At this point, Alex had caught his breath and was able to lift his head to look at the head of the spiritual beast.
"How about… you let me go. It wasn't my intention to come here." Alex replied, and for a second he wasn't able to see the head of the snake-like spiritual beast, only her body.
It was as though her upper body stretched into the sky.
"Hmm, well, while that it is true, it was also your intention to pit the Wandering Vine against another opponent that it's match or more than its match. You weren't necessarily searching for me, however, I do fit into the objective of your intentions, right?" The spiritual beast analyzed.
Though Alex couldn't sense any killing intent from the beast or her voice, he could tell that with her he was walking on thin ice.
"Yes," Alex replied.
