Dungeon Grinding (2)

Bhargav, Ram and Girish went forward and hunted more wolves on the way but they only got a total of 10000 experience for all the wolves they have hunted.

"Great, we are back to square one." said Ram gritting his teeth.

"Don't worry, we still have the dungeon boss to fight." said Bhargav excitedly.

"Okay, but how do we determine how much time has passed in the real world?" asked Girish.

"Hmmm" thought all the three.

"It has been 1 day and 12 hours since the host has entered the dungeon" came the voice from the systems.

"Woah, lucky for us." said Girish happily.

"Let us go now and hunt the remaining wolves before we fight the final boss" said Ram.

"Yeah, it felt like we have only spent 3 hours in the dungeon. While outside the time is moving at a much faster pace." replied Bhargav.

They went further and saw packs and packs of wolves in a a large area which is at a size of large palace room.

The numbers were too high for the triplets to tackle.

"This is trouble." said Girish.

"Yeah, but we have prepared for such type of situations." said Bhargav.

Bhargav looked at Girish and nodded. Girish took out a black round object which is inscribed with runes.

"Now ,let us destroy those wolves with these rune bombs" said Bhargav taking out one of the rune bombs from the inventory.

"I am feeling much excited. it has been sometime we have had Diwali in our world." said Ram with excitement.

"Yeah, now it's time to celebrate it here." said Bhargav.

They all removed the screw on top of the bombs and threw them. The three bombs hit the different parts of the pack and exploded immediately. The fire wolves kept on dying due to poison and acid in those bombs.

The triplets did not give them any chance for the wolves to recover. The experience kept on pouring.

In a span of 5 minutes, they threw 10 bombs each. Some of the rocks fell on the wolves from the top of the ceiling.

The triplets thinned their numbers to 12 from 150 in a span of 5 minutes.

"Now, let us finish them off with our guns." said Ram.

They took out the orbal guns and fired the blasts against the 12. They killed 150 fire wolves in 7 minutes.

For killing them, they got nearly 50000 experience.

"Nice one, guys" said Bhargav clapping.

"Why does it feel like it was too easy?" asked Girish.

"We have levelled up a lot in the dungeon. Of course it would be too easy." said Bhargav.

"Yeah, now the dungeon boss is the only enemy left us to deal" said Ram.

"Let's go finish him and go back to the academy." said Girish casually.

"Yeah, Bhargav may feel happy being here because he can level up. But I feel creeped out if I stay here for a long time." said Ram.

"Heyyy" shouted Bhargav.

The three of them made their way without any problems along the way and reached the big gate to the boss door.

"I hope it gives a lot of experience, because I want my stats to level up even more." said Bhargav grinning wildly.

"Yeah, if we want to survive in this world and deal with the upcoming threats our stats should be much higher than these." said Girish looking at the gate.

"True. Zephyr, Mc Burn, Steel Maiden are the biggest threats which we are going to face against and with these puny stats we can't even put a dent on them." said Ram.

"Yeah, but we are much powerful than the other class VII and also Sara" said Girish.

"Maybe, but I don't want to take any chances." said Bhargav.

"Yeah, especially when we have to fight against two Sept Terrions which have developed a consciousness and makes people do atrocities." said Ram.

Bhargav took out his Trident. Ram took out his Great Axe and Girish took out his Great Sword.

The three of them moved forward and pushed the gates open. There is a gigantic fire wolf waiting for them.

"I am not in a mood to extend the fight." said Girish.

"Same from me." said Ram.

The gigantic fire wolf is growling at them and immediately released a magma jet from its mouth.

The three of them jumped away from the attack before it hit.

Bhargav shouted "Listen, I will be grabbing its attention while you guys use all types of Water Magic to deal damage."

Ram and Girish both gave a thumbs up. Bhargav used his Trident and thrusted it on the ground while also using Earth Magic.

Many pieces of rock shattered and stormed towards the Wolf. Due to its gigantic body, it could only move aside a bit and many rocks pierced its body.

"GRRAAAAA" shout came from the fire Wolf. It used the two holes on its shoulder and released huge of amount of fire in retaliation.

"So, how's my Rock piece cutter?" asked Bhargav grinning wildly at the boss while dodging the vast fire by flying away with wind magic.

Ram and Girish too used the wind magic to fly in the air.

"Water Cannon" shouted Ram and huge balls of water materialized. He directed the balls towards the wolf.

The balls kept on hitting the Fire Wolf without any rest. Due to that Ram lost nearly 10000 MP.

"Tidal Wave" shouted Girish and large amounts of water splashed on the wolf.

The Fire Wolf received a lot of damage as it lost 60 % of Hp.

In its rage it released fire threads on all three of them. The threads wrapped around the bodies of all the three.

The threads burned them.

"AAAAA" shouted all three of them. The fire wolf did it as a part of its self defense mechanism.

The wolf struggled to get from the ground while, the three of them 5000 HP due to the burns.

"Water Cutter" shouted Bhargav and water blades came out cutting the threads. He also used them to cut the threads of Ram and Girish because the other two have lost a lot of MP. Bhargav had to lose 7000 MP for doing this.

Bhargav looked at others. They looked at him and nodded

"Three eyed Trident art", "Red Moon Axe art", "Serpent Fang Sword art".

"First form"

"Bullhorn pierce", "Phantom Cross Axe", "Poisonous Thrust".

The attack power was much higher than the times they used it before.

Nearly 30% of the giant wolf's HP depleted.

In a last ditch attempt the wolf used a Fire explosion in the area and triplets got caught up in the explosion.

The downside of this attack is that the wolf's health will reach 1 HP.

The triplets flew and hit the walls before falling unconscious with only 10 HP left. The wolf got up and decided to devour the three of them when it lost the last 1 point of HP due to poison affliction of Girish's attack.

It evaporated and triplets were brought out of the dungeon due to the boss getting defeated.

They appeared at the same location where they went to the dungeon. They received 200000 experience and gained a level. Their HP got restored and regained their consciousness.

They woke up and saw the familiar surroundings.

"That was close." said Girish.

"Yeah, let us not underestimate an enemy in future." said Ram.

"HAHAHA" laughed Bhargav holding his hand on the heart.

"Why are you laughing?" asked Girish narrowing his eyes.

"I did not feel fear. I felt thrill after a long time" said Bhargav with his body feeling thrilled when facing near death circumstance.

"True, I too feel it." said Ram placing his hand on his heart.

"We did not fear death because we have already died once. This near death experience brought us thrill rather than fear." said Girish.

"Yep. I feel energized after a long time" said Bhargav.

The three of them stood up and went to the dormitory with smiles.
