Gu Xin Ye paused. She observed Director He Shen briefly before finally looking away. "I appreciated your offer to help, Director He. However, I have my team and they were very reliable."
The look on Director He Shen's face stiffened.
Wang Zhi Wei walked into the meeting room and just like that Gu Xin Ye's conversation with Director He Shen stopped.
During this meeting, Gu Xin Ye could not help but notice that Director He Shen had been looking at her a few times.
She wondered what was going on with this man.
Director His offer to help her was indeed strange. After all, Gu Xin Ye's relationship with him was never that good. Moreover, Gu Xin Ye heard that Director He Shen was one of the people who voiced out that she was not suitable to lead the company.
The meeting did not last for too long.
While others were starting to leave the meeting room, Gu Xin Ye sat on her chair to check the message on her phone.
