Untuk pertama kali dalam hidup, irama detak jantung Evan jadi terdengar tak biasa saat dirinya memandang Lia—gadis cantik bak bunga Camellia yang mekar bersamaan. Yang juga, telah dengan seketika memaksa untuk ingin selalu berada di dekatnya. Namun sayangnya, kisah mereka tak bisa sepenuhnya mulus sesuai harapan. Banyak huru-hara yang terjadi setelah cinta hadir diantara mereka. Penolakan, pengkhianatan, perpecahan dan remuknya hati hingga pecah berkeping saat cinta dipaksa pergi, adalah sebuah keniscayaan yang harus dijalani demi memperjuangkan kepingan cinta mereka. Dari sekian banyaknya cobaan yang datang menghampiri, akankah Lia dan Evan tetap mampu menggenggam jantung hati masing-masing, agar tetap terus berdetak hanya untuk mereka seorang? Atau alih-alih, jantung itu malah akan berpindah menjadi detak bagi orang lain?
