Old Man Chen Li

Over the next few weeks, Wu Chen continued his little visits to Wu Yi. After two weeks, Wu Yi no longer had any fingers left. With each finger Wu Chen was able to take off, he grew more confident and bolder. When he saw that his father was not saying anything about the situation, Wu Chen went even further with his torture. Wu Yi was of course not given any food. Not even a single drop of water. Wu Chen was now free to do as he pleased but he was warned by his mother Wu Lin not to leave any visible injuries on Wu Yi just in case they needed him later on.

They had announced that Wu Yi had gone to study under a renowned scholar in River Jade City.

No one questioned the supervisor's words about the matter since they simply saw this as a father investing in their son.

Since he could no longer leave visible or permanent injuries, Wu Chen had to become more innovative. Since he had already cut off the fingers, Wu Chen felt that this may bring g him trouble in the future. Anyone who looked at Wu Yi's hands would immediately understand what had happened.

Wu Chen began scrambling for treatments in the town while continuing with his torture.

He wanted to somehow regrow Wu Yi's fingers so that he could hide what he had done.

For this reason, he sent his servants to search for a good physician in the town. He even sent one of the servants to River Jade City.

Wu Chen had more than enough money to do this.

It did not take long before a physician from the city was brought back.

He was called Chen Li. He was an old man with a long grey beard. He moved with a cane with his back bent ninety degrees.

Wu Chen guided the old man into the room and when the old man saw Wu Yi's state, he stopped moving and started on as though he had seen a great piece of art.

His eyes were glued to Wu Yi's body, especially his missing parts.

Wu Yi was completely naked and his penis was dangling between his legs. What caught the man's attention was not the penis but the missing balls.

Wu Chen had cut them off and fed them to the dog a few weeks back. Wu Yi's eyes were lifeless and dull. He looked at the old man without saying anything. He did not even ask for mercy. In his eyes, the old man could see a great determination that could destroy the entire world if that were his determined intent.

Wu Yi looked back at the floor after casually glancing at the old man. It was as though he had not found anything worth looking at.

"This is the first time I have seen someone with so much willpower.If he were a martial artist ,he would have been one of the greatest to walk this world." said the old man before sighing.

He looked at Wu Chen and smiled at the confused teenager.

"Make sure that ou never let him go free.If he were to attain freedom,he will bring disaster to not just you but to the entire world ." continued the old man in his scratch voice.

Wu Chen was shaken to the core. He would have ignored these words if they had been said by anyone else other than the greatest physician in the River commandery.

This old man, Chen Li was renowned in the entire commander. He was the personal physician to the River Commandery High Prince.

Before becoming a physician, he was a martial artist who roamed the jianghu with his long sword slaying countless villains. He had been nicknamed 'Sword Slayer Li'.

His skills with the sword were far higher than those of the now-dead sword master.

Chen Li had only stopped travelling around Jianghu a few years ago due to old age. It was estimated that he had killed at least five thousand villains in his career as a martial cultivator.

 The old man coughed heavily and Wu Chen even thought that he might fall and die the next moment.

If those old men were to die in the Wu mansion, it would lead to great trouble.

"Do not worry.I still have atleat ten years before dying ." he said.

"The only reason I agreed to treat this prisoner despite your villainous actions is because I heard about what he did to the Ma mansion in River Jade city.

He burned so many people alive that this is the least he deserves ."the old man's words surprised Wu Chen. Even Wu Yi looked back at the old man.

He looked at the man as though trying to work something out.

Wu Chen did not say anything.

The old man opened his black bag and brought out a small bottle. The bottle had ten pills in it.

"These are healing pills.Each of them will cost you ten thousand spisirt stones ." said the old man.

Wu Chen gasped as though these were the most shocking words he had ever heard.

"If you can not afford these pills ,ou can forget about healing these terrible injuries ." continued Chen Li.

Wu Chen closed his eyes in contemplation. He quickly did the calculations. He then opened his eyes and looked at Wu Yi.

"Can that pill regrow anything ?" asked Wu Chen.

The old man was not surprised by this question. He had seen many people who had grown to love the feeling of torturing another person and he understood that once they got a taste for it, they never stopped.

"As long as he remains alive , these healing pills should be able to regrow anything from severed limbs to castrated penises," he said.

Wu Chen nodded his head. He had made up his, mind. He would have to go months without any spirit stones but it was worth it to torture Wu Yi without any limitations.

The old man handed over the small bottle filled with pills and Wu Chen guided him to the waiting room where he was given a chest filled with spirit stones The old man nodded before leaving. With these pills in hand, the first thing Wu Chen did was to completely cut off Wu Yi's penis.

The pain that moved through Wu Yi's body could not be explained by anyone. Only palace eunuchs could perhaps relate to this pain.
