They waited for a moment when the guard arrived with a woman that Bran recognized as Eowyn. The five were trying to look as presentable as possible as Bran took his helmet off showing his unruly mane.
"It was you that called for me?" asks Eowyn as they nod.
"That's right. I'm Boromir, son of Denethor II, we are here to talk to the King but my friend here sensed weak magic coming from here. We are afraid that someone is manipulating the King," says Boromir as he tried to put his hand on Bran's shoulder without success.
"And why should I trust your word. You could just be a more poisonous snake than the one already in court," says Eowyn as they could understand her point of view.
"Éomer sent us. We meet him on the way here. He gave us three horses for the help of three of our comrades. I really just want to finish this business rapidly so I can join him with my friends here," says Bran as he really wanted to deal with this as fast as possible.
"My brother sent you," says Eowyn as Bran shakes his head.
"No, my mother sent us. As the Queen of all Elves, she sent us to inform the King of Rohan that the Elves will be marching through Rohan to assist Gondor in our fight against Mordor. We found the One Ring and are trying to destroy it," says Bran straightforward making the guards and Eowyn open their eyes wide while Bran's groups only hold their hands in front of their face.
"What he meant to say is that Sauron is about to rise again after gathering his strength over the years. The Queen of all Elves and her husband are protecting the Ringbearer on his way to Mordor to destroy the Ring. We separated to create a distraction for Mordor by sending our armies against the Black Gate," says Aragorn been more delicate with his words.
"And you are?" asks Eowyn when Boromir takes a step forward.
"This is Aragorn, the rightful King of Gondor and Arnor," says Boromir as this was another bomb that dropped upon the guards and Eowyn when they heard Bran laugh.
"I didn't know that you accepted Aragorn as your King. I remember that in the Council of Elrond you denied him," says Bran as Boromir smiles.
"That was before we fought back to back against our enemy in Moria," says Boromir as Bran put his hand on Boromir's shoulder.
"Well, it seems this group is finally getting somewhere," says Bran with a smile as they seemed to ignore the guards and Eowyn.
"Anyway, we should talk about why we came here in the first place. Bran here is one of the best Wizards of Middle-Earth with his mother and father being the best," says Aragorn as if he was promoting Bran to an auction.
"You know that I am no slave that you are selling off right," says Bran as a joke since he was the only dark-skinned man surrounded by white people.
They looked confused when Bran laughs before saying, "You won't catch the joke since you aren't from my father's world. Anyway, Aragorn is right. I am one of the best Wizards because of my eyes."
Bran's eyes suddenly had a pentagram that appeared in his eye that turned red with three black tomoes in it.
"I'm a very special bred compared to all my siblings. So what do you say," says Bran as he stretches his hand out while looking down to Eowyn since he was too tall and continues, "Are you ready to trust me because if not I will have to join your brother with my comrades alone."
Eowyn takes his hand as Bran smiled and says, "I like intelligent women too bad my mother isn't around she would like you."
"What are you insinuating?" asks Eowyn as she blushed from hearing that.
"What I mean is that you have a brain in your head and you are using it. My mother and father like people that can think for themselves. If I was insinuating that I wanted to take your hand I would use different words trust me," says Bran as he smiled at how innocent Eowyn was.
"We should enter and find the King. He would like to meet you," says Eowyn as she turned around when she continues, "But you aren't allowed to take your weapons inside."
"Fine by me," says Bran as he didn't need his weapon.
He puts his club on the ground while saying, "Don't touch it. I don't want anyone to get hurt because he wanted to lift it."
The others handed their weapons over trusting in Bran since he seemed relaxed without a weapon.
They followed Eowyn when she asks, "Why did your eye change?"
"It's because my family inherited a particular bloodline the same goes for my height everyone in my father's family beginning with my great-grandfather is bigger than 2m tall with the tallest being 2,7m. But my eyes are a bit special because of the Alpha Stigma," says Bran as Eowyn turns around looking at the blood-red eye.
She felt shivers run down her spine as Bran says, "It normal to be fearful of my eye. They are sometimes called 'The Curse of Hatred' or 'The Eye that reflects the Heart'. Many think they can look into your soul but that isn't true but they can reflect the life of its wielder."
