Alright, Darling
It was bright afternoon as they stepped inside the dark territory of the forest. The clouds suddenly seemed to dim and an eerie air hung around them, threatening them to make a wrong move.
Ashe, Mae and Luvi held hands as they treaded deeper, Ocean and Jake leading them in the front. They weren't that deep into the forest yet and the surroundings looked safe enough.
Mae nudged Luvi, "Look at them both…they look good together right?" she asked, pointing at Jake and Ocean in front of them with her eyes.
Ashe slowly looked up and observed Jake and Ocean with the other two girls.
He focused straight on the road, stepping carefully. His hands were out of his pockets, Ashe noticed. A sign that he was currently alert and on his toes. Ocean walked a bit faster, trying to clear the coast before she let them through.
