He then added: "Now, you see that young boy on the bed, he is our young master, and we want to know why he won't wake up. The regular doctor who was here a while ago said everything was normal and it might be related to his quirk so he suggested to call for a quirk doctor. You can check him out now"

"Alright", he sighed in relief.

As Dr. Forbeze went to check this young boy, he can see how exquisite his looks are, white silver-ish hair, skin that is white as snow with red rosen lips. All he can say is that how can such boy like him exist.

But as he went on with his check up, he find something peculiar, everything seems normal. In fact he can proudly say that this boy is much healthier than any other human.

"Now this is something", he said that while activating his quirk

"Appraisal"

As he went again to check this boy, he found out things why he still did not woke up.

"I see", he muttered.

"Ohhh, would you mind elaborating that Dr. Forbeze?", asked Hans.

"I've check everything on your young master, and there is only one problem as why he didn't woke up. He sure has a healthy body, now this lead us to quirk, did he already awakened his quirk? And what age? Has there any problems when it was first awakened?

With those question, it made Hans frown, he thought that what the hell is happening on young master's quirk?

"Age four, and no, there is no problem at all"

"Oh, the reason why he isn't waking up is called Quirk Manifestation, mostly when we awakened our quirks it gives burden to our bodies to find homeostasis. An equal balance so that the person can be able to maintain his quirk and his life."

"Okay so what's the deal with this Quirk Manifestation?"

A/N: Quirk Manifestation in the canon though does not make you coma, let just say in this fanfic they will go into coma.

"Quirk Manifestation, is a rare phenomena when a person with a quirk undergoes change. It is after all an evolution pertaining to quirk, well just think of it as an upgrade to his quirk that is why he still didn't wake up."

"So how long does this occur?"

"Hmmm, I can't say for sure since it depends on the quirk of the person, if its strong from before then it will probably take weeks or months. If it's a regular one probably 3 or more days only. There was this one case in America, that a 21 year old fell into coma due to this, his quirk from before is quite strong but after 41 days of coma, his quirk began to change, the nature is still there but his quirk become more malevolent. Now he's one of the Hero pillars in America, his hero name I think it was 'Pyro'.

"Don't care about that Peru whatever he is called, and perhaps this is a blessing and quite troublesome at the same time, what are your opinions to what we will do in order to sustain young master's dietary?"

"Well, you can sustain it by using medical tube to deliver his meal and others."

"It's good to know that you are truly competent Dr. Forbeze, Hans said as he did a handshaking stance to Dr. Forbeze

"Well.. thanks I guess?", as he took the hand of Hans.

"Looking forward to your next visit", he then smiled.

Dr. Forbeze face twitched, he thought: "I still need to come here again?"

"Uhh, hmm yeah, just call me again, hehe"

"Now for this stage, is called battle stage. The rules are simple just accumulate 3 wins overall and you'll clear this stage. Now are you ready to choose the first player?"
