chapter 41;Feeling Guilty?!

Last night's scene felt like dream, a beautiful one, it felt like I was accepted for once in my life. I couldn't stop blushing as the incident of last night played in my head.

I didn't realise that toby was already awake and was staring at me for a while which I didn't even think know until he touched my cheek.

"Y..you're already awake?" I asked stammering.

"I didn't know that I was handsome to a point you kept blushing all the time" he teased me.

"No,no, what? I wasn't blushing, wait a minute you were already awake all along?" I asked as I felt butterflies in my stomach.

I didn't even realise he was on closer to my face, I tried to act strong but my heart beat was racing.

He smiled and  he was about to give me a kiss but I was quick to put my hand on my mouth.

"You can't kiss me, I haven't even brush my teeth" I said while my hand was on my mouth.

"I haven't brushed mine either so no need to feel embarrassed" he said as he removed my hand and gave me a quick peck on my lips.

I smiled at him and he turned around and wore his short, he went to the bathroom and I  laid down on the bed as I waited for toby to come out.

Later he came out and I sat up on the bed, I was about to stand up when my legs barely took a step and I felt pain and sore down there.

"Are you ok, lisa?" He asked as he was quick to hold my waist before I lost my balance.

"I don't think so,I suddenly feel dizzy and sore" I replied as I touched my forehead and held the sheet tightly.

"I guess I was hard last night that I didn't realise that I would cause this" he said smiling at me.

"Its ok, don't worry I'll take a rest then try later" i said trying not to blush as i remembered last night.

"I don't mind carrying you besides i have already prepared a bath for us" he said as he grabbed his shirt for me to wear.

I tried to hold on the sheet as I wore his shirt but I heard him chuckling and I looked at him.

"What's so funny?" I asked as I button up the shirt.

"Nothing, its just that you were struggling with the sheet to cover your body, you seem to forget that I saw everything last night so what's the need to cover up?" He whispered to my ear.

He then raised my head and I looked at him, he kissed me and I responded to it ,he carried me to the bathroom while I was holding on  his waist.

The then sat me on the counter and he took of his black shirt and I was mesmerized with his biceps, he looked like a Greek man and couldn't stop smiling at his body.

"I know that am handsome but we have to take a bath before the water gets cold" he said and I couldn't stop myself from being with him.

"Are you ready?" He asked as he unbuttoned my shirt.

"Umm.... what are you doing?" I asked as he he took the shirt off my body and threw it down.

I was naked and I tried to cover myself from him which left him amused. He carried me in bridal style and put me in the tub and sat behind me.

He washed my back and I couldn't believe myself that I was naked in front of him. I then turned around and faced him.

"Are you feeling ok? What's wrong?" He asked confused.

"Am fine it's just that I want to tell you that I have decided that am going to stay here and maybe go back home" I said as I tight my  blonde hair  in messy bun.

"Really?that's great to hear" he asked as he pulled me back and I turned my back on him.

"Yeah and if you don't mind will you drive me home after school?" I asked as I didn't want to ask her to pick me up.

"Why? Are you going to surprise her?" He asked curiously.

I nodded and we kissed even though it wasn't the first time but still his kiss was gentle and smooth and I don't think I would get used to it everytime.

By then my body felt better and he carried me again back to the room, he laid me down and suddenly we heard a knock on the door.

I barely moved when someone entered it was none other than his mom, at first she was surprised to see me there but then smiled and looked at toby.

"Sorry for the interruption but I just came to inform you that I'll be leaving for New York and you should be there for the next meeting toddles" she said as she walked out.

"Well that was uncalled for, I thought she would be angry or something" I said as I looked at him.

"Don't worry about it am sure she knew that it was going to happen" he said as he locked the door.

"What? You mean she already knew I was going to stay does she have some ability to see the future or something?" I asked as I remember the look she gave me when she left.

"Yes she does and that's why she didn't stop you from leaving when you told her about the decision you made" he said as he walked towards his walk in closet.

"So that's why she was quite and never said anything about this or us?" I asked curiously as I followed him.

"Yes because she wanted you to make your own decision and besides would you've believed her even after you found out about everything?" He asked me.

Knowing the fact that I would be more scared I shook my head and he smiled and hugged me and I hugged him back.

Somehow I feel happy with my decision and I don't know how mike would react once I told him that I chose to be with toby.

"Are you worried about him?" He asked as he released me.

"Kinda, I think he likes me and when I told him that I was leaving he seemed sad and told me to stay but i think I'll break his heart "I said as I felt nervous about it.

"I think someone may have already told him by now" he said as he got dressed up.

"What do you mean by that?how can someone tell..." I stopped when I realized that nora had already told him.

I quickly ran out of his room and entered mine,I didn't even realise that I was in pain a while ago but now my mind was thinking about mike and how I would tell him about my feelings.

I quickly got ready and was about to leave when I bumped into a hard thing,I looked up and saw toby staring at me.

"I thought you were kidding when you said you want to talk to mike but now 8 see that you're seriously going to see him are you sure she hasn't broke the news to him already?" He asked curiously.

"I don't think so an sure she only said that because she was mad and maybe she hasn't said anything and wants me to be the one to tell him myself" I said hoping that my words to be true.

"Ok then, I'll drop you to school but you have to eat something, you barely had dinner last night" he said as he grabbed my hand and went to the dining room.

As we entered, the food was already there so I sat down and he sat next to me. He poured a mango juice into the the glass and gave it to me.

He then served me a plate of fresh bread with jam and pie. I took it mumbling thank you and started eating.

After that we left for school, we took one of his sport car and drove to school, he wore his black sunglass which remind me of the time he bumped into me and walked away without apologising.

I chuckled and he turned to look at me confused, I just smiled at him then I realized that I was going to talk to mike and my heart ached.

By the time we reached the entrance I saw a familiar face, I got out of the car and walked towards him, I was mike and a girl he was leaning on a bike.

By the time I was close to them, I saw mike looking furious at me and I stopped walking, the girl he was talking to also turned around it was nora.

My body froze and I barely took a step the look she gave me made me realize that I was late and he already found out from her.

Toby stood near me and put his arm around my waist, I turned around and hugged him, I felt bad for not realizing about my feelings by telling him earlier.

"Are you ok?" He asked as he gently pat my back.

Suddenly I burst into tears and he didn't say anything, I didn't know how long he would be angry but I was too tired to say anything when suddenly I felt dizzy.

"I should have told him earlier before I gave him hope" i said before i lost balance.

"Lisa, lisa are you alright please open your eyes " I heard toby said before I closed my eyes.
