After Ivy finished examining the failed test subject's corpse, a sudden realization came to her. Without even bothering to give an explanation, she left the laboratory room in a hurry.
"Isaac, I need to go somewhere," Ivy said as he entered the commander's office. "I don't know if I'll be able to get back tomorrow, so make sure to send someone to pick up Jean from the train station. I will also notify him that I might not be there to pick him up when he arrives at the station."
"Got it," Isaac replied. "This has something to do with your experiment, right?"
"Yes. It is of the utmost importance."
"Understood. I'll settle everything. Don't worry about your 'little pet', I'll make sure that he will be here when you return."
"Thanks. I'll be counting on you." Ivy nodded her head and left the command center in a hurry.