"Was your life difficult until recently?" asks Eowyn as Bran smiles.
"You could say so. But I can smell magic it's weak but existing," says Bran as he passed Eowyn and entered a room where he was feeling the magic coming from.
There was the King he seemed more dead than alive to Bran while a person resembling a snake to him was standing beside the King when Eowyn follows him with the others.
"Eowyn, who is the person that dares to enter this room without my permission," says the King slowly.
This makes the group realize that the King was really under a spell when Bran looked at the man beside the King and smiled. He walked forward while his eyes changed again as his tomoes became bigger as they seemed to spin.
The man looked into them as well as the King when the room turned black while the light turned red making the King not feel surprised nor confused. He was unemotional as if he didn't care that the world around him changed while the man beside him was surprised almost scared by what happened.
"I am really disappointed," says Bran as he looked at the man beside the King not interested in him any longer because he was weak.
"Where are we and where is Eowyn?" asks the man when Bran smiles before bursting out laughing.
"Why are you laughing?" asks the man in a panic as he drew a dagger and hold it against the throat of the King making Bran smile at him viciously.
"You want to know where we are," says Bran as his smile didn't disappear from his face.
He snapped his fingers taking the attention of the man as the dagger the man was holding turned into a snake when Bran says, "We are in my realm. I really am disappointed that you are weak. Even a child could defeat you and break your spell."
Bran puts his right hand over his left eye as the same pentagram that is in his eye was now floating over his palm. He points it at the man as his smile disappeared and he became serious.
"Turn to dust," says Bran as a little beam left the pentagram hitting the man as he began to turn to dust as Bran ordered before Bran moved the time back.
"Why am I still alive," says the man confused and scared because he was feeling the pain of dying.
"Do you think it is that easy to die in my realm? I am God in here and no one can overrule me not even Saruman," says Bran as the man fell backward towards the ground when Bran shoots another beam out of it while saying, "Break for me."
The man died as his body broke apart before reforming again making Bran stand in front of the man when he says, "We have only started and it looks like I have broken you already."
"Please let me go," says the man pledging for his life.
"Sorry but there is no mercy for traitors," says Bran as the pentagram disappeared from his palm and he puts his hand around the neck of the man choking the life out of the man before breaking his neck.
Bran then moved towards the King and breaks the spell over him as the King suddenly seems to realize that he wasn't at home and asks, "Where are we?"
"You are in my realm. I needed to take care of a snake for you," says Bran holding the man that would choke to death every time he revived.
"Gríma! You dared to put me under a spell," says the King as Gríma tried to pledge to the King only to have his neck snapped again by Bran.
"Well since you are back mentally we should talk. I'm Bran Crownguard, Prince of all Elves and I'm here to ask of you to help Gondor," says Bran as the King looked at him confused.
"And why should I help Gondor. It's not like they are helping us," says the King angry since a stranger wanted from him reinforcements he couldn't send because of Saruman's threat to Rohan.
"I never said now, have I. We might need your help but you need ours more since a group of Elves coming from the west and are most likely waiting for my sister to arrive to take Isengard. But until that happens you need to hold the line and the Elves of Lórien would be your best bet to hold Helm's Deep until my sister has killed Saruman with Gandalf the Grey," says Bran as the King opened his eyes wide from hearing Bran.
"So you are saying that they will succeed and it is only a matter of time," says the King as Bran nods.
"Yes, it's only a matter of time. We only need to defend Helm's Deep since it seems to be the key to either hold Rohan or lose it. I will be leaving after we return to reality. You should rest and prepare the remaining troops while I send a message to Lórien informing them to march to Helm's Deep," says Bran as the King was thinking before he nods.
"I feel quite fine so I will be riding out right away with you," says the King as Bran smiles.
"You might feel fine now but once you leave this illusion you will feel quite exhausted because you skipped too many meals under the influence of this man. He needed you as weak as possible and he managed it but you should be able to recuperate fast since you are still alive," says Bran as the room slowly turned back while his tomoes got smaller again while the pentagram disappeared.
Gríma wasn't any longer in Bran's hand but fell on the ground beside the King while a flame of life appeared in the eyes of the King who tried to stand up.
