Namaste
Stephen was lying flat on his back. His arms were raised over his head in a full body stretch. His fingertips were spread wide and his toes pointed in the opposite direction. He stayed in this position for thirty seconds. His breathing was slow and steady. Charlotte was on the floor to his right imitating his pose.
"Good. Now, relax and slowly raise your right knee." A pretty lady who seemed to be in her early thirties looked at the brother and sister pair and voiced her next instruction. "Clasp your hands on your right knee and slowly pull it towards your chest."
When they arrived home from the amusement park, Stephen told his sister that he wanted to become strong and healthy. Charlotte was overjoyed because this was the first time her brother took the initiative to tell her that he wanted to become healthier.
Since her younger brother wanted to be stronger then she would do her best to assist him. Charlotte hurriedly discussed Stephen's proposal with their mother, Alicia.
