Running away

Sienna got ready to run, she took the goblet, hammer and one stone of Sarco's statue with her. She felt sorry to leave them there, even though she did not like her gifts.

Sienna was waiting for Samuel to come back. She went under the sheet again, to be close for another moment with Sarcos, but he was gone. Sienna shook her head."Illusive scorpion."She thought he probably used the time Samuel went away to sneak out.

Samuel come back to Sienna's room shortly with lots of towels." We are going down to the baths, please act like you are distressed to keep other guards away. They think you are trouble." he smiled.

Sienna nodded, she will show them all what kind of trouble she is. He picked her up princess style and carry her down the corridors." The queen requested a bath in the pools." he said to the guards stationed around. Sienna looked weak in his arms, her long hair were floating behind her like a golden veil. She sobbed with a tragic voice, "The darkness is eloping me," she cried," I need water to wash it away, I'm suffocating in my uneasiness."The guards let them pass thru. They did not understand her words at all, but one of them went to inform the king. He knocked on Thurssa's bedroom worriedly."What is it?"Thurssa said in an upset voice. He was still in pain." Samuel took the queen down to bathe, she was sobbing weakly and reciting something." the guard replied."The queen requested a bath in this hour?" Thurssa lifted his eyebrows."She looked delirious, so we let them pass."The quard replied. Thurssa nodded his head."I better go and check again that presents when she is out."He walked to Sienna's room in long strides."What if they sent her a hidden poison and she will die. " The idea crossed his mind." he felt a fear of losing her suddenly. The days will become boring again. The past days flew fast as Sienna always caused troubles or commotions or recite her poetry. Thurssa was never so entertained." And if she is poisonous, you can't eat her." his inner spider noted.

"I'm not eating her, " Thurssa fought back."I want to mate with her."

"Yes you can do that too, but after that, she is a meal."Spider finished the argument.

Thurssa rolled his eyes and entered Sienna's room. He found a broken statue under the red silk fabric."How could she break it so fast?"He come closer to the rubble and smiled cruelly. He picked a long black hair stuck between the stones. He inhaled the scent."King Sarcos's hair. How interesting. Let's go bath together then, my little queen." his eye shone in want as he strode to the baths. He wanted to see if Sienna knew about the broken statue.

Sarcos was in the underground theatre looking for the king. The rooms were like never ending maze and when he arrived there, he saw bloody dried-out mush on the floor. He looked at the spidery concubines, frozen in time and he felt disgusted. Then he saw a specially decorated place. It was empty. Somehow he felt it was meant for Sienna and rage entered his mind. He turned around and went to the king's quarters to search for him. " If he will capture Sienna on her run, he will bring her there anyway."Sarcos thought.

Sienna was getting ready with Samuel at the end of the bath-house to descend down to run thru the bath sewers, when Samuel heard a rustling noise and stopped abruptly." The king is coming, we are busted. You need to play it out and stall." he whispered to Sienna.

Sienna nodded and jumped into the bathtub with cold water, how she was. Samuel turned his back to her and waited. Sienna clutched the hammer and fill the goblet with water. Then she immersed herself in cold water and lifted her hands, she sat down and started to chant..." Take the darkness from my heart as I make space for my love...the heavens above, the deep abyss down, cleanse my soul as in distress I'm burning, the pain is clenching to my heart. How can I survive this path." the tears started to come down her face. Thurssa barged into the bath just seconds later and Samuel bowed to him as if nothing happened."Why do you wait inside?"Thurssa asked him coldly.

"So she doesn't drown."Samuel whispered, "She was very distressed, so I was worried..."

"Well done." Thurssa held Samuel's shoulder for a second and come to the bathtub with Sienna. Thurssa crouched next to Sienna and looked at her for a long time. Sienna just continued to chant whatever verses came to her mind and pour the cold water from the goblet on the hammer. She was acting to save her life.

Thurssa leaned closer. He could not smell Sarcos on her, because she was wet from the bath."Oh, lala, is freezing cold."He touched the water." Sienna why don't you have a warm bath?" he asked in suspicion.

Sienna turned to him as she did not see him till now. Her eyes opened innocently."My king, you came to see me in my worry."I need to wash my distress, only coldness will free me of it."She replied almost crying.

"Did you break the statue yet?" he asked her."

"Not completely, it is a bit hard for me," she nodded.

Thurssa picked a black hair."Your statue had a hair."

Sienna opened her eyes wide. "Oh, so poetic he wanted me to break himself, he just put his hair in the statue. "

Thurssa assumed she is saying the truth. Sarcos was not next to her. So, even if he sneaked in somewhere, he would be waiting for him in his bedroom. A wicked smile appeared on his face. He should claim her now and here, while Sarcos is waiting for him in his bedroom. Thurssa looked at her with hungry eyes." I want to make you mine now." he rasped. Sienna looked at him." But the kiss, my dream of the pure kiss." she almost start crying again.

