'Bloodlines...yeah there are too many I just need a simple one that I can use to use easily in conjugation with my current abilities… I can control metal, my speed is good enough for now, wind release with weapons is actually quite impressive, I have Uzumaki bloodline for chakra reserves, Uchiha bloodline can be useful but I don't wanna be caught with those eyes...Just look at Sasuke's condition...hmmm what is this...Ketseryugan...I swear this wasn't here before...not too appealing though, hmm what's this Bone manipulation of the Kaguya clan'...I selected the bloodline when another interface showed up...

I selected swift release and waited for the information on how to use it to settle in my brain… 'So I could almost double my dash speed if I use swift natured chakra instead of normal chakra to stimulate my muscles...'

'Yeah, I feel like I am becoming overpowered… fuck it, there is no such thing as being overpowered' I selected the Yamanaka bloodline and bought it as well… I could feel my thoughts reorganizing as they become more efficient… I notice that along with the Mind's eye of Kagura I now have another type of sensory skill… This one though tells me where someone is and that's it...The one skill that automatically was unlocked with the Yamanaka clan was the telepathy skill…

I look at the remaining 45 SP and decided to leave them for now… I need to get used to this new speed and my new senses so that they don't mess up my fighting style…

'Why do I work so hard though...I need to learn from Shika and just take a break...'

I woke up the next morning and Hinata and Shino were still sleeping… 'Alright time to test out my bloodlines...'

I quietly sneak out of the room and decide to go out of the building when an ANBU appeared and stopped me… I look at him with a questioning expression so he explained, "You are not allowed to leave the building..."

"Huh! But Why!" 'That seems so unfair, what am I supposed to do inside for 4 days…

"Because the second test is still going on, there is a chance you can disturb the participants so no one is allowed to go out once you enter the building..."

'Well there goes my plan to get used to my new abilities… guess these will stay hidden as a trump card… and that's not such a bad idea...'

I sneak back into my room to wait for the most boring four days in my life to pass by…

I and my team are currently standing in a big hall, it had the seal of reconciliation in the background and railings on both sides… Hokage-sama and various Jounin-sensei along with both of my sensei's were standing in front of us… Looking around only 6 teams managed to pass the second exams… 'Oh! Hokage-sama is saying something...'

Hokage-sama proceeded to tell us why there is an exam for selecting Chunin's rather then a straight internal evaluation...

'...so a substitute for war huh! Guess I can't let Konoha down...'

I look around to survey the teams left… 'Team 7, Sasuke looks fit again and his chakra looks good… hopefully, the seal didn't him much… team 10, yeah let's just be mindful of Shika, don't know what that brilliant bastard will do… team sand, now they are a handful, I have no information on them except the ginger head has massive chakra reserves and an ego to back it up… team Kabuto, I hope I can fight Kabuto… as he will have to hold back to maintain his cover I can fatally injure him to make the extraction easier… and at last, team Neji, again no info, except Hinata seems nervous around the Hyuga… I dunno let me pick Kabuto or the Hyuga...'
