Chapter 1: Dear Diary

Hello, my name is Lilia. I'm a typical rich girl just like every other fictional character in romance. However, there is one thing that makes me stand out. It's myself, I've always been a black sheep of the family. I can't fit in with the high class society and I'm too introverted. That's why my only best friends are books and nature. 

I love to read about poems, historical events, science, and just a little bit of romantic stories.

Today is my birthday, my father gave me this journal so I won't feel lonely anymore. So I could have a place to vent to, to pour out my feelings and blue. 

It's almost time to go to the school, see you later, my new friend.

Lilia Flair.

"Another day to start, I hope my life will be better with you". Lilia closed her diary and started dressing. 

Lilia Flair is a seventeen year old girl, even though she is young, nonetheless, it can't keep her away from achieving maturity and wisdom at an early age. Lilia's zodiac sign is Virgo, that's why she's urbane and clever naturally. But these good traits are the main reason why other teenage girls don't like her. They are jealous, they feel not enough when they are standing next to Lilia. 

Lilia knows how to play flute, dance with swords (rapiers), and write novels. She is a famous novelist of a well-known website. No one really knows the true identity. However, it's a good thing when you can separate work life and personal life. 

Lilia has blue eyes and ebony hair. Her skin color is as beautiful as rose quartz and her lips are natively red as roses. She usually wears a black skirt with an elegant shirt or an admirable dress anytime she goes out. 

The Flair family owns a popular fashion brand and a chain of bookstores. Lilia has been working with numerous writers since she was a child. The first book that ignites her passion of writing is 'When breath becomes air'. She loves how the author just walks on the challenging path and then shares their experiences to others. She wants to be someone like that. 

Lilia is a quiet girl, she rarely speaks. Most of the time, she rather does her own favorite things than attending wealthy parties with her rich friends. She loves spending time with herself and writing.

"Lilia, can you solve number 78?". The math teacher called her name.

"Yes ma'am". Lilia left her seat, she walked straight to the electric board. 

Math is not Lilia's strength, nevertheless, she still manages to ace it. Because she is a prestigious lady. She is in the top 10 best students of this international school.

"Good job Lilia, perfect just like always". The math teacher pointed the ruler at Lilia's result. "Now class, look at this and think deeply, I know you all can do better than wasting your parents' money".

"That was rude to say" - Lilia thought silently.

She knows that her teacher will definitely spend a whole class period expressing the thought that being poor is better than being rich because poor people are smarter. To Lilia, she thinks that being poor or rich doesn't relate to brain cells and effort. Lilia is here today because she was doing 120% all the time.

Listening to her math teacher's nonsense lecture is a waste of time. So she gets out her diary and starts talking to "her friend".

Oh dear diary, today the math teacher just made everyone hate me even more. I've been isolated by people for several years, now I bet they would bully me for this. Just like every other not rich enough people in this opulent place. 

Math class is boring, I want to come home soon so I can start reading my favorite books. 

Lilia looked at the leafy branch of the tree outside her desk's window. "How chilling are you? It's good to be free of worry". 

Out of the blue, something moves, it's not something, it's like the scenery is shaping itself. It's like the space is strangely curved. 

"What is it?" - Lilia thought.

Suddenly, the noise of the class stops. Everyone is frozen, it's like time just stops. 

"Hey!". Lilia shouted. "Is this a joke? It's not fun!".

Still nothing happens, people are still not moving.

Lilia poked at her nearest friend: "Hello? I'm not kidding with you". Still nothing happens. "Oh my gosh". Lilia randomly saw a floating butterfly, it was not moving its wings, however it still managed to stay firmly in the air. 

"What's going on here?". Lilia was extremely confused. "What should I do now?".

"Maybe time has been stopped by an evil force". An unknown voice has spoken up in Lilia's mind. "Find the core of the evil entity and break it to save everyone!".

"Who are you?!". Lilia was terrified. "What do you mean?!".

Before she could think or react to the situation, a strong quake just happened shortly.

"Ah". Lilia fell to the ground. "Seems like it was from the outside". She assumed, then she gazed out of the window. A giant horrendous outlandish entity was sitting in the middle of the campus.

"What's in the world?!". Lilia thought she must be dreaming. 

"It's an evil newborn entity". The unknown voice spoke up again. "The Slime of Pride".

"I must be dreaming". Lilia slapped her own face. "Ouch, one more time". And again. "Not enough?". And again. "So this is real? Am I crazy?!".

"GROWL". The Slime of Pride snarled loudly. 

"Be quiet! You are distracting others". That female voice was from the outside of the class. "It's not nice to have bad manners!".

Lilia quickly ran to the window to see the whole view. "She is not frozen yet?".

"Of course not, she is a Star Guardian"

"What are you?!". Lilia immediately turned to another side, she saw a doll flying next to her. 

"I am your spirit guide". The mysterious doll said. "I've been awakened by the negative force". 

"You are the Star Guardian of the Virgo Constellation". The doll continued. "You are created to fulfill the last wish of the Goddess Duna".

Outside, the unfamiliar girl has to deal with the Pride Slime. It spits out multiple disgusting venom shots and she has to run around to dodge it. 

When it finally stopped, the girl said: "You naughty baby!". 

"The power of the Pisces Constellation, make up!"

An aqueous veil covers her body, she is shifting to a different form. 

She wears a mermaid looking dress. Her hair is now ocean blue and her eyes are sky blue. She holds an Aqua Lyre in her hands. And she walks on flowing water. She looks just like a Naiad. 

"GROWL". The ill will creature snarled again, it spat a large filthy orb.

The Pisces Guardian swiftly dashed to a side. "I am Sapphire, the Star Guardian of Pisces!". She played a melody, many water currents striked at the evil creature like rockets. 

"GROWL". It sounded painful.

"Rain Dance". The Pisces Guardian used her magic power to call rain. 

When the weather turns soggy, her whole body is shining aquamarine brightly. She moves faster, each of the attacks seems more critical. 

The evil keeps spitting numerous shots, but looks like she doesn't care at all. She just dodges and dodges it, it's like she's dancing, she's like the flow of the river. Her moves are soft and smooth.

"Sodden Waves". Sapphire released expeditious waves. It made the evil flinch.

"Life Dew!". Sapphire called down a huge drop of positivity upon the evil entity. 

That thing literally washes away the purplish cover of the entity. It reveals a dull sphere. 

"That's the core of the evil entity". The doll assumed. 

" … ". Lilia stayed hushed. She is still processing everything. 

Her life has changed.

"Hydro Shot!". Sapphire created a watery bow, she pulled the arrow, she aimed and blasted through the pessimistic core. 

"GROWL". The newborn evil entity screamed one last time, then it vanished. The core has been destroyed.

Everything comes back to normal.

"Lilia, why are you standing up while I'm teaching?!". The math teacher yelled.

"Huh?". Lilia observed around, the doll wasn't here anymore. "Yes ma'am, I'll sit down right away". It's like everything was just an illusion". She looked outside of the window, the mystical girl was gone. 

"I am a Star Guardian?" - Lilia questioned herself.
