Risha was still unconscious and Thyme upon seeing Risha in this condition had also lost his senses. He meditated and gathered his spiritual powers. When he got some energy, he used his spiritual energy to break the iron chain but it was too powerful to break. Thyme, then again used some Talismans but all in vain. He thought about all the legends of the ghost general.

"The ghost general often comes at night and he is blind to one eye. When he kidnaps women and chains them in iron then only he can make them free. She saw a man who looked like Thyme but she was not sure as the image was vague.

He was indeed Thyme.

After struggling for some time, the chain was broken. The iron chain first released her feet, then her waist, arms and finally her whole body was free of the iron rod. When the iron rod was released, it vanished into thin air.

Risha was about to fall when Thyme caught her.

"Risha, we have to leave this hut first. The ghost general will find us." Thyme said but Risha had no energy left in her body and was unable to move.

Thyme took a look outside. The rain had stopped but still, there was lightning and thunder. He took Risha in his arms and sat down on the horse pulling its bridle.

It had been only one day, and Moobhan still had to travel for two days to reach the ghost forest. His condition was getting worse but he kept on going.

"Sir, when will we be able to reach the ghost forest?" The emperor's man in the red suit asked.

"We still have to travel for two days."

"Sir, but will your daughter be alive?" Emperor's second man in the black robe asked.

This question staggered Moohbhan. His eyes turned red and he looked at the black robe's man with anger.

"If you don't have faith in me, don't follow me. She is my daughter." Moohbhan's voice was bitter.

Both men went silent and were embarrassed.

"Please accept my apologies. I didn't want to hurt you, sir." The man in black robes said.

"...." no answer. Moohbhan pulled the horse's bridle harshly and the horse started to run fast.

This question triggered Moohbhan's emotions. Although she was his daughter yet she was a human. And who knew about the ghost general's violence? He silently prayed for the safety of his daughter. After travelling for a while, Thyme reached a hill which was all covered in trees.
