wanted

"hey are you messing with my girlfriend", said a big tall looking guy who kind of scares me, but I only showed it on the inside cause I didn't want him to see my fear.

"excuse me but I'm not messing with her at all, if anything she's messing with me", I said with the most sass I could.

Inside my head of course so I didn't get punched. I got up and said " excuse me but I didn't do anything, so please leave me alone and all will be well, okay...yeah ahh bye", he gave me the scariest look I've ever seen.

"ah Mikaru I think we should go" I said quietly to him, he agreed and as I got up and started leaving to grab a drink from the cafe... that big tall guy tripped me over. There was a big crack when I landed on the ground, I thought it was just my books until I felt pain lots and lots of pain. I was in so much agony and everyone was laughing at me, well everyone except for Mikaru and Usami.

"Usagi are you okay?," Usami asked.

I was trying to answer but all that came out was tears and little screeches of pain.

Mikaru and Usami ended up calling the ambulance straight after asking me if I was alright and they took me away, but because there was no ambulance close to here I got told we would have to go to the one that's about an hour away. Mikaru and Usami both asked if they could come along,but the ambulance crew told them they were only allowed to come if they were family, which they weren't. I knew that would happen but what happened next was unexpected.

as they were getting ready to leave Mikaru shouted out...

"WHAT IF I WAS HER BOYFRIEND?", everyone stopped with a shocked look. although through all the tears I think my look was greater than everyone else's.

" well if you're her boyfriend I see no reason that you can't go," the ambulance crew said. Mikaru looked so happy until they said something else.

"but first we will need to clarify this with Usagi," he suddenly looked really sad because he thought that I would tell them we aren't actually together.

After some very strong pain killers I said to them....

"Why of course he's my boyfriend we've been together since elementary school," I gave out a short giggle. the ambulance let him come along after that and all Mikaru did was hug me and say thank you.

We must have both fallen asleep on the way to the hospital because we don't remember what happened in the van, except we both now have headaches from all the rocking of the van. as they brought me into the room I had to stay in for a bit before getting x rays done I heard two doctors talking to each other saying.....

"I don't know if Usagi will make it, she doesn't know about her other health problems," I instantly got worried and the heartbeat monitor started pacing more and getting faster with each breath until suddenly I passed out and all I could hear was doctors rushing in and telling me to open my eyes but I couldn't.

"Help me" I tried to say....
