Volume Hundred and two

Their silence was a form of their emotion of shock. I know it may be a huge lie I've just told them, after witness first hand what Daragain is. How could they still not believe in me?!, I've done nothing but told them the truth of this Kingdom. I have no right ot lie to these people. " The first grave was about two years after his death. It was a little girl, no older than three. I can tell the age by how much muscle mass she had, after Adamsin had done his thing on the world. Daragain fell into a deep void. I watched this void manifest into what you see now, some graves have name on them. Most of them don't though. I do regret not putting names on their Graves, all most all of the ones that are in the grave. Didn't have the time to tell me their name, or was already gone. Some of worse that had made a full recovery from the torment of townspeople. Then later on taking their own life. Speaking of that. Before coming to Nord, something like that had happened. I had saved two young kids, gave them a room to stay in. Later on in the night, I went to check up on them. They were staying in my room. I slept on the bed, I was awaken by sounds of scraping on the floors. I cut the lamp on took a glimpse around the room I was in. The light shines on the cut up bodies in the corner of the room, they probably couldn't stand the bad dreams anymore. The worst part of it was they had used my sword to take their own life. Their graves our out here as well. I'm glad that y'all haven't been shown this part of life, the part of life is part of me. I've been hiding from the people of Daragain not cause I'm scared of them. It's cause of my family. My wife and child are not the same as me, well that's enough of me talking about this. We have to continue to my home!". The party was speechless while I made my way into the carriage, while making my way to the carriage. The slave that I had once saved from her unfortunately fate. " Jim!. Can you do me a favor please?!. I'm tired of living sir. I know that it's against your Faith to kill anyone. I'm begging you sir please take my life!!!!!". Her testimony reminded me of the harsh life of the world, she has so much more to live. Yet she wants me to take her own life, we could always take her back to Nord. I'm pretty sure that they will take her, I hugged her with all of my might. " Sweetheart!, join us. After we are done here, I promise you that there is a better place than this. Im not talking about heaven either. I've seen a place where any kind of life is welcomed, this place is called Nord.". I have Faith in this place. I just wished that the rest of the world was a nice as Nord is, but I'm asking to much of the world. The rest of the party gathered into the back of the carriage with me. I yelled out of the carriage, " Hey!, half way past the mountain. Stop the carriage, where my house is located no carriage can make it through.". I turn around to those who know nothing about these woods, their faces show no life in it. It had seem that this is their first experience dealing with death. Yeah I had the same expression on my face as well when it happened to me, " all right listen to me!. These woods you can easily get lost in here, so follow me. If you hear any kind of noise, do not panic. Where I live anything can make a noise just stay calm. Another thing is that the same of these woods are of blood, just cause of how many things that kill in these woods. If y'all stay close to me nothing should happen to us, the merchant will follow us as well. I'm not leaving him out here by himself, they are to many Bandits.". They wanted to ask me questions but was too afraid to ask them. The carriage began to move again, with each rock that we had ran over we become closer to my home. The slave was clinging onto to me. I don't blame her, she has every right to cling to someone to help her with her struggles. The carriage started to tilt up more. That was a clear sign that we were heading up the mountain, the mountain was close to Adamsin house as well. Technically speaking it's about an tow hour walk to get to his home. The carriage stopped shortly after, I stepped around my party members. I stepped out of the carriage, gazing deep into the woods of where my home is located in. One by one everyone came out of the carriage. I done a head count to make sure everyone is here with me, as I'm making my way back home. I noticed some footprints in the ground, these footprints are goblins. If I tell the others they will freakout. Causing nearby goblins alerted, I don't trust their abilities to fight these creatures. I pressed my foot into he print. We matched on to my house, I can tell by the path opening up that we are getting close to my home. I made haste to my home, I smelled a burning tree in the back. As we get to the opening in the woods, there it is the shed I call home. I gave the gesture to the party, to move forward. I quickly moved to the front door. Knocked twice, after my knock I heard the shuffling of feet inside. The door gently opened, my daughter head popped around the corner of the door. " Daddy?".
