"Calling all Walter Academy students' attention, please proceed to the stadium."

"Alison, pay attention to me, I'm sorry. Please talk to me." I ignored Franxine as she followed me to the Stadium. She was pursued by David, who has remained with her.

"Alison." I stopped walking and gave her a bad look, which caused her to stop and become even more terrified.

"One more word and you'll be gone," I grumbled to her, then turned away.

"I'm sorry, Allison, I won't do it again." I ignored her. Instead, I pushed my way through the middle of the class to an open seat.

I noticed Franxine following me, but they were two seats away, so I cocked an eyebrow at her when I saw her pouting and staring at me.

I moved my gaze to the front, where some school officials stood. They are waiting for the Stadium to fill up and for all students to arrive.

"Alison, that's you." I looked at the person who spoke next to me. Wayne is consistently ranked first in our section. I only gazed at him before looking ahead.

"Are you not going to greet me?" I ignored him when he asked.

I walked away from one that was too noisy but stayed away from another that was too boisterous.

"Why aren't you hanging out with your best friend today?" I stared at him when he asked.

"Why are you making so much noise?" I inquired, and he laughed.

"I am the one who starts our conversation, A great Wayne, and that's me, yet you didn't want to talk to me," he said, I just rolled my eyes.

"You are too grumpy, which will make you an old lady." He was teasing, so I gave him another lousy look.

"Is the new student your best friend's boyfriend?" he inquired.

"What do you care?" I'll inquire.

"I'm just wondering. Because of your attitude, you are always in detention," he replied, I rolled my eyes again.

The Stadium is now full of students, and a peculiar noise is inside.

"Attention, students." When the voice of the Higher Supreme Council was heard, everyone went silent.

"Everyone has been summoned here to prepare for the upcoming witchmural next week."

"Do you want to come to the witchmural with me if you're not with your best friend?" Wayne inquired.

"No, thanks." My response.

"Two events will occur this month: the witchmural and the Magic hymn games for the upcoming Bloody Moon."

"The witchmural will last three days; on the first day, you will discover your breed; on the second day, you will gather for an event hosted by each breed." 'A ritual for the general breed of witches will be placed on the third day." A council explanation.

"Please remember that you will not be able to return home during those three days because you will be sleeping inside the school." It went on to say.

He swung his wand, and a gigantic image appeared before us. The concept is a crimson moon.

"The Magic Hymn will take place five days after the witchmural concludes to commemorate the bloody moon that will occur." The magical Hymn will be held at the school, but students from other villages will join us in the game." The image was altered as it said. The painting now has seven-person shapes.

"Each school will select seven players to represent them, which means that only seven of your 11,689 students at Walter will be selected to play." Inside the Stadium, whispers began.

"The player who obtains Magic Hymn is automatically exempt from all subjects and will receive great honor from the various schools that will join the game," it explained before changing the picture again.

When I saw the photo, I came to a halt.

Franxine claims a witch was buried beneath the tree.

"Another honor those who participate in the game will receive is the opportunity to learn the truth about the unknown witch buried in the town tree." This piqued my attention even more.

I heard some whispers from some there that honor is shallow and unimportant, but it is essential for me.

My thoughts reverted to the woman I saw in the middle of the road. I'd like to know who she is.

"You seem to be interested in the last mentioned, you're shallow." I looked at Wayne, who was laughing at me, but I ignored him and returned my attention to the front.

"Just a friendly reminder to everyone that playing the Magic Hymn game does not guarantee you will return." He repeated it, and I was astonished, as did the other students in the council who were listening.

After the Stadium orientation, the students returned to their classrooms, and I floated back to our room with Wayne, who had been taunting me earlier. Still, I didn't pay more attention to him since I was thinking about what had been stated earlier before the end of the orientation.

"Alison, don't take the council's words too seriously, they're just threatening, and you won't be chosen, so don't overthink it." I stopped in front of Wayne, who did nothing but irritate me.

What brought this man and me together?

"Can you, if you're going to the classroom, go first, don't follow me because I have no intention of going with you," I said.

He says, "You're sick."

"Alison!" We both looked towards the person who shouted my name Franxine. Because I was annoyed, I closed my eyes.

"Here's another loud one," I said quietly. Franxine kept approaching us, and David accompanied her as usual.

"Alison, I'm sorry. Please don't ignore me anymore," Franxine said, turning to Wayne.

"You're terrible, Alison, and you immediately changed me with this, Wayne." She went on to say.

"You guys are fighting?" Wayne asked as he drew closer to me.

"I'm Alison's new best friend." He then wrapped his arm around me.

I was astonished because he gave me a nasty look when he approached me.

"It's not obvious you're her friend because she's frowning." David's groin raised my blood pressure even higher.

Why is my patience constantly put to the test?

"That's her love language, there's nothing you can do," Wayne replied, a cheeky smirk on his face.

David burst out laughing.

"I think she's upset with you right now because you're walking with her," David speculated.

Wayne burst out laughing.

"WHY are you participating in our conversation ORDINARY PEOPLE? This is witchcraft discourse." Wayne remarked, "I can't take it anymore," and took his arm away from me before walking away from the three of them.

"Is that possible? Give me some peace of mind, even for a few hours? The three of you will make a lot of noise." I moved away from the three of them, irritably saying.