Thurssa nodded," I will kiss you later with all the ceremony. I just want to mate now. Besides, I warned you not to run the corridors! I saw you again, so I'm taking you as promised."

Sienna looked at her bracelets, "But I still have marks. I did not finish my three days ceremony yet. "

Thurssa lifted her chin with one finger. His blood was boiling on lust and power."You are my property. I will do as I please and when the time comes, I make you one of my immortals if I want to."

Sienna stayed pale. She knew it, but hearing it from him made her more scared.

" At least let me finish the bath, I need to stand up and pour three jugs of water over me."Sienna tried to stall the time. Thurssa nodded. He picked the jugs and did it himself, slowly with a ceremonial smile. He watched how the cold water was contouring Sienna's beautiful face and went down her wet dress. She looked like a statue from a fountain in the dim light. It was pretty poetic to him. He poured on her the last jug and put it on the floor. Sienna watch him in horror but tried to look calm. Thurssa touched her shoulders slowly, almost lightly like air. He loosened Sienna's dress and let it fall into the water. She stood frozen but felt warm as the wet cold dress fell down. Thurssa looked at her shiny white figure standing in the water. He ran his index finger over the wet contour of her hip and licked it. It felt mesmerising to him. His heart fluttered like crazy. He picked a big towel from Samuel's shoulder and wrapped Sienna like in a cocoon, she could not move at all, only her face and long hair stuck out. Thurssa picked her up from the water and carried her in his arms. He felt like stealing a priceless treasure, though he could not understand why. He felt the Scorpion King is waiting in his quarters, so he decided to take Sienna to his secret boudoir, next to the baths. He strode the long corridor, entered one of the decorated doors and dropped Sienna on the long wide settee.

Sienna looked in shock. "My king, why are you bringing me here? I'm not a maid to be treated like this. Why would you not try to make our union special and memorable, not like this? This is best to forget."She complained faintly. Thurssa looked at her with hungry eyes."Oh lala, my darhling, so picky, tss,tss. In my castle, you will be where I decide. I can take you on the floor if I wish, but it seems a bit cold and hard for your soft body."

Sienna tried to stall some more."Is this the celebration of the eternal love you promised to me? The new era of love and passion? Will it be dark, lustful and undignified? Even a beast will make its nest and find a place close to its heart."The tears went down her cheek.

Thurssa unwrapped her towel and pushed her softly deeper onto the settee.

He looked at the beautiful female in front of him."Yes, it will be nicer to take her first time in his bedroom and brag about it, but the Scorpion King might be there waiting. " He thought. He was sure no one will look for him here, so they will be undisturbed.

Sienna got tears of fear in her eyes." How low! Like a wild beast are you breaking my heart." she whispered and curled up behind the cushion.

"You will be mine now, whatever you say darhling. "Said Thurssa and dropped his upper robe, removing the slim pale muscular body.

Sienna breathe deeply, she tried to cover herself with her wet hair and hide behind pillows. Thurssa smiled, "How much I wanted to hunt her like this. What a treat." he thought. He felt his heart beating wildly. He licked his lips and sat on the settee near to Sienna. He knew she had nowhere to run."Oh, lala my darhling, don't be so bashful, you had three mates already or am I not to your liking?" He looked at her with his dark eyes.

"You are the only one who doesn't wait for me to be ready." she sobbed.

"Really? You want to tell me that a crude snake, brutal tiger and wicked scorpion waited till you ready moa darhling?"Thurssa asked in surprise.

Sienna nodded. "Yes, that's why they got more than you can ever get by force."She tried to start a long deep stalling conversation.

"More? You mean more pleasure?"Thurssa asked.

Sienna nodded. "The feelings of two bodies joined in one explosion of the souls so deep it makes you forget about time and to be one with the air."

Thurssa looked at her with cold eyes."They would be not letting you go if they can feel this."

" They just want my happiness, they rather sacrifice the most, for the one they love."Sienna sobbed."That is why, is a big army in front of your city and if you kill me, Sarcos will destroy it."

Sienna was shaking. But long as she talk, she was stalling. Thurssa looked at her worriedly. She was so scared and tense. Her body was shaking violently from the cold and buckled up emotions. Sienna was almost at the end of her strength. The joy of seeing Sarcos brought her spirit high and the almost freedom just passed in a dark cloud as she was taken by cruel Spider King. She dreaded the idea of mating with him.

"Shhh, darhling, calm down a bit, enjoy our big moment. I'm not killing you yet."Thurssa smiled and put his finger on his lips.
