Kazuki Hashima, a boy at the age of 16. He is mostly addicted to online games and barely goes out of his house. But today was different.
He was about to go to the store to purchase a new game when he noticed a girl running down the street and a fast moving vehicle ready to hit her. Without even thinking what might happen, he ran and pushed the girl to the side so he was hit instead.
He was brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
When he woke up he saw a man wearing white clothes.
"Am I dead? Is this heaven?"
He asked the man out of curiosity.
"Indeed you are dead, but this is not heaven. You will be given a chance to relive your life in another world filled with magic and adventures."

Without even listening to what he was about to say, he saw a bright flash. Suddenly, he found himself waking up under a tree near mountains.
Beside him was a letter saying "Don't worry. I took care of your magic."
He thought " I wanted to go to heaven." but based on the man's attitude he couldn't even ask.
He surveyed the surrounding area and saw a small wagon passing by. It was pulled by two horses and was driven by a girl.
It stopped in front of him and the girl asked.
"Hello. Who are you and why are you here?"
"Unfortunately I'm a lost traveler and I was wondering if you can show me the way to an inn."
"Oh so you not from here. Hop in I'll take you there."
"Thanks."
When they arrived he felt ashamed to not give anything to the girl in return so he picked his pocket hoping there was something in there. When he pulled his hand out, he was holding a pouch full of coins. He offered the girl one of the coins.
"Please keep it. I couldn't possibly take a platinum coin."
"Is that so? Then this is a gift from a new friend."
He smiled a warm smile. The girl had nothing to say back so she took the coin and left.
