After confirming that there weren't any Dark Beings around this district, Adrian stepped out with a lot more confidence and began walking down the road that led directly toward the base of the 3rd mountain.
While walking, Adrian noticed that most of the buildings in this part of the city were intact to some extent. Compared to the rest of what he had seen in the city, this was better.
'There has to be a reason why this place is untouched.' Adrian thought, recalling that the path he chose had a catch. He heightened his senses and moved with caution.
With each step that he took, it was as if his existence had been muted. His legs made no sound, even the wind blowing at his clothes didn't make any noise.
